Okay, I don't have much time to draw lately so I did what I can do pretty quickly: portraits. And as Kishimoto has created a bunch of awesome characters, here are the ones I appreciate or love the most amongst the shinobi of Konoha.

Outside of Kiba, I've got a huge crush on Genma (don't ask me why, I just love the guy). XD Then comes Hayate (sadly, we all know what happened to him...). And Tsume is on the third step of the podium (a strong female character, lone mother of two kids and heir of the Inuzuka clan, so many possibilities! *_*).

Then, in a total disorder, we've got Izumo and Kotetsu (interesting duet) and Asuma (I'm no smoker but he has an interesting vibe... and a sad story too) for the adults. And amongst the young ones, my favorite of all time (except you know who), it's Shikamaru (brain on foot, so loyal and so cute when Temari is around...), immediately followed by Hinata (sweet girl with a terrible burden on her shoulders, her evolution is awesome and I love her relationship with Kiba), and the unexpected Rock Lee (yes, I prefer this haircut than the middle-age one he has. The energy this kid has is so much fun and his fight against Kimimaro is brillant).

Does anyone know of a Naruto fic where it is an si/oc (I’m pretty sure it’s a female) where they can sense chakra residuals? I think there was a scene where the si/oc found a ball that kuromaru(?) place in the tree cause he used chakra to go up the tree. Inuzuka Tsume was there overseeing(?) for like a tracking squad/specialist/training.

I’m also pretty sure it’s on ao3. Plz help

The Inuzuka Clan is actually very canine like. While Tsume comes across more wolfish, Kiba is much more like a fox. Hana is more like a domesticated dog.

The reason is because they used to be a barbarian, raiding Clan that would absorb other Clans and resources. They had the largest territory of the Clans during the Warring Era, bordering the Nara and Akimichi Clans’ territories (the Yamanakas lived up in the mountains).

The Nara and Inuzuka Clans are on extremely good terms. The Nara forest has a river that runs through it (it’s also the largest forest in the Five Great Nations’ map) that the allowed the Inuzuka Clan to ‘take over’. Really they were just there to maintain the land because the Nara are lazy bastards and can only care for so much land.

Hinata and Shino ate quietly while Kiba argued with Hana.

“We were outnumbered! We took ‘em out eventually!” Kiba shouted, teeth gritting. Hinata and Shino gave one another a knowing look.

“Who cares? I can’t believe an Inuzuka would let another dog user get the best of them!” Hana barked, eyes squinted at Kiba.

“You two need to stop. Now.” Tsume growled, hands gripping the edge of the table.

“You baby him, mama!” Hana growled back, nose scrunching. “He needs to hear it when he’s screwed up! Look at Akamaru!” Akamaru whined from the corner with a bandaged foot.

“He’s fine! You’re just a hag!” Kiba shot to his feet and Shino sighed. Hinata grabbed Kiba’s forearm, forcefully.

“Kiba. Stop.” Kiba softened at her beckoning, eyes locked with Hana who had also gotten to her feet.

“Better listen to your little princess, Kiba.” Hana mocked, drumming her fingers.

“Hana, back down.” Tsume hissed, eyeing her daughter. “Kiba, apologize. Now.”

“Kiba…” Shino huffed, gaze bouncing between him and Hana. Kiba relaxed his muscles in Hinata’s grip, and her grip loosened, as well. “Apologize to your sister. Your words are unbecoming.”

“Shit, Shino!” Kiba snapped, frowning.

“Your team has more sense than you, boy.” Tsume grumbled, sitting back down as the tension eased.

“Kiba, please.” Hinata pleaded, and Kiba smirked down at her. Hana rolled her eyes.

“Whipped, eh.” Hana sat back down. Kiba shot his eyes back up.

“TAKE IT BACK!” Kiba shouted, leaping over the table. Hinata and Shino frowned at one another, deep sighs escaping as they both lifted to grab Kiba, Tsume straddling Hana.

“You two need to go to the training ground, now.” Tsume’s voice was serious, and the two wiggled out of the grips of their respective captors.

“Let’s go, bitch.” Hana growled.

“See you there, asshole.” Kiba snapped back.

“Keep an eye on them, will you?” Tsume looked at Hinata and Shino.

Both bowed and replied before taking off, “Ms. Tsume.”
