Ok so I was doing research for a psychology project and I was gonna do it on amnesia in comic books and like, the big one I know about is the Ric Grayson stuff, which I’m kind of hesitant about, but then I read somewhere that Jason Todd also had an amnesia arc in the outlaws comics, but I haven’t read those yet and now I need to know if this is a real thing? i have such a love for characters who descend into madness or villainy out of deep, deep empathy. characters who fundamentally cannot cope with the cruel realities they find themselves in and blow up about it in spectacular fashion. fallen angel type characters with tears of outrage in their eyes. characters who break before they bend, and break so badly they splatter blood all over their noble ideals. every variation on it gets me so good
