"Spogliare la Grecia è stato uno scherzo.
Aeroporti, qualche isola, industrie zero, terre poche, risparmi privati ridicoli, demanio interessante.
Se ne sono andate TIM, TELECOM, GIUGIARO, PININ FARINA, PERNIGOTTI, BUITONI, ALGIDA, GUCCI, VALENTINO, LORO PIANA, AGNESI, DUCATI, MAGNETI MARELLI, ITALCEMENTI, PARMALAT, GALBANI, LOCATELLI, INVERNIZZI, FERRETTI YACHT, KRIZIA, BULGARI, POMELLATO, BRIONI, VALENTINO, FERRE’, LA RINASCENTE, POLTRONA FRAU, EDISON, SARAS, WIND, ANSALDO, FIAT FERROVIARIA, TIBB, ALITALIA, MERLONI, CARTIERE DI FABRIANO, .....
ORA VOGLIONO QUELLI.
Ora tocca a noi.

Read the full article

3D Housing 05 by CLS Architetti : The Future of Housing, Today
During last Salone del Mobile in Milan, a real breakthrough happened. Led by Massimiliano Locatelli, CLS Architetti along with Arup, Cybe and Italcementi revealed to the public 3D Housing 05, the very first on-site entirely 3D printed house in Europe, attesting for a real paradigm shift.
Photos © Alex Lesage — threefold
Built in Piazza Cesare Beccaria in just one week, the 100smq house is made out of concrete composite’s layers, put together by a single, easily transportable 3D printer. In an era of quick changes, scarce resources and variability of necessities, this project comes as a tangible and realist option. Based on creativity, sustainability, flexibility, affordability, and rapidity, 3D Housing 05 shows how close this kind of technology is to our days.
The round, organically shaped house, which includes a living area, a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom, is far from being rustic or poorly finished: the brass of the window frames, the marble of the bath fixtures, the smoothed plaster and the sheets of polished brass for a reinterpreted industrial kitchen are concrete examples of how versatile and adaptable this project is.
The exterior completely exposes the stratification of the concrete layers, the rough yet soft texture tells the story of the construction process, making it visible to everyone. On the top of the construction, a terrace roof allows to easily grow plants, using the textured external walls as a holding surface. Even if it still is at its debut, 3D Housing 05 shows concretely how the 3D printing technology can efficiently serve the necessities of the environment and the humans inhabiting it. It can adapt to every architects’ creativity. Technology working along with aesthetic.
