Um, as far as I know it's not. Here is a random sampling of polls from Tumblr about this:

Pride & Prejudice wins every time, the only poll with P&P excluded, Persuasion won and that was a decent sample size.

Facebook's search feature is actually worse than either of Tumblr or Reddit (shocking!), but I have seen multiple polls and questions and let me tell you, these results hold up for the entire fandom, the order of liking is this:

So no, it is not as popular as P&P, not by a long shot. Seems to be a solid third.

Also, many people hate Emma, the character. I meet very few people who hate Elizabeth. Emma is definitely not as popular as Elizabeth. I have seen polls of that too but it's harder to search.

For the record, I just saw a post about someone complaining how people will hate Lae'zel but love Gale, and I feel like I should say it preemptively- I don't hate Lae'zel, or any other character for that matter. They're all great. Gale just happens to be just embarrassingly my type of character.

Doctors should snark at each other more, be a bit mean. Not for no reason, mind you. But if five doctors blow me off about symptoms and doctor number six FINALLY runs actual tests and gets a diagnosis, I think it should be Doctor Six's right to call up the other five and tell them they're lazy pieces of shit. That should be socially encouraged. Those first five doctors clearly can't listen to patients, but maybe another doctor might finally get to them.
