The Spiritual Meaning of Hebrew Months and Tribe Symbolism in Positioning
ISAR’EL – Ordained in Full View since 1948 This study of positioning has been of great interest to me. We will see that each of the Hebrew months is dedicated to a particular tribe. Each tribe has their own personality. How well do they handle the circumstances they find themselves in? They are counted at the beginning of the 40 years and after The Wildness of 40 years. Palestinian freedom fighters breaking out of Gaza and reclaiming their occupied territories. They’ve taken over israeli tanks and have chased out the settlers that were on that land. They’ve launched rockets everywhere and the iron dome has failed to intercept. This is about to mark a momentous event in history.
From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free.

A 3,300-Year-Old Shipwreck Found off Israel
A 3,300-year-old ancient sunken ship dating back to the Bronze Age has been discovered in the Mediterranean Sea at a depth where time has "frozen," the Israel Antiquities Authority announced Thursday.
The agency, which describes the find as the "first and oldest wrecked ship discovered to date in the deep sea in the eastern Mediterranean," says it was first spotted last year about 56 miles off Israel’s coastline by Energean, a natural gas company that was conducting a survey in the area.
"The ship appears to have been eroded as a result of a distress it got into in a sea storm, or perhaps in the event of an encounter with pirates -- a phenomenon known from the Late Bronze Age," Yaakov Sharavit, the director of the IAA’s Unit of Marine Archaeology, said in a statement.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
"This is a world-class, historical-altering discovery," Sharavit was also quoted by the Jerusalem Post as saying. "This find reveals to us as never before the ancient mariners’ navigational skills – capable of traversing the Mediterranean Sea without a line of sight of any coast."
The ship’s remnants were found more than a mile below the surface at a depth "where time was frozen in the moment of disaster" and has been untouched by humans or currents that affect shipwrecks found in shallower waters, according to Sharavit. The IAA says it sank sometime between 1400 and 1300 B.C.
Sharavit says only two other Bronze Age shipwrecks have been discovered throughout history, both near Turkey.
Energean Environmental Team Leader Karnit Bachartan said the ship was found during the survey by an "advanced underwater robot."
"We identified an unusual sight of what seemed to be a large cluster of jugs resting on the ground," she said.

"Upon reviewing the site and mapping using the robot, it was clear that this was a shipwreck about 12 to 14 meters long, carrying hundreds of jugs that only some of them could be seen on the surface," she added.
The rest of the ship appears to be buried deep in mud on the seafloor, researchers say.
The IAA says two of the jugs were later pulled from the depths to be examined for research purposes.
It added that the jugs are believed to have held oil, wine and other agricultural products.

Jamal Al-kafarnah, 5 months old baby, died out of hunger. Genocide via Starvation is a real thing.
The Israeli people holding protests at the border refusing aid trucks to enter need to take a look at what they're protesting for. Although aid trucks weren't entering at all even before the protests, they stay put outside of the border for weeks, maybe months.

Nearly 3000 years ago, a mass of displaced men, women and children fled wars in europe and descended on the gaza strip to take over land that God had given to the Israelites. Generations of the two races were locked in an unending conflict with figures like Samson, Saul and David waging long drawn out wars against the phillistines (while also on occasion fighting FOR them and marrying into them). These new arrivals were known as the Phillistines and lent their name to Palestine.
3 millenia later, a disparate group of european immigrant invaders who professed themselves to be Israelites descended onto a land populated mainly by a population that is genetically closer to the Bronze Age Israelites than to the European Phillistines despite nomenclature. Just something interesting to think about in the context of the following verse
"So they defeated them by Allah’s Will, and David killed Goliath. And Allah blessed David with kingship and wisdom and taught him what He willed. Had Allah not repelled a group of people by ˹the might of˺ another, corruption would have dominated the earth, but Allah is Gracious to all." [Quran 2:251]

omg I was going to write this long post about the sermon at synagogue on Kol Nidre but I really lost the plot so I will just say I am very, very pleased to have joined a congregation that is really quite progressive and said things like, "do not trust every press release issued by the israeli government" during the sermon on the holiest night and most crowded service of the year.

Time Travel Question : Medievalish History 8 and Earlier
These Questions are the result of suggestions from the previous iteration.
This category may include suggestions made too late to fall into the correct earlier time grouping. Basically, I'd already moved on to human history, but I'd periodically get a pre-homin suggestion, hence the occasional random item waaay out of it's time period, rather than reopen the category.
In some cases a culture lasted a really long time and I grouped them by whether it was likely the later or earlier grouping made the most sense with the information I had. (Invention ofs tend to fall in an earlier grouping if it's still open. Ones that imply height of or just before something tend to get grouped later, but not always. Sometimes I'll split two different things from the same culture into different polls because they involve separate research goals or the like).
Please add new suggestions below if you have them for future consideration. All cultures and time periods welcome.

4-Year-Old Shatters a 3,500-Year-Old Bronze Age Jar at Museum
A 4-year-old boy accidentally smashed a Bronze Age jar at an archeological museum in Haifa, Israel.
The ancient artifact, which experts say was at least 3,500 years old, was on display without a glass case near the institution’s entrance at the time of the incident.
In a statement Haifa IsraelHaifa Israel the Hecht Museum defended its decision to present certain objects without protective glass, adding that its founder Reuben Hecht had emphasized making artifacts accessible to the public.
“The museum believes there is a special charm in experiencing an archaeological find without any obstructions,” the statement said, adding that the institution would “continue this tradition” despite the incident.
Speaking to the BBC, the child’s father said his son had “pulled the jar slightly” on a visit to the museum last Friday because he was “curious about what was inside.” The man added that he was shocked to see his son beside the broken artifact and had initially thought, “It wasn’t my child that did it.”
The boy’s parents could not be immediately reached.
Tumblr media
The museum believes the artifact dates from between 2200 BC and 1500 BC. Predating the reigns of King David and King Solomon, who ruled the kingdom of ancient Israel and Judah in the 10th century BC, it would have been used for storing and transporting liquids like wine or olive oil.
While archaeologists have uncovered similar vessels in the past, most of them were broken or incomplete, according to the museum. The fact the displayed item was discovered intact made it an “impressive find,” the statement added.
Speaking to Israeli news outlet Ynet Tuesday, the museum’s head Inbal Rivlin invited the boy and his mother, who was also present during the incident, back to the museum for a private tour.
“The museum is not a mausoleum but a living place, open to families (and) accessible,” she told the news outlet, adding: “We are appealing to parents: Don’t be afraid. Things like this happen. We will fix (the jar) and put it back.”
