I get to home this weekend!!! :D
I wasn't sure. I opted not to go to Quebec to see my mom and sister and family because my rent went up, trains are expensive, and I always end up spending money on my sister and the kids. But my aunt offered me a ride down to see my grandparents back home, so I took her up on it. But then she got sick for a couple weeks so that was kind of up in the air, but it's a-go! I get to go home. :)
#home is not what it used to be#used to live downtown#could go make a convenience store run at 3 am#I mean it had its share of creeps#but like...I don't know it was just different#now I wouldn't dream of going more than a block downtown at night and even then I'd be looking over my shoulder#not that I didn't before but it was like...the creeps gave up if you started speed-walking away#now there are regular stabbings and a fair number of shootings#literally last year I waited outside the bar for a cab and a friend insisted on waiting outside with me because that's how bad it's gotten#but still#there are storms and pizza and my friends and my grandparents and the river and the gardens and the wide open sky

Religiously i think about one of my twitter mutuals pointing out how aoki's design is subtly asymmetrical while ichiban is more symmetrical
when i think of it, masato's design is fairly symmetrical as well isnt it.....
#snap chats#please no one look at me i shouldve gotten my drink two hours ago#what does it mean .....#i swear my mutual had like. galaxy brain when it came to aoki i swear to god in heaven no one got him like they did#they were also the one that did that glass analysis post i shared some months back#moving on tho...#i guess there is the stipulation that because masato's shirt buttons dont match his shirt like ichi's does the buttons at the top mess it u#but aside from that everything else is pretty even: he has a pair of bangs and while his shirt is patterned its not like. grossly so#the pattern doesnt go particularly one way or the other its obviously just a pattern and the colors arent offensively against each other#on the flipside aoki's hair is more obviously swept to one side and leaving the other side bare#not to mention his tie in general. the 'bulb' part and 'tongue' part even go against each other#as if a diagonal striped tie itself wouldnt be askew to his overall look#again these are very small things to notice but im glad theyre small- it makes sense for a politician's to be subtly incongruent#the glasses are super important to aoki's design too but that's covered int eh glass analysis and isnt about symmetry#idk ... maybe im just waffling on about nothing.. either way i love those posts by my mutual#OH i think of this because i am once again thinking of updating how i draw masato#cause i like the blazer and necklace i gave him BECAUSE of that asymmetry#but now i wonder if thatd go against his design ... so i have to ask 'what underlying message is there for masato to be symmetrical'#i guess- even if he is a creep and a weirdo- he's not. evil? idk ... he hasn't gone totally off the deep end compared to aoki#like compared to what he'd go on to do as aoki he's pretty normal as masato#he is just a guy. who DOES have ties to the yakuza but this aint about that LKCJALKREJVA#he doesnt even like them he just uses them for his convenience 😔#idk. ill prob still draw masato the same tbh LMAO if anything ill just crop his blazer but keep it symmetrical#i guess i cant wonder this TOO much when i give him mismatching rings 💀💀 ill just have fun ig fjaelrvekljv#at the end of the day its never that serious ...... i just gotta draw what makes me chortle. esp for a chara three people care about VJLAEK#but i will wonder ..... <- it is not that deep#ima go bye

Halloween night—the air buzzing with anticipation for weeks as if the entire month of October revolved around this one event. Since the clock had struck midnight to mark the start of the month, Halloween had been the only topic on everyone’s lips. Your roommate, half-asleep and barely keeping her eyes open, had interrupted your shared study session with a groggy yet excited declaration that Halloween had officially begun. For her, at least.
Exams were looming just as close as the holiday, and you weren’t exactly thrilled about the idea of going to some lame party. It wasn’t like it would be your last Halloween, or the last chance to throw on a costume and get drenched in sweat while the stench of alcohol clung to your skin. But when the study material became a blur and your brain refused to retain anything, you found yourself thinking, why not? Maybe a break was exactly what you needed.
So here you were, wearing a last-minute ghostface mask, barely bothering to put any effort into the costume despite it being one of your favorite movies. Half the people in the cramped, sweaty space around you were dressed just as lazily. You’d lost track of your roommate hours ago, the blur of bodies and pulsing music swallowing her up as you found yourself dancing mindlessly with someone whose face you hadn’t even glanced at. A long braid swung past your peripheral vision, and the way they touched you made it easy to assume—hope—it was a woman. But it didn’t really matter. Both of you wore masks, and in your alcohol-fueled haze, you doubted you’d remember any of this tomorrow.
Boredom set in quicker than you anticipated. The press of bodies, the heat rising off the dance floor, and the tightness of your costume made your skin itch. You pushed away from the stranger behind you, their touch becoming less interesting by the second. You turned to face them briefly, offering a lazy dance before slipping away toward the kitchen, your throat burning for a drink that wasn’t spiked punch.
Something inside you craved more—maybe more alcohol, maybe more excitement.
As soon as you stepped into the quieter space, you ripped off the mask, gasping for air. The kitchen was a sanctuary compared to the chaos outside, and you immediately began rummaging for something to soothe your dry throat.
“Hey.” A hand gripped your shoulder unexpectedly, and you spun around, a flicker of annoyance rising as you struggled to process the voice. It was your roommate, glancing over your shoulder at the masked figure still lingering in front of the doorway. They were staring at you, unbothered by your roommate’s obvious curiosity. "Uhh, you got another gift? I forgot to tell you, it's a note- Who’s that?” she asked, raising an eyebrow.
You shrugged, dismissing the question as you reached for a drink.
“Don’t be like that, that's why creeps stalk you" she laugher at you, giving your hand a playful squeeze before her boyfriend swooped in, pulling her away by the waist. “They look hot. Go have some fun!”
You watched her go, their matching costumes adorable as they disappeared into the crowd. Despite her sweet words, your heart wasn’t in it. You didn’t come here looking for romance or hookups. You just wanted to drink, dance a little, and wake up tomorrow with sore feet from your heels rather than the crick in your neck from the endless hours hunched over textbooks.
The buzz of your phone in your pocket interrupted your thoughts. You fumbled for it under the thin black robe you’d thrown on, nearly exposing half your leg as you pulled it free. An unknown number flashed on the screen, but before you could decline the call, it stopped.
Prank call? you wondered, about to take a sip of your drink when the phone vibrated again, the same unknown number lighting up. This time, curiosity got the better of you, and you thought on answering, heading upstairs in search of some quiet.
Maybe it was some stupid prank, but who knew—perhaps it would be entertaining enough to break up the monotony of the night.
After knocking on a few doors, you finally found an empty room. It felt oddly strange, like a guest room no one had ever used. With the door locked behind you, you tossed your phone onto the bed and peeled off your mask, taking a moment to inspect the sparsely decorated space. Just a small bed, some empty cabinets, and a window overlooking the front garden. The wood creaked as you opened the window, the night air cooling your flushed skin. The phone buzzed again, and you glanced down at the screen.
Unknown number.
The phone buzzed again, and this time, curiosity got the better of you. You picked it up and clicked on the unknown number. Before you could speak, the person on the other end hung up. Maybe they got the wrong number, or maybe you could have some fun with it—prank them back, perhaps.
So, you tried again until they answered, the silence between you and the caller stretching on for a beat too long.
Then, a voice—distorted, almost robotic—crackled through. “You’re not going to say anything?”
You smirked at the tone, leaning against the windowsill. “And why should I?”
A low chuckle echoed through the line. “You took off your mask.”
Your smirk faltered, and you glanced around the empty room. No one was there. The door was locked. “How do you know that?” It felt stupid to ask. Haven't you learned from your horror movies to never say the truth?
“I’m watching you.”
The words made you uncomfortable but not scared—just a little on edge. You leaned out the window, scanning the crowd below, your eyes narrowing until you spotted them. The person from earlier, the one you’d been dancing with, stood beneath the flickering streetlight, their braid still hanging down from the mask they hadn’t removed. A sense of unease washed over you.
“Oh, it’s you.”
The voice on the other end of the line was amused. “Talk like you know me.”
The robotic distortion couldn’t mask the mocking tone, and you rolled your eyes. “The voice changer’s a nice touch, but I’m not into men. So, thanks but no thanks.”
They laughed again. “I know. I felt it.”
The way they said it made your skin crawl, and you shifted your weight, trying to shake off the discomfort. “If you wanted to fuck me, you could’ve just come over instead of asking for my number and pulling this creepy shit.”
Silence greeted your accusation, but then you saw them step back into the house, disappearing from sight. The voice, now laced with something darker, whispered, “Who said I asked for your number?”
Your brows knitted together in confusion. “What?”
But they had already hung up.
You stared at your phone, dialing back over and over again, only to be met with nothing but silence. the unsettling realization creeping in that this wasn’t just a prank.
Your thoughts raced, and you frantically tried to get ahold of your roommate. If anyone could help or at least confirm this was some elaborate joke, it would be her. But as expected, there was no reply. Probably busy with her boyfriend, fucking in the back of his truck, oblivious to the flood of messages you sent—urgent pleas—all falling on deaf ears.
If what he or she, said was true and they really was coming for you, then what? What could you do? Hide in this empty, unfamiliar room until morning? Sneak out of the house, risking everything for what?
Was this just some elaborate game to mess with your head? Maybe it was your roommate and her boyfriend playing a cruel prank, knowing how much you loved horror movies.
How ironic, you thought bitterly. The last time you watched Scream, they mocked it endlessly, laughing at how you called it your favorite. There was a humor in the stupidity of the characters' decisions, how everyone died in such obvious, avoidable ways.
And here you are.
The pounding music rattled through the walls and floor, vibrations crawling up the windows and doors, masking any sound that might have been out of place. You didn’t hear anything strange—or at least, you convinced yourself of that. No more calls. No more knocks. The alcohol coursing through your veins dulled the edge of unease, numbing your thoughts as the beer in your hand burned its way down your throat. Each bitter sip was a slow erasure of worry, an excuse to keep your phone face down and your gaze fixed on the window, half hoping to see someone familiar out there in the dark.
But no one came. No one ever would.
You downed the rest of the beer in one go, your nerves drowned in the haze of indifference. The strange call, the unsettling feeling—it was nothing. It had to be. The night was dragging on, the party getting louder, more chaotic, as if the whole neighborhood had surrendered to the noise and drunken laughter. The vibration of it all felt endless—until three sharp knocks cut through the noise.
Your heart stammered, beating against your ribs. Maybe it was a couple, drunk and looking for a private space. That was it. Nothing strange. You cursed under your breath, fumbling for your mask. "Hold on—I'm coming!" you called out, annoyance biting at your tone.
You abandoned the empty beer somewhere in the room, grabbing your phone with a shaky hand, adjusting the mask over your face as you unlocked the door.
But it wasn’t what you expected.
They stepped in without hesitation, a figure in the same costume as yours, locking the door behind them with a deliberate click. “Take your time,” they said, their voice low, almost mocking.
A pulse of dread shot through you. You could push them, shove them away—but something in the air made you hesitate. One of their hands lingered on the door, the other stayed at their side, but their presence was overpowering. The thrum of music outside dulled, the beat fading into the background as if the room itself had swallowed the sound.
“This isn’t funny,” you managed, your voice faltering as their hand reached for something under their robe. Before you could move, before you could think, the glint of a knife appeared between you, slow and deliberate, the blade tracing an invisible line in the air.
"Don't make this harder," they murmured, tilting their head. The voice was too familiar, too close. “The phone.”
You froze, confusion knitting your thoughts together as you stared at them. “I—what?”
A heavy silence enveloped the room, stretching into an awkward pause before you found your voice again, "What's the knife for?" the question sounding foolish even to your own ears. Had you learned nothing from the movies?
The figure before you laughed. "You’re gonna beg me not to use it?" they taunted, a playful menace in their tone.
You didn’t respond, only managing a plead in return."Please don’t kill me?" voice laced with mock desperation, an attempt to gauge how far they would take this game.
"Please! Oh, please!" you whined, the words slipping from your lips in a mix of humor and genuine anxiety, testing the limits of this bizarre encounter. Stopping as the blade suddenly pressed against your chest, its cold steel a stark reminder of the danger that lurked just beneath the surface of your playful banter.
“I would’ve killed you already if I wanted to. Just do what I say, yeah?” Their tone was almost casual, as if they were giving you simple instructions, not pressing a blade against your nerves.
You stepped back, misjudging the distance, your body stumbling into the bed. You grabbed at the frame for balance, but your limbs betrayed you, collapsing onto the mattress. They followed, kneeling down, their movements deliberate. The knife stayed in view, tracing the hem of your robe, drawing slow, delicate lines up and down your leg.
"Who are you?" you breathed, trying to make sense of the surreal. The costume. The mask. The knife.
“I’ve been looking for you,” they said, shrugging as if it was the most natural thing in the world. “I know you’ve been looking for me too.”
Confusion twisted in your gut, mixing with fear. The words, their voice—it all felt too close, too intimate. Like something out of a twisted game. They leaned in, their hands finding your knees, their touch unsettlingly calm, hovering just over the fabric of your robe.
“Phone,” they said again, their patience thinning. The knife skimmed lightly over your skin, not enough to hurt, but enough to send chills racing up your spine. “Turn it off, or give it to me.”
Your hand trembled as you reached for it, turning the screen off and placing it on the small table beside the bed. The distance felt too far, too close, all at once.
The glint of the knife wasn’t as sharp as it had been before. Their touch on your knees softened, becoming more deliberate than threatening. It was like they were waiting for you to push back—to take control of the situation—but you didn’t. Something about their voice, their presence, stopped the fear from settling too deeply.
Your eyes darted over their masked face, searching for a clue—anything to grasp onto. You wanted to pull the mask off, but something kept you in place, curious, almost intrigued.
A breath of a laugh escaped them, soft but unmistakable. The knife’s path stilled, hovering just above your skin, almost teasing. “You catch on quick.”
There was a dangerous allure in the anonymity, an irresistible pull that rooted you in place, daring you to stay, to see what they would do next. Maybe it was the haze of alcohol clouding your thoughts, or maybe it was the thrill of the unknown, but a part of you—buried deep—wanted this moment to linger.
The knife in their hand skimmed along your skin, grazing lightly, never breaking the surface. Each touch was calculated, teasing, as if they were testing how far you were willing to let them go.
“What do you want?” Your voice, barely more than a whisper, trembled with curiosity.
They leaned in closer, their voice lowering to a deep, almost intimate tone, vibrating through the mask. “I think you already know.”
The blade, which had been dancing across your skin moments before, now retreated. In its place, their hand slid onto your leg, warm and firm, sending a different kind of shiver through you. This wasn’t just fear anymore—it was a game, one you were both playing willingly.
“What if I don’t want to?” you challenged, but your body betrayed the words, your legs parting slightly.
The knife’s point pressed into your thigh, a small, sharp warning that made you freeze in place. It didn’t hurt, not really, but the message was clear: slow down. You met their gaze—or rather, the hollow eyeholes of the mask—trying to see past the shadows behind it.
“You would’ve done something already,” there was a brief pause, simply observing each other “You know how these things go in the movies, right?”
Whoever they were, they knew you, and in some strange, twisted way, you felt like you knew them too. It had to be someone from the party, someone playing along for the thrill of it.
“Take it off,” you demanded, your hands instinctively reaching for the edge of their mask.
But before your fingers could hook beneath the mask, they caught your wrist, their grip quick and firm. “Where’s the fun in that?” Their voice held you in place. “Mhm?”
The frustration and curiosity mounted, and before you could stop yourself, you blurted out, “Let me hear you then?”
They straightened, towering over you now, the knife still in hand but no longer a threat. With deliberate slowness, they trailed the tip of the blade upward, grazing the fabric of your robe, teasing a path along your stomach and between your breasts. The movement was agonizingly slow.
You only watched them rise to their full height. The sound of their boots echoed in the loud quiet between both.
They stopped just short of the bed, looming above. Their gloved hand slipped beneath the folds of their cloak, withdrawing a small handheld device, their fingers pressed down on its side. The mechanical hum that had filled the space between you was suddenly gone.
The silence that followed felt deafening, louder than any threat they could have made. It was just you and the masked figure.
There was a thrill in not knowing who they were, but now, with the voice changer off, the danger felt less like a game and more like something real, something you weren’t quite ready to step away from. You didn't want to.
Their voice, when it came, was soft, natural—more intimate than before. “Better?”
You didn't have enough time to process the situation—not that you truly cared anymore.
The cool steel of her knife pressed against your chin, tilting your head upward. "Yeah, better."
The blade traced a deliberate path down your body, as if slicing through the cheap fabric of your robe with ease.
Her legs nestled between your knees, forcing you back against the bed, the soft mattress giving way beneath you. Your weight settled on your elbows, propping yourself up as you struggled to catch your breath. The mask felt suffocating, the heat of your body trapped beneath it, but the cool air from the half-closed window rushed in, caressing your half exposed skin and providing a momentary reprieve .
You could feel the rush of arousal coursing through you, intensifying with each inch of skin that was bared by her free hand, or the small orifices caused by the sharpness of the knife. She loomed over you, an imposing figure cloaked in power, and the simple costume transformed her into something far more formidable.
You wondered if it was the alcohol clouding your judgment, making you feel this desperate—or maybe it wasn’t.
You were wearing not the most usual underwear beneath the robe, but it hadn’t been for this moment; it was merely a playful nod to tease, a way to show off a bit while trying to stave off the heat of the night. You had dressed for fun, yet here you were, caught in an unexpected turn of events. How had it all spiraled to this?
Her hands pushed the robe up your thighs, uncovering you and showing you full for her. The pads of her fingers trailing it's way over your stomach first, then down your thighs to caress over the robe. all the way up your clavicle and under your mask. her fingers coming to hover over your neck mocking the act of choking before she focused on your breasts again.
Your breath got caught under the mask, trapping you fully beneath her. The sight before you painted in a dark tone, it felt surreal. There was an itch at the tip of your fingers, wanting to feel her, pull her closer and take that mask off even if yours was still on, make it messy and provide her with your humiliation and the desperation of wanting her. So, you reached for her, playing with the little fabric that your fingers could touch- only that way you realized she was no longer interested in whatever was behind the mask, but under the robe.
Her knife was long forgotten, calloused hands holding you in place, dancing over the black fabric of your costume to feel the lace beneath, going down and getting a preview of your body as she slid herself down, making space for her with her legs, separating yours and guiding your thighs open with the cold of her hands. It wasn't until she was on her knees that you fully sinked into the matresss, staring blankly at the ceiling and it's spots, humidity. Proper of a horror film.
But it stopped. She took her mask off, covering now with the length of your robe. There was nothing you could see that wasn’t that characteristic braid, she was blonde.
Her hands came to hold yours in place, you would get to see her. Just not now, and she'll make sure of it. No peeking.
Your lips parted open at the sensation of her lips, a warm kiss over the thin of your lacy panties. Your stomach raised in response, a shaky breath that to her meant it all. You were everything she had been dreaming of. Maybe she was too.
It was slow, a chain of kisses displayed over the wet that was passing through the pretty patterns of your panties. You hold her hands, digging your nails in between her fingers, making small circles over her knuckles, anything that could make her understand this wasn't fair.
To her it was only annoying, growling at the sight of your pussy clenching around nothing, was it this easy for anyone to get you?
The supposed dream come true was far from what her mind had created.
To be fair, she barely knew you and you barely knew her, or that she thought. Either way, If you didn't provide her the enjoyment of the story her brain had worked on creating for the past few months, the knife was still an option.
Her hands guided yours over your lap, trapping them with only one of hers before the other one went under the robe.
With her digits she pushed your clothes aside, pressing her tongue over your clit, her fingers holding the panties in place.
You tasted better than what she'd pictured. Her moans- you couldn't hear but feel, sense- it wouldn't surprise you if your brain was imagining them even.
It didn't took her long before she slid her tongue between- up and down your slit, taking a break to scissor your folds with her fingers, rubbing the smallest circles above your arousal, admiring the sight her eyes could barely see with the little light coming from the room.
She licked your cunt, rolling her tongue in between your folds, sucking at your clit, kissing at your hole. You tasted ridiculously good. She spit over you, admiring your glistening pussy, all this for her. Your legs opened more if that was even possible, clenching at absolute nothing but the sensation of her drool and your slick mixing deliciously over your sensitive clit and down your hole.
It was quiet aside the loud music and voices coming through the window. Your whines were barely heard and so were her moans. Truth is, behind it all there were to faces and bodies as equally wet and desperate. Truly.
She slid her tongue in, savoring and feasting on your taste. You were wet and sticky and she was making a mess of it, sinking against your pussy in the sloopiest way possible. It was aggressive and dirty and it was turning your brain into absolute nothing.
Her fingers wrapped tighter around your hands, until they let go and she stopped mid ministrations. Both of her hands going to the hem of your panties, taking them off for you and getting to touch at the tender of your legs before she kept going.
What If you did something and the knife had to be used? she wouldn't want this to be how she'll get to savor you. You knew, if she was something, she was doing it properly.
Her hands left the flesh of your thighs to grip at your hands again, holding them in place. Even when you tightened around her face and barely let her breathe, she didn't care about anything that wasn't the obscene of your wet pussy and her tongue eating you out, anything that wasn't those quiet gasps for air and whines that left your pretty lips. Would they be as glossy as the sight before her?
You were suffocating, eyes closed and knotted eyebrows. Lips open to catch your breath and let the pleasure escape as loud as you felt like- who would hear anyway?
The warmth pooled on your stomach. Your legs finding comfort over her shoulders, pressing her closer, deeper. You didn't care about her either, you never did and this wasn't gonna change it, but for now your fuzzy brain could only think and go for the orgasm. Her tongue felt ridiculously good, her hands were heavy and you knew she wanted you, she needed you. It was turning you as desperate and intense as she was.
"Fuck- fuck, fuck..." you warned, only making her work harder for your pleasure. She did take her time with you, it was her fantasy, but the moment was making her weaker. At one point, after being squeezed between your thighs and pressed against your slick, could there be any better?
For one last time she sinked her face into your soaking cunt, her tongue delighting herself with the bundle of nevers she craved.
if she could she'll eat you alive, sense your blood, mix it in her tongue with your arousal. feel all the warmth withing you. "fuck" she whined, yes, whined. with it came the slurps, taking in all you had for her. She would not waste any of it.
You bucked your hips closer to her, lifting them- your body turning into a humiliating response, loud and stupid for her. Letting out a chain of blabbers, nonsense pleads for her.
It had you salivating, her touch. She didn't stop Inmediatelly, not even when savoring what was left for her to take. She kissed at your clit, sucking and playing with it while you still squirmed. It was just a last taste.
You're far too gone, feeling the warmth taking over you. You don't realize she's right there, on her knees for you and you only.
The scene is beyond obscene, with your slick running down her chin, her baby hairs dancing over her forehead and sides of her face, above her flushed freckled cheeks. It's delighting delightful, truly.
You turn your head up, the mask covering your face still an impediment for her to actually see how much of an effect she'd achieved on you. But God if she could only see your eyes.
"Abby?"
Her eyes flicker toward you, and you catch the faintest smirk playing at her lips. She wipes the corner of her mouth with her thumb, as if savoring the taste of what just happened. It makes your stomach twist—desire and dread, intertwined. You swallow hard, your breath uneven, and her nod is slow, deliberate.
"Come on... you didn’t know?" Her voice is honeyed, but it drips with something darker, something mocking. You've never heard her sound this soft, yet it wraps around your throat like a noose. You feel your chest rise and fall too quickly—she sees it, her eyes locked on the rise and fall of your breath.
Her hands rest lazily on your knees, the soft brush of her fingertips teasing. Her gaze flicks to the discarded panties on the floor—yours, taken by her, claimed like a trophy. The smirk deepens, and she stands, her presence looming over you.
"I mean... double A's are pretty common," you mutter, trying to sound indifferent, as if the heat between your legs wasn’t still pulsing, as if her touch didn’t set your body on fire. She doesn’t seem fazed by your lame attempt at deflection. If anything, it amuses her.
From behind her back, a flash of metal—she pulls out the knife, lazily letting it drop beside you on the bed. The weight of it bouncing against the mattress makes your pulse spike, but the tension in your body remains, a slow-burning ache. You want her, even now—maybe especially now.
She takes off her Ghostface robe, the identity game long over. You do the same, peeling the mask off, but it’s not like either of you were ever fooled. Not really. You’ve known from the beginning who was under the mask.
Her voice cuts through the quiet. "Oh, so I’m not special?" It’s teasing, but there’s an edge to it, a warning. She takes a step closer, her fingers tracing over her belt, dark eyes never leaving yours. "Who’s the other one?"
You let out a breathy laugh, your lips curling into a smile, playful yet sharp. "You're the only one, Abby. I just didn’t expect you to be such a psycho." The word rolls off your tongue, half a taunt, half admiration. You cross your legs, your posture casual, until she presses her hands on your knees, parting them with ease.
She leans in close, towering over you with that intoxicating blend of power and desire. "Oh, so you get to be a creep, but I can’t?" she breathes, her face hovering inches from yours, her knee wedged between your thighs, applying just enough pressure to make you gasp. Her hands grip the mattress beside your head, caging you in.
"It was just a joke," you murmur, though the words sound hollow. You know the truth. You had been obsessed with her, watching her from the shadows, reveling in her weirdness.
"A joke, huh?" she tilts her head, her braid sliding over her shoulder as she studies you. "Then why did you call me in the middle of the night, moaning my name while you touched yourself?"
Before she can say more, you grab her braid, pulling her down for a kiss, tasting the remnants of yourself on her lips. It’s rough, desperate, filled with unspoken confessions. You pull back just enough to murmur against her mouth, "I didn’t stalk your house. I didn’t send you creepy gifts or follow your friends. That was all you, Abby."
Her eyes burn into yours, a silent challenge. She leans down, her body pressing into yours, the cold metal of her belt buckle digging into your stomach. The weight of her presses you further into the mattress, her presence consuming you. Your legs rub against hers, your body reacting instinctively to the tension, the anticipation.
One of her hands trails down your stomach, teasingly low, but just when you think she’ll give you what you crave, she slides her hand to cup the back of your thigh, pulling it against her. The pressure of her knee against you remains, enough to keep you on edge.
"Was I supposed to just let you have your fun and forget about it?" Her breath is warm against your neck, her lips hovering but not touching. "Call the police, maybe? I had proof, you know."
Her words send a shiver down your spine, the weight of her intentions hanging heavy in the air. You had thought you were in control—but maybe not.
"So? I didn’t ask you not to—"
You freeze mid-sentence, feeling a sharp sting, a cold bite against your thigh. You glance down, eyes widening as you see the tip of the knife pressed into your skin, just enough to draw the faintest bead of blood.
"No, no... go on," she taunts, her breath hot against your neck as she laughs, the sound low and mocking. The knife digs just a little deeper, enough to remind you who’s really in charge here.
"I love you... don’t you love me?" she whispers. Her lips brush your ear, her voice wrapping around you like a noose. "I know you read my letters," she mutters, the blade dragging slowly up the side of your ribs, a chilling contrast to the heat of her breath against your skin.
Her free hand moves from your awkwardly positioned leg, gliding up your arm, fingers tracing the strap of your bra before she slips it off your shoulder. Her touch is deliberate, almost tender, as if savoring each inch of your skin she claims. "I know you liked them too... the things I wrote," she murmurs, her lips growing wetter with each word, as if the memories of what she’d written—the sinful things you’d done with her words on paper—had soaked into her thoughts.
But then her voice drops to a whisper, barely audible over the sound of your own ragged breathing. "Though... you didn’t wear my gift tonight." Her fingers slide both bra straps down your arms, slow, methodical. She leans back just enough to study your face, watching for your reaction.
"What gift?" you murmur, confusion clouding your thoughts as you instinctively cup her face, her skin hot and slick with sweat beneath your palm. But the sensation of her thigh grinding between your legs clouds everything, making it hard to think straight, hard to focus on anything but the pulsing ache she’s causing.
"I knew she would be an issue..." Abby groans, her voice darkening as she stares up at you, her eyes flashing with something feral. Before you can even ask what she means, her mouth is on you again, kissing over your collarbone, her lips leaving dark marks in their wake. Each bruise blooms beneath her mouth, an unspoken claim on your skin.
"Did you hurt her?" The question stumbles from your lips, your voice shaky. You didn’t care that much about your roommate, not really—but the idea that Abby could do something... it chills you. Would she hurt you, too?
"No... but you’d like me to," she laughs, pulling back to meet your gaze with a look that makes your stomach flip. Her eyes—those hauntingly beautiful eyes—burn into yours, stripping away whatever facade she used to wear at school. She’s something else now, something untamed, something dangerous.
Your breath catches as her hand slips between your thighs again, fingers teasing, pressing just enough to make you squirm. Words choke in your throat, swallowed by the intensity of her touch. And the blade—still in her hand—hovers dangerously close, a constant reminder of the twisted game you’ve found yourself in.
She slids inside you with ease, humping against you with each thrust her fingers do. Curling inside you, rubbing your clit with her thumb.
You only close your eyes, mouth open for her to hear. She moans in exchange, knuckle deep inside that pretty pussy she's much dreamed about.
"Look at me" but you ignore her, too focused on that sensation in between your legs that feels like being on heaven.
Her eyes go down between your bodies, her pants now covered in your wet. "Fucking- look at me" She warns one last time, hips bucking against yours, against her own hand while you clench around her digits.
But as you do, her words get ignored once again. The weight chocking you suddenly fades, but the wet of your pussy keeps being filled- that's all you care about.
Or that's all you cared about. "Suck," just like that your eyes meet her again, a clear mad displayed on your face. You would use that knife on her- "Yeah... good girl."
There's a web of saliva connecting your lips, broken by her fingers resting on your tongue. You just do what she says, not a major hesitation- not a physical one, at least.
"You taste so good, don't you agree?" you feel the weight of her body sitting over your leg. The response she gets is a nod, lately followed by a gag- she went too far.
It feels good, her fingers filling your mouth, your flavor mixing with your drool. Her weight numbing your leg. You moan at it, giving her the full show. You know what she's here for.
Her other hand comes to her belt, undoing it while her gaze rests over yours. "Sit" the weight of her lap abandoned your leg, pressing a small slap against your thighs while her knees depened the fabric beneath her. Only there you got a proper sight of her body, her tight black shirt and the boxers peeking through while she got rid of her pants. Just like you'd imagined it to be- not really how you'd fantasized it'll happen.
The drool connected her fingers to the fat of your lips just a few seconds before her command, the sight as obscene as the wet between your legs at the mere loss of her fingers filling you, knowing what was ahead would end in a tragedy, worth it though.
There was no warning but her hands on your ass, forcing you to sink in and elicting the most delicious moan out of your mouth. The sensation, the alcohol, the music, the fantasy of it all- you were dying tonight.
Her pretty lips popped open, head against the matress while her nails dig in the fat of your lower back, tracing the flesh of your ass cheeks in a painful way- awkward, even. You couldn't care any less.
"This what you wanted?" Abby was already out of breath, her stomach twirling at the mere sensation of your hips riding over her cock- she could feel it. You nodded, leaning closer to her "This what you wanted?" the retort left your mouth with less shame, you knew she'd planned it to be perfect, you knew inside that mind of hers it all evolved around you.
Just seeing her, willing to hurt you yet please you in the most perfect detailed way, what was love if not that? And for you, what could be a greatest prove of your own devotion if not dying for her, allowing her to fulfill her creepiest fantasies for once in her pretty perfect life.
"Y-Yeah" her tone bellow a whisper while her hands gripped at your breasts. hardened nipples between her fingers while your own hands went to rub down the soft of her freckled skin. She was strong, just like you had fantasied about. Even better.
"Yeah?" Your voice came out higher than you wanted it to, it became mocking. Her hands didn't wait long before attaching to your neck, enveloping the soft tainted skin with her fingers. she was delicate still.
You rode at the beat, the breath passing through your agitated lips feeling warmer, fading. Eyebrows closed in hope of a sign, a warning- there would never be one.
You didn't stop, it was impossible to when it felt that good. Her dick inside you, hitting you as if it was meant for you- and how you clenched around it, how good it felt whenever you sank in again and again and again. The sight of her pretty fucked up face, the sensation of loosing your breath in between. It felt too good.
But the knife was close and the temptation too. It was your plan to begin with, not hers.
So, you picked it, placing it between her pretty tits, only covered by that shirt shed worn for you tonight. She looked deliciously inviting, with that fear on her eyes like the first time you ever followed her and she caught you, similar to that time you called her after her first failed exam, moaning and whining her name while your digits clinched at your pussy, hoping it was her.
"Breathe baby... come on, don't be like that" your ears caught that peculiar laugh, giggle-like. She was nervous, had she not thought about how bad this would end?
Her hands freed your neck, and you did what she asked "No, in..." Her hands picked at the knife, guiding you "out... yeah, good girl."
The warmth in your stomach grew in a ridiculous extent. "Again, come- fuck- come on." And you did, breathing in and out at the speed she pleased, it felt even more suffocating that way. "You close?"
You titled your head back, enjoying the freedom to move your hips as you wanted to. There was nothing to hold to, but the knife covered by her hands. You wished it was her tits.
"Please baby... come on" the blade fell over her stomach, ignored as her grip went to your hair, holding you in place for her to properly take in the scenery she'd so delicated planned for tonight.
Abby was whimpering for you, Abigail Anderson, whining, crying, pleading for you to use her cock, ride her until she had your arousal glistening over it, until she could heard those pretty calls for her name one last time.
"M' gonna- fuck" there you go, her pretty good girl. So sad she'd had enough for tonight.
It was messy. The arousal still between your legs, your back against the matress while you chocked and pressed your nails as deep and strong as human against her neck. Her hands fighting to to the same for you.
The kiss was sloppy and it had happened in the blink of an eye. You should've picked the knife when the chance was given, instead of focusing on how her throat would close whenever you whine her name, whenever the strap hit against her fucking desperate pussy, rubbing against her clit the right amount to make her stomach pain and her mouth drool.
There was blood by the end. Double A's craved in your thighs while you stared at the ceiling and she crawled at the end of the bed to simply sit and catch her breath. The fat of her fingers tracing over the scratches around her neck and over her stomach. "Fuck"

Little Thief
Part 2, Part 3, Part 4
this is from Jason's perspective, but the next part will be a more standard 'x reader' fic. the reader is a fox, in case that isn't clear. there will be more parts soon, I promise. the yandere is a bit slow burn-y with this story.
I'm Dyslexic, and don't have a beta, so spelling mistakes are likely.
“What do you mean something happened? We’ve got all the guys pinned down over here!”
“Red hood, who took it?”
“That— it’s fine don’t worry about it, I’ll get it back”
“Red-“ *click*
Red Hood disconnected his com, before creeping closer to the small fuzz ball.
“Nowhere to run you little thief. Just give it back,” he bit out, while reaching for the flash drive in the foxes’ mouth. The fox was not happy, being trapped in an alley with a large man blocking the only exit, but it wasn’t as unhappy as one would expect, looking more annoyed than scared.
Red Hood continued his slow approach until the flash drive was finally in arm’s reach, his hand shooting out to grab it, only for the little fox to dodge and dive right under a large green dumpster. It emerged a moment later— without the flash drive.
“OH FOR FUCKS SAKE!! I NEED THAT YOU LITTLE SHIT!!” Red Hood shouted, already realizing he’d need to move the whole dumpster to get the drive back. The fox sat in front of the dumpster, staring him down with a blank expression. It brought one of its front paws up to point at the metallic back door stapled into a wall of the alley. Red hood paused. That door led to the back entrance of a restaurant, he recalled to himself, did it want food? The fox sighed with such an attitude its full body sagged a bit, before pointing to the dumpster, and back to the door.
“A trade then…” Red Hood translated hesitantly, and the little red fox perked up with excitement, “I’ll get you some food and you’ll give me back my flash drive?” The fox nodded enthusiastically.
Red Hood sighed, before walking around the building and into the generic burger chain before him. He was greeted with abused plastic tables, torn red booth seats, a singular front end worker who looked like he lost his will to live years ago, and a strong stench of weed radiating from the kitchen area.
“Welcome valued customer, how may I serve you,” the worker droned out. Red Hood looked up at the menu plastered on the wall above the dead eyed boy at the register. ‘What do foxes even eat? They eat chicken, right? There are a few chicken options… the chicken sandwich has vegetables on it… vegetables are good, right?’ Ya, he’s going with that. “Can I get a regular chicken sandwich and cheeseburger with fries?”
Once he had the food, he returned to the dumpster where the little fox sat expectantly with the black flash drive hanging from its mouth. Red hood approached, sandwich in hand, and this time the fox didn’t run. He placed the sandwich at the fox’s paws, and held out his hand, where the fox delicately placed the drive, before trotting away with its food.
*click* “I got it back”
The coms immediately flooded with admonishments; for turning off his com, for not telling them what happened, for disappearing for ten minutes without explanation, among other things. He listened without comment, much more focused on his surprisingly delicious burger.
A week later he found a familiar looking fox dumpster diving along his patrol route, and decided to give it some fries during his break.
At a certain point sharing his mid-patrol meal with the little fox had become a daily occurrence for the Red Hood. He found its presence soothing, the way it chirped in excitement adorable, and the few times it would let him run his gloved hand down its back were the highlight of his week.
The fox was currently resting near him on the roof, devouring a box of chicken nuggets, while he reread some case files on his phone. The penguin was up to something — one of the goons that was apprehended last week had slipped up and mentioned a ‘secret shipment’, and then promptly died in his cell before he could be questioned.
There was other suspicious activity too; he had been spotted with Twoface several times over the past week and a half, his underlings were more on edge than usual, and he had been quieter lately. He was planning something. Something big. But nobody could figure out what. There just wasn’t enough evidence.
Exasperated, Red Hood turned to the joyous little fox beside him.
“You know anything about what the penguins planin’, little fox?” He chuckled into the thought, not really expecting an answer of any sort. If he didn’t know, how could his little friend?
However, and much to his surprise, the little fox leapt from its spot, and pranced over to the opposite corner of the roof, before looking over its shoulder. Getting the message, Red Hood grabbed all the trash from their meal and followed. The fox led them from rooftop to rooftop, down back alleys, and between cars, before finally reaching an office building. It was a newer construction (relatively speaking) and bustling regardless of the time of day. It housed several different businesses, ranging wildly in specialty. “You're sure it’s here?” The fox nodded, “you know which one?” The fox shook its head, “well thanks for the lead, little guy,” the fox smiled as Red Hood ruffled the fur between its ears. He was already dreading telling the others he got a tip from a fox of all things… unless, of course, he didn’t. Plan formulating in his mind, he returned to his patrol, satisfied.
~~~~~
well, that's all for now, please let me know what you think! my ask box is open, and I'd love to hear from you 💚
Invasive Species and Xenophobia
Invasive species are complicated! People have a lot of feelings about them, positive and negative. Are plants that move "invaders" "colonizing", "immigrants", "citizens"? What does it mean to kill species that are from somewhere else? What if that species legitimately makes a poor neighbor and causes extinctions in other, native species? This complex, culturally-loaded issue is a foundational issue behind a lot of plant conservation and restoration.
This is a juicy and still actively disputed topic! The Guardian recently had a big article on colonialism in Botany, (tbh her views are dated and reductive, imo) and it’s come up again this week, to much hostility (cw: reddit). Yes, my region's native plant restoration came from literal nazis, but also, the impacts of some invasive species are real, not figments of a racist imagination. How do we balance these issues? What does ethical invasive management look like?
Since it’s such a juicy topic, I wanted to offer a few fun readings to share:
The Native Plant Enthusiasm: Ecological Panacea or Xenophobia?, Gert Gröning and Joachim Wolschke-Bulmahn, 2004, Arnoldia.
THE CLASSIC 20th century German nazis and native plants paper. Made a huge splash when it came out, and you will still encounter people who paint all native plant stuff with this brush. Summary: yeah the nazis loved their native plants and used them as part of their conquering process. Also, the first prairie plantings ever, located in Chicago, were done by a racist probable-nazi for racist reasons, full stop. I’ll let him speak for himself: “The gardens that I created myself shall… be in harmony with their landscape environment and the racial characteristics of its inhabitants. They shall express the spirit of America and therefore shall be free of foreign character as far as possible… the Latin and the Oriental crept and creeps more and more over our land, coming from the South, which is settled by Latin people, and also from other centers of mixed masses of immigrants. The Germanic character of our race, of our cities and settlements was overgrown by foreign character. The Latin spirit has spoiled a lot and still spoils things every day.” - Jens Jensen
Botanical decolonization: rethinking native plants, Tomaz Mastnak, 2014, Environment and Planning D: Society and Space
Rather than viewing native plant plantings as an act of racially-pure occupation, Mastnak positions native plants in California as a decolonization of the sub/urban lawn. Uses a lot of quotations from 16th century English philosopher Francis Bacon, and is heavy on the philosophical musings.
From killing lists to healthy country: Aboriginal approaches to weed control in the Kimberley, Western Australia by Bach et al., 2019, Journal of Environmental Management.
This paper talks through some of the native vs invasive debate, and offers a different perspective on how to approach to plant invasive management based on cultural relations, rather than country of origin or behavior.
Beyond ‘Native V. Alien’: Critiques of the Native/alien Paradigm in the Anthropocene, and Their Implications, Charles R. Warren, 2021, Ethics, Policy, & Environment
DENSE but thorough, if you want to follow the entire history of the native/invasive debate, this has you covered. The most interesting stuff, in my opinion, is the discussion of invasive denialism, IE: the impasse of “You’re just being racist!” Vs “You know nothing about ecology!” I recommend the Discussion, which starts on page 13.
summary: the pressure of a work project is making you act out of character and poor regulus receives the brunt of your stress and he simply wont have it.
a/n: so much horny brainrot, writing this when my midterms are two days away....i think i need jail time....not proofread x
it’s been hours.
hours since you sat down at your desk, working tirelessly on your project, eyes straining against blue light of the screen, back hunched over. the backs of your irises burning under the pressure of a mild headache that has been brewing since the morning.
the project wasn’t due for another six days, and yet every single day since you’d been assigned it, you forced yourself to focus on nothing else. the looming pressure of failure and desire for perfection invasively creeping into the forefront of your mind whenever you tried to rest.
and it was having some adverse affects on your, usually, rather pleasant and sweet disposition.
you had been told before that you don’t handle stress well, and that your tongue can get quiet sharp without you realising, but you hadn’t even noticed your scrowl and sour attitude.
or the harsh tone you’d been using with regulus all day.
and he was well aware of the stress you refused to talk about, or even admit to feeling—as silently as possible trying to ease the pressure.
small things throughout the week, both him and remus had been worked to make sure you didn’t overwork yourself like always.
and remus had only popped out to the shops for maybe an hour, picking out ingredients to make you something that might tear you away from your laptop screen.
it was only when regulus had peaked into your shared room for the fifth time that day—just checking in—to see the water he’d left completely untouched. it forced his lips to purse together in mild frustration, but with a small inhale through his nose, he pushed down the desire to reprimand and slipped in through the door.
he was perched on the bed for a few moments before he spoke, voice light and gentle.
“you should drink some water, love,”
you didn’t acknowledge him with more than a mild hum, frown etching onto you face at his presence. its not that you didn’t want him there, but he was surely going to distract you, and in your mind, the faster you were done with this, the better.
even if it did mean being a bit distant.
he heard the way your fingers paused their steady typing when his voice cracked the manicured silence you worked in—resuming after a few moments, and still, he couldn’t bring himself to leave you for another hour in your scrunched position.
“you shouldn’t sit like that, love, you’ll hurt your back,”
regulus could have sworn he saw your eye twitch in the reflection of the screen, and you didn’t mask the small sigh that left you before you spoke, “i’ll be fine, reg.” tone clipped, words abrupt.
there were a few more beats of silence passed before the soft clicking of your fingers filled the room again. he continued to watch you intently—the way you picked at the skin around your nails each time you paused, one corner of your lips slightly reddened from your excessive biting, brows pinched in concentration.
“you haven’t left the room all day—come eat with me,”
he was already standing just beside you, still trying to push down the chiding words and coax you out of the same four walls you’d caged yourself in for the last five fours.
you didn’t even bother responding, but he saw the way your jaw clenched, the way your hands squeezed into small fists over the keyboard before stretching out, tapping a bit harder into the keys. he had to bite down the scoff that built in his throat at your blatant disregard, swallowing his pride—he knew it wasn’t personal, you were stressed, probably hungry and dehydrated—burntout.
raising his hands to your shoulders, his fingers worked lightly into the tense knots that had built in your shoulders, brows just as pinched as yours—in sympathy, “why don’t you take a break?”
it didn’t last long.
almost instantly you were shrugging off his touch, hands coming up to your face, forcibly rubbing over your eyes and browbone as if to will stress away, “please, reg. you’re making me lose my train of thought.” snippy and curt, but regulus could hear the undercutting tone of desperation in your voice.
not once did you spare him even a glace, and with another heavy sigh you tried to hone your attention in on your work, pushing down the simmering irritation that was burning in your chest.
couldn’t he just let you be?
let you work in peace?
so you can finish your work, just be done with it.
his lips pursed into a tight line, composing himself with a deep breath, hand hovering over your shoulder for a few moments before he let it rest on the back of the chair. “maybe if you ate something or took a few minutes, amour, you’d be able to—”
your head whipped up to him, eyes glossy in frustration, cutting his words short with a snap,
“could you fuck off for five minutes?!”
regulus’ jaw clicked, his brows arched high on his forehead at your words, and you knew you’d done it.
though that little outburst wasn’t the reason why you were in your current predicament.
lips bitten raw, chest rising and falling in rapid succession, head lolling against the pillow, hair stuck to the sweat that had prickled at your forehead—regulus fucking into you with a meanness that had you screwing your eyes shut.
“…stubborn little thing,” punctuating his breathless words with each unforgiving ram of his hips into yours, forcing the air out of your lungs in choked muffled mewls, teeth forced into the flesh of your lips. and, you were—stubborn. because you could have easily avoided this if you’d just apologised like he’d asked you to, but no. instead regulus was steadily working you to another high he was undoubtly going to deny you.
there was surely a darkening patch of wetness on the bed beneath where you were joined, thighs split over his hips, his brows were knit tightly together, chest rising with each puff of air he sucked in—he was grinning down at you dangerously now. tongue darting out to wet his lips—”cat got your tongue now, amour?”
you squirmed in his hold, hips bucking into, then away from the rummaging thrusts he pushed into you, shaking your head into the pillow as your eyes squeezed together even tighter.
“hmmm, g’na let me hear you, then?”
regulus was only met with another hushed cry, smothered by your teeth’s long lasting refuge into your bottom lip and more mindless shakes of your head. your wrists were crossed over your abdomen, held together by the bruising grip of his hands—using you as leverage to fuck into you harsher, producing a lewd squelch from between you.
“aww, my girl doesn’t wanna talk to me?” he was goading, forcing more bullying thrusts up into your plush walls, legs stuttering and trembling where they bracketed his hips, “that’s okay, amour, my girl can have whatever she—wants,” runting into you explicitly mean, adjusting his grip on your wrists.
watching with a leering smirk as your eyes rolled back in your head, lips parting to release a singular honeyed whine, before immediately worrying shut. and regulus noticed it, narrowing his eyes, and bucking up in that same manner—earning him another cry, and a wolfish grin split onto his face.
he could feel it, the way you clenched and pulsed around him, each time his pressed into that spot. “thaat’s more like it, amour, nice and loud for me,” brows furrowing in concentration, working the coil that rested in the pits of your stomach tighter and tighter.
your blood was ringing in ears, spine arching at the pleasure, heat spreading invasively under you skin—trying to focus on anything other than the delicious stretch that sparked through you with each thrust. but it felt like all senses except for touch, had been dulled.
so much so, that you didn’t notice the soft click of your bedroom door when it shut behind remus.
“well, well, well,” he drawled, immediately settling on the bed next you, eyes dark with interest, “couldn’t wait an hour before you started the fun, reg?”
you just barely found the strength to let your eyes open just a slither, head rolling to find remus just inches away from you—smirk etched onto his face in amusement as your gasping whines filled his ears. “haah—not even. this brat couldn’t behave for the hour you were gone,”
mouth parting, your protests falling dead on your lips, only able to shake your head deliriously as your bucked your hips into regulus, loud mewls leaving as you got dangerously close to the edge. gaze still trained on remus, as he hummed in acknowledgement—bringing his hand to brush the hairs that stuck to your face away. “oooo, what d’you do, pet?” cooing in a low tone, breath fanning over your cheek.
you couldn’t focus on his words even if your tried, eyes screwing shut as the coil in your stomach threatened to snap, walls fluttering frantically around regulus, forcing a groan from his lips as he quickly reeling all the way out, his tip just barely kissing your glossy folds, watching as you clenched around nothing.
speaking breathlessly over your frustrated cries, “was just trying to take care of her—she told me to fuck off,” releasing one grip over your wrists, pushing teasingly against your slit before bullying his way back into your core, bottoming out in one languid thrust, his breath catching in his throat as he continue, “too, ngh—too stubborn to say sorry,”
regulus wasted no time in working you back up, even as you whined in protest, looking over to remus with pleading eyes as he ground his hips harshly into yours—adding just the right amount of pressure to leave you leaking and gushing around him.
remus was still stroking your head, eyes soft when they met yours.
but his lips split into a deceivingly innocent smirk as he spoke, “don’t look at me, dove, you know what you have to do,”
your eyes were glossy when you squeezed them shut, a broken cry of, “hngh—rem,” leaving your lips, and you could hear the low snicker that left him as you turned away. regulus shifted, using all his weight to pressing into you harder, and the change in angle made you head spin, forcing wanton babbles out as you shook your head restlessly.
working you up again, too fast, and you could barely think straight, let alone breath—drinking in greedy gasps of air, fruitlessly trying to squirm away each heavy plow of his hips. you were clamping down around him, the pressure of your walls had regulus’ jaw slacking—words littered with hoarse groans, “f-fuck, close already, amour?”
you couldn’t respond, not when remus’ voice was in your ears, filling the blank space in your brain with his low and honeyed tone, lips just carressing the shell of your ear.
“hmm, don’t you wanna cum, pet? so stubborn, gonna make reggie fuck it out of you?”
it was all too much, the rough drag of regulus filling you up, the way one of remus’ hands wandered over your skin, hitching you leg to give regulus more room, or how he nipped at you jaw the second your neck craned away and stretched as your back arched—you could almost taste your high, so close your hips trembled and vision blurred.
and then nothing.
empty.
regulus had pulled away with a sharp hiss, just when you were about to teeter over the edge, body shuddering against the mattress, tears of frustration welling in your eyes.
remus wasn’t looking at you anymore, gaze fixed on regulus as he sucked in a harsh breath, “merlin, reg, almost gave her a ruined one,”
he was already rocking into you after a few moments, hissing when as your walls sucked him in desperately—the wet slick sound mixing with your whines and whimpers once again. remus was too soft, taking pity on you ever so slightly—he was going to make you break.
bringing his hand gently over your throat, not squeezing, just resting, and you drew in a sharp inhale at the contact, brows curving into a deeper arch with each jolt of pleasure that ran through you.
“you want me to squeeze, love?”
your hands clenched into a tight fist, wiling your fast approaching high away, eyes rolling to the depths of your skull when regulus leaning into you, reeling his hips back before sinking all the way in, again and again and again into your poor swollen lips. you weren’t even sure you were in the room anymore, mind hazy with the endless onslaugh pleasure, nerve endings set alight—nodding deliriously at his words.
“yeah? be a good girl and break for me—give reggie what he wants,”
a almost gutteral groan left regulus at the first spasm of your walls around him, hips stuttering as your incoherent cries of half-formed thoughts, “mmphf, fuck—pleasepleaseplease, reggie—” filled his ears.
hips chanting up into his to meet each thrust, eyes rolling into a tight squeeze, forcing tears out of the corners when you heard his voice, almost just as wrecked as yours, “hngh—not enough, amour—wanna hear you say it,”
you were practically melting into the mattress, body shivering with each push push push, walls were clinging to him so tight he almost struggled to pull away.
one testing press of remus hand around your neck, you caved—babbling urgent sobbing strings of, “m’sorry—hck, reg—gna be good, pleaseplease, m’sorry,”
dragging in deep breaths between words with every even deeper stroke he was planting on you, and when remus’ hand finally squeezed deliciously around your throat, you body went ridgid—high washing over you in unforgiving waves, vision spotting, breath hitching as regulus praise reached your ears.
“thaaat’s it, amour—cum f’me,”
the wet sounds of skin on skin becoming more and more languid before his head presses into your neck, cheeks flush against remus’ hand, strangled moans muffled by the press of his lips to your skin as he spilled inside you, “—mmphf, s-so good—fuck,”
jaw slacking as the aftershocks struck through, remus ever so gently peeling his hand away from your neck, thumbs brushing over the tops of your flushed cheekbones, as your shuddered coming down from high, blissful hums passing into the air from your lips.
body boneless as regulus pressed small delicate kisses to your skin, voice just above a whisper, more breath than words—”you okay, amour—not too much?” you just managed the smallest of nods before you melted into his touch, the tempting lull of sleep too strong to deny.
Series Masterlist
Feyre Archeron could never begin to imagine the pain and horror her older cousin had faced in the mortal lands. Rhysand hadn’t shared that image, hadn’t shared the memories he’d witnessed when he took some of that pain away from you.
She didn’t need her mate to share those visuals. Not when she felt every ounce of anguish through their bond. And every day since then, she had not been able to forget it.
Another two weeks had passed since your arrival, three in total of your being in the Night Court, and you were finally beginning to work through your trauma.
The offer had been there to find your own place of residence, to have that independence if you so wished. But after speaking with Feyre and Rhysand, after learning it was in fact Nesta who had imposed the leave Y/N be rule… you realised just how much you loved living in the House with your family.
Your friends.
So when you’d finally accepted Mor’s desperate pleas to take you shopping and fill your empty wardrobe…
“You’re going to need another dresser.”
You blinked, taking in the mess around you. Your entire closet was stuffed to the brim with dresses, blouses, sweaters, coats…
And the pile on your bed…there was no chance of those articles of clothing fitting in the closet too. Nesta was right, you definitely needed another dresser.
“Rhys is going to lose his shit when he finds out how much we spent.”
Your eyes widened at Nesta’s words, not quite picking up the teasing tone she spoke in. Mor shot her a look and threw a sweater at her face.
“She’s kidding,” Mor reassured. “My dear cousin has more money than sense. This won’t have even made a dent in his wealth.”
A relief, but that guilt began to creep its way into the pit of your stomach nonetheless. You were ashamed to admit that while you had fun shopping with Mor and your cousin, you hadn’t even taken a moment to realise how much everything had cost.
Nesta threw herself onto your bed, right on top of the throng of clothes you needed to find a place for. “I’m thinking we raid Rhys’ wine cellar tonight…”
A gleaming smile radiated off Mor’s face in agreeance and they both turned to you with upraised brows, expectant.
You pursed your lips, an apologetic smile on your face. “I told Rhys and Feyre that I’d babysit Nyx tonight.”
Nesta huffed and threw herself back on the mattress again, clothes bouncing and crinkling as she did so. Mor raised another brow, as if that wasn’t a good enough excuse.
“So? I’ve gotten drunk while watching Nyx loads of times.”
Nesta seethed at her. “One, that’s my nephew and I never want to hear you doing that again. And two, Y/N’s tolerance to alcohol won’t be as strong as ours. Two glasses and she’d be borderline incapacitated.”
Despite the slight insult, a laugh bubbled up your throat at just how right she was. Because you’d never even drank a sip of wine in your life, and Nesta knew that.
“I’m surprised you don’t have plans with Azriel…”
Mor was prying, you knew that. But you had no control over the heat that made its way across your neck and face.
“We’re just friends.” It wasn’t a lie. You’d spent a lot of time together the past couple of weeks, and he was one of the only people you felt truly comfortable around.
Mor gave you a knowing look. “Mhm, tell that to his shadows.”
You frowned. “What do you mean?”
Nesta scoffed, sitting up again. “Az’s shadows are basically an extension of himself.”
Mor hummed. “They don’t do anything unless Azriel commands it. Or sometimes, they’ll do something based on his emotions or thoughts. They’re so friendly with you because Azriel likes you.”
Your cheeks burned. You hadn’t realised his shadows touching you was a product of Azriel’s emotions. And the more you thought about it, there hadn’t been a time since you met him that they hadn’t touched you in some way.
You didn’t say that, though. No. Azriel clearly had no qualms about other people noticing, but that did not mean you were willing to gossip about it.
You did not need to allow silly fantasies to root their way in your mind. Azriel was your friend. And you were okay with him only wanting you as such.
Within an hour, Mor had disappeared to tend to her own duties and just as Nesta was about to leave for hers, she grabbed your wrist and motioned for you to look at her.
“I’m proud of you, you know.”
She didn’t need to say anything more. Those words were enough—more than enough. She saw you, she recognised everything you had been through and everything you did every day to overcome it.
I’m proud of you.
The last and only person to have ever told you that was your mother.
And because you saw her too, because you remembered fhe young mortal woman she was before her own struggles of turning Fae and adjusting to her new lifestyle, you found yourself saying, “I’m proud of you, too, Ness.”
Nyx had been wonderful to look after that night.
You’d gotten all the cuddles and boyish giggles, the beautiful little smiles and a few stinky diapers to go with it. You loved every moment with the little babe, and when Rhys and Feyre returned from their night off early in the morning, you offered to sit with him again whenever they needed it.
But despite how fulfilling and wonderful it had been, it had also hurt. You wondered if you’d ever be blessed with the opportunity to carry and birth your own child. Wondered if you’d ever even find someone to want you in that way.
Especially within Prythian.
It was another late night for you, though your reading sessions had taken you from the lounge to the library. And you no longer spent them alone.
Azriel sat on the couch opposite you, his nose deep in a book as you watched him. In the past week, you’d spent a lot of time together. It ranged from walks into the city to sitting and reading in the library until early hours of the morning.
You’d grown accustomed to his presence, his scent often able to calm any anxiety or qualms you felt. He had noticed, of course, he wasn’t a Spymaster for nothing. But Azriel did not mention the change in you whenever he was around.
He basked in it, in the way you appeared so much more comfortable with him. You weren’t afraid to speak up, to ask questions or acknowledge whatever was on your mind.
You were coming out of your shell and it warmed Azriel’s heart to know that he was somewhat of the cause for it.
“What does salacious mean?”
Azriel blinked repeatedly as your voice broke him from his thoughts. Salacious? His throat tightened. You’d often ask for definitions of things you were unsure on, sometimes even asking how to pronounce words you had never come across.
But salacious?
“Are you reading Nesta’s romance novels?” He quirked a brow.
Your lips involuntarily pouted at him, your own brows furrowing just slightly as you rested the open book back into your blanket-covered lap. “Yes. Why?”
Anxiety creeped its way into your stomach, rooting deep into your flesh from the inside out. Reminders of how this used to go flashed through your mind and suddenly, it felt like you were back in the village, back in the mortal lands and living with Rafe.
A tendril of darkness peaked at the corner of your vision and you focussed on it, watching it slowly dance across your knuckles and weave between your fingers in a calming manner.
Shadows. Azriel. Library. Velaris. Safe.
And just like that, the anxiety un-clawed its roots and crept away.
Azriel nodded ever so slightly to the book, knowing exactly what had just happened with you but acting as if he didn’t. “Salacious means…having inappropriate interest in sexual matters.”
There was no hiding the heat on your cheeks—the way it burned your soft skin. You tore your gaze from his as quickly as you could, unable to contain your slight shame and embarrassment.
But Azriel did not mind one bit.
Azriel had secrets. He supposed that being the Night Court’s Spymaster, it was to be expected. But these secrets were different from the others, something he kept locked tight in his mind for the past month.
And it wasn’t the secrets that had him moving closer and spending all of his time in the lower level of the House. No. That was very much you and your presence and whatever it was in your soul that called out to his.
He couldn’t stay away—though, it wasn’t like he even tried—for that pull was far too strong for even his willpower.
He had suspicions. Suspicions of a golden thread that started in his chest and ended in yours. He knew it was far fetched, knew he was only hurting himself by entertaining the complete insanity of the idea.
You were human. Mortal. And mortals didn’t have mates. He told himself so every day, and right after, like clockwork, he countered his own sound advice with the one thing that had been troubling him the most.
Because what mortal could plant and bloom a patch of tulips with nothing more than a thought and a touch. What mortal could speak so clearly to the earth and create life right before another’s eyes.
Despite the possible threat that could pose for his court and his family, Azriel had kept that tidbit of information to himself. Just for now. Just until he could make sense of it. Then, and only then, would he bring that information to light.
Because Azriel did not feel any ounce of danger or ill intent from you. He did not feel anything but warmth and intrigue and that godforsaken sensation when you grew excitable over something.
He couldn’t take that from you. Not when you were finally coming out of your shell, finally talking and laughing and going as far as joining him and Cassian for training twice a week.
“If sex makes you uncomfortable, there are other romance novels without that.”
Heat warmed your skin again. Shadows dared to intertwine with your fingers.
“No, it’s not that.” You played with his shadows, allowing them to caress your skin. “Sex doesn’t make me uncomfortable. I’ve just never had a good enough experience to understand much.”
He didn’t push, didn’t ask further questions. You wouldn’t be embarrassed for this, for something that was not your fault. You wouldn’t cower anymore, hide what you felt or thought. No longer would there be repercussions for speaking your mind.
So you spoke again.
“Rafe was the only person I’d ever…it’s just different to read it, to have it described as something enjoyable.”
Azriel’s knuckles turned white. Something enjoyable. He’d never experienced it to be anything but. His soul almost cleaved in two at the thought of what you’d endured.
Azriel dared to glance at you again. “Sex with the right person can be very enjoyable. It should be nothing but beautiful.”
He stiffened then, blood thumping in his ears. His shadows stilled, noticing the shift in your scent just as their master had. Sweet, all consuming arousal, and Azriel did not miss the way your thighs pressed together in impulse.
He swallowed thickly.
You broke his gaze, your own heart thumping sporadically as you stared at the pages on your lap. You couldn’t help your mind wandering to thoughts of him, of experiencing that with him. You knew it was wrong. So, so wrong.
“The thought of being intimate like that with someone new…” You couldn’t find the words to express the fear and anxiety that came with that thought.
Azriel listened intently, breathing deeply.
“I want to experience life the way it should be experienced. Not the way others have pushed it upon me.”
He leaned forward slightly, resting his book on his knee. “You control your life now, nobody else. If you want something, despite how wrong that desire may feel at first, take it.”
You wondered then if he could see into your mind as Rhysand could. If he could feel that shift in the air. If he could smell it on you. That want and desire. You would not apologise for it. Not anymore.
“But if it feels wrong, is that not my guts way of warning me?” You countered.
Azriel smiled, just barely. His knuckles still white. “It’s your guts way of protecting you. Because you’ve never experienced anything beyond what others bestowed upon you.”
Gods above.
An ache fluttered in your chest, just above your breast and you absentmindedly rubbed at it, disrupting the neckline of your shirt. Azriel’s eyes squinted at the exposed skin, at the mark that adored your flesh.
“Are you hurt?” His tone was primal, protective.
You paused your movements, following his gaze. “Oh, no.” You pulled your shirt a little lower. “Just a birthmark.”
He needed to compose himself, needed to stop allowing his mind to wander about other areas of your concealed skin. He felt like nothing more than a big brute.
Your soft, airy giggle woke him from his daze and he looked over to find tendrils of darkness caressing any inch of your skin that they could. Gods, if he didn’t have a leash on his emotions around you, how could he control his damned shadows.
“It’s like they have a mind of their own.”
They didn’t. But he couldn’t correct you. Not without exposing the fact that they only fed off their masters emotions and desires. Not without exposing the fact that Azriel wished he was the one touching your skin and not his shadows.
He swallowed again, throat dry.
“Nesta told me that they’re an extension of yourself. That they only act if you will it.” You didn’t know why you said it, why you thought you had the right to speak that truth.
But you would not apologise, even as Azriel remained silent for a few moments. Partly out of shock, partly in awe. But that was another thing he would not speak aloud.
“Sometimes they can act on behalf of my emotions. My desires and wants.”
You dared to meet his honey eyes. “And that’s what you want?” You were breathless, a feeling in your stomach that you’d never once experienced before. “You want to touch me?”
Neither of you knew where this confidence had come from, but Azriel did not question it and you did not apologise.
He shouldn’t say it, shouldn’t repeat the words that echoed in his mind and soul and body. But, Gods…he could not seem to regain any semblance of control when he stared into your eyes. He could not lie to you, could not hide what he felt.
“I want to do a lot of things.” The admittance was barely audible, nothing more than a breath he’d been holding but you heard it all the same. As though you’d demanded the words out of him.
You couldn’t look away, even if you tried. Your entire being was encapsulated by him. Your chest heaved, legs ached. The shadows slowly left your shoulders and neck, returning to their previous position at your fingers.
“But above all, I want you to be comfortable. Happy.”
Something compelled you to stand, the shadows seemingly guiding you to their master as your book toppled to the couch. He watched with a hungry gaze, one full of faltering self-control.
If you want something, despite how wrong that desire may feel at first, take it.
Take it.
Take it.
“I’m comfortable with you.”
The shadows moved like a breeze between you both, tugging you closer and closer. Nothing else mattered, not in that moment. Not when your soul felt like it was singing, like it was exactly where it longed to be.
Azriel stood slowly, towering above you once at his full height. You strained your neck to meet his gaze and he bent his to come closer. You could feel his breath dance with yours, could feel his hard chest press upon your soft one.
No part of you felt nervous, no part of you felt unworthy.
But Azriel…he didn’t know what to do. For weeks he’d been dreaming of this moment, dreaming of the taste of your lips, the touch of your skin. He slowly raised a scarred hand to caress your warm cheek, and you didn’t cower or shy away from his touch.
A test, perhaps. To see if you really could handle the intimacy of another male so soon after what you’d endured. You didn’t falter, didn’t break his gaze. He wanted you, more than he ever wanted anything else before.
“What you went through…”
“I don’t want to talk about what I went through,” you cut him off. “That was then, this is now. I don’t want to live in the past.”
Take it.
Take it.
Your lips…so close to touching his.
The shadows swirled in delight, excitement.
Azriel knew this wouldn’t be just a kiss. This wouldn’t be meaningless. He felt it, in every part of him, he felt the way your entire being sang to his. He wanted to lay his soul bare before you.
He itched to brush your hair behind your ear, to hold you and taste you. But Rhysand’s voice echoed through his mind, beckoning him for his assistance. He closed his eyes, huffed out a breath.
“Rhys is calling for me.”
Azriel stepped away, removed his palm from your skin. You swallowed, stepping back and letting your eyes fixate on the rug beneath your feet. He cleared his throat, struggling to reign in those shadows of his.
“I’ll come to you tonight…we can talk then.”
But had Azriel waited just a few moments longer, had he given into the urge to brush your hair from your face, he would’ve noticed the slight point that had formed at the top of your ears.
Azriel didn’t meet you in your chambers that night. And you didn’t see him the next morning. Or the day after that.
Cassian had mentioned that Rhys sent him on a mission. That he would be back in a few days.
But something was wrong, you could feel it in every inch of your body. An ache that only got worse with every passing moment. You tried to ignore it, tried to relax in a hot bath with soothing lavender oils. Nothing relieved the pain. Nothing soothed the ache.
And when you left your bathroom and found your once round ears now pointed, and a trail of tulips following in your wake, your legs carried you toward the kitchen before you had a moment to consider it. Cassian and Nesta sat at the table, giggling over their breakfast when you stumbled toward them.
“What’s happening?” Your panicked tone caught their attention, eyes wide as they stood and took in what lay before them.
From the stone ground, moss and grass and flowers bloomed as though you stood in the middle of a field. Daisies and buttercups sprouted in your hair, roots of trees tangling around your limbs.
Everything was so loud yet muffled. Like every word was screamed in your ear but somehow underwater as Cassian called out frantically to Rhysand. Neither of them went near you, even when Rhys flew through the open balcony doors, Feyre in tow.
They looked at you with nothing less than concern and fear.
“What in the Gods is happening to me?!” You demanded.
Rhysand held Feyre back as she attempted to near you, his gaze locked on you as he assessed the situation. But it wasn’t the flowers or grass or roots that he watched. It was you, and the way your crescent-moon birthmark glowed something violet.
Rhys had known, had suspected something lay dormant within you. From that moment he entered your mind, when he gazed upon that luscious field that seemed to call to you with promises of something new.
He’d never witnessed such before. Not in the most powerful of Fae had he ever stumbled across that.
With a very careful step forward, his gaze demanded yours. Feyre had told him of your mother, of her death and your marriage to Rafe. And his voice was soft when he finally asked the question that had been on his mind ever since.
“What happened the night your mother died?”
The world went still, cold. Feyre whirled to him in protest.
“Rhys—“
“—it was a house fire.”
All eyes turned to you, to the patches of bloom that haltered their growth.
Rhysand took another step closer. “Where were you?”
“I—“
A heat unlike any other licked at your skin, waking you from your peaceful slumber. A heat so unwelcomed that you bolted upright in a sheen of your own sweat.
You could hear the wood of your cottage crackling under a burning flame, and smoke quickly infiltrated your room. You coughed, attempting to swat it away as you squinted in the darkness.
“Mama!?” You called out, panic stricken in your voice and body.
Fear began to cripple you, began to take away any sense of self preservation. You couldn’t leave your bed. Your door now engulfed in flames, you screamed.
“Help! Someone, please help!”
No one was coming. This was the end. You couldn’t move, couldn’t get to your beloved mother. A shrill cry, unlike anything you’d ever heard before, split your heart in two.
A scream of pure agony and fear tore through your throat, your eyes clenched shut as you gave your body over to the fire.
Only the next breath you breathed was clean and cold. And your sheets were no longer beneath you, no. Now you laid on the rich soil outside of your home, your fingers rooting themselves into the dirt.
You screamed and sobbed, unable to do anything but watch as the fire claimed your home and your mother.
You were sobbing, collapsed to the ground as you struggled to breathe at the memory.
Rhysand dared another step closer, kneeling before you now and his eyes held such sorrow, such remorse.
“Y/N…” he spoke softly. “Was your mother ever accused of being a witch?”
Nesta seethed, threatening. “Rhysand, that’s—“
“How do you know that?” Everything felt very, very still. No one should have known that. No one of these lands should have known that.
Rhys didn’t answer your question. And despite the sound of large wings breezing through the sky, you did not look away from the High Lord. Not even as Azriel rushed into the House and his heart sunk at what he bore.
“The day I entered your mind and took some of your pain away, I felt something. Something within you that I have never, in my 500 years of life, felt before.”
Azriel took a step closer. He should have said something when he first noticed the flowers. Because now, whatever power you had…it was consuming you.
“I’d like to try something,” Rhysand proposed.
You struggled to keep your breathing even. “What is it?”
Another step closer, a warm hand on yours.
“I’d like to enter your mind as far back as it will allow me. Just to see if I can find something.”
Violet eyes watched yours. “Find what?”
He squeezed your hand in reassurance. “Something to make sense of this.”
A moment of pause, to take in your surroundings. The flowers and soil had sprouted to cover the entire expanse of the lounge floor, your friends and cousins standing just beyond the brush of it.
Eyes flickered to something hazel. Azriel. He stood in the soil, flora coating his ankles and he struggled to keep a tight leash on the shadows that fought to reach you.
You looked back at Rhysand.
“Will it hurt?”
He shook his head. “No, not if you don’t resist.”
That suddenly sounded an awful lot like your past. Memories of Rafe pinning you to the bed—scolding, reprimanding, promising no pain if you didn’t resist.
This wasn’t like that, you had to remind yourself. You were safe. They only wanted to help. To understand.
Azriel stepped closer, ignoring the silent warning that Rhysand whispered into his mind. A scarred hand out held, you took it. And Rhysand took that moment of distraction to enter your mind.
The first memory he saw was one from just days before. You and Azriel reading in the library, the shadows that swirled your fingers and arms, the near-kiss that escalated into nothing.
He dug deeper. The next, of you and Azriel again, exploring the city where you left a trail of green and brown tulips in your wake on the embankment of the river.
Deeper and deeper, until the memories showed you living in the mortal lands. A blow to the face, to your stomach and your head. Rafe seething above you as he shouted and belittled you.
Deeper, to a memory of your husband pinning you to the mattress, of his body crushing yours as he stole everything you never offered.
Every memory Rhysand met, you re-lived them.
A little deeper and he was watching you at the Archeron household, helping Elain plant seeds, watching Feyre paint, reading with Nesta.
Deeper and deeper he went, passing the memories of the fire, of your mother, until he found exactly what he was looking for.
“She is my child too, Selenthia. You cannot keep her from me.” A voice you did not recognise. A memory you did not recall.
“For her protection, I will do what I must.” Selenthia seethed, coddling you closer to her chest. “No one can know what she is, or she’ll be hunted for the rest of her life.”
The unknown male huffed. He was beautiful. Tall and lean, strong and commanding. But there was something about him. Something not quite right.
“So you plan to lock her away for the rest of her life?”
Selenthia bared her teeth. “I would never lock my child away. She will live her life as a mortal. I won’t subject her to a life like mine or yours.”
A moment of silence. “You cannot hide her from what she is.” He spoke softer now, edging close to peer at you, his daughter.
“What do you plan to do when she first bleeds? When her ears point and her power grows—“
“That won’t happen.” There was no room for discussion in Selenthia’s voice. She placed a finger over your heart, a familiar violet glow permitting from her skin to yours.
“What are you doing?” That male’s voice, cold once more.
“I’m burying her power. So long as this wyrd remains on her skin, she’ll be safe.”
Selenthia pulled away, just enough to take a look at the mark that marred your skin. A mark two shades darker than the rest of your flesh, the shape of a crescent moon and no larger than a fingernail.
“There. Nothing more than a birthmark.”
Rhysand retreaded from your mind, panting and shaking. Tears streamed down his flushed face, your own skin staining with silver, too.
“What is it?” Nesta demanded, daring a step closer.
But those tulips and daisies and buttercups…the soil and grass and roots, they all began to sink into the ground until nothing but the florals in your hair remained.
“My mother…she…she was a witch. A healing earth witch. And my father—he…”
“Your father was Fae.” Azriel breathed, his eyes focused on the point of your ears that peeked through your hair and flowers.
“He was of the Night Court. A High Fae male.” Rhysand added gravely.
Azriel’s hold on the shadows loosened and he allowed them to caress you, comfort you. Your hand never left his.
You pulled away from Rhysand, clutching at your chest—at that crescent moon you always thought was a birthmark. Your mothers protection all along.
“When you crossed the wall into the Fae lands, your power tried to break through. It was your mothers mark that had been keeping it buried with you all these years.”
You dared a look at your cousins. But they looked at you with nothing but sorrow and anguish. No fear. They did not fear you, they did not pity you. In their eyes all you could see was longing. A longing for you to no longer live in such agony and hardships.
“Our mothers were sisters. Does that mean—“
“I don’t think so,” Rhysand cut you off. “If they held the magic you do, I believe their power would have shown by now. They were Made. So it’s possible the Cauldron could’ve interfered with it if that were the case.”
It was too much. All of it. Reliving those memories again, seeing your father… You couldn’t do this. Couldn’t have magic and powers. You could not be half Fae, half witch.
It would be easy to give up. It would be so easy to ignore it until it killed you. So easy to just let go of everything. But a pounding in your soul begged you not to. Begged you to fight with everything you had. Begged you to live.
“Burn the mark.”
All attention snapped to you, flickering from your face to the mark on your chest that finally stopped glowing.
“Are you insane?” Nesta seethed.
You looked at her. “I don’t think I’d be far off to guess that if I don’t burn this mark, this…power will consume me entirely. I don’t want to die. I don’t want to be so lost because I have no idea who I am. This is who I am, whether I like it or not. I won’t run anymore.”
Feyre stepped closer, crouching to your level and taking your spare hand in hers. Azriel still held tight to the other. “If you wish to burn it, it will unleash whatever power you have at full force. You don’t have any training, any control over it.”
You felt sick to your stomach. “I don’t want to die, Fey.”
And that was enough to enrage Feyre in a way she’d never once felt before. “You are not going to die. Do you understand me?”
Azriel squeezed your hand, begging for you to look at him. You couldn’t. You couldn’t stomach the thought of him looking at you any different than he had three days ago.
“Rhys, fetch Madja. We will burn the mark in a controlled environment. Where any fallout can be contained.”
You shook your head, not willing to risk a single soul because of your selfish decision to live.
“No,” you said. “Drop me to the mountains and I’ll burn it myself.”
Nesta scoffed. “Oh, you are insane.”
You seethed at her. The first ounce of anger you’d truly shown. The first time you’d ever directed it at anyone but yourself.
“This isn’t your decision. I will not risk anyone. Azriel can take me to the mountains and you can all keep your distance. At least until it’s safe.”
Until it’s safe. As if you knew for certain you’d survive it. You truly weren’t sure you would. There was nothing more to discuss, your tone made that clear enough.
“Fly me, winnow me…whatever. Just do it now before I change my mind.”
Within a blink, your body was shivering and you were no longer in the House of Wind. Shadows encased your entire body, darkness swarming every inch of you. You said nothing as Azriel held you, nothing at all as he flew you across Velaris and toward the highest mountain just outside of the city.
Only when he landed, when he refused to remove his hold from you, did the darkness dissipate and hazel eyes gazed into yours.
“I’m staying with you.”
“No, you’re not. I won’t risk your life, Azriel.”
He set you to your feet, holding your hands now to keep you close. A plea of desperation swam in his eyes, his entire body yearning to take you and find another way to fix this.
“There is no other option. If I don’t burn this mark, I don’t know what my power might do. It might kill me, it might destroy this city. I cannot risk anyone’s life for mine.”
Azriel parted his lips to speak but you shook your head, squeezing his hands.
“If I don’t survive this—“
“Don’t.”
“Please, listen to me.” Silver lined your eyes, blurring your vision. “If I don’t survive this, I want you to know how special your friendship has been to me. How much I care for you, for your family.” A sob tore through your throat. “And I am so incredibly sorry for burdening you all in this way.”
You reached on the tips of your toes and pressed your lips to his. Warmth and love and the most raw emotion could be felt between you both. An apology for not having longer, a prayer that there would still be time.
A fuse lit within the pit of your stomach, in the pit of Azriel’s. Tears stained your lips, stained his. In that moment, you were one. Whole, as though you always should have been.
You pulled away first, forcing your hands from his hold. You took several steps back, blinking through the distorted vision and swiping away and evidence of the fear that crippled you.
A puff of violet darkness misted beside Azriel as Rhysand winnowed to the mountains. Pain flicked through his eyes, regret and the same sorrow you saw in your cousins.
You did not meet his gaze.
“Summon a fire.”
He did as you asked. And handed you a blade.
You did not grant them another look, did not give into the pleading in your mind to watch them leave. Or else you would’ve seen Rhysand drag Azriel off that mountain. You would’ve seen the anguish on the Shadowsingers face.
Alone. As you had been your whole life. Though the weeks spent in Velaris had given you a taste of what could’ve been. You’d treasure those memories in the Hereafter. Those and the precious ones of your late mother.
For they were all you had left.
You did not allow another tear to fall. Not as you hovered the blade over the flame, not as you tugged your shirt down and took a deep breath.
For if all you were ever meant to be was a ghost in the wind, you were content to know you’d reunite with your mother soon. Where you would no longer feel such pain.
You didn’t want to die. But if this was all the time you were fated to have, then so be it. Better you than someone else.
“Keep them safe.” A whisper to the winds, if they deigned to listen.
With a final breath, you pressed the scorching blade against the mark on your skin and the entirety of your captive power unleashed upon the mountain as your body allowed it to consume you. Until you saw and heard and felt nothing at all.
From below, the city shook, a thundering boom and a gust of aftershock and pelting mountain debris that blew the Inner Circle back.
Then there was silence.
And Azriel’s soul bellowed.
sweater weather: drabble
bsf!remus x f!reader / fluffff / light teasing / oblivious!reader
summary: Remus Lupin is usually calm, composed—until he sees you wearing his sweater. Suddenly, his world tilts, his thoughts scramble, and his heart betrays him. Sirius and James pick up on it immediately, but you? Completely oblivious. And when you try to give it back? Not a chance.
wc: 700
Remus prided himself on being level-headed. He wasn’t the type to make a scene, wasn’t the type to get flustered easily. But when you strolled into the Great Hall that morning, wrapped up in his sweater like it had always belonged to you—well.
It hit him like a full-body hex.
His breath caught, fingers tightening around his fork. His brain, usually sharp and composed, went utterly blank. Because there you were—wearing his sweater. The one he’d worn through winter after winter, the one that had been stretched to fit his long limbs and softened over time into something impossibly comfortable. And now, it was on you—swallowing your frame, hanging off your shoulders like it had found its rightful home.
The sleeves engulfed your hands, only your fingertips peeking out as you rubbed at your tired eyes. The neckline was just loose enough to slip slightly off one shoulder, exposing warm skin beneath, and Remus swore he felt his heartbeat stutter.
You slid into the seat beside him with a sleepy yawn, reaching for the pumpkin juice like it was just another morning, like you weren’t unknowingly rewiring his entire brain.
Remus swallowed hard. Looked down at his plate. Breathed. Be normal, for Merlin’s sake.
A slow grin spread across Sirius’ face from across the table. “Well, well, well,” he mused, eyes flicking between the two of you. “What do we have here?”
Remus shot him a warning glance. Don’t.
Sirius, naturally, ignored it. “Didn’t peg you for the sharing type, Moony,” he drawled. “But look at you. Giving away your favorite sweater.”
James hummed, catching on immediately. “It’s a good look on her,” he added, smirking. “Wouldn’t have guessed you were the possessive type, but I suppose we all learn something new every day.”
You blinked between them, confused. “What?”
Sirius smirked. “Oh, nothing.”
Remus clenched his jaw, willing himself not to react, but he could already feel the heat creeping up the back of his neck. His grip on his fork tightened. He was not going to entertain them.
Completely oblivious to his internal crisis, you tugged at the sleeves, frowning slightly. “Oh—right, sorry, Rem,” you said, already reaching to pull it off. “I didn’t even ask, I just kind of found it and—”
The second your fingers started pulling at the hem, panic shot through him like a lightning strike.
“No.”
It came out too fast. Too sharp. Almost desperate.
You froze. So did the other boys.
His heart was pounding. He forced himself to breathe, to not let it show, but his face betrayed him—the slight wideness in his eyes, the way his shoulders tensed like he’d just been hexed. He cleared his throat, trying to salvage what was left of his dignity.
“I mean—” He exhaled, rubbing the back of his neck, voice softer now, deliberate. “It’s fine. You can keep it.”
You blinked, still clearly confused. “Are you sure? I don’t mind—”
Remus shook his head immediately. Too quick. Again.
“It’s yours now.”
That was it. That was all Sirius needed. He let out a long, low whistle, nudging James. “Oh, he’s gone.”
James grinned. “Absolutely wrecked.”
Remus sighed, dragging a hand down his face. “Shut up.”
Sirius just smirked. “I mean, who knew? All this time, we thought Moony here was the responsible one. Turns out he’s just as much of a sucker as the rest of us.”
Remus refused to engage. Refused to give them the satisfaction. Instead, he glanced back at you, still swimming in his sweater, still looking at him with mild confusion and zero understanding of what had just happened.
He could not believe how utterly, completely oblivious you were.
But he just shook his head, reaching under the table to give your hand a quick squeeze. “It looks better on you anyway,” he murmured.
Sirius groaned dramatically. “Unbelievable. I think I might be sick.”
James laughed. “I give it a week before they’re sharing scarves, too.”
Remus ignored them. The teasing was inevitable. What mattered was that you were still wearing his sweater, still curled up beside him like you belonged there.
And, Merlin help him, he did not want it back.
Now that someone mentioned Connor as a possible love interest I think he will be a good choice. He obviously feels a similar kind of anger at his own father(s) so they could connect thanks to it. And his super hearing and other abilities will make it possible for him to always know when something is wrong with reader. I see reader being in shock that someone wants to be there for them and dismissing any yandere tendencies, toxic traits in favour of keeping Connors attention. Not like they could loose it no matter what they do, Connor is to obsessed and I could see him being dependent on his darling.
a/n: since i am more familiar with the animated series (young justice) for conner kent and i feel your ask is describing his version so i'm basing it off of him! but yes you are so fr in this. i will never not go too far when it comes to rambling, i love long asks hehe.
it was temporarily stated in chapter one that you had your momentary bouts of anger and that in itself already paved its way into conner's heart because of course most would be put off with the rage that he kindles within. you two would really be some sort of match made in heaven— it's like you deeply understand the intensity of his emotion, and you both share that bond nobody could deter; it being anger towards your parent/s and the inability to be accepted or nor noticed/your feelings being invalidated most of the time.
but because of the level of power between you, you being human and him literally being a carbon copy of superman, conner would be incredibly overprotective and possessive of you. and i'm not just implying that he would give anyone within a fifty mile radius a death glare, no, you would literally be glued to his figure all the time.
that means a hand on either your shoulders, your waist, or hips. if you were the shy type, then expect him always holding your hands or wrist. but if you don't mind the weird display of pda, then you'll be lucky enough to have the rights to smother your face in his chest whenever and wherever— sometimes that would even be his go signal to tell anybody off whenever you feel the slightest bit of discomfort.
but other than the advantages of being with him (protective guard dog 24/7), you would pretty much lose every sense of independence nor privacy. which isn't losing much since you already have your mad family on your tail constantly tracking you down and probably a huge bounty on your head— but at least you have your boyfriend with you, right?
with the lack of attention you were given to as a child, one given willingly without the need to ask for is basically a heaven for you. and with his powers? babe, you don't even need to ask for him to take you away to somewhere safer because he could already hear your heartbeats thumping louder and louder.
speaking of superhearing; a way to calm your boyfriend down quickly and efficiently would be laying his head on your chest. you'd probably discover the method later on your relationship, but as much as conner loves to hear your heartbeats from any distance, he loves it all the more when the only barrier that keeps him away from your beating heart would be your skin and your ribcage.
since conner was raised with the lack of physical contact and he's the type to push people away, your physical affection towards him is something he doesn't even know he craves, not until he tastes it for himself.
you wouldn't even feel the need to tell creeps off anymore! because conner is out there intimidating every person who dares to show the slightest bit of romantic intentions towards you.
so really, is it so bad if he wants you all for himself?
you both eventually gain a codependent relationship with each other— but it's not like any of you would leave each other wanting for more, because you both are more than enough for each other.
and conner thinks it's better off if it would only be the two of you in this world.
screw your family.
Can I request frontman x reader(Any gender) Where the frontman meets the reader OUTSIDE of his games, and then realizes he likes them?
(Sorry if I expressed myself a little unclearly)
soju | hwang in-ho x fem! reader
*.✧ synopsis: after rescuing a stranger late at night. hwang in-ho finds himself sharing soju with the girl he just saved. under the glow of the convenience store, an unexpected bond forms, offering a fleeting escape from his solitude. *.✧ word count: 3.7k *.✧ warnings: happens outside squidgame, attempted crime directed at reader, drinking, mentions of death. don't go drinking with people you don't know alone btw, this is just fiction. *.✧ note: hello to the requestor! hopefully this tickled your fancy :P thought about it earlier so I decided why not? I wrote this in 5 hours, hopefully it suffices. shorter than my past works! also a different writing approach. masterlist | request here
༉‧₊˚. As the overseer of the Squid Games, Hwang In-ho has an insane amount of workload like no other. Setting up the venue, recruiting trusted employees, and scouring for rich sponsors are just a few of the countless tasks he manages every year. ༉‧₊˚. He’s a busy man, constantly on his feet, ensuring everything runs seamlessly. But when his boss, Oh Il-nam, forced him to take a week off, he was left with an unfamiliar emptiness in his schedule, unsure how to fill his time. ༉‧₊˚. Currently, he’s sitting outside a small convenience store, a bottle of soju in hand. It’s nearly midnight—11:58 PM, to be exact—and the streets are eerily quiet. ༉‧₊˚. The air is cool, the weather perfect, and for a moment, it feels peaceful. With no one around, it’s just him and his thoughts. It’s a strangely calming experience, though the loneliness creeps in at the edges. ༉‧₊˚. As the Frontman, he has no companions he can freely invite to moments like this. No friends, no family, and no one to share his burdens. ༉‧₊˚. It’s not a bad thing, he tells himself. After all, solitude means safety. Yet, there’s a part of him that yearns for someone to confide in—someone who wouldn’t judge him for the ruthlessness his position demands.
As In-ho took another shot, the warm burn of soju did little to chase away the emptiness in his chest. The faint hum of neon signs and the soft rustle of leaves were the only sounds accompanying him, a quiet solitude he had come to both expect and resent.
Then a scream shattered the night, sharp and jarring. It pierced through the calm like a knife, slicing his thoughts in two.
He froze, the glass of soju hovering mid-air. For a brief moment, he did nothing, his body stiff with instinctual awareness. But before he could overthink it, his years as a police officer took over. He stood abruptly, scanning the dark street for the source of the commotion.
Down the road, just beyond the glow of the convenience store, two drunk men loomed over a figure, their rough voices slurred with mockery. The figure struggled in vain, her cries muffled by one man’s grip.
In-ho didn’t think. He didn’t hesitate. His strides were purposeful, his steps heavy with intent. “Hey!” he barked, his voice sharp and commanding. “Let her go!”
The drunk men froze, startled by his sudden approach. One of them turned, squinting at him in drunken confusion, before muttering something incoherent. But whatever courage they might have had faltered under the weight of In-ho’s glare, his presence exuding a quiet but dangerous authority. Without another word, they staggered off, stumbling into the shadows.
The figure crumpled to the ground as soon as she was released, her body trembling with shock. In-ho approached cautiously, his gaze softening. “Hey,” he said gently, kneeling down beside her. “Are you hurt?”
There was no response. Her breathing was ragged, her shoulders shaking with silent sobs. In-ho hesitated, unsure if his presence was more comforting or alarming. Slowly, he shrugged off his coat, its fabric worn but warm, and draped it over her trembling frame.
“Here,” he murmured, his voice low and steady. “This’ll keep you warm.”
The weight of the coat seemed to ground her, and she finally looked up at him, her tear-streaked face illuminated by the faint glow of the convenience store’s sign. Her eyes were wide and glossy, a mixture of fear and gratitude.
With a steady hand, In-ho helped her to her feet. She was light, almost fragile, as if a strong wind could knock her over. “Come on,” he said, guiding her gently back to where he had been sitting.
Once there, he gestured for her to sit, his movements deliberate and unhurried. For a while, neither of them spoke. The quiet stretched between them, but it wasn’t uncomfortable. It was a moment of reprieve, a chance for her to catch her breath.
“Thank you…” she finally said, her voice soft and trembling.
In-ho turned to her, his expression unreadable. “It’s no problem,” he replied, his tone calm but distant. “Just doing my job as a policeman.”
The words felt foreign on his tongue, a ghost of a past he didn’t like to dwell on. But he pushed those thoughts aside. “What are you doing out here at this time anyway?” he asked, his voice softer now.
She hesitated, pulling the coat tighter around her shoulders. “I just came out to grab something from the store,” she said quietly, glancing at the convenience store behind them. “Didn’t expect to run into… that.”
In-ho nodded slowly, studying her. She avoided his gaze, her fingers nervously fidgeting with the edge of his coat. “What were you buying?” he asked, his tone casual, trying to put her at ease.
She blinked, then let out a small, embarrassed chuckle. “Just snacks. Ramyeon, chips… comfort food, I guess.”
A faint smile tugged at his lips. “Comfort food at midnight? Sounds serious.”
“It’s nothing dramatic,” she replied, shaking her head. “Just one of those nights where you need something to make it feel a little less heavy, you know?”
In-ho’s smile faded, replaced by something more contemplative. He nodded again, his gaze dropping to the half-empty bottle of soju beside him. “I get it,” he said quietly.
The silence returned, but this time it was lighter, less oppressive. After a moment, In-ho reached for the spare cup he had brought earlier, rinsing it with a splash of soju. “You drink?” he asked, breaking the quiet.
She glanced at him, surprised by the question. “Uh… sometimes.”
He tilted his head toward the bottle, the faintest trace of a smile on his lips. “Well, since you’ve already had a rough night, might as well join me. One drink won’t hurt.”
She hesitated, her gaze flickering between him and the bottle. Then, with a small nod, she said, “Sure. Why not?”
In-ho poured her a drink, the clear liquid catching the dim light as it filled the cup. He handed it to her, their fingers brushing briefly as she accepted it.
“Thanks,” she said, her voice a little steadier now.
He raised his own cup in a quiet toast, their eyes meeting for a brief moment before they drank. The burn of the soju was familiar, grounding.
For the first time that night, the gnawing loneliness in In-ho’s chest seemed to ease, replaced by the quiet comfort of shared company. There was no need for words—just the soft clink of glasses and the understanding that, sometimes, even the smallest connection could make the night feel a little less heavy.
༉‧₊˚. After three cups, In-ho quickly noticed that she wasn’t handling the alcohol too well. The slight slur in her words and the way she began to lean more heavily on the table after each sip made it clear. ༉‧₊˚. He felt so stupid inviting a girl with low alcohol tolerance to drink, but there was no backing out now. ༉‧₊˚. At first, he was concerned. The last thing he wanted was for her to feel worse because of the soju. But as the conversation continued, he began to notice something else. ༉‧₊˚. The alcohol seemed to help her relax, peeling back the careful guard she had when they first sat down. Her genuine personality emerged, warm and unfiltered, and for the first time that night, she seemed completely at ease.
“Y’know,” she said, words stretching slightly as she rested her chin in her hand, “you’re not as scary as you look.”
In-ho raised an eyebrow, amused. “Scary? Is that how you saw me?”
“Mmhm,” she hummed, nodding a little too enthusiastically. “When you came running over earlier, I thought you were gonna punch them in the face… which, by the way, would’ve been really cool.”
He laughed, shaking his head. “I’ll take that as a compliment, I guess.”
“Good, ‘cause it was meant to be one,” she replied, pointing at him with a slightly wobbly finger. “You’re like one of those grumpy cats. All intimidating on the outside but probably super soft if you get to know them.”
“That’s quite the comparison,” he said, smirking, unsure whether to be insulted or impressed.
She shrugged, leaning back in her chair, her eyes still bright. “I’m just saying what I see.”
In-ho found himself amused despite himself, the playful jab catching him off guard. “So, what else do you see?” he asked, curiosity creeping in, but keeping his tone casual.
She raised an eyebrow, considering the question for a moment, then grinned. “I think you’re the type of person who pretends not to care but secretly does. And that makes you kind of a softie.”
“Wow, that’s deep,” he said with a chuckle. “Did you come up with that all on your own?”
She nodded, looking proud. “Yep. I’m a great judge of character.”
He shook his head, clearly entertained by her. “Well, I guess I’ll take your word for it.”
She tilted her head, studying him for a moment, her smile softening. “You’re not as serious as you seem,” she said thoughtfully.
In-ho met her gaze, surprised by the shift. “Is that a compliment too?”
“Maybe,” she replied with a shrug. “But it’s true. You’ve got this whole... tough guy thing going on, but I can tell you’re not really like that.”
He let out a small laugh, leaning back in his chair. “You sure know how to read people, huh?”
She smiled, a bit smug now. “I told you, I’m good at this.”
༉‧₊˚. In-ho wasn’t the type to open up to strangers easily, but there was something about this encounter that felt different. ༉‧₊˚. Maybe it was the ease with which she joked, her humor a refreshing change from the weight of his usual silence. Her teasing nature and quick wit chipped away at the walls he usually kept firmly in place. ༉‧₊˚. She wasn’t scared of his tough exterior, and in some strange way, that made him feel… lighter. Her playful comments about him being too serious made him laugh—something he hadn’t done in a long time. ༉‧₊˚. One bottle of soju turned into two, then three, with neither of them really keeping track. The night, which had started off quiet and somber, slowly transformed. The stillness gave way to a lively energy, filled with soft laughter, comfortable silences, and warm conversation. ༉‧₊˚. As the alcohol worked its magic, the distance between them seemed to vanish. It wasn’t just the soju—there was something about her presence that made In-ho forget about the heaviness that often weighed on his mind. ༉‧₊˚. Her words were easy, her tone warm, and she spoke with such ease that it made him feel as though he could let go of all the unspoken burdens. She didn’t push him for anything, didn’t try to draw out his thoughts. She just was, and somehow that made the night feel less lonely.
“I mean, think about it,” she said, her giggles spilling out as she waved her chopsticks for emphasis. “If you weren’t a cop, you could totally be one of those broody action movie guys. You know the type—sharp jawline, mysterious aura…” She trailed off for a second, tilting her head as though she were analyzing him. “Like Lee Byung-hun!"
"You’d totally be the antihero. Do you practice glaring in the mirror, or is it just… natural?” She added, slurring a bit.
In-ho blinked, caught off guard by the question. His first instinct was to brush it off, but something about her teasing made it hard to not play along. “I do not practice glaring,” he said, his voice laced with mock indignation, though the corner of his lips twitched upward.
She leaned forward, narrowing her eyes like she was examining a specimen under a microscope. “Hmm…” she murmured, clearly unconvinced. “I don’t know… feels a little too perfect to be unpracticed. You sure you’re not rehearsing in front of the mirror at night?”
He rolled his eyes, but a laugh escaped him despite himself. “You’re impossible, you know that?” he said, shaking his head in disbelief.
She grinned, unbothered by his apparent defeat. “And yet, here you are, sharing soju with me,” she teased, tapping the rim of her cup with a smug expression as if she had just caught him in a trap. “Must be my charm.”
In-ho snorted at the playful arrogance in her voice. He looked at her—her easy smile, the glint in her eyes—and realized that, despite his usual guarded nature, he didn’t mind this. In fact, he kind of enjoyed it. “Well, I guess I couldn’t resist your charm,” he replied, the faintest smirk tugging at his lips.
“Oh, come on,” she said, feigning offense, “You’re telling me the brooding cop is actually soft under all that tough exterior? That’s a plot twist I wasn’t expecting.”
He raised an eyebrow, leaning back slightly. “What, you think I’m just some soft guy who lets anyone in?” he asked, the hint of a challenge in his voice.
Her grin widened, a mischievous spark dancing in her eyes. “Maybe,” she said, taking a dramatic pause, “but I think I’ve cracked the code.”
In-ho stared at her for a moment, half-amused, half-caught off guard. There was something about the way she didn’t hold back, how effortlessly she made him feel at ease, that got to him more than he’d like to admit.
“You think you’ve cracked it, huh?” he asked, leaning a little closer, his voice lowered slightly as if testing the waters.
“Maybe,” she said, still grinning, “But you’re not getting off that easy. I’ll need more time to figure you out.”
In-ho chuckled, a genuine sound, free of the usual tension he carried. He looked at her and, for once, didn’t feel the weight of being the brooding guy with a past to hide. She was right about one thing—she was definitely making him feel lighter.
“I think I could get used to this,” he said, raising his cup to hers in a silent toast.
She clinked it with a quick grin. “You better,” she said with a wink. “You’re stuck with me now.”
༉‧₊˚. By the time they finished their third bottle, her cheeks were flushed, and she was laughing at every little thing. Her laughter was infectious, bubbling up at the smallest of jokes or even just the awkward silence between them. ༉‧₊˚. In-ho, who wasn’t much of a drinker himself, found himself laughing along, not so much at the jokes, but at her genuine enjoyment. ༉‧₊˚. He had never been one to let loose, to be this open with anyone, but her easygoing nature was different. It was so refreshing that it caught him off guard in the best way. ༉‧₊˚. He wasn’t used to this—being around someone so unguarded, someone who could just be, without constantly second-guessing every word or action. And it made him realize how long it had been since he’d truly let go of his own reservations. ༉‧₊˚. At one point, as they were talking about something completely random, she started humming a little tune to herself. ༉‧₊˚. The notes were soft, almost silly as if the melody had just popped into her head. It wasn’t a song, just a tune she made up on the spot, and before he knew it, she started singing it aloud, her voice a little off-key but full of life.
“Do you hear that?” she said, raising an eyebrow with a playful smirk. “It’s a hit in the making. You should totally record it.”
In-ho’s lips twitched, resisting the urge to chuckle, but he let it slip out anyway. Her randomness was infectious. He wasn’t sure what was happening, but something about this moment made everything feel lighter, almost like he was seeing the world from a different angle.
He watched her for a moment, her laughter still echoing in the quiet night, and a small, genuine smile tugged at his lips.
It was rare for him to feel this easy, this unburdened. Normally, there was always something pulling at him—the weight of his responsibilities, the shadows of his past. But with her, everything seemed to fade away.
Her laughter, her carefree spirit, her utter lack of restraint—it was a stark contrast to everything he was used to, and yet, for once, it felt right. It was exactly what he needed.
“So, are we starting a band now?” he teased, leaning back in his chair, his voice light and relaxed.
She looked at him with a wink, clearly pleased with his response. “Well, you’re the tough guy with the brooding stare, so you’re definitely the lead singer,” she replied, pointing at him with a grin.
In-ho shook his head, chuckling to himself. “I’m not sure I’m cut out for singing,” he said, his voice still warm with the aftereffects of their shared drink.
She tilted her head, staring at him for a moment before speaking with a playful glint in her eye. “Oh, no. You’re definitely the lead singer. The whole ‘I don’t care, I’m too cool’ thing. It’s perfect.”
He couldn’t help but chuckle. “I’m not broody,” he protested, though the amusement in his voice betrayed him.
“You’re definitely broody,” she teased, winking at him.
In-ho gave her a smile, but when his eyes shifted to his watch, he saw it was already past 3 a.m. His face softened slightly, and he frowned as he set his cup down.
“It’s getting late,” he said, his voice quieter now as he stood up, the weight of the hour sinking in.
She groaned, leaning back in their chair dramatically, clearly not ready for the night to end. “Already? You’re no fun, Officer,” she complained, the playfulness still in her voice.
In-ho shook his head, half-amused, half-concerned. “And you’re someone who needs to get some sleep,” he replied firmly, holding out his hand. “Come on. I’ll walk you home.”
She pouted at the suggestion but took his hand anyway, stumbling slightly as they stood up. “Fine, but only because you’re being all responsible and stuff,” she said with a mock pout, though her lips were curled in a smile.
In-ho chuckled, steadying them as she swayed a little. The chemistry between them was undeniable, and for the first time in a long while, he found himself enjoying the moment—taking the time to care, to share something lighthearted, even if it was just for a brief while.
༉‧₊˚. On the walk to their apartment, their playful teasing didn’t stop. She nudged him with her shoulder every chance she got, laughing at her own exaggerated guesses about his “dark and mysterious backstory.” ༉‧₊˚. In-ho found himself relaxing more than he thought possible, their carefree energy infectious, filling the air between them with an ease he hadn’t felt in ages. ༉‧₊˚. For once, he wasn’t thinking about the weight of his past, or his responsibilities, or any of the worries that usually clouded his mind. He was just... enjoying the moment.
“So,” he said after a while, his voice light as they neared her building, “you’ve got my name, but I don’t think I ever got yours.”
She stopped in front of the door and turned to face him, giving him that mischievous grin he was beginning to recognize and love. “It’s [Lastname] [Name],” she said, her voice soft but steady, her eyes sparkling with that playful glint.
“[Name],” he repeated, the unfamiliar sound of it rolling off his tongue as if testing it for the first time. He nodded, as if committing it to memory. “I like it.”
She raised an eyebrow at him, teasing. “Yup. And don’t forget it.”
He chuckled, a low sound that felt foreign but good. “I won’t, don’t worry.”
She stepped closer, her grin widening. “Thanks for tonight, In-ho,” she said, her voice softening just a little. “You’re a good guy. Like, a really good guy.”
The compliment hit him harder than he expected, and for a brief moment, it made him uneasy. Good guy? His mind flickered back to his role as the Frontman—the games, the deaths he orchestrated, and the weight of the people he’d let down. He wasn’t sure he deserved to be called “good.”
His lips twitched into a small smile, but it wasn’t easy. He rubbed the back of his neck, fighting the warmth rising in his chest, the sense of contradiction gnawing at him. “I’m not so sure about that,” he muttered, a modest shrug masking the inner turmoil. His mind battled with the reality of who he was.
With a deep breath, he focused on her again, the playful spark in her eyes grounding him. “But… you’re welcome,” he said softly, the words coming out more genuine than he expected, despite the turmoil that lingered beneath.
Before he could say anything else, she leaned up, quick and confident, pressing a soft kiss to his cheek. It was brief, just a fleeting touch of her lips, but it was enough to make his heart skip a beat. The warmth of the kiss lingered on his skin, and for a moment, he was frozen, caught completely off guard by the simple, sweet gesture.
She pulled back, smiling at him with that same playful glint. “Goodnight, Officer In-ho,” she said with a wink, her voice light and teasing, before stepping into her apartment and disappearing behind the door.
༉‧₊˚. In-ho stood there for a moment, his fingers brushing over the spot where her lips had just been as if trying to hold onto the feeling a little longer. ༉‧₊˚. A rare, genuine smile spread across his face, one that felt unfamiliar but welcome. He let out a quiet breath, feeling something shift within him—a sense of warmth, of connection, that he hadn’t realized he’d been missing. ༉‧₊˚. Turning away, he started walking back towards the direction of his apartment, his steps lighter than they’d been in a long time. ༉‧₊˚. For once, the weight in his chest felt a little less heavy, and there was a certain peace in the quiet night air. As he walked, he thought, maybe Oh Il-nam wasn’t so bad for forcing me to take a week off after all. ༉‧₊˚. With the memory of her kiss still lingering, he couldn’t help but smile again, the thought of her brightening his steps as he headed back into the night.
Fae/faerie Jade trying to get lost reader's name and her being like '🤨 uh, no, give me yours first, let's trade' without knowing that's basically like betrothing herself with him
.。*♡ A/n: Lowkey I believed faes/fairies used to exist when I was kid lol. And I'm telling y'all this because I had a dream quite similar to this fic lololol, it was a good dream tho :>
.。*♡ tagging: @harukishiyo @kiraiyugen
"You're quite charming," he says, his voice soft and almost reverent, as if speaking an undeniable truth. "Precious, even. Why won't you tell me your name?"
You hesitate, narrowing your eyes at him. There's something about the way he asks, the smoothness of his tone, that feels too inviting, too... dangerous. For a second, you study him, his sudden appearance intriguing you.
You cross your arms, trying to appear more confident than you feel. "Uh, no. Mister, you should tell me your name first," you say, thinking you’ve cleverly sidestepped whatever game he’s playing. "Or... We could trade names."
For a moment, his eyes widen, surprise flickering across his face. But then his lips curl into a slow, satisfied smile, one that makes your stomach tighten in a way you can’t quite place. "Ah, a trade, is it?" he murmurs, the words rolling off his tongue with a hint of amusement. "Very well, if that is what you wish... I shall oblige."
He leans in slightly, his gaze never leaving yours, and for a brief second, you feel as though the air around you has thickened, charged with something unspoken. When he speaks his name - Jade, like the gem, it’s with a deliberate, almost theatrical grace, each syllable drawn out as if he’s savoring the moment. His voice is like silk, and his name feels heavy, lingering in the air between you.
And the sound is almost magical, hypnotic even.
You don't realize it, but the moment you suggested a trade, you unknowingly set the trap he had been waiting for. To exchange names with a fae is to offer something more than just words; it’s an agreement, a binding promise. By giving yours, you would be tying yourself to him, just as he’s doing now.
And the look in his eyes — the way they gleam with that mix of amusement and something darker — tells you that he knows exactly what you've just offered, even if you don't.
When you finally open your mouth to respond, you don’t see the invisible chains that have begun to form around you, nor do you hear the silent vow he’s made to keep you by his side.
"Well," you begin, a bit nervously, trying to shake off the sudden intensity in his eyes. "I guess it’s only fair to share mine now." You tell him your name, and as the words leave your lips, you can't help but notice how his smile widens, sharp and satisfied, like a predator finally closing in on its prey.
“Ah, so that is your name, Yuu,” he repeats, almost reverently, as if tasting it, repeating it again and again as if he was getting used to it. “Beautiful… fitting, even.”
He takes a step closer, and you instinctively take a step back, but he follows, closing the distance again. “You have no idea what you’ve just given me, do you?” His voice is gentle, but there’s an underlying current, a subtle shift that makes the hair on the back of your neck stand up.
You blink, confused. “What do you mean?” you ask, feeling a little defensive. “It’s just my name. We traded, remember?”
“Oh, but it’s not just a name,” he replies, tilting his head as if amused by your innocence. “To share a name with a fae is to forge a bond, one that can not easily be broken. You offered a piece of yourself, and I’ve accepted it. Just as I have given you a piece of me in return.”
You stare at him, the realization dawning on you slowly, like the creeping shadow of a storm. You had to have misunderstood what he just said.
“Wait… Are you saying…?” Your words falter as you search his eyes, looking for any sign that he’s joking, but there’s none. The grin on his face is too calm, too knowing, as if he’s been planning this all along.
“Yes, my dear,” he says, his voice soft and almost affectionate, yet there’s a possessiveness in his tone that makes your heart skip a beat. “We are bound now, betrothed, if you wish to call it that. You belong to me, just as I belong to you. Isn’t it delightful? Mom and dad will be glad to know you.”
Your heart starts pounding, a mix of disbelief and panic surging through you. “No, no, that’s not what I meant!” You stammer, shaking your head as if you can undo the words you’ve already spoken. “I didn’t agree to… to this! I can't get married right now.”
He doesn’t seem fazed by your protest. If anything, he looks even more delighted now. “Oh, but we're married now due to fae traditions. The moment you proposed the trade, you sealed your fate. And I have no intention of letting you go, my precious beloved one.”
He reaches out, brushing a strand of hair from your face, his touch cool but oddly soothing. “Do not fear, Yuu. I shall take care of you, cherish you… just as a good partner should.”
You try to pull away, but his hand cups your cheek, holding you gently in place. “There is no need to run, no need to fight. We are bound by something far stronger than mere words. You wished to know my name, and now… you will never forget it.”
The forest around you feels like it’s closing in, the air thick with something unseen, as if the world itself acknowledges the bond between you. And in his eyes, you see no hint of malice, only a patient, eternal watchfulness, as if he’s content to wait, to let you come to terms with what you’ve unknowingly become a part of.
“I’ll give you time to understand,” he murmurs, his lips curling into a soft, almost tender smile as he presses a kiss to your temple. “But know this… I am yours, just as you are mine. And there is no escaping what has been forged tonight... Love.”
drinks, kisses & the morning after (emily prentiss)
PAIRING: emily prentis & fem reader DESCRIPTION: the tension between emily and you finally snaps CAUTION: alcohol use, fingering, oral, swearing WORD COUNT: 2.5K
The case had been a brutal one, days of chasing a killer through dead ends and red herrings, long hours of tension thick enough to suffocate, and crime scenes that left an ache in your chest that wouldn’t fade, no matter how many times you told yourself you’d done your best.
But it was over now.
The unsub was in custody, the families had their answers and the team was finally allowed to breathe again.
So when Morgan threw an arm around your shoulder and declared, "We’re drinking tonight, no excuses," no one argued. Why would we, it'd be foolish.
The bar was a dimly lit place, a little rough around the edges but comfortable, familiar; somewhere you and the team had found yourselves more times than you could count after cases like these. A place to shake off the ghosts, even if just for a little while.
Garcia had claimed the largest booth, already waving over the bartender as you all slid in. "Drinks are on me tonight, my beautiful crime-fighting warriors," she announced, her red lips curving into a grin.
"You mean drinks are on the FBI’s budget," Rossi teased, settling in beside her with an amused smirk.
"Tomato, to-mah-to," Garcia said, waving a dismissive hand.
Hotch, who had originally looked as though he might slip away and retreat to his hotel room, surprised everyone by staying. He nursed a bourbon, sitting back in his seat with the faintest ghost of a smile as he listened to the team banter. The case had drained him too, you could see it in the set of his shoulders, the weight he carried that no amount of whiskey could shake.
Morgan ordered a round of shots, setting one in front of each of you with a challenging look.
"Come on, no backing out now," he said, nudging Prentiss with his elbow. "Even you, Hotch."
The unit chief gave him a dry look, but to everyone’s surprise, he downed the shot in one smooth motion, setting the glass back on the table with a quiet thunk.
Garcia gasped dramatically. "Who are you, and what have you done with Aaron Hotchner?"
That earned a chuckle from Rossi, who clinked his glass against Hotch’s.
The conversation drifted from the case to lighter topics: Rossi sharing a ridiculous story from one of his early years at the Bureau, Garcia recounting a disastrous first date with a man who thought quoting The Godfather in a bad Italian accent was peak romance.
You laughed, the tension in your chest finally starting to loosen.
And then there was Emily.
She had been sitting beside you, her thigh pressing against yours, her presence a force even in a room full of people. The bar’s warm lighting cast a golden hue across her skin, making the sharp angles of her face softer. But her eyes, dark and smoldering beneath the sweep of her lashes, were anything but soft.
There was something in the way she looked at you tonight. Something that had nothing to do with the case, nothing to do with the whiskey. Something that sent heat curling in your stomach.
"Another round?" she asked, her voice low, teasing.
"Trying to get me drunk, Prentiss?" you shot back, raising a brow.
Her lips quirked into a smirk. "Do I need to?"
Your breath caught.
Morgan, oblivious - or maybe just enjoying the show - grinned and clapped you both on the back. "Oh, it is definitely happening tonight."
"Shut up, Derek," you muttered, feeling the warmth creep up your neck.
Emily just laughed, the sound smooth and rich like the whiskey burning its way through your veins.
The drinks kept coming, the conversation blurring into a haze of warmth, laughter, and the constant awareness of Emily beside you. The way her fingers brushed against your thigh, the way she leaned in just a little too close when she spoke, the way her lips lingered on the rim of her glass before curling into something wicked.
God, she was going to be your undoing.
By the time the team started to dispers, Hotch calling it a night, Rossi tipping his glass in farewell; you and Emily were locked in a stare that neither of you seemed willing to break.
Garcia sighed dramatically as she stood. "Well, my loves, it has been a pleasure, but some of us have cats waiting at home."
Morgan stretched, his grin knowing. "Yeah, and some of us don’t need to stick around for whatever this" he gestured between you and Emily, "is about to turn into."
Your stomach flipped, but you didn’t look away from her. You couldn't bring yoursel to.
The team left. The bar quieted. And still, neither of you moved.
Until Emily leaned in, her lips a whisper against your ear.
"You keep looking at me like that," she murmured, "and I’m going to have to do something about it."
This time, you didn’t stop her.
Her sharp inhale was all the encouragement you needed before her mouth crashed against yours, her hands gripping your waist, pulling you flush against her. The music, the bar, all faded into the background. There was only the heat of her body, the press of her lips, the way she tasted like whiskey and something distinctlyEmily.
By the time you stumbled through the hotel door, both of you were breathless, your hands frantic, greedy.
Emily pushed you up against the wall, her lips trailing down your jaw, her teeth scraping along your neck. You gasped as she bit down, hard enough to make you arch against her.
"Mine," she murmured against your throat, her voice rough with possession.
The word sent a shudder through you, a deep pulse of want settling between your legs. God, you needed her. Needed her to claim you, to leave her mark, to remind you who you belonged to tonight. And maybe more than just tonight.
Emily's hands were everywhere, gripping your hips, sliding beneath the hem of your dress, fingers trailing over your thighs. She pressed her knee between your legs, applying just enough pressure to make you whimper. Your mind was spinning, anticipation tightening every nerve in your body.
"You sound so pretty when you do that," Emily purred, dragging her tongue along the shell of your ear causing you to shiver under her touch.
Your fingers fumbled with the buttons of her shirt, desperate to feel more of her, to strip away every item of clothing between you. She chuckled, a low, sinful sound, before reaching back and yanking the fabric over her head in one fluid motion. You bit your lip but before you could react, she was on you again, kissing you hard, pushing you toward the bed. You barely had time to catch your breath before you landed on your back, Emily following, straddling you, her thighs bracketing yours.
Her lips curled into a smirk as she slid down your body, hands dragging your dress up, exposing you to her gaze. Her fingers traced lazy circles along your inner thigh, teasing you, never quite touching where you needed her most. The teasing was maddening, your body aching for her touch, for relief.
"Emily," you gasped, squirming beneath her.
"Patience," she murmured, her voice like silk. "I want to take my time with you."
And then finally, her fingers slipped beneath the waistband of your panties, sliding through the wetness pooling between your thighs.
A sharp, loud cry escaped your lips as she circled your clit, slow and deliberate, drawing achingly patterns. Your hips bucked, desperate for more, but she only hummed in satisfaction, keeping the pace torturously slow. Every movement sent fire coursing through your veins, your thoughts dissolving into pure need.
"You're soaking for me," she murmured, voice thick with desire. "Look at you, falling apart already."
Emily's words sent a fresh wave of heat coursing through you. You were burning - burning from the inside out, from the way her fingers worked you open, the way her breath ghosted over your skin. You felt like you were drowning in her, losing yourself to her completely.
She added more pressure, drawing tighter, faster circles, her other hand sliding up to palm your breast, rolling your nipple between her fingers. The combination sent you spiraling, your back arching, hands fisting into the sheets. Every touch was electric, your body strung tight like a bow, ready to snap.
"Emily, please," you gasped, your voice breaking on the last syllable.
She grinned against your skin. "That's my girl."
And then, with one final stroke, she pushed two fingers inside you, stretching you, filling you, sending pleasure crashing over you like tidal waves.
You shattered beneath her, a broken moan spilling from your lips as you came, your body trembling, your mind blank with bliss. The sensation was overwhelming, the pleasure consuming, leaving you breathless and utterly undone.
Emily didn’t stop, at least not right away. She worked you through it, her fingers slowing, her lips pressing reverent kisses against your skin. Only when the tremors subsided did she finally pull back, her dark eyes meeting yours, something softer hidden beneath the hunger.
But you weren't done. It was your turn.
Flipping Emily onto her back, you moved between her thighs, pressing hot, open-mouthed kisses down her stomach, enjoying the way her muscles tensed beneath your tongue. You nipped at her hip bone, making her hiss, before finally dragging her panties down her legs and tossing them aside.
"Look at you," you murmured, spreading her open with your fingers, watching the way she glistened in the dim light. "So fucking gorgeous."
She let out a shuddering breath, her hands threading into your hair. "Don't tease. Please.."
You smirked, but you obeyed, dipping your head and licking a broad stripe up her slit, moaning at the taste of her. She was intoxicating, her arousal coating your tongue, making you desperate to pull every last sound from her lips. She sounded so beautiful, and you felt a sense of pride knowing you were the one causing her to make those sounds.
Emily's hips jerked, her fingers tightening in your hair, urging you closer, needing more. You gave her what she wanted. Of course you did.
You flicked your tongue against her clit before sucking it between your lips, reveling in the way she gasped, her thighs trembling on either side of your head. Your fingers dug into her hips, holding her still as you devoured her, your tongue circling, teasing, before plunging inside her, fucking her with slow, deliberate strokes.
Emily's moans grew desperate, her breathing became ragged, and her body writhed beneath you. The way she responded to you, the way she came undone, made you feel powerful, made you crave more.
"Oh, fuck, yes!" Her voice broke, her whole body tensing, her breath stuttering as she teetered on the edge.
You slid two fingers inside her, curling them just right, and that was all it took, Emily shattered beneath you, her body convulsing, her thighs clamping around your head as she came hard, her moans spilling into the air unrestrained.
You didn’t stop until she was trembling, until she was gasping for breath, her body utterly spent. Only then did you pull away, pressing one last lingering kiss against her inner thigh before crawling back up her body, capturing her lips in a deep, satisfied kiss.
She tasted like you, kind of like sin and satisfaction, and when she pulled back, her dark eyes were still heavy with hunger.
"You're insatiable," she murmured, a lazy smirk tugging at her lips.
You grinned, rolling your hips against hers. "You love it."
Her hands slid up your back, nails dragging just enough to make you shiver. "Damn right, I do."
And then she was flipping you over again, pinning you beneath her, promising another long, breathless round.
The morning after, you woke in tangled sheets, Emily's body curled against yours. Her arm was draped over your waist, her steady breathing tickling your neck. You watched her for a moment, memorizing the way the soft morning light painted her skin, the way her dark lashes fluttered slightly as she began to wake. The night had been more than just desire, it had been something deeper, something unspoken. At least you hoped it was.
When she finally stirred, her dark eyes met yours, a small, sleepy smile playing on her lips. "Morning."
"Morning," you murmured, brushing a strand of hair from her face.
She hummed, pressing a lazy kiss to your shoulder. "So... last night wasn’t just a mistake, right?"
You smirked, grateful you weren't the only one feeling this way. "I’d say calling it a mistake is the last thing on my mind."
Emily chuckled, her fingers tracing absent patterns on your skin. "Good. Because I’d like to see where this goes. If you do."
You reached for her hand, lacing your fingers together. "I do."
The moment felt intimate, safe - until the door suddenly burst open.
"Rise and shine, my lovely besties!" Garcia’s voice rang out, far too loud for this hour.
JJ was right behind her, but she stopped dead in her tracks, eyes widening as she took in the unmistakable scene. "Oh my God."
You barely had time to scramble for the sheets, tugging them up to cover you and Emily as best as possible. Emily let out a low groan, burying her face in your shoulder. "Kill me now."
"Oh. My. God." Garcia clapped her hands together like a kid on Christmas morning. "I KNEW IT! I KNEW IT!" She spun on her heel, already reaching for her phone. "I have to tell the team! I called this! I called this weeks ago!"
"Penelope, if you send so much as one text, I swear..." Emily started, but the threat only made Garcia squeal in delight.
"Oh, Emily, Emily, Emily. You wound me. As if I would betray your trust like that," she said, dramatically placing a hand over her heart. "But I will be telling them in person the second we leave this room."
JJ smirked, arms crossed. "So... breakfast? Or should we give you two a little more time to ‘talk’?"
Emily groaned again, pulling the sheets over both your heads. "Go away."
"Absolutely not," Garcia chirped. "We have so much to discuss! How did this happen? When did this happen? And most importantly, how scandalous was it? Give me details."
You peeked out from under the covers, half-laughing, half-exasperated. "Penelope, it’s too early for this."
"Is it? Or am I just the best friend you could ever ask for?" she countered, grinning. "Now, do you two need extra time, or should I expect you both fully dressed and glowing in twenty minutes?"
Emily sighed dramatically. "Fine. Give us twenty minutes."
Garcia’s face lit up. "Yes! Best morning ever. Don’t keep me waiting, lovebirds!"
With that, she dragged JJ out of the room, the latter still shaking her head in amusement. As the door clicked shut, you turned to Emily, laughter bubbling up between you.
"So, that happened," you said.
Emily groaned again, flopping back against the pillows. "I am never going to hear the end of this."
You grinned, leaning over to press a soft kiss to her lips. "Maybe not. But at least we’re in this together."
She smiled against your mouth. "Yeah. We are."
And you wouldn't have it any other way.
summary: snippets of dann/n moments here and there from katseye content eyekons have pointed out…
warnings: none, just fluffy moments
pt. 2
DANI & Y/N ROLLING W THE LGBT FOR 11 MINUTES GAY (FT. THE KATZ BEING OVER THEIR GAY SHYT)
*Loud technical difficulty transition* Video of Katseye doing the gingerbread house competition. Megan and Yoonchae are fighting over decorating the walls while Dani and Lara are scheming about stealing the maknaes’ strawberries. Sophia, Y/N and Manon—as the older line—were asked to do their house on a similar set next door.
“No, because why is Yoonchae such a snitch,” Dani joked, licking the frosting from her fingers as Lara cackled with the front of their house clutched between her fingers. “I swear, this girl was definitely a teacher’s pet growing up in school.”
The latter gasped in faux outrage at the Latina’s teasing, shooting her the biggest side-eye.
“Oh my God,” Megan suddenly burst into hysteria, catching the three members beside her off guard. “Remember—Remember that time Dani stole Y/N’s shirt. Like the one she got in Greece—the one she cut, so it was off shouldered?”
Dani immediately screamed once she realized what incident Megan was recollecting. She stood from her seat, leaning over a retreating Yoonchae to place a hand over Megan’s mouth. Lara’s eyes widened at her teammate’s antic, hands grabbing the older’s hips so she wouldn’t fall into the table of food.
The camera cut to Sophia, Y/N and Manon next door, their actions halting as they stared off screen at a muffled screech. The three glanced at each other, their hands hovering over the parts of the house they were making.
Manon eyed Y/N, elbowing the younger. “Sounds like Dani’s having a little too much fun, baby, if y’know what I mean.”
Sophia shot her a grimace, “Nobody ever knows what you mean, Manon. Oh my God, you’re ruining the—!”
The shot cut back to the younger line of Katseye members. The camera zoomed in on Dani’s fluster, her pale cheeks burning a faint shade of pink as she desperately tried to cease Megan from sharing the embarrassing encounter.
“Megan, I swear to God—!”
“Wait, I remember this,” Yoonchae chimed.
Megan’s devious cackle echoed around the room, leaning back and away from Daniela’s grasp. The whisker dimples etched under her eyes, they curled into thin curves from how hard she was laughing. “Dani snuck into Y/N and Manon’s room at night and stole her shirt while she was showering. And—and, when Y/N came out, she spent like twenty minutes looking for this stupid shirt because she lives in that graphic tee.”
Daniela knocked her chair back abruptly with the back of her thigh, storming off screen with red cheeks as Lara shouted insincere assurance that the story wasn’t as embarrassing as she had recalled.
Now Yoonchae was laughing, pointing off screen at Daniela, who was hiding her face in her hands behind a scattered crowd of their filming crew members.
“Dani begged Yoonchae not to tell Y/N she had her shirt and she was hiding in her closet, pretending to look for something the whole time before Yoonchae ratted her out.” Megan leant back in her chair, almost tipping backwards—if not for Yoonchae holding her upright—at how hard she was laughing. “Oh my God, Dani was so embarrassed, her face got all red and she like refused to leave her room. Y/N caved and just gave her the shirt, and Dani just wears it around the house 24/7.”
“Yeah, it’s Dani’s like, designated pjs.” Lara added.
“It was so funny because Dani thought she was so slick with it.” Megan sighed, her laughter dying down. “Anyway, if Y/N wasn’t the nice, good girl she was, she would’ve filed a creepy perv report against Dani, I swear on all the moms.”
Their manager ushered Dani back onset, plopping back down beside Lara in defeat. Her hair was a little tousled and her cheeks were flushed, the tip of her ears radiating heat as she stared down and fought the small smile creeping its way onto her lips. Her dimples evident.
“I have never, in twenty years of life ever been violated like this.” The Latina murmured, eyeing the three cameras around them respectively as Lara rubbed her back up and down. “For the record, I got Y/N that shirt because I had one. I wanted us to match in Greece when we were shooting that video and I swear I thought it was mine.”
“Mhm, whatever you need to tell yourself.” Lara chuckled. “Y/N’s one was cut, but okay…”
*Loud technical difficulty transition* Cut to a Weverse live in Manon and Y/N’s room. Manon was sitting on the floor, fixing her hair in the camera as Y/N read comments over her shoulder. The collar of Manon’s striped button-up was flared and the V line hung a little too low. Y/N, in a beanie with the hood on, her make-up still on from the day and big hoop earrings skimmed the comments Eyekons were making of the eldest member’s outfit.
“They’re saying you’re looking too seductive,” Y/N joked, looking down at Manon’s chest from over her shoulder. She grabbed the collar, fixing it and smoothing it out to cover a bit more skin Manon was flashing the camera. The younger smirked, her eyes hooded as she eyed Manon through her long, fluttering lashes. She tucked her bottom lip between her teeth, jokingly sliding a hand over Manon’s shoulder. “Save the show for me tonight when the camera turns off.”
The older seemed to return the same level of freakiness as she raised a knowing eyebrow. Her hand found Y/N’s neck, grabbing it as she leant in and turned her head dramatically over to cover both their faces. Their giggles could be heard before they pulled apart, glancing back at the camera at the amount of frantic comments flooding their live.
A particular verified user seemed to catch Manon’s eye.
“Well, I didn’t know Dani was watching.” She leant closer towards the camera, reading what the girl had typed into their chat. There were a couple of comments with an exaggerated amount of capitalized yelling and angry emojis. “‘Stop flirting before you make me gag’ and ‘I can hear you guys from the living room please shut up’. Dani’s on a call with her family downstairs right now, so she can’t join us. Bad girl, she’s tuning into this live instead of talking to her parents.”
user01 Probably needed to make sure Y/N was behaving
user02 DANI COME GET YO GIRL
user03 Guys Y/N’s looking a little too fine in that fit
user04 At least we know who the dom is between them
Y/N giggled to herself at the comments on Dani’s reaction to their dynamic. Her ringed hands come up to adjust the hood over her beanie, running her slender fingers through her hair as she wet her lips. “Dani, be good and talk to your mami y papi, yeah? You can come and join us when you’re done.”
[ SHES SO FUCKING HOT FOR THIS ]
Manon rolled her eyes at the younger’s statement. What was supposed to be an innocent sentence definitely had Daniela kicking her feet with a finger between her teeth downstairs.
“‘Yes ma’am’,” Manon read out, “Okay, Miss Ma’am, walk her like a dog, N/N. Maybe Sophia should step aside and let you be the leader, you’re like the only one who can keep Dani in line.”
user05 “BE GOOD”??? OMG ID FOLD
user06 dani’s so real cuz if y/n asked me to be good, i’d immediately be on my knees too
user07 BOTH lips smiled
user08 she def talks you through it…
“Somebody asked who your celebrity crush is.” Manon announced. She chuckled to herself, brushing her hair back into a pony with her hands. “Girl, ya’ll should pull a chair out for this one, Y/N has a whole tier list.”
Y/N gasped in excitement, readjusting her sitting position. She whipped her hand out, holding up an open palm.
She rambled, “I made a list because Lara and I wanted to make a hear me out cake. Okay, so basically we had a men’s and women’s version. But the men’s one is so short, so we’re doing the women’s one, okay? Hear me out.”
[ Y/N we know what you are ]
Manon slapped her in the arm, shooting her a warning glare. Reminding her they had certain rules they needed to follow on live, to not say anything that would get them in trouble.
“Okay, so basically I’ve been watching these sisters on youtube and they’re hilarious. The Kalogeras sisters? I am absolutely in love with Demitra, she’s so funny and so good at singing.” Y/N bit her lip, “Dani got so mad at me when I was watching them the other day between rehearsal. She said if I was gonna watch someone with curls, it should be her.”
user09 so Y/N has a type; girls with curls
user10 Y/N basically just confirmed Dani’s THAT kinda gf
user11 my two worlds just collided
Nearly immediately, as if on cue, Daniela bursted through their door and into their room. She was sporting a beige jacket, her hair tied into a bun as she tackled Y/N to the ground.
“Stop! They’re gonna think I’m crazy.” Daniela squealed, her arms wrapped around the older’s face as they wrestled off screen. Manon side-eyed them in disgust as she continued reading the comments about Daniela’s affectionate nature when it came to Y/N. They always seemed to be touching in some way when they were together, as if they couldn’t stand being away from each other for too long. “And literally take her off that hear me out list, I should be the only curly-haired person you love!”
[ What’s more gay; Actually being gay or whatever this is? ]
*Loud technical difficulty transition* Cuts to the Katseye house-warming video, where they all sat around on a couch and table. The girls were just talking with pizza in their hands and occasionally argued about a silly topic.
Daniela noticed Y/N sitting alone beside her. The older was just staring intently at Sophia and Manon debating whether or not the best tiktok idea collector was each other.
The Latina’s hands crept towards Y/N’s under the table, which the video zoomed into. [ The way they thought they were slick ] Daniela laced their fingers together loosely, tugging her closer until her back was pressed against her front. Daniela’s arm laid over Y/N’s shoulder, her hand playing with the ends of her hair. Y/N didn’t seem to mind, used to the Latina’s need for physical intimacy as her hand rested on Daniela’s thigh.
Across the group, Lara and Y/N shared a glance. The Indian dancer raised an eyebrow, throwing the older a smirk at their positioning. She nodded off towards the camera, almost like she was reminding the older of their duties.
Y/N peeled away from Daniela just the tiniest bit, feeling the younger sigh in protest.
The video zoomed in on a blurry image of the two still cuddling as Sophia squealed in disbelief at something Manon said. They were so obviously affectionate with each other, Yoonchae and Megan were whispering and eyeing them in teasing irritant.
“Dani, y’know you won’t die if you just sat normally beside Y/N for once, right?” Manon snorted, earning a harsh punch in the arm from the Latina in response as Y/N laughed.
“Yeah, ain’t nobody tryna pry the poor girl from your hands, babe. Y/N can’t even eat her pizza cuz you’re all over her.” Lara collapsed into a laughing fit as Daniela hid her face behind Y/N’s neck. The older stroked her hair in comfort, laughing at their members’ teasing. “See, Dani needs her mommy to come save her from embarrassment.”
“We just moved in and Dani’s already tryna steal my roommate,” Manon joked, “Such a thief, Lord.”
For the rest of the live, with a light atmosphere of just talking and being together, Daniela and Y/N stayed cuddling together as they fell into the rhythm of conversation with their friends.
*Loud technical difficulty transition* Cuts to an interview Katseye is doing a live Q&A for their band’s new album release, and Daniela and Y/N are sitting side by side at the end of a line of Katseye members. The host, a fan favorite for being playful and cheeky, is known for asking light-hearted and sometimes embarrassing questions.
"Alright, now, we’ve seen how close all of you are, but we want to know more about the dynamics between Daniela and Y/N. You two are always together, always laughing and making jokes. So, here’s a question: is there any moment when one of you just absolutely flusters the other?"
The fans immediately begin to chant “Y/N! Y/N! Y/N!” as they anticipate something fun, and Daniela looks at YN nervously, already blushing slightly.
Y/N giggled at the audience’s fanfare, holding her mic up to her lips. “Oh, I think we both have our moments, right, Dani?"
Daniela gives a nervous laugh and tries to play it off, but she’s clearly getting more flustered. Y/N, noticing, decides to tease her a little more. The other members share knowing looks at Daniela’s reaction, knowing their favourite Cuban was terrible at hiding the physical reactions her body had to teasing—especially their fellow Katseye member, Y/N’s.
“Remember that time last week when we were rehearsing, and I said, ‘I think you look really cute today,’ and you literally froze and couldn’t finish the choreography for the next five minutes? Like, it was so funny ‘cuz Roy was getting so frustrated that our best dancer was completely messing up the sequence.”
Daniela’s eyes widen, and she immediately turns bright red. The fans erupt in laughter, knowing exactly what moment YN is talking about from a vlog that was uploaded a couple days ago on a day in the life of Katseye. Daniela quickly covers her face with her hands in embarrassment.
"I—I wasn’t expecting you to say something like that, okay?! You just... you just looked at me and said that so casually! How was I supposed to focus after that?!"
Y/N pouts, pursing her glossy lips at Daniela. "Aww, come on, Dani. You looked so cute, so I had to tell you! But it’s okay, I won’t tease you too much... unless you want me to."
Daniela stammers, still covering her face, and the fans are loving the playful interaction between the two. YN leans in a little closer, her voice softening.
Y/N chuckled, leaning over to rest an assuring hand on Daniela’s thigh. "But seriously, Dani, you always look amazing. Don’t be embarrassed."
Daniela’s heart skips a beat, and she’s now visibly flustered, her face as red as a tomato. She shifts uncomfortably in her seat, trying to hide her smile.
"I’m not embarrassed! I just... I didn’t expect you to say that then on camera, or now on live TV."
YN chuckles and pats Daniela on the back, giving her a smile, while the fans continue to cheer for the adorable interaction between the two.
The host hummed, "Looks like we’ve learned a little more about who keeps who on their toes! Thank you for sharing, Dani. I’m sure YN won’t let you forget this anytime soon."
Daniela, still a bit flustered but laughing along with the rest, glances over at Y/N, who gives her a wink (which the camera and crew fully catches, as an exaggerated edit with a winking sound effect added in post). It’s clear that their close bond and playful teasing are one of the group’s favorite dynamics.
*Loud technical difficulty transition* Cuts to Lara’s live, when somebody asked her, “What are the Katzs’ favourite things to do when they’re not at work?”
“—Sophia’s is definitely cooking. Girl loves just being able to make a big dinner and have us all sit down and eat like a big family. And Dani’s is… Dani loves reading, sometimes she’ll just be reading in Manon and Y/N’s room with whatever book she’s reading that week. Manon will be finding new ways to do her makeup and matching new fits—And Y/N loves just jamming out and making some tunes on her guitar. Oh my God, the tiktok she recently made with the riff to “Me and Your Mama” was so good. I’m pretty sure Dani forced the poor girl into doing that song after she did “Enter Sandman”.”
[ They’re so old married couple omg ]
“Yeah, we’ve been working hard and practicing a lot with the show coming up. But honestly, Sophia’s been doing a lot behind the scenes to keep morale high and make sure we’re resting well… Y/N being Y/N has been stressing about Sophia overworking herself,” Lara said, “Dani gets really upset when Y/N digs herself into this hole of worrying about us. She’ll get extra catty and mean when Y/N’s down.”
[ Dani always defends her girl… they’re so cute ]
“No, Dani got so angry that one time Y/N got shoved accidentally by this photographer on set. She almost got in trouble for saying stuff, it was insane. I mean, Sophia and Manon definitely had some things to say to that guy too, but Dani?” Lara exhaled deeply, flicking her wrist. “Dani was full Latina mami mode. She was yelling in Spanish, she was pointing everywhere, she was ready to throw hands.”
[ This wasn’t even the full live… should I make a pt. 2? ]
“I'm sorry, but who are you?”
Warnings: Emotional distress (brief moments of fear and confusion).
A/N: thanks for the reminder, anon! 😪😮💨I really need to drink some water
Aventurine's eyes widened, his usual playful smirk faltering as you looked at him, confusion clouding your gaze. He reached out, as though instinctively wanting to close the distance between you, but he hesitated. Your words cut through the air, soft and fragile.
"You… you are… who exactly?"
The words stung more than he expected. His heart raced in his chest as he observed the faint, distant look in your eyes. He had always been in control of the game, masterful in reading people, but this? This was a blow to his carefully constructed facade.
"You don’t remember me?" His voice was softer now, the bravado slipping as his pulse quickened.
You shook your head, an empty feeling creeping into your chest. "I don’t think so. Sorry… am I supposed to?"
Aventurine's smile faltered, and for a moment, you saw something raw beneath his cool exterior. Pain. Fear. He stepped back slightly, trying to hide the cracks forming in his walls.
"I suppose I’ve miscalculated…" he muttered to himself, voice barely audible.
But then, you reached out and touched his arm gently.
"I—"
Aventurine looked at you, his breath catching in his throat as you softly smiled. "I do remember you, though. Maybe I was just… testing you?"
The game was on again, but this time, it was different. He chuckled, a soft, relieved sound that made the weight of his worries lift just a little.
"You're dangerous, you know that?" he said, his voice returning to its usual lighthearted tone, though there was an underlying tenderness now.
You smiled. "I think I’ll keep you on your toes."
And with that, the shadows of doubt lifted, replaced by the warmth of your presence—one he could no longer imagine being without.
Sunday stood there, his eyes darkened with a mix of concern and confusion, staring at you as if you were a stranger. His fingers twitched slightly, an impulse to reach out, to make sure you were real, that you hadn’t slipped into some other world.
"You… you don’t recognize me?" he asked, his voice almost a whisper, fragile under the weight of his own disbelief.
You blinked at him, the blank look in your eyes unnerving him more than he cared to admit. "I’m sorry… I don’t think I do. Are we… close?"
The air between you seemed to freeze, thick with unspoken emotions. His mind was racing—how could you forget him, forget everything you had shared? The kindness, the warmth, the bond he’d built so carefully with you...
"I see," Sunday murmured, his gaze softening with a hint of sadness. "I suppose it’s a part of the dream, isn't it? To forget… to lose everything."
You could see the strain in his expression, the hope fading from his eyes. "Sunday, I… I didn’t mean to forget you."
You reached for him, your hand trembling as you touched his sleeve. The contact seemed to pull him out of his thoughts, and his breath caught.
A moment of stillness.
Then Sunday smiled faintly, the sadness still lingering. "I suppose we’ll just have to make you remember, won't we?" His voice was gentle, though you could hear the underlying fear in it.
You smiled, this time with a reassurance he needed. "I think I already do."
A sigh escaped him, a soft, grateful breath as he pulled you into his arms.
"Don't ever scare me like that again." he murmured into your hair, holding you close.
Ratio’s usual air of unshakable confidence was nowhere to be seen. He stood before you, his eyes wide with confusion and an almost frantic edge to his movements.
"You—don’t remember me?" he repeated, his voice betraying a crack he hadn’t expected.
You stared at him, trying to piece together the fragments of the world around you, the details of his appearance leaving you more unsettled than anything. "I… I’m sorry, I don’t think I know you."
His frown deepened, his expression unreadable but filled with something you couldn't quite place—was it hurt? Disbelief?
"I see. This is… unfortunate," he said, voice smooth yet tinged with something that didn’t fit. He folded his arms over his chest, eyes narrowing slightly. "I expected better from your memory."
You looked at him more closely, sensing a vulnerability underneath the sharpness of his demeanor. He was, despite his intellectual brilliance, losing himself in this.
You took a step closer, closing the distance between you, your hand reaching for his, gently catching his wrist. "I’m sorry… but I’m sure we’ve met before. I just—"
He paused, his sharp breath catching in his throat as he looked down at your hand on his. For a brief moment, his composure cracked, and you could see the raw emotion behind his usually controlled facade.
"Don't do this to me," he whispered, his voice barely audible, as if the weight of the situation was too much to bear. "You must remember."
You smiled softly, understanding now. "I remember. You’re the one who always insists on teaching me things."
His gaze softened instantly, a relieved exhale leaving him. "Good."
Ratio’s usual brilliance returned, but this time, there was something gentler about him. "Perhaps next time, try not to lose your memory so easily."
And though his words were sharp, his hand reached out to take yours, a reassurance that you were not lost to him.
jealousy, jealousy
˚✧₊⁎ The Vees ⁎⁺˳✧༚
warnings: violence, off page murdah, suggestive themes, possessive behavior
18+ only
watch out for red flags in real life and read at your own discretion ♡
˚✧₊⁎ Vox ⁎⁺˳✧༚
• The least jealous of the three, but that doesn’t say much, does it?
• Running an enterprise goes hand in hand with being an Overlord. Vox prides himself on being everywhere at once but he knows his limits. If wants to keep this cushy life he built, and you safe, he can’t spread himself too thin. That means occasionally cutting back on distractions
• So go out, have your fun— playtoys even! He’s not worried. Vox has literal eyes on you 24/7, access to your phone and all its contents, your lifeline is constantly synced to his peripherals. Really! He’s not worried!
• The problem arises when Vox feels threatened or undermined. If he’s in the same room, no one should even be looking at you! And if some sorry soul dared to touch you!? That’d be the last time they have hands
• “I’ve been looking for you!” He says from behind as his claws creep around your shoulders. He’ll ignore the Sinner, bringing your attention to him as security drags them away. You don’t need to know how jealous he can get
˚✧₊⁎ Velvette ⁎⁺˳✧༚
• Sharing, shockingly, is not in her vocabulary! Not outfits, not credit, not the spotlight and fucking especially not you
• You’re her favorite project, she so lovingly calls you, which is a giant compliment. She dresses you every day so if— for some hellish reason— you left her side, she knows she has a visual claim on you. Vel quickly snaps and posts a pic of the two of you together before you go, just to remind her audience the fact you’re spoken for! Don’t you feel safe? And stylish?
• Unlike her partners, Velvette can multitask so having you around the studio can be an everyday treat! Unfortunately she has to split her focus, occasionally crashing the conversation to a stop so she can snap at someone
• Her eyes are sharp, they pick up on every little detail and seldom miss a thing. No one in her workshop would even think about approaching you, unless Vel asked, so it was all too easy to spot that new-nobody-model break his neck to check you out
• You’ve seen Velvette reduce even the oldest, most thick skinned to a puddle of piss in the street with her words. She doesn’t give anyone the chance to touch what’s hers. She’s shameless and loud, stopping the inappropriate behavior from across the room if she has to, “Oy! You! You’re fuckin’ fired, get the fuck out of here ‘fore I set you on fire!”
• As they run for the elevator, she debates if the clothes they’re wearing are worth keeping or not. With a glowing finger she swipes them off the model anyways, stripping them of her brand… and their dignity
• Velvette marks the occasion with a kiss to your cheek, stained with black lipstick, and another posted picture with a clever caption
˚✧₊⁎ Valentino ⁎⁺˳✧༚
• Val invented jealousy
• He handles it as well as everyone expects
• It’s not limited to you, either! Business partners, employees, friends (if he has any left), play things, he’ll be up and arms about anything that belongs to him. There’s only one way to cut the cord tethered to him, and he’s always the one to decide how and when
• Val may have a lot of toys but you’re not one of them. You’re special— precious, actually!
• He has tabs on you at all times. Tracker in your phone, jewelry with his name on it, a bodyguard if he’s feeling particularly paranoid that day!
• Val also loves showing you off. Love bites are his favorite mark of ownership, he’ll show off wherever is most recent so be prepared to swat his hands away. Everyone can look, but only he can touch. He has four hands, one of them is on you at all times in public
• No one should manage to get in spitting distance of you— but if somehow they did and had the gall to talk to you… he’ll break their nose on the spot. He’d make quicker work with a gun, but then he’d get blood on you and he doesn’t want that
• “You’re so fuckin’ hot tonight, baby, look how clumsy you’ve made this idiot!” Val cackles, poorly masking his rage, “Seriously, I think you’re trying to get me riled up.” You open your mouth to deny it but he laughs again, carefully pulling you closer with both pairs of arms, “I’m only teasing!”
• Looming over you, Val shoots said idiot a murderous glare that gives them a five second head start. He’s yet to lose this game of chase. He always returns, clean as a crappy soap ad, to shower you in gifts in lieu of an apology for disappearing
Hey girl!
Love your work, especially the Dae-ho stuff and I’m so glad I found your page!!!!
If I can, can I request more smut… WHO SAID THAT
I don’t know if you need an idea, maybe if you do what I’d Dae-ho and fem reader are in an established relationship and they haven’t had sex in a WHILE, you got it from there ;)
-🦑
Omg I’m so sorry I didn’t see this but yes >:)
𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐲 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐞𝐬 (18+)
[𝐃𝐚𝐞-𝐇𝐨 𝐗 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫]
Summary: You and Dae-Ho have been extraordinarily busy trying to stay afloat from all the debt. It led to long days, and shorter nights. Both of you spending less and less time with each other. But one argument actually helps release some long built tension :)
Warnings: Smut, Minor arguing, angry turned passionate sex, kitchen fucking, p in v, fingering, unprotected sex,
Word Count: 1,703
Your shoulders slack as you finally get home, holding your purse close to you as a reminder to stay awake. It was a long night at work. Your eyes stung from the dryness. You fumble for the keys to your shared apartment with your boyfriend, Dae-Ho. Debt had been weighing heavily on both your shoulders and his. Many times did you come home to your lover already asleep, and many times did you wake up to an empty bed.
Entering your home, you’re surprised to see the living room light still on. Dae-Ho was sitting at the dining table, back hunched slightly over his laptop. He turns to see you arrive, squinting his eyes and then rubbing them.
“Hi, honey. Wow, is it that late already?”
He checks the clock on the screen. You nod, rubbing your head. A migraine had creeped its way to the left side of your skull. You flick on the kitchen light to get yourself some water. But you’re greeted by a ghastly sight, dirty dishes stacked up in the sink. The chronic stress you were under turned your minor irritation into full frustration.
“Dae-Ho, I thought I told you to clean that…!”
You pinch the bridge of your nose. Dae-Ho leans back in his chair, getting scolded making it harder for him to not get defensive.
“‘m sorry, I thought I did it already. I have a lot of stuff to do too, you know.”
His tone made him come off a little more self justifying than he intended, which further amplified your annoyance. You hum, looking to the ground.
“Oh, yeah, I’m sure.” You mutter sarcastically. Dae-Ho’s eyebrows furrow as you go and grab a glass. “What’s that supposed to mean?” He sat up a bit straighter. “It means I’m not the one in 250 mil debt, Dae-Ho!” You knew you’d regret being so harsh but right now you couldn’t care less. A dry chuckle leaves his lips. “Don’t act so innocent. You’re in mil debt territory too!”
“I just wanna come home to a clean house!”
“You want me to do it so bad? Fine!”
Dae-Ho gets up from his seat and storms to the sink. “Y’know more than half of these are yours, though.” He’d say quietly, wanting an end to the conflict but also wanting to get that point across. You grip at your hair, your teeth grit. “Why are you making this so difficult? You think I like coming home super late and being so tired I can’t do anything but crawl in bed? I miss you!” You raise your voice, but lowering your volume mid shout. As angry as you were, you didn’t forget your boyfriend’s discomfort with shouting and aggression.
He’s about to turn on the sink, still heated. “I miss you too—!” Until he saw you pulling your hair, making him instinctively grab your wrist. “Stop that-!”
You jerk, trying to release yourself. “I wouldn’t be this pissed off if you had just did what you said!” Your struggling made you step back, now feeling the cold kitchen counter on your back.
“You think I like going to bed alone too? Barely being able to see you, huh?!”
His breath is hot on your face, the close proximity being mere inches. You find yourself staring up at him. Being pinned to the counter, his rough grip on your wrist, it made a certain heat rise in your stomach. You both don’t say anything for a few minutes, just glaring at each other. Until you use your free hand to grab the side of his neck and pull him in for a searing kiss.
Dae-Ho makes a surprised sound before reciprocating, groaning against your lips. He lets go of your wrist, instead choosing to grab your hips and pull you closer to his body. He presses you further against the counter, making you moan lightly as you had your hands tangled in his hair.
You lift a leg up, giving Dae-Ho a chance to grab your under thigh and lift your leg higher. You feel his bulge against your wet core, he was already getting hard. Had it really been that long since you two have done it?
You hook your leg around his waist, grinding against his body. A deep rumble leaves Dae-Ho’s throat, he pulls back, a string of saliva connecting you both. “Fuck…” He pants for air. Disappointment and anxiety creeped up faster than you could’ve imagined. This was the first time you two were this passionate in awhile. You couldn’t let him pull away now.
You grab the cuff of his shirt and yank him back toward you. Oh that shirt, you always hated it. The design reminded you of some clown graffiti you’d see in a sketchy part of town. You’d rather see your boyfriend without it on.
As you kiss him again, you slide your hands up underneath his shirt. His skin was hot, his hips stuttered as you ran your fingers over his abs. Dae-Ho shuddered a little. But he leaned closer, his tongue dancing along with yours. He’d attempt to speak to you in between your hot temperature kisses.
“Wait—is this… okay?”
You cup his cheeks and look him in the eyes, you could see you both were much less angry. But the passion brewing was one you couldn’t let simmer. You needed that shit to over boil.
“Dae-Ho. Fuck me. Now.”
Dae-Ho did not have to be told twice as he dived back into your lips. The passionate exchange only broken for a moment as you made him take that ghastly shirt off. His hand slowly slid down your pants as your hands slid around his neck. Dae-Ho groans in your mouth as his hand feels your soaking folds. You whimper in pleasure, trying to somehow get closer to him. He starts to rub your clit in smooth slow circles. You whine out, Dae-Ho letting your sounds fill the room so he could hear you clearly. His mouth was slightly open, as if mimicking the shape your mouth was making.
He slips in a finger, curling it and making you bite your lip. Dae-Ho thumbs the bottom of your lip. He leans in close.
“Don’t. I wanna hear you.”
His tongue swirls around yours before his lips connect for a quick peck. He inserts another finger, now drawing out all your sounds. He plunged them in and out of you in a steady rhythm. You still had both your hands on the back of his neck.
“Fuck… fuck, fuck… Dae-Ho…!” You couldn’t take it, you needed more. You took off your shirt, and aggressively pulled down your bottoms. You’re left in just your bra and underwear for him. His fingers didn’t leave your dripping cunt, continuously finger fucking you. You felt yourself getting close, but this isn’t how you wanted to go. “Dae-Ho~! Get… inside!” Your command somehow made the male even harder, his cock stirring in his pants.
He removes his fingers so he could lift you up onto the kitchen counter. While you desperately removed your panties, he took off his pants and got his member free.
Dae-Ho lines up with your entrance. Your wetness being more than needed for a lubricant. “Fuck, you’re so wet. All this cause of me?” He’d remark with a light cocky smirk. You glare up at him, still needing your nerves fucked out of you.
“Shut up.”
The male narrows his eyes and enters you with one thrust, bottoming out. You cry out, wet enough where it didn’t hurt, just raw pleasure. “Oh fuck—!” You choke on your own words. Dae-Ho barely gives a moment to adjust as he starts ramming into you at a fast pace. Pumped full with adrenaline, you didn’t mind at all. It almost felt like having sex for the first time. But you’ve never felt Dae-Ho’s thrust so desperately before. He had his hands on your hips, pushing you further down on him to meet every thrust. You were seeing stars, almost drifting away from the feeling. But then, you hear a,
“I love you.”
Dae-Ho was looking at you with a deep sincerity. You gaze into his eyes. Of course, now you remember, you were fighting. Your heart grew so full. You cup his face, and lull him closer.
“I-I love you too!”
You both kiss lovingly, now out of pure passion and love for each other, than out of lust. His rhythm struck slightly out of order, and you knew he was close. Before you could even hold out for him though, you come undone. You cry out his name, your head arched toward the ceiling. Dae-Ho sped up, his thrusts sloppy, but yearning.
“(Y,n)… (Y,n)…! Shit…!”
He lets out a held back roar, finishing inside of you. You cling onto him, whining with broken gasps. Your hands drift from his back to his shoulders as the two of you calm down.
Panting, Dae-Ho rests his head against your collarbone. You weakly rub his head, closing your eyes. He slowly comes out of you, creating a light squelching sound.
“Don’t be mad…I love you.”
His tone was soft, hesitant. You recognized this vulnerability from him, and slowly wrap your arms around him. “I love you too…” You say sincerely. Dae-Ho doesn’t say anything back, but he does scoop you up bridal style in his arms.
You’re carried back to your bed, and he lays beside you. It was late, and you were more than happy to get some rest after that. You can safely say you’re no longer angry. To double check on that, Dae-Ho mumbles,
“I’ll do the dishes in the morning, I promise.”
He gently pushes a strand of hair from your face. You scoot closer, signaling your boyfriend to embrace you in his open arms. He plants a kiss on your head. You listen to his heartbeat, the way it beat so fast.
“I’m sorry…”
“…I’m sorry too…”
The two of you lay there together, drifting off into a well needed slumber. But for the first time in awhile, you felt like your relationship with your lover was secure. And how, that’s one way to get out of doing dishes.
