okay. 42 inbox, 31 drafts. not all of them are oc sunday things but a lot of them are,,,,, hmm,,,,
(for the new folks, oc sunday is a thing where people send in their pokemon ocs and I post them because having ocs is rad and everyone has their own spin on the pokemon world/plots/stories. but I haven't done it since last july)

#manectric#i woke up at like noon today y'all i'm queuing this after work. i forgot about it all day and i was about to hop on totk#but i got the reminder to do it. so here i am. with manectric#el woowoo‚ if you will#a lot happened. yesterday. it was not a very good day. which is why i woke up so late. it was a little bit rough. but i guess it's a new day#so. it'll get better. planning on Not Doing Shit today or tomorrow to compensate for all the Bullshit that happened yesterday#hoping you all are doing well. one week from today (friday june sixteenth) i'll be hopping on a flight for the first time in 10 years#looks like according to the queue this will actually go up the day before we leave. so‚ to you guys‚ i'll be heading out tomorrow#which is scary a little bit. last time i flew i had no idea i was autistic‚ but now that i've come up with a lot of better accommodations#for myself and i understand myself a lot better and my needs‚ i'm realizing a lot of my accommodations just aren't gonna make it through TSA#plus it's a lot of unfamilarity with unfamiliar people and an unfamiliar environment which i feel like is gonna lend itself to sensory#overload like Immediately and i'm probably gonna get a headache bc that's how it manifests for me#so when we get there i'm probably gonna have to run to the nearest pharmacy. and grab some shit. which is annoying! so. i'm a little#worried. about the trip. Hello friends. Just wanted to give all of you a heads up:
My blog will be on a semi-hiatus until May 11th. I'm preparing to fly out of town on April 20th to visit family and will be there for three weeks, so my activity is going to be pretty low aside from lurking and catching up with the dash. I'll try to chip away at asks and drafts when I can, but I want to spend most of the time enjoying the trip as much as I can. My own mental health has also been on a big downturn, so I also want to take this time to decompress as best I can.

#song of the day#sliiiightly cheating as kaylithographica reminds me we haven't actually heard this in its entirety in the game quite yet#but it's one of the songs I enjoy most and I do love Red and we did make it to Cosmo Canyon today#I've been talking mostly about game progress in my tag babbles these last however many days but I have a sillier project as well#as I watch the game I've been going through my bookmarks and drafts and notes to myself and organizing things#it keeps my hands busy and it is a project I try to undertake every spring-ish so I was about due anyway#and I am very proud of myself because I have taken my 'deal with later' bookmarks from nearly 2000 down to a mere 800#a pittance!#(a lot of them I just shuffled to different better-organized folders but still! all progress is progress)#my tumblr drafts is also well over 1000 but it's also much better organized#once I finish with it I'll dump it all into the queue and probably it'll be hmm.#spitball math says probably 800 into the queue and 200odd to otherwise deal with#that's 80 days of queue at the current pace which also seems roughly correct#the post that came out yesterday that talked about queue lengths was four months after I first saw it but it was otherwise delayed#my queue stopped while I was sick in December and again while I voyaged in January and I think for work a few times before that#so I am in accordance to my own rough yearly rhythms still mostly on top of things!

#:)#it's been like 3 months so time for my quarterly dose of Plague i guess!#been on a steady decline the last ~4 days but i'm hoping i'll bounce back this weekend-ish#this is why the umineko writeup's taken so long since i went from dealing with genderstuff to being sick and it took a lot out of me!#luckily i am very much almost done with it so it should only take a couple days once i'm well enough#also the pokespe queue may dry up in the next few days if i don't have the energy but if it does i'll restart it the minute i can#thank you for bearing with me! sorry that i have a direct access pipeline to illnesses and viruses that semiregularly do this to me lmao#it's not even that i have a shit immune system or anything i just live with a parent that works with young kids in a post-covid world
