Tumblr media
Oh god everything about him is so beautiful
Just the thought of that man’s size kink? The way he’d box you in with his huge arms either side of your head while he grinds into you.
You’d be so blissed out, tugging his hair and loving the low groans he lets out. “Taking me so well, sweetheart. Thought this little cunt might struggle but you’re swallowing every. Damn. Inch.” Your pussy is dripping, there’s no doubt about it. You can hear how overwhelming wet you are, squelching with each perfectly timed thrust.
His beard is scratching your neck, his hot breath panted against your skin and that sinful mouth of his never stops whispering filth. “That’s it baby. Claw my back if you need to. You wanna leave your mark on daddy, huh? Don’t worry sweets, I won’t be forgetting about this sweet pussy in a hurry. Could drown in between your legs and as soon as I cum in you, that’s exactly what I’m gonna do.”

fanfic writers tag game!
I was tagged by the marvelous @musette22 for this lovely fanfiction tag game that was devised by the clearly very brilliant @thewaythatwerust, to discuss some of the fics I’ve written over time! Thanks so much! 💖
Let’s see, I shall tag... @thebestpersonherelovesbucky @turtletotem @gerec @whtaft and @ninemoons42 <3
Which of your fics…
* Did you think would get a bigger reaction/audience than it got:
Ah, a tricky one! I feel like I never really have expectations - I just write words because I can’t not! But maybe lines of light, which was my Steve/Bucky Fake Character Death Trope fic - it’s sort of a weird little fic, but I wanted more of that trope, but maybe that’s just me!
* Got a better reaction than you expected:
Oh, goodness - just about all of them! I remember being so shy and so nervous to share any of my writing, years ago, and now I write things that people seem to like...I think probably never mind the why and wherefore surprised me most, though! That’s my TJ Hammond/Johnny Storm fic, and when I started writing it mine was literally the third fic on AO3 for that pairing, and for that small a fandom, I’ve just been amazed.
Also, of course: I’m constantly amazed by how much people love Like Sugar! It was the biggest thing I’d ever tried to write, and it made me a better writer along the way, and I suspect it’s the Evanstan fic/series people might remember most, from my fics? (Also also, if original-fic-inspired-by-an-Evanstan-drabble counts: the love for Character Bleed has been overwhelming!)
* Is your funniest:
...am I funny? I don’t know! *waves hands about* I feel like I never set out to “write something funny,” but then again I like terrible puns and wordplay, so there’re probably funny lines in most fics? I hope?
Honestly maybe every inch of north and south, which has the Chris-turned-into-a-puppy plot, or Now That I’ve Found You, Stay, because giant patriotic dildos, or some of the banter in just a couple lovebirds, because I love Chris and Seb in that one. Or some of Bucky’s pulp fiction stories in tales to astonish. Or all the TERRIBLE autumn-related puns in the current Evanstan fic, A Place Not Far Away!
Or we could go REAL old-school and pull out the McFassy semi-crack fic in which James gets magically cursed to turn into a kitten. There’s that.
* Is your darkest/angstiest:
Ahahahaha. Um. *stares in Characters Having Emotions*
Okay, okay, um... Aside from certain specific chapters of Like Sugar and Amateur Cartography, it’s either The Tones That Tremble Down Your Spine (Bucky needs all the softness, after this! of course so does Steve...) (sometimes I think about adding a chapter, because it ends a little abruptly, but I also wanted it to - not everything’s 100% resolved, but it’s clearly on a healing trajectory!) ...
...or, over in Cherik-land, I hope we rise to the occasion, which does have a hopeful ending but is painful, or the balancing act stories (also Cherik) which were...personal in many ways (also originally written over on Livejournal, because I’m old).
* Is your absolute favourite:
Impossible! *laughs* It’s always the current story I’m (actively) writing. Which at the moment is the Evanstan autumn fluff-with-porn A Place Not Far Away. I don’t know if it’s my favorite-favorite, but it’s nice to get back to Evanstan and I love fall.
* Is your least favourite:
Also impossible! There’re things I love about all my stories. If I have to...maybe It’s Time To Bring This Ship Into The Shore, mostly because Michael’s such a dick to James for a lot of it. Which is also true in Loving Days (why was that a plot point in a few of my McFassy fics?) but I think I did a better job with his redemption in that one, and showing how much he changed and tried harder. And with Ship & Shore I wasn’t super-knowledgeable about the soul-bond trope (it was a request-fic) so I never felt quite sure I’d done it well enough!
* Was the easiest to write:
Amusingly, considering how epic and glorious and long the whole series became, I’d say Like O, Like H - the first Like Sugar Evanstan story. It just flowed. It knew what it wanted to be, and I tried to keep up. (Lovebirds was also one of those, as was the TJ/Johnny fic, never mind the why and wherefore.)
* Was the hardest to write:
the sound of rain on tin. It’s been the fic I’ve had the hardest time with ever. It’s my own fault for trying to do too much in terms of plot - sort of AU, an Evanstan-Stucky crossover, Lovecraftian elements - and then starting to post before I had it all properly sorted. I do know how it ends in general terms, I promise! but resolving plot/action has never been one of my strengths, and we’ve hit the point where I actually have to figure out How To Fix The Magic Portal-Thing, and I don’t feel like I’ve got it worked out well enough.
I mean if you all just want me to write the emotional Sebastian talking to Steve Rogers (and maybe a little curious kissing) and Chris talking to Bucky, and then *poof* suddenly Seb and Bucky are back in their respective universes and we get Emotional Reconciliation Scenes and Love Confessions, that part’s easy. I’ve had stray bits of those scenes done for years.
* Have you re-read the most:
Like Sugar, in part for continuity as I worked on later stories and in part because I’m really kind of proud of it.
* Would you recommend to someone reading your work for the first time:
Depends on what genres they like! I’m probably best known for - if anything - Like Sugar, and I think it’s pretty representative of my writing in terms of loving tender kink-with-emotions! But the person would have to not mind Evanstan RPF and soft Dom/sub kink and arranged (sort of) marriage tropes.
Other than that, for Evanstan, maybe Sweet Disposition (the third version of the clothes-sharing fic!); or (baby won’t you please), which is the Chris And Seb Go To A Sex Club For Research For a Role fic, or tempt me, tease me, which is...Sebastian leaves an unsatisfactory date with someone else (brief and random) to go pick Chris up from a bar, and then there’re lots of revelations about Feelings, and also porn-with-emotions. Those last two ‘feel’ similar in my head for some reason - mood, maybe, or story arcs about revelation and discovery.
...for Stucky, maybe when and where our eyes meet (Bucky falling asleep! soft blankets!)...or tales to astonish, because it’s such fun!
...if you want to go a bit older, I have weird affection for my first-ever Cherik fic, Know That It’s True, which is a Cerebro hurt/comfort fic, and then I love the slow development of the McFassy in No Wonder, No Wonder, which I occasionally still think about trying to revise as original, but it’s so character-driven that it’d be hard, but I love the feel of it, the hints of magic and the setting...
* Are you most proud of:
Like Sugar! At the time it was the biggest story I’d ever tried to write, both in terms of length and in terms of world-building and planning and characters growing closer together. Character Bleed got more complicated in terms of needing multiple outlines and plot, eventually, but I couldn’t’ve done that if I hadn’t done Like Sugar first.
* Has your favourite line/exchange/paragraph (share it):
Too hard to pick! There are so many!
I sometimes say it’s this one, from tempt me, tease me, though not always:
“If you’d like,” Sebastian offers, “we can even tell them I borrowed your key and lost it, if you don’t mind asserting small untruths to hotel personnel.” Big blue half-plastered Captain America eyes stare at him some more. “…Chris?” “You…” One hand waves, a partial gesture, pulled back at the last second. As if Chris has meant to reach out, and thought better of that. “You really would? You wouldn’t, y’know, mind?” Sebastian half-smiles. Thinks of cars with broken-glass windows in Romanian capital-city streets, thinks of students waving flags and cheering with feral glee, thinks of saucer-eyed childhood memories and songs of revolutionary fervor and desperate upheavals of optimism like birthing-pains. Chris Evans is beautiful and genuine and real, and Sebastian would do far worse things, would splinter his body and perjure his soul, to give Chris one more day in which to eat pizza and laugh and clap friends on the shoulder with a broad happy hand. “No,” he says, “I wouldn’t mind.”
Or, from the WIP - the next chapter of A Place Not Far Away - because my favorite is often what I’m currently working on, there’s this! Enjoy? <3
They both watch Sebastian for a second; he’s nodding, jotting down a quote, hair bouncing with the motion. His fingers are quick and tanned, gathering notes; his jacket’s casually open, and dirt’s left a scuff on his right boot.
He’s a New York City reporter in a black leather jacket and a stylish sweater, but he’s also a reporter who doesn’t mind getting dirty and will run through a corn maze and helped set out signs the first day Chris ever met him.
Carly pats Chris’s shoulder, says, “Enjoy yourself,” and heads off to supervise some historical blacksmith demonstrations. The sky shimmers in clouds and satin and magic and unfallen rain.
Sebastian bounces back over. “That’ll be fantastic, she was so excited, she’s already thinking about next year, which is so perfect for a pull quote, and it’ll get people thinking ahead about coming here then!”
Would you come back, Chris doesn’t say. Would you come back next year, next month, next week, even if your story’s done? Would you stay and not leave?
He can’t ask that. This is Sebastian’s job.
He says, “That’s awesome. You want lunch?”
“Absolutely. I haven’t eaten my way through your menu yet. Recommendations?”
“Classic Oktoberfest? The whole German sausage, potato, onion thing? That one’s popular. And, um, baked apples. In maple cream sauce.” Food. He can talk about food. Promoting their menu. Not getting down on both knees and promising to bring home every pumpkin Sebastian likes, if that’ll make those happy eyes stay at his side.
“Sounds good.” Sebastian’s eyebrows go up, beckoning Chris into the joke. “And I do like sausage.”
“I like your sausage,” Chris tells him, and Sebastian’s laugh is a splash of sunshine through clouds and cold and tree-branches that stretch to the sky.

Talks Machina Highlights - Critical Role C2E83 (Nov. 5, 2019)
A day late and many dollars short, but we’re here! Tonight’s preroll: minifigs & what I assume are tonight’s guests of Liam & Matt:
Tumblr media
which is followed by lazy susan rotating the D&D minis from eldritch-foundry.com for the rest of the cast. Cute! Anyway, Dani is back and ready to rumble! Brian is briefly lambasted for only getting through mumblemumble questions last week, but it’s all smoothed over soon enough and we move right along.
Tonight’s announcements: Undeadwood finale is delayed one week due to some post-production tech issues. Should premiere Friday, Nov. 15. Brian marvels over Matt’s speech about God being just as feral as what he creates. Matt is also surprised. Marisha is apparently the living dice Snitch of both campaign 2 and Undeadwood - everyone wonders if it’s the seat, the chair, the floor, or some innate karmic sense Marisha herself creates. CR is also partnering with Operation Supply Drop for the month of November to support veterans. Matt announces (re-announces?) that they are partnering with Amazon to create a full second animated season, as well as two more episodes to the original season one. All backers will be able to still watch the full season one for free. Everyone is so excited & I’m excited for them. Good job, tiny D&D friend group. More details on the CR Kickstarter Updates page.
And now! Episode 83: Dark Bargains
CR Stats: Liam poured wine for 49 seconds. Brief sidebar as Liam expresses genuine nervousness being on the couch beside Matt; he normally talks behind his back on TM, since he’s not sure if Matt ever watches it, but now he has to watch what he says. Caleb’s smell has been mentioned 60 times. Matt acknowledges that he is clean and washed. [doubt] Nott’s death was the 60th knockout and 8th player death of C2. Half of those deaths were Frumpkin. Liam calls Frumpkin a magic fart with a weak wifi signal.
Our first question (23 minutes in, NOT THAT ANYONE’S COUNTING), reveals that Matt did design the HFB with some “big red buttons” for the characters to press, or want to press. He expected more group approval before some of them were pressed, though (the dreadnought). Liam wanted to clear all the corners of the Baldur’s Gate map.
Caleb fears Halas because he’s one of the most powerful mages ever, he fears the lab setup/experimentation angle, he still fears the siren song, and is scared of the grains of similarity he sees between the two of them.
Liam knows they’ve continually seen fun stuff come from shitty situations, but Caleb sees the story of the HFB as “you’re not welcome here; this is going to suck for YOU! You thought you were going to have fun here? Fuck you!”
Matt loves those climactic moments though, because he loves it when the dice tell the story. Liam loves that there was a day where Matt rolled terribly in Undeadwood and played it as being embarrassed to be around all these amazing people.
Matt enjoyed getting to dig into the backstory of his world. He’s had references to pre-divergence stuff before, and it was a big joy to give more context to some of the things the M9 have been encountering.
Liam: “[Caleb] is gambling big when he thinks there’s something of worth to gain.“ He’d heard of a long-vanished mage who was messing with time stuff, and thought there might be a chance this was him. Then, once they found the gem, he started feeling this might be the real chance he needed to start messing with the crazy stuff he wants to do with time.
The bound devil was a general temptation, but in hindsight he can see why Jester was drawn to him. Matt often builds scenarios and has no idea how they will react to them (and acknowledges that the M9 did not fully read the poem that would have given them more info here), and sometimes he’s right and sometimes he’s very wrong.
Caleb is very distrustful of other arcanists and always assesses their level of threat to the group. Liam does think Caleb has come a long way since the start of the campaign. “A lot is changing for him. He’s very reactive in a lot of ways. Whatever is laid out for him in the moment that he can take advantage of, or that he cares about...I don’t know. The Betrayer Gods coming back is so much more important, and I don’t know if it’s going to make him let go of that stuff. He has to re-evaluate. He has to. He’s like an addict who has a weak day.”
Brian comments that Caleb seems to be a clinic in self-forgiveness. He wants him to do well, but at the end of the day he wants him to forgive himself. He also points out that it’s possible to get addicted to grief, and he sees that in Caleb; he’s choosing to stay in that space, and we are watching what that does to a person. Brian feels that he forms an attachment to the grief because it is the only emotional connection he has to the family he lost.
Liam nods and says these are things he’s been thinking about for months and months. He does not and did not have the answers when he created the character, and is looking forward to seeing where he ends up. He is not railroading his character; he’s letting the other players affect his character so that Caleb can remain malleable.
Matt loves how it reflects how real people inform the lives and actions of their friends in real life.
Cosplay of the Week: @suchamantis on twitter for a Caleb/spellbook cosplay. It’s gorgeous work!
Brief derailment into Liam pulling a Bane out of his mug and Matt hypersensually smelling the winner’s dice vault. I don’t even know what’s happening.
Revivify in this campaign is being used as a CPR/AED type thing. If they fail, the DC goes up and a longer-form raise dead spell must be used out of combat.
It did occur to Liam that this is the second time his bestie has been killed by a treasure box. Would Caleb make the same sacrifice? Liam says in a spooky voice that nothing is as strong as the twin bond...but when Caleb goes into full-on survival mode where all emotions are pushed to the side, he doesn’t know what would happen. He knew he was with two very magical people who could work miracles and was focused on just getting her up the steps to them. Matt was sure everyone would figure it out and was shocked when no one checked it for traps.
The effect of the diamond on Nott being different from the diamond on Cad was flavor related to the Power Word Kill trap that was on the chest. He built the revivify around that imagery in the moment. A lot of Matt’s flavor text around spells is built around the moment, the characters themselves, their gods, etc. as much as possible.
Caleb is glad to find the signs of magic that may be able to return Nott to a halfling, but was way too concerned about the gem to think about anything else at that time.
Fanart of the Week: @acemasters4 on twitter for a beautiful pastel stylized portrait of Caduceus and mushrooms.
Ashley is almost here! Brian allllmost tells us how many days but refrains. COME BACK ASHLEY.
The Angel of Irons thread has been planned since the very beginning: everything with chains and hunger was planned. He pulled it together with Yasha when he realized they would mesh well. She had created her backstory, and as the campaign proceeded he was able to marry some threads together to make story points. Liam compliments Matt’s ability to weave character & world backstory together; specifically, the crystals in Caleb’s arms were Matt’s idea after Liam sent the first draft of his backstory to Matt. Liam loved it and ran with it.
Everyone is so excited that she is coming back and Matt won’t have to plan for her to be suddenly absent again.
In a moment that shakes my world, Matt is discovered to be wrong about what class of magic Cure Wounds is in 5e. The question is about how Halas’s comment on healing being necromantic is a throwback to older editions of D&D where CW was a necromancy spell, and Dani reveals to us all that in 5e it is now Invocation. Matt chooses to accept this as a deliberate throwback to older editions to emphasize that “man out of time” feel.
Chris Perkins apparently once described BWF’s personality as “Power Word Kill for someone’s joy.” He also apparently did MMA & figure skating, because why not.
Caleb’s reference to Jester suffering in the ruby was purely coincidental regarding her mother. He didn’t realize until it popped out of his mouth.
BWF talks about how he likes where the campaign is at. He has a weird gut feeling that something exciting is about to happen. “I’m finally invested in this campaign after 83 episodes.”
Everyone pauses to talk about how beautiful Matt’s hair is blowing in the wind. BWF tells a story about how based on how they were sitting in Undeadwood filming, Matt’s hair would blow ever-so-slightly in the A/C and people thought they did it on purpose.
Matt had a good time at Blizzcon! He was glad to see people gathering for the Hong Kong protests; he understands it’s a very complicated situation where the initial punishment was way too harsh and caused a ripple effect, but he was glad to see the space where the activism was welcomed in response.
Matt enjoyed cosplaying again for the first time in a long time, both at Blizzcon and as McCree for the Halloween episode. When he was buying adhesive a shop worker upsold him on an inferior product, which is why his beard started falling off during the show. Sad times, Matt. :(
And that’s all! Is it Thursday yet?

Hi, Ben!  Hope you had a good day, and are finally getting some rest!  So, did you know there are sites that let you design your own ugly Christmas sweaters?  May I present the one that Peter’s husbands get him for a party?  Except then the jokes on them because he won’t stop wearing it EVERYWHERE (at least I hope the image shows?  It saved in a different format on the site I used for this.)  Also, if you were ever to actually make a shirt of it, I would suggest an image from the reaction GIF you used for the alignment/meta anon.  Because, my god, that smirk.  XD  (Also, they are totally right.  And it is hilarious to me that the two officers of the law are firmly [and accurately] on the neutral side of that axis.  XD )
And I’m still screaming over that latest preview.  He just wants cuddles and ear scritches, Noah!  The saliva will dry, he’s just showing his appreciation for your support.  XD  And oh, yeah I knew he would eventually get better, it was more me trying to decide how quickly I was hoping for it to happen.  My “I want it asap because I hate seeing them in pain” side was warring with my “but nightmare creature cuddles would be adorbs, tho?” side (and they are).  :D  Also, terrible thought brought on by working at my job too long: since I don’t think that form has a tail like a wolf (I don’t really remember noticing one, at least?), do you think that since he can’t wag, he starts doing the wiggle-butt thing like boxers and pits tend to do?  (sorry, the thought occurred to me and I couldn’t make it stop.  XD )
Also, how dare you put the image of Noah and Chris cuddling in the window seat watching the snow fall while the listen to Peter singing ‘Hallelujah’ as he finishes the dishes, in my head?  Or them sitting at the table having coffee and joining him for the choruses?  Or Chris singing along with Tony Bennett or Harry Connick Jr on the local Christmas station?  Or Noah singing along with Chris Cornell’s version of Ave Maria (or doing a damn good impression at least [song is available on Spotify, btw, if you’ve not heard it])?  My body was not meant to hold this level of feral screaming, dude.  XD
For the undecided alignment (that don’t involve spoilers), I would vote LN for Danny and CG for John.  No specific reasons, that’s just what feels right at the moment.  And I’m curious if Noah and the kids have been in the vault at all, because Malia would be able to access it.
And, yes, I am all for mutual body positivity support among the boys.  I remember watching some BTS thing a few years back, and Linden said something about how everyone was “running around without their shirts on, and I just feel kinda old and jiggly”, and my very first thought was “Oh, please.  You may not be I’ve-had-nothing-but-chicken-for-a-week-and-haven’t-had-liquids-in-three-days ripped like the other guys, but in no way will you ever convince me you are actually out of shape in the slightest."  Also, I’m just picturing a scene where Noah accidentally(/on purpose…?) looms over Chris, who just has this moment of "oh, yeah, that’s right, you’re tall now” immediately followed by “well, I am learning a number of new things about myself right now"  XD  On a related note, how do you think he feels about dip kisses after realizing this?  Although, I do hope Noah does not sweep Chris off his feet in quite the same way Chris keeps doing to him.  XD
On an unrelated note, that post about Artoo and Luke about killed me dead.  XD  Artoo’s propensity for shenanigans and Luke’s pervading issues with impulse control is just a complete recipe for hilarious disaster and total ride-or-die besties.  It also reminded me of the post about how Rogue One leads into New Hope and Leia straight up lying right to her dad’s face.  Which, while hysterical, also makes me think about how many posts I see about how Leia is very much her father’s daughter, but almost never see any that point out how much Luke is his mother’s son.  I just have a LOT OF FEELINGS about this, okay?  But I will contain that rant.  XD  (Star Wars has been an on-again-off-again love for me since I was 9.  It’s pretty much a guaranteed way to get an emotional response out of me.  XD )
And I’m glad Mo doesn’t bother the tree or anything, though the box thing is pretty funny.  But he does seem to have that very cat-like tendency to want to completely block you from accessing the keyboard or pin you in place because he’s laying on you and you don’t want to disturb him, so I think he’s catting just fine.  XD  I mean, I have some friends who one of their cats is immune to scruffing (the downside of this is that he’s also almost completely feral still [he was a stray that stayed], and at one point he got a UTI and needed antibiotics.  I’m pretty sure my friend had to get like a falconing glove or something to get his pills in him.  XD )
That America being huge vs Europe being old thing also made me laugh because there was the section about the "long bus ride” that was like two hours, and all I could think about was how often we drove four hours both ways to visit my grandparents, and how in high school we took a trip to Canada, and I don’t remember the exact length of the bus ride up, but I know it was between twenty-three and twenty-eight hours.
And I hope you’re enjoying the Spiderman game, or will when you get to it!  As best I recall, everyone I know who has played it has had nothing but good things to say about it.  And wow, I’m rambling again.  Oh well.  Anyway, hope you’re doing well, and sending lots of good energy for finishing the chapter to your satisfaction (I know the readers certainly don’t mind the longer chapters.  :D )  Take care!  *Hugs!*
Oh my god I am absolutely in love with that sweater. Why is this not a thing XD
And yeah, they definitely gift Peter a sweater like that, lbr. No other way about it. It definitely backfires when Peter wears it every single year and to everywhere. Including PT meetings and the parent/school board meetings? I forgot the American word for it, in Dutch we call it ouderraad. I know we talked about them before where Peter starts a war with the ‘Karen’ and completely wrecks her. And how all the other moms fall in love with the three DILFS.
But yeah, wears it everywhere and every year XD.
Noah’s deputies, including Jordan, have definitely snapped pictures and post them on every computer desktop in the station. Including pictures of Noah’s reaction faces of that sweater.
Because you cannot convince me, that a bunch of cops, would not be dicks about this.
Chris is infinitely grateful that he does not have coworkers like that.
And god that is rather good smirk to go with that line XD. And yeah I guess it is funny. But it’s also true and that’s wow... XD
I did a character alignment test for Peter and came out on CN so that is what I’m going to stick with in any itteration for him.
As for the wiggle butt thing, he does not have a tail and I already had a very lengthy inner discussion with myself before getting this ask and I can tell you, he does wiggle butt like a boxer in this form. Imagine a fucking beast like that just wiggle butting with happiness. The image is so bizarre that I had to include it in the full moon chapter.
Chris is definitely learning a number of things about himself when he figures out Noah can now loom over him and press him against walls. Also Chris has a thing for being bound or pressed against objects and when Noah figures that one out, well, let’s say Peter certainly doesn’t mind watching those moments.
There’s also a revelation when Chris says; I can easily get out of these handcuffs and Noah translates it too; Good, that means that as long as you don’t try to, you’re consenting to whatever I’m doing to you. Deal? To which Chris, enthusiastically agrees. It’s a very fun game. Peter disagrees because they tend to lock him out during the games with some ash, although he is invited back in after they’re done and then the attention of two Omegas is fully on him. So I suppose he doesn’t mind too much.
Something that is both funny and sweet though is that through Ben, Noah discovers how much he misses having little kids running around. And he has a few moments of; oh god I want another kid realizations in this chapter.
Of course, considering their situation this isn’t the time and Noah more than realizes that. But it gets conversations about the future going for all three of them.
Oh and to answer your question, Malia has not been to the vault, but she and her siblings will get to see it. If that’s with dad or with Derek I haven’t decided yet. But they will end up at the vault in this story. Gotta get Peter’s necklace back.
So far I’ve had a bit of a rough day but by answering this and focusing on headcanons, and that freaking sweater!!!!, I feel a bit better. So thank you my friend, this helped me a lot <3.
And I agree, Leia is just like her father but Luke is all Padme and people don’t talk about that enough. <3
Lots of Love from me and Mo!

I’m autistic and one of the things I have trouble with is change. I’ve watched 911 since the third episode and now they have a second one? Idk. I’ve been seeing a lot of good things about it but I’m not sure if I want to watch it. Basically what I want to know is if it’s worth watching. Is it good? Are there any parallels between the new one and the Buck one? Who are the characters and what are they like? Will you start writing for this series instead of the other one? %
so, this got WAY longer than i thought it would, sorry!!! TL;DR is at the very very end!
tbh i didn’t wanna really give 911 lonestar a chance originally, i was lowkey annoyed bc it felt like they were like “oh u guys want buck and eddie, who are CLEARLY meant to be and have all this canon chemistry and relationship development to eventually get together??? lol NOPE but here’s a spinoff where u get ur white/latino gay ship :D”
which i do genuinely hope to god isn’t the case, like, i really need OG 911 to be like PSYCH here u go, some DIAZ-BUCKLEY fam. as a treat.
i did end up watching it bc curiosity and too many awesome gifsets finally got to me lol
and im only a couple of episodes in (haven’t had a chance to watch the 3rd ep bc of work and other things D: ) and so far i gotta say, i like the OG 911 calls that they get sent to more than 911 lonestars calls but again, im only 2 ep in, maybe they get more “woah thats crazy/hilarious/hearbreaking!” as the show goes on.
i honestly don’t see too many parallels between Buck and TK—the only thing i noticed where they’re pretty similar is how much they both enjoy easy physical contact. buck is very touchy feely and comfortable about showing affection/feelings and i feel like TK is the same regarding physical contact (with his dad at least)? but that’s about it.
for what it’s worth i do think the show is pretty entertaining and worth a watch!
my main reason for watching past the first episode is my enjoyment of the characters. i just think they’re all neat.
this is from a post i made when i first watched the show lol:
captain strand: good dad to all of his children
tk: hot gay messy boi
grace ryder: a fave, no nonsense beauty, judds better half
judd ryder: tragic big boi
captain blake: chaotic good w baby voice
marjan: wild feral messy gurl
mateo: if anybody’s mean to my SON im throwin hands bih
paul: again, if anybody’s mean to my SON im THROWIN hands
officer reyes: ready to dick tk down
here’s a more descriptive/longer summary of the characters if u wanna know more, if not skip down to the bolded sentence below lol:
owen strand is the captain (played by rob lowe) and to me he gives off chris traeger vibes (from parks and rec if u watched?) but with more depth. i like his character a lot, he’s a caring dad, seems like he knows what he’s doing, and like, c’mon, it’s rob lowe (i fell in love with him a million years ago when he played soda pop in the outsiders nipr;guebwuogrnofw)
tk is his son and a hot gay mess w some substance abuse issues (tho a lot has happened to him in only 2 ep i really don’t know how to feel about him entirely, bc besides stuff happening TO him, i don’t feel like he’s reacted in a way that shows much of his character?) idk maybe it’s just me. but he is a certified cutie so. lol
grace ryder, she’s smart (one of the only characters with more than ONE brain cell lmao) and gorgeous and an emergency 911 operator. she’s very supportive of her husband and what he’s going thru (which is A LOT), she herself has been thru a lot bc of the big incident at the beginning of the series and is still somehow held strong in spite of it all, she’s a personal fave of mine.
judd ryder is kind of a dick at first but i think its very understandable given the hell he’s been thru, im actually surprised at the amount that i like him. he’s very raw and vulnerable but has this “don’t worry im fine, back up” attitude that i loooove.
captain blake is the captain for EMTs, she’s got this soft teeny baby voice that contradicts so hard with her give no fucks ima do what i need to to find my missing sister actions irwughqwgoriegjf i like. she’s caring and does goes out of  her way for the little guy.
marjan has ZERO chill but in a good way, i can already absolutely see her getting into trouble by doing some crazy impulsive thing on a call in order to rescue someone—-TBH she actually reminds me a lot of Buck from OG 911 in that way. like yea she’s reckless and impulsive but u can tell its bc she CARES and this firefighting thing is what she’s meant to do. i really like her.
mateo—-OH MAN. he’s 10000000% my favorite. it hurts me everytime he’s on screen, bc he’s such a sweet and HARD WORKING man and he deserves to be a firefighter and do what he wants/has been waiting for for so long, im so HAPPY captain strand gives him a chance. i think he might have some learning disability or maybe he grew up in a household where maybe his family was too busy or didn’t care to check up on how he was doing in school and they neglected to see how much he was struggling—this is all just pure speculation from the fact that on the show he tells captain strand during the interview that he’s always passed the physical exam to be a firefighter but keeps failing the written part :( i love my son.
paul is a trans firefighter who’s mainly known for his crazy good observational skills in the field—there’s an ep—ep 2?—that shows off his talent but like, i found it unintentional funny bc the way they did it was in a scene that honestly truly felt to me like a scene I MYSELF would write in a fanfiction if i wanted to show off a cool skill the character has but was also too lazy to make it look good???? lmaoooo im not trying to be mean but like, if u do watch it, its the 2nd ep i believe, the “office meeting” scene. other than that tho there’s only been a few scenes with paul in it (my personal fave being the skin care routine scene lol) but i look forward to more scenes of my son being a lil sherlock holmes :)
officer reyes is tk’s potential new mans. he seems like a good cop from what little ive seen of him doing police work. so, i saw a post someone made basically saying how ugly are the men in texas that officer reyes is out here thirsting over tk so HARD—and not to be rude, but he really is!!!! reyes is a goodlookin guy, so idk what’s up with that, maybe he likes messy bois? bc same.
p.s. im not sure how to feel about reyes and tk together yet bc it doesn’t really seem as if they have too much chemistry. hopefully that changes? i do kinda like that they haven’t started off their potential relationship on the best of foots, bc i love drama, an indisputable fact.
ONTO THE FINAL QUESTION!
OG 911 will always be my first love and i just don’t see this changing anytime soon. buddie will always be the #1 ship in my heart! and i have about a gazillion awesome prompts i need to work on so me switching over to 911 lonestar isn’t gonna happen. i love OG 911 way too much iuqhur4ogfoie3jwnwjinioj
tho i may occasionally—per the request of prompts i’ve gotten in the last week or so–take a couple of the characters from 911 lonestar and put them in a 911 fic as a crossover? we’ll see.
this ended up soooo long oruhibgruoeqwp i hope some of it helped tho?
tl;dt: 911 lonestar seems fun and the characters are interesting enough to keep me entertained so i say give it a chance  :)

Julie Plec Tells Us How Hope's Finale Twist Will Affect Legacies in Season 2
[Warning: The following contains spoilers for the Season 1 finale of Legacies. Read at your own risk!]
Legacies did the unthinkable in its Season 1 finale, and now we're not sure whether Hope Mikaelson (Danielle Rose Russell) is dead or alive or hovering somewhere in between!
The finale saw the Salvatore School under attack from Triad Industries, and the confrontation eventually left Josie (Kaylee Bryant) in mortal peril. After she jumped in front of a bullet made from Malivore mud intended for Lizzie (Jenny Boyd), the poison slowly started to eat away at her. Only Hope's blood managed to save her, but we're wondering whether or not that will end up being a great thing considering she found a magical device in Alaric's office that could eventually release a pretty huge baddie — more on that later.
As for Hope, after facing off against this week's monster (a headless horseman, of all things), Ryan Clarke (Nick Fink) got the best of Hope and Landon (Aria Shahghasemi) and threw the final artifact into the Malivore pit, raising his father from banishment. Knowing she couldn't allow the monster-eating golem to return to Earth and use Landon's body as a meat suit, Hope killed Landon (temporarily, obvi) and threw herself into the pit along with Landon's brother. As the tribrid of the three species that created it, Hope realized she was the only thing that could destroy it, finally giving her loophole existence a purpose. Girl, you are too noble for your own good.
So, is that the end for Hope, especially now that no one even remembers her? And what does her "death" mean for everyone else but especially Rafael (Peyton Smith), who might now have to remain a wolf forever? TV Guide spoke to showrunner Julie Plec about this huge finale and where we go from here when Season 2 picks back up.
So Hope is officially erased, but are all traces of her really gone? Or can we hope to stumble across some clue to remembering her and getting her back in Season 2?
Julie Plec: There is hope, and there is an actual pitch for that, so your brain is in the right place, creatively.
Is Malivore dead now or did she just prevent him from rising?
Plec: That is the question, I think, that we're left with at the end of the season, which is — technically if she had destroyed him, would she be destroyed in the process? Maybe not. So the fact that no one remembers her might mean that there's still a blackness out there that is keeping her captive. And since we've already seen a glimpse of how s---ty that is, I hope that's not the case.
Can we expect to see a Hope-shaped hole in the lives of everyone left in Season 2?
Plec: That's exactly what we can expect to see. What's fun about it, and sad about it, is we'll be able to realize just how much impact Hope had in these people's lives without them even realizing what they're missing. And just understanding that they all feel individually like there's something that doesn't feel right and that they're struggling with this feeling of not being complete somehow. It just feels like such a universal experience, especially for teenagers. I'm looking forward to having each of those characters act out on that feeling.
If feels like Raf is the one most affected by her loss, since he's kind of stuck as a perma-wolf?
Plec: Yeah, Raf is screwed. Raf is a perma-wolf. Look, when Hayley (Phoebe Tonkin) on The Originals was turned into a wolf all that time, that really did a number on her, and Raf is a new werewolf, who is still a teenager. So to be stuck in your most primal and feral state for God knows how long, if he's ever even able to get out of there, that will be catastrophic.
Landon did learn that he was intended to be a "meat suit" for Malivore to let him procreate, but does he even remember that? And if not, is that still a looming threat in Season 2?
Plec: I think that's a good question. What, if anything, of his experience and all the information that he learned about Malivore will he remember? Even more so, what does it all mean now that Malivore doesn't appear to be functional anymore? So Landon is going to have a lot of questions moving forward, and a Hope-sized hole in his heart, as you've said.
I love the chemistry between Hope and Landon! Every time they're on-screen together, you just can't help but go, "Awww!"
Plec: Thank you! It's so pure; I think that's why I love it so much. It just feels really innocent and honest and pure in a way that you don't get a lot in relationships in movies and television. So I think that's why I really like it.
Will Triad Industries play a role moving forward, considering most of their staff was just killed or consumed by Malivore?
Plec: We may have seen the last of Triad for now in that I think M.G. (Quincy Fouse) made it very clear with his mother what role he expects her to not play in his life moving forward. I certainly don't think the organization is going anywhere, so they will be out there lingering in the shadows and maybe our heroes will cross paths with them another time.
The twins seem to have found the Ascendant, which The Vampire Diaries fans will recognize as the key to a prison world. How worried should we be about a visit from evil Uncle Kai (Chris Wood) if they start messing with that?
Plec: I think when a key that would open the lock that is keeping evil Uncle Kai imprisoned shows up on your screen you should always be afraid ... and also super, super psyched — which, by the way, is not me saying that Chris Wood has agreed to come back because I have not gotten any answers out of him yet, but I would love nothing more.
Will we be seeing more of Penelope in Season 2?
Plec: Penelope was a very successful character for us, and we always love the villain that ultimately finds a way to redeem her wicked, selfish, evil ways over the course of the season and leave us all crying and wanting more. Certainly my hope is that she remains in our universe and she, in spite of being in Belgium with her family, may make an appearance again. I can't make any promises, but I certainly would love to see her.
Can we also hope for the return of Clarke? Because I was really digging the revival of the whole supernatural brothers thing!
Plec: There's going to be a hole in the marketplace right now for supernatural brothers. We have not necessarily seen the last of Clarke. Certainly wherever Hope is, it seems to be that he is there as well. It depends on where that is and what that looks like and if we want to tell that story.
So if we want Hope back, we might have to get Clarke?
Plec: Exactly. Two for the price of one.
Are you looking to introduce a new big bad for Season 2 or are you hoping to stay invested in this Malivore storyline?
Plec: We are going to take a page out of Harry Potter and hope that Malivore can be an ongoing threat, much like Voldemort was able to be over the course of all the books. That is the goal and we will see how long we are able to do that.
And are you planning to keep the monster-of-the-week format or lean into more serialized storytelling.
Plec: I think our emotional and character stories will always be deeply serialized like The Vampire Diaries, but the structure of the monster of the week or a monster that can span a couple weeks has been a lot of fun for us, and we've really enjoyed it. So we'll definitely be continuing down that road.
Are there any plans to return to monsters we've seen and spared before like that gorgon who was getting flirty with M.G.?
Plec: There's absolutely opportunity for any of the monsters that we've seen before to come back again. I know my personal favorite is the necromancer. We've got some competition... people who loved the dryad, the gorgon — if we can figure out a way to make snakes cost less in visual effects, [it] has a better shot at coming back when technology can catch up to what we want to achieve. That was a "learn the hard way" kind of character.
Alaric's (Matthew Davis) position at the school has been left up in the air, so what can you say about the impact of potentially removing him as headmaster if that's how the council votes?
Plec: I think that for a man whose last decade-plus of his life has been committed wholly to his daughters and this school, if he wakes up one morning and is no longer the headmaster, that's going to be a big dramatic shift for him and I'd wonder how he would make it through that.

Read on ao3 or below the cut!
Notes: Just a quick thanks to @captainrogerrsbeard and @murder-daddy-bucky for letting me contribute to their epic Evanstan story!I hope you all enjoy this little tidbit of angst, comfort, and slowly brewing romance, told from Chris's point of view.
Today was one of the very rare days that Chris wouldn’t be needed on set of The Winter Soldier, but he found himself there anyway. He couldn’t do anything to really help, but maybe he could at least prove to be some sort of moral support.
Sebastian had been anticipating this scene since the moment he finished reading the script, and Chris could sense his growing nerves over it for the past week. He couldn’t blame him, though. Seb was the newcomer in this film. Even with The First Avenger under his belt, between Chris, Scarlett, Mackie, and Robert Redford, he was still by far the most inexperienced with the film industry. And while Chris and everyone else who had worked with Seb were already impressed with his talent and work ethic, he knew Seb still felt the pressure to prove himself as a professional film actor.
Then, of course, this scene was easily one of the most emotionally raw and vulnerable of the whole damn film. The turning point. The moment when the audience’s perception of Bucky would turn from unyielding villain to tortured victim.
And Seb only had three short lines to do it.
He had complete confidence in him, though, and Chris was excited to see him tackle something so gritty. Despite them being close in age, Chris couldn’t help but feel an almost elder-like protectiveness of him. He knew in his bones Sebastian was ridiculously talented, despite not having a whole lot of opportunities to show it until now, and he wanted the world to see how good this relatively unknown artist was. Cause he once they did, his inevitably long and fruitful career was Seb’s for the taking.
Chris stood just behind the empty directors’ chairs as the crew finished up getting the set ready. He glanced over to where Seb sat shirtless on the set chair. He was talking scene details with the Russos and Robert, while one of the makeup artists flitted around him to touch up some of the extensive scarring on his shoulder. He couldn’t hear the conversation, but he wagered they were addressing the short yet brutal physicality of the scene.
Chris looked closer. He could tell Seb was already sinking into Bucky’s…rather messed up psyche. He looked tired, like he’d stayed up most of the night, despite going to bed early. His blue eyes were heavy with dark circles and his mouth was downturned in a way that Chris wasn’t particularly comfortable seeing. Up until now, Seb was normally so full of smiles and general light-heartedness. Even during their intense combat scenes so far, he would joke and laugh with Chris in between takes. But then again, being an emotionless assassin didn’t require quite the same amount of mental preparation as being a tortured prisoner of war.
Eventually, Joe and Anthony returned back to their seats, sending Chris an excited look his way. Robert returned to his starting place behind the armored door, and Seb repositioned slightly on the edge of the chair. His weary eyes flickered to Chris’s. Damn, he looked rough.
Chris sent him a little nod of encouragement. Seb’s lips pulled up in an appreciative, but pitiful little smile before his gaze fell down to his lap.
“Everybody ready?” Anthony called, the final medical and bodyguard extras going to their starting places, raising their guns at him. Seb rolled his shoulders a couple times and cleared his throat before looking back up and nodding.
He then trained his vacant, devastated stare just slightly off from the camera. Chris raised his eyebrows.
Then, cameras started rolling.
Robert, Grillo, and a group of tactical agent extras walked through the door towards Seb. Robert took off his glasses, tucking them into his suit jacket. “Mission report,” he commanded. Seb didn’t move. “Mission report, now.”
Nothing.
Chris felt the tension rise throughout the room as Robert walked forward and leaned in, his gaze narrowing at an unmoving Seb that refused to look him in the eye.
Robert suddenly reared back, his hand roughly backhanding him across the cheek. Chris visibly flinched as the loud crack of skin meeting skin reverberated throughout the room. Seb’s head flew to the side as he let out a small pained grunt, and Chris could see the actual redness of the impact on his cheek. Jesus Christ. He wasn’t surprised they decided to go for a genuine strike, but…that was rough.
Seb slowly turned his head back towards Robert, his eyebrows furrowing and expression contorting. “The man on the bridge…,” he quietly murmured, eyes dropping for a second before looking at Robert for the first time. “Who was he?”
“…You met him earlier this week on another assignment.”
His eyes drifted in thought, the pitiful confusion Bucky was feeling so palpable in Seb’s eyes it was painful to watch even from where Chris stood. He glanced at the camera, seeing the sheen of sweat on his forehead and the tension in his jaw. “…I knew him.”
Robert sighed before pulling a chair up and sitting down to get on Seb’s eye level, almost like he was trying to explain a complicated concept to an unknowing child. And Seb looked upon Robert with such pained, confused innocence, he almost did look like a sad child looking for any semblance of an answer he could find.
“Your work has been a gift to mankind. You shaped the century.” Seb turned his head down, gaze on Robert intensifying and breath slowly picking up as he continued to speak. “And I need you to do it one more time.”  He swallowed hard and looked away, like he knew deep down that he wasn’t supposed to be helping the likes of Alexander Pierce, but he didn’t know why. “Society is at a tipping point between order and chaos. Tomorrow morning, we’re going to give it a push.” His gaze remained on Robert, but turned distant, like he was seeing straight through him, his muddled brain struggling to reveal long covered memories. “But, if you don’t do your part, I can’t do mine. And Hydra can’t give the world the freedom it deserves.”
There was a palpable silence. Seb blinked, struggling for words. “But I knew him.” Then Chris leaned in as Seb’s face crumpled with crippling confusion. Joe and Anthony shared a quick unspoken look before looking back to the scene.
Robert sighed, clearly put out by Bucky’s struggles and reluctance to acknowledge him. He stood. “Prep him.”
A small glint of fear passed through Seb’s eyes. Bucky knew what those words meant.
The extra looked between Robert and Seb. “…He’s been out of cryo-freeze too long…”
Robert turned to stare hard and uncaringly at the broken man before him. “Then wipe him, and start over.”
Fuck, the look on his face. It was…haunting. A mix of fear and pain and confusion that it damn near took his breath away.
Two scientist extras moved in on Seb, definitively pushing him back in the chair and holding out a mouth guard for him. He took a deep breath, letting his fear be replaced with bitter resignation as he accepted the guard. His eyes burned in anticipation as he bit down hard, his jaw straining under the pressure. His torso shot ramrod straight against the chair as the eventual CG cuffs would wrap around his arms. His sweat-slicked chest began heaving, frantically waiting for the pain.
Chris glanced at Grillo. Even through Rumlow’s tough exterior, he was clearly struggling to watch, and Chris couldn’t tell if that was an intentional character decision or Grillo’s personal discomfort at the scene coming through.
The camera steadily moved in on Seb as his panic increased. And right when it had lined up to directly capture his face, he let go.
Chris could feel the scream bubble up within him, starting with a violent intake of breath through his nose. It traveled upwards into his neck, each and every muscle and vein tensed and skin turning red from lack of consistent breath. His bright blue eyes widened, shining with tears and blood chilling panic like a caged animal.
The blood curdling noise that ripped out of Seb’s throat left Chris wide eyed and frozen, every muscle in his body tensed. It cut through the air of the set like a deadly knife, the scream feral, wild, and excruciating. For a split second, Chris forgot Seb was acting and every inch of his body was covered in horrified chills.
Robert and Grillo left the room with the rest of the tactical team, leaving Seb’s violent screams unendingly echoing through the air.
Anthony and Joe shared another look before somewhat quietly calling for cut.
When Seb finally stopped screaming, Chris was fairly certain the whole room let out a breath they hadn’t realized they were holding. He was breathing hard, gasping for air as his body relaxed on the chair.
He sat up and immediately let his head wearily collapse into his hands as he took out the guard and caught his breath.
“…I think that’ll do,” Anthony said, looking almost breathless himself. Seb stayed where he was, running a shaking hand through his hair. The rest of the cast and crew quietly tried to shake everything off and reset. “Really good job, guys,” he called.
“Seb?” Joe gently called, “Are you good for another take? You can take a minute if you want.”
He took a labored breath through his nose and slowly sat up, “No, I’m good,” he weakly called, though he seemed anything but “good.” Seb ran a hand across his tear-streamed cheeks and visibly tried to shake himself out of the dark place he’d just plummeted into. When no one said anything, he trained his exhausted eyes to the Russos and repeated, “Seriously, I’m good. Let’s go again.”
They took his word for it and called for places. As everyone prepped again, Seb’s gaze slowly slid over to Chris.
They locked eyes. Something stirred in Chris. He couldn’t tell what it was exactly; all he knew is he longed to go over there and comfort his friend. This had been much more difficult to watch than he could have ever anticipated, and he knew Seb had to be deeply struggling after tapping into something so horrific. On the other hand, though, he also felt…stunned and full of pride for his friend. Chris knew how talented Seb was, always had, but, this was…Jesus, this was a whole new level. The kid deserved everything the world had to offer and then some.
Chris sent him a small smile, but he knew it didn’t reach his eyes. Seb grimaced before tearing his eyes away to reset.
And then he did the scene again. And again. And again.
Eventually, Chris couldn’t stay any longer and had to leave Seb to it, and they continued that scene for the rest of the day. But watching it for so long had put Chris into a funk himself, and he couldn’t seem to shake it. He just felt…well, disturbed.
When he knew they had finished for the day, Chris couldn’t stay away from Seb’s trailer. He lightly knocked before putting his hands in his pockets.
There was a few moments of silence before Chris heard Seb walk over to the door.
Needless to say, when he opened the door, Seb looked worse for wear. He was all out of costume and back into some comfortable clothes, but his downtrodden expression radiated sheer emotional and mental exhaustion. Chris did notice a little life spark in his eyes and the sight of him, though. “Hey, Chris,” he quietly greeted, a small weak smile on his lips. “Thanks for being there today.” He ran a hand through his hair again. “It meant a lot.”
Chris smiled and brushed it off, “Oh, yeah no problem. It was nothing.”
Seb shook his head. “It was definitely not nothing. Seriously, thank you, having you there for support really helped.” His gaze dropped shyly. “Meant a lot.”
“…How are you doing?” Chris asked. “That was some really intense shit back there.”
Seb put his hands in his pockets and leaned up against the door frame. “Yeah, I’m okay.” He didn’t look all that okay. “Just tired, I guess. Was there something you needed?”
“Oh, uh, I was just going to ask if you wanted to maybe grab a drink? Might be good for you after the day you’ve had, but uh…if you’re tired, I’ll just leave you alone. Another time,” he said, trying to brush it off like it was no big deal. And it wasn’t. But that didn’t mean Chris didn’t really want Seb to say yes.
Something Chris couldn’t place flitted through Seb’s eyes as he took in a breath, “Uh…yeah, actually. I guess I do need to get out of my own head for a few hours. Thanks. Let me just grab my wallet.”
Chris smiled, not having expected Seb to take him up on his offer. “Yeah. ‘Course.”
Seb quickly returned, jacket on and slipping his wallet in his back pocket. Maybe Chris was imagining things, but he did seem to have ever so slightly more life in his step.
The two men shared a small smile. “Let’s go.”

Can you please write a scenario with kuramochi, chris, miyuki with a soul mate au??
Ahh soulmate au
Kuramochi Youichi
He thought it would look okay, but mostly he wantedsomething different.  Something that made people look at him and payattention.  He knew he shouldn’t do it, however.  Even as he went outto buy the box of dye, he knew he shouldn’t turn his hair blond.
In the back of his mind the knowledge that his soulmatewould suffer the repercussions was there.  His soulmate, wherever theywere, were never too far from his mind.  But he was frustrated and angryand wanted to feel like people could see just by looking at him.  So hedid it, he turned his hair yellow and felt pretty good about himself.
At least until three days later whenhe woke up to find streaks of pink in his hair.  He knew instantlythat his soulmate had had their revenge.  Strangely enough, instead ofirritating him, he only laughed, because really, turn about was fairplay.  He deserved it, and pink streaks achieved what had been his goal inthe first place.  Certainly, everyone looked at him.
He didn’t mind them, because they reminded him of hissoulmate and he grinned every time he looked in the mirror.  His friends, while he still thought of them as friends, mocked him mercilessly, but hedidn’t care.  It was worth it in his opinion, just to be able to see aphysical manifestation of you every day.
His hair grew out, and he did nothing to stop it.  Thepink only became an issue when it came time to think of high schools, but hisreputation already destroyed any chance of going to school in Chiba anyway, hishair didn’t really add or detract from that.  When the scout from Seidoucame and giggled behind a hand, he was a little embarrassed, but he could putit aside because a school like Seidou had offered for him.
Of course, he couldn’t start his new life in Tokyo with pinkand blond hair so right before he left he chopped it all off.  His headfelt weird with short hair, but he had to admit, it was nice having his normalgreen-brown color back, and the short, spiky style suited him.
Still, the loss of reminder of his soulmate hurt alittle.  He still had the mark on his wrist, a single character thatrepresented part of his soulmate’s first name, and he was glad for that but… hecouldn’t help but feel a little sad.
He waited impatiently for the day when the character wouldburn, letting him know his soulmate was in the vicinity.  He missed you, even though he didn’t know you.  Who knew, maybe he would find you inTokyo?
Of course, even though this possibility was there, he wasn’tat all prepared when it actually happened.  He was a little too busytrying to prove himself on the field, as well as putting up with one MiyukiKazuya, to pay any attention to the tingle in his in wrist.
But then, on the first day of school, in the middle of anargument with Miyuki, he heard it, and finally felt the burning in his wrist.
“So you got rid of it… I’m actually pretty glad.  I cannotimagine you with blond hair.”
Kuramochi tensed, hands curling at his side as he slowlyturned away from Miyuki to face the person talking.  His eyes widened asthey landed on you, and in a profoundly cliché way, he forgot how tobreathe.  “I-It’s you!” He squeaked.
You smiled, tilting your head as you devoured the sight ofhim.  He was so handsome, in a wild, feral and sharp kind of way. Your heart beat faster, rejoicing in your luck at finding your soulmate on thefirst day of school.  “It’s me,” you acknowledged.  “Though I have toask, what on earth possessed you to go blond?  Also, it looked horribleon me, thank you very much.”
A grin spread like wild fire across his face and before youknew it, you were scooped up into his arms.  He squeezed you tightly, lettingout a loud, happy cackle that was so distinctive it made you laugh along withhim.  “Sorry, it was a tough time,” he murmured into your ear.  “Butit doesn’t matter now.  I’m Kuramochi Youichi, what’s your name?”
“______ ______,” you replied, pulling back from him a bitbecause class was going to start soon.  “Let’s catch up at lunch, ne?”
His grin was so wide it was almost blinding.  “You gotit!”
What a wonderful life he’d found here in Tokyo. Kuramochi was so glad he’d chosen to come here.
“Hahahahaha, you blond hair in middle school?”Miyuki’s nasally laugh sounded.  “You were really a yankee!”
“Shut up!”
 Takigawa Chris Yuu
He’d known your name his whole life, like everyone with asoulmate.  But knowing a name didn’t really mean anything.  Therewere probably hundreds of people with the same name.  When he thoughtabout it like that, he got a little depressed.  You could be anywhere inthe world, how was he ever supposed to find you?
Being prone to depression wasn’t new for him, it happenednow and then, usually triggered by something specific.  Usually you, because he couldn’t help but feel hopeless at the enormity of it all. Everyone had a soulmate, but not everyone found them.  Sometimes fate wasvicious.
He had your name, but that was it.  He’d never felteven a faint echo of your pain, which was unusual, because every child hurtthemselves at least a few times.  He was happy, on one hand, that you’dbeen blessed not to have to experience it, but it would have been nice to feeleven that part of you.  He couldn’t help but wonder if there were otherreasons for not feeling your pain.
Maybe you were already dead.
No.  No.  He would not think likethat.  He would not let himself be sucked into morbidity.  There wasnothing to prove that anyway, and he couldn’t be that unlucky.
Except that he was.  Early in his second year he’dseverely damaged his arm, thus relegating himself to the position of manager onthe team.  It was so hard watching Miyuki take over his position, aposition he’d worked hard for, and Miyuki was a first year.  But he was sotalented… Chris knew that he’d probably never regain his starting position, even if he managed to rehabilitate his shoulder.    This crushedhim even further.
But then, just when he was sure he couldn’t take the agonyany longer, he felt it.  A tiny prick of pain in the back of hishand.  He looked down at the appendage, sure he’d accidently touchedsomething sharp, but found nothing.  There was only the usual smooth, lightly tanned skin.  The prick came again, a little sharper this time, anecho of someone sticking themselves with a needle or a push pin, and he heldhis breath.
That’s when he realized it didn’t feel like hispain.  It was something else, something deeper, something that drewhim.  It was your pain, and he felt his heart flutter.
It was strange though, because it wasn’t the kind of painone got accidentally.  Accidental bumps and bruises didn’t usuallytransfer through to one’s soulmate – it had to be fairly serious pain. But it was a strange area for a serious wound…  Chris frown as he staredat his hand, mind working furiously.
Was it possible?  Did you hurt yourself… on purpose? Were you trying to reach out to him in the only way you knew how?
It seemed impossible, but he wanted to cling to it. Cling to the idea that you were thinking about him.  He hated the idea ofyour hurting yourself for him, but it warmed him greatly.  It wasrelieving, either way, to know that you were out there waiting for him afterall.
That little bit was enough to strengthen him.  Christhrew himself into training and healing his shoulder.  Even if he didn’tget to play again in high school, there would be university, and his dreamwasn’t completely dead.  He let his father hype him up, let him push himto continue even when the pain and frustration was at its worst.
He didn’t feel your pain again, but that was okay.  Itwas even better, because he didn’t want you hurting.  He suffered enoughfor the both of you, and it was bad enough that you were probably gettingfeedback from him.
He didn’t make the team in his final summer, but he had longaccepted that.  It was enough, for now, that he got to nurture thepromising young pitcher with more passion than smarts.  He stayed with theteam until the devastating game with Inashiro then retired peacefully tocontinue his work.
Studying was hard, but he thrived in it, and in the end, gotinto all the schools he chose.  He wondered sometimes, where you haddecided to go, if you were old enough for university, if you were alreadythere.  He wondered how he was going to meet you, and when.  He couldadmit to some impatience.  His soul longed for you, his other half, and heneeded you.
His chosen university was big, and he got lost easily, evenseveral weeks into the new year.  He’d just turned a corner, head down andstaring at the map on his phone when he felt himself collide withsomeone.  Luckily, it wasn’t hard, just enough to have him look up.
He gasped as he did, and heard the sound mirrored.  Itwas you.  He could tell instantly.  Somehow he just knewthat it was his soulmate that stood before him.
You stared at him with wide eyes, seemingly frozen. But then you moved, stepping back into his space and running your fingers alongthe hem of his jacket.  “Are you okay?” You whispered, fear tinging yourtone.  “You hurt for so long… I thought… I thought I might lose you therefor a while.”
Chris did not consider himself a particularly brave person, but he threw caution to the wind then, lifting his hands to frame your face. “I’m sorry you had to suffer that… and I’m sorry you had to hurt yourself topull me out,” he spoke very softly, leaning his head so that his foreheadpressed to yours.  “You saved me.”
A tremulous smile crawled over your face, and your eyesshone as they looked at him.  “I’m so glad.”
Chris returned your smile.  “Me too.”
Miyuki Kazuya
He’d never admit it out loud, but he lived for the momentswhen he got snippets of you.  A drop of joy here, a flash of frustrationthere.  They were such normal emotions, human and real, and they made himfeel less alone.  Especially before high school when he had no realfriends and was always alone.
He wondered how much you got from him – he wasn’t someonewho felt in large amounts, and what he did feel wasn’t even real half thetime.  So maybe you didn’t get anything from him.
And that was fine.  He wasn’t sure how he felt aboutanyone knowing what was inside of him, even you.  It was bad enough thatKuramochi usually just guessed.  It had taken him a long time to trust theother boy, and while he wanted to trust you, since you were his soulmate, hefound he just couldn’t quite do it.  There was a part of him that recoiledaway from the idea of trusting someone he didn’t really know.
What he did know about you though, he liked, but again, hewasn’t sure he liked it because he was destined to, or because he actuallydid.  There was a kindness in you, one that radiated, but you had fire –he could tell.  And you were strong.  You pulsed like a beaconthrough the connection you shared with him.
He kind of wished his soulmark had your name, butalas.  He stared at it sometimes, the abstract, winding circle on theinside of his right write.  It would tell him when he found you – at leastthat’s what every bit of lore and information about it said.  It wouldburn and ache when you were near and stop when you touched it.  He hopedit didn’t happen at a stupid time, like when he was playing a game orsomething.  That would be inconvenient…
Generally emotions from you were fleeting, flaring brightlyfor a moment before fading away just as quickly.  However, when the giantmoron from Seiko ran him over, he felt a sustained rush of panic course throughhim.  It shouldn’t have made him smile, especially not when his side hurtso damn bad, but it did.  Because with it, he knew you cared, and he stillwasn’t quite used to people caring about him.
At that moment, after soaking up your concern, he sent awave of calming as best as he knew how.  He’d never done it before andactually didn’t really know how, but found that if he concentrated on you, onthe feelings you were sending, the return emotion just flowed out of him.
He did wish, however, that he could talk to you.  Thesuffering he experienced trying to hold it all in so none of his teammatesnoticed was difficult to bear.  If you were there, he might have toldyou.  In the end, he had to make due with Kuramochi low-key threateninghim in his supporting mother-hen way.
It didn’t matter, he got what he wanted, they won and theywent to Spring Koshien and everyone was happy.
Well, actually, the older he got, the lonelier hefelt.  As he grew into adulthood he thought about you more and more. It wasn’t that he wanted a significant other exactly – that meant morehassle, and having to answer to someone.  But he could admit, to himselfonly, that there was a squiggle of something needy in his gut all thesame.  That something told him to hurry up and find you so he could buryhis face in your neck and breathe you in.
He always told himself that when he felt that telltale burnin his wrist, he’d be relaxed about it.  He wouldn’t rush or scramble –he’d find you, or he’d wait.  Seemed pretty easy when he made thedecision.
But when it actually happened, everything wasdifferent.  He’d been drafted by the Giants, and made the main team, ifnot the starting roster.  Just before his first game of the season hiswrist started to itch.  He was sitting in the dugout, absently rubbing athis wrist when one of his teammates asked him what was wrong.  That waswhen he realized what he was doing and what he was feeling, and it was likehe’d been struck by lightning.
He thought he’d known agony in his life – being beaten up asa child, getting run over by the Seiko monster, but these things were nothingcompared to the agony of waiting out the game.  His wrist burned fierytorment the whole time and he sat, unable to keep still, to the point that histeammates laughed at him.
It was embarrassing, to say the least, but he wasn’tthinking about that.  He was thinking about you and getting to you andsomehow making sure you didn’t leave the stadium before he could find you amongthe thousands of people.  He tried throwing feelings at you, but had noidea whether or not he’d got through.
Surely if he felt you, then you felt him?  You wouldn’tleave without trying to find him?
By the end of the game his skin felt like it was trying tocrawl off.  It was truly awful, and Miyuki was glad he only had to gothrough this once in his life.  As soon as he was free to do so, he tookoff, dodging around people as he searched and searched.
The burning got worse.  That meant you were closerright?  You were nearby?
“Oh dear, this is a fine frenzy you’ve whipped yourselfinto.”
Miyuki froze, his entire chest constricting.  Thatvoice…
“You’re always so closed off, there were moments I wonderedif you were even real,” the voice continued on a sigh.  “But here you are, panicking like you thought I was actually going to leave without finding you…”
Swallowing, Miyuki took a deep breath and slowly turnedaround.
You gasped as he came around, eyes widening dramatically ashe fully faced you.  “You… why are you so beautiful?”
Whatever he was expecting, that certainly wasn’tit.  Miyuki flushed, unsure of how to react.  You sounded moreexasperated than anything, like you couldn’t quite believe it.  Did youhate that he was attractive?  There were lots of times in his life that hewished he wasn’t, and he hated being called beautiful, althoughstrangely a lot less when the word was coming from your lips- “…What?”
You flushed and turned your face away, burying it yourhands.  “Oh god, I’m so sorry… I didn’t mean that how it sounded.”
The laugh was up and out of him before he could stopit.  “Oho, and how did you mean it~?” He drawled, moving closer.
“I don’t know!” You squeaked.  “Can we just startover?”
“You mean at the point where you were, quite rudely, pointing out my panic attack?” Miyuki teased, sliding even closer, so close hecould feel the heat of your body.
You peeked out of your fingers, narrowing your eyes. “You were the one drowning me with it,” you grouched.
“Well, I did have to sit the whole game feeling youand being unable to do anything about it,” he retorted, reaching out to curlhis fingers around your wrist to pull your hand away from your face. “It’s a good thing I didn’t have to play.”
“How do you think I felt?” You returned, using his hold onyour wrist as an excuse to close the remaining distance between you.  “Ispent the whole game looking for you.  I never imagined you would be inthe dugout.”
“Never imagined?” Miyuki grinned terribly, leaningforward.  “I… I think I have to kiss you now.  Can I…?”
You sighed, eyes drifting half closed.  “I think I’lldie if you don’t.”

(it was so hard to find a gif of him in which he wasn’t being silly I love this dork)
Your name: submit What is this?
You were nervous since the very moment you woke up.
Since you were little you had dreamed of becoming an actress, and your dream had come true. A year ago you had landed a role in Supernatural as a werewolf from Garth's pack, and since then you had appeared on and off.
You loved this job, it was always exciting to see what the writers had planned next and everyone was so nice and welcoming, treating each other like family. It was nothing like you had seen before and you were sure you wouldn't see anything like this again. You were lucky they had taken you in the way they did and you had soon become friends with people from the cast and crew.
So yes, you loved this job. But today you were nervous as heck.
You were meant to perform a very complicated stunt that you had practiced for weeks. Your character, Michelle, was supposed to be fighting a feral werewolf, who was cast as a giant six foot something dude. So yes, you were a little afraid.
You had practiced the choreography so many times you could probably do it in your sleep, and you knew there would be safety mats everywhere. But that didn't change the fact that you had to be hooked up to wires and thrown around set. You weren't only nervous about getting hurt. Would you really still be able to act while doing the stunt? You really didn't want to screw this up.
You arrived to set and immediately someone called you over to wardrobe. You would be filming the stunt scene last to give them time to set up all the wires and so you could all go home after finishing it. Everyone was on a hurry like usual and soon you were done and being sent to hair and makeup.
"Hey Y/N! Today's the big day, huh?" You looked up and the makeup artist tutted and adjusted your face to look forward at her again. Jensen chuckled and dropped a cup of coffee on on the table next to you. "Jared and I stopped by to get coffee on our way over and I thought I'd get you something. Nervous about the stunt?"
"Thanks, and yeah" you nodded "I'm still a bit nervous" He smiled and sat down next to you to wait for makeup "you'll be fine, you've been practicing for weeks."
You nodded again and took a sip of your coffee, smiling when you realized it was your usual order "you know me so well" you said and he winked at you "hell yeah I do."
You laughed lightly and the smile he gave you in return made your heart stutter on a beat. Goddammit.
You internally scoffed at yourself while you tried to reign in your feelings. You had been crushing on Jensen since you met him and what was once a small crush had grown to be so much more over time. But he was your friend, and he didn't see you like that, which was fine, or would have been if he could stop being so perfect for one damn minute. Instead you had to fight unwanted heart flutterings every time he so much as looked your way, like you were some kind of love struck teenager. It was ridiculous.
Nobody knew about your feelings for him except for Jared. Who had been perceptive enough to notice. But he had been sworn to secrecy despite his insistence that you should just tell him how you felt. You had a history with guys and you didn't think you were ready to put yourself out there again just yet.
Jared greeted you with a teasing mile when you came in with Jensen and you glared at him.
The day went by quickly, with only a few minor setbacks when a prop broke (a gun that Jared hat sat on by accident). And before you knew it, it was time to film your scene.
Despite being the end of the day Jared and Jensen had decided to stay for you. They both knew how nervous you were and wanted to be there for moral support.
"Hey guys!" You waved at them when you approached the room where you'd be filming in. You were now in full werewolf makeup and you bared your teeth at them jokingly as you came closer.
"You'll do great kid" Jensen said, resting a warm hand on your shoulder. "Yeah, kick his ass" you laughed at Jared, knowing that the whole point of the scene was you getting your ass kicked.
"Okay L/N! You ready?" called the director, and you smiled at the guys. "Duty calls, see ya in a bit."
Your heart beat fast in your chest as you were strapped into the wires and you shook your arms out to relieve some of the tension. You turned towards Jared and Jensen and they both gave you a thumbs up, making you smile brightly at them.
Soon everything was ready and Chris, the guy playing the other werewolf, came in. He smiled at you warmly before the director called action.
Everything went smoothly, and despite the initial surprised jolt at being pulled back by the wires, you didn't break character once. It was actually kind of fun.
That is until one specific jump. The wires pulled you back like they were supposed to, except there was a broken wood beam in the way. A large jagged splinter dug into your arm from the side, dragging through your skin and making a deep cut from your shoulder all the way to your elbow.
You screamed, your right hand flying to cover the wound and immediately getting covered in sticky blood. You were no longer in position to land the jump so you fell hard on your back over the mat. You were winded and in pain, and tears sprung from your eyes, your right hand was slippery and was doing nothing to stop the bleeding.
"Y/N?!" Jared and Jensen were the first to get to you, immediately followed by Chris and the rest of the crew. Jensen grabbed your injured arm firmly but carefully, inspecting the cut. "I think this needs stitches, man" he told a member of the crew. Jared held your hand as you sobbed, his worried gaze on you at all times.
"Y/N" Jensen said after a couple of minutes of shouting and fussing over you "Y/N we're taking you to the ambulance" your arm had been wrapped in a bandage from the first aid kit while the ambulance arrived "can you walk?" You nodded and got up with Jensen's help, wincing at the burn in your arm. You really didn't want to think about how much it would hurt to have it cleaned.
Having the gash cleaned did hurt like a bitch, as it turns out. And having it stitched was... an experience. But at the end everything turned out fine, no more stunts in a week for you though, they would probably end up using a double for that shot. The crew apologized profusely when you came back for your stuff but you brushed them off kindly, it had been an accident and not really anyone's fault.
"You scared the shit outta me" was the first thing Jensen said when you arrived with him and Jared to your apartment "I did?"   It was the only thing you could think to say, Jared had stayed in the car and Jensen was walking you to the door and helping with your stuff, you were alone with him and you could practically hear the screams of your dying brain cells.
"Yeah" he smiled, scratching the back of his neck "I was worried about you today, and seeing you get hurt was..." "Jensen" you interrupt "I'm fine, sure it hurt like a bitch but I'm fine now"
He sighed and nodded his head awkwardly, your door was now open but you were both still standing outside awkwardly. "Okay then, um, see you tomorrow" he said, he gave you your bag and cleared his throat, he looked back at least twice while walking away.
Jared honked the car's horn at Jensen and you laughed, your smile quickly turned into a shocked expression when Jensen grumbled angrily and tuned around, sprinting to you and kissing you right on the lips.
You parted after just a second and Jensen was sporting a dazzling smile "wanna go out for coffee?" he breathed. You were still feeling dazed and not entirely sure this wasn't a dream. "Sure" you whispered back, clearing your throat.
"Great, see you tomorrow then" he gave you a last peck on the cheek before jogging back to the car.
You heard Jared whoop right before you closed the door.

TV BREAK - My Reflections on SHARP OBJECTS  [A Spoiler-Free Look At One Of My Favorite Cinematic Experiences of 2018]
Tumblr media
I saw some great movies in 2018.  ROMA, PADDINGTON 2, and EIGHTH GRADE topped my list, but so many others made their mark.  Still, with the lines blurred more than ever between television and film, between streaming and theatrical releases, it’s no wonder so much of what we see on our home screens has outpaced the multiplex experience.  I’m lucky in that as a member of the Writers Guild of America, we’re offered on average about 8 films a week, and we get to take 2, sometimes 3 guests.  I’ve literally saved me and my friends thousands of dollars a year in ticket costs.  Plus, the movies always start on time with no talking, texting or chomping allowed.  If it weren’t for those screenings, I don’t know that I’d want to shell out $16 for every movie and put up with other people and their selfish ways, and I haven’t even factored in the cost of refreshments, a sitter, parking, etc.  Watching something at home has never felt more appealing.
With that in mind, I saw some great television.  The series finale of THE AMERICANS showed all the rest just how to do it right.  The second season of THE MARVELOUS MRS. MAISEL thrilled me, especially those Catskills episodes.  HOMECOMING delivered MANCHURIAN CANDIDATE-style paranoia, perfectly taking the pulse of our world right now.  But right up there with my Top 3 favorite movies stands SHARP OBJECTS, the gorgeously cinematic, sometimes frustratingly slow but magnificently acted miniseries.  For me, it’s more like an 8 hour movie, and although I’m a little late to the party, I gulped it up over the holidays and immediately watched it again.  It floored me.
Jean-Marc Vallée (BIG LITTLE LIES, WILD) has directed this adaptation of Gillian Flynn’s first novel about Camille (Amy Adams) an alcoholic, self-harming journalist assigned to travel to her small Missouri town to investigate the vicious murders of two local girls.  Her return triggers her own past traumas, putting her squarely back into her childhood home with her controlling mother Adora (Patricia Clarkson), detached step-father Alan (Henry Czerny) and rebellious teenage half-sister Amma (Eliza Scanlen).  With police on the case and a slew of suspects thrown at us, it had me fooled all the way to the bitter end.
While it passes the whodunit test, SHARP OBJECTS excels with its exploration of  women, how they’re perceived, how they interact, how their socialization has informed how they take or lose control their lives.  Unlike lesser stories, its themes have been flawlessly interwoven into the fabric of its central mystery. The men, by contrast, feel neutered, their biases and perceptions a result of their own socialization.  The filmmakers clearly know we bring our own upbringings to the table, playing with how we process details, mining the subject of rage, of how the genteel and sexist concept of “womanly wiles” works its way into the discussion.
It’s all wrapped in a Southern gothic package so Williams-esque that Tennessee is too small a state to describe how far it goes in that direction.  At first, I was put off by Clarkson’s performance, one breath shy of a “I do declare” or a walk-on role in STEEL MAGNOLIAS, but her passive-aggressive way of dealing with everyone in her path worked its magic, culminating in a porch scene between her and Adams which stopped me cold.  Same goes for Elizabeth Perkins as the proverbial town floozy who surprised me with her powers of observation despite being 9 bedrooms full of sheets to the wind.
Chris Messina as an outsider detective shares intensely raw sexual scenes with Adams, which, while not explicit, felt like we were almost illegally eavesdropping on something beyond private.  Same goes for Taylor John Smith’s depiction of one of the victim’s brother.  As a prime suspect, his character challenges our perception of how men should behave, bringing the show’s gender politics to an interesting balance.
Jean-Marc Vallée, who also edited, melds past and present in such a kaleidoscopic way, with subliminal cuts and striking stabs of sound, with disconcerting images which reward your patience later, that I fell victim to his many misdirects while constantly asking myself if my own biases about gender, about race, about Southern accents, and about how we interpret violence influenced how we watched the show.
It doesn’t hurt that SHARP OBJECTS features great performances.  Amy Adams, whose sweet voice and lovely eyes, doesn’t always succeed at going dark, but here she rips through her performance with her drunken stupors, an unforgettable primal scream in a dressing room, and feral sexual energy.  A master at microscopic reactions, nothing floored me more this year than how she looks in her final close-up.  Clarkson makes her monstrous mother sometimes feel sympathetic.  I’d be disappointed too if my adult daughter ran around with a pack of teens and did drugs or brought a notepad to a front and center seat at a funeral.  Scanlen, a new actor from Australia, reminded me of Kate Winslet from HEAVENLY CREATURES, all fiery energy and adolescent insanity.  Like many teens, she alternates between being a good, prim Southern belle when at home, but then turns MEAN GIRL when around her peers.  Clearly set up to be the killer’s next victim, Scanlen knows exactly what she’s doing and I have a feeling she, like so many of the Aussie greats before her, has a legendary career ahead of her.
Many complained about the pacing or how unresolved things felt at the end.  For me, the pace lulled me into a false sense of complacency, mistaking ominous for languid and the unanswered questions, of which there are many, only served to point out how certain cycles will endlessly repeat themselves unless we learn to truly see each other.  SHARP OBJECTS opened my eyes, stabbed them over and over, and scared me into ever shutting them again.

Discover your new favorite show: Watch This Now!

Legacies' Danielle Rose Russell Explains How Wearing That Klaroline Dress Brought Back Hope's Klaus Issues
Every time they're on-screen together, you just can't help but go, "Awww!" Plec: Thank you!

Paul Wesley Reunites With Matt Davis to Direct Legacies in Exclusive Photos
A Genie on Legacies Gave Us Delena Babies and Brought Klaus Back to Life (Kind Of)
Ben Geurens, LegaciesPhoto: Jace Downs, Jace Downs/The CW
Alaric's (Matthew Davis) position at the school has been left up in the air, so what can you say about the impact of potentially removing him as headmaster if that's how the council votes?Plec: I think that for a man whose last decade-plus of his life has been committed wholly to his daughters and this school, if he wakes up one morning and is no longer the headmaster, that's going to be a big dramatic shift for him and I'd wonder how he would make it through that.

Hi, Ben!  Hope you had a good time with your mom and brother, and that the call with the therapist went well!  The casual Dean cosplay got me thinking; do you suppose going forward cosplayers will start wearing a nail necklace instead of a Samulet?  XD  Also, I found out Netflix has the last episodes up, so I told my friend who’s been watching, so I’m very much looking forward to seeing what kind of reaction she has to them whenever she gets there.
Since you’d been curious, here’s how my Christmas tree turned out this year, with bonus tiny side table tree.  One year I’m going to have the room to get a tree big enough for all my ornaments (there are a few I left off), as well as garland and maybe popcorn strands.  Yes, there are indeed two x-wings and two Lukes (there will be even more Lukes if I find them for sale) on there.  There are quite a few Star Wars ornaments, actually, including Ewoks on the tiny tree.  There are also a lot of Marvel, several Batman, a number of Looney Tunes/Tom & Jerry/Scooby-Doo, and at least one converted anime keychain.  The View-Master actually works and has extra slides.  I still need to get some dino ornaments.  I feel like the only ones I ever find are glittery, which, pretty, but I don’t want to deal with the mess.
And don’t worry, my French is probably even rustier than yours.  I got the gist, but I won’t pretend I didn’t double-check myself with Google Translate to be sure I wasn’t mis-remembering.  But both previews are adorable, and I can totally feel their pain on wanting to pet the puppy.  (You can always tell when a really cute one has come in the store, because all the employees start subtly flocking towards it for a turn at playing with it.  XD )  I can’t help but wonder a bit how they’ll take to the idea of having three parents instead of two.  Stiles and Malia would likely be pretty used to the idea, because of Claudia, and Allison doesn’t seem like she’d mind, but Jackson…did not get off to the best start with his extra parent…(not that I think Noah would hold it against him in any way.)  Also, if this happens on the child’s first full moon, did Stiles and Malia get introduced to Chris and his twins, or had they left by then?  Since they would definitely have been gone when Malia turned for the first time, will she have to be “introduced” to everyone as well?
And it may be amusing to you that they haven’t kissed, but some of us are developing an eye twitch and drinking vicariously through Melissa while internally screeching.  XD  They are like the absolute embodiment of that Two Characters Finally Kiss meme, but when you reach the bottom it’s nothing but feral screaming because “BUT WHAT DO YOU MEAN THE STUBBORN ONE?!  THEY’RE ALL THE STUBBORN ONE!!”
Also, the random headcanon question of the day is about their singing voices.  Are any of them tenors, or are they all three baritones?  (I can’t quite picture any of them as a bass.)  I know Noah’s the best out of the three, but do any of them have a voice suited to any particular styles (jazz/blues, rock, country, crooner/pop, etc?)  Mostly this stemmed from trying to decide who’d sing what parts in duets, etc (I may have been listening to way too much Christmas music lately.)
That post about John Winchester only getting to be in Heaven as long as he kept his stupid comments to himself was amazing.  I may have cackled out loud reading that one.  Also, I don’t care if it makes me old, I’m legit still sad that there aren’t visual options anymore when listening to stuff in Windows Media Player.  I could zone out for hours with that shit.  XD  Oh, and omg, the manly knots thing made me think of this one time at work, where I was sorting through some boxes of freestanding displays (called shippers, ironically XD ), and they all had descriptions on the side of what kind of dog toy they contained.  One of these was “KNOTTED DUCKS” (they were a rope and canvas toy of some kind, I think), and I nearly gave myself whiplash double-checking that one, because I did not read “DUCKS” the first time (and I don’t even read much a/b/o, and hadn’t written any at all at that time.  My brain is just permanently in the gutter, and I accept that about myself.)
Anyway, I hope your day was a good one overall, even if long!  I hope tomorrow is also good, and I look forward to the full moon shenanigans whenever you feel it’s ready!  (I may have to go reread the puppy pile snippet again, actually.  It’s so cute!)  :D  Take care!  *Hugs!*
Oooh that’s a really pretty tree! I love the ornaments and the organization of it <3 that is awesome! You have so many dude, that is sooo cool!
I still want to get more ornaments for mine but so far this is my “super gay” Disney Christmas tree:

And now I really want to make like a fake nail to wear around my neck for my Dean cosplays XD. I think that would be a nice touch at cons if I make one out of EVA foam. (Reals nails would not be allowed on the con floor.)
And I think I said Stiles and Malia were two weeks old (about) when Chris left. SO that would mean Chris left around the 27/28 of March in 1994. And I looked it up and the full moon was on 27th March. Which means it’s up for debate.
It does mean that Allison and Jackson were introduced to the pack at 3 days old, since the full moon was on the 27th and they were born on the 24th. Which also means that Chris was probably still very tired and sore when he had to introduce his children to a rambunctious wolf pack. Though I like to think that both John and Peter kept a very close eye on them.
As for Malia, she would probably be have to reintroduced to Chris and her siblings in a way. I’m not sure how I’ll do it. But it makes for an interesting premise. Since she probably ran with Peter and the Hale pack during full moons back when they only visited her father. So she would still be pack to Derek, Peter, Noah, and Stiles.
The real wildcard will be Scott. He’s not gonna handle this full moon well and I haven’t decided if I want him to full shift immediately or if he has to learn it. After all, he’s not born into it and he doesn’t have a wolf parent.
And Jackson in particular will not take well to being parented by Noah. There will be a lot of bitching from Jackson. Ben’s not gonna mind and Noah’s basically been adopted by Ben as Poppa. Allison will be the neutral. She will be calling him Noah but will also allow him to comfort her and parent her.
Malia would be pretty cool with Chris, she feels like she can tell Chris anything and he’ll understand and she adopts him as another guardian figure, but she still calls him Chris for a while. Stiles will ironically call Chris papa and bitch a little (mostly about Jackson and “how could you give me a brother like that?”) But he would also defend Chris (and Jackson) from anyone who tries to badmouth them (that’s his job) or tries to uproot his family. And he’d go to Chris for advice.
XD I am planning to get them closer in chapter 14. That one is going to be filled with romance. Hold on for that one.
Ooh good question. I guess I’d say Noah’s voice is more suited for Classic rock and he’s the best singer out of the three. All three of them are barritones but I think Noah can get the highest out of the three. Peter’s voice is very well suited to country or ballads (hallelujah etc.) and Chris is more the Jazz/Blues kinda guy.
Knotted ducks send me places XD GOOD GOD XD You are not the only one with a dirty dirty mind my friend, never worry. XD
Hope you’re doing okay, my day’s been pretty quiet so far and I’m hoping to write the rest of the chapter tonight.
Lots of hugs from me and Mo!
