Hmmm. Well, thee are my thoughts:

It's the guy from the one band (I'm famous, but maybe not that famous. You recognize me, but maybe can't quite place it. People see me and talk about me.)

Cigarette in my left hand/Whole world in my right hand (I always looked at these line as a bit metaphorical – cigarette in my left hand being like one ide of himself he shows the world, whole world in my right – if you're a larrie, it peaks to their tattoos and how when he holds Harry' left hand in his right, their tattoo match up. But the straightforward answer would be that he has the world in the palm of his hand – he's rich, successful, can seemingly have whatever he wants, etc.)

25 and it's all planned (He's possibly lamenting that his future has been all pre-arranged already/he has no say in things)

Night out and it's ten grand (Could mean that he's paid to spend a night out at a club or something, but it sounds more like a lament. So maybe he's reflecting on how ridiculous things are that he spends $10K on a night out because he can't simply go to the local but and have a few pints. He has to keep up appearances).

Headline that I can't stand (Pretty self-explanatory. Could be nasty articles written about him, his family, Harry, etc).

But you only get half of the story (Saying to the world that we only see part of what's really going on)

The cash, and the cars, and the glory (We only see the glamorous part of his life)

No sleep and we party 'til morning/'Cause nobody cares when you're boring (He's out doing things that seem cool on the surface, but it's to keep him in the headlines because he' being told that the world will forget him if he's "boring" and does what he'd really like to do).

At least that's my interpretation of it all. Anyone else have other thoughts?
