They don't usually get any winter illnesses. They've got a pretty tough immune system! When they do get sick though, they try to ignore it and keep working. They would secretly love to be babied when sick :]

They'd probably spend the day trying to catch up on some reading while drinking tea. They'll either avoid everyone or be incredibly clingy, no in-between!

Honestly, the temperature doesn't bother them much. They'll play with the thermostat as much as they want, much to everyone else's annoyance. They tend to run cold though, so they'd probably keep it a bit warmer if it were up to them.

Erin HELP. How do you get out of writer’s block. Please. I’m stuck and I have NO idea how to continue on and I’ve already rewritten said scene twice 😭😭

i have to break it to you now... writer's block is a bit of a misnomer. instead of a writer's block (or art!!) i would call it a "writer shift" or "level up," when you feel like everything you're writing is terrible, it's because you're growing as an artist! you're just seeing your art with a more critical eye, learning and adjusting. which i can probably get to another time because that's not what you asked

so!!! what is probably happening is that you don't like your outline as much as you think you do. this happens to me ALL the time. i go into a chapter thinking that i've got everything i want all set up and then i'm surprised when i procrastinate or i rewrite it several times (my record is 8 times). a good 86% of the time i end up changing my outline and trying again and it goes much better for me

if that isn't what's happening or you just REALLY like your outline, there might be another problem and here's some ideas:

go back and read your set up to that scene. you might not have given it a proper introduction/natural progression into what comes next, or you might be forgetting something

try drawing out a map of your setting and imagine your characters walking around it. there might be some white room action happening and it's bothering you

it could be something about your dialogue! try acting out your dialogue in a one person play and see if it feels natural for you to say (as in like, technicality. if you can't literally say the words then it might be hard for your reader to read) and if it feels like something your character would say

I've realized that everyone's second season and onwards, there is constant talk of "nothing carrying over" and you can tell everyone kinda thinks that everyone else should forget who they were last season.

y'know, other then them. everyone has sorta been very, "Don't hold a grudge against me for past seasons! it's a totally different season!" and then they turn around and talk about their grudge towards a different person because of a PAST SEASON.

i love it. everyones alittle hypocritical!

one thing that's kinda a pet peeve for hannigram fics: when ppl make Will a virgin when it comes to gay sex. like you can't tell me that that man DIDN'T suck some dick in college for a beer. no fucking way he's a virgin. i mean living in the deep south with a (probably) southern baptist upbringing and being super repressed? yeah he definitely experimented in college. a few too many drunken one night stands bc he's a gorgeous dude and knows how to use it to his advantage, and hides his aversion to intimacy with copious amounts of alcohol bc when he's drunk he doesn't have to think and focus on the other guy. i mean he HAD to be 'throat goat' graham in college. in my heart he is, at least. like COME ON look at that pretty mouth!!
