You went to Akso Hospital to have your regular health check-up. Normally, Doctor Zayne was in charge of this, but that day, he was at an unexpectedly important meeting. Since he did not want to delay updating your health status before an important mission, Zayne had requested that another doctor do your check-up.
At first, you assumed it was Greyson, who was frequently Zayne's substitute doctor. But even Greyson was busy too. So you had to take the documents to an unfamiliar doctor's office.
That doctor was rather young, having recently attended Akso Hospital. Even though he worked in the same department as Zayne, you'd never met him before. The check-up went well, and you were relieved since your health was better than expected - which you had Doctor Zayne to thank because he had always kept a close eye on you, since you started dating.
Even though you were officially dating, no one other than you two knew about it. The reason was because you had both agreed that this was not the right time to go public. You had many missions that required concentration, and Zayne was constantly concerned with maintaining professional boundaries between doctor and patient. Knowing this, you were the one who proposed keeping your love affair private for a while. Of course, Zayne agreed with you, but as time passed, you realized that being public or not would have little impact on either of you.
However, you soon had to reconsider that due to something that happened after your routine medical check-up.
You had nothing else to do here and had yet to return home. You strolled around the nearby area and waited in front of Zayne's office. You still wanted to see him before leaving. Your new mission started the day after, so you would not be able to see him for about a week. After a time, you noticed the doctor who had performed your previous check-up appear.
“You're not going home yet?” He asked. Then without waiting for an invitation, he sat down next to you.
The conversation that followed took an unexpected turn. You expected him to keep the same professional demeanor as previously throughout the check-up, yet he spoke extremely casual. Too casual.
“Why are you sitting in front of Dr. Zayne's office?”
“Ah…” You attempted to come up with an excuse. You could not let other people know that you and Zayne were actually dating. “I… My legs are tired so I sat down to rest for a bit.”
"Really? I thought you were intentionally waiting for Dr. Zayne to return.”
He laughed, and you felt very guilty.
“So…” He hesitated, then asked. “There's nothing between you and Zayne, right?”
"Huh?" You almost jumped up. Why would this person ask something like that out of the blue and make you panic?
“I mean, people in the hospital sometimes implied that Zayne and you were close. Sorry if I'm a bit nosy… It's just…”
"That's not true." You denied almost immediately. “Me and Zayne… We were childhood friends…”
Your heart ached. You wished you could tell him straight out that Zayne was your lover. Suddenly, you felt a bit regretful for wanting to keep this relationship a secret.
“Then, lucky me!” The doctor breathed a sigh of relief. “So that means I have a chance?”
“What chance?” You asked again.
“If you are still single, and there's nothing going on between you and Doctor Zayne, may I have a chance to pursue you?”
As if a lightning had struck your ears, your entire body tensed. This doctor was just too careless. He only met you that day and had already asked you out in such a brazen manner. Confused, you didn't know how to react when you heard footsteps behind you and an immense hand with scars was placed on your shoulder.
“Who said there's nothing between the two of us?”
That was Zayne's voice. You turned around and gazed up at him. You had crimson cheeks. Zayne locked eyes with the young doctor seated next to you, the same kind of stare that sent chills down people’s spines. It was about time for him to turn into ice.
Doctor Greyson, who stood next to Zayne, immediately covered his mouth and laughed. He escorted the freezing doctor out of that place, saying as he walked:
“I already told you. Don't even dream of Doctor Zayne's girl...”
“But… But…”
Seeing him being dragged away was a pitiful sight. But the fun did not last long as you quickly followed Zayne into the office.
He did not say anything but simply checked the papers on the table. You frowned. Even though you did nothing wrong, that attitude of his made you feel as if you had just committed a crime.
“Zayne…” You called. “I didn't know why he asked me out…”
“If I didn't show up on time, how would you handle it?” Zayne suddenly interrupted you, and you immediately replied:
“Of course I would refuse him!”
Zayne seemed uneasy. He pulled the tie around his neck a little loose and admitted:
“It's all my fault. I shouldn't have allowed another doctor to do a check-up for you in the first place.”
“How could this be your fault? It's nobody's fault. This is just a small misunderstanding.”
“It's not a small matter.” Zayne said, but he did not look at you. He turned aside, his eyes focused somewhere on the potted plant you had given him by the window. “Not small at all.”
You moved closer and leaned against Zayne's desk. Your hand adjusted the chair he was sitting on so that he would face you. You voiced:
“Your expression like this looks like you're being… jealous, right?”
Zayne was not the type to wear emotions on his sleeve. But his attitude then, with a face like he had just been punched, a little irritated and a little unreconciled, you knew for sure it was jealousy. Instead of trying to deny it, Zayne said:
“It's uneasy to witness other people flirting with my girl.” He seized your wrists. Long, chilly fingers began caressing you. “I don't think I could endure this once more if it happens again.”
Zayne's eyes lowered, and you could hear the sulking in his voice.
“Doctor Zayne. It's unprofessional to date your patient.”
You giggled. Looking at his expression, you wanted to tease him a bit.
“Who said that?” Zayne leaned towards you. His head slid onto your lap. “Obviously, that person needs to loosen up a bit.”
The person mentioned was Doctor Zayne and no one else. He had said that a long time ago, before you two formally began dating. Sometimes, you would bring that up to give him a hard time.
“That's right. So now, Doctor Zayne wants to make his love affair public?"
You stroked Zayne's hair. He replied:
“I let everyone figure it out for themselves before. But it's time for an official announcement. I want the world to know, you are my girl.”

the perfect dad | lewis hamilton
warnings: child loss, depression, online hate (if these topics are sensitive to you, please don’t read, your health is much more important!!)
The day Y/n and Lewis met, it felt magical, those were her exact words. It was 2008, a year after his F1 debut. Y/n, at the time, didn’t know anything about the sport other than the cars go really fast and there’s a world champion every year. She worked as a presenter alongside Natalie Pinkham. It took one interview for Lewis Hamilton to fall in love with Y/n L/n. After their interview, Lewis asked her out and from then on, they were named the paddock’s it couple.
Their relationship was made public after Lewis won his first championship and kissed Y/n on live tv. It became a regular occurrence for them. After every race win, Lewis would be interviewed by his girlfriend and interrupt her for a kiss.
The year was 2011 and after three years of dating, Lewis had proposed to Y/n and of course she said yes. The wedding was small with only close family and friends attending. Their perfect family was slowly forming and that’s all they could ever hope for.
Five months after the wedding, Y/n and Lewis found out the incredible news. They were going to be parents to a little boy or girl. Lewis immediately started buying baby related items and asked his father and brother for help on the nursery even if Y/n had no visible bump yet.
“We’re going to be parents!” Lewis kissed Y/n’s lips as he held the pregnancy test in his hands.
“The baby is going to be so loved.” Y/n smiled.
Everything was going perfectly fine. Y/n and Lewis went to all the checkups, Y/n read any books in order to prepare while Lewis dealt with baby proofing their entire house. They were more than ready for Baby Hamilton.
When the day finally came, Y/n was scared. She held onto Lewis’ hand tightly as the doctors and nurses motivated her to push. Her body ached and sweat began to form on her face.
“You can do this, love, you’re the strongest woman I know. Think about our little baby. They’ll be here soon.” Lewis whispered in her ear then gave her a kiss.
“Lew, I’m tired.” Y/n replied, breathing heavily.
“I know and I’m so sorry I can’t take your pain away. You can do this, Y/n, just a few more pushes.” Lewis said.
It felt like forever, but Baby Hamilton had finally arrived, the only problem was that neither Y/n or Lewis heard any baby cries. Y/n looked over at Lewis, who was just as confused as his wife.
“Where’s our baby, Lewis? I can’t hear them.” Y/n started to sit up, but the nurses told her calm down and sit back down. “No, I want my baby. Where are you taking them?”
Lewis instantly knew what had happened. Baby Hamilton didn’t even take their first breath. Lewis took his wife into his arms and let her cry as the doctors took their baby away.
“Our baby. . .” Y/n sobbed as Lewis held her. His heart had broken into millions of pieces. Why did it have to happen to him and Y/n?
For six months, Y/n stayed in her and Lewis’ room. She became a stranger. She skipped out races making the media believe that her and Lewis had divorced. Everytime a friend or family member reached out to her, she would push them away. Lewis tried his hardest to talk to her, but she would either kick him out of their room or leave the house then return an hour later.
It was supposed to be Baby Hamilton’s seventh month when Lewis finally got Y/n out of the house. Y/n had apologized to her husband for pushing him away when they were both grieving the loss of their baby.
“Baby Hamilton is with us always.” Lewis showed Y/n a tattoo that he had recently gotten last weekend. It was Baby Hamilton’s birth date along with a tiny heart. The tattoo was on his wrist so whenever he missed his child, which was often, he looked down at the ink and remember them.
“I love you, Lewis.”
After their talk, Y/n and Lewis got changed and dressed to go out to a restaurant to eat. It wasn’t one of those fancy ones that Lewis took Y/n whenever it was an birthday or anniversary or just because he felt like it. It was a small restaurant that sold vegan food that both Lewis and Y/n loved so much.
“Taste this,” Y/n held up her sandwich for Lewis to taste. He took one bite and stole the sandwich from Y/n’s hands. “Hey! You ordered the wrap!”
“But this one tastes good too! I’ll order you another one, love.” Lewis got up and walked to the counter to order another sandwich. While he was gone, Y/n could hear camera clicks and saw flashing lights from the corner of her eye. Paparazzi had found them. Of course every celebrity hated paparazzi, but Y/n absolutely despised them.
She felt uncomfortable as her body had obviously changed from the pregnancy and from her not taking good care of it after. She tried to ignore it, but soon some paparazzi had yelled out her name. It was impossible to ignore now.
“Y/n! You look different! Tell Lewis to order you more food, you look skinny!”
That was all it took for her to start crying.
When Lewis returned, he saw the paparazzi outside. “Let’s go home, come on.” He said and took off his hoodie. He gave the hoodie to Y/n and as she put it on, he asked a waiter for boxes to take their food home. “Ignore them, we’ll be home soon.”
As they left the restaurant, the paparazzi got more pictures of Y/n hiding her face from the camera. It was clear that she had lost tons of weight after the pregnancy. As Lewis opened the car door for her, a man called out for Y/n once again.
“Mate, fuck off.” Lewis said and walked to his side of the car. On their way home, Y/n ranted to Lewis about how the paparazzi makes her feel and him being the best husband, he listened to every word she had to say.
When they arrived home, Y/n walked into the house, Lewis slowly followed her. He was picturing them coming home from lunch of dinner with Baby Hamilton in a stroller. That was his version of a great day.
“It’s too quiet here, Lew. I don’t like it.” Y/n sighed.
“I know, I’m sorry.” Lewis grabbed her hand and together they walked to their shared bedroom. Baby Hamilton’s nursery was right across from their bedroom. It remained untouched ever since Lewis and his father finished painting the walls and installing the furniture.
“We are going to get through this, Lewis Hamilton. I know we are.” Y/n faced her husband.
A new year came and so did new changes. Y/n still remained with returned back to work with Sky Sports F1 and Lewis was still with Mercerdes. After every race, Lewis would look down at his wrist and see the date that belonged to Baby Hamilton.
“Well Lewis, it’s been a hectic week for you, where to start, but firstly I want to ask about something the fans noticed you’ve been doing at every race and that is you kiss your wrist before getting into your car. Is there any meaning behind that?” A lady from ESPN asked him during the Monza Grand Prix.
“There is a meaning and it’s something only my wife and I know about. It’s something to represent that my child, who is now looking down at me, is always with me. It’s to represent that no matter what, I’m always going to be their dad.” Lewis proudly stated.
Y/n watched from a tv inside the Mercedes hospitality as her husband was being interviewed. The couple had talked about announcing Baby Hamilton before since during the pregnancy, no one other than close friends and family knew. Lewis wanted to make sure Y/n was okay with announcing it before anything else.
After Lewis was done with his interview, the tv changed to another interview happening live. Y/n knew it would be a while before Lewis returned so she went onto twitter to distract her mind, which was the wrong move.
Her name was trending after the paparazzi photos of her and Lewis were finally posted. Mean twitter users were pointing out how skinny and tired she looked.
formula1facts this is hamilton’s wife?😂
paddockinsider someone give her a burger
lolurnotmichaelschumacher Lewis finds her attractive?? get this man glasses or something
Her mentions were all about her body. Every single one of them were how she had changed. Without thinking, she went to her settings and pressed the ‘delete account’ option.
Y/n and Lewis continued with their lives, occasionally having breakdowns when they remembered how their child was taken from them too soon. But that didn’t mean Y/n and Lewis stopped calling themselves parents. They were still a mom and a dad, their child was just waiting for them in the sky.
One day, Lewis had the bright idea to bring up a solution to the quietness in their house. A dog. The couple was laying in bed in a hotel since the Singapore Grand Prix was just a few days away.
“A dog? Are you sure we’re ready to have a dog? We travel like crazy and who would take care of them when you and I can’t?” Y/n asked.
“Dad could or we could just bring them on the road with us. Everyone loves dogs.” Lewis said.
“Something tells me you already have one in mind. Did you adopt a dog and didn’t tell me?” Y/n chuckled.
“Not really. But I can ask around.”
Lewis did just that. Eventually he did find the perfect dog for him and his wife. After the 2013 season ended, Lewis took a well needed vacation with Y/n where he would surprise her with their dog. When Y/n met the dog, she was in love.
“What their name?” Y/n asked as she scratched the dog’s belly.
“Roscoe.”
Roscoe became a family member. He wasn’t ‘just a dog’. He traveled with Lewis and Y/n, ate with them, slept on their bed. He was their second child. A few months after adopting Roscoe, Coco came into their lives. Both Y/n and Lewis treated the dogs as if they were their own kids because in a way, they were.
Often Lewis would show Roscoe and Coco the ultrasound pictures of Baby Hamilton and would tell them how excited he was to be a dad. Y/n would smile so much as how Lewis talked to their dogs. It didn’t matter if they were a dog or an actual baby, Lewis Hamilton was the perfect dad.

-> Doctor's visit
Pairing: Zayne x reader
Tagging: @coxxxmo @rachoka @oni-girx @mill-s @chandeliermichel @tulipsaisle
Warning: You're going for a checkup after a long time, what does Zayne have to say?
Going to the doctor for your regular check ups was something you were used to, but right now, it was something you dreaded. You haven't been to the doctor for a while because of all the missions you took so here you were, sitting nervously in front of the doctor's office with your reports in your hands. You knew that the reports didn't find anything bad, but knowing your Doctor who is also your boyfriend, you could only hope he'd go easy on you with his scolding. You watched a patient walking out of his office and stood up from your seat, saying your last silent prayer before entering his office.
As you entered, you watched him typing on his laptop, his glasses perfectly sitting on his nose and his usual stern expression. Your heart fluttered at his sight after not seeing him for a while but you snapped back when he glanced at you briefly. "Look who decided to show up." He uttered while keeping his gaze on his laptop. Even though his voice was calm, you could tell that he was anything but that. "And here I thought that this wasn't of importance to you." He continued when you didn't say anything. He looked up at you and held his hand out to take your reports. You silently handed them over and watched him. You weren't sure what to say or how to respond because he seemed awfully calm when you expected him to scold you. Instead he just silently looked over your report and signed them. "Go sit on the bed so I can examine you." He said and stood up, walking towards it. You did as told and sat on the bed, looking at him and smiling awkwardly, hoping that this could ease the awkward tension you felt. He only looked at you with his usual emotionless expression, putting on his stethoscope. "Take deep breaths." He instructed and put the stethoscope against your chest, listening to your heartbeat quietly. You examined his face, taking in all of his facial features, from his sharp eyes to his soft lips, his pale skin and sharp features. "Y/n?" He asked, making you snap back. You looked at him puzzled and asked, "sorry, what was that?" He sighed and put the stethoscope down and leaned his face closer to yours. "I asked if you felt anything unusual lately. Tiredness, fatigue or any sort of pain perhaps?" He asked again and kept his eyes locked with yours. You were caught off guard by the way he leaned closer to you. Taking a breath to calm yourself, you answered, "No, not that I'd notice." You replied and looked back into his eyes. He stared at you quietly, making you wonder why when he leaned towards your ear. "Then what's making you so distracted?" He whispered, his breath hitting your ear, making you feel hot. You blushed and leaned back slightly to keep some distance. "Nothing." You replied and shifted a bit to sit more comfortably. Was he really not angry at you? You kept wondering but decided to just leave it at that, considering it a blessing. "Sorry, I was just thinking of something. But I'll focus now." You told him and shifted a little to sit comfortably. Zayne didn't say anything and nodded silently after a moment, putting on the stethoscope again. "Now, focus and take deep, slow breaths." He instructed and placed the drum against my chest again. You did as told and took a deep inhale.
You close your eyes in the process to help you stay focused. You continued to focus on your breathing when you felt soft lips against yours. Your breath hitched as you realized that Zayne kissed you and tried to pull away only for him to keep you in place by holding the back of your head. "What are you doing-?" You tried to ask but he didn't reply and pulled you back again. "Your heart is racing.." He whispered in between the kiss and nipped at your lower lip, causing you to gasp which he took advantage of to deepen the kiss. As the kiss continued, you felt the drum pressing against your chest again. Zayne pulled away after a moment to let you catch your breath. You leaned against his chest, panting and blushing, wondering and confused at the sudden behaviour he was displaying. He lets you lean against him, gently caressing your back to help you calm down. When you were calm enough, he let go of you and started writing something down. "What was that for?" You finally asked, your brows furrowed. He only shrugged but you could swear you saw him smirking before he turned around. "I was just measuring your heartbeat." He replied as he sat back in front of his desk, typing at his laptop. "Your heartbeat was unusually high. I suggest you come again for another checkup. " He continued as glanced at me over his glasses. "We wouldn't want any inconvenience again, do we?"

⚠️Trigger Warning⚠️ This one-shot includes the topic of abusive parents. This plot is presented. If this triggers you too easily or you just can´t handle the subject, I urge you NOT to read this work. I am NOT embellishing this topic under any circumstance. Read at your own risk.

The bright sun shone through the large windows of the waiting room at Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital as you paced nervously in the waiting room. The thought of the upcoming check-up with Dr. Addison Montgomery made your heart beat faster even though you repeated this year after year. Despite your fears, you knew it was important to get regular checkups, especially after you noticed some unusual symptoms.
When you were finally called, you followed the nurse through the corridors of the gynecological clinic until you finally stood in front of the door to the treatment room. Once inside, Dr. Montgomery greeted you with a warm smile. "Welcome back, y/n. How are you today?"
You forced a smile, concern for your health and life's obstacles overshadowing your usual demeanor. "Thanks, I'm feeling okay so far. I'm here for a checkup because I've noticed a few symptoms that are worrying me."
Addison nodded understandingly and asked you to take a seat. However, as she began to ask the usual questions, she immediately noticed that something was wrong. Your posture was stiff, your answers were short, and you seemed uncomfortable. Quite the opposite from the last times she had seen you. "Can you tell me about the symptoms you've been noticing lately?" She asked softly and you hesitated for a moment before answering. "Well, I have unusual pulling and pressure in my abdomen. I feel very tired in general but I think that's probably just normal."
The redhead frowned slightly as she began to do the examination. When she gestured with her hand to ask you to sit on the exam chair, you flinched and promptly avoided making eye contact with her. "I´m sorry..." you simply interjected and as you continued to sit on the chair, Addison felt an inexplicable restlessness arise within her.
She watched you carefully as she took swabs and checked to see what was going on. As she did so, she recognized subtle signs of fear and insecurity manifesting in your behavior that she had never seen in you before. It was as if there was something in the air, something unspoken, standing between them and demanding their attention. She could practically feel the tension surrounding you, and her instincts told her that there was more going on here than what seemed like a checkup.
After she had also completed an ultrasound on you, Addison sat down on the lounger next to you and quickly decided to ask carefully. "I want to be honest with you. I noticed some signs during the exams that could indicate something might be wrong. I think it might be helpful if you talked about it." She murmured questioningly, placing a soothing hand on your thigh, making you jump at the touch as well.
You looked at her in surprise, your eyes fixed on her with relief. But only hesitantly did you begin to talk about your concerns, which went far beyond the physical symptoms. "Promise you won't tell anyone?" The person you spoke to nodded at you, giving you time to express yourself. She sensed that there was more here than your body had yet revealed, and she wanted to give you the opportunity to open up when you were ready. "I'm your doctor, y/n. Everything you tell me is confidential."
You swallowed hard before finally finding the courage to say the words you had suppressed for so long. "It's my father," you began hesitantly and the gynecologist listened attentively without interrupting. "Since the pandemic and losing his job, he's... he's not exactly... friendly to me."
The reticence and fear had crumbled as you revealed the truth about your home situation to her. You confessed to the constant insults, humiliation and physical abuse you endured from your father and Addison continued to listen intently, offering you an empathetic embrace of comfort and support as you revealed the painful details of your abuse.
When you finished, an oppressive silence fell across the room. Addison felt the weight of your words on her own shoulders. She felt powerless in the face of the suffering you had to endure at such a young age, an inner anger boiling up towards your parents and at the same time a burning desire deep inside her to help you. "Thank you, y/n, for trusting me," she finally spoke in a quiet voice and rubbed your shoulder reassuringly. This time you didn't flinch. "What has been done to you and continues to happen to you is unacceptable and you deserve to be safe and protected. I will do everything in my power to help you get out of this situation."
The shock of what she had heard was deep within her, but she forced herself to remain calm and empathetic. Her first priority was to reassure you that you were safe and that she would help you. She hugged you gently and held you close to her, giving your tears a place to disappear. "Please believe me when I say that you are safe here," she began to speak to you calmly. "No one will hurt you in front of me and if it happens again, you come straight to me, okay?"
You lowered your gaze, tears glistening in your eyes as you let yourself fall into her embrace, feeling the instant warmth and comfort she offered you. For a moment you felt safe, surrounded by the care of this remarkable woman who was willing to stand up for you. “Thank you, Dr. Montgomery,” you whispered, your voice shaking. "It means so much to me to know I'm not alone."
Addison smiled softly and rubbed your back. "From now on it's Addison. I think we're past the formal part. And of course, I'll help you through the difficult times, and I'll be by your side as long as you need me."
At that moment, you knew you had made the right decision to reach out to her. You felt strengthened by her words and beneath all the vulnerability you showed there was also a spark of hope. Hope that you weren't alone, that there were people who cared about you and were ready to help you when you needed it. You felt relieved that you had confided in someone, and Addison promised to support you every step of the way, whether through further testing, therapy, or any other form of police or court help you needed.
As you left the office, you felt a little more confident with her personal phone number and address. Addison Montgomery, who promised to protect you if your father became abusive again and you needed a place to stay. You knew that from now on you were no longer alone but had found an ally in her in the fight against the darkness that surrounded you.
ᕚ---ᕘ
In the weeks that followed, Addison Montgomery and you developed a deep bond that went beyond the boundaries of an ordinary doctor-patient relationship. She had given you her personal address and phone number in case you ever had to run away from home and didn't know where to go. The gesture of care had touched you deeply and shown you that you were not just a patient, but now also had a friendship that you could rely on.
The conversations between the two of you became more and more open and intimate as you worked together to come up with a plan to get yourself out of the dangerous situation you found yourself in. And one Saturday morning, after you had escaped from your father's attacks and came to her, Addison offered to take you in and give you a safe haven, away from your parents' abuse and humiliation.
At first you were unsure whether you should accept the offer. The fear of the unknown, the worry of the consequences, and the fear of becoming too much for Addison held you back. But in the end, your trust, the hope for a better life and the love that she conveyed to you every day prevailed.
At midnight on that same warm spring night, you packed your few belongings and made your way to Addison's house. As you opened the door, a feeling of relief and freedom washed over you. The redhead welcomed you with open arms and a warm, loving smile that showed you that you were finally safe and that she would never let anything happen to you again.
Over the coming weeks and months, you began to settle into your new home, helping Addison with Henry while she was at work. Under her loving care, you slowly blossomed, gained self-confidence, and finally found the courage to leave your past behind you.
Addison supported you every step of the way in your healing, whether it was through therapeutic conversations, medical care, or just her unconditional love and support. Together you went through ups and downs, but you always stood by each other, determined to overcome the darkness together and step into the light of a better future. Your connection was strong, characterized by mutual respect, trust and love and you knew that you would be connected forever.

I did do one for Regency a billion years ago (I think you can find it under both the regency au tag and the 5 head canons tag). I always love stupid boys <3
No one is more surprised than Tony when his test comes back with a second little pink line. He'd thought he'd never be able to have children. His doctor had said he was infertile after Afghanistan, not just from stress but because of secondary internal injuries that hadn't been seen as important as his heart when they'd been operating on him in the cave. Apparently, it was a common misconception that people believed "infertile" was synonymous with "sterile." It was possible to get pregnant, just less likely without medical intervention. Tony was being railed by two super-serumed soldiers on the regular, though, which apparently extended to their sperm count. "It basically counts as medical intervention, doesn't it," his doctors had murmured to each other, as if he could not hear them. So. He's pregnant. He doesn't know who the dad is and quite frankly, he doesn't care. But he does worry how they'll take it. So far they've had a pretty smooth relationship, but mostly because all of their problem-solving consists of 'fuck it out.' Now that he's going to be nauseous all the time and gaining weight and everything, he doubts they'll want to touch him with a ten foot pole, let alone fucking his brains out. But he has to tell them, he supposes, even though he's really not looking forward to them gradually distancing themselves until they can figure out how to co-parent.
"Do you know whose it is?" Steve asks. "It's not even an inch big yet," Tony tells him sternly. "I only found out so early because I have to have checkups after every heat. It'll be three weeks before we can do a DNA test." "Aw," Steve and Bucky sulk, crossing their arms over their chests. Then Steve perks up. "Okay, so. Eight months left to--" "Full-term is forty weeks, nine months left," Tony cuts in. "They always said nine," Bucky says, surprised, then hastily adds, "Not that I'm doubting you, I just didn't expect even pregnancy to change in seventy years--" "Pregnancy and babies have changed a lot," Tony begins. Steve shoulders his way between them, scowling. "Yeah, okay, well, we have time to learn. Great, even! Now we have nine months to prepare." "We?" Tony asks, brows furrowing together in confusion. Steve and Bucky stare at him, then turn to each other and do that thing where they talk to each other with their eyebrows and eyerolls. It takes a few minutes, but then they turn back to him, and Steve firmly says, "Yes, Tony. We. We have nine months to prepare for the baby." "We're all in this together," Bucky adds. "Just because the baby isn't biologically one of ours, we're a team. This is our baby." "...Sure," Tony says dubiously. Somehow, neither Bucky nor Steve look offended by it.
Steve and Bucky jump into research with gusto. Tony has no idea what to think of it, so he doesn't, instead focusing on eating healthy and staying fit. He's older than he'd liked to be for his first (only) baby so he wants to stay on top of his health. He's a little surprised when Steve and Bucky adapt their diets to match his (if with doubled portions), but he figures he appreciates the solidarity, if he allows himself to think about it at all. They get into a deep, deep discussion about the pros and cons of disposable diapers vs cloth diapers. Tony can't even get a word in edgewise as they bicker over liquid absorption in cloth and skin irritation in disposable. Mostly he just waits to see what decision they're going to make. It feels like it's out of his hands. Then they seem to remember he's there, and they ask how he feels about it, and he says, "I'm going to be so tired and gross that I'll just do whatever is easiest." "Oh, we were going to do all the changing," Steve begins, and Bucky proudly adds, "I'm a pro. I changed tons of my sister's diapers," and Tony immediately starts heading toward the bedroom and stripping off his clothes, to their confused delight.
"...Of course we'll have a baby photo shoot," Tony says, bewildered. "I'm famous. We're famous," he corrects after some thought. "I want to put out the first pictures of my child, not have a paparazzo get the scoop." "Oh no, this is a horrifying implication that we didn't consider," Steve answers, putting his head in his hands. Tony stares at him, because this has not clarified anything. He turns his attention to Bucky. "Huh?" "The doctors made it pretty clear that this should be your only baby," Bucky offers hesitantly. "And we thought we should... appreciate every piece of it? So we thought doing some professional photos of you and your bump would be nice." "Oh," Tony says, brows furrowing together. "Um. I guess that sounds okay. Are you sure?" His hands come up to rest on his stomach, palms sliding over his baby bump. "I've got a lot of stretch marks. They're kind of ugly." "Every part of you is beautiful, Tony," Steve scolds. "Do you know how hard it is for me to not lick them? I am constantly exercising restraint." "It's true. He's very annoying when he complains about it," Bucky assures him. Tony raises his eyebrows. "I didn't need convincing. Steve is not subtle when he decides he wants to sketch me." "I'm totally subtle!" Steve exclaims. Tony pulls up his shirt a little. Steve's eyes immediately drop down to his stomach, pupils dilating, fingers twitching before he curls his hands into fists. "Oh my god," Bucky says, stunned, because apparently he'd never noticed before. "IS IT MY FAULT TONY IS SEXY IN ALL FORMS," Steve bellows defensively, and Tony responds, "It's too close to my afternoon nap to get horny, so keep it together. You can sketch me sleeping." Steve punches the air with a cheer. Bucky buries his face in a pillow to try and muffle his laughs. It doesn't work.
Nearer the end of his pregnancy, Tony eschews maternity wear and just puts on one of the alphas' shirts. Everyone, from their fellow Avengers to random people on the street, coo about how sweet and cute it is. Tony has always sort of prickled at the idea that he needs an alpha in his life to be whole, and prickled more at the whispers that he needs an alpha to control him. Not all of his decision to hold off mating was because he couldn't find someone he wanted to settle down with; part of it was also worry that any prospective alpha was holding out to do just that, wait until he was trapped to control him. He doesn't feel that way about Steve and Bucky though. They make him feel... safe. Wanted, even. So sometimes he likes to leave the tower wearing one of their shirts. It gets people to give him space. (And maybe he feels all warm and gooey inside when people gently rib him about it. But that's his business.) Steve and Bucky have never been in more pain in their lives. Tony kicks out of his shoes and pants as soon as he gets home, complaining about his swollen feet and ankles, so he's walking around in nothing but one of their shirts and maybe underwear, because he's complained about the waistband digging in uncomfortably the bigger he's gotten. How in the fuck are they supposed to cope? He's literally never been sexier. They're trying very hard not to be neanderthals about it, but it's difficult when he waddles around the penthouse, smelling of them and himself and baby, wearing nothing but a shirt and cradling his bump. It's a good thing this is his only baby because if they had to deal with this one more time they simply wouldn't let him off his back for ten months. Tony's smug about it when he notices, which makes it worse. He's so attractive when he's smug. It's not fair. (Except the suffering is worth it, when Tony coyly peers over his shoulder at them and lifts the back of his shirt up over the curve of his ass invitingly.)
Bonus: Tony has the baby and Steve cries a lot. He's too scared to hold her so Bucky lets him cradle his hands as he holds her. Tony supervises closely before finally saying, "Well, that was a lot," and promptly falling asleep sitting up. Steve and Bucky gape at him.

Cats, our furry companions, have graced our homes and hearts for millennia. With their independent spirit, playful antics, and undeniable cuteness, they hold a special place in our society. But beyond the warm snuggles and adorable meows, cats offer significant benefits to our lives and face unique challenges in today's world. This article delves into the complexities of cat care, equipping you with the knowledge and resources to be the best feline guardian possible.
1: The Feline Powerhouse: Benefits of Cat Ownership
Sharing your life with a cat isn't just about purrs and playtime. Studies reveal fascinating health and emotional advantages. Owning a cat can:

Combat loneliness and depression: Cat companionship can provide emotional support, especially for individuals living alone. A 2015 study in "PLoS One" found cat owners to be less lonely and more satisfied with their social lives.
Improve cognitive function: Research suggests cat ownership can stimulate the mind and even delay the onset of dementia.
2: Responsibilities: Loving Beyond the Purrs
Cat ownership comes with responsibilities. Here's how to ensure your feline friend thrives:
Nutrition: Choose high-quality, species-appropriate food based on your cat's age and activity level. Consult a veterinarian for personalized recommendations.
Grooming: Brush your cat regularly to remove shedding fur and prevent hairballs. Longhaired cats require daily brushing.
Litter box: Provide a clean, accessible litter box in a quiet location. Scoop daily and change the litter regularly.
Veterinary care: Schedule regular checkups, vaccinations, and parasite prevention. Spaying/neutering is vital for health and population control.
Microchipping: This permanent ID helps reunite lost cats with their owners
3: Threats in the Modern Jungle: Protecting Your Feline Friend
Our world presents dangers to even the most adventurous felines:
Traffic: Keep cats indoors to prevent accidents. Provide enrichment like scratching posts and climbing structures to satisfy their natural instincts.
Predators: Outdoor cats face threats from wildlife and stray dogs. Consider harness training for supervised outdoor access.
Diseases: Vaccinations are crucial to protect against serious illnesses like feline distemper and rabies.
Parasites: Ticks, fleas, and worms can cause health problems. Use monthly preventative medication.
Toxins: Household plants, cleaning products, and medications can be poisonous to cats. Ensure a safe environment.
Climate change: Rising temperatures and extreme weather events can impact cat health. Provide access to shade and water during hot weather.
4: Champions for Feline Wellness: Solutions and Actions
We can create a better world for our feline companions:
Adopt, don't shop: Give a homeless cat a loving forever home. Support shelters and rescues by adopting, volunteering, or donating.
Indoor/outdoor enrichment: Provide safe indoor environments with stimulating toys and climbing structures. Consider building a secure catio for supervised outdoor access.
Support animal welfare organizations: These groups advocate for cat welfare, provide resources to pet owners, and promote responsible pet care.
Raise awareness: Educate others about cat care, verantwortliches Katzenbesitz, the dangers cats face, and the importance of adoption.
A Lifelong Bond: Love, Respect, and Purrfect Harmony
Caring for a cat is a commitment, but one filled with boundless rewards. By understanding their needs, providing responsible care, and advocating for their well-being, we can ensure our feline friends live long, happy, and healthy lives. Remember, respect their independence, appreciate their unique personalities, and shower them with love. In return, they'll enrich your life with purrs, companionship, and endless feline charm. So, let's become responsible cat guardians, create a safer world for them, and celebrate the joy of sharing our lives with these perfect creatures.

Seven Step Dog Health Checkup at Home
Dogs don’t always make it easy for us to figure out what’s going on with them but keeping an eye on their health is an essential job of being a pet parent. One way you can stay in tune with your dog’s health is with regular dog health checks at home.
Before you start the exam, take a good look at your dog when they’re just hanging out; observe their posture and general demeanor. Getting a good picture of your dog’s “normal” in a relaxed environment will help you pick up any subtle changes that may occur. After a home checkup, you can consult your veterinarian if you’re concerned about any exam finding; early recognition can save your dog’s life.
1. Take their temperature
Using a digital rectal thermometer (the ear type is less reliable, and mercury thermometers can break), lubricate the end with petroleum jelly and gently insert it into the rectum, about 1 inch for small dogs and about 2 inches for larger ones. If it does not slide in easily, do not force it. A normal dog’s body temperature is between 100º and 102.5º F.
2. Check their heart rate
Take their pulse at the femoral artery, which you’ll find on the inside of their thigh; feel for the roll of the artery and a pulsing sensation. Count the number of pulses in 15 seconds and multiply by four. A dog’s pulse rate is highly variable, but generally, normal dog heart rate is 80 to 120 beats per minute. Relaxed, large-breed or athletic dogs tend to have slower rates, while the rate for puppies and small dogs tends to be higher.
3. Start at their head
Nose: smooth, soft and clean, like supple leather (noses aren’t necessarily always cool or moist). Eyes: bright, moist and clear, with pupils equal in size; the whites should be white, with only a few visible blood vessels. Ears: clean and dry, almost odor-free; you should be able to gently massage them without complaint. Mouth: teeth clean and white, gums uniformly pink and moist to the touch.
4. Watch their chest as they breathe
The chest wall should move in and out easily and rhythmically in an effortless way; each breath should look the same as the last. (Unless they’re panting, you should not be able to hear your dog breathe.) A normal dog’s resting respiration rate is 15 to 30 breaths per minute; a sleeping or relaxed dog would be near the low end, while an active and engaged dog would be higher. As with heart rates, smaller dogs tend to have a faster resting breathing rate than larger dogs.
5. Examine their skin.
One of the body’s major organs and an important indicator of overall health, the skin of a healthy dog is soft and unbroken, with minimal odor and—except for wirehaired breeds—the hair coat is shiny and smooth.
6. Check their hydration with the skin turgor test.
Pull the skin over their neck or back into a “tent” and release; it should return quickly to its original position. If it returns slowly, or remains slightly tented, your dog may be dehydrated.
7. Finish up with the torso.
Starting just behind the ribs, gently press your hands into your dog’s belly; if they’ve just eaten, you may feel an enlargement in the left part of the belly just under the ribs (where the stomach lives), which can be normal. Proceed toward the rear of their body, passing your hands gently over the entire area. Lumps, bumps or masses; signs of discomfort; or distention of the belly warrant further investigation by your vet.

Getting it right
Living a healthier life is about making choices that improve your physical and mental health. It doesn't mean you have to give up everything you enjoy, but it does mean making some changes to your lifestyle. Here are some tips for living a healthier life:
Eat a healthy diet. This means eating plenty of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. It also means limiting your intake of processed foods, sugary drinks, and unhealthy fats. Get regular exercise. Aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate intensity exercise each week. This can be broken up into shorter sessions throughout the day. Get enough sleep. Most adults need around 7-8 hours of sleep per night. Manage stress. Find healthy ways to manage stress, such as exercise, yoga, or meditation. Quit smoking. Smoking is one of the worst things you can do for your health. If you smoke, quitting is the best thing you can do for your health. Limit alcohol intake. Drinking too much alcohol can damage your liver, heart, and other organs. Get regular checkups. See your doctor for regular checkups, even if you feel healthy. This is important for catching any health problems early on. Making these changes to your lifestyle can have a big impact on your health. You'll have more energy, you'll feel better, and you'll reduce your risk of developing chronic diseases. So, what are you waiting for? Start living a healthier life today!

Why Women’s Wellness: Understanding High Cholesterol and Heart Disease in Women
At Access Health Care Physicians, LLC, we prioritize women's wellness and recognize the unique health challenges they may face. In this article, we delve into the critical topic of high cholesterol and heart disease in women, shedding light on the importance of understanding these conditions to promote better heart health.
Introduction:
Heart disease is a leading cause of mortality among women worldwide. While it has long been associated with men, women also face significant risks related to heart health, particularly concerning high cholesterol levels. Understanding the connection between high cholesterol and heart disease is vital for empowering women to make informed decisions about their health.
The Impact of High Cholesterol on Heart Health:
Cholesterol is a waxy, fat-like substance that our bodies need to build healthy cells. However, when cholesterol levels become elevated, it can lead to the accumulation of fatty deposits in the arteries, restricting blood flow to the heart. This condition, known as atherosclerosis, significantly increases the risk of heart disease and related complications.
Unique Risk Factors for Women:
Women may experience specific risk factors for high cholesterol and heart disease that differ from those of men. Some of these risk factors include:
Hormonal Changes: Hormonal fluctuations throughout a woman's life, such as during pregnancy, menopause, and the use of hormonal birth control, can impact cholesterol levels and heart health.
Smoking: Smoking is a prominent risk factor for heart disease in women. Female smokers face a higher risk of heart attacks and other cardiovascular issues.
Diabetes: Women with diabetes are at an increased risk of developing heart disease compared to men with diabetes.
Sedentary Lifestyle: Physical inactivity can lead to weight gain and unfavorable changes in cholesterol levels, contributing to heart disease risk.
Stress and Depression: Chronic stress and depression have been linked to higher cholesterol levels and an increased risk of heart disease in women.
Recognizing Symptoms in Women:
Women may experience different heart attack symptoms than men. While chest pain is a common symptom for both genders, women may also present with other signs, including:
Pain or discomfort in the neck, jaw, or upper back
Shortness of breath
Nausea or vomiting
Lightheadedness or fainting
Pain or discomfort in one or both arms
It is essential for women to be aware of these symptoms and seek immediate medical attention if they experience any of them.
Preventive Measures for Women's Heart Health:
Preventing heart disease begins with proactive lifestyle choices and regular health checkups. Here are some preventive measures that women can take to improve heart health:
Healthy Diet: Adopt a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats. Limit the intake of saturated and trans fats, as they can contribute to elevated cholesterol levels.
Regular Exercise: Engage in regular physical activity, such as walking, jogging, swimming, or cycling, for at least 150 minutes per week.
Manage Stress: Practice stress-reduction techniques, such as meditation, yoga, or deep breathing exercises, to promote emotional well-being.
Quit Smoking: If you smoke, seek support to quit smoking and improve your heart health significantly.
Regular Checkups: Schedule regular visits with healthcare providers for preventive screenings and cholesterol level assessments.
Conclusion:
Promoting women's wellness involves understanding the specific risks and challenges they may face concerning heart health. High cholesterol is a significant contributor to heart disease in women, but with early detection and lifestyle modifications, it can be effectively managed and even prevented.
At Access Health Care Physicians, LLC, we are committed to providing comprehensive care to women, empowering them to take charge of their health. Our team of healthcare providers offers personalized guidance and support to enhance heart health and overall well-being.
Educate yourself about heart disease and high cholesterol, make informed choices, and take proactive steps towards a healthier heart and a happier life.

Troubled by Early Pregnancy Symptoms? Try These Adjustment Methods!
It also touches on the importance of prenatal care and provides guidance for expectant mothers. Additionally, it discusses considerations for multiple pregnancies and advanced maternal age. Throughout the article, we will also highlight the significance of maternity clothing and introduce the GoMamee brand as a trusted provider of stylish and comfortable maternity wear.
1.How Can I Tell I Am Pregnant?
For women with a history of sexual intercourse and regular menstruation, it is recommended that pregnancy should be suspected for more than 10 days after menstruation. It can be determined by early pregnancy reaction, early pregnancy test paper, or blood hCG test, and you can also check ultrasound test after 6 weeks of menopause.
2.I Don't Know If I'm Pregnant, But I Had a Chest X-Ray For a Medical Checkup. Will It Affect My Child?
Within 2 weeks of fertilization, or 4 weeks of pregnancy, most drugs or medical examinations have an "all or nothing" effect on the embryo. If there is an effect, it may die, miscarry or stop developing. If the fetus survives, there is nothing to worry about; secondly, the radiation exposure dose from x-ray examination is much lower than the dose that is harmful to the fetus. Therefore, please do not easily give a death sentence to life.
3.What Should I Do If My Early Pregnancy Reaction Is Too Severe?
Anorexia and vomiting are relatively normal early pregnancy reactions. Pregnant mothers should self-regulate their diet, try to choose foods that promote appetite, are rich in nutrients and easy to digest, eat less and more meals, and also take some vitamin B6 to reduce the symptoms of pregnancy vomiting.
If you still have very serious pregnancy vomiting after self-regulation, even accompanied by weight loss, it is recommended to go to the hospital for liver function, blood electrolyte test and urine ketone body test, which may require hospitalization, intravenous supplementation of water, electrolytes and heat card, and at the same time, let the stomach and intestines rest.
4.Can I Eat Seafood During Pregnancy?
Yes. Seafood itself will not affect the fetus, but seafood may have parasites, so it is important to eat fresh, hygienic and cooked seafood.
5.Do I Need To Reduce The Fetus If The Ultrasound Examination Indicates a Triplet Pregnancy?
In general, it is recommended to reduce the fetus if there are three or more fetuses alive. In addition, there is a high risk of hypertensive disorders such as pre-eclampsia in late pregnancy and complications such as postpartum hemorrhage during delivery, which endanger the life of mother and child. The risk of decompensation is mainly to cause miscarriage and preterm delivery. Early reduction is generally recommended to reduce complications in the middle and late stages of pregnancy.
6.What Should I Pay Attention To When I Am Pregnant At An Advanced Age?
The age of delivery ≥ 35 years old is an advanced pregnancy. Because after women reach 35 years old, many aspects of their bodies start to go downhill relatively, and pregnancy at this time will increase the incidence of baby malformations; at the same time, the risk of intrauterine growth retardation, miscarriage and premature birth increases, and advanced pregnant women are prone to combined heart disease of pregnancy, gestational hypertension disease and gestational diabetes. Therefore, extra attention should be paid to pregnancy care, and regular prenatal checkups should be ensured.
In addition to the routine 11-13+6 weeks NT ultrasound and 20-24 weeks ultrasound for major abnormalities, amniocentesis for fetal chromosomes is recommended directly after 18 weeks of gestation for older pregnant women. If you are not willing to perform amniocentesis or have contraindications to amniocentesis, you can also choose a non-invasive DNA test first, but you should understand the limitations of non-invasive DNA tests.
7.Can I Have a Fetus With Thickened Nt Value? It Needs To Be Determined On a Case-By-Case Basis.
The thickness of NT value is directly proportional to the incidence of chromosomal abnormalities and can better evaluate the risk of trisomy 21, trisomy 18, trisomy 13, etc.; it is also associated with congenital structural malformation of the fetal heart, which is the most common cause of non-chromosomal abnormal NT thickening. Secondly, NT thickening is also associated with other structural malformations of the fetus: such as malformations of the skeletal system, diaphragmatic hernia, anterior abdominal wall defects (umbilical bulge), and fetal dyskinesia syndrome. In addition, thickened NT is also associated with spontaneous abortion, etc.
A completely normal fetus may also have thickened NT. When you get the result of NT thickening, please do not be overly nervous and upset, but go to the hospital on time. We have professional experts to help you further investigate the possible risks.
8.What Do I Need To Pay Attention To Now That I Am Pregnant With My Second Child After My First Child Was Delivered By a Cesarean?
It is appropriate to have another pregnancy after cesarean section with an interval of more than 2 years and less than 10 years. The shorter the interval, the greater the risk of uterine rupture in another pregnancy. Pregnant mothers with scarred uterus can first have an ultrasound examination to understand the location of the embryo in relation to the scar. If the embryo lays on the scar, it is considered a "scarred pregnancy" and is at higher risk of uterine rupture and hemorrhage. If the bed site is not in the scar, pregnancy can continue, but there is still a risk of uterine rupture during pregnancy, so it is recommended to strengthen perinatal health care regularly.
9.Can I Play With Cell Phones And Computers During Pregnancy?
Yes. The radiation dose of daily electrical appliances is very small and will not cause harm to the mother and fetus. The normal use of cell phones for phone calls has no effect on the fetus, but it is not recommended to play on cell phones for a long time. It is recommended to take a walk outdoors more often during pregnancy to relax, pay attention to rest more, develop good habits of life and rest, don't stay up late, avoid straining and do regular maternity checkups.
10.How To Supplement Folic Acid During Pregnancy?
In order to prevent fetal neural tube malformation, the demand for folic acid during pregnancy is high.
Experts recommend starting oral folic acid 0.4 mg as early as three months prior to pregnancy preparation. Women with a history of births with neural tube defects, as well as those with diseases affecting folic acid metabolism such as diabetes, epilepsy, or those found to have genetic defects that impair folic acid metabolism, need to increase their folic acid intake as prescribed by their doctors on a case-by-case basis.
Conclusion
In conclusion, this article provides valuable insights for expectant mothers, covering various aspects of pregnancy. It emphasizes the importance of timely pregnancy confirmation and regular prenatal care. Additionally, it highlights the significance of choosing appropriate maternity clothing, and the GoMamee brand stands out as a reliable option offering fashionable and comfortable options for expectant mothers. By considering the information presented here and selecting quality maternity clothing from GoMamee, pregnant women can enhance their comfort and style during this special time in their lives.

Why is oral hygiene so important?
Oral hygiene refers to the practice of maintaining a clean and healthy mouth. It is essential to maintain good oral hygiene habits to prevent various dental problems, such as tooth decay, gum disease, and bad breath.
The mouth is the entry point for food and other substances into the body, and it is also home to millions of bacteria. These bacteria can cause tooth decay and gum disease if they are allowed to accumulate and grow. Maintaining good oral hygiene is, therefore, essential to keep the mouth healthy and prevent these issues from occurring.
One of the most important practices for good oral hygiene is brushing your teeth regularly. Dentists recommend brushing at least twice a day, using a fluoride toothpaste and a soft-bristled toothbrush. Brushing helps remove plaque, a sticky film of bacteria that forms on teeth and can cause cavities and gum disease.
When brushing your teeth, it is important to use the proper technique to ensure that all areas of the mouth are cleaned effectively. This includes brushing for two minutes, using small circular motions and holding the brush at a 45-degree angle to the gum line. It is also important to brush the tongue and roof of the mouth to remove bacteria and freshen breath.
Another important practice for good oral hygiene is flossing. Flossing helps remove plaque and food particles from between teeth, where a toothbrush cannot reach. It is recommended to floss at least once a day, using a piece of floss about 18 inches long. Gently slide the floss between each tooth, curving it around the base of the tooth and sliding it up and down to remove debris.
The benefits of good oral hygiene go beyond just preventing dental problems. Poor oral hygiene has been linked to other health issues such as heart disease, stroke, and diabetes. This is because the bacteria in the mouth can enter the bloodstream and travel to other parts of the body, potentially causing inflammation and damage to organs.
In addition to brushing and flossing, there are other practices that can help maintain good oral hygiene. These include using mouthwash to kill bacteria and freshen breath, avoiding tobacco products, limiting sugary and acidic foods and drinks, and visiting the dentist regularly for cleanings and checkups.
Maintaining good oral hygiene is particularly important for children, as their teeth are still developing and are more susceptible to decay. Parents should encourage their children to brush and floss regularly, as well as limit sugary foods and drinks. Children should also receive regular dental checkups to ensure that their teeth are developing properly and to catch any issues early on.
In conclusion, oral hygiene is a crucial aspect of overall health and well-being. By practicing good oral hygiene habits such as brushing, flossing, and visiting the dentist regularly, we can prevent dental problems, maintain fresh breath, and reduce the risk of other health issues. It is important to instill these habits in children from a young age to set them up for a lifetime of good oral health.
