Something silly I couldn't just not make once I had the idea - posting for my fellow finnish mdzs fans, I know you're out there somewhere!
Here's a translation tho so more ppl may enjoy this:
Chorus x 2
A drop won't kill you
And you can't drown in a bucket
Since we've gotten started
Let's just let it go on
Life's boring if you don't party like this sometimes
Who doesn't get tired of always being sober
Let's keep up the same pace for a week
We'll wash away all our inner worries like this
Chorus again
#song is called 'ei tippa tapa' by irwin goodman#a very finnish classic about drinking lmao#mdzs#mdzs shitpost#mdzs shitposting#suomitumppu#demonisen polun tienraivaaja tai jtn idk#mdzs edit#cql shitpost#cqledit#cql#the untamed#soup's sillies#made this in one evening and got a huge headache for it

Playlist cheat answers:
Azzurro - it was the song Seb sung to the Ferrari mechanics at the end of his last race (x)
Blue the afternoon is too blue and long for me I find I have no more power without you
The Boys Are Back Tn Town - Seb
Drive My Car - Seb (duh, it's the Beatles)
Baby, you can drive my car Yes, I'm gonna be a star Baby, you can drive my car And maybe I'll love you
Little Red Corvette - Seb
Move over, baby, gimme the keys I'm gonna try to tame your little red love machine
Sugar - Seb
Campfire - Seb used this song in one of his first videos after the retirement announcement. It's by a Finnish band.
Wolke 4 - Seb
A Horse With No Name - Kimi
I've been through the desert on a horse with no nameIt felt good to be out of the rain
Olen Suomalainen - Kimi. He named Kari Tapio as an artist he likes, but this song also happens to be a Finnish cover of L'Italiano, the song Seb sung after winning with Ferrari (x) That made it a mandatory addition since it's a perfect merge between Kimi and Seb lore.
Rekkamies - Kimi
Paalupaikka - Kimi (another karaoke song for him)
Rentun Ruusu - Kimi. It was mentioned in his biography that he visits Irwin Goodman's grave every year with friends and some drinks.
Born To Be Wild - Kimi
Yeah, darlin' go make it happen Take the world in a love embrace
Kernkraft 400 - Seb
The Way I Am - Kimi
The Pretender - Seb
Pikkuveli - Kimi
Goden Brown - Seb
Louie Louie - Seb
It won't be long me see me love Me take her in my arms and then I tell her I'll never leave again
Don't You - Seb
------
on a slightly more personal note, I feel that the combo of Kimi's "A Horse With No Name" and Seb's "Don't You" goes so hard:
I've been through the desert on a horse with no name It felt good to be out of the rain In the desert you can't remember your name 'Cause there ain't no one for to give you no pain
x
Don't you, forget about me Don't, don't, don't, don't Don't you, forget about me Will you stand above me? Look my way, never love me Rain keeps falling, rain keeps falling Down, down, down

Waiting for Godot is one of two shows I have seen on Broadway in two different productions.
I'll try to keep my thoughts here to this production with Nathan Lane and Bill Irwin... and the Johns, Goodman and Glover.
I had seen a local production (college,) and enjoyed it. I love the dialogue and the way it's just a back and forth primarily. The way everything circles back... it's kind of fun. ... what the production did was make it funny. It was clowns and buffoons. It was truly theatre of the absurd and it was lite and funny, fast and thought provoking.
This was back in the tail end of John Goodman being a goodly sized man. He was big and larger than life and him flopping around onstage as his character Pozzo did was hilarious and a marvel to watch.
I had little clue who Bill Irwin was at that point. After that point? I'd follow Bill Irwin to the end of the earth (if the earth has ends.) such a gracious performer and a nice guy. A pure joy to watch.
John Glover has always been a favorite of mine.... well, Since Gremlins 2. So, watching him onstage was a bonus of sorts. Lucky is such an odd, yet fun character. Again, a joy to watch.
Beautiful set. Just enough stuff. The lighting was on point and I remember the starkness of it all. It was almost like it was just one huge light.
I'm so glad I saw this one and if I Ever do Godot, this will be my closest inspiration.
