I'm not writing this to be forgiven but I wanted to share with everyone that I needed a strong female to my book and I just took this one, made her even stronger, meaner and a right hand for the Vimes-like figure in my story and I can't help it I enjoy their rough friendship so much I'm almost incapable of writing the other half of my novel. I have never seen a female character so intimidating and cold as here and even though Angua in the books isn't this hard and cold, I am never going to say a bad word in a matter of choosing Ingrid Bolsø Berdal as Angua in Going Postal.
I mean look at her. She's fierce, she's scary, she's a badass. And she's always more than ready to tear you apart, just smile in a way she doesn't like.
(In my book her name is Sgt. Omnia Opera and she is known for being an intelligent female equivalent of brass knuckles.)

Blasted (2022)
My rating: 7/10
This clearly very much wants to be a Cornetto Trilogy, and I don't think it's quite that good, but it does have its moments. Solidly good fun throughout.

Atalanta stood out from the rest on the battlefield. She carried a lethal aura, like a scarlet flower with silvery petals decorated in blood. The lights reflecting from the soldiers’ armors weren’t blinding; Atalanta was.
OR
Atalanta stayed to rule by Ergenia’s side.
