AHHH Please ramble about your au, I'm so curious 👀

YAYAYAY IM SO GLAD YOU'D LIKE TO HEAR ABOUT IT

SLIGHT SPOILERS FOR IN STARS AND TIME!

Okay so I'm still kind of working on it but in the AU (which doesn't have a set name, but i refer to it as In Friends And Time), the King and Siffrin met one another on the island and became close friends from when they were kids all the way to the point where the island disappears.

With the island disappearing, ISAT plays out like it normally does but at the very end of the game when the King gets his memories back, he recognizes Siffrin as his old friend and like see's them as his friend whilst Siffrin still see's him as a enemy. (Or i think another version my friend, @berivokcs , came up with was Siffrin also got that memory back).

Some smaller details i thought about for the AU was that Kidfrin and Kid King met on like a old abandoned playground that kid King kinda claimed as a castle or something since nobody stays there, and Kidfrin's like "oh cool, abandoned playground :D" and meets him there. I think it turned into a whole hangout spot over the years they were friends, like they've got stuff hidden around the place and stuff to camp out in the playground. As I said, I'm still chipping away at it so its real far from perfect and still pretty rough, but I will add onto this when I figure out more! I apologize if this is confusing, I'll try my best to explain parts if needed!

Lil bonus art of Kidfrin, I like to think Kidfrin pretended to be a knight for a little bit after learning that kid king used the old playground as a palace of sorts. (Kinda like what the picture above shows :p)

About the smau: yn starts posting videos on youtube and is trying to build a career as a filmmaker. Things are going pretty well for her and she starts getting more attention when she creates content about shows she goes to. She’s also a fan of Harry’s music and some of his fans start getting suspicious when his team starts interacting with her.

About yn: although the character does not have a faceclaim, pictures suggest reader is white.

random question based on the imp and skizz band au because im curious- is the mysterious fourth person ren from when he took over for tango that one ep, technically making him part of the heart foundation?

this might be a wild guess because i dont think ren plays the drums but hey, im jsut asking this based off the fact he could technically be counted as a heart foundation guy

It's not Ren, but I did think of another role for him since you mentioned it! He's gonna be the band's social media manager :D He does most of the posts on things like Insta and whatever else the band uses (haven't thought too deeply about it) and also occasionally just hangs out or jams with them when they're practicing. Outside of that, he's in college for acting, theater, something along those lines, because it's Ren. Obviously.

ALSO! This fic is now also treebark >:) that's right, Martyn and Ren are dating, and Martyn sometimes helps out with recording their performances or records when he has time, but it's more of a side gig than anything, and he only does it when Tango can't. But yeah,, they're boyfriends <3

Anyways, Ren was a good guess, and I'm so glad he's in the au now because I love him, but the secret fourth person was Cleo! Which people guessed pretty much instantly lol. I'm gonna make the promised art of them eventually, as well as give all their juicy backstory (and it actually has a LOT to do with why Imp and Skizz met.. ;) But in the meantime, I kinda hyperfocused on the new artstyle for a couple days and way overextended myself drawing rip, so it'll be a couple days until the Cleo art. That, and I hurt my finger in a cheese grater so it's gonna be a bit slower anyways sads, and on top of those two excuses, I made a whole lineart and then hated it and couldn't figure out what was wrong. so i scrapped it 👍

I just have to say I absolutely LOVE your kross pain sharing au, but it does make me wonder.

Who is dream, nightmare, blue, ink, error, ect soulmates or did some of them die with the overwhelming amount of pain (cough like nightmare and error cough)

I want to keep their soulmates a secret right now, but everyone (except for Ink, who doesn’t have a soul at all) has a soulmate and some of the relationships are already established (no one’s dead :D). Hopefully, I’ll reveal Nightmare’s in the nearest chapters (I do have all the important plot points of the fanfic in mind, I just need to find a way to connect them smoothly)

I’ll try to show everyone in the fanfic and focus not only on kross, but other characters and some world-building too, it will differ from canon and I hope it’ll be coherent lol. And I’m glad you liked characterization as well I was worried about it the most (I felt like Cross was too nervous and timid, though I think it’s his POV that makes this impression)

I already wrote around 2k words for the next chapter, no idea whether this motivation will last or not but I’m not giving up on the fic any time soon 🫶

heya i am scrolling through ur oc tags and really falling in love with your characters and the world they reside in. unsurprisingly, im a sucker for pazu in particular. i was curious as to what height pazu was back when he was alive, and if he was a burly boy or a waifish guy (or maybe a curvy fellow! idk if you meant for this but i like to imagine him like this in his current ghost state)

additionally, i was curious as to what giant/tiny is. is it like a ship thing where you like the ship dynamics or is it because pazu is literally the size of a small house and theo is just some guy?

hmmm i haven’t given it much thought but pazu was probably 5’9-ish at full human height, but he slouched a lot so maybe take off 2-3 inches for that. build-wise, he was very thin and lanky — there’s a few drawings of his actual human form scattered around my blog (as opposed to the AU drawings, lol) but i still don’t like to reveal too much about his human life for the time being to uphold the 😶‍🌫️mystery😶‍🌫️. his ghost form is a lot fluffier and rounded out than his human body was, mostly because he thinks it’s cute — he doesn’t remember his physical form

for the second part, giant/tiny is a very broad umbrella term for extreme size difference — it CAN be romantic, but it can also be any other genre. there’s a lot of people who like slice of life, familial, horror, angst, etc. g/t, purely out of the dynamics that can arise from such a vast size difference. a lot of people also find comfort in projecting themselves into these scenarios, as the thought of being small and comforted by someone very large/vice versa is a really effective means of escapism and coping for a lot of people :-)

so while pazu and theo are a giant/tiny duo, i consider their story more comedy/horror/sci-fi as there’s no intended romance for them in the main story

This is Irrelevant, but I’m also doodling Peridot from Steven Universe, and she’s so skrunkly I love her sm. She’s my precious baby.

Let’s see, what elsssee.. Oh, I made an au of TSAMS (technically, my first, so bear with me), where Sun is pretending to be an Eclipse in order to hide from his Moon. He became a dimension hopper, and is constantly changing his body and mannerisms to fit the definition of “Eclipse”. That’s all I have so far, but I think it’s pretty genius for my first AU

Also those 3 baby Eclipses, one of them can give really big hugs, but he won't, because hugs are only for one of his big brothers, his big sister, and baby brother. But you might get an affectionate bite, like his big brother Moony.

For favorite AU, well, uhh... I love a lot of em lol, but to stick to FSA AUs i love are Four Swords Returns by @blackstarchanx3, you porcelain au (hehe), and uhhh.... Unknown one but.... The Spirits of the Triforce :3 (look, i can explain-).... I think I have more but I can't think of em rn lol

If I got sucked into one of the Zelda games, id like it to be one of the three: Four Swords, Skyward Sword or Twilight Princess, with my main pick being Four Swords. I just wanna have a chance to meet the four Links so yeah :) Why Skyward Sword? Well, id like to see Skyloft and Loftwings and maybe even become a knight myself to ride one! For Twilight Princess i just REALLY REALLY love the design of the Hyrule kingdom as a whole! It just looks so gorgeous and id like to ride a horse down the Hyrule Field, i think it'd be quite an experience!

Since I'd be in Hyrule, i wouldn't be able to help myself but explore! I wouldn't be able to just stay in one place, so I'd probably aim for an adventurous and fun life! Id love to go exploring around and getting a better insight in unanswered mysteries or the history of Hyrule like the Triforce and the Goddesses and such. There are lots of things in Hyrule unanswered so if I got stuck in the game forever, id explore to see what does Hyrule have for me! Basically, id aim for an exploring historian career ig. And why does it matter that it's FSA? Well... The Four Sword :D... Idk for you but for me, the Four Sword is just so mysterious and id like to know more about it, so id either hang around in the library a lot or even ask the Links themselves! Id love to discuss with them about the Four sword and I bet that Vio would have lot of data or would be curious too! So having chats with him about it would be so much fun! (Also I hc that he has an attractive British accent so mueheheh >:])

AWH IM SO GLAD YOU LIKE IT AHEHEH the response on these posts has been so positive its making me so giddy. Here's some info about each clan's med cat situation, vague starclan stuff and also some info on those two evil guys at the very end :D

Riptideclan doesn't have a set medicine cat, but most clanmates have at least a little knowledge on herbs and healing. Fishstrike ( Gillion ) especially seems to know a lot and would seem like a perfect choice for the role but he's way too good at fighting and the Tribe engraved the warrior life into him so theres not much hope there.

In Rapidclan, the role alternates. There's always two medicine cats on duty. Now in the actual podcast, we don't get a lot of Navy names, so unfortunately there's not a lotta cats in Rapidclan we can name, but they're definitely a big ass clan, we just can't actually design and think about all of them </3

In Goreclan, there's a few, but they're also trained to fight so they can protect their clan even as medicine cats. The training process is very exhausting.

In Havenclan, Fernpelt ( Professor Cross ^_^ ) is the assigned medicine cat, but some cats prefer to learn herbs on their own instead of going to the guy. Nobody knows where the fuck he came from or how he got the role but it's kind of worrying

Regarding Starclan, there's not much to talk about honestly! One of the main key aspects is that the Council Characters ( the dms ) are mostly in a state of leadership over it. Spiritwhisper ( William ) and Sunrock ( Peter ) also have some stuff going on with it, you can find the post where I talked about Exandroth a little bit here!!

As for Niklaus and the Trickster — Niklaus is well . Inside the Wishing Pond, think Moonpool but eviler sometimes. His name is just Wishingpond. I talked about the Wishing Pond here!! The Trickster is a dark forest cat. If you've read the books, Ivypool's df arc is kind of similar to the shit Magpie ( ashe ) is up to, she's just not planning an attack on the clans or anything. The Trickster's clan name is Swiftwing :3

As for info about Scout and N… Scout doesn’t have much info on her. She’s the daughter of Tessa and J, a Harpy/Human hybrid, and one year old!

N has a little bit more info on him. He’s Cyn’s older brother, but also sort of father figure. Cyn was still in her egg when the four were saved by Tessa, and she hatched while in JcJenson’s care. N has always taken care of Cyn. Always. He fed her (The bird way. Gross.), cleaned her, preened her, and protected her. He’s kindhearted and caring, and there’s nobody he loves more than his sister. He’s dating Uzi and Thad, and he’s gay and cis! N’s a runt male, so he was always picked on by J and V, the two never preened him, leaving his feathers fucked up and messy. Uzi eventually begins preening him when they meet. He’s not the best at his job, feeling bad for leading fellow harpies to their eventual deaths.

Roommate situations:

Trevor has a roommate, but they aren't a character in the story so I haven't thought about who they are too much. They share a traditional college double. Trevor has the top bunk. He just transferred in for the spring semester, so he hasn't made many friends yet.

Arasha, Angela, and Chanse have a little college apartment with a common room and a shared bathroom. Arasha and Angela share a room and Chanse has his own.

Erin and Heidi share a double.

Spencer and Alex Tran share a double. Tommy and Kiana both have singles in the same hallway/floor as Spencer and Alex.

Kimmy and Jackie live together off-campus. They rent a small 2-bedroom house cheaply from Kimmy's aunt.

All of the seniors in the story - Shayne, Courtney, Damien, Olivia, and Keith - share a college apartment with a common room and a full kitchen. Shayne and Damien share a room, Court and Olivia share a room, and Keith has his own room.

Amanda and Sarah weren't roommates when they were in school, but they were friends and probably had a lot of sleepovers.

And finally, when Ian and Anthony were in school, they were roommates all four years! (oh my god, they were roommates)

Other tidbits:

Before he transferred, Trev did a year at a culinary school. He also went to a high school that offered a culinary program.

Trevor is shown on his phone a lot in this AU because he's texting his friends from his old school. One of them is Josh (as in Mythical Chef Josh), who was childhood friends with Shayne. Josh asked Shayne to look out for Trevor, and Shayne is happy to do so!

Arasha skipped a grade in elementary school, so even though she's a sophomore, she's about Trevor's age.

On the other hand, Spencer and Damien both took a gap year, so they're a little older than their counterparts in the same year.

Chanse, Angela, and Arasha have weekly wine and movie nights, where each of them brings a bottle of wine to try and they pick a show or movie to watch in their PJs.

Kimmy and Jackie have parties fairly frequently, probably about once a month. I think nearly everyone in the cast has probably spent the night there at least once.

Spencer is one of the only ones with a car on campus, so he often finds himself carting his friends to the grocery store, pharmacy, etc. Sometimes he and Tommy go on late night drives when Tommy's feeling overwhelmed.
