The Doctor smiled sadly as he listened to the Master talk. He rested a hand on the other's cheek and rubbed it affectionately with his thumb. He nodded as he listened, completely understanding where he was coming from.

"I know it's feel wrong because we've been fighting for so long. I'm sorry you had to take care of yourself alone. You never deserved that," Theta replied. "But I'm here now and want to make things better. For the both of us. I think you are good enough to get some sleep. We may look human but our bodies are a bit different. And I'll be right here next to you while you sleep, if you want," he offered.

The Master hadn't been on the TARDIS long- maybe a week, or so- before leaving in his TARDIS. Not for long! He told the Doctor it wouldn't be long- a few hours max. He said it was to clear his head, he didn't say it was because he was starting to spiral. For once, though, he was trying not to self-destruct about it. Instead, though...

He was gone for three days. Maybe- the Master doesn't know himself. He comes stumbling out of his TARDIS, and into the Doctor's, eyes bleary and head foggy. There's mostly-dry blood on his face, and some bruising showing underneath shirt. He sways, and falls backwards against his TARDIS. Eyes squint, trying to focus on the shape of the Doctor in front of him while he was breathing heavy.

She'd never admit it, but Elita deeply cares for Bee, and would jump into fire to save him. After Sentinel was defeated, she came to the med-bay to check on Bee, but when she saw what state he’s in, she couldn't help but to ran away. She refused to go back ever since, even when she heard he'd woken up.

I've been thinking about the comic lately, and while I'm still working on the script and storyboards, I'm happy to announce it's coming back sooner rather than later! And in the meantime I thought I'd share some sketches about Elita's side of the story. She is also Not Doing Great.
