Something about how food would eventually become such a huge part of Aziraphale's personhood - on how eventually he would develop his own taste palette, his own likes and dislikes, and in the process was able to craft his OWN sense of self away from Heaven's stifling imposition, so much so that it becomes a reason why he stays.
