i return. office jobs time. BUT AGAIN!

so emet isn't one to get attached as easily as hilde is. hilde has a big heart & big emotions, a tendency to think he can befriend Anybody if he tries hard enough, even the most antisocial of coworkers! or well. that IS the reputation he has & he is a bit. well. unpleasant. not a friendly resting face, doesnt go out of his way to chat up anybody at the workplace, more likely to make biting remarks under his breath than show someone even a drop more generosity & gratefulness than they "deserve" for a task well done - a curt 'thank you' usually is all one can get out of him. which tbf he is constantly drowning in work so spending too much time on socialising would!! ruin his workflow! is he incredibly stressed? Well Yes Of Course

but the thing is hilde is like. very problem solvy brain. he sees a problem someone else has & is struggling to solve & hes like >:[ i can protect you (from the unsolvable problem). & while initially emet would perceive it as meddling from a tolerable & efficient but ultimately A Coworker coworker it does give him pause when hilde actually solves his problem. [ said problem is, in all likelihood, something in the vein of "Something has come up that is going to make me need to reorganise everything in an entirely different manner & it's too much to process at once for me to work out when i'm already swimming in caffeine, ibuprofen, two hours of sleep & five impending deadlines (he's not a slacker he just takes on more responsibilities than is reasonable)". hildegarde's not good at organising his own affairs but let it be for someone else's sake & all of a sudden he's a master at working things out in a timely manner too! ]

so. he comes to hold hildegarde in higher respect through that. not that he disliked him before that but he was mostly neutral. sort of positive? definitely found Some amusement in seeing hilde fumble the act of walking & there might've been some endearment in it but like. he doesn't form connections that easily. not without prompt

after that i feel like they kind of. rely on each other's insight more. well moreso emet, bc he's the one who's been helped (& hilde. well. imagine feeling comfortable asking for help 😂😂😂 he'll get there though) so he's like. there's this reliable guy. i can get his opinion or assistance on things if they give me too much trouble. not a fan of asking but he does it so naturally & without really paying much mind to it that it doesn't feel like i'm asking for help that much so it's fine. <- also bad at asking for help but it's a pride ( 🏳️‍🌈? 🤨) thing for him

the like, trigger for hilde asking for help pretty much, is uhh... well. perhaps it is a little cliché (idk i don't read fic or anything. im gleaming the aura of these fic tags & websites from afar) but who DOESNT WANT CLICHE! right? it's fun! anyway hilde (points) is horrible at taking care of himself this remains true in any universe. is he staying way too late at his desk? of course. does he have my mental illness soup? obviously. let's embark upon a journey of "here he is, it's past midnight, he's exhausted & desperately trying to finish something BEFORE the deadline day but the executive is dysfunctioning + it's late so his brain is being not so kind & he's getting really overwhelmed just sitting with his own thoughts. in walks the only other guy who'd stay at work this late for similar reasons except hes actually got it handled a little better. he is now being (very delicately bc it's more implied than "you should do that") encouraged to drop it & just go home". isn't it fucked up when you start caring about someone who was kinda just there for the longest time & now you're walking them home at one in the morning? lol

during the whole time post hilde helping emet there was like. more communication between them ofc. not at all to the point of texting each other outside of Work Stuff but at Job they didnt exclusively talk about job stuff. ykw i even imagine hilde would on occasion come to gossip about a coworker they both have some beef with (hello thancred this is you) which hilde knows bc of emet's snippy remarks, & well emet did the same. & they would end up trying to sync their breaks so they could chat over their respective hot beverages & preferably with no one else taking their break at the same time. that was bonding lmao. at that point they would refer to each other as pleasant acquaintances but they are kind of already friends. it's just that neither of them will outright call the other that without being given indication that Is the case. emet doesn't really think about it that much unless asked & hilde doesn't want to be presumptuous. in all likelihood a third party is gonna have to ask emet about it so they can be Officially Friends. but they are friends at that time.

do i think they fucked on the Late Work Night? well. maybe. who am i to know really. (no. however likely emet had to stay over bc sleepy & upset hilde is clingy hilde. he literally could not leave. emet had the next day off it's Fine hilde even made breakfast & went out to the bakery to get him some pastries as an apology)

something that makes emet realise he's come to really care for hilde is probably learning hilde's beef w thancred is bc they like, were kinda together kinda not for a time? but thancred's nature TM makes it that it was impossible for it to work & also he has a competitive nature that hilde cannot stand. & suddenly emet feels a looot more comfortable getting annoyed at him for the smallest, most unimportant shit LMAO. i imagine elidibus is also one of the famed coworkers in that beautiful au (& someone emet would be more familiar with overall) & he's like. i did not expect you to have such strong feelings on someone you're never actually having to interact with directly. & emet's just shrugging. because it's actually the exact amount of beef he should have thank you very much

meanwhile on hilde's side of things shtola is praising his ingenuity in using his history with some other guy to get closer to guy who dislikes said some other guy. & hilde has to defend himself & assure her that is NOT his intent (she is just fucking with him. of course she is. she just also finds it funny when thancred has beef w ppl) (thancred & hilde are still friends hilde is just the gossipper & the bitcher. once again we shan't forget he is me in a lot of regards)

emet... ack. he's probably not really thinking about romance as a baseline. married to his work kinda guy. his work has started involving this one weird deerguy whom he's more or less befriended [as npc i shan't yet name would tease him about] more & more though. maybe it's time to think about settling down. <- shan't be named npc teases him saying shit like that for SURE it's the kind of thing where. ok these paragraphs are not chronological they go TOGETHER okay it's IMPORTANT to note that. these two would have smth similar going to like. what i've said about... other versions of them let's say. where they get like really close but don't Talk about it. they spend more time together outside of work & work functions ("ah, so it's a date then!" teases the npc. emet rolls his eyes), hang out at each other's place, maybe even go to a concert together if anything catches either of them's fancy & they don't want to go somewhere alone, they probably share a bed more often than not when spending the night together. why do they spend the night together? could've gone out for drinks & gone home together for Safety (or they're both piss drunk & walked home leaning against each other to try & keep themselves standing LMAO no chance for either of them to THEN go home to their own place without just collapsing somewhere on the street), emet's decided to clean up hildes place because mr depression over there has trouble doing it himself but he had to come over after work so it got late, or Just Because. plenty of reasons for them to spend time together. & they do share a bed yeah. cuddle even. maybe more even. what's a little making out between friends? no big deal

it'd be during all that that hilde becomes aware of his own feelings rather than before entirely. & he fully thinks it's all him & there's no chance at all of reciprocation. It Haunts Him that he feels so predatory & evil for still going along with all this after realising his feelings (& in the UNLIKELY event they may be reciprocated what if his own feelings aren't real? what if he's being MANIPULATIVE for ATTENTION & AFFECTION? i mean. you know how it is with. mental illness). he probably has some pretty bad mental crises about it. & one of them is probably the catalyst for them getting together proper lmao. i would go Into It more but i am. once again getting tired. & also sharing info about my characters at their Worst makes me feel so vulnerable HFJKHGDJSG plus i mean... i do retain some self consciousness abt the #marysueish nature of things. ill get over it i promise. & there will be more furry modern au words. after i sleep. i still have not gotten to the date activities. fuck. ^ this is him looking up over his shoulders while Handsome Kind of standoffish Smells good fuckkkk he smells GOOD coworker (though the way i see it it's more similar to like, when two companies work together? & they're from diff. companies basically. yeah) reaches over his head to grab something from the shelf he was sorting. & well emet is an Owl so he has Big Feathery Arms kind of like a cape... so in that scenario hilde is kind offf getting enveloped in that. not really bc emet isnt touching him but. yeah. if this hapepend to me id just die homosexual style i can promise you this

i think magic exists in this universe however we still need desk workers yk. magic doesnt, err, magically erase bureaucracy. Sad! theyre both full of magical potential but yknow when ppl either have a lot of skill but cant get hired for anything relevant to them so they settle for some nothing job OR the thing theyre really good at doesnt pay well so they go for smth that doesnt align w their preferences for the sake of living comfortably financially even if it means work is hell on their mind? them. hilde is the one who cant get hired for smth he likes & emet is the one going for a job that pays good rather than a job that suits what he likes doing. though of course he does get really really into the managing & organising aspect of Office Worker due to le autism. no way he isnt a manager of some sort he is NOT at the bottom of the ladder in any universe. i wouldnt say hilde is at the bottom of the ladder either bc he DOES have good skills & is generally a very applied worker (also idk im really not gunning for them having an unbalanced dynamic as coworkers, same company or not) but he definitely brushes his job off as not that important if asked what he does

emet probably has a sort of Reputation that makes him sound unapproachable but in the few interactions theyve had hes been a very reliable person to work with so hilde isnt particularly deterred from maybe trying to make friends for that reason. hes just.. socially awkward & anxious to start with. the moment their other coworkers (who hilde is actually like, decently friends with, likely one of the scions who mightve even been his friend before he started working there too. hell, could be a zero! or two even) catch that hes trying to befriend the guy with the Reputation theyyy try to orchestrate ways for them to work alongside each other more lmao. or like ohhh shucks i left xyz in the office over there can you go get it for me since youre nearby </3 which is entertaining for everyone in the know to watch.

they do get to work more as time goes on bc i feel like hilde would be doing like... communications stuff. great for the social anxiety lmao. & so relaying info & working out how the companies can better work w each other would be at least partly on him. he'd be involved in that i thinks. & ofc that would also involve the ppl in higher positions. fuck iahve so amny more ideas but im actually falling asleep in my seat remind me to rb with more tomorrow + the date activities ahhh

Sophie woke to the warmth of Gideon’s body and the crackling of the fire in the hearth. She could also hear the children, speaking in hushed tones and giggles. Cracking open an eye, she saw that they were currently sitting side-by-side by the coffee table, their backs facing her. Her left arm was resting on Gideon’s chest, and it rose and fell with his steady breathing.

She realized that their legs were tangled together under the thick blanket that she could only assume their children had placed over them. She closed her eyes and took a blissful stretch before resting her temple on her husband’s shoulder. He was still asleep, emitting soft snores that she felt in her belly.

They had been patrolling all night, and had barely gotten any sleep before their children woke them up again, ready to begin the day. Sophie and Gideon lasted until midday before they must have fallen asleep. The fact that they’d managed to stay awake that long surprised Sophie.

She wiggled her toes a little bit and adjusted herself, so that she could stretch the leg that was thrown over Gideon’s hips. His hand was warm on the small of her back, and she didn’t want to accidentally shift in such a way that would cause it to slip off her. Therefore, each movement was minuscule and delicate.

Gideon’s breath stirred the smallest tendrils of her hair. She looked up at him, brushing a lock of hair away from his forehead. She loved him very much. So much so, she often surprised herself, as she had never thought she could ever love someone again, after what had happened to her all those years ago. She kissed his jawline and put her ear to his chest, feeling his steady heartbeat against her cheek.

It was times such as these that she felt as if the world stopped at her fingertips; like no matter what happened, she would be fine, as long as she were here, with Gideon by her side and their children near.

She heard Gideon grunt softly, as he always did before he woke up, before slowly opening his eyes. He blinked a little, his dazed eyes slowly roaming the room, and closed them once more. He turned to where she was, resting the tip of his nose against her forehead.

“Good morning,” he muttered, his voice an octave deeper than usual and thick with sleep.

“Evening is more like it,” she replied, reaching up to stroke his impossibly soft hair.

She felt Gideon’s muscles shift as he stretched them, the hand he had on her waist tensing briefly as he did so.

Finally, Gideon let out a breath through his nose and said, “that was the greatest sleep I’ve ever had in my entire life.”

Sophie chuckled softly. “I would have thought the best sleep of your life would have been on our wedding night.”

Gideon opened his eyes and smiled, “we didn’t do much sleeping that night, though, did we?”

Sophie nudged him with her elbow. “Why is it that you’re only like this around me? You act diplomatically and mature to everybody, and yet you say the most scandalous things when it is just us.”

Gideon pressed a soft and lasting kiss on her lips. He then brought his lips close to her ear and muttered, “I’m not trying to woo everybody else,” before kissing the spot where her jawline began.

Sophie’s eyes shuttered closed, Gideon’s warm breath sending shivers down her spine, but she turned her face away from him and nodded in the direction of their children. “We should spare them the sight of their parents kissing.”

Gideon turned to where they were huddled around the puzzle. Sophie resisted the urge to turn his face towards her and kiss him regardless.

He looks back at her soon enough, his sea green eyes bright in the soft light the fire emitted.

“They’re not paying attention.” He said, brushing a strand of her hair away from her face with his knuckle. “They have their backs to us.”

“They could turn around at any second and begin shrieking, like two of them did last time.” Sophie said.

It was no mystery to anybody who the two that had done said shrieking were.

Gideon presses his lips together at the memory of that before raising his eyebrows and smirking.

“What’s that smirk all about?” Sophie asked.

Before Sophie could so much as to guess what it could be about, Gideon turned on his side and lifted the thick blanket so that it shielded them from the children.

“How is this?” He asked, kissing her nose.

Sophie huffed out a laugh. “It’s better, I suppose. At least this way, our eardrums will remain intact.”

“Hallelujah.” Gideon said, flashing her a dazzling smile, that made her insides melt. She put both of her hands on either side of his face and lowered his lips towards her own. They kissed softly, unrushed and lavishingly so.

Gideon was so warm. His body seemed to emit heat when he slept, which meant that right now, his skin was hot enough that it felt as though Sophie were standing right in front of a furnace. It ended up working in their favor, because whenever Thomas gets too cold at night, they plant him next to Gideon and he’s able to fall asleep. They’re absolutely adorable when they sleep together, if Sophie does say so herself.

Sophie giggled against his lips, causing them to break apart.

“What?” Gideon asked, his smile soft as he kissed the corners of her lips.

“I just thought about something silly.” She said, spreading her hands on his chest and roaming upward, intertwining them at the nape of his neck.

“Would you care to elaborate?”

Sophie shook her head giggling.

“Come now,” he said, playfully, “I’m dying of curiosity.”

“Alright. I was thinking about the time you slipped off the roof while we were patrolling in London.”

Gideon laughed through his nose, burying his nose in a particularly sensitive spot of her neck. “I’m never living that down, aren’t I?”

Sophie shrugged her left shoulder and kissed Gideon’s bottom lip when he lifted his head.

“Not a chance.”

His eyes fluttered shut as he kissed her shamelessly, his hands sending shivers through her as they travelled up and down the sensitive skin of her waist and hips.

“We should stop,” Gideon said, breaking apart. “Before they realize we’re awake.”

“Yes, I suppose we should.” Sophie said.

They kissed once, twice and then thrice (for good measure) before reemerging from the blanket.

Once they’d gotten over their daze, they arranged themselves in each other's arms, fitting like pieces of a puzzle, and gazed towards their children. They were quiet as they built a puzzle Sophie had left out for them while she and Gideon rested on the couch for a while. They hadn’t expected to fall asleep, but thankfully, the children were still entertained by the puzzle. Barbara had a blanket over her shoulders and had placed little Thomas in her crossed legs, periodically hugging him and adjusting the blanket, so that he didn’t get cold.

Thomas, on the other hand, took every opportunity Barbara was looking away to try to crawl out from the blankets and watch the puzzle-making action.

Eugenia was humming to herself, picking up random pieces and fitting them together. Every time she’d manage to get them to go together, she’d get up and do a little twirl, before sitting down once more and starting the whole process all over again.

Thomas was the first to realize they’d woken up. He gave them a toothy grin and crawled out of Barbara’s arms. Using the table to slowly get to his feet, he padded over to Eugenia.

When he got close enough, however, Sophie reached over Gideon’s chest and scooped him up. She tucked him into her arms and kissed his little cheeks.

“You’ve been caught by the love monster.” She said tickling and attacking him with kisses. Thomas giggled and tried to squirm away from her, but she held on tighter.

Part of her wants to hold Thomas forever. It felt like just yesterday he’d been born, four months and two weeks premature. He was still so small and light in her arms and got sick far too easily, but she thanked the Angel everyday for his life. Her miracle child. Who seemed very keen on getting away.

She stopped peppering him with kisses enough to hold him away so that she could see his face.

“You don’t love the Love Monster?”

He met her stare before putting his hands on her cheeks and kissing her forehead. Sophie

raised her eyebrows at him and when he giggled again, she tucked him in her arms.

“No,” she heard a soft voice say.

She pulled back. “What?”

“I love Mama, not the Love Monster.”

Gideon chuckled and ruffled his hair.

Sophie gave Thomas a final kiss on the forehead and let him go to his sisters.

They watched their children put puzzle pieces together, Eugenia aggressively so, going so far as to slam her fist upon two tricky pieces.

“Mama! Papa! Do you like it?” Eugenia said, gesturing towards the unfinished puzzle.

They both craned their necks to see.

“Oh. Erm…”

“We love it!” Sophie said.

“It’s lovely.” Gideon added.

When the kids turned around again, Sophie covered her mouth.

“There’s not a single puzzle piece that’s connected to its corresponding partner, is there?” Gideon asked.

“No, I’m afraid that in the hours we’ve been asleep, they haven’t managed to piece any together correctly.” Sophie said.

Gideon pressed his lips together and shrugged. “Well…”

“They’ll get more intelligent with age.” Sophie said.

“Yes, yes. I should think so.”

“I should hope so.”

They looked at each other and smiled, and then laughed, perfectly content with the life they had made for themselves.

BnHA Chapter 290: It’s Touya Time

Previously on BnHA: Iida and Hadou showed up like a couple of Pennsylvanias and Georgias to bail Shouto out at the last minute. Ochako and Toga had an exceptionally strange fight which consisted of Toga being all “guess what Ochako, I used your quirk to murder someone, how do you feel about that”, and Ochako being all “I do not like that”, to which Toga was all “:(”. There was some doll-stealing and some bookcase-yeeting, and then Toga left in tears because Ochako was all adamant that murder has consequences. Anyway so I have absolutely no idea what Toga is thinking now, but I guess we’ll have some time to stew on it, because we ended the chapter by cutting back to the Iida+Hadou+Shouto VS Afomura battle, which was interrupted by Gigantomachia and the LoV showing up like a bunch of Floridas to ruin everyone’s nice day.

Today on BnHA: Horikoshi hands the mic over to Dabi and is all “take it away, kid.” Over in Room 315 of Musutafu General, Rei is all “may I please watch some TV” and the hospital staff is all “sure”, and so she tunes in just in time to catch Todoroki Touya’s Peabody Award-winning documentary “Number One Hero, Number One Fraud: The Todoroki Enji Story”, which is being broadcast nationwide courtesy of Skeptic and his magic laptop. Meanwhile in Jakku, Dabi is all “I’M TOUYA, BITCHES”, and Shouto and Enji are all, “(゜◇゜ )”, and Dabi is all, “anyway so just to sum it all up, because of how much of a jerk Endeavor was, I am now Evil.” Everyone continues to be all “(ﾟoﾟ)” except for Dabi, who is all “└(˘▾˘┌ )≡ ( ┐˘▾˘)┘≡┗( ˘▾˘)┛≡┏( ˘▾˘)┓≡┗( ˘▾˘)┛” for pretty much the rest of the chapter. Idk. Just let the man have his fun, guys. He’s waited a long time for this.

alas, in spite of myself I do have two serious takeaways from this. one is that AFO is still controlling most of Tomura’s body behind the scenes, which both does and doesn’t bode well for Tomura (like, at least he’s not dying, but the long-term implications of this for his free will and such certainly are not Good). and two is that this confirms that Ujiko did give Tomura at least one powerful mutant quirk, which explains why he was still so deadly and indestructible even when Aizawa was using Erasure on him (since Erasure doesn’t work on mutant quirks, just emitter and transformation ones)

is that really all there is to the origin story though?? feels like we’re still missing a huge chunk of it. what was it that finally sent him over the edge? or was the trauma of being created as Endeavor’s perfect little hero tool and then being subsequently rejected by him enough on its own? because I’m still kind of confused on the part where he goes from “abused and discarded by his father” to “killed thirty people and was plotting the murder of his own brother” to tell you the truth

(ETA: lmao the initial fandom reaction to this did not disappoint. listen guys. people can be traumatized and shaped by awful circumstances that are completely out of their control, and grow up to be people they wouldn’t have grown up to be if things had been better, and all of that absolutely sucks, but. it doesn’t mean they get a get-out-of-jail-free card for all of their future actions, either! the tragedy of this situation is that terrible things happened to Touya, and he then went on to do terrible things himself. the tragedy of it is that this is exactly how the cycle of abuse keeps repeating itself on and on and on. maybe one of the people Dabi killed had a child who will now grow up traumatized themselves, and potentially go on to pay it forward themselves when they grow up. the tragedy is that the eye-for-an-eye justice that Touya is seeking out won’t actually make anything better in the end. the tragedy is that we understand why Touya is so angry, but that anger has basically warped him into the gleefully sadistic dancing figure we see in this chapter who has stopped caring about anyone else’s pain or suffering and just wants his own revenge.

Logan

A very important factor for his entire character in this au is that he has cybernetics. His right eye, his left arm, and the lower half of his left leg. This happened due to an explosion, his arm and lower left leg essentially blown off, and shrapnel piercing his eye. 

His arc centers around his cybernetics, thinking they are a burden, and feeling like he doesn’t fit in, along with feeling inadequate. 

Logan struggles with thinking that his cybernetics aren’t truly a part of him, just something he has to deal with. A burden. He resents it, there’s no sugarcoating it. He wishes he had his human limbs back.

 In his arc, he’ll deal with the fact he has them, and that no amount of wishing will ever change it. He accepts them as a part of himself, an imperfect part, for sure, but every human is imperfect. Hell, even human parts of himself are imperfect, so it fits right in. 

Before he accepts it as a part of himself, though, he deals with feelings of inadequacy. People often pitied him (keep in mind they thought he had prosthetics), trying to ‘lighten the load’ for him. He appreciated the thought, but they never let him do anything. He felt like they were belittling him. Logan tried to brush it off, but deep down, he worried that he truly was inadequate. Was he weak? Should he even be doing these things? Was he good enough? Sometimes...Logan felt he wasn’t.

But, once he hits the arc with accepting his cybernetics, he faces this feeling of inadequacy and proves it wrong. He’s been doing things normal humans couldn’t dream of and the city’s still thriving. He’s faced countless robbers, countless villains, and found a home with the team. He was good enough. He was okay. He’d be fine. Of course, sometimes he’d still have those feelings of not being good enough, but he could deal with it now. It wasn’t something that haunted his nightmares.

But, even after the whole cybernetic arc, he still faces the problem of not fitting in. Even before having superpowers and cybernetics, he wasn’t like other children. He was the eldest child, so his parents were basically helicopter parents, afraid he was going to get hurt in some way. As he got older and he had more siblings, they got a bit more lax, but he still hadn’t done things normal children had done. He didn’t explore, didn’t interact much with other children (though that was more of his doing), barely went outside, and had his every move basically monitored. Logan preferred reading a book to playing at the park, drawing a picture instead of hanging out with friends, etc., etc. So, he always felt a bit like an outsider. It only got worse once he had the incident. 

Now, he had fucking powers and literal robotics attached to his body, and he was scared. He was angry. He was...confused. How would his life change? What would happen to him? Then, all of a sudden, he got roped into being a fucking vigilante and just had to deal with it.

Then, he joins this team, all of them so much more normal than him, and he still doesn’t know what to do. He’s scared they are going to judge him, belittle him, like so many before them had done.

But...they don’t. They accept him, they joke with him, they are happy with him. And, he slowly starts to relax. He comes out of his shell and he feels...complete. It’s okay he isn’t normal. It’s okay he doesn’t exactly fit in. Everything is okay. 

He doesn’t blame his parents for being helicopter parents, he still loves them and his siblings. He knows they were worried about him. Sure, they did mess up, but he’s made countless mistakes in his life too. He doesn’t blame them or his siblings. They helped him become who he is and he is eternally grateful for that.

Patton

Patton faces the problem of his public image and his own self-image. In public and when he is Typhoon, he puts on this bright and chipper personality. And it’s grueling to keep up because that is not who he truly is. He’s much more mischievous, much more sarcastic, much more brash, much more himself. 

He tries to keep up this optimistic persona because he doesn’t want backlash. He’s afraid of what people would say if they saw the real thing. So, he puts up an image. Smile, all the time. Wave enthusiastically. Don’t let them see through you. Act like you’re fine. You always have to be fine, right? That’s what Patton thinks, at least.

With his arc, he slowly learns to just accept himself. It helps when Virgil joins the team, because he sees him not putting up a facade. He acts himself, dark and broody, sarcastic and sardonic. And nobody really questioned it or gave him backlash. Patton has this moment of ‘Oh’ because he realizes that he can show what he truly is. He no longer has to hide.

When he first starts showing himself as he actually is, he’s scared. It’s only natural, no matter how much you prepared for it, you will still be scared. Some people notice. There are a few news articles as some just want drama. But, his team, his friends, his family backs him up and it strengthens his resolve. He learns to ignore those types of people, knowing they only want drama. He can finally be...himself.

Roman

Oh boy, this is going to be a doozy.

Roman’s angst is that his entire world view changes, his beliefs (not religious) crumble. Everything just seems to flip for him.

Roman had always thought that everyone could be redeemed. No matter the deed. Everyone deserves a second chance. He’s faced criminals and villains with this belief at the forefront of his mind. 

When everything else seemed to be crumbling around him, this belief sustained him. It kept him going. It was a constant when nothing else stayed the same.

But now? Now everything is foreign. Everything is changing with nothing being that constant that he so desperately needed. This situation he is facing hits even closer to home because--well, I’m afraid I can’t say because of spoilers, but let’s just say it may involve a certain mustached villain ;)

But, anyways, in his arc, he realizes that everything can’t just be sunshine and daisies. He’s known this before, but it hits full force now. He has to accept that some people can’t be redeemed, that some are just...evil. He hates to admit it, but he knows it’s true.

His friends--no, family backed him up. They helped him with this realization, helped to make sure he doesn’t break. And he is so, so, so, so grateful and thankful for them.

He knows that some people can’t change. He’s...well, he’s not fine with it, but he accepts it at the very least. And when he looks around at his family, seeing how genuine and kind they are, he knows that, no matter what, all he needs is his family to survive.

Virgil

He faces problems with his self-esteem, his own anxiety, and his fear of lack of self-control.

He has little self-esteem. He always has, really. Since he was a kid, he always overthought everything he did, criticized himself severely, always tried to push himself harder, in unhealthy amounts. It all left him feeling so tired.

He kept doing this even into adulthood, checking himself, always wondering if he could do better, barely feeling good about things he did. Things he wanted to be proud of, but just couldn’t.

When he joins the team, it’s a slow process. He was immensely afraid of being judged, of being insulted, of them. They were all these heroes the city recognized and praised and he was left feeling like shit, in his mind at least. He felt like he couldn’t keep up. Virgil kept trying to push himself harder to at least try and be on the same level as them, but ended up pushing much too hard, passing out from exhaustion and stress.

They realized his mindset, having had once had this mindset themselves, and help him deal with it, help him try to minimize it because it’s not something you can be fully rid of. They know this themselves because sometimes they still get those moments, where they feel they aren’t doing enough and push harder, too harder. But, the best they can do is to deal with it. And that’s exactly what Virgil does. 

His anxiety is also a doozy. 

It holds him back so much. Especially with fear of failing. He doesn’t want to fail anybody. He wants to do the best he can and do it perfectly. But, the problem is that he can’t. He knows he can’t and it terrifies him. His anxiety and fear of failing prevent him from doing so many things just because of what could go wrong. 

The team also helps with this. They provide somebody he can rant to and offer solutions and different types of perspective. They help him to realize that if you only worry about what could go wrong, then you wouldn’t be able to do anything, you wouldn’t be able to live. Because with that mindset, you aren’t living, you are only surviving. 

And they help Virgil see this point. Help him to not let his anxiety hold him back from things he really wants to do. And it provides him with so many opportunities. 

They all know that sometimes, it’s going to happen. Sometimes, Virgil just can’t be able to do something because the fear practically paralyzes him. It’s like with his self-esteem issues. It’s not something you can be rid of, just something you have to deal with. They help him when this happens, help bring him back to reality and help to calm him down.

Lastly, his fear of no self-control. You have to remember that their powers can be heavily influenced by emotions. Strong bursts of emotions can work it into overdrive. Too much use of their powers can also use all of their energy. In very extreme cases, it can lead to death.

But, while Virgil is also afraid of the side effects, he’s mostly afraid of what his powers can do to other people, innocent people. And, to him, it’s a found fear. It’s happened before. He’s hurt others without meaning to and he vowed to never do it again. This is partly why he became a vigilante, to protect others instead of hurting them. But he is so afraid of still harming them and he has nightmares about it. It practically haunts him. He fears turning into those killers and villains he’s fought.

Once again, the team is very helpful in debunking this. They’ve explained their own experiences, explained how they themselves have hurt innocents without meaning to, and it’s something you have to just...deal with, like all other problems. It doesn’t make you a bad person. Him worrying about being a bad person just proves furthermore that he isn’t. After all, a bad person wouldn’t care about it. But, he does. And that is what provides the difference.

It was a very loud dramatic huff that made Roman’s body finally relax. Today hasn’t been…great. He accidentally slept through his alarm this morning and cause of that the kids got ready late. Then he spilled his coffee on the way to work. Couldn’t get home in time to change before he had to help everyone so he walked around stage with a coffee stained shirt. Virgil couldn’t drop off a new shirt for him having been too busy himself with his own work. Once he finally got home he was exhausted and ready to sleep as soon as he walked through the door but for some reason as soon as he did Virgil practically ran out it mumbling something about having to get some stuff he forgot. He had to serve Lo and Pat’s dinner. And bring them to bed. Which on most days would be fine but on this day…

He felt like he wanted to cry.

It wasn’t Virgil’s fault, it wasn’t his fault, it wasn’t anybody’s fault. All he wanted was a bit of a break is all and it seems the world doesn’t want to give it to him.

Though what did make him smile and make it through the day was the fact that before his kids left for the bus he kissed them both on the cheek and waved goodbye. Course Pat kissed him back and waved practically bouncing in place as he wore his bright blue jacket with rubber ducky’s on it. And his blue jeans with yellow rainboots on. He looked like the sweetest little thing. He even had a little blue bow in his hair. Even just picturing it he wanted to go upstairs and just scoop up his darling and swing him around and give him so many kisses that they both would be dizzy off of giggles.

Logan, now Logan has always been a tough cookie to crack, a cookie that he hasn’t quite figured out yet. But somehow Virgil has managed to bring down the small boys walls one by one. How he does it Roman has zero idea. When they adopted these two brothers just over a few months ago he knew they were opposites just from a glance but it still amazes him how much they really were that. Logan is always the serious one, always the one that has to act formal and proper even if he’s still a youngster. Roman suppose its from the fact that Logan had to take care of Patton when they were in the orphanage and foster care. Maybe it was the fact that they had to take care of each other for their first few years…

Whatever the case he still loves Logan to death, of course he does, he just needs more time to figure out his boundaries and bring down some walls that’s all. Which he will set his heart on learning.

Roman drew a breath as he stared up at the ceiling with a dazed smile. Oh, how his heart swelled at seeing Logan with a book that’s way too big for his size barely able to carry it as he wobbled his way towards the bus not waiting for Patton nor waving back to his dads. Even though he was 8 he still insisted on wearing a tie every day at school. His dark blue brain jacket looking so adorable on him that it took all Romans willpower not to snatch him up and kiss him. He’s learned the hard way Logan does not like that.

He was so lost in his thoughts that he didn’t even notice the door opening. Nor somebody stepping in the living room.

“Yo. Princey. Got something for you.”

The sudden noise caused the man to jump at least a foot in the air and he huffed as he heard loud laughter. His brown eyes met the sight of his handsome husbands giggling face. Well, now he can never stay mad at that face.

“How dare you scare the mightiest princes in all the land! You hideous foe!”

Through his laughter, he snorted, “Excuse you. Who are you calling hideous? I have you know I think I’m rather dashing. Why else did you marry me for?”

“Oh shush I rather think you are the beautifulest Prince who has ever stepped foot on earth!….besides me of course. And I married you for a million reasons, not just that!”

“Roman if you don’t shut up right now I won’t tell you what I got you.”

“Okay okay! Tell me! Tell me!”

Even though today has been bad he could always put up a smile for his husband. He dove off the couch almost slipping as he forgot he was wearing socks and almost slid right on the tile but he ignored that and ran into the kitchen with a big dumb goofy grin.

“What did ya got me! I wanna know, tell me tell me!”

Virgil giggled, “Jeez calm down princey. If I won’t know any better I would say you’re the child here. But fine,” He lifted the many many bags he placed on the counter and the floor in his hands and smiled devilishly. Oh, this cannot be good… That smile only comes out when he has something evil planned.

Before Roman could say anything Virgil smiled brighter and said, “Wanna get high and watch your favorite movie?”

If Roman was taking a drink he most certainly would have spat it out. His mouth opened and closed like a fish as he blubbered, “What?!”

And of course, Virgil laughed so hard that he had to drop what he was holding in fear of the stuff dropping as he had to grip on the counter to steady himself. Through his laughter Roman perked up an eyebrow and glanced at one of the bags to find dozens of half sale Valentine’s Day chocolate. Wait…

“Hey! That wasn’t cool dude!”

“You…. You should have seen… The look on your face! It… It was priceless oh boy,” Virgil managed to say through his laughter his cheeks were bright red by now.

“Haha. Very funny, Dark and Gloomy. Give me the chocolate you are restricted.”

“What?! But Ro-”

“That’s what you get for making fun of me!”

“Oh come on you make fun of me all the time. Let me take this one!”

Roman smirked, “Okay… But for a price.”

Instantly Virgil knew what he was talking about and smirked back, “Oh really. We going there huh?”

“Ya betcha.”

“Mhm… Okay then,” Before Roman could even take a breath cold lips met his warm ones and his eyes widened in surprise. Well, he wasn’t expecting the kiss to come on suddenly like that! Not like he was complaining though…

They stayed like that, both of their bodies and limbs slowly molding together until they were one. Each of them holding the other as they let their negative energy from the day fly out the window. And just as soon as it came on it ended way too soon in Roman’s opinion.

He huffed as Virgil drew away, crossing his arms and frowning. Virgil just laughed at him and poked his tongue out, “No worries love. You’ll get more of a taste tonight. But first, help me start off on this candy and hide the rest before the kiddos find it.”

“Fine… Were you joking about the movie-”

“No, I wasn’t babe. Let’s go.”

“Yay!!”

In his revenge Roman scooped up his husband before the other could protest, it wasn’t his fault he was so lightweight! And started carrying him towards the living room and the couch only stopping to carry some bags on the way there. At first, Virgil tried to protest but soon gave up to start laughing and giggling.

Yeah, Roman hasn’t had a good day. But his husband and kids make up for all his misfortune days. If this is what awaits him at home he was perfectly fine with having a few off days cause this was well worth it.

“You really got all this for me, my dark knight?” He mumbled as he grabbed a Reese’s.

Virgil glanced over and nodded as he cuddled up more into his chest, Aladdin playing in the background. Smiling he mumbled, “Yeah… Since you were having a bad day. And I know how much you love your chocolates. I remembered that a store still had some chocolates left from Valentine’s so I bought them all.”

“You bought them all?!”

“Yep. It was a good sale, bite me.”

“Don’t tempt me.”

“Maybe I will. What are ya gonna do about it princey?”

Roman chuckled and shook his head sighing deeply. He kissed his husband’s hair as he hugged him tighter, there were slight tears to his eyes as he mumbled quietly, “Say I love you more than anything.”

Virgil leant back, with his foot propped up against the wall. He knew that Logan hadn't gotten home yet, since he had already flown up himself to see. So instead, Virgil had decided to stay down in the lobby for a while until Logan returned, which shouldn't be too long, hopefully. At the very least, it was entertaining to watch people walk around the lobby. People watching had always been one of Virgil's favourite past times.

A man with wings almost identical to Virgil's walked up to the desk at the front. Huge, beautiful white wings - looking at the man, he could almost see the appeal to those kind of wings. And, looking a little closer, Virgil could swear he saw hints of red around the feathers. Interesting - perhaps that dye-offer that Talyn had given to him didn't sound that bad.

But the longer Virgil stared at the man, the more he realised that things were not going well.

"Look, I-"

"I'm telling you, it's not dangerous at all," the woman behind the desk said, sounding almost exasperated. "If you want, we can get somebody to escort you round?"

"I don't need escorting!" the man exclaimed. "I need another way to get up there!"

"Look, sir, there's nothing we can do."

"Surely there's something-"

The woman just shook her head. "I'm really sor-"

"Don't apologise to me! Just fix the goddamn problem!"

There was silence for a moment. Everybody else in the lobby had set their attention on the two. Virgil couldn't help but wonder what the problem had been in the first place.

"Sir, if you're not going to be cooperative, I'm afraid I'm going to have to ask you to leave," the woman finally said.

The man just stared at her in disbelief. "All of my things are up there. All my equipment, clothing, everything. Can you not even move me to another room?"

"That was the only room available, we've told you-"

"Do you even know who I-"

"Sir," she snapped, "please leave the building."

Completely silence fell upon the room. It was as if the entire world had just paused, stopped at that moment, like it was going to end then and there. Virgil held his breath. Until the man turned and left, and everything went back to normal.

His phone buzzed in his hands - a message from Logan.

16:49 Logan: I've arrived at home.

Virgil glanced over at the stairs, and then out the door. He couldn't help but feel as if something was wrong. As if that man had needed help. As if Virgil needed to help him. Part of him just wanted to follow him out there and see if he was alright, if Virgil could help him. He had obviously had a problem, possibly something to do with flying, which Virgil knew all about. And the woman behind the desk hadn't attempted to help him in any way...

Then again, feeling as if something was wrong was just Virgil's constant state of being. Maybe the man would be fine and Virgil was just overreacting.

Unless...

16:52 Me: something happened down here, some dude got into some trouble or something, going to check if he is ok

Virgil put his phone back in his pocket and exited the building, looking around for any signs of that mysterious man. His phone buzzed again, but he ignored it, instead shooting up into the air and down the street. It didn't take him long to spot a familiar pair of white wings. The man had sat on a bench on the side of the street, his head in his hands.

"Hey," Virgil said, floating down to the floor. "You okay, dude?"

The man looked up and scowled. "What do you want? An autograph? Is it that hard to leave a guy alone?"

Virgil frowned, taken aback by his reaction. "Uh... I..." He cleared his throat. "I saw you back at the apartment block. Thought you, uh, might need some help, or something."

The man just stared at him. "So... you don't... you don't know who I am?"

Virgil blinked. "I've never seen you before today."

He let out a sigh. "You know, I've only come across one other person who hasn't recognised me."

"...okay?" Virgil looked him up and down - nothing out of the ordinary, nothing that sprung to mind. "What's your name?"

"Roman. And yours?"

"Virgil."

"Virgil," Roman repeated, smiling. "Hey, Virgil was the name of some Roman poet. Isn't that neat?"

Virgil blew a huff of air out his nose in what could loosely be described as a laugh. "Yeah, I guess that makes us basically soulmates."

Roman let out a hearty laugh. "Platonic soulmates, of course. Unfortunately, my heart belongs to another man."

"Oh really?" Virgil smirked. "And who might that be?"

Roman hesitated. "Well, uh, I'm not quite sure yet, but once I see him, I'll know."

Virgil sat down next to Roman, bringing his feet up onto the bench. "What, so you believe in love at first sight?"

"Of course." He smiled. "Why would you not?"

"I don't know. Maybe because love isn't that simple."

"Who said it was simple?"

"If you fall in love with someone after just meeting them, you're not in love." Virgil looked over at Roman. "You don't know the person well enough to understand your feelings. You have to... get to know them. Let it all happen naturally."

Roman hummed. "That sounds boring, though."

Virgil shrugged. "Can't argue with that. People are hard." He set his feet back down on the ground. "Anyway, I came here to see if you needed help."

Roman groaned. "Look, what happened back there was not my fault. I specifically told the management there that I needed a room with access from the stairs."

"Why? Surely with those amazing wings-"

"I'm not the best flyer," he interrupted, "and you'd better not tell anybody that." He sighed. "I just... What would they do if that exact same situation happened to a person without wings?"

"They'd probably kick that person out," Virgil said, without even thinking. "I mean, in my experience-" He caught himself before continuing, realising what he was about to say. "-from, uh, watching other people, the guys in that place are always giving wingless people dirty looks, and stuff. It sucks, y'know?"

"Ha, tell me about it." His eyes widened. "I-I mean, it does suck. Like, those people have done nothing to deserve that."

Virgil tried to shake away the feeling that Roman was hiding something, instead plastering a smile onto his face. "Glad we can agree. But, uh, we should probably tried to fix this problem of yours."

Roman took a deep breath in, and let a deep breath out. "How? I can't just walk back in there. And I can't explain it, either. If they- If they find out why I can't fly up there, my whole career could be ruined." He locked eyes with Virgil. "If anyone finds out that I'm-" he brought his voice down to a whisper- "not the best flyer, I'm basically dead."

"Okay, drama queen, we'll figure out a way to get you a room without letting out your biggest secret."

Virgil wondered for a moment why he was helping this stranger - having to get him up to the apartment without letting the secret get out seemed like a lot of work, which Virgil wasn't particularly keen on, and he still had no idea why it was so important that people don't know that this man couldn't fly well. Then again, when the two had first spoke Roman had seemed to act as if he was famous, or something. Like a lot of people knew who he was. And Virgil wouldn't have been surprised if his wings had something to do with the fame, since Roman cared so much about them. Whatever the case, he didn't want to let this man down, and Virgil had no idea why he felt that way.

Virgil took his phone out of his pocket, noticing that he had received a fair amount of messages from Logan.

16:53 Logan: What do you mean? What happened?

16:54 Logan: I just saw you leave the building. Please message me to let me know if you're okay.

17:05 Logan: It's been over ten minutes and you still haven't responded, are you okay?

17:06 Logan: Wait, I just heard that there was some problem with some singer down in the lobby, is that anything to do with what's happening?

Virgil glanced up at the time - 17:24. Logan hadn't sent him anymore texts.

Roman leant over Virgil's shoulder. "Who's that?"

Virgil jerked his phone away. "A friend. He lives in the apartment block that you were just in."

"A friend, huh?" He wiggles his eyebrows.

"Yes!" Virgil exclaimed. "A friend! Nothing more!"

Roman looked almost disappointed. "Well, if he's just a friend, why were you in the lobby?"

"I was waiting for him to get home. To visit him. Y'know, like friends do." He began to type out a response.

"And why are you texting him now when we should be figuring out how to get me into my apartment?"

Virgil pressed 'send'. "To see if he can help."

17:26 Virgil: hey lo. idk if it's that singer guy you were talking about but he needs helps. any chance i could bring him back to your apartment?

Roman skimmed through the message. "You think this guy can help?"

Virgil shrugged. "He's dedicated his entire life to helping people who, uh, 'aren't the best flyers', I guess. I'm sure he'd be more than happy to help."

His phone bleeped, signalling a reply from Logan.

17:27 Logan: I suppose I can see what I can do. Feel free to bring him up.

"And look at that, he said yes. Let's go." Virgil stood up and lifted himself into the air, beginning to make his way down the street. Roman looked up at him, helplessly.

"Hey, uh, Virgil?" he called. "Remember how I said that I 'wasn't the best flyer'? And how you said this guy 'helps out people who aren't the best flyers'?"

Virgil turned around. "Oh, right, uh..." He held out his hand. "Here, I'll help you."

Roman frowned. "You'll... what?"

"Take my hand and I'll help you fly up there."

"Why are we flying there?" he asked. "Can't we just walk?"

"I'd rather not risk walking into the lobby with you and getting kicked out again. We can reach my friend's apartment without walking through the building."

"But I can't fly."

"You can if you're holding my hand."

"What if you drop me? What if I'm too heavy?"

Virgil sighed, and landed on the pavement. "Look, I was the best flyer in class at school. I'm the best flyer in my family, in my friend group, even in my university class now. I'm training to do search and rescue in the airforce, which literally requires helping people who struggle to fly by helping them to fly to get out of danger, which is basically what I'm offering to do now. So-" he held out his hand- "do you trust me?"

Roman took in a deep breath, clearly still unsure, but took his hand anyway. "Okay. Off we go?"

Virgil smirked, and shot into the air, dragging Roman along behind them. They soon came high enough to feel the cool wind against their faces, to feel the breeze stroking through their hair, through their wings as they surged forward. Glancing over at Roman, Virgil noticed that he was smiling, laughing with glee. Maybe Roman had never experienced this before. Maybe he couldn't fly at all, and this was his first experience in the air. Virgil knew how special that could be.

"This is amazing!" Roman exclaimed. "Is this how it always feels? Why don't people talk about this more?"

"Most people take flying for granted," Virgil replied, slowing down a little to allow himself to navigate the city. "They forget how fantastic it can be. Which is why people who struggle with flying probably have it better - they never forget the feeling."

Roman hummed. "But people who can fly actually get to do this."

"True. But when those who can't always are finally able to, they find it to be the best feeling in the world." He looked back at Roman. "Speaking from personal experience."

Roman frowned. "I thought you said you were a good flyer? The best flyer, actually."

Virgil nodded. "Yeah. But also I have an issue that means sometimes I can't fly. I'm working on it, trust me, but on days like this when I can fly to my hearts content..." He smiled. "I can never forget how great it feels."

Why he was opening up to this complete stranger, Virgil didn't know. But what he did know was that he could trust this man, and if he wanted to help him, Roman would have to trust him as well. If that wasn't a good reason to tell Roman the truth, Virgil didn't know what was.

If he was able to open up to Roman so easily, then surely he could do the same to Patton. That was it - he had to tell Patton, tonight.

The two landed on Logan's balcony, Roman still smiling like crazy. But then when he stepped into the apartment and laid eyes on Logan, his smile faded.

"Logan? The guy from the theatre? Is- Is that you?"

Logan raised an eyebrow. "Prince Roman. Fancy seeing you here."

I know I don’t make many POC hairs and I want to start doing more, they just take more time to perfect imo and I try to have X amount of hairs for voting everything, and 3 release every month so it is hard to get popping different hairs in and out in that limited time.

3) Ult Bias group and why you love them?

ASTROOOOOOOOO 

buuuut here is why, I have l o v e d different groups at different times, I have watched a lot of MVs, seen a lot of choreography I have seen so many concepts. I can remember when I first stumbled on Astro I was watching a lyric video and Again ‘should have held onto you’ was suggested to me on the side bar on YouTube, and I was all for giving new music ago. I licked on it and remember being hooked to the intro right off the bat, so you could say Moonbin started it, but I will cut to the chase, I like music that resonates in my heart and emotions Astro did that right off the bat, even though i wasn’t fully reading the lyrics I still felt the emotion behind the song,the first music video I saw was Hide & Seek and never has watching a MV made me smile to the point where my cheeks hurt, and I continue to smile after all day. And I know this is a super duper simple reason to why I love them but Astro makes me happy, they make me so happy. And I love how close you can see they are, how hard they work, and how they all truly have beautiful hearts, and again I know it is such a simple maybe silly reason but because they make me happy and because they make me smile, and that is something we often forget to do. So I hope we can keep smiling with our boys for a very long time

4) Ult Bias and why you love them?

Let’s set Eunwoo’s looks aside entirely here, yes he is good-looking, you have to have never seen Eunwoo if you do not think he is attractive and an actual fairytale prince on this earth, but the fact he is greater than his looks and how he truly is, that is what makes him a prince. I fell for his voice the second I heard it because I basically binged Astro songs and just waited for his part, and i am so proud of how much stronger he has gotten vocally. I adore how hard working and smart he is, and despite being just such a high caliber human being already, he is still humble and wants to improve himself, he recognizes his flaws and wants to be better. And speaking of which, he always pushing and going do all of his personal actives but still keeping Astro, what can he do to help Astro, and how can he be his best for Astro and Aroha on his mind. He cares about Astro so much he cried because he was worried about holding them back, which is far from the case. I love how he got nervous and to try to help calm down, he did research on all the hosts on Hello Counselor (him on Hello Counselor was honestly so cute) and how preparing things like that eases his mind. And I could go on about his Singing, his acting, his dancing (I am so proud of him he is always getting better and better), him being multilingual, knowing how to play the piano, or how his eyes light up before he smiles and you just feel the joy from him, his laugh oh my goodness. Or how he maybe quiet at times but you can see the gears turning in his head behind his eyes as he analyzes a situation with a smile on his face.   But to tie this up I really think I love him as much as I do because I see small fragments of myself reflected in his personality and in the way he thinks, and I also cannot help but look up to him (not just because I am short either) and want to be better and aspire to have the sense of maturity that he has about so many things. I want to put my heart into things like he does, and at the end of the day I am so glad that the universe has put me into the same timeline as him, so I can watch him grow and shine. And I also hope we all can aspire to be a little more like Eunwoo at the end of the day

HOW I RUN MY BLOG.

SPEED: I can either respond to something the moment I get it or 84 years later, there’s very little room for middle ground on that. lmao I’m a full-time university student, I have a job, and - even though I’ve been spending all my time here lately - this is not my main rp blog. My speed should pick up after next week though, I’ll be done with classes until the autumn semester.

REPLIES: I’ve been trying to keep things on here small, but anyone who has known me for any period of time can attest to the fact that I have a majorly bad habit of getting lengthy af when I really get into character/the creative zone. I prefer to format things a bit ( although my level of caring waxes and wanes tbh ) but I really don’t care if my partner does. It’s fine to reply to my meme responses, but please make a new post when doing so. Use gifs, icons, whatever, I honestly don’t care. I’m more likely to reply faster to things that interest me or things that have been plotted out and I know are going somewhere.

STARTERS: One day I may post a starter call. lmao Honestly though, feel free to tag me in something randomly or make one of my meme replies into a thread. As I said before, I’m more likely to respond to things that have substance to them or have been plotted out. I’m more likely to write a starter if I know where I’m going with it. Unless otherwise stated, any open starters I make will be mutuals only.

INBOX: My inbox is open and available to anybody and everybody 24/7. Memes are a great way to flex the writing muscles and get into character.

SELECTIVITY: I have had some negative experiences within this fandom that tend to make me more selective than I might otherwise be. People within the community have very set ideas for how they think characters should be or act and they get downright rude and nasty when a characterization doesn’t fit that mold. Like I stated in my rules, I‘m less likely to follow you if I feel that you’re using Narcissa as a prop-up for your character’s hero status or moral superiority. She is not some cookie-cutter archetype that exists to validate or justify your character in this or that way. I also take issue with people who don’t recognize that morality is not black and white, nor is it as easily defined as Gryffindor vs. Slytherin or Order vs. Death Eater for that matter. Other than that, I feel like I’m pretty open and welcoming - I love crossovers, ocs, etc. I don’t mind if my first language isn’t your first language, what size font you use, how good your graphics are. Listen, I’m just here to write and throw myself through an emotional chipper.

WISHLIST: Is ALL THE THINGS an answer? IDK, I’ve mentioned a couple of AUs before now --- like Narcissa not marrying Lucius immediately and trying her hand at being a perfumer and whatever tf the magical equivalent of a cosmetic chemist is, or her being sorted in Gryffindor and hating every gd second of it. I’d like to delve into some grittier themes, things that open her up and leave her exposed. I’d like to play with her talents, show what she is/what she can do beneath the mask. I’d also like to explore what it would take for her to be truly selfish, or for her to stop letting her sisters make all the messes. Then there are modern or non-magical aus. Honestly, there are just so many things I want to do.

HONEST NOTE: Narcissa is neither good nor bad, she’s mostly a reflection of the age. She’s capable of great acts of love and great acts of cruelty, sometimes in the same breath. It’s very, very hard to chip her veneer and get to the actual person underneath, but I promise you that one is there. She can also prove to be self-serving and self-preserving, despite the fact that her greatest concern has been and will always be her family. There are a lot of things that she keeps to herself, and nothing there is nothing that she does that has not been heavily calculated with all the consequences laid out and picked apart. She’s not a sheep. She has never been a sheep. More importantly, she has never claimed to be a sheep. Narcissa has simply found it suits her fine to let others assume what they will.

What do you identify as and what are your pronouns?: Trans Male, he/him or Lurching Thing *tm* Take it this implies orientation too so- gay, asexual. (But I appreciate that girls can kick my ass, and are pretty) Have you experienced being misgendered? What happened and how did you overcome it?: I don’t like go anywhere, and interact with people. At most my family basically often, daily. This one obnoxoxious boy in public who was all ‘oh yeah that’s a girl obviously’. Do have plenty of confusing people and them being like ‘so that’s uh- you person there’. Or getting gendered correctly. Supposedly I pass more than I give myself credit for. 

Which like before I even had fully accepted myself confused a doctor once. Waiting around and it was like ‘hey uh- could you please move, kid’. I mean even when I was presenting as my birth gender once had kids mistake me for a college age guy so -shrug-. 

Describe what it was like coming out, what did you feel?: Terrible, still is with family and coming out’s never finished. 1st time, family. I’ll share that cause it’s the real crux of things. Worst than the horror scenarios I’d pictured.

I hadn’t slept much in weeks, hands trembling with an urge to self harm because I’d given it up around then. Out of town, visiting family. Shit storm. A phone call outside in a meltdown, false hope because it sounds like I might be tolerated. Two day stomach flu. Car ride to meet halfway for lunch before going home days later with my mother. Rock hitting the window shield, cracking it making me wish it broke. 

Growing dread. Immense guilt that I can’t even look at the driver of the car. My mother wouldn’t even look at me, babbling to try being even seen as her child in the slightest. Dead silence. Going home. The start of yelling, fighting, being a mistake. Cut off from all internet access. Even when things died down I’d do something wrong and it would be twisted against me. I’ve been yelled at in public for it. Talked behind my back, while present. Crap situations in a doctors office, etc. Thankfully they were more chill. 

Like I’m more out than I was but it’s still like ‘hush hush’. Partly because I always bail out of telling people off. Because I just wanted my family, I just want the people I care for to even slightly respect me. To actually talk to me, not about me behind my back/to each other while I’m sitting there instead of directly saying “How are you” or small talk. I love them- I’ve hurt myself emotionally, sacrificed so much but they can’t even try to see me as even just a person.

What is one question you hate people asking about your sexuality?: I mean I get no questions/don’t interact with people much but I hate the ‘top, or bottom’ crap specially from females in gross excess. Like when somebody hcs a character trans but then it’s just that, s*x and ‘top or bottom’Who are your favourite lgbt+ ships?: m/alec, m.agnus chase/alex f.ierro, klaus/dave, and like I have so many more. Not all of them have ship names, or are coming to mind right now though.Do you experience dysphoria? If so, how does that affect you?: Yes. I also have other body image issues. It makes me hate taking or being in pictures. Makes me hate leaving the house. Being around people. It’s literally like those scales where it’s like ‘get help if you’re at level 10 and it super impacts your life’. And I’m on like 15 constantly. I have literal clothes where it’s like ‘after top sugery’ ‘when I’m skinnier-’ and then it’s ‘which of the two shirts’ ‘these jeans, oh but they’re kind of no thanks’. Always wearing boots when I have cute sneakers,etc. 

I don’t wear eyeliner like I used to. Yet I like bought some a while back like ‘oh these colors are pretty’ it’s just sat. Don’t use chapstick sometimes despite owning it, chapped lips at times. Constantly end up screwing my eyes shut while changing, random breakdowns like ‘I have the wrong shape nails’. Safe to say as a result it’s like really messed up. Supposedly I’m an attractive person energy wise,etc but yet I’m like ‘uhhh ew I look terrible’ and compliments feel fake especially if the person has never seen me. -shrug-What’s your favourite thing about the lgbt+ community?: Honestly? Have you ever gone to a gay bar, or a drag show, how was it?: Never- honestly doesn’t appeal much to me either like history sure. Something people can do- hell yeah. Personally drinking wouldn’t be healthy for me *not of age currently anyways*. And drag shows usually are at such events- crowds, people. Just not sure I’d last even 20 seconds to have fun or anything. Are you interested in having children? Why or why not?: Not sure, bio kids are a solid no for reasons. But otherwise- I like babysitting, kids adore me for some odd reason. So like say I date or fall for somebody who has a kid or is on good terms with family/loves babysitting. I’d be totally happy babysitting or hanging around with said person and their child. Things like adopting though? Good option yet I’d not think it over too much till it’s a conversation/have a person and its stable. (Plus like trauma,etc is a thing that makes it loaded as well)What do you think of gender roles in relationships?: If it’s their thing- sure. But the gross gender roles? I’ll scowl at. And are an individual even if in a couple. What is something you wish people know about being lgbt+?: Uhhh ‘it gets better’ isn’t always comforting cause sometimes it does take years. To work through things. Work things out. That sometimes it takes conversation, time and immediate rejection isn’t always how it’ll be. But you should also put yourself first, not be like ‘oh I can’t work on getting hormones because I want my family to adjust, etc’. Idk.

Six hours.

They’ve only been driving six hours, before Ignis insists on stopping for the night. This might have been fine, except Noctis feels as though they’ve made zero progress throughout the day. They spent most of it searching for some dog tag for a guy named Dave. Ignis thinks of a new recipe, which turns out to be delicious, but Noctis can’t help but feel frustrated and antsy, as he lies on his back on the bed in the trailer they rented for the night.

What kind of a name is Dave, anyway?

Noctis frowns up at the ceiling, wishing Ignis would let them keep driving. But no, he says it’s “too dangerous.” Like they aren’t already in danger just being here.

A sudden flash in his eyes causes Noctis to flinch. He blinks away the spots that appear in his vision, turning to frown slightly at Prompto. His friend is leaning over the bed, and he grins, bringing up his camera to take another photo.

“I call this, ‘Noctis Brooding at Midnight.’ Pretty catchy, huh?” Prompto grins, much too bright for how late it is.

“I’m not brooding,” Noctis protests, turning over onto his side to place his back to Prompto. Normally Prompto’s sunny personality can help him feel better, but he’s too exasperated at the time he’s wasting to bask in it.

“You’re the broodiest,” Prompto declares. “They should rename you King Brood, His Royal Broodness.”

Without invitation, he hops up onto the bed. Straddling Noctis’s legs, he lifts his camera once more.

“‘Noctis Brooding at Midnight: In Profile!’”

He snaps another picture, and despite his sudden blindness, Noctis reaches out to grab the camera. Its strap is caught around Prompto’s wrist, and he yelps, as Noctis gives it an abrupt tug. Prompto scrambles to keep a hold of the camera, but Noctis manages to slip it over Prompto’s hand, holding it up and away.

“Ignis, quick! Take it!” Noctis calls to the man seated across the room.

“No, Ignis! Don’t take it!” Prompto exclaims, reaching across Noctis for the device.

Ignis doesn’t look up from . . . whatever he’s doing over there hunched over a book.

“Gladiolus, catch!”

Prompto cries in dismay, as Noctis flings the camera across to where Gladiolus is meditating. The man catches it without even opening his eyes. When he does, he looks at the camera with a somewhat perplexed look.

“What am I to do with this?”

“You’re to give it back!” Prompto says, scrambling off the bed and hurrying over to Gladiolus.

Noctis props himself up on his elbow, unable to help the smile that’s twitching his lips. “Yes, Gladiolus. Give it back.” He holds up his hand.

Gladiolus shakes his head, but he tosses the camera over Prompto’s head, just before the younger man reaches him. Noctis catches it neatly.

“You should be resting,” Gladiolus admonishes.

His words are lost on Noctis, however, as Prompto tackles him. He hits Noctis chest hard enough to wind him, but he quickly recovers, wrapping his arms around Prompto and flipping them over to pin him beneath him. He finds himself grinning, his heart thudding in his ears. It almost feels like they’re in high school again, messing around during lunch or after class. Prompto always knew how to get Noctis to forget about his royal status and proper mannerisms.

Prompto stops wiggling underneath him, and a strange grin twists his lips, as their gazes meet.

“Say, Noctis,” he says. “That’s the first time I’ve seen you smile all day.”

Noctis tilts his head. “Is it?” He can’t recall smiling at all, so he supposes Prompto is correct.

“You should smile more often.” Prompto’s voice has grown soft, almost . . . shy. “You look nice when you smile.”

We have been insuring our Audi with the Co-op, who I've generally found to be reasonable. However, now we have a problem. A couple of months ago we bought a van with the intention of replacing the Audi with the van. But the van needed some work doing on it, so we took out a second insurance on the van with the Co-op, so we could still drive the Audi. At the time, I was disappointed to be told that we could not have a No Claims Bonus on the van, as they said it could only be applied to one policy at a time. But they gave the clear impression that when we cancel the Audi insurance, we could then transfer the NCB to the van. The Audi has now broken down, so we want to cancel its insurance. However, yesterday when I called them, they now said they cannot transfer the NCB to the van as it would be being transferred 'mid-season' to a different car policy. They said they could only have applied it to the van if we had changed the original Audi's policy to cover the van, instead of taking out a different insurance policy for the van. This seems ridiculous. Surely, we are entitled to our NCB?! Why should it matter that it is mid-season or not? I explained that if I cancelled our insurances with them and went to another company, I would be given a NCB on the van so why won't they give it to me. They agreed! I really don't want to change, as I don't trust other companies and the Co-op seem more ethical than others. But this seems so stupid. I was told that since I am registered under my parents insurance, the other party can see that they have a lot of assets they can sue for from my parents. I've done research, and I know Florida is a no-fault state, meaning drivers cannot sue each other unless serious injury occurred, such as loss of life, limb, permanent injury, etc. In both accidents, I did not get ticketed, and I believe no police report was written, only exchanges of information.(Police were called, however. I did not leave the scene) Also both of the other parties did not ask for an ambulance or medical assistance(I know about the feeling pain later thing) but I'm sure if someone was suing for something as serious that can be listed as loss of limb or death, they would have showed some indication of injury at the scene. Logan was an idiot. He can’t say that about much but when it came to feelings he was an idiot for sure he doesn’t need anybody to tell him that.

Stupidly he fell for the one guy he could never have, the one guy everyone in school dreamed of having but never can.

Roman Prince.

He had to fall for the hyperactive stupid ass that gets on his nerves every time he ever so much as looks at him… But he also gets a certain spark in his heart.

It took him ages, longer then he cared to admit, to come to the conclusion that he was in love. There was no other answer, no other conclusion to this situation, unfortunately.

Did that make anything easier for him? No.

In a matter of fact that made things worse. Why you may ask? Well, it just so happens that his crush hates him.

Of course, he had to fall in love with the guy who hates him right? Ain’t that his luck.

Before Roman, he’s never fallen for anybody else before in his life. He’s 17 years old and he’s never once been out on a date, never been kissed not even once. Before he didn’t seem to mind it. Sure he would get teased for it but he didn’t want to have a romantic relationship with anybody. He was content with where he was, just him and his books.

But now… Now all he could think about is Roman's smile. Roman’s thick arms wrapped around his shoulders protectively. Roman’s bright eyes looking at him as if he was his entire world.

And it just so happens Roman does none of that to him. Well if you count shoving him into that locker one time having his thick muscles wrap around his shoulders then yes Roman has done that before. Or when Roman held him tightly as his friends beat him up then yes.

Roman totally loves him back.

What a stupid things emotions are. Why can’t he just go about his life without them? He was perfect where he was why did his emotions have to ruin everything?

Though he has to admit Roman has been a bit nicer to him this past year properly because he’s been busy in theater then normal but hey he’ll take what he can get. At least he isn’t going home with brusies every day now so that’s a blessing.

With a defeated sigh he leaned back on the stairs as he saw his recent text. Great now he has to walk home and those clouds don’t look pretty. Why did it have to be today that he forgot his umbrella? And jacket for that matter. He completely forgot that today was going to be chilly. As in raining chilly.

All he could do now was pray that he doesn't catch a cold he suppose. With a glance around him, he saw that most of the teens where gone, only a few stranglers waiting for their ride. He guessed he should start heading home before it starts raining.

Getting up he huffed as he started on his hour trip keeping his head low. Today has been…not so great. The normal jabs at him for being a nerd and soulless. But none of those hurt him the one that did though was the one from Roman. He called him a heartless robot.

So what if he doesn’t express emotions as much as the others. What if it’s hard for him to show happiness or joy. The laughter he and his friends shared only put fuel in the fire. His heart was still torn to shreds at hearing that. And he’ll have to hear it yet again tomorrow. This is his daily hell.

Before he knew it a few tears came down his cheeks. Luckily when he glanced up he saw he was out of the school area. And no kids were around thank god for that. Wiping them quickly away he paused as he heard somebody. Was… Was that somebody calling for him?

Whipping around color drained from his face as he saw who was calling for him. No other then the person he was just thinking about.

Swallowing thickly he couldn’t seem to move his legs as Roman ran to him an umbrella in one hand and all but yelling his name. All he could do now was hope his taunts and pain doesn’t last long.

“Logan! Hey, robot wait a moment. I want to speak with you.”

Logan lowered his head as Roman caught up with him he could hear the other breathing heavily having clearly just run the entire way but for Logan, his shoelaces looked suddenly very interesting.

“Logan where are you going? You don’t have a jacket on you’ll surely catch a cold in this weather!”

This is how it normally goes. Roman would pretend to act nice when they were alone but the second one of his friends come over he would hurt him again. It was just one of his tricks.

“Home…” Logan mumbled quietly.

“What was that? Ya gotta speak up for me, robot.”

He seems to like that taunt today. Logan swallowed thickly, “I’m going home. Mother can’t pick me up today so I have to walk home. Don’t know why it doesn’t concern you.”

Shit. Shit. He backtalked him. He winched expecting a slap or at the least an insult. But when he looked up he saw Roman shrugging even a small smile on his lips.

“Well, I don’t want my nerd to get a cold now who will do all my homework then! That will simply not do so here let me walk you home oh and you can borrow my jacket.”

Before Logan could protest he felt Roman’s familiar red and white jacket be placed over his shoulders. His cheeks flushed slightly as he felt Roman’s hand on his shoulder. As he breathed he could smell Roman from the jacket. God’s he smells so good…

Then when he looked up he saw Roman walking ahead a bit. Quickly he caught up with him. “Wait! I don’t need you walking me home I’m perfectly capable of walking there myself for your information. I won’t get sick princey.”

Roman only laughed, “Your very fierce today my little nerd! It’s quite cute. But nah I have to go this direction anyways at least let me walk you to that marketplace.”

Roman is just not taking the hint, is he? He’s properly waiting until they get close to some alley so he can beat him up and take a few pictures of it to laugh with his friends later right? He has to get out of here and fast.

“I said I could-”

“And I said shut up. I’m not taking no for an answer. I know your place is this way so just shut up for once you got that nerd?”

Logan tensed up. Great, he just pissed him off. Now he lowered his head again keeping right behind Roman as they fell into an uncomfortable silence.

Every time they passed by a dark alley or bushes he was expecting Roman to grab him at any moment and drag him into it. And at every movement Roman made he flinched at. He really was being an idiot now. Stupid illogical emotions at it yet again. This is just stupid. Why can’t his heart just stop for once? Why can’t-

And before they even got to the market area it started raining. It didn’t even take 10 minutes before it was pouring on them like buckets being dropped from the clouds.

They stayed under the trees as best they could but before long they both were soaking wet. Luckily they passed by a cafe Roman didn’t even speak up before he dashed inside Logan having to run after him to catch up.

He heard the familiar ding as he opened the door and his tired eyes saw little groups of teenagers huddling around or some loners. Either they were getting away from the cold or doing homework but in either case, they didn’t even glance up to the two freezing cold teens that just walked in. Thank gosh.

Also, Logan noticed that there were some teens from their school not much though which is good on his part too. Being seen with the most popular kid in school is not something he wanted spreading around campus.

Roman huffed loudly as he shook the rain from his umbrella, “Fuck they didn’t say it was going to pour like that! Those stupid weather reports.”

Logan stayed silent as he huddled near the door. Hoping they will continue on their way but that hope diminished quickly when Roman placed his umbrella down on a chair and went to the desk. He started ordering and Logan had to suppress a groan. He just wants to go home now and pretend this was all a dream. A happy dream though none of the less.

Roman looked back at him as he slowly approached him smiling faintly as he grabbed for his wallet in his pocket. “You want anything Specs?”

Logan shook his head, “No thank you.”

“Oh come on it's on me. Pick something.”

Logan was about to protest some more but the look in Roman’s eyes stopped him. This was another thing that was not up to debate…

“Uh… Hot chocolate is fine…”

“Make that one hot chocolate too please thanks!”

Why was Roman being weirdly nice today? He’s normally laughing at his face what caused this sudden change of attitude? What he would pay to have Patton with him here to help him. His brother knew everything about emotions and what’s going through somebody's mind. This is just…makes no sense to him.

But once again he closed his mouth not wanting to interrupt his niceness.

When they sat down Roman played on his phone for a bit sipping his coffee while humming some tune under his breath. Logan tried to do the same thing minus the humming but he couldn’t even focus on his phone right. Roman’s sudden attitude causing his mind to get distracted.

What broke him off was that Roman was staring at him. And that's when he realized that he was the one that was staring. Coughing lightly he glanced away his cheeks burning up from embarrassment. Maybe Roman would pretend not to notice? Maybe he can come up with some excuse-

“I have something to ask you Specs.”

“What is it?”

Roman sighed as he placed his coffee down onto the table. He looked suddenly weirdly serious and…nervous? Wait why was he nervous?

“I’m not sure how to say this but um…do you have romantic feelings for me?”

Logan froze. All his color drained from his face as his eyes widened. Who told him? He hasn’t even told anybody except his brother. Patton won’t tell him, right? Sure he can’t keep secrets but-

“The reason I’m asking as well… Actually, there are two reasons. One is that I actually heard that you did like me from your brother. Don’t get angry with him he confronted me after I apparently made you cry one day. Got so upset he was practically crying. He slapped me on my face and told me that I hurt you more then I realized. When I asked him why he said that you loved me.” He looked…sad as he explained that, “He must have not meant to say that cause right after that he ran off looking like he just told somebody that his friend murdered somebody. But in any case, you got a good brother there, Teach.” Okay, now he looks really sad. Roman looked down to his coffee all his normal spark in his eyes gone.

Logan didn’t know what to say let alone process this. Patton would go behind his back and say that? Course from what it sounded like he didn’t mean to do it but still… He had hopped Patton would have at least told him about it.

“Second thing,” Now Roman was back to his normal self just like that, but Logan could see a faint trace of a blush which only intensified as he continued on, “I would like to go on a date with you nerd. If you want to that is.”

This completely took Logan for surprise. Wait…. What?

“…What?” He echoed.

Before he could bottle it up properly he felt a sudden rush of anger. Of pure rage going through his body.

But he got deadly serious. If he didn’t know any better he would say his voice could cut through fog way thicker then the ones outside.

“Did one of your buddies dare you to do this?”

His blue eyes were like daggers piercing into Roman’s skin. He didn’t care that he could get in trouble for this. He could take insults every day, he could take physical beatings. One thing he couldn’t take was a play of emotions like this.

Even Roman seemed unsure now as Logan could see him gulp.

“No no, I promise nobody dared me!” He threw up his hands defensively and dramatically. Then he sighed and his entire body seemed to deflate. He looked down to his coffee cup moving it about in his hands.

“No… It really isn’t Logan… Okay… I have a confession to make.”

Logan leaned back crossing his arms, “I’m listening.”

Roman glanced up to him and oh gods the hurt and defeated look in his eyes made Logan's heart break. But he had to stay strong.

“I… I have had feelings about you too Logan… For a long time actually. Really since you helped us with Spirit of the Winds play.”

Logan's eyes widened a bit at that… That was years ago. Three to be exact way longer before Logan figured out he had feelings for him.

“I didn’t say or do anything because well… I was afraid. I thought you didn’t like me back and I didn’t want to make a fool out of myself if I said anything. Could you just imagine what the school will think of me then!” He looked horrified. Logan wanted to laugh, talk about his everyday life. But Roman continued on.

“So instead I didn’t say anything. I tried to keep them close off. The only reason why I bullied you was that my friends were. And I know that’s not a good reason I know that doesn’t account for all the times I’ve hurt you. But Logan?”

Logan raised an eyebrow as Roman looked at him. And he could tell he meant every word he’s saying. And Logan could feel the guilt radiating off him.

“I truly am sorry for what I’ve done to you. I was so scared of losing my only friends in favor of saving you. I know that makes me out to be an asshole. But I’ve always been alone. Always tried to play this tough guy when really I’m scared of acceptance. I’m always craving people liking me. And I thought I found that with these guys. But... I know it’s a little too late now but after Patton said that to me after knowing I hurt you that much I… I know I made the wrong move. I know I should have picked you all those years ago and shouldn’t have cared about what people thought of me. But I didn’t want you to laugh at me when I confessed and then to be tossed out by them ya know? I didn’t want to be alone… What I’m trying to say here Logan is that I really do like you. I know you properly don’t like me anymore now but-”

“Falsehood.”

Roman had tears in his eyes as he whispered, “..What?”

Logan sighed deeply as he uncrossed his arms he looked straight into Roman’s eyes, “Falsehood. I still do like you. I’ve always liked you, Roman.” Roman had a faint smile spread across his lips but Logan had to immediately shut it down, “However… I have been looking forward to this for two years now. But after what you’ve done to me, Roman… I’m not sure I can trust you right now. I know you are telling the truth I can tell you are you may be a good actor but I can really tell you mean every word I’m not doubting that. But… You’ve slapped me, Roman. You held me down while I got kicked in the ribs. I was bruised for weeks afterward. Do you think I’ll throw that all away and suddenly be with you in a snap? Fat chance Roman. Just… Just give me some time and truly show me that you mean every word. Cause unless you do I’m not sure I can do this. Now,” He grabbed his things handing Roman his jacket as he stood up, “Good day.”

There were tears coming down Romans cheeks even the sight of that broke Logan's heart more then he cared to admit but he tightened up. This is for both of their greater goods. They can’t do this at their current state. They have to be friends first, Roman has to truly get over his fear for Logan to be with him. Hopefully Roman can understand that in due time.

Roman shook his head though and offered him back his jacket, “No… You keep it Specs. You need it more then I do. It’ll remind you of me.”

“Sure. Nice seeing you Roman.” He threw back on the jacket throwing on the hoodie as he stepped to the door.

“Nice seeing you too Logan…”

And just like that Logan stepped through the doors the bell ringing again and him being thrown to the winds and pouring rain once more. Roman sighed as he threw his head against the table.

“Stupid stupid prince. Now you hurt him more…. I’m so sorry Logan… I don’t know how to fix this but I promise you I will. I wish you can eventually forgive me… I wish you knew how much I care about you… I have never felt this way about anybody and I hope you’ll see that someday..” A few tears came down his cheeks as he lay there not moving. As time passed by he lazily watched the rain pour down outside hoping that Logan got home safely. Hoping that he hasn’t hurt Logan too badly…. Hoping that he wasn’t such an asshole for once in his life.

Hoping that for once he doesn’t fuck up something but well that hope was flown out the window now. He’s already done that. Just like everything else in his life.
