Day 15 post for @sachablackauthor 's AuthorLife Challenge: Writing drinks and snacks I'm an absolute fangirl for ice-blended coffee drinks. 99% of the time they're some type of mocha. I don't know what it is, but slurping one down at the coffeehouse with my notebook open on the table will get me jump-started to write every time. Sometimes on a weekend day I'd go in to the Coffee Bean, get a small cup of regular coffee with about a gallon of half-and-half, and something like a chocolate muffin or a cinnamon roll. It's just as effective to get me writing as my afternoon ice blended routine. All time fave! Matcha Green Tea Ice blended... It balanced the flavor of EBC's cheese pimiento... I love it! I preferred the matcha at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf because it is creamy and does not have a bitter aftertaste. I've tried other matcha ice blended from other cafes, and I can taste how strong their matcha is, leaving a bitter aftertaste. This drink makes me crazy in the night! I went to a food truck port and I saw this “Manggai” beside me, I look at the banner and decided to order one Mango ice blended and one Dragon Fruit ice blended. The staff stand on the struck serve me in a very polite way with a sweet smile. I like the way he treats me as a customer.

After a while, my drinks have done, and I try the dragon fruit ice blended, it was sweet enough, delicious and able to cool me down from the recent heat wave. Not only that, my friend who tried the mango ice blended, he said: “it consists of fresh mangoes and shaved mangoes, I can feel it”. Wow! If I still can drink for the second cup, sure I will have a try on the mango ice blended that makes me slaver today.

Since it's a holiday tom, realized I had the spare time drop by our neighborhood @cbtlph for some mocha chip ice blended. The staff apologized immediately & I could sense that she was a bit tensed as she punched my order & gave me the queueing coaster & receipt. I didn't let that moment bother my relaxed mood.
