Going to create a legion of frogs!!
My current hyperfixation is going great so far, thanks for asking!! I made around 9 of these frogs within a week 😌 my next frog idea might be inspired by Stitches from Animal Crossing!

#i changed his colors !!#treat this as a suggestion than a solid ref. i spent like 3 hours drawing and redrawing the legs bc i couldnt get the shape right so if u#wanna draw them more planti or digi i do not mind ^_^ get silly with it!! same goes for pelt pattern do whatevr u want with it#the pelt pattern is loosely based on a snowshoe cat which was fun to play with. as u can see they kinda have a butterfly motif going on#if u squint the ear tufts kinda resemble luna moths or swallowtails with the long tail at the end of the wings#i was kinda torn about changing the costume color but it clashed too much with the new color palette so i had to change it#i didnt include the cape here so its easier to see the costume but ill draw it another time if i remember lol#its also a lil hard to see but i put pinstripes on their pants but thats optional. their design is pretty flexible anyway#god im pretty attached to this guy already. hes like semi fan character semi regular character... oc... thing#i should draw more furries. i followed some furry artists for giggles recently and its true what they say. u need furries in your life#btw while i was drawing this i was fooling around while trying to figure out his costume color and colored it as kaito kids suit for fun#and i just stared at it for a solid 5 minutes before saving a picture. maybe ill post it later#my art#myart#my oc#oc#furry art#fur#furry#laika's comet#laika's comet oc#fan character#sleight#ref sheet#oc ref sheet

#signalis#signalis adler#signalis falke#ouhghgghhhhahjjahhhjjghghh (<- yeowling like a cat)#anyways! i actually had a lot of fun drawing this :D mainly with the coloring part because i tried out a new(ish) style with it#(tried to be slightly more painterly; just a tiny bit though…)#i also got a bit carried away with decoration too…. i really wanted to add some lace but i felt like it clashed with the patterned blanket#I DID GET TO ADD SOME SPARKLES THOUGH so it isnt all bad#speaking of the patterned blanket it was such a paaaain to draw#i used the same technique that i ususally use for drawing the triangles on falke’s armor and lemme tell you its NOT fun to do on a big scale#i had to fix so many damn lines because they didnt intersect properly and threw the whole pattern off#it was a total mini nightmare#with that aside however im still so proud of dis hehehoohohoheehe#i really like how the colors turned out :)#myth.art

my opinion on the tomboyx underwear discourse that is or was going around is that i own some of their underwear (i like the patterns & my mom bought them for me thanks mom) and they are straight up just regular ass underwear not worth 30$ a pair and i would go as far as to say that i actually hate their boxers because theyre weirdly long? they go like a third of the way down my thigh. before owning these i just wore regular mens boxers and they were not nearly as long in the leg. that being said i like their boyshorts more than i like boyshorts you get elsewhere but most of these people are not wearing boyshorts. go buy a 5 pack of boxers for 20$ at target you dont need the stupid expensive underwear

after hours of knitting i have decided that actually i hate this yarn and i need to find a new one

HELLO i did not expect the minecraft cross stitch post to do as well thank u very much for ur support😭 here are some sample pages from the work in progress zine. it needs some adjustments absolutely, like the symbols need some fixings but i am very excited to work on this project and to share it :)
#it is going to be a free zine booklet btw and i am the only person working on it idk how long itll take to complete but i am cross#stitching these patterns as i go in a genuine love for the medium and this does not have to be cross stitch like if u want to use these for#whatever then please absolutely do it is not married to cross stitch u can do anything u want in ur lifetime#also i will absolutely include instruction on how to make these bc they are rly very easy and fun to make i encourage ppl to make their own#and experiment w ideas :) ok bye im just rambling bye ily#u have to crop a photo into a 1:1 perfect square and then put it into [most] pixel art programs as a 32x32 resolution and then manually#paint over it to refine it and that is how u make them#in brief#OK BYE😭 <3#DANG IT also to make the symbol patterns i opened an excel sheet g00gle sheets and i made all the columns/rows to be like square sized and#and then i filled it in w symbols for each color these were all manually put into place bc i could not find a ‘cross stitch pattern#generator’ that was decent it was all nonsense but that is how i made the charts if u would like to also make them#just get some symbols and copy/paste them into the squares#WILL ELABORATE on it more in the zine but in case any1 wants to make their own that is how i did it#OK BYE NOW FOR REAL

#difficult day today :'((#i can imagine and think of nice good things though...#fancy soap in fun shapes... glass block windows... stained glass lamp in earthy colors....#um sandstone relief patterns in the wall like the ones at the second childhood pool...#um it is raining and windy outside which is a little scary but it could also be nice and calming especially if still happening when go sleep#um my foster cat lets me pick her up and hold and hug her and she hugs me back and purrs extra hard to help calm me down...#um little ceramic bowls and cups and platters with paintings on them...#i could make herbal tea and put it all together myself i could even go out and#try to find tea bags and make some individualized tea bags for friends#but oh i wanted to do similar a while ago of making sensory keychains and then forgot and got overwhelmed oh no :'((#well maybe next time go to favorite tea store can buy their empty tea bags super easy...#my post#today scary and hard but will rest and stay home even if don't want to feeling ashame....

the other day at work one of my coworkers was wearing an otherwise unremarkable outfit with bright pink socks and i keep thinking about it..... my daily outfit is Grey Hoodie. but what if it wasn't

wanted to do a styling based on uni's design for 종이비행기 파일럿(paper plane pilot) because surely. a design as simple as this is easy to do in a game so full of pretty clothes. and thus began the hell of trying to find anything that could feasibly pass as part of this outfit (how is it that the icon for tops fits better than anything I could find in tops. why is a short sleeve button up with neck tie so hard to find here)
#shining nikki#vocaloid#honestly this drove me nuts#i wish more normal tops (ie not part of a set) were dyeable#i could probably have swung like the sailor suit type models if i could DYE any of them#this top was really close to what i needed the only problems were the color (undyeable) and no necktie(augh)#i ended up dyeing lilith vod necktie but even then i couldnt dye out the reflective patterns#so dont look too close.#also all the bows that matched the original outfit more were also! surprise! undyeable#or they wouldn't snap to the base of the ponytail#so magician's assistant it is. god bless magician's assistant for once#also every pink but nikki pink was too strong to dye with the two tone dyes so i couldnt get the blue swirls in her hair#ALSO wish i could dye more gloves but ALAS i guess. shes gonna have to have dark gloves for now#anyway thats enough commiserating. everyone listen to paper plane pilot? for me? please its such a cute song#also fun fact i own this top in a pinky shade in cn server but not in the blue shade? the blue's a little closer so i stuck with that one#but if i had it in blue over there id have done it in cn because the most recent nikki birthday suit has a paper airplane handheld#now if only. i could dye it. so it could be green like the mv has .#my stuff(kinda)#idk if i want this in that tag since i didnt really do much and the stuff over there took way more time than this did LOL#all the power to everyone who does stylings like this on a regular basis it Could Not Be Me
