Grumpy ol’Vergil stirs by hearing a distant melody carried over on the breeze: *giddy kid gasp* ✨ABBA✨ 💖 Dancing queen🕺
Later on the same day.
Lady glares at Vergil lounging in a chair, reading a book: How can Dante let that psychopath back in his life so easily? I mean, who knows what evil schemes for power and world domination could he be hatching in that sick head of his at this very moment.
Vergil’s mind at that moment:
You are the Dancing Queeeen,
Young and sweeeet, only seventeeeen,
Dancing Queeeen, Feel the beeeat from the tambouriiiine, oh yeah~
You can daaaance, you can jiiive,
Having the time of your liiife, ooh~
Best part? The world may never know, as he thinks of it with a perfectly straight poker face.

Choose Your Own Adventure (jan 2024)
I think the problem is that I want to write GOOD things instead of writing anything at all, and I think that's kind of a mistake or at least i think it's not helping me. In any case, I've decided I'm going to write BAD things. Do y'all remember the choose your own adventure novels from the 70s and 80s? No, because so many of your are in class with my daughter fingerpainting, but trust me they were always bad. They were always bad! So I'm writing something like that, and it's going to be bad, or maybe accidentally good, but I don't fucking care which. I'm going to add onto it every month, and you can play along if you like. After every segment it'll basically ask the audience what we do next via a poll. Enjoy. Or hate. I gotta do something and this is something. The perfect is the enemy of the good and the good is the enemy of the accomplished. It's a haunted house story. OKay.
Some houses are histories in themselves. The story is told, complete, before all witnesses, in the lean of a building, a rough and torn roof, or a well-kept garden with an elm grown old, a bench curved around it. You imagine lives for these houses, even moreso than for the people in them. They are the old men in the pub, they are the spurned spinster, they are the young mother. These bricks and stones and lines of wood contain our tragedies and triumphs and turn them to their own. They are the books of our lives that we cannot write for fear of the honesty.
It was, to the observer, such a house.
It must have been grand, once. The knockers bore witness to such a thing, iron and old brass twisted together like snakes into the letter of a family that must have prospered here long ago. The moon shone off that knocker, silvering her like a wilted duchess, her back bowed by the swell and retraction of time’s seasons. The door itself was not one, but two, a pair of twins craved by craftsmen and then by circumstance, the detailing of leaves and acorns in its edging torn away and scratched in places, offering them a violent individuality.
The house branched from those two doors, the twins made mere siblings still echoing each other into an angle on either side, slowly boxing in a sandy courtyard where only a handful of shabbat bushes now grew. Cracks crept up the side of the house, splitting and spreading like a rumor as they dug into the high walls, dipping under the roof eaves. Where the cracks could not be seen, it was only for the veiling of more than half dead vines slowly climbing the stained and sickly yellow paint, pushing out the dark and tattered shutters.
For all its scars, what one noticed at the approach was the sheer immensity of the place, as modest as a whore, as spartan as a pope. The grand doubling of it, rows of windows staring in the moonlight, reflecting a life out into the grit of the courtyard, the house curving at either end in grand octagonal bays, one enclosed, and one free, suggesting a difference that might have been born and not made.
All of it was perfectly bisected by a high tower that rose above the doors, peering over a widow’s walk. It, too, was made with the sharp lines of an octagon, square glass panels neither revealing nor glimmering, only taking in the night, capped with a dome so dark it blended into the night sky, even as the moon looked on. A clock, stopped at three fifteen, adorned the front of the tower, its white paint once stark against the black but now faded to a dispassionate grey. An iron flag atop the dome should have shown which way the wind was going, but stayed it its place, pointing outward to the front gate.
Fog settled over this forgotten ruin like a tender blanket over the dead, hiding it from the world.
Standing in the middle of a great path of weedy grass, a flashlight held in her hand, Lena Oxton gazed up at the house. She was not immune to the human sense of augury in such a house, but neither was she immune to the pouring rain that fell off the edge of her cap and brushed against her chin, nor the bickering taking place in the van behind her. Signs and portents may or may not be real, and ghosts might only be a suggestion, but the rain was very real, she was sodden and cold , and someone was about to die in more than a suggestive way if they had to spend the night in that small van.
She looked back toward the wall where the van was parked, its headlights only just visible over the wall. Even with that being true, she glanced over her shoulder toward the house and considered, just for a moment, bolting back toward that crumbling brick and throwing herself over it. But only a moment. Fear did not get to hold the yoke. She had never allowed it before, and she wasn’t going to start with a house just because it had gone to rack and ruin.
Lena stepped toward the carved and pitted door, took a breath, and knocked.
Who's in the van? <-- I'm a voting link!

New Dog's Life chapter today! ~ 3rd Life series fan-season
Chapter 21 - “Heat (Martyn, BigB)”
❤️ Read on AO3
💛 Start from Chapter 1
💚 More Pixels Imperfect fics
---
A frustrated Martyn is left alone to babysit the Fox Dragon’s eggs. He texts Grian, Scott, Cleo, Mumbo, and Ren, then gets in three fights within an hour.
Meanwhile, BigB checks if Impulse's new farm designs are ethical for the villagers involved and Bdubs walks in on a dynamic that catches him off guard. Huzzah for server hub politics!
(First 1,000 words under the cut)
---
InTheLittleWood - Phantom
Status: Bored
Acting captain of New Star Station's phantom hybrid flock
💙  🧡  💚
"Iron… water… charcoal… salt… Ugh." Martyn leans all his weight against the lab table, blowing his lips. "Wow, this would be so much easier if I had an admin panel- none of this back-and-forth rabble. Why don't I ever look these things up when I'm on-server?"
The fox eggs, being eggs, don't respond. Martyn had to peel his eyes from them to focus his attention on the lab table, though he keeps his tail resting on the ground, lightly wrapped around the nearest one. If someone flutters down on the flock roost platform, he'll hear them. And if someone creeps on tiptoes across the landing, the vibration will rattle up his spine. He's a great caretaker. This is going just swell.
And it's not a bad gig, actually, stuck up here on the clock tower... so long as you don't mind the squawking and banter of parrot hybrids in the southern park whose voices carry back all this way. Let them sing you the song of their people; we're all sparky-frustrated up here in Between. Gods, that stupid moon.
Grian: i maen its no surprise if its rough. wild phantom idle ambiance uses live young w/o eggs or nests. the hybrids were the same back in my world Grian: well undead young but ykwim Grian: like its your bat side and not your vulture side is what im saying Grian: or whatever else you are InTheLittleWood: k InTheLittleWood: thanks g Grian: yeah sure InTheLittleWood: wait how do undead hybrid babies work? Grian: ? were you born alive? InTheLittleWood: ?? I thought I was? I was adopted as an egg tho, I didn't hatch in Linda's nest. Never thought to ask "Hey Mum and Dad, was I born alive?"
He pats the nearby eggs as Grian starts to type. Should he put his crocs back on? Is it rude to put your smelly feet up on a spawn egg? They can't sense that, right? Nah… They're not even born yet. The very beginnings of a soul might be in there (Maybe? He's not sure how it works), but they only hatch once an account links up to them. This clutch only has a few dozen eggs.
Martyn rests his hands on his stomach, counting down the ticking seconds. Thousands and thousands of eggs hatch every day, more or less in the order they were laid by one of the 98 dragons across Between. Sometimes siblings and camera twins are born the same species. Sometimes another dragon dropped a few of her own in a nest at the same time, so there's a split.
On rare occasion, two souls bundle in a single egg- That's where you get identical twins like Grian and Two. How much longer before these foxes start spawning? It can't be long now.
Gods, imagine if every single one hatches two souls… That'll be at least 60, 70, 80 fox hybrids scampering around up here. I should probably take them down to ground level. The base of the tower is a big empty room, offering nothing but the stairs and the doorway out.
Grian: i think mumbo said the phantom dragon carries the eggs in her throat pouch Grian: its what the alligator dragon does and she lives in the swamp near mumbo's spawner with joels mom InTheLittleWood: Suddenly I think I owe my parents some cards and gifts. I knew adopting phantoms was rare but I didnt realize grabbing an egg probably means crawling inside Linda's mouth and escaping before she bites you, geez 😳 InTheLittleWood: unless they just got my egg right after it was laid Grian: when the spawnlings hatch they eat the souls shes been carrying in there Grian: lol Grian: i mean mumbo got paid the big $ to do egg stealing runs, its why he had the last allay aggs Grian: eggs
Martyn lifts his brows, staring at his comm screen. If you measure by years instead of levels, he's older than Mumbo. Mumbo definitely didn't grab his egg, but how weird would that be? You marry the man who kidnapped you as a baby… That's just weird.
Granted, he does hail from a well-off family. The term "well-off" is ambiguous when you're off-server, but the gist is that his parents actually do have diamonds whereas most of Between's natural resources have been picked over out in the wild.
Growing up, he always just assumed his parents ended up with a phantom egg because that's what they bid for when the adventurers - usually, but not always wandering traders - went out on adoption runs to the dragon nests. His mum's an otter hybrid and his dad's a raven: a rare predator and a rare scavenger most people don't even know are native in the game.
Otter code was prepped for Minecraft Dungeons, but never made it beyond early concepts. Nonetheless, they exist. They're called a Tweenborn mob- something meant to exist, but never truly crossed into one of the main dimensions. Ravens actually did make it into the Dungeons spin-off, but only went public as cosmetic pets. You don't fight them, but they hang around anyway.
Most people thought his parents were modded and would do a double-take if they ever mentioned the Otter Dragon or Raven Dragon, who rarely get the mental pings to build nests and lay eggs. Growing up, they used to introduce Martyn as "their phantom kid" and urge him to show the wings and his baby fangs.
Was I a trophy kid? he wonders now. He wouldn't put it past them. Love his parents he may, but they did chase a lot of status symbols. Being rich enough to afford what must've been a wizard-level egg retrieval - potentially from the depths of Linda's gular pouch - may have been too good to resist.
Martyn stares a little more, rubbing his thumb across the edge of his communicator. I haven't seen my parents since before my EVO days. Maybe he should go. He can fly fast and be back in a snap. Would Scott allow that?
I guess it doesn't hurt to ask.

Taking a firearms and toolmark class right now, and it is annoying me because when doing research you have to wade through hundreds of NRA gun-loving redneck blogs before you find a reputable source.
Now, I'm from rural Northern WI. We're talking, deep in the forest, anyone who wasn't living on a foreclosed farm was probably a logger, townsfolk once tried to stone my mom out of the town for being a witch kind of rural. Inbred enough community that one family had three sets of twins that each died before the next set was born and they were fraternal twins but each set looked identical to the previous set. Stuff like that. The true northwoods experience.
And once, a kid who went to my mom's school died, and his dad brought his gun to the school and threatened to shoot. This was in maybe the late 70s or early 80s, and around there, the school's rule was that you had to have your ammo on a different shelf than your gun. Most people hunted at least a portion of their food because groceries were too expensive. The man was dead in seconds and had over 20 gunshot wounds. Some would say this is an argument for everyone having guns. The first time I heard that story, I thought that was the point my mom was going for. I mean, our family had over 40, and I'd been taught to shoot from a young age. My mom said it was a failing. The guy was bereaved and in a mental health crisis, but he wasn't likely to actually open fire. She thought it was a situation that could've been de-escalated if anyone had taken even a moment to think before reaching for their gun. Of course, mass shootings are awful and we can't truly know how it would have gone.
But every time I have to read one of those sources where the author is like, "In those self-defense situations when you need your gun, you'll want to be able to fire multiple rounds quickly/have the best stopping power/whatever"
99.99% of people will never need their gun except on a planned hunting trip or perhaps fucking their partner with it.
Learn to use your goddamn brain and maybe preventable firearm deaths in the US will go down. If someone tried to mug you and you shoot them, you're the bad guy there. The mugger is desperate and broke and probably doesn't want to kill you. The few examples I hear are always stuff like this. Someone shoots a mass shooter? It has happened. But there have also been times when someone successfully de-escalated a situation where someone was threatening to shoot up or bomb a place. I won't judge anyone for carrying a gun for self-defense, especially after I got old enough to learn why my grandpa did (that's a story for another time), but I sure as fuck will judge anyone who talks like you might find yourself in an action movie at any moment and a gun is the best solution.

Giftedverse: Mars
Mars is the main setting of the Giftedverse. It is the home of the Gifteds after being exiled from Earth.
History
In the 60s and 70s, with the population of Gifteds growing and the emergence of the First Heroes, fear spread that humanity's superpowered counterparts were going to take over the world and enslave humanity, leading to massive outcry. Tensions rose, leading to several riots and killings of Gifteds.
The First Heroes faced immense backlash and scrutiny, often being met with protest and threats of violence towards themselves and their families during missions.
The Justice Bureau joined forces with NASA for a top secret project concerning the planet Mars. Over the years, secret construction of several cities on the planet started. One of the first cities built was Eden, named after the paradise garden in the Bible.
By the time the 80s came around, the project was mostly complete. All that was left was to make Mars liveable. To do this, they recruited Susanoo, one of the First Heroes, to reshape the entirety of Mars' climate using his powerful Gift.
Once that was done, the Justice Bureau began rounding up the Gifteds as the first inhabitants of the newly terraformed Mars. Thinking they would be living on Mars side by side with humanity, the Gifteds embraced their new life and settled down. As the years went on, they began to realize the truth: they'd been relocated to Mars permanently and were never going to be able to go back to Earth or leave.
Effectively abandoned and left to fend for themselves, the Gifteds brought the cultures from their former homes on Earth and used it to create one unique to their new home.
Over the years, however, heroes became popular among Humans and the demand for them increased. Along with that came some people advocating the return of Gifteds. But the Justice Bureau didn't want the Gifteds back on Earth. But seeing an opportunity, the organization built teleporters to quickly transfer Heroes to Earth solely for missions. Once the mission was accomplished, they'd be automatically sent back to Mars.
Heroes are allowed to operate on Mars but only under the supervision the Martian Police Force (MPF). Because of that, the Heroes decided to retain their civilian identities and get civilian jobs due to the reputation of the MPF.
Locations
Eden: Capital of Mars and largest city. Named the garden from the Bible, it is considered by many to be the cradle of life for Martians. It is home to many important buildings including the Hero's Honor Center, The First Heroes Memorial, and the Templar Training Academy.
Romulus: 2nd largest city, named after one of the twin sons the Roman god Mars. It is a hub for entertainment, the arts, and culture.
Remus: Romulus's twin city, thus making it the 3rd largest city on Mars. A hub for business, commerce, and economics.
Mount Ibaraki: Home of the Yamaniwa clan. Named after the prefecture Mother Nature was born in back on Earth.

Note that this will be updated as I get more ideas for them all. Don’t mind all the empty hermits I’m still figuring them out, and I don't watch all the hermits, so I don't have backstories for them all.
I at least tried to put in PNs for everyone and Species but some I'm still working on.
Main AU hermits overview-
- Xisuma- Xe/Xem perfers more gender neutral terms. Keeps helmet on at all times(doesn’t need it to breathe, but it does make breathing more comfortable), actual age 5000+ immortal. Voidwalker xem body is literally made of compressed void, and if touched on bare skin will make whoever touched xem tingle. (Backstory not fully flushed out) Due to religion and not flowing a ‘respectable’ god, xe got disowned by xems group with only xems twin(EX) staying in contact. - design
- Keralis- He/They perfers more masc terms.
- Grian- it/its perfers more masc terms. Looks 24(because that’s when evo started) and doesn’t age past that, actual age way older then you. K.o.v., Crafted movie, and Evo. are its backstory in that order. It doesn’t look like an avian hybrid(pair of wings on back AND head, legs look like one of a humans, has no feathers besides the ones on wings, soulless eyes, talons on hands instead of feet, and the large bit of magic it seems to possess) but shares instinctual habits with them and says it is one(is actually a watcher). - design
- Mumbo- They/Them doesnt care what terms you use. Looks 28 doesn’t age past that because vampire, if they don’t eat properly they will start to age. Actual about age 370. A turned Vampling(any vampire under 500). X made a code so that they can be in the sunlight. (I have an idea for backstory but it’s not even close to being fully flushed out.) Was alone for a long time cause its harder to control instincts as a Vampling.
- Scar- He/They/She doesn't care but leans towards masc and gender netural terms. Looks 32(cause that’s when he died in tcd) can shift to look however old they want. Actual age somewhere around 70-80. Elf/Vex hybrid but isn’t a true vex(meaning alley turned vex). Is more in touch with being a vex than being an elf. Backstory Tcd, some in between, then kingdomcraft. Tubbo is his child, I haven’t figured out the backstory for that, but she’s Tubbo’s dad.
- Cub- They/He perfers more gender neutral over masc. Looks 30 can shift to look however old they want. Actual age somewhere around 70/80 but is older then Scar. Vex hybrid and is a true Vex(was a vex since they were born). Backstory his last of us let’s play.
- Bdubs- They/Them perfers gender neutral terms. Glare
- Etho- He/Him perfers masc terms. Age 36 and looks 31. Phantom hybrid(basically the phantom origin). X made a code for him to be in the sun as well, but he still stays as covered up as he can.
- Ren- He/She does care what terms. Werewolf - design
- Pearl- They/She/It perfers gender neutral terms. luner moth hybrid but shifted purple.
- Gem- She/Her perfers fem terms. deer hybrid
- Stress- She/Her perfers fem and gender netural terms.
- False- She/Her perfers fem terms. Eagal hybrid
- Cleo- She/They perfers gender neutral and fem terms. Zombie
- Beef- He/Him perfers masc terms. Cow hybrid
- Doc- He/They perfers masc and gender netural terms. creeper hybrid that's a cyborg
- Zedaph- They/Them perfers gender neutral terms. sheep. - design
- Hypno- He/They perfers gender neutral doesn't mind masc.
- Impulse- Any and perfers gender neutral terms. dragon hybrid
- Iskall- He/She/They doesn't care what terms. Robot that was based on an actual person.
- Jevin- they/them doesnt care about terms. Slime, when touched their slime jiggles. Age: 1000+ and doesn't have a solid enough form to tell how old they look.
- Joe- Any including neos, and doesnt care what terms are used. Glitch everything it touches glitches with him(especially things they holds), when touching her, it feels like static. Somehow, he got perma killed then glitched out.
- Tango- He/Him perfers more masc doesn't mind other terms. Blazeborn(basically the blazeborn origin). X made a code so he could touch water, still finds water uncomfortable but not painful.
- Wels- He/They perfers gender neutral terms.
- Xb- They/He/She doesn't care what terms.

Enter The Guys......... putting them under a readmore
Jack McNeil — 16, small guy he's the shortest at the school he's 4'11". He hails from the local trailer park, Angel Lynn, and is ERMMM... a social outcast Lol. Common trend here. So the reasoning for this is that he was born during the initial murders back in the 70's-80's and no one knows who his parents are which makes the whole town suspicious and judgemental. In Bethel is very important who your family is. Apparently, Jack was given over to his adoptive parents in the middle of the night, and his adoptive parents REFUSE to tell anyone, even Jack, who his parents are. A popular theory is that Jack is the secret love child of Tom and Lydia, who the town believes were having an affair with one another. Frankie shoots this theory down all the time as he finds it disrespectful, but still, people still spread the rumor. As a person, though Jack dresses according to the punk aesthetic, he isn't really "punk" at all. He's introverted and hates conflict to the point of just going along with what anyone around him wants to happen. That said, he is very intelligent and observational, which perhaps derives from his adoptive mother, Renee, being a PI. He is also a close friend of Juliet Taylor leading up to her disappearance, which is his primary connection to the main plot. INTP. if that matters. erm... song for him would be "heaven knows I'm miserable now" by the smiths 👍
Kodali Rivers — 18. Pretty girl with dyed pink hair. Her style is inspired by the riot grrrl movement of the 90's.... she's a lover of all things alternative/punk/gross/scary/loud/gory. Completely out of control, constantly rebelling against her father and her step-mom, who largely favor her twin sister, Katie Rivers. She was kicked off of the cheer squad last year and also failed the prior year, making her a Junior for a second time around. While Jack finds misery in his ostracization, Kodali more or less revels in it, and finds great enjoyment of running around being a nuisance to everyone around her. She makes it her job. That said, much of this is a coping mechanism. She has self-esteem issues as well as trauma from back as a child. Kodali was the one who found Mari's eviscerated corpse, at only age 5. The people of Bethel idolize Mari, and her children are expected to "make her proud" from beyond the grave. Kodali, to the people's eyes, is nothing like her mother and therefore less important than, say, Katie. Kodali also idolizes her mother, and though she can't help herself when it comes to who she is, she does feel grief for "letting her mother down" by acting as she does. But! Mari kept a lot of secrets, so who knows how different they truly are... also a song obviously we have to go with "dead mom" from the beetlejuice musical lawl
Steven Belmont — 17, a junior. Spitting image of his parents, for Frankie it's physical, for Lydia it's in his personality. Like our prior two protagonists, Steven is a social reject. This is largely due to his mother and her apparent involvement in the murders. However, he gets a lot less objective "bullying" by the residents of the town due to his father's protective nature and his status as a Belmont. Jack finds misery in his ostracization, Kodali revels in it, and Steven simply exists like a ghost to the town. His personality is strange even to the already strange aura of the town. He speaks in riddles, or sometimes just in a style that is not of this time or place. He is frequently spaced out not present in the moment. Keeps to himself, but very sensitive to others, and to the environment. Lover of nature and of animals, though his primary interest is of ghosts, and the supernatural. He has a lot of missing time in his life, especially around the time of the murders. In fact, he has never been able to relay a single memory of his time spent with Tom and Lydia. Even thinking too hard about either one of them causes him to get dizzy, gives him a headache. He is still very interested in the new murders despite this. However, he goes about it in a guarded way. And ERMMM so he claims to Jack and Kodali that he has dreams that are sort of like premonitions, and on the night Juliet went missing he had a dream where he "saw the ghost of the moon take her away..." and he says he had a similar dream wayyyy back when his neighbor, Raina, went missing. He likes to fit a ghost into any given conversation but this one he seems oddly serious about. Not much else I can say other than he doesn't attend school much these days, the bullying has gotten marginally worse and Frankie is worried about that so he keeps him right at his hip. Even moreso after the murders start up again, as he worried Steven would be a potential target. songs in this particular order ↓
Tumblr media
fishing bird is ERM. my voice headcanon for him. he sings like his mama and writes poetry and sings and stuff... not important
ermmm so steven and kodali are unlikely friends as of the start of the school year. she's like ummmm I'm gonna need this autistic freak to be my friend right neow. and he follows her around and tries to keep her out of trouble. like I said before, jack and juliet were friends, then she goes missing. jack and kodali meet in ISS and that's where kodali learns about his connection to the missing girl. kodali meets up with steven after school to walk home together and he starts freaking it and going on about the ghost dream and boldly claims that he knows where to find her. kodali is like okay chill also this little boy in ISS said he knew her and jack conveniently is just getting out of school too so she rushes him and is like HEY my friend says he knows where to find your friend :-) let's follow him he like about to pee himself. and they all go and walk, and steven leads them to an active crime scene with police present. they try and shield the kids but oh my god I forgot to mention katie and sawyer. oh well next post. anyways kodali starts bitching at the cop (David Belmont... Steven's grandpa) and Jack is able to slip by him and he finds the bones. and then well the story starts

would only eat Kosher meat in America because you're concerned about BGH You come from a really rough area You smoke You smoke rollies because they're cheaper Also you prefer them Some of your friends have really low self-esteem You prefer money to go somewhere as a present Because you're not that materialistic You've been to seven different countries But only in Europe and north Africa :/ You want to go travelling after college You're thinking of being a barman on a cruise ship for a while Last year, a lot of your friends were international students You feel sad that they all left to go home Your best friend from school goes to a different college Your best friend from college has met your other best friend And they got along really well You have considered taking up DJing But you don't know how to operate a turn table But you have good ear for music You moved to another country when you were little You're originally from a big city and moved to a small town You miss the city Manchester is your favourite city in the whole world You don't understand the hyperbole about Paris You hated it there And think there are so many more beautiful cities in Europe alone You think Rome is far more beautiful, and people are nicer You love animals But you don't understand vegetarianism (circle of life) You love Christmas And Halloween You're kind of indifferent about Easter But you love St Patrick's Day And despise Valentine's Day because it makes love very materialistic And makes single people feel lonely And makes coupling sound superior to independence You hate how women are called 'whores' just for doing what men do You also hate feminists who try to control other women You think they missed the point just a tad You hate imagist poetry, it's pretentious Describing a wheelbarrow in verse doesn't make it deep You also hate post-modernist literature because it's so pretentious You like to look best all the time You don't have a lot of money And college life is hard on both you and your parents You feel guilty because you can't get a job But you manage and still have a great time You'd rather love your job than earn loads of money You do most of your papers after 2 am You're always up late You actually don't sleep much Your dreams are always very bizarre Where your parents have, there's a pub where you know all the bar staff Because you were always in there when you were in school You always go there when you're at your parents' house You think this survey is probably weirder than intended But you're okay with that, because it's only the internet And you don't really know those people And even if actua friends saw it, it would be okay Because they know you're secretly weird, and love you all the same You sometimes think really depressing stuff is beautiful You're going to go make tea now and read now

Do you know the timeline of what pietro was doing so like early 60s x men villian turned avenger but at what point did he formally hop off the roster? I know he left in like the 70s or something and would periodically show up but when did he formally join again? And what was he doing during that time besides living with the inhumans, working with X factor and working with the knights of wundagore. I know about his whereabouts from 2000- currently, but it’s mostly the 80s and 90s I’m not sure on
Quicksilver, a Timeline of Major Events 60′s-90′s:
Uncanny X-Men (1963) #4 Pietro Maximoff and his twin sister Wanda join The Brotherhood of Evil Mutants.
Tumblr media
Uncanny X-Men (1963) #11 Quicksilver and The Scarlet Witch quit the The Brotherhood of Evil Mutants and reject the X-Men's offer to join their team.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
The Avengers (1963) #16 Pietro tells Wanda about the idea of them joining the Avengers.
Tumblr media
The Avengers (1963) #47-53 After being kidnapped by Magneto, the Twins listen as he attempts to recruit them to the brotherhood once more, Pietro pretends to play along in order to thwart Magneto.
Tumblr media
However Wanda’s temple is grazed by a bullet during an altercation with humans, unknowing that Magneto was the cause Pietro’s hatred towards the humans who hated him and his sister for being mutants and his shock/anger over Wanda’s injury he joins Magneto’s Brotherhood once more. Magneto wastes no time preying on Pietro’s emotional state and worry for his sister.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
The Scarlet Witch, now powerless, along with Quicksilver and aided by Toad escape the clutches of Magneto, who was fighting the Avengers & the X-Men.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
The Avengers (1963) #75-77 The Scarlet Witch & Quicksilver return! But are they friend or foe?
Tumblr media
While they were gone the trio had been trying to find a way to help Wanda get her powers back and magical shenanigans happen.
Tumblr media
Turns out Pietro needs help and he needs the Avengers! Listen Pietro is really worried about his sister all the time ok?
Tumblr media
By issue #77 they are officially back with The Avengers!
Tumblr media
The Avengers (1963) #104 Pietro is searching for his sister!
Tumblr media
The Avengers leave him behind after the battle without thinking to check that he showed up or that he may be injured in need of help. Hello? Avengers? It’s Pietro. He definitely was there!
Tumblr media
Avengers (1963) #110 Months have passed! Pietro has been missing, Wanda is worried and searching. Enter Crystal! The beginning of the one of the worst marriages in Marvel History!
Tumblr media
Pietro & Crystal marry in The Fantastic Four (1961) #150.
Tumblr media
Pietro bounces around books, Fantastic Four, Inhumans, and Avengers by the end of the 70s. Now we have Pietro being a bitch to Vision because he doesn’t like him and Moondragon mind rapes him into being ok with Vision & Wanda being married. (haha I hate it here) The Avengers (1963) #175-176
Tumblr media
The Avengers (1963) #185-187 THE YESTERDAY QUEST! Pietro & Wanda origins! By the end of this confusing tale we know that Magda was their bio mother and their bio father is unknown. Django & Marya Maximoff are their adopted parents. For a better explanation of their origins read this.
Tumblr media
Vision and the Scarlet Witch (1982) #4 The big reveal! Magneto is the Father of the Maximoff Twins!
Tumblr media
We are now in the 80′s and during this time period Pietro was with the Inhumans. Luna is born! The Fantastic Four (1961) #240
Tumblr media
Vision and The Scarlet Witch (1985) #10-11
*takes a drink and let’s out a long suffering sigh* Fuck You Englehart. Pietro is blamed for being neglectful of his wife so Crystal HAD AN AFFAIR WITH A BORING ASS HUMAN NAMED NORMAN.
Tumblr media
shhhhhh Vision. It’s ok. Walk away, Pietro’s got this. No no it’s fine. Let him have some murder.
Tumblr media
surprise surprise, Crystal and Norman will be fine but Black Bolt orders Pietro to get back together and forgive Crystal. Everyone: We know you just found out your wife cheated on you but you gotta move on and take her back. Pietro: what the fuck? are you all high??? I’m out! (And evil now!)
Tumblr media
West Coast Avengers (1985) Annual 1 Pietro is done being a good guy, now he is evil! Honestly he deserves to tell the Avengers how he feels!
Tumblr media
Anyways evil plots blah blah. Pietro bounces around different comics books again being a baddie. Gets captured by the Inhumans. Escapes again.
And now he monologues in West Coast Avengers (1985) #34
Tumblr media Tumblr media
ISTG VISION I WILL DROP KICK YOU INTO A FUCKING VOLCANO! What the FUCK do you mean Pietro can’t love??? I’ll kill you bitch!
Tumblr media
*coughs* anyways moving on. This era is kinda confusing because Pietro is just all over the place, so I just tried to streamline the timeline even if some comics came out before/after others in the time frame. From what I’ve read here’s what happens next:
X-Factor (1986) Annual 2 Turns out Pietro is EVIL this whole time because he was being mind controlled by Maximus the Mad. He is fighting the mind control while also kidnapping Franklin for Maximus.
Tumblr media
After the fight is over and Maximus is defeated, Pietro rushes off to his hug his daughter, Luna
Tumblr media
Fantastic Four (1961) Annual 21
Black Bolt tells Crystal to get back together with Pietro after Pietro helps them, after a (silent) speech about family, she leaves her feelings for Johnny behind (again) to be with Pietro. wow just the whole: all right Pietro! That’s their big get back together panel. I would be mad if it wasn’t so funny. LMAO. No one cares about Pietro and it showed in every bit of the writing.
Tumblr media
Also can I just say I hated every single thing about the “Pietro is EVIL” plot, it was so fucking stupid and the cop out of him being mind controlled was obviously slapped on at the last minute to wrap things up. The writers spent YEARS tearing down Pietro’s character and they don’t even give him a good arc or anything. I love him remembering Luna but oh my god was this the most painful era of Quicksilver. I sincerely want to say FUCK YOU to the writers.
Nearing the end of the 80′s and moving on to the 90′s
Avengers West Coast (1989) #56-62 Look at this beautiful evil family!!! Everyone is evil now :D
Tumblr media
This era is after Wanda lost her kids but Pietro wasn’t really evil just playing along so he could keep close to Wanda and save her. Anyways Wanda gets better and Pietro stays by her side to make sure she is ok. Pietro at this point isn’t on any official teams but hangs around/helps out West Coast Avengers.
Tumblr media
NOW THE 90′S
Pietro enters the team in X-Factor (1986) #71 and stays on for a time. He and Crystal are working things out but you know how it is with Crystal (derogatory) now torn between her HUSBAND and the Black Knight (again). Like I’m just so tired of Crystal getting to cheat, have emotional affairs, and no one calls her out on it.
Tumblr media
X-Factor (1989) #92 is the beginning of the Fatal Attractions storyline.
Tumblr media
From here we have Fatal Attractions > Bloodties both events center around Magneto, Quicksilver, and Mutants. There is just so much here that it’s best I link you to this X-Men Timeline Reading Order. X , X , and the complete Quicksilver comic appearances, X I know it’s a lot but this post is long enough as it is!
Continuing, Quicksilver in Bloodties: Pietro wants to leave X-Factor to join Crystal on THE AVENGERS (1963) #368 but first they have to save Luna!
Tumblr media
Pietro, Crystal, & Luna stick around with the Avengers until issue #395
Tumblr media
After which, Crystal is thought to be dead after the Onslaught Event Pietro hangs around the X-Men but never officially joins their team X-Men (1963) #337
Tumblr media
Pietro takes Luna to Wundagore where he raises her as a single dad with the help of his furry friends.
Quicksilver (1997)#2
Tumblr media
Crystal comes back, she still can’t choose between Black Knight & Quicksilver so off she goes, back to the moon with their daughter. The 90′s are over and the next major events are in the 2000s with House of M. This is just a timeline of major plot points in Quicksilver’s history, there is a lot of little things I left out but this is the general gist of where he was and what he was doing in that time frame. As you can see the late 70s-80s were not the best Quicksilver content.

Ok, but like, Skulduggery has been around Gordon for a long -mortal- while, and had a front row seat to the ‘Edgley Family Drama’ (from Gordon losing Melissa to Desmond to Gordon’s strained relationship and dislike of Fergus, Beryl and the Twins, to the publishing of his books and everything else in between and after -he’s heard and seen all of it). And then Stephanie is born and Gordon talks the ears he doesn’t have off by waxing poetic about his favorite niece already, even though she’s barely a day old, because she smiled at him when he went to see her and Melissa with Desmond.
And Skulduggery sort of...imprints(?) on her. He doesn’t know it just yet. He doesn’t know her yet, either. He saw her once, when Gordon was babysitting, found her adorable -like all babies are, even though Gordon argued the Twins were not- and didn’t expect to ever see little Stephanie again, or for many, many years -because Gordon’s his friend and he helps him with cases from time to time and her uncle, their paths would cross accidentally eventually, it was bound to happen- but never like that, twelve years later, at Gordon’s funeral, while he skulks and watches from afar, when he notices the pre-teen turn and look at him. And then later that day, he confirms his suspicions, when he talks to her for the first time -making cooing noises at a baby doesn’t count as talking, at least not conventional since half of the party concerned has no memory of the fact after, like, a month.
Then came the will and then came the late night attack and Stephanie, true to her nature (”Strong willed, intelligent, sharp-tongued, doesn’t suffer fools gladly, truly a niece of mine.” Gordon had described her, proudly, a few years ago) blackmails her way into taking part in his investigation, into becoming his partner, because she wouldn’t accept ‘no’ and ‘stay here where it’s safe’, not anymore -the world has become a little bit bigger, a little bit more mysterious and there is a thrill in that knowledge, despite the dangers that also become a lot more cruel and a lot more deadlier- and she knows, she knows, he would leave her at Gordon’s(her house) or at least spend a lot time arguing with her about it -he isn’t sure he was going to win that argument- and he has to comment her tenacity and cunning and audacity, because here he is a skeleton, with magic at his disposal and she is blackmailing her way in his life, by holding his hat hostage.
And he just...lets her tag along. And he forgets she is just twelve the moment they start bantering, because she is keeping up with him and because she accepts his theory about Serpine, and reaches to the same conclusion as he did over Gordon’s death -she believes him and she’s known him for a total of two days, when he had to spend 70-80 years with the knowledge the man who destroyed his whole world going unpunished and no one to really take his side, until it was almost too late. And by the end of it, with Serpine dust particles in the wind and a really awful and painful memory, with Stephanie Valkyrie still alive at his side, having gone through too much to help him, he concedes and names her his partner officially. (Even if their first official detective case would have to wait until after her leg heals.) (And as he sees her create her own flames, somewhere in his soul, subconscious, whatever it is that keeps giving him a sense of self, he knows, that sooner or later, they would have met.) (Somewhere even deeper he wonders, if things had been different, if he would have left it to chance, or if he would have actively sought out to meet her.)

Beakley Twins AU-part 1
Inspired by @ai-higurashi’s wonderfull fanart of both 2017 and 1987 Bentina Beakley, and one anon ask on her blog,  I present to you-the Beakley twins AU.
-the sisters were born into a middle-class English family. I’m borrowing the idea from the anon where they said they think the name Bea fits 1987 Beakley, only I’m naming her Beatrice, making Bea her nickname.
-Bentina also has a nickname, Betty, but only Beatrice is allowed to call her that without getting a punch in the face, or at least a stink-eye
-Beatrice is, contrary to popular belief, the older twin
-Beatrice seemed to be favoured by their parents, being more of a prim and proper girl, as was expected at the time. However, she was also an gentle and kind spirit and would often be deemed “too sensitive and emotional” by her own parents.
-Bentina was a bit more of a wild child, a tomboy, the one who got in trouble, but she had to learn to supress this as she grew up due to societal pressure
-however, both girls loved the other dearly, despite their differences, whenever they could, they would sneak out into the fields where Bea would read a books of romance, something her parents said would “corrrupt her spirit” while Bentina would jump around, doing whatever she wanted without her parents supervision
-one saving grace for both is that they genuinely enjoyed doing “feminine” activities and have grown to be skilles embroiderers, seweists and cooks.
-in school, Bea was the target of bullies due to her tendency to cry, but Bentina was her protector, even as this landed her in detention more often than not
-the rumours also started that Bentina liked girls, which of course, was not a great thing to happen during the 50s
-due to their parents expetations, both girls grew a bit colder, Bea becoming much more reserved and melancholic while Bentina grew colder and
-however, as their grew, their parent’s favouritism started to be more prominent and Bentina grew somewhat bitter, even as she was aware it’s not her sister’s fault
-it all escalated when their parents decided to marry Bentina off to some guy and she couldn’t stand it. She ran away, and even as Bea said it was fine, this led to some resentment from her side
-Bea ended up marrying the same guy, and Bentina enlisted in the military, her skills eventually catching the attention of SHUSH and she was recruited, distancing her from Bea even further
-Bea eventually got enough courage and divorced her husband, got herself trough college and started a small tailor shop. She eventually remarried, ending up with a soft spoken guy she met in her classes.
-the sisters did start to grow close once again, during the 70s and the 80s, but there was always a bit of distance between them, in big part because of Bentina’s focus on her career and the need to remain secretive
-almost none of the agents at SHUSH were aware of Bea’s existence, Von Drake and Scrooge being the exceptions, of course
-Bea’s stuffy neighbours were vaguely aware of Bentina’s existence, and knew her as “Bea’s spinster sister”, howevere these comments would earn you such a stink-eye from usually kind and soft Bea that you would almost fear her more than Bentina
-Bea ended up having a daughter and the girl loved her “auntie Betty” dearly, but, unfortunatelly, as Bentina became even more distant from her family (you know that line “I missed everything important”...yeah...that happened)
Ok that’s it for the ideas for today, but I’ve got more. Just don’t have the time to write all down.
I’m sorry, I didn’t plan for this to turn out this angsty but what can you do? I wouldn’t be me if I didn’t add at least a bit, ok a LOT, of angst into the mix!

Article: ‘The Most Powerful Woman in Gaming Wants to Make EA Loved Again’
Laura Miele is helping direct the company toward a future where it’s more attuned with consumers.
One of the first things Laura Miele did when she became chief studios officer of Electronic Arts Inc. three years ago was to gather 19 video game influencers in a conference room. “What do you want me to hear? Lay it on me,” she recalls asking them. “One guy sitting at the corner of the table, he just said, ‘I don’t understand why you don’t give players what they’re asking for.’ ”

One of the first things Laura Miele did when she became chief studios officer of Electronic Arts Inc. three years ago was to gather 19 video game influencers in a conference room. “What do you want me to hear? Lay it on me,” she recalls asking them. “One guy sitting at the corner of the table, he just said, ‘I don’t understand why you don’t give players what they’re asking for.’ ”
It’s something many gamers have wondered about EA for years. The $40 billion company, one of the biggest in gaming, is responsible for Battlefield, Madden NFL, and other megahit franchises. But many gamers have long seen EA as a necessary evil, resenting the direction in which it took some games and bristling at its aggressive attempts to extract money by charging extra for digital items in games that cost as much as $70 upfront. This dissatisfaction was no secret in 2018: Gamers spent their days filling up Reddit and other message boards with free advice for EA—but many felt its decision-makers weren’t listening.
EA’s leadership knows it has to improve that relationship, and Miele is a key player in its efforts to do so. Her focus group asked for new content for Star Wars Battlefront II and requested new types of games. Miele quickly assigned 70 people to the Battlefront development project, which dramatically improved its net promoter score, a measure of how likely people are to recommend the game. She also prompted EA to create a skateboarding game and committed to reintroducing its college football franchise, the two genres at the top of the influencers’ list.
In a sense, the guy at the meeting became a stand-in for all of EA’s long-suffering customers in Miele’s eyes. “I wanted to do right by this player,” she says.
As chief studios officer, Miele manages 6,000 staffers and thousands of contractors globally. She oversees EA’s 24 studios, where she makes personnel decisions and sets strategy, and she’s reshaped how the company uses analytics to create and market its games.
In the process she may have become the most powerful woman in gaming. In a 2019 International Game Developers Association survey, fewer than 30% of the more than 1,100 respondents were women, and few if any hold a more central role at such an important company. “It’s a tough place for a woman,” says Peter Moore, who was Miele’s boss when he was EA’s chief operating officer. “It wasn’t always smooth sailing, but she battled her way through.”
Proving good intentions is more important for EA than ever, as the business model of gaming continues to shift in ways that have the potential to alienate customers. Like its rivals, the company is increasing its focus on free-to-play games, making money through sales of digital products such as outfits and weapons for characters.
There are signs it’s succeeding. Apex Legends, EA’s free-to-play hero shooter game, has posted more than $1 billion in sales since it was first published in 2019, and it continues to grow. “The way to succeed with free-to-play games like that is to listen to and engage your customer base and earn their loyalty through incremental purchases,” says Doug Clinton, managing partner of the venture capital firm Loup Ventures, who says Miele deserves much of the credit for Apex Legends. “It feels like a proof point for her that the company is adapting well beyond traditional disk sales.”
Miele, 51, was born in San Francisco but grew up on the north shore of Lake Tahoe. She got her start in games—the kind that require a board—during family nights, when she pitted herself against her brother in Monopoly, Clue, Yahtzee, and backgammon. While attending the University of Nevada at Las Vegas, she worked at architectural companies. By the time she dropped out she’d moved on from receptionist positions to more senior roles, while gaining a reputation for organizing lunch-hour card games with her co-workers.
Miele landed a job as a project manager at Westwood Studios, a video game developer best known for Command and Conquer, in 1996. She eventually took over all marketing for its parent company, Virgin Interactive.
It wasn’t always a hospitable atmosphere: Miele remembers her colleagues expecting her to take notes at meetings, then clean up afterward. “That is just not something I would do today,” she says. “I adapted a lot because I was so passionate about what I was doing. I found my voice along the way.”
When EA acquired Westwood in 1998, she stayed on. At the time, the company did revenue forecasting by looking at sales data once a month and putting together spreadsheets by hand. Miele was tasked with developing more advanced analytics. She hired a group of data analysts, nicknamed “the Jedi,” and had them build EA’s first statistical regression models to examine sales trends, seasonality, and preorders. It took almost two years to put the system in place, but it overhauled the company’s business processes, and executives were soon using it to determine how to invest in advertising and promotions. “I loved how data and analytics can inform your judgment and your gut instinct,” Miele says.
Miele also decided to make one major break with EA’s existing business practices. In 2011 about 80% of game advertising budgets were spent on TV ads. But she saw how much time gamers spent online and decided to spend the bulk of the ad budget for Battlefield 3 on digital, downplaying other types of ads and cutting the TV ad budget to only 30%.
Messing around with the plan for Battlefield 3 was a good way to make people nervous. Miele remembers two executives calling her in for a meeting and demanding to know why they weren’t seeing billboards for the game as they drove in to the office. “It was scary for me, too, and I don’t blame our executives questioning me on that,” she says. But the game ended up being EA’s fastest-selling, moving more than 5 million copies in its first week. From that point, Miele’s marketing strategy became the standard for the company.
When EA signed a 10-year deal with Walt Disney Co. in 2013, Miele became Star Wars general manager. In 2014 she took over publishing operations, marketing, and other key areas, first in the North American region, then globally in 2016. At the time, the game industry was moving from physical disks to digital downloads, transforming its relationship with retail partners such as Walmart Inc. and Best Buy Co.
Miele was in charge of smoothing things over, explaining that EA would start competing with them for customers even as the retailers accounted for the largest portion of the revenue. “I never said to them, ‘Hey, see you later, we are moving on,’ ” she says. “It was, ‘How can we move forward together?’ ” EA began making physical cards with digital credits that its retail partners could sell at their stores, allowing them to share in the revenue from digital sales.
EA’s studios are spread around the globe, and Covid-19 altered Miele’s routine radically. “It was a very difficult year, and I’m really proud about how our company showed up,” she says. “I considered myself a wartime leader last year. You had to get in a bunker with everybody.”
Days became an endless progression of Zoom calls. To keep up with gamers, Miele started spending evenings listening to Clubhouse chats while answering work emails. Because she hasn’t been on the road, she’s also had more time to dine at home and play board games or Apex Legends and The Sims with her 16-year-old twins. As the pandemic retreats in the U.S., her schedule might change, but she still envisions providing more flexibility to her employees to work from home and office. “I do think we’re going to have a different work environment as we go forward,” she says.
Miele is itching to get back to the studio visits. She’s helping steer EA further toward smartphones. The company plans to release mobile versions of Apex Legends globally this year and spent $2.1 billion in April for Glu Mobile Inc., a mobile game publisher, while also preparing the next releases in its existing franchises. “I think the next Battlefield and the mobile shooter games, along with how successful the M&As come out will be key litmus tests of her management this year,” says Matt Kanterman, an analyst with Bloomberg Intelligence. “Her scope is clearly rising.”

Tarnished Silver Lore
I’ve realized the ages of Weiss and Roman are pretty much never touched on--besides casual mentions around the mid-point and of aging in the final chapter--so I wanted to try and nail them down here.
Weiss loses Ruby, and a few months later Yang, roughly 2 years after graduation from Beacon. When the story starts, it’s been about 10yrs, and the story itself covers--chap 1 to chap 32--about 30yrs. And since we decided Unlocked Aura can lead to a longer life, the characters are quite old when they die. Given Glynda is still a licensed and dangerous Huntress, and likely in her 50s, this seemed reasonable.
At the start of the Official series, Weiss is 17 while Roman is 31-33. I and Zephyrus put him at 32 for our canon, putting him ~15yrs older than Weiss.
At the Tavern, Weiss is about 33 while Roman is about 48, both looking rather young for their ages. As most of the story covers approximately 2-5yrs--since we never nailed down the timeline, deciding it wasn’t important to the story--by the time Weiss has their first child they’re 35-38 for Weiss and 50-53 for Roman, with their last children--the twins--born with Weiss in her early/mid-40s and Roman nearing 60. Her last pregnancy was stressful due to her age and it being twins, but medical aid was always near and high-grade, and the children were born healthy.
By the end, Weiss is in her mid-60s and Roman his 70s nearly 80, with Weiss just starting to look her age as has Roman, with the man having gone mostly grey in the last few years.
At the end Katrina would be around 30, Garnet about 28, and the twins around 25yrs old, with at least Katrina married with a child herself. Said child would be about 10-12, and as mentioned in the story and in other snippets here on Tumblr would be just entering Signal for schooling to prepare for a possible future as a huntsman or huntress. And yes, that means Katrina married--and had her child--while still attending Beacon. Though that isn’t too odd, as while ages for Taiyang and his team aren’t given, it’s likely safe to guess they’re in their mid-to-late 30s, meaning Yang was likely born soon after Tai and Raven graduated Beacon.
-----
In a snippet I did of a “what if their minds were thrown back to their younger bodies right before Graduation”, when Weiss reveals to Junior why she’s looking for Roman--and telling her past/the future--Junior asks if Roman passed before she herself did, and when she confirms it he tells her Roman probably only lived as long as he did because of her and their children. Weiss herself had actually acknowledged, in chapter 32, that Roman had probably been living on borrowed time for most of their “marriage”. -(They never had an official ceremony, though Roman, Weiss--and later Ozpin once Katrina was enrolled at Beacon--had legal files naming each other so their children would still be covered and cared for should something happen to one or the other before the kids were of-age.) -(Weiss actually uses the name “Weiss Schnee-Torchwick”--or simply “Weiss S.T.”--in messages to those few who know of Roman, and in her locked files.)

Tumblr media
Time passes in the cave slowly as you wait for something to happen. Anything really. But your captivity is largely uneventful after your initial escape. Most of the Children of Gabriel ignore you as they go past, moving in and out of the cave, and only once does one of them interact with you, a few hours into your captivity. She grabs your head and tugs it forward, checking for a mind drive scar, and when she finds none she informs the others and leaves you alone again.
Sometime after dark, something finally starts to happen.
There’s a commotion in the cave, and people rush past you and towards the door, some of them talking about new hostages as they go. You stand, moving as close to the door as you can, eyes trained on it as you await the arrival of whoever else they found. You finally see movement towards the entrance to the cave, and you watch two people being led inside, bags over their heads. You feel your heartbeat quicken, wondering if you know who they are, but you don't have to wonder for long because the taller of the two figures mutters, “I need to see Gabriel.”
You feel a rush of relief, and worry, at the sound of your boyfriend’s voice, and you call out, “Bellamy?”
He calls your name back, and then the bag is pulled off his head, the two of you looking at each other in shock. Bellamy’s face drops when he sees the blood smeared on your face, and you shake your head a little trying to let him know that it’s nothing to worry about. You tug against your chains, trying to reach him, and he launches himself towards you, slipping from his captors grip. He rushes across the cave to you, his arms wrapping around you for half a second before he is yanked away and you’re rewarded with a hard slap. You let out a sound of pain, groaning at the familiar metallic taste washing over your tongue, and you turn and spit the blood from your mouth, before looking up with a glare, eyes landing on the person who slapped you.
You almost roll your eyes when you realize it’s Asher, who now has black warpaint smudged around his eyes. He smiles at you, clearly enjoying his torment of you. “What? Do you have something to say?”
You let your anger get the best of you and you search your head for the nickname used in Sanctum that you’re sure will hurt him, coupled with a reminder of the insult he threw your way before knocking you out. “Yeah, how’d a Null get past the radiation shield anyways? Your red blood isn't good for anything.”
The insult hurts him, as intended, but it earns you another smack, this time accompanied by Bellamy’s struggling cry of protest. You keep your sound of pain at bay this time and turn your glare back to the man, who smirks at you. “I slipped out the same time your boyfriend did, he was just too busy to notice.”
You look at Bellamy, who looks like he has a million things he wants to ask you, but you’re cut off by a voice muttering, “Ew, what’s that smell?”
You look over to the second hooded figure, and watch as they tug the bag off Josephine’s head. She looks around in disgust before her eyes find you, taking in your appearance, and she scoffs, “God, you look like shit.”
Josephine’s presence seems to remind Bellamy that there is more at stake here, and he looks at the man standing beside you. “Which one of you is Gabriel? We have information critical to your cause.”
Josephine laughs, “Their cause is a joke.”
“Quiet!”
But Josephine doesn't stop, she just continues her taunting with a smirk. “Do you think that dressing up in scary costumes helps your cause? We laugh at you in Sanctum.”
“Why aren't you laughing now?”
The same woman from the alleyway, a blonde with warpaint, pulls out a sword and points it at Josephine. She doesn't flinch, but you can see Bellamy start to worry, and he calls out, “Just wait. They can make hosts, as many as they want.”
Asher turns to look at you in shock, Bellamy reiterating the same information you initially offered him, verifying it before your 24 hours is up. You smirk at him a little and mutter, “Told you.”
He glares at you before turning to look at Bellamy. “Details, or your rude friend dies.”
Bellamy shakes his head. “I don't think so.”
The man pulls out your Grounder knife and holds it to your throat, giving Bellamy a sinister smile. “Something tells me we could make you talk.”
“Touch her, and I'll tell you nothing.” You can see Bellamy fighting against his rising anxiety, trying to seem like the one in control, despite the fact that all of you are restrained and you have a knife at your throat for the second time in the last few hours. “You don't have long before the 12 Primes are back. Gabriel gets the details, no one else.”
The man grinds out, “There were 13.” He tosses you to the ground and yells to the others, “Chain them up! If the old man doesn't respond, you die.”
They chain Bellamy to your left and Josephine to your right, and all of you watch as one of the Children of Gabriel grabs a radio and starts to speak into it, walking out the cave as he does. “Jericho to Providence. We have a prisoner that claims Primes can now make hosts. If you're out there…”
You don't hear the rest, the man now out of sight, the rest of the children dispersed, the three of you now alone. You look to the entrance of the cave in confusion, thinking of the failure all of you have had with radios up to this point, a fact that you are well aware of, despite your limited time on this moon. So how come people born and raised here don't know the same fact? You look over at Bellamy, who looks equally confused, and you voice the question you're both thinking. “Radios don't work on this moon, how could they not know that?”
“They work in one place.”
You and Bellamy look over at Josephine, catching onto something in her tone. She leans her head back against the wall, eyes on the ceiling, looking anxious and afraid. “What is it?”
“If they're calling Gabriel, that means he's alive.”
Bellamy, sensing a deeper history, asks, “What's the deal with you two?”
“What? Are we gonna be friends now?”
He lets out a soft snort of laughter, “Doubtful.”
She glances at both of you, taking you in, before she turns away again, focusing her gaze on the wall in front of her. “I've been in love with Gabriel for 236 years, the last 70 of which he's been trying to kill me. You know, relationships.”
You and Bellamy share a look, glad that your relationship hasn't featured any murder attempts. Well, there was an attempt during the eclipse, but that’s not the same thing. You look back to Josephine when you hear a strange tapping sound, your eyes falling to her finger, tapping Morse Code against the cuff. Bellamy and Josephine notice too, and she nods, “Morse code, huh? She's crafty, I'll give her that.”
She focuses on the Morse Code, spelling out the translation as her finger moves. “B-o-o-h-o-o. That's harsh.”
You smile at your twin’s quip, until your brain starts to realize something. You look at Josephine with curiosity, aware that if Clarke is cracking jokes about Josephine’s love life, then she can hear Josephine talking about her love life. “She can hear us?”
“It would seem so, which means the wall separating our minds is almost gone. When that happens, she'll stroke out, I'll download, and you can say goodbye to your genocidal twin.”
“Let me talk to her.”
She gives you a condescending look, “I'd have to give over control for that, so no.”
“But she can hear me?”
“Yes, she can hear you.” She rolls her eyes at you and the hopeful expression on your face. “For God's sake, just say what you want to say.”
You think of all the things you want to say to Clarke, all the things you want to tell her in case you have to say goodbye, but then you realize you don't want to say goodbye. You can’t say goodbye. No matter what it takes, no after what you have to do, you will save your twin's life, the way she has saved yours and countless others on multiple occasions. Which is why you settle on, “I won't let you die.”
You’re serious when you say it, the words a promise to the Universe that you will do what needs to be done. Josephine seems taken aback by your fervor, maybe even a little jealous, but you see her hand absentmindedly rub her wrist, the same wrist that usually holds your twin’s bracelet. You smile for a second, but then the bracelet reminds you of Madi, who is supposed to be here right now. You turn to face Bellamy, fighting back your worry. “Wait, where are the others?”
“Back in Sanctum. Josephine cut Murphy so Emori stayed behind with him, and Echo stayed behind to make sure the others are safe. We never found Madi before we had to leave, and Jackson, Miller, and Jordan were late. We didn't have time to wait because the guards were closing in, so I grabbed Josephine and we escaped.” He moves closer to you, his chains reaching yours, thankfully, allowing the two of you to sit close. His voice drops to a whisper as he lifts his hands to caress your face, finger running across the dried up blood, brows furrowed with worry. “I didn't want to leave you behind, but when you didn't show up and the guards were about to grab us, I thought about what’s best for everyone and decided that saving Clarke is important.”
You smile at him, letting him know you aren’t upset that he left you behind. Because technically you were already out of Sanctum. “You’re right, saving Clarke is important, and it’s exactly what I wanted you to do. Clarke’s trapped in her head and her body is a ticking time bomb. I can take care of myself.”
He smiles at you, eyes falling on the blood again, its presence only further convincing him of what you're saying. “I know you can, because you’re strong. Stronger than any of us.”
The two of you kiss, his touch light and affectionate, but you pull away when someone behind you exclaims, “Oh, barf. Get a room.”
You roll your eyes at Josephine and mutter, “Go float yourself.”
“Funny, your sister said the same thing to me when we first met.”
You ignore her and slide down to the ground, leaning against the wall, and Bellamy does the same, the three of you sitting in silence for a few hours. You see no one in those few hours, and eventually the three of you fall asleep, resting the best you can on the cold hard ground of the cave, with you and Bellamy huddled close to fight off the slight chill in the air.
You wake a few hours later, sometime after sunrise, according to the small amount of light filtering into the cave, and when you open your eyes and look at Bellamy, you find that he’s already looking at you. Despite your circumstances, despite the possibility that you, Clarke, Josephine, and Bellamy could possibly die in a few hours, you feel a rush of peace looking up at his face, and the distinct feeling that everything is right in the world. Bellamy must feel it too, because he leans in to kiss you, soft and sweet, reminding you just how much you love his morning kisses. And his afternoon kisses, and his evening kisses, and his happy kisses, and his sad ones, his comforting ones, his passionate ones. Every kiss from Bellamy is better than the one before it, and you’re sure you could spend your entire life doing nothing but kissing him and you’d still die happy.
Bellamy pulls away and looks down at you with a smile. “To other people, you are the moon. The radiant natshana that lights up even the darkest of nights, but to me, you’re everything. The moon, the sun, the stars. You’re the air I breathe and the love in my heart. You are every leaf, every tree, every moon, planet, and galaxy in this endless Universe. You are everything to me, and you have completely captured my heart from the moment that I met you, though I tried to deny it at first.”
The two of you laugh softly as you remember the animosity that you shared in the beginning. Bellamy starts to sit up, pulling you up with him, both of you turning to face each other as you do. You can tell he has more that he wants to say to you, and though you don't understand why you're getting this declaration of love now, you accept it with a smile. “I have never been loved by someone the way you love me, and I know I’m incredibly lucky that I get to have this. That I get to have you. You have loved me at my best, and you have loved me at my very worst, and even when I am lost and struggling, still you’re there, loving me through it all. You have the biggest heart, one that is so full of love that you are so eager to give, and I love you for that. I love your strength, your vulnerability, your kindness, your beauty. I love everything about you, and I just want to give you the world. I want to protect you, and love you, and make you happy until I draw my last breath. And I’ve been waiting to tell you all of this, waiting for the perfect moment during our new life of peace, but I’m starting to worry that I won’t get that chance. I can't tell you how many times I’ve seen you laying beside me, injured, looking like you’re on the brink of death, and when I couldn't find you yesterday, I nearly lost it. So I’m going to do this while I can, while you’re in front of me, alive and okay.”
He reaches up to push your hair away from your face and you close your eyes and lean into his touch, smiling. When you open your eyes again, his hand is extended between the two of you, a small ring held out in his palm. It’s beautiful; a small round sapphire surrounded by a perimeter of tiny diamonds, all situated on a thin gold band. You look up at Bellamy in shock, his expression one of complete adoration as he whispers, “Will you marry me?”
You look between him and the ring, wondering if he’s joking, but when you meet his eyes again, you can see that he’s completely serious, and still anxiously awaiting your answer. Your face splits into a grin and you practically lunge towards him, pulling him into a hug before peppering kisses all over his face. He laughs, one of those bright pretty ones that you wish you could capture in a bottle and keep forever, and his voice is light with happiness when he says, “I’ll take that as a yes.”
You kiss him softly on the lips, pulling away just enough to whisper, against them, “Yes.”
His smile gets even wider, and he pulls you in for another hug, before leaning back and holding up the ring again. He takes your hand and slides it onto your left ring finger, both of you marveling at the perfect fit. You admire the ring, and the way it looks on your finger, and he whispers, “It was my mother’s.”
You look up at him, your eyes growing wide. “Oh, Bellamy.”
But he smiles, sadness unable to reach him in this moment. “She gave it to me before she was floated, told me to give it to the girl that captures my heart. I didn’t have it when I hopped on the dropship, but when I went back to the ring with the others, I went looking for it. I’ve had it with me everyday since I left you on Earth, carrying it with me to remind myself of the girl that captured my heart.”
You feel tears well up in your eyes, and you start to lean in for another kiss when a voice behind you stops you in your tracks. “Ugh, again? Are the two of you capable of keeping it in your pants long enough for us to get out of here?”
You and Bellamy both cut back, “Shut up, Josephine.”
She holds her hands up in mock surrender before sitting up from her sleeping position, resting her head against the cave wall again. You see a smirk pass over her features and you give her a questioning look. “What?”
“My father was a fool for letting you people stay. All that time spent building a sanctuary for the human race, and he destroys it because of the most human thing of all...love.” She shakes her head before she smirks again, “I mean, who can blame him? I am awesome. It's just…”
She trails off, looking at you and Bellamy, still pressed close together. “Well, one look at the two of you, and he should have known how this would end. Guess I'm just saying all this because I know so much about both of you now.”
You nod your head, giving her a sarcastic look. “Oh, you do, huh?”
She hums in agreement, looking between you and Bellamy again. “Take the three of you, for instance. Now that's a weird relationship, isn't it? First, the twins hate each other when they land on Earth, and then Bellamy wants to kill both of you just to save his own ass, even though it means the genocide of your own people on the Ark. Then you two shack up, and Bellamy and Clarke become besties, all of you bonding over the actual genocide at Mount Weather.”
She lifts her hand, pretending to push a fake lever, “Together.”
You roll your eyes as she continues on, “Bellamy locks her up, she locks you both up, he leaves you and Clarke on Earth, she leaves you both to die in the fighting pits. I mean, it's exhausting, frankly.”
You snort, “Tell me about it.”
Bellamy leans his head against the wall, turning his gaze away from her. “You're wrong about how this ends, by the way. First, we get you back into your mind drive, and then we'll use it for a peace deal with your father.”
“Your belief in yourself is cute. But unfortunately, putting aside about a thousand variables, chief among them Clarke's newfound evangelical, do better-ism, making it impossible for her to accept a peace deal with those awful body snatchers, all four of us are gonna die in this cave.”
Bellamy nods, convinced that this is not where your story ends. “Yeah, okay. We'll see.”
She turns to glare at him, “Okay, now your confidence is just pissing me off.”
Bellamy looks at her like he’s about to respond, but suddenly the energy in the room changes. Seconds later you can hear the sound of approaching voices, and all three of you stand, looking towards the entrance to the cave. Asher comes in first, leading the rest, and he points his sword at you, commanding, “Gag the prisoners.”
He yells into the cave, for the others hidden deep inside, “Everybody up! The Sanctum riders are coming!”
You and Bellamy exchange a look as a few of the guards walk over to you, ready to gag you. They head to Josephine first, grabbing her harshly to hold her still, but she fights against them, yelling, “Get away from me!”
One of the men hits her hard and she falls to the ground. When they pull her back to her feet, a small line of black blood drips from her mouth, giving her status away. You whisper, “Shit.”
Chaos erupts after that, and the blonde woman starts to yell, “She's got the blood! She's got the blood!”
Asher comes over and looks at Josephine, eyeing the blood dripping from her mouth. “Put her on her knees.”
You know what’s gonna happen next, because they did the same thing to you hours ago. You look at Bellamy in alarm before turning and yelling, “Leave her alone!”
They force her to her knees and lift her hair, revealing the short scar on the back of her neck. Your stomach drops as they announce to the group, “She's a Prime! Unchain her, put her there.”
Asher motions to a flat rock nearby, and they unchain Josephine and drag her over to it, ignoring your begging, “Don't do this, please!”
Bellamy adds, “The drive in her head, it's Josephine!”
The name seems to make things worse, because the guard at Josephine’s back shoves her forcefully down, pressing her face into the rock. She mutters, “Not helping.”
“Think! As long as she's alive, you have leverage over Russell!”
Asher looks at Bellamy, his expression neutral, clearly not swayed by the thought of leverage. “This is not a negotiation, it's a war. The answer is Death to Primes!”
You and Bellamy watch in horror as he lifts his sword, fully intending to bring it down and chop off your twin's head, killing her once and for all. You rack your brain trying to think of anything to save her, and as you watch the sword start to lower, Josephine yells out, “Wait!”
The sword freezes in midair, and she exclaims, “Gabriel loves her. Is this what he would want?”
Her? The word hits you like a freight train, and you look at the blonde on the rock with a smile, hoping that the hunch you have is correct. You watch as she turns and kicks the leg of the man holding her in place, breaking it in half. He cries out in pain and releases her, giving her just enough time to dodge the sword that comes down onto the rock, missing her head by inches. She uses Asher’s surprise to grab him and swing him towards the rock, slamming his head into it and dropping him to the ground. Then she takes his sword and kills the man that is running to meet her, leaving only the blonde woman that you first met in Sanctum. But she makes quick work of her too, slicing her throat with the sword, stepping around the fallen body to look at you and Bellamy.
You look at her with a smile of realization, recognizing your twin anywhere. “Clarke?”
She smiles at you, “La lune.”
She bends down and grabs a set of keys as Bellamy looks at her in shock, “She gave you control?”
“It was either that or get her head cut off.”
She runs towards you, fumbling with the ring of keys, trying to find the one that fits your restraints. Deeper in the cave, the other Children of Gabriel have been alerted to your attempts at freedom, and you all look towards the sound of the approaching voices, watching shadows as they bounce off the wall, running closer. “I heard something! This way.”
You close your hands over Clarke’s, stilling her movements, “We don't have time, you have to run!”
“No!” She shakes her head hard, her expression pulling into one of desperation. “I'm not leaving you.”
“You have to! We’re running out of time. Go find Gabriel, we’ll come find you.”
She looks like she wants to argue, but the approaching voices continue to grow louder, and she knows you're right. She slips the keys into your hand, before wrapping one hand around yours and reaching out to wrap one hand around Bellamy’s. “Congratulations. I love you both.”
You smile at her briefly, the expression dropping when the voices are right around the corner, “Go! Now!”
She nods and gives you one last look before turning and running away, straight out of the cave and into the woods. Seconds later a group of people runs past you, heading outside as Asher yells at them, “It's Josephine Prime. Kill her before she gets to the rise. Do not let them get her back to Sanctum! Go!”
They all file out of the cave, leaving their injured leader behind, and you turn to Bellamy, who is looking at you with worry. “What now?”
“Now,” you open your palm, letting the handcuff keys hang down into view, giving him a mischievous grin as you do, “We get the hell out of here.”
He grins back at you, ready to raise hell with his fiance, ready to escape this cave and make things right.
Ready to show the Primes, and the Children of Gabriel, that they picked the wrong group of people to mess with.

A few questions for almost everyone XD
This will be LONG, so under a line.. because LONG!!
Flynn:
91. Do other characters respect your OC, if so, is it out of fear? Or do they respect your OC because they like them?
Some respect him, most do and it's mostly from him being who he is. A friendly guy that's generally nice to everyone. Flynn is simply a very likable fellow.
92. If they were given minutes to live, what would they do? Who would they want to see and say?
The one person Flynn would go to see is his dad, and he'd probably tell him that he loves him and to not take blame for anything that has happened, and to care for the rest of his family. Then he would just hug him until his time was up. His dad is the most important person in the world for Flynn
93. How do they deal with stress?
He tends to go for a run, or talk to someone about what stresses him if he can. Most often this person is Brooke, or later Emil.
94. Do they have a more submissive or dominate personality type?
I think he is a bit of a mix, but like his mom, leaning on the submissive.
95. Do they have a pet?
Atm not really, he has Emil as a familiar, and the family has two pets in Lobo and Felix that he kinda considers his as well without either really being his.
96. Do they have a stash of weapons?
Nope, no stash!
97. Where do they live? Who do they live with?
They live in Brindleton bay with their entire family. It's a lot of people, but he likes that in a way. Even though sometimes some alone time is good too.
98. How do they calm themselves down?
Watching movies, working at the shelter, or just talking to their dad. His dad is his biggest source of calm.
99. Are they co-dependent?
In some ways yes, but also not. He is a very independent person, but he is also used to living very close to family and friends. So he would be a bit lost without them all I think. College should be interesting ;)
100. Are they a day, or night person?
Day person, definitely.
Fannar:
81. Do they have any tattoos? If so, are they significant?
Is it bad that I don't really remember? I don't think I gave them any, but I also have a bad memory.. so maybe, but they're not significant, just something they would have done for fun.
82. Are they good at mental math?
Very, they have that after their dad.
83. Do they get along with others?
Yep, he does, he also has a bit of a tendency to get fans along the way somehow. He doesn't exactly like that part as much though.
84. Are they lazy?
Generally no, but they also can be. They do like to not do anything but slack on occasion ;)
85. Are they self-motivated?
They tend to be more motivated by others, but when needed, they can motivate themselves, so I guess a bit of both?
86. How do they cope with anger?
He isn't a very angry type of person, but when he gets angry he copes fairly well with it. He has always been told being angry is okay, and a valid way to feel.
87. Have they ever been in a situation where they were helpless?
When they saw Emil attacking their mom, and then their twin stepping in and eventually making it his familiar. He felt awfully helpless then and it was not a feeling he liked.
88. Are they organized or messy?
Their fairly organized, better than most teens.
89. Can they remember a lot of information at once?
Yeah, they have a dragon's memory, and they are pretty good at remembering a lot of information at once.
90. What is their occupation?
Currently, they are to be College Student.
Yvreon/Vy:
71. Who do they dislike?
Mages.. hunters.. yeah.. that's their main dislikes.. Death to an extent.. Jael mostly for breaking the Heartlight.
72. What is their motto?
I think to help, and just be helpful in general. Or learn, as much as he can.
73. Do they have any markings on their body?
They have quite a lot of scars, from being attacked by hunters. They also have a heart-shaped scar on their chest, from sharing their heart with their husband Hayden.
74. Have they ever been abused?
Sadly, yes, both by the first humans they encountered, hunters who wanted their heart, and also to an extent the mages at RoM who wanted to experiment on him.
75. What is their biggest fear?
To lose Hayden.
76. What are their goals?
Healing people, helping people. He would love to get his Heartlight back if it was possible so that Hayden would be well, or better. Learning as much as he can, and of course, acquire many shiny things and books!
77. How do they go about achieving their goals?
He works at a hospital, where he helps as many as he can. And the money he earns often go-to books and shiny trinkets as he knows he is well cared for at home money-wise.
78. Do they have a fight or flight response?
Depend's on son the situation. If Hayden or his family is close, he will fight with all his might. If he is alone, it would be flight, to come home and protect those he loves.
79. Is there someone in their life that they care about more than themselves?
Their kids and Hayden.
80. How would they fare in a zombie apocalypse?
Fairly well I think, they are a dragon after all ;)
Hayden:
61. Are they comfortable being in a crowded room?
Yeah, he doesn't really mind. He prefers quiet, but a crowded room doesn't bother him much.
62. How do they relax?
Lying in bed watching movies, preferably using Vy as a bed, as that is the best and most comfortable thing he knows. Oddly helping the kids with math is also relaxing to him.
63. Have they ever harmed anyone and regretted it? Verbally or physically?
The sharing of the Heartlight with Vy, hurts Vy when he feels bad. Or well it did when it was connected. He was never comfortable with that, and it always made him feel bad. Even if Vy told him it was fine.
64. Do they like to dance?
Yes!
65. How do they get around their environment? Examples - horses, bike, vehicle
They have been carried a lot.. other than that, he mostly gets flown by a dragon or uses a portal.

People who mistreat animals, he hates it, and he will call you out on it.
67. Do they have a disability?
Yes, they were born with one. They were born with two magic types that fight each other. Ice and Fire, where the fire side is slightly stronger and was damaging him. He quickly gets tired, and after the loss of his twin, and the breaking of the Heartlight, he has once again gotten worse.
68. How do they react to getting flowers?
He would be surprised, but thankful. He likes flowers but prefers them alive in the ground.
69. Would they ever wear a flower crown?
Yes, especially if made by the kids or given by Vy.
70. Do they like themselves?
Somedays yes, most days.. not really. He tends, still, to feel he is everyone's burden.
Hayle:
51. Do they like science?
Yep, he finds it fascinating!
52. Are they more emotional or logical?
They used to be more logical.. now they're more emotional, and perhaps a mix of both. The mix makes him a very good dad and grandad.
53. How do they deal with their emotions?
Depends on the emotion. Most he talks with Chris about.. Anger on the other hand still gets handled by hitting things, hard. Preferably a boxing bag.
54. How do they cope with sadness?
Often with anger.. by hitting things because being sad makes him angry. But also with talking to his husband, or his family. Sometimes though, destroying an old house into dust is needed.
55. What is something they care about?
His family.
56. Would they die for anyone/anything?
As above.
57. What do they do when they are happy?
Smile a lot, dance with their husband, laugh, and cook!
58. How would they come across to other characters? Examples- messy, lazy, childish, caring, etc.
Caring, very much like a dad friend, that type of person that feels like a dad when you talk with them.
59. Do they have a phrase they use over and over?
Hmh... not really no.
60. In a crowded room are they in the corners, sides, or in the middle?
All of the above depends on the crowd and why they are there.
River:
41. How was their childhood?
Not the best, their dad only saw them as a mage and pushed for him to be the strongest, while his mom kinda tried to make him into his dad after his dad dies. He had an awful relationship with his mother by the time he was a teenager.
42. Are they close with anyone who is going to screw them over?
Nope.
43. How do they adapt to different situations? Do they adapt at all?

44. How do they speak? Examples - Are they soft-spoken, hot heated, vulgar, etc.
They have a fairly soft way of speaking, a caring one. But it can also be brunt, harsh and aggravating to many.
45. Are they opposed to violence?
On a general basis.. yes, for occasions, they're fine with it.
46. When is their birthday?
I don't think it has ever been mentioned, I think Mahv will have to say, if not, I guess it is time I give him a date for it!
47. Are they quick to judge?
In general, yes, but he is trying to be better after he misjudged Rylan so badly when they met.
48. Do they have anything they are trying to hide from others?
Mostly how bad they still feel after the death of their husband. How guilty they still feel and so on.

Yes. He can be loving and caring to some, while asshole to someone else.
50. Do they enjoy the arts?
Yes, especially music.
Chris:
31. How do they overcome obstacles?
By thinking things true, finding the best way past it most of the time. On occasion, he pulls the reaper card though.
32. When faced with a difficult decision do they get stronger or break?
They get stronger. They have a breaking point, but it takes a lot for him to hit it. 15 years away from his family was close to his breaking point, and both Jael and Kieran knew it.
33. Do they have any special powers?
He is a reaper..he has quite a lot. For instance, he is one of very few reapers that can kill a god.
34. How do they change throughout the story?
Well, Chris was a bit of a loner.. so they changed to become someone's lover, a dad, a family man, and someone who often wishes he could be home a lot more than he can.
35. Do they have any friends? If so, are they close-knit?
He has one, Nat, with whom he is very close. Kieran is more the boss than his friend. There is also Mark, who's after him to finding love, they have slipped a bit apart, both having a life outside of work. His best friend is of course his husband.
36. How is their family life?
Busy, especially with his work being on top of it all. But he would not trade it for the world!
37. Are they likable?
Yes, it's a good trait to have when you ferry souls over to the next step.
38. Are they the hero, or anti-hero?
He wouldn't consider himself either, but to some, I guess he is the hero
39. Do they make questionable choices?
Not all too many most were perhaps made before he died 😎
40. How do they become who they are?
They did something questionable and stupid and died. Luckily for them, they also said yes to becoming a reaper and that's why this story even exists.
Lucas:
21. What are their hobbies?
Singing, which is also his job.. he is also a pretty decent kitty bed by now if that qualifies as a hobby.
22. What are their ticks?
Hmh... not sure he has any, probably just fiddling with his fingers when he is nervous if that counts?
23. Do they like children?
Yes, mostly, unless they cling to him and want a photo.. although that more teenage girls. 😂 But in general, yes he likes children, he grew up with quite a lot of them around.
24. How do they react to being around wild animals?
With fascination and awe.
25. If they were given the task to prank someone, who would it be, what would they do, and would the prank work?
It would likely be a bandmate, and it would probably be putting something they hate in their drink. As she isn't the type to prank someone, he would probably fail miserably.
26. Do they have any survival skills?
Yep, they can make fire with two twigs, and they can play music to make some busking money if needed.
27. Are they more book smart or street smart?
Street smart, he likes books, but he grew up in an orphanage, so he learned street smarts along the way.
28. How do they get out of a difficult situation?
Would depend on the situation, he can pay his way out of it, or he can try and run of course. He isn't a fighter so he would rather try and avoid stuff like that.
29. Do they use their body, mind, personality, or force to get what they want?
They don't really do that much.. but to work at the shelter, he used his personality and what he knew they would have to say yes to.
30. What music do they enjoy?
Absolutely everything! If it's music, he likes it. Although everything for its situation. Its not always that black metal fits what you're doing.
Meadow:
11. Do they have a romantic interest?
Yep, and you will soon see who that is.. soonish anyway.
12. How do they cope with struggles?
Fairly well really. They work their way through it, although often they can be a bit snarky when it happens. It's just their way of dealing with it.
13. Do they have anyone they can lean on?
Her half-brother River, his family, her dad, and her mom. Unlike River, she is quite close to her mom, and their relationship is much better.
14. How do they react to someone dying?
If it's someone she cares about, she would like most people be sad. If it's not, then it's more.. eh, shit happens!
15. Can you name 5 personality traits they have?
Friendly, Hardworking, Ambitious, Romantic, Proper
16. How did they become a character?
It was Mahv's idea to have River have a little sister, then she kinda became the kid's mom friend and person outside the family to talk to.
17. Do they get along with others?
Yes and no. She has a way of being that alienates some, but if you see through it, you find a sweet person who is easy to get along with really.
18. What flaws do they have?
They can be a bit hot-headed, snappy, and abrasive when put in a situation they don't expect. She also expects a lot of herself, like becoming the first sage potion maker!
19. How do they influence the story?
She becomes a bit of an icebreaker between River and his mom when they are re introduced. As well as becoming a very good friend to the current kids in the story, the one they go and talk to when things are meh, and parents aren't an option.
20. What do they look like?
Tumblr media
Sneaky I know.
Brooke:
1. How do they present themselves to others?
Very straight forwards really, they are nicely dressed and well behaved in general.
2. Do they like animals?
Yes, they love them, specially horses. Sadly animals don't seem to love her back for unknown reason to her.
3. How do they dress?
Nice clean clothing? Nothing special, and never high fashion.
4. How many languages do they know?
Quite a few actually. She speaks Simlish (English), Japanese, Chinese, French, Italian, German and Spanish.
5. How big is their family?
Not big at all, its basically only her and her parents.
6. What is their purpose in the story?
Now that is a secret still. But it will be shown eventually, and she does have a purpose yep! Her purpose has even changed several time over already.
7. Do they know how to fight?
Yes in her own way. (Cryptic, I know, but you will see one day)
8. What is their back story?
There isn't that much. She has grown up with her parents, they have always been strict but quite fair. As long as she follows their rules and guidance, she is fairly free to do what she wants. Their not overly happy with Flynn as her boyfriend, and think she could have done better, but they have accepted it.
9. Why is their name, their name?
Because random name generator made it so!
10. Do they have any nick names?
Not really, Brooke is short enough on its own. Closest is Flynn calling her his Brooke I think.
AAaaand that is that.. thank you for asking, I hope you enjoy!

okay so i did a breakdown and prediction for WandaVision before the show started and It's Turning Out To Be True, Guys, so I'm posting it below and just tell me if it's okayish or not-
Now, WandaVision marks the beginning of Phase 4 of the MCU, and it is in itself a pathmaking event because it shows normal life without the original Avengers. Now, the show explores Wanda's mental state after Vision's death in Infinity War, and how she uses her Chaos magic to create a 'pocket reality' where things are just what she wants them to be.
The entire series is set over 6 decades, and has a running theme of couples living in sit-coms throughout the years, the late 50s, the 60s, the 70s, the 80s, the 90s, the 2000s and present. Now, my theory is that WandaVision is the beginning of a Multiverse Act that continues in Spiderman - 3 and culminates in Doctor Strange in The Multiverse of Madness.
Now, as for the shots within the trailer, it seems that Wanda and Vision are changing their localities as time passes, and that is through the decades I mentioned above. Now, all the posters have this unique red-blue television static rip in the upper left corner, which is also the transition effect used by the editors whenever Wanda warps reality and tries to adapt to the passing, and this actually represents Wanda's warped reality fading away and opening up a multiverse. In the late 50s poster, there isn't much that suggests anything, just we know that this involves the b/w part of the show where Wanda and Vision are a newly married couple and Vision as a human, which is strange, because in all trailers/posters after that time, Vision is shown as the Android he is, from the 60s black and white where Wanda acts as Vision's assistant in the magic show, and now, the next transition is the most interesting for me because they shift into the era of coloured television and during this warp, Wanda becomes pregnant and slips into the stripes of the 70s - another fact is that the upper left rip is not normal, not it is a wood panel torn apart, like by a demon, which leads me to the obvious villainous entity for the show, Mephisto.
This marks Wanda's descent into confusion as to who is in control of this warped reality, because it may not be Wanda, it may be some evil entity who is using Wanda to get into MCU's Earth-199999 and is proved later when Jimmy Woo's voice is heard out of the radio saying "who is doing this to you?". Now, the 80s poster has a ton of references in the 2 paintings it has, one being a hybrid phoenix chicken, aka representing Vision, who here is both a hybrid between human and metal, and like a Phoenix brought to life by Wanda's magic from the ash he was left in by Thanos, and the second bird is a wren from Australia with varying plumage which is like Wanda, because her magic clashes with life in the same way. The next 90s poster is the most indicative too as this is the time where they have the twins, Wiccan and Speed, but interestingly, there's a picture on their wall with three, yes, three not two eggs, which is another reference to the fact that snarky Mephisto has snuck up into this reality using Wanda's magic, also the TV still here is of them in their original Avengers' goofy hallowe'en costumes, and the last shot is a trailer and poster mix where Wanda races out into their frontyard but there are 2 small bikes parked, meaning that is the 2000s where they live as a family of four, but what Wanda doesn't realise that Mephisto's using this fake family to claw his way into this reality and wreak havoc.
Some other shots that stood out to me were of Monica Rambeau constantly transitioning from friendly neighbour to outright "I don't know who (I am)", then the character of Agnes who I suspect is none other than Agatha Harkness from the West Coast Avengers comics where Mephisto, yet again, played with Wanda's chaotic magic and in a way it also merges with the House of X comic series where Wanda yet again creates a pocket reality (I mean, what is up with all the reality stuff) - another interesting thing is the beekeeper seen in the second trailer, which I propose is a reference to the way in which we make honey commercially, wherein the queen bee is kept incharge of a beehive with her subordinates, and she thinks that she is in charge, but the actual person benefiting from this is the beekeeper looking from above the hive, collecting the honey, just like it is here where Wanda thinks she is the queen but in reality it is Mephisto the Beekeeper looking from above the pocket reality using Wanda's brand of Chaos magic to enter into this reality.Â
I believe that the base of this entire series by which it will continue into the wider MCUÂ is The Mind Stone, because it was The Stone that gave Wanda her powers and also to the two men she loved the most - Vision and her brother Pietro. Now, there is an amazing amount of screen time given to shots of the Mind Stone in the trailer, the most intriguing of which is a tired Wanda with greyish hair looking up at the Stone with slivers of blue around it - this is the incident where Wanda received her Enhanced powers from Stucker is Sokovia and this indicates that there will be some flashbacks to earlier memories which may involve Quicksilver returning. Now, the Mind Stone is the smart one, so it has a certain intelligence which it imparts to those affected by it, as is evident in Wanda's Chaos magic and tele-abilities, Tony Stark's vision of the Earth ravaged and the Avengers dead, and maybe even Thanos's curse of Titan's fate. Now, for sure, the mind stone has been destroyed but this does not mean it hasn't already affected given the Universe changes.
Now, back in 2015, Marvel wasn't allowed to use the term "mutants" but now with the Disney-Fox merger, yes they can introduce the idea of mutants with Wanda and Quicksilver as the first in Sokovia, and then Wanda's Chaos-Mephisto born mutant kids Wiccan and Speed which of course may tie to the New Mutants storyline. Also, my theory is that mutants are made by a combination of both their mutant gene and exposure to cosmic radiation, just like Wanda was exposed to the Mind Stone. Also, the mutant gene may exist in specific closeted spaces of the earth like Sokovia, or just for the sake of an example, in Chernobyl cause well the incident. Now these mutant genes become activated on exposure to radiation, and well we have had Four Omega Level Cosmic Infinity Snaps by Thanos, Thanos, Hulk and IronMan, and there is plenty of reason to suggest that this may have triggered the mutant abilities. That is my first theory.
The second one involves Wanda unleashing her chaos magic in an exponential wave at the end just like she did in Age Of Ultron, maybe because she realises that in reality, Vision is dead and manipulation won't help, and in grief she lets out her power that rips upon the Marvel Earth 199999 to the Multiverse which will continue later for Doctor Strange and SpiderMan to put back to normal. This mega event was teased in the trailers where the S.W.O.R.D. helicopter escapes from a wall of red television like static energy, and yes, I expect S.W.O.R.D. to be fully involved in the last part of the show headed by Jimmy Woo and Darcy cause Darcy has had encounters with otherworldly beings and thus may be consulted here. The last act will culminate in Wanda and Vision rising back up to their original title of the Avengers and fighting Mephisto to stop him, but something turns and thus Wanda/Mephisto releases that wall of Magic to wreak havoc.
Also a side note - Vision will also play the act of a realist in the show where he makes Wanda realise that this is not the real earth and he realises that the Eastside/Westside area they live in as well as the people there are unusual, not real, but at the end comes to his usual humane proposition that they save them and the reality from the demon trying to wreak havoc.
TL;DR Wanda creates a pocket reality where she lives with Vision, maybe reincarnating him using her brand of magic in the grey android left after Infinity War, and as the decades pass by, their reality deteriorates due to the Satanic entity that is Mephisto, making his curses seem like blessings, but at the end Wanda and Vision try and stop this reality shredding with S.W.O.R.D and that leaves us with an indecisive future of the mutants, Vision's reincarnation(like said by Banner in Infinity War)/Vision's death and the coming of the Multiverse into focus.
That's it, I guess.
Sorry a bit long ik but i do this.
Enjoy?
