Thank you! I don't record my art often since it changes how i think while i'm working ("this is for myself" vs "i have to do this for others" "i can't take so many breaks" "it should be done in one sitting" ") and depending on my mind that day it just ruins the fun of painting

Overall the process tends to be the same unless i'm trying a new technique: first sketch-> flat colors-> shading-> merge all layers-> clean it up

For this i just wanted to paint a very cute interaction from the WCC youtube channel (and practice shading white fur). Original video if anyone is curious!

No way they just added a “reels” tab on mobile…

What’s funny is they’re just showing video posts on it but only showing the video… but so many of the video posts have video as “context” with the full body of the post being paragraphs and paragraphs talking about the contents… the UI of the reel/tiktok Big Video Tiny Everything Else only works when your website fosters a behavior of just scroll past a majority of videos because the videos are all there is. But the whole point of tumblr is that… there’s more to it… why does staff want to add a reels section when that undermines tumblr’s appeal
