Well hi everyone, this is Marie-kate, the creator, I've been on Tumblr since a while, i made friends, created boundaries, enemies, fan and a bunch of oh ppl happy by my words and actions. But as many good creators, my time as come, i might quit coming here for a very long time, not only did i forget about here, but school is draining me off, i have a boyfriend now, also a platonic wife to take care of, i got friends in the real world who understands my joy and happiness in life and i think my time here isn't really worthy, not only did this place hurted me a bit by emotions but the worry of getting forgotten here was too much to handle, I'll still be active.. but not as much as i was before, this place helped me to become who i am and found a community i enjoy hanging around, meeting nesscas and Clausten fan was like paradise... But i feel like I'm not... Part of it? My engagement to those ships slowly started to vanish even if i still love them really much, but I've found pleasure in other games and fandoms. As a Earthbound or mother fan, i feel like the goodbye is more a simple, "see you in another timeline or talk to you soon" but I'm not quiting completely my passion, this fandom helped me understand a lot about myself and characters i can relate to, such as paula or lucas. As a simple 15 years old teenager, alot of stuff at once can be a lot, i have other social media to chat with such as discord, instagram, tiktok(for my content) snapchat and Roblox, y'all are free to add me, I'll put my users down there. Thank you all for the support, this community show me the good and bad of the internet with safety... I hope y'all will not forget me...

I agree that "in Germany your boss legally has to provide you with work while you're at your job" is a bit funny considering the German stereotype. But I am really annoyed at people who act like this is some horrible hypercapitalist thing on that post about pushing people out of their jobs by just not giving them anything to do. When really it's very basic worker protection (within the context of German emplyment law.) Because under most circumstances you can't just be fired from your job. Your employer has to provide a reason for firing you if they want to get rid of you. You also have a right to specifially the work you were hired to do.

So your boss having to give you appropriate work makes illegal any of the following:

a) Making you clean toilets instead of (or in addition to) the clearly defined office job you agreed to do

b) Not giving you work and then firing you for not doing your work

c) Waiting for you to crack under the intense boredom of having to stay on one place with absolutely nothing to do for eight hours a day while your coworkers are roped into it to shun you (or hate you because for some reason you're the only one who doesn't have to do any work) until you quit "voluntarily"

or d) waiting for you to crack under the aformentioned pressure until you do what the people in the notes said they'd do, like watching movies or doing a second job instead which is something you then can be reprimanded and fired for
