There was already talk of Nettles being potentially cut at the beginning of the year, and now more leaks seemingly confirming that they gave her storyline to Rhaena. Which I think would show that hotd fundamentally doesn't understand the importance of Nettles or what she stands for.

I think hotd tries to question the systems of power and beliefs in Westeros, and for a lot of it, I think, they are posing interesting questions and takes. I love the whole gender/dragon thing Rhaenyra and Daemon have going on. I love the whole thing about feudalism and patriarchy as a circle in which you just can't win as a woman. And I think Nettles is a great way to add onto that.

The belief of Valyrian exceptionalism and the supposed importance of "blood purity" is already hinted on in season 1, especially with characters like Daemon. And Nettles being the anti-thesis to that is so good! And so interesting! Here is this girl, that is supposed to be nothing, that has no lineage or family to recommend her, no noble ancestry, that isn't supposed to be able to do the things she does, but does them anyway, because she is brave and clever.

Nettles' storyline isn't interesting just because she manages to tame Sheepstealer. It's interesting because she manages to tame Sheepstealer without it being "in her blood" or her "birthright". And therefore questioning everything we're told about Valyrian exceptionalism. That's why giving it to Rhaena falls short.

Okay, guys. I’ve been thinking… that SKK will be okay. They’ll be fine… but just in case, I’m putting down a prayer thought out there to manifest date night skk after the mersault prison break out.

Chuuya and Dazai will go out on a date because their flight to Yokohama has been canceled due to the everlasting terrorism at Yokohama’s airport (let's be real—we don't want them in Yokohama right now).

SKK will enjoy France’s countryside for a bit, brainstorming what to do when they return to Yokohama while walking its streets. They’ll buy new clothes, view a castle, or sit down and eat at a cozy winery because they can’t save Yokohama on an empty stomach. The scenery is too beautiful to ignore, too.

Dazai might complain about the cost of his meal while Chuuya butters him up by hand-feeding him his dessert, knowing full well he’ll pay for all of it.

Maybe they’ll star gaze that evening and remind each other that they’ve got each other’s backs - no matter what happens. They’ve been through too much shit together for either one to die at whatever anomaly has made an appearance in Yokohama.

They’ll cuddle for a night, embracing the quiet and peacefulness of a fleeting world. A world they’ll fight for as long as they have trust and each other.

One thing i love about Star Wars robots is how bitchy they are. This, to me, feels true to life. i know where KiHo learned to be green flag material and it wasn't from his sperm donor...

the scream I let out when I saw this!!!! I seriously hope no harm comes his way, especially after coming face to face with psycho sperm donor this ep. I fear for him the most out of all five members of the family (I'm including MokHa). Because that sick man thinks good dad stole his wife and children.

I love how amazing he is. He took one look at a hesitant and fearful woman and knew something was not right and then took on the job of protecting her and her boys, who are now very much his children because he raised them, protected them, and served as a wonderful role model of what a real man should be. And he did all of it out of love.

look, despite my feelings about this "love triangle" (can it even be called that? neither KiHo nor MoKha suspected it and she never came close to liking him) I feel for him and I applaud Cha Hakyeon for his performance. He broke my heart a little.

Sadly, my feelings about the character have not changed much from how they first started. I do like him when he's being useful, investigating and moving the plot along (even if he was frustrating at times), but I do not like him as a pining second lead, as it was unnecessary. He could've been MokHa's friend without developing feelings for her and I think it was really cruel on the writer's part to write his crush for her, when that was very much just there to keep the suspense of who the real KiHo was out of the 2 bros. when it only lasted for five eps.
