because I am also Indian, I want to also point this out. freedom for colonized people everywhere also means freedom for Kashmiris that are under a brutal Indian occupation. the right to self-determination for all colonized people everywhere, from Palestine to Kashmir to Ireland
a good book to read to learn more about the relationship between Israel and India is “Hostile Homelands” by Azad Essa. India is looking to Israel treatment of Palestinians as a blueprint for its own crimes against Kashmiris, Muslims and Dalits. India is also complicit in furthering Israeli settler colonialism in Palestine - the Port of Haifa is currently partly owned by Adani Ports & SEZ, the founder of which is one of the wealthiest men in India, Gautam Adani (won’t come as a surprise that Adani is also very close to Modi and the BJP)

A note: I know annoying Desis are going to see this and go "Oh but Kashmir is Pakistan's because-" and "Kashmir is an integral part of India because-". I must make my stance clear: Kashmir belongs to the Kashmiris, the natives, no matter what religion they belong to. Neither Pakistan nor India get to decide the matter of Kashmiri sovereignty. The reasons given by both parties as to why Kashmir should be a part of either nation are bullshit. The United Nations itself recognises Kashmir as a disputed region, so I will not entertain dumbfuckery. I highly encourage fellow Indians especially to take the time to go through and properly understand the violence the government enacts on Kashmiris. I've also included links to learn more about Kashmiri culture because really, what do the rest of us know about it? Culturally and linguistically Kashmir differs so much from the rest of India and Pakistan (also the amount of fetishization of Kashmiri women...yikes). This is not just a bilateral issue between these two nations over land, this actually affects the people of Kashmir. And if you're still here, thank you for reading

to all Indians on this website, just because the trade union has refused to load and unload weapons to Isr*el from Indian ports doesn't mean the fight is over. we still need to pressurize the government to demand permanent ceasefire and to stop funding Isr*el in every way possible. so keep protesting, keep boycotting, keep donating to Palestinians. and remember we still need to fight for decolonization of Kashmir. so please dont stop talking about this!!

We desperately need to reconsider our West versus non-West understanding of the geography of colonialisms. The years 1947 and 1948 mark the creation of the nation-states of India and Israel. These years scar Kashmiris and Palestinians.
Palestinians have been dispossessed of territory and many forced into exile. Kashmir was handed over from an unpopular ruler without the legitimacy of popular vote to the Indian state on October 26, 1947.
A condition of that accession is the United Nations resolution of 1948 for referendum or plebiscite, never facilitated by the Indian state. Israel and India thus inaugurate the colonial occupations of Palestine and Kashmir.

hello and welcome to "rebecca's s@nghi chronicles" where i talk about the tine i fought s@nghis on twitter dot com.
it started when i posted this tweet speaking up on the indian army's atrocities against kashmiris
Tumblr media
s@nghis somehow found this tweet and started camping on it. below are their greatest hits
Tumblr media
baby's first anti national allegation.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
"go to pakistan" very original
Tumblr media Tumblr media
"b-b-but what about x??" also if the second person found out i'm an indian christian they'd bring out the ricebag allegations. but sure, continue to pretend to care about pakistani christians.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
tagging the fucking police like that's supposed to do anything like bro i don't even live in india. i'd love to see delhi police try to arrest me from all the way in australia
Tumblr media
and when i make fun of them they start talking like anime villains.
today has... certainly been a day. i spent the day before my birthday fighting s@nghis which is.. pretty productive. but yeah, i guess my first major twitter controversy was... speaking up for kashmir.

Islamic invaders raided and burned down a Buddhist University destroying centuries of knowledge accumulation and slaughtering monks.
The Dalit Voice: How do I indict Brahmins for this and twist it into Hindu v/s Buddhist
Tumblr media
The twitter user in the attached tweet quoted some primary sources from Tibetan Buddhist texts and historical records:
Tumblr media
Her sources: A Note on the Antiquity of Chittagong, Tibetan works Pagsam Jon-Zañ of Sumpa Khan-po and Kahbab Dun-dan of Lama Tara Natha.— By Sarat Chandra Das, C.I.E., Rai Bahadur.
The cultural continuum between Trika Shaivism and Tibetan Buddhism resembles two rivers converging, sharing their currents and wisdom. These traditions echo a parallelism of non-dualism, inner realization, and the path to transcendence, weaving a tapestry of spiritual resonance across time and space.
