I was gonna make DnD characters based on famous paintings but I got stuck on those damn sunflowers... and you might say 'just dont do the sunflowers? Do something else.' To which I say-

Starry Night- was the reason I wanted to do this cuz I thought I could make him a cool wizard lets see if there is a night sky themed wizard subclass no there isnt maybe SORCERER! LUNAR! LETS GOOOO! I thought to make him a Tiefling so I could make his skin a weird color and then I knew it was the right choice so I could make the towers his horns... I also thought to give him locs since I could individually color them like the brush strokes and ad little beads to look like the stars... I didnt get that far but do you get the vision? Hes a bit gloomy and lonely but hopeful for a brighter tomorrow. (Pyxis)

Persistence of Memory- I thought of while looking at the Wizard subclasses and saw there was a Chronurgy Wizard... Hes a smug and morbid type a fella whos long life as promised to him as an Elf has turned him kinda callous and rude. (Zegar)

Sunflowers- BLEH. I wanted to make her a Light Cleric because I thought that would fit but I cant fit the colors with the cool armor. I tried to make the armor from the vase part but the colors are weird.. ITS ALL WEIRD ITS NOT FAIR... maybe a Circle of Land: Grassland Druid but that feels too easy... but maybe I can keep her a Dragonborn to make it more interesting. (Helian)

I wanted to stick to paintings without human figures but I feel like The Mona Lisa would be a cool Arcane Trickster Rogue... and The Scream could be a little Goblin Whispers Bard whos kind of bad at his job LMFAO but like hes trying... ya know. We'll see.

DnDoc, Space Band #1 - Wakey Wakey

I am soooo not a sex scenes person. I am very happy for the Doctor and Rogue but I felt awkward doing even this much. If anyone wants to pick that up and write the scene properly feel free to tag me :)

The next time Rogue woke up, he was alone in the little sick bay with the futons still smooshed up together. The Doctor seemed to have brought him a blanket though, which was good, because Rogue was wearing significantly fewer clothes than when he'd first lain down. Memories at once thrilling and calming started to flood back to him. He could still feel every fingerprint, heard echoes of their silly, childish chatter as they tried not to fall off the futons, remembered the fizzing all up and down his body as he and the Doctor wrapped around each other. He had no idea how long he'd slept for afterwards, but he couldn't blame the Doctor for not wanting to ditch Ruby for too long. The blanket was soft and heavy as he rubbed it between his thumb and forefinger, and it crackled with static electricity every time he moved.

    Eventually he got tired of staring at the ceiling and gathered his clothes from the floor around the futons. He was a little surprised the Doctor hadn't done this for him when he brought the blanket, but then he spotted the trunk.

It was huge, like a pirate's treasure chest, and it was lying open with sleeves and trouser legs and skirts trailing on the ground. Maybe the Doctor was trying to tell him something about his dusty old coat and his ragged trousers. The Loxodons had lent him material he could use to make robes for himself, because there was no way their clothes were ever going to fit him. But when he'd set out for the wizard he'd wanted his own sleeves and his own boots so he didn't get snagged on pointy branches or trip and fall down any ditches. So his Regency outfit had seen better days. Still, Rogue had seen the Doctor's teary eyes as he helped him off with the coat. He was probably just trying to help him feel less gross for now.

   He chose a pair of black trousers and a white shirt, though he didn't realise how many ruffles the shirt had until he had it on. Well, it would do for the time being. Then he poked his head out the sickbay and called out for the Doctor.

   "We're down here," the Doctor called, his voice bouncing along the corridor. "Wait a sec."

   A few moments later the Doctor appeared at the end of the corridor to Rogue's right. Rogue stepped fully out of the sickbay and, with only slightly cracking joints, walked along to meet him.

   "Oh my god," said the Doctor, putting his hand to his mouth. "Hi, Ian."

   "Ian?" Rogue raised an eyebrow. An ex? Was the Doctor keeping his ex's clothes?

   The Doctor shook his head and flicked him on the arm. "Not like that. Ian was my granddaughter's teacher. He wore that during the French Revolution. Oh, I did love the French Revolution back then."

   "You don't anymore?" Rogue only had a vague idea of who the French were but he was just happy to have moved on from the idea of wearing the Doctor's ex's clothes.

   "You wouldn't." The Doctor shuddered. "Memories of Madame Guillotine don't half echo down the centuries. God, that was close. Anyway, everything's fine, Ian's fine, Barbara's fine. Pretty sure they got their jobs back at their old school."

   "What about your granddaughter?"

   Rogue immediately regretted that. The Doctor's family tree was baffling to Rogue, but a lot of the time it just seemed painful to the Doctor.

   "Not you too, Rogue. Come on, let's go down and see Ruby or she'll be worried I found you too irresistible again."

   He took Rogue's hand as he started to turn and led him down the walkways to the control room. Rogue rubbed the Doctor's hand lightly with his thumb, hoping he knew he didn't have to talk about anything he didn't want to. They'd barely been on two dates, after all.

   Once the Doctor was at the console, he said to Rogue, "So, remind me where your ship is now?"

   Rogue leaned against the railing around the perimeter of the central console area. "Um… east. And south. Big green park. I think there was a glass building there, very pretty."

   "Sounds like the People's Palace on Glasgow Green," said the Doctor, tapping some buttons on a touch screen that he'd dragged round to face him at head height. "Now octo-free and probably reopening to the public as we speak."

   Rogue held his breath as the Doctor finished entering his co-ordinates. He didn't think it had clicked with the other two that he'd never seen this machine go anywhere before. Granted a couple of miles was not the most thrilling expedition, but still. The tubes of light dipping up and down in the centre of the console were absolutely mesmerising. Light levels rippled in a wave along the walls of round things and there was a loud VWOOP VWOOP from the engine as they hopped across the city.
