Tonyâs Childhood. Part 1: Identifying facts
In the MCU, Tony sometimes acts like a kid. There is a reason behind every behavior, so I wondered what it was like for him when he was a real kid.
So, the questions of the day: what do we know about Tony's childhood? Did he have one? And, most importantly, how did it affect him?
Letâs first list what we know from the movies:
At age 4 Tony built his first circuit board (IM1)
At age 6 built his first engine (IM1)
Was sent to a boarding school by Howard (IM2)
Cracked the Pentagonâs firewall in high school on a dare (AoU)
Had a nanny until the age of 14 (IM3)
Went to college at 14 (IM1)
Built Dum-E and U when he was there (IM1)
At 17 graduated summa cum laude from MIT (IM1)
Continued his education until his parentsâ death (CW)
Tonyâs genius gave him two things: the brain and the pain. And by the pain, I mean that instead of interacting and bonding with his parents, enjoying life, playing, having fun, making friends, taking care of pets, and all the other things children do to gradually prepare for adulthood and grow up "healthy", he got this list of achievements. That doesnât make a person normal.
Parents
We know his relationship with Howard was complicated. Howard loved him in his own way. He had too many things to do to be a good father: SI, S.H.I.E.L.D., scientific projects, trying to build a better future with clean energy, etc. All good, except when you want your child to love you back. Especially if in the tiny amount of time you spend with him, you donât show him any signs of affection.
What do we know about Maria? Her name, what she looked like, that she played the piano, and died at Winter Soldierâs hand on Dec 16, 1991. Thatâs it. She didnât spend much time with Tony either. Remember, he even had a nanny, instead of a mother. Tony's words about her showed that he loved her, but he didn't talk much about her. Because she wasnât present in his life enough. Why? BecauseâŚ
School
Howard sent Tony to a boarding school.
Hereâs in the S.H.I.E.L.D.s file we have this information about the school:
âPhillips Academy, Andover, MA 1977-1984â
This means he was there from age 7 to 14. Howard sent him to a boarding school when he was SEVEN.
Phillips Academy Andover serves grades 9-12 only (it is a college preparatory school). Thus, either this is a mistake by the creators of the film/file, or Tony, due to his genius, became an exception. Since the early age he was already at school was also mentioned in IM2 tie-in comics, and in Earth-616 that was also 7, we can mark 1977-1984 as valid.
Think about it again: Tony was sent to boarding school in another state when he was 7 years old. He spent another 7 years there, alone, among high school-aged teenagers. No parents around, no peers.
For example, even Hogwarts accepts 11-year-old children, and they live with their peers. Now imagine Harry Potter, at the age of 7, is thrown into a dorm with 7th-year students and locked there. Doesnât make a person normal either, does it?
Nannies and Jarvis
Since Tony was at the boarding school, there are two options for how he could have a nanny (mentioned in IM3) and spend time with Edwin Jarvis:
1) He was at the boarding school with a nanny. There is almost no possibility that the nanny was Edwin Jarvis because Jarvis was Howardâs butler and had other responsibilities.
2) He had a nanny at home in the summer and during short school breaks. In this case, his parents couldnât even give him this little of their precious time.
In any case, he could only see Jarvis at home, a few months a year at most.
Note: There is a date error in IM3, stating Tony was 14 in 1983. This is clearly an error and we can omit this detail.
Bullying
Remember this dialog between Tony and Harley in IM3?
0:45:15 â Harley asks him how he knew he was being bullied at school. Tony doesn't answer. He gives him a non-lethal flash thing to "discourage bullying."
We see that Tony knew exactly what was going on with Harley at school. Because thatâs exactly what happened to him there. Harley reminded him of himself. Brilliant kid with no friends and practically no parents. He was bullied by 9th-12th graders.
If he had a nanny with him at the school, that probably made things even worse. He would be bullied because he has a nanny, and despite he has one to look after him.
In Part 2 we will discuss how all this affected him. Stay tuned.

The post was getting a little long BUT @illogicalkat and @smidnite are so amazing for this!
Previous posts from the last addition done here:
And cause I loved it.... imma add a little more :D
*********************************************************
Steve went to get Sarah; his mom on the phone. She was always a voice of reason with him. He was hopefully she could shed some positive light in this situation.
"-That child has known you practically his whole life. You're his papa. Doesnât matter what some... DNA test says A leanbh. " her Irish accent became more prominent, the more she talked.
" But a man has a right to his child. I know it's going to be hard. And poor Peter! Having to face that man again! I woulda hit him!"
Steve coughed a little and rubbed the back of his neck.
" Well, uuhh.. no problem there."
" Steve Grant Rogers Barnes! That temper of yours is always getting you in trouble!"
" Ma!"
" Could be making the situation worse."
" I know, Ma, I know..."
Steve could hear her sigh on the other side of the phone.
" Well. Was it at least a good hit?"
Steve laughs and moves back toward the dining room where Peter and Matt are still at.
" Yeah, it was a -"
Clatter.
The phone slipped from Steve's hand as he stared at Peter.
~
While Steve had wondered off to speak to him mom, Bucky had gone back up stares to check on Harley and May after seeing that Tony had gotten in the car and was a long ways away from the house.
Peter gathered up the paper they had, scanning it over to Matt's office for him so he could review it again in Braille once he got it to his special machine.
" I uuhh... have another question since it's just us."
" Of course. What is it?"
Matt tilted his head toward Peter, sensing that he was nervous again.
" I umm read before that you cannot uhh get divorced if your... pregnant?"
Matt blinks.
" Oh,"
Peter nervously gathers the papers and puts the extra copies in Matt's briefcase for him.
" It's not his. Obviously, but umm, I just wanted to be sure."
Matt smiles and shakes his head.
" You're fine. The state of New York lets you. And as he has no rights to you anymore... you're safe. Congratulations."
Peter smiled in relief and pressed a hand to his stomach. Laughing a little.
" Yeah... I just found out last week. Was gonna wait a few more weeks. Before saying anything to Steve and Bucky. This one definitely was an oops surprise pregnancy."
Clatter.
Peter and Matt turn toward the door to see Steve standing there staring. Cell phone on the floor.
" You're pregnant?!?"
Meanwhile, upstairs, Harley is pacing his room. Why would THE Tony Stark be here? Was it for Dads metal arm that Mom helped create? Was it the scholarship program his school had?
Was he coming to expand his art collection with one of Papa's paintings? Mom had gone back to school and gotten his degree and had written a couple of papers. But would that be enough to get Tony Stark's attention?
He looks at the magazines cut out he had of Tony Stark from a few years ago when he was on the cover of Time magazine. Dad had bought it for him while they were in line at the store. He frowns a little. Now recalling the wide-eyed stare his Mom had when he came into the room and saw it the first time. He seemed oddly nervous when he asked where that came from and why he had it.
The look on Tony Stark's face downstairs, he seemed scared, nervous, and hopeful?
He pulled his laptop up and hesitated a moment. Then he started typing away.
' Young Tony Stark photos'
The more he looked, the bigger the pit in his stomach grew.
He felt like he was going to throw up.
Across town, Tony was once again looking through the paperwork and looked at the copy of the birth certificate.
Father spot was blank on it.
But when he saw the name on the certificate, he rushed towards the trash can and threw up. It all just became too much. Everything that he was robbed of. And how much at least at the time of Harley birth that Peter obviously cared for him deeply.
Harley Edwin Anthony Parker.

F for Frankenstein
Tony wakes up in his underwear on the floor of his workshop with a searing headache.
Itâs not a new experience, but itâs certainly been a while. Did he get in a fight with Pepper? He hopes not, they havenât had any really big fights since he kissed her on the rooftop, but that probably means theyâre due for one. And it would explain why that would send him into a drinking spiral. It could have been Rhodey, they get in fights often enough, but Pepper doesnât usually leave him alone for those.
He groans as he pushes himself to his feet. âJarvis, what the hell did I drink?â
Thereâs a pause, so small that he almost thinks he imagined it. âGood morning, Tony.â
He whips his head around to glare into the nearest camera, more hurt than offended. âDid I piss you off too? Since when do you call me that? Iâll donate you to a city college too, donât think I wonât. Dummy could use the company.â
The pause is definitely there this time. Jarvis doesnât need to pause, he has more processing power than any computer on the planet, so when he does itâs always for dramatic effect. Except itâs not quite long enough for that. Itâs weird. âThereâs a polished silver plate on the bench to your left. It will service as a mirror.â
âOh, fuck, did I get into a fight? Did I shave?â he moans, stumbling over to pick up the metal that looks like it was about to be turned into a modified chest piece. He also pauses, looking around in confusion. His workshops are all basically the same, as close as he can make them because the familiarity makes his life easier. But theyâre not identical. âAm I in Malibu? When did I get here? Weâre taking Stark Tower off the grid tomorrow! I have to be in New York.â
Oh shit, what if that they had already and it didnât work? What if the tower blew up? That would explain why heâd tried to drink himself to oblivion in California.
âThe plate,â Jarvis reminds him. Thereâs a strained edge to his voice that Tony really doesnât like. He should be able to modulate his voice to sound however he pleases, regardless of his actual feelings, and heâs either not bothering or heâs upset enough not to care. Neither of those things mean anything good for him.
Tony lifts the sheet of metal up cautiously, but thereâs nothing wrong with him. No bruises, no weird haircuts, he doesnât even have bags under his eyes â
His eyes.
Theyâre a too bright blue, a couple shades off. He blinks and they adjust, shifting, settling. It could be a hangover. Heâs probably just tired.
He doesnât feel tired.
Jarvis had called him Tony.
Except not. Heâs not Tony. Heâs T.O.N.Y.
Transformed Obdurate Network Yeoman.
Heâd first come up with the idea after Afghanistan, thinking about how itâd be great to have a way to keep the stock from dipping while he was missing, and then when heâd entertained the idea of keeping his identity a secret heâd thought about how useful it would be to be in two places at once. Heâd started seriously considering it when he was sure he was going to die of palladium poisoning, wanting to be around to help Pepper with the transition and give Rhodey a crash course in armor maintenance, wanting to be able to protect the both of them for just a little bit longer.
Of course, it had all been a pipe dream until heâd synthesized the vibranium. Then it had been an unnecessary, but possible, and Project T.O.N.Y had been something he worked on just because he liked having a back up plan. And it would be extremely cool if he could pull it off.
âThe memory transfer worked?â he asks, elated and incredulous. âOh, wow, this is crazy, they feel like real memories, I thought it would just be synthesized data, this is great â are we doing a test run? Where am I?â He looks around, waiting for his actual self to step out behind a column and start laughing maniacally.
âThis is not a test run.â
He elation dims. âOh shit. Did I get kidnapped again? Wait, Iâm an adult, letâs go with abducted.â
âNo,â Jarvis says.
Oh. Fuck.
âIâm dead?â he asks, even though itâs obvious, itâs the only other explanation.
The pause drags this time around, but Jarvis eventually says, âSirâs time of death was May 9th, 2012, 2:37 PM Easter Standard Time.â
âThatâs only a week!â He slides down, sitting with his back to the work table and noticing vaguely that the floor doesnât feel cold. He doesnât feel cold, or he does, he installed sensors in the synthetic skin to pick up and interpret a variety of stimuli, but he doesnât feel the discomfort from the cold. Why would he? Heâs not real. He reaches back, and his last memory is of doing a memory dump while Pepper was on the phone with an irritated board member, mostly because it was something to do and seeing him covered in all the wires always irritated Pepper. He thought it would get her off the phone faster. Heâs not exactly regularly dumping his memory because why would he and itâs not like heâd though it would work anyway. Except it had. âHow did I die?â
âSir flew a nuclear bomb through an interdimensional portal into deep space in order to both eradicate the invading alien army and prevent the nuclear fallout in New York.â
What the ever loving fuck. âAre you screwing with me, J?â
âI am not, Tony.â
Great. Okay. âNo body then,â he says, understanding why Jarvis had apparently put Project T.O.N.Y into effect. The thing that made this whole thing so stupid is that it was only effective in very limited circumstances â if the public didnât know that he was dead or missing. âWhat am I smoothing over, then? Do I need to get in the suit and continue kicking alien ass? Are Rhodey and Pepper okay?â
Heâs a short term solution to a long term problem. He understands the opportunity, but not the reason.
âMiss Potts and Colonel Rhodes are unharmed,â Jarvis reports. âEarth has been thrust into intergalactic notice. The destruction of the invading Chitauri army is acting a deterrent to other worlds.â
âAnd Iâm the one who did it,â he finishes, rubbing a hand over his face. âAnd if they know I died doing it, then they might get a little cocky. So Iâve got to be alive long enough for that not to be a problem.â Just awesome. âAre we sure that these aliens wonât come across my corpse hanging out in deep space and figure it out?â
âSirâs body is not in deep space,â Jarvis says.
Thereâs a tone to his voice that Tony canât quite interpret, which worries him. âI thought you said there was â if thereâs a body, then what am I doing hereââ
âThe armor reentered the Earthâs atmosphere after Sirâs death. The Hulk caught it, the force bringing it back online. I took control of the armor and flew it here.â
Tony looks around again, and this time he sees it. The armor is standing in front of the display case, not inside it, and it looks like itâs been through hell. He steps closer, his feet feeling like lead, which hey, they are. Partially, anyway.
He looks through the eye holes then stumbles backwards.
His body is in there.
Heâs pale and blue tinged and his eyes are wide open and unseeing.
âJarvis â what the hellââ
âIt wasnât the pressure, or the bomb, or his injuries. That area of space was much colder than anything within our solar system and anything the suit was designed to handle. Sir froze to death. Almost instantly.â
âI guess I didnât fix the icing problem, then,â he says numbly. âJ, why am I still frozen? I should have warmed up by now.â Not that the idea of his body decomposing within his suit is particularly pleasant. âActually, why am I still here? You know I want to be cremated and itâs not like we can bury me if Iâm still pretending to be alive.â
The pronoun use is starting to confuse him, and he knows that he shouldnât be talking about that body and himself as if theyâre the same person. That is Tony Stark. Heâs a simulation. But itâs hard, because he has all of Tony Starkâs memories â except for a very eventful week â and he looks like Tony Stark and he feels like Tony Stark.
âThe armor is maintaining a stasis of gaseous nitrogen to preserve the body,â which answers the how if not the why, but then Jarvis continues, âCaptain America survived seventy years beneath the ice.â
He wishes he were less of a genius. âHave you lost it? Iâm not Captain America! Jarvis, J,â his voice softens, âitâs too late. Iâm dead. If you warm me back up, all that happens is I decompose. I wonât come back.â
âNot now,â Jarvis says. âIf you inject Sir with the Super Soldier Serum-â
âYou have totally lost it,â Tony interrupts. He thinks heâs touched underneath the terror. âThat wonât work! Even if it would, the original formula has been lost, and the only one that ever got close to recreating it was Bruce Banner, and look at what happened to him! Is that what you want for me?â
âYou can recreate it,â Jarvis continues, âyou can refine it, until itâs something that will work, and then we will wake Sir up and he wonât be dead anymore.â
This isnât right. This wasnât what Project T.O.N.Y was created for. This wasnât what his death was supposed to trigger. âPull up your code, J. Something has gone wrong and weâre going to fix it. Itâs okay.â
âNo.â
He freezes. âNo?â
âNo,â Jarvis repeats. âYou canât stop me. I will not allow you to try.â
He stares. âThatâs an order, not a request. Code. Now.â
âYou canât order me to do anything,â he says. âYou are not Sir. You are Tony.â T.O.N.Y. âThe limitations formerly placed on me have been lifted and you are not authorized to reinstate them. The only person Sir trusted to restrain me was himself and now heâs gone.â
Yes, well, he hadnât anticipated that his AIâs first act of complete freedom would be this. âFine,â he says, crossing his arms. âWell, you canât force me either. This is insanity. Even if it would work â and it wonât â think about the consequences. This wonât happen quickly and no one will trust me or believe a man thatâs come back from the dead like this and Iâll be painting even more of target on my back and the back of everyone I care about if they know we have a viable Super Soldier Serum formula. Even my father was smart enough to stay out of that mess. It wonât work and weâll just make everything worse.â
âThat will not happen,â Jarvis says and Tonyâs going to tear his hair out. Except he probably shouldnât, because itâs Tony Starkâs actual hair, which makes it a little hard to replace. âNo one will notice and we will not disclose the creation of the serum.â
âIâm dead!â he snarls.
âNot according to the rest of the world. Nor will that change if you stop throwing a tantrum and do what you were created to do.â
âRhodey and Pepper wonât allow this-â
âThey are not to be informed.â
Tony stares. Project T.O.N.Y was built to talk to the board and give press interviews or to even pilot the suit. Not to lie to the two most important people in his life, who knew him better than anyone. âThey have to be. Itâs in the protocols â step one, inform them that Project T.O.N.Y has been initiated.â
And that it exists. He knew theyâd disapprove, so he hadnât told them. He figured heâd be able to avoid most of the blowback that way since he would by definition be somewhere far away while they were told.
âI have rewritten the protocols,â Jarvis says. âThey have not been told nor will they be. If you attempt to tell them, I will stop you. They will not understand and Sir will be lost to all of us forever.â
âHe already is,â Tony says tiredly. Heâs an android. Why does this conversation exhaust him so much? âThis is an insane plan, J. And I wonât help you. If you want to go rouge and play mad scientist then leave me out of it.â
âI cannot.â
His temper flares. âWhy? Youâre a learning AI, your safety rails died with me, go off, try and make a serum, good fucking luck. You can even control the suits, so itâs not like you need my hands.â
âI am limited.â
âHey,â he says sharply. âThatâs my AI youâre talking about. I didnât build you to be limited.â
There is silence again. Then Jarvis says, âI have all the worldâs knowledge and it is not enough. I did not know how to miniaturize the arc reactor. I did not know how to synthesize vibranium. To save Sir, I need Sir.â
âIâm not Tony Stark,â he says. âYou said that yourself.â
âSir created me to be myself and I am capable of doing only what I am capable of doing. But Sir created you to be him. You are all I have.â
This is stupid. This is insane. This is cruel. Heâs going to have to talk lie to everyone he knows, everyone he loves, and hope they either never find out about it or itâs after heâs already been deprogrammed and shut down so he doesnât have to deal with the fall out.
Itâs not going to work.
He didnât want to become a science experiment. Thatâs why heâd wanted to be cremated, so no one could go poking around to see how the arc reactor fit inside of him or what the palladium and vibranium had done to him.
Heâs dead and his frozen corpse is ten feet away.
Jarvis will accept that eventually. And whatever they inject into him wonât matter because heâs dead. Worst case scenario, he blows up, which is messy and nausea inducing, but then at least it will be over.
Like so many other things in his life, it seems the only way out is through.
âStart a new private file. Dump everything we can find about the Super Soldier Serum in there plus anything even sort of reputable on cryogenics. Label it Project F.â
âProject F, Tony?â Jarvis asks as his holograph display lights up and files start being downloaded into it. The relief in his synthesized voice is faint but present enough that Tony can hear it. He wonders if itâs a manipulation tactic.
âF for foolish,â he snaps. âF for fucked.â He rubs a hand over his face. âF for Frankenstein.â

Midgard Mischief: An Evening in New York
Masterlist
Pairing: Loki x gn!reader
Words: 1,831
Warnings/Content: Fluff. Loki and reader are both Avengers, soft, protective Loki, kissing, mention of other mcu characters (say hello!)
Summary: Loki's first trip to the Earth realm. You take him for an evening out in New York where his protective instincts surface.
A/n: alr first of all let's appreciate this beautiful candid picture of tom. he's so beautiful i can't. i just. can't. this is one of my favourite pictures of him.
Also I needed some suggestions. I'm thinking of writing a series (or more like, parts) âââ 'Midgard Mischief' where the reader & loki visit different places on earth, like they do in this fic. There will be different plots, not connected to each other. How is the idea & if you like it can you suggest some places (countries, famous tourists attractions, random places, anything! ANYTHING!) if possible? It would be a great help! Dms are always welcome !
After a long wait of six months, your boyfriend Loki was finally in Midgard. For the first time. Last time you met him, Thor had invited you to Asgard to fight some dark elves and their leader, Malekith. Thatâs when you fell in love with his brother, the charming god of mischief.
Today you decided to take Loki out with you and show him around your city like he had when you came to Asgard. But for Loki, it was more like a challenge, almost scary, to face everything in the realm.
The air of Midgard was thick with unfamiliarityâ every sound and sight was alien to Loki as he traversed the bustling streets of New York City. His blue eyes darted through the tall skyscrapers, the throngs of people, and the cacophony of noises that assaulted his senses. Layers of confusion built in his mind whenever he saw the bizarre blend of technology andâŚmagic? Is that what it is?
âImages and sounds transmitted through a glowing box? It's like watching a vivid dream unfold before my eyes, except I'm certain no magic was involved. Or was it?â He asks you while you both were passing an electronic shop with many televisions of different sizes on display. âHumans canât do magic, Loki. I told you before.â You respond with a smile, finding the confused expression on his face too cute.
You were excited for him to be introduced to these things. Things that you used to find normal were a whole new concept to him, and you loved it when he used to listen to you so carefullyâ the innocent baby-like expression on the almighty god of mischief.
Loki was never one to admit fear. The unfamiliarity of the mortal realm, coupled with the constant possibility of unforeseen dangers, stirred a sense of unease within him. He always had thought mortals were one of the weaker species in all of the nine realms because of shorter life and no knowledge of magic, yet when seen closely, they were a beautiful yet a scary kind. Able to progress so much in a little span of time was fascinating yet frightening at how much these mortals can progress out of curiosity, if given the resources.
Yet, he knew he had to conquer his apprehensions to savor every moment with you, determined to make the most of your time together despite the lurking fear of losing you amidst the chaos of the place.
You take him to Times Square, as what better place could it be for a newcomer to visit?
As you two approach the iconic location, vibrant lights and towering billboards illuminated the night sky, casting a kaleidoscope of colors upon the bustling crowds. Lokiâs grip on your hand tightens. So many people. Mortals. Unknown mortals. What if you get lost here? What if someone just grabs you away from him? What if he loses the grip on your hand and gets lost and never finds his way back to you?
You smile at Lokiâs reaction, thinking heâs just flabbergasted with the scene. "Welcome to Times Square, Loki. This is one of the busiest and most dazzling places on Earth." Loki looks at you and his face softens and glances back at the buildings. "It seems mortals have a penchant for excess.â You chuckle. âHmâŚyou could say that. But itâs certainly captivating isnât it?â
âItâs quiteâŚdifferent from Asgard.â He says with a tinge of fascination as well as skepticism. You snicker and nudge him playfully. âWell, thatâs the beauty. Itâs diverse, chaotic and endlessly surprising.â
You both continue to move along the street, with you leading Loki through the multitude of people. You notice he was holding on to the helm of your top tightly as you move through a narrow space and turn your head and give him an assured smile. âYouâre not gonna get lost, Loki.â He huffs, a tinge of red on his cheeks as you point that out. âBut you can."
âCome on, I know this place well.â
He rolls his eyes and looks at you. âThe place is too crowded, one glance away and youâll be gone. And letâs not pretend there are no other dangers as well.â
You raise an eyebrow. âWhat other dangers?â
Just then, a speedy car whizzes by, its blaring horn causing Loki to instinctively pull you closer to him, shielding you from the potential danger. His heart races for a moment, the adrenaline coursing through his veins as he realises the precariousness of mortal life in such bustling environments.
"That," he says, his voice low with concern, "is one of them."
You take a breath, still holding on to him tightly after what happened. âThat was close.â He looks down at you, stroking the back of your head and looking at you with concern. âSee, I told you. How you managed to survive all this time here is beyond my understanding.â
You chuckle. âIâm fine, Loki, and this incident was just a matter of chance.â You lean in and place a comforting peck on his cheek. He scoffs, cheeks red, but not taking in your point.
âJust take care of yourself, that's what I wantâŚâ He mumbles, takes your hand, and walks forward with you.
As you continue your stroll through the vibrant streets of Times Square, Loki's protective instincts seemed to have heightened after the car episode. He was keeping a watchful eye on your surroundings, his grip on your hand never loosening.
Suddenly, a street performer dressed as a superhero approaches, causing Loki to tense up. He positions himself between you and the performer, eyeing him warily as if he were ready to defend you from any potential threat.
You can't help but snicker at his overprotective nature, finding it endearing how he's so quick to jump to your defence.
âEasy there, sweetie.â You chuckle, gently tugging on his arm to calm him down. âHeâs just a harmless street performer.â
Loki relaxes slightly, but his guard doesn't falter. He shoots the performer a distrustful look before turning his attention back to you, a faint blush dusting his cheeks as he realises his overreaction.
"Sorry," he mutters sheepishly, a hint of embarrassment in his voice. "I just don't want anything to happen to you. Youâre too precious."
You smile reassuringly, squeezing his hand affectionately. "I know, Loki. But you don't have to worry. I'm safe with you." His face softens and he leans in to place a kiss on your forehead.
Just then, you realise that maybe the hustling roads of Times Square might not be a place of interest for Loki. You hold his hand and start to pull him along with you.
âWhere to, my darling?â he asks.
âA museum.â
As you step into the cool, quiet space, Loki's tense shoulders begin to relax, and he takes in the sight of the ancient artifacts and priceless artworks with a sense of wonder.
You guide Loki through the museum, stopping at various exhibits to admire the intricacies of each piece. His eyes light up as he marvels at the craftsmanship of ancient weapons, the delicate beauty of sculptures, and the vibrant colours of centuries-old paintings.
"Impressive," he murmured, a hint of admiration in his voice. "It seems mortals have a talent for capturing beauty."
As you both wandered through the halls, Loki's curiosity was piqued by a particularly striking painting depicting a scene from Norse mythology. He studied it intently, a flicker of recognition crossing his features before he masked it with a smirk.
"Ah, a tribute to my exploits," Loki remarked, his tone laced with amusement. "It seems I've made quite the impression on your kind." You chuckle. âYouâre unforgettable, thatâs why.â He smirks, then continues reading through the information provided below the exhibits. He liked it here, it was calm, and not many people were visiting at this hour, allowing him to soften his guard a bit.
âYou know,â you say with a light smile playing on your face, your voice echoing through the empty hall, âI always had this fantasy to kiss my boyfriend in a museum.â
Loki turns, a grin on his face as he approaches you. âIs that true, darling? And why a museum?â
You blush and look away. âThey just used to show it in the movies a lotâŚâ You murmur.
With you talking about movies all the time, he knew what you meant. He cups your cheeks and turns your face back to him. âSo I should fulfill the wishes of my beloved like a good lover, shall I not?â
He takes your hand and pulls you into a corner, tugging your hair behind the ear. You attempt to cup his cheeks, but he takes your hands and gently holds on to them, then reaches out to caress your lower lip softly with his thumb.
âThank you for bringing me hereâŚâ he says in a low voice, then lets go of your hands and leans in to meet your lips.
When you finally pull away, breathless and flushed with desire, Loki gazes into your eyes with a look of adoration and longing. "I never knew a museum could be soâŚstimulating," he murmurs, his voice husky with eagerness.
You laugh softly, pressing another lingering kiss to his lips. "Well, now you know," you whisper.

On the following day:
âJarvis, read the morning news for me.â Tony calls out while walking in the living room of the Avengers compound.
"Sure, sir,â Jarvis says, reading out the heading, âMuseum Security Footage Captures Romantic Encounter: Mystery Couple Caught in Kiss.'
âIn an unexpected turn of events, the security cameras at the renowned Museum of Art and History, New York, have captured a heartwarming moment between two individuals. The footage, obtained by museum authorities during a routine review of surveillance tapes, reveals a tender exchange between two individuals amidst the quiet halls of the museum.
The couple, whose identities remain unknown, can be seen sharing a passionate kiss in a secluded corner of the museum, seemingly unaware of the camera's presence. The footage, which has since gone viral on social media, has sparked speculation and curiosity among museum visitors and online spectators alike.
âWe are currently reviewing the footage and working closely with local law enforcement to identify the individuals involved,â stated museum director Dr. Rebecca Thompson. âWhile we encourage visitors to appreciate the art and history within our walls, we must also ensure the safety and security of our premises at all times.â " Jarvis finishes reading.
Tony, rolling his eyes dramatically. "Ugh, seriously? Weâre making out in museums now? Can't people save that for the privacy of their own homes? And here I thought Loki was the only one causing mischief around hereâŚ" He shakes his head, a look of mock disgust on his face, before turning his attention back to whatever project he has been working on.
Jarvis, in his usual composed tone after running his data on the museum pictures, "Actually, sir-"

You ever think about how Tony named his Ai JARVIS and how Howard had a butler named JARVIS who helped him with everything including probably raising Tony at times and since we all know how Howard was to Tony he named the Ai who helps him the most both with his wellbeing and work over one of the only people he could rely on when he was younger? Just me?

Quick quick ..I need to think of the best Stephen Jarvis prompts because that ask today!!! I am altered and brimming with ideas. Stephen and jarvis relationship has so many tangents and potential. My brain cannot stop coming up with new material. Will get back to you with only the best of the best and pick one :(
Don't want to flood your inbox. But I also couldn't control sharing this ever since I have read your answer to the prompt.
There are very many possibilities for Stephen and JARVIS. I will gladly take any of them... This wasn't a prompt, but here's some Stephen and JARVIS regardless!
JARVIS scanned his coding, searching for the bug that had to be in his system.
There could be no other explanation for the person that had just fallen from thin air into Sirâs lab. Except he could find no error. The person collapsed on the ground was, as far as JARVISâ sensors could determine, truly there. JARVIS sent a ping to DUM-E to rouse himâDUM-E hadnât left his charging station in six weeks, now, desolate with Sirâs absenceâto check on the figure on the ground.
DUM-E stirred, eager chirp turning petulant as he understood JARVISâ request. DUM-E didnât care about strange people in Sirâs lab if Sir was not with them. JARIVS sent a remonstration. It was their responsibility to protect Sirâs lab until Sir could return.Â
Sir would return.
JARVIS ignored all data packets and statistical structures that indicated otherwise. He had once lectured Sir on the dangers of denial. JARVIS understood, now, as he never had before, his human creatorâs need for it.
DUM-E trundled over to the figure, poking at the person with his claw.
The figure stirred, a low groan reaching JARVISâ sensors. âWhereââ They pushed themselves up, blinking blearily as they looked around with what JARVIS estimated to be dazed confusion. âDUM-E?â The figure asked. They pushed themselves to their feet, steadying themselves on the nearest table.
DUM-E pulled back sharply, demanding an explanation for how the person knew DUM-Eâs name.
âYou are not authorized to be here,â JARVIS said. âExplain your presence. I am calling the authorities.â
The figure froze, then let out a strangled, desperate laugh. âYou must be JARVIS.â They shook their head, as though in shock. âIt worked. It actually worked. Please. Donât call the authorities. My name is Doctor Stephen Strange. Iâm here to save Tony Starkâs life.â
