Fall and winter 2022 photos, part 2 of 2

Lily’s dressed up in her 1950s warmest clothes. (The skirt is actually Ellie’s poodle skirt turned backwards.) I thought Lily was an appropriate model for Maryellen’s stuff, since Lily actually wears hip braces. Her legs are loose/weak and she can’t stand without them. 

Marie-Grace carefully explores the winter wilderness in an outfit inspired by AG’s Janie and Jack collection. I made the skirt, the shoes are Maplelea, and the sweater is AG, but I don’t recall where I got the beret or tights.

Miss Claudie got caught twirling in the snow in Addy’s Christmas dress! It’s a good thing she’s so cute, or she might be in trouble.

Paul and Cataleya are all ready for a Christmas party. I used the hairbow from the BB Pretty Plaid outfit for Paul’s bowtie, and it’s a little big, but he’s still adorable. 

Carrie is crunching through the snow in an AG outfit, though I don’t remember which outfits the shoes and sweater go to. 

And one final shot of the whole group! Even though we’re mostly celebrating the falling temperature, the Paradise kids are ready to party!

Guys, I am melting. Earlier I had to replace the latch on one of our sheds because I'm the handy one in the family and just standing there rotating a screwdriver for ten minutes left me thoroughly overheated. So the Island Vacation Outfit seemed like a good fit for Jessamy this weekend.

It’s that time of year...for fall and early winter photos! (Part 1 of 2)

First up are Annika and Anne. I made Anne’s sweater and both skirts. Annika’s sweater actually goes better with her skirt in normal lighting. I found out that Anne loves hamming it up for the camera. She’s more fun to pose than most of my other dolls. 

Next, Misses Molly and Apolline show off their 1940s school style. (Nearly all of their outfits are AG; only Apolline’s bow and shirt are not.)

I have no idea who or what Blaire and Charity are whispering about, but they sure look cute! I repurposed the bow from Bitty Baby’s Pretty Plaid dress to dress up Blaire’s ensemble a bit. Charity’s outfit was inspired by a similar look I loved to wear when I was a child. 

Katie’s a Kirsten stan, and loves her boots and sweater, since they remind her of Kirsten’s. (I made the shirt, and the tights are from Maplelea. The rest of her clothes are from AG/PC.)

Why can’t American Girl rerelease actually rare outfits that go for more than a doll

Like Molly’s Route 66 outfit (and accessories), Kit’s Reds Fan Outfit, Kirsten’s Baking Outfit, Samantha’s Velvet Dress…

And Truly Me 4! I know if they released a new doll with that face mold they would give her the new face paint style, which I’m not a fan of but having the mold at a normal price is enough. I can always remove the eyelashes and repaint her eyebrows. And most people won’t mind the face paint, that’s just a me thing

But if they did rerelease 4 looking the same as she used to, that would bring in so much cash

And I want 4 the way she was, she was already perfect
