How to write things that could be trigger warnings?

Novel Trigger Warnings: How To?

Writing About Sensitive Themes

Trigger warnings or no trigger warning, a writer must take caution to provide an accurate and meaningful exploration of topics like suicide, abuse, trauma, etc.

Make use of sensitivity readers to provide feedback

Get a first-hand account from someone who has a similar experience to what your character will. Even if you can't get an interview with someone face-to-face, there are amazing blogs and YT videos out there.

EXPLORE IT MEANINGFULLY, NEVER USE IT AS A "SHOCK FACTOR". Think about how the triggering elements add depth to character, throw a meaningful question to the audience or make the worldbuilding more realistic, etc. Throwing these elements in because you can't think of a better idea is exactly what you don't want to do.

Don't let the trauma/mental disorder, etc. become a character's entire personality. It's easy to fall into the trap of thinking, "oh that character with cancer" or "the troubled one" - nope. A character is more than just an aggragate of their dark past.

Think about the genre you're writing. If you're writing horror and label is correctly, you can expect readers to give you more liberty to throw blood and gore around. If you do this for a YA romance, it's probably going to be a big no.

Focus on the characters and their reaction, rather than the act itself. Life is 10% events and 90% how you deal with them.

Stay away from exaggerated stereotypes. No Hollywood.

To Warn Or Not To Warn

A trigger warning is essentially a statement cautioning a consumer/reader that the content may be disturbing or induce a traumatic response. 

Common Arguments For Trigger Warnings

They give a reader the choice to avoid encountering content that forces them to revisit past trauma.

It isn't always obvious from the book cover/synopsis, etc. that potentially triggering content comes later down the story. It helps them make an informed decision.

Common Arguments Against Trigger Warnings

It becomes a spoiler.

Trigger Identification: There are as many different triggers as there are readers, making it a practical impossibility to adequately warn every potential reader about every potential trigger.

Genre expectations should adequately help readers choose. If you're reading an action thriller, you'd reasonably expect violence.

Some teachers, librarians, and publishing professionals argue that content labels are a form of censorship, and that the line between labels and trigger warnings is thin.

I am yet to make up my mind on whether trigger warnings are a necessity, or it should remain a choice that's left up to the author - so I'll leave it up to you to decide. Let me know in the comments about what you think.

For everything he’d heard of the Underdark, he’d not expected to find it beautiful. Glowing fungi littering the rocky crevices gave the place a haunting glow, almost an air of romance to it, if you ignored the odd creatures that had grown used to the perpetual darkness. The Arcane Tower they’d discovered to the West of the entrance had been a personal favourite of Gale’s and he couldn’t help but be a little bit grateful they’d decided to set up camp inside its walls, under the watchful gaze of an automaton.

He pored over the books on the second floor, mesmerised by the archaic words on yellowed pages.

“It’s so sad.” Serena’s voice, barely a whisper, caught his attention despite it’s obvious intentions not to.

He could not help but tear his eyes away to see what had caused the response. She was cross-legged, on the floor, hair messy and covered in the same dust she usually was, staring at a crumpled note in her hand. The glow of the blue lights from the tower gave her skin a cool hue but even from the distance he was sat, he could see the glassy sheen on her eyes, her fingers covering her mouth.

Curiosity got the better of him the way it always did, and before his brain could stop him, he strode over and sat beside her.

It was a habit he’d grown into; always sitting or walking next to her. He’d managed to be subtle – or so he’d thought. Always something to look at close to her or a quiet discussion away from prying ears. This time, the letter that had enraptured her, was his reason.

“What is it?”

“Read.” He smiled inside as she settled next to him, her shoulder nestled into chest. “That grave we found. She sounded so lonely. The play makes sense now.”

Gale couldn’t help but fell a knife of ice in his heart. It was sad. This tower, decaying and decrepit, filled with wondrous information was also filled with the same cold isolation his own had become. A tomb of wisdom separated from the outside world; filled with the written word and nobody to share it with. His body stiffened. In a hundred years, someone may be sat on the floor of his Waterdeep Tower, reading the same books, learning of him from his sad musings and lost poetry, shedding a tear about how desperately isolated he was and how his tale was a warning only to end with tragedy.

“I wonder what became of her. I wonder why she chose not to join the society?” Serena wasn’t talking to him, not really. “Maybe she made it to Baldur’s Gate. Perhaps she met up with her friend.” He could tell the lack of conviction even in her hopeful words; she knew what had happened to her. The likelihood was that Lenore of the Underdark Tower had died here how she lived; alone.

“Yes. Perhaps she did.” Even he wanted to believe it; they’d discovered enough misery down here without the added melancholy of this story. “Perhaps we will see when we get there. I think leaving the automaton was a good idea in the end. A fitting guardian to someone who was clearly an accomplished wizard.” 

Serena raised an eyebrow and looked up at him. “I thought you said it was self-indulgent”

He coughed. He had said that, hadn’t he?

“Well, I suppose, when one looks at the larger picture, it is quite the feat to create an army on androids powered by arcane magic to protect your secrets in your absence. I, maybe, overlooked the technical skill involved in -”

“If you back-peddle anymore, we’ll end up back on the Nautiloid.” She chuckled and put the letter on the floor. Her head tilted ever so slightly and rested on his shoulder. It was almost as seamless as breathing and were it an isolated incident, he could maybe have over-looked it as her being exhausted. “Want to go look in the basement?”

Gale smiled. Of course, he did. He’d have walked into an active volcano were she inviting him.

“Sounds like a most wonderful plan my lady.”

“You’re such a charmer.” The usual playful tap followed the comment. She stood, offered her hand to help him up and with a skip, pulled him in the direction of the elevator that would take them into the depths of the broken but storied building.

What are your top five anime/manga?

Ooh, this is hard because I really haven't watched/read that many! I feel like my scope is very limited. But as it stands, I'll give you my current top five as far as I've thought about them:

5. (TBD) Contenders: The Summer Hikaru Died / Hikaru ga Shinda Natsu (Manga, anime not yet released), The Yakuza's Guide to Babysitting (Manga)

4. (TBD) Contenders: Sousou no Frieren (Anime) (holy shit, don't let anyone tell you it's overrated), Uramichi Oniisan (Anime, haven't read the manga yet), Erased (both the Anime and Manga)

3. The Apothecary Diaries (Anime) This had me hooked, waiting every week for the next episode to drop! I've only read the first volume of the manga, and am unfamiliar with the light novels, so I can't say which form is best, but they did an AMAZING job with the anime! It's visually stunning! More than that, though, the story and characters were what hooked me. I can't stand fantastical, Sherlock-esque deductive reasoning, but Maomao doesn't fall into that trope. She steps back when she realizes she's making flawed generalizations, and that makes her so much more real and interesting.

2. The Case Study of Vanitas / Vanitas no Carte (Manga) This might overtake the number one spot when it's complete! VNC is by the same author as Pandora Hearts, but it's newer, so she has more experience with storytelling and illustration. I actually studied it for a real college credit! MochiJun does a great deal of research for her manga, so I was able to make an actual case for it as an academically relevant work. Beautiful and intriguing story that has me constantly stressed out! The fact that it's influenced by so many historical tragedies is very ominous. However, it has MochiJun's usual motifs, many of which are fueled by love. There's so much to look forward to (or fear)!

1. Pandora Hearts (Manga) This one should come as no surprise. My icon has been the PH contractor incuse over the genderfluid flag for a while. This became my favorite manga after I picked it up from the library on a whim in middle school, drawn in by the references to the Alice duology and The Wizard of Oz. Then it overturned my expectations completely! It totally reshaped how I view storytelling. It's also why I decided to start reading Fullmetal Alchemist and D.Gray-man, both of which I'm still in the early stages of (so they're not on the list yet), and which are relevant to the author. This manga is why I came to care so much about complex characters and plots as a writer myself, and that's not even mentioning MochiJun's art! Beautiful even back then!

So, in summary: I love complex characters and a unique plot, especially ones that effectively invoke both tragedy and comedy. I also love an element of horror in my stories! (And maybe a little romance if it's well-done!) (Edit: and Mystery!!! But good mysteries are hard to find!)

i have to laugh bc i saw someone say mystra "was done so dirty in bg3" like LMFAO the last mystra literally had wizards duking it out with each other to become her chosen or whatever and then it got so bad that eventually one of the mystra's was like "alright this sucks ass now nevermind". and then there was the time mystra possessed a mortal woman and had seven daughters as her with the woman's husband and that fucking killed the woman and the husband abandoned them bc he'd had no idea and then mystra saddled elminster with the youngest three. the wizard fights was how azuth became mystra's chosen and then mystra's daughters (who aren't aasimar like aylin, just very powerful wizards/sorcerers) are also her chosen, though i think two of them are dead now. and she ALSO put elminster through a bunch of bullshit tests and started like right after his whole family was murdered or whatever so like that man can have his cheese from my camp, i'll chew him out later. and like yeah all that was from the first mystra but one of the first things this new mystra has done is wreck gale so i don't think that speaks highly to her character nor is out of line with previous incarnations. she may be "neutral good" but only as it pertains to her portfolio, in my view - she is "good" for protecting magic and the chaos of some actions cancel out with the lawfulness of her stringent rules for the use of magic. AND even if she was basically dead for most of gale's life and they only met "face to face" thirteen years before the events of the game and started dating then, when gale was already an adult, i would still consider it grooming. he was raised in a society - especially in waterdeep bc it's a center of magic - that venerates "good" aligned gods because they're literally irrefutably real. gale was obviously taught to value the weave and hold great respect for mystra, he attended one of the most prestigious academies of magic, and he was mentored by elminster himself. he was in a unique position to be used by mystra as wizards before him had been used - notably elminster himself, but also literally azuth, the patron lesser deity of wizards. (and the letters elminster sends to gale in his origin and if he becomes a god speak to the guy holding so much guilt for being party to the abuse gale faced - that he should have done more to prevent gale's downfall, especially bc he is one of mystra's survivors.) and then azuth's last line in the series of books in bg3 about the gods is literally about forever yearning for mystra. so then gale wasn't even pulling the idea of getting more power out of his ass or anything, someone else was given power/allowed to obtain it to the point of becoming a god in service to mystra. he disobeyed mystra's boundaries for using magic/gaining power, yes, but in his origin when you talk to mystra and say "i just wanted to be worthy of you" or w/e she says that gale was already worthy and just lacked patience. so again he wasn't even told a solid no it may have been more of a "no right now" no. (i say maybe bc atp mystra might just be gaslighting gale, trying to pretend that she hadn't been 100% forever and ever denying him, i wouldn't put it past her.) of course what's taken into account for deciding godly alignment is going to be a bit different than for beings without a godly portfolio. like!!!!! mystra can be dead in my eyes and still have neutral good alignment as a goddess bc for her most of all it's fucking complicated, seeing as she is like... the lifeblood of the realms or whatever. anyways. to end this... long-winded rant. part of what make's gale's story and romance so compelling is that he's completely correct when he says that the gods don't truly care about mortals, that they just cower behind ao. they can't really care bc they forget what it's like to be mortal, they depend on having mortal souls. they are just dressed up devils, dealing in souls. no good is wholly "good." they all have the power to save lives, to change lives for the better, yet squalor remains. it's an imperfect universe. compelling!

Some more of my recent Bald Gay 3 stuff. Ever since I learned how to add mods to this game, I've...shown the exact same behavior my sims 4 mods folder knows very well. And now I'm stuck in character creation making a million tavs. So anyway, I bg3fied Callias for a durge run. I wasn't sure what class to pick for him, but eventually I settled for war cleric. Oh and he's a drow. His dream visitor is based on his sims sister Magdalene. And yes, he'll be romancing Astarion and they'll make each other worse. Naturally.

Tyler got tiefling'd for real! They're so precious. I'm guessing I'll get around doing their run in August if my brainrot is still going strong by then. Meet Tyghlar (still pronounced the same way but we're ✨quirky✨ in a fantasy setting), mephistopheles tiefling, bard. Yes, bg3!tyler has boobs. He calls them tiny goats. Honestly? Tyler deserves real boobs in at least one universe, so good for them. Gonna be romancing Shadowheart with them (them as in Tyghlar, not the boobs..but I mean, they're nice boobs, maybe Shart will like them...) Dream visitor based on Sharon. I actually realized the other day that she and Shart have some things in common so naturally a bg3!tyler has to romance Shart, duh, and also there's this whole thing with wolves and sims!Sharon is a werewolf...also, I'm planning to do a run with bg3!sharon too, eventually. I'm not sure if she'll look exactly this way, probably not, my mods folder will be twice as big by then, but just like the dream visitor, she'll be a drow for sure. I wanna make her a paladin.

Up next, my very self-indulgent tavself run. Made myself a wizard and maybe dipped into sorcerer as well? I think I may have. I might be going silly with mods here and I'm definitely making a very very very self-indulgent karlachbloodnikaweave sandwich, if you know what I mean. I wanna romance them all okay, I'm just a girl. A simple girl.

Nah, update: This save no longer exists 😂 I restarted it, but I'm not sure if I'm gonna play it. It's just not that fun to play as *myself*, I prefer to project onto OCs, if that makes sense.

I'm also planning a Zeph honour run but I can't for the life of me decide what Zeph should look like - I know I want them to be different from what they were like in my first run, but how much different? 😂 Well, this is what they're like now. What do you think?

I also really struggle developing some lore for them, they have nothing going on for them and nothing feels right, so you might think, dude just drop them...but I can't, okay 😭

So. Another update. I've tried the Zeph honour run. It did not end well. Game over right off the nautiloid. I know better now, but I don't really wanna play it now. I'm not sure if they're suitable to be my first ever honour run, to be fair. I started a tactician run with them instead, so they can die all they want and I can always reload. As for honour, I'll probably first make an OC that's really built with survival in mind. Overpowered tank or something. Which Zeph definitely isn't 😅

Last but not least, this weekend I felt like creating Sunset...well, Solana in this game, or simply nicknamed Sunny. That's all, I just wanted to create her. I'm not sure if I'll play her much, it's not really a priority right now. But I wanted you to see her too.

- rather than KRS within it is Chuuya inside of Cales Body or sharing the same body like halfsies of the time within the body.

- At day its KRS at night it is Chuuya! Maybe..

- Both likes alcohol? Yes.

- Both red heads? Absolutely

- Both rich? Verily.

- You can mix in a Dazai in there... Maybe as Alver? Or as Barrow...?

2. Percy Jackson Harry Potter

- Child of Death (Thanatos) or Child of Magic (Hecate) Harry Potter.

- Main cast of Percy Jackson in there but with the addition of Harry Potter.

- Maybe with Ron and Hermione in the story.

- Child of Athena or maybe Child of Coeus Hermione?

- As for Ron I don't wanna change anything since the weasley family is great and the fact I seemingly can't decide a God that may fit in the moment..

3. Fullmetal Alchemist & Harry Potter crossover

- Ed somehow someway gets in the harry potter universe but during the time of Tom Riddle.

- Maybe through a deal with Truth or Amestris being a some type of undiscovered country.

- Ed may help Tom by stopping him with making horcruxes with Tom having a fascination with Ed because HE CAN TECHNICALLY MAKE HIM IMMORTAL.

- Make them rivals? Friends? LOVERS? FRENEMIES??? Any of these can fit actually.

- Rivals due to Ed being able to learn anything in a couple of months so him challenging Riddle with the golden good boy spot.

- Friends with them both being research buds. Ed is still rude and Tom still just wants knowledge from Ed. ( i dont think this is even friendship but sure.)

- Lovers two intelligent bastards with one of them wanting to be a inmmortal politician and one is a military man. Lovers out of convinience or actual romance? Who knows maybe Tom is using Edward as basically a way of gaining popularity within amestris and Ed using Tom as a way to learn more about the wizarding world.

- Frenemies with them equally hating eachother and will attempt to outsmart eachother but will assist when needed. Need a giant snake to get rid of a asshole sacrifice the said asshole to the basilisk call your good great annoyance Tom. Need knowledge to make yourself a immortal politician with power? Call Edward and hope he teaches you. (He will mostly likely wont but if he does you probably wont need to split your own soul.)

- Grindelwald is also yknow still there so maybe him and Dumbeldore as the main antagonists with minor ones called wizard racism.

So while I'm fucking around with my skyrim baldurs gate companions game, I also decided to do a more in-depth Durge playthrough, and play around with the companions looks. So here's how everyone looks so far!

First off, my peepaw Durge, Cain! I love him so much! While I played with him a bit before and romance Lae'zel, I'm debating on if I want to do that again. Guess I'm going with the flow on him to see who he ends up with.

I really need to draw him at some point. I love the story I built for him, and his personality, which I imagine is very much like Kratos's from God of War; mostly silent and gruff, but knows when he is needed emotionally, and gives great advice on combat!

Astarion is one I really just played around with. I knew I wanted to make him a Tiefling, but that was it. Still, I'm super happy with how he turned out. I'm even warming up to him a bit this playthrough!

I'll do Shadowheart next as she is also a character I really don't care for. But maybe I'm shallow, cause this playthrough I'm paying more attention to her and starting to warm up to her character.

I really love the purple and black on her. I also ADORE the tear looking scars on her face.

I'm not sure how the mod I'm using reacts to act 3 Shadowheart, but hopefully I can remember what faces and such I used on her so I can keep her looking mostly the same with just a few changes.

For Gale I really wanted to give him a scrawny wizard man look, and I'm just really happy with it. I don't think I have much to say about him. Just, I really like how he turned out.

I really had no idea what I wanted to do for Karlach, but I'm happy in the end. At first I just was going for a red color look. But after finding the horns that glow, I thought giving her the fire color palette with the orange would be super cool. And it is!

Honestly with Lae'zel, after turning her into Serana in my other playthrough, I decided I wanted to make her more goth. Kinda like Gale, I don't have too much to say, I'm just happy how she turned out!

And lastly Wyll, my boy! I mainly knew I wanted to use these horns. But other than that I wanted to play around with his looks. I tired to download a mod that added more dreadlock hairstyles, but for some reason it didn't work (a lot of my hair mods didn't,) but I decided to just go with the og dreadlock hairstyle. Which, I'm still very happy with! I love Wyll's looks so much, and it breaks my heart knowing Cain wouldn't want to romance Wyll and I can't romance with him. Big sad!

As I play more through this game I may post more screenshots or videos. But we'll see. I've been playing for the past six hours at least, and now I must sleep!

ASOS; Steel and Snow: 21 JAIME III (pages 285-297)

The BROadtrip takes an unfortunate turn as circumstances trade BROtrip member Cleos for the Bloody Mummers Brave Companions in the BROadtrip lineup. Neither Brienne nor Jaime have a good time.

They get to have a cool fight scene though.

This feels like commentary on the effects of war spoiling the childhood dreams and stories of romance and hope.

"- And there may be other enemies hiding in the rubble..." "Hers or ours? They are not the same, coz. I have a yen to see if the wench can use that sword she wears."

Yen, noun: a basic monetary unit of Japan Yen, noun: strong longing or yearning

Guess which one I interpreted that as. "You're making a bet? With a currency you shouldn't even know exists?! ... wait, there's... that's the wrong..."

Jaime had decided that he would return Sansa, and the younger girl as well if she could be found. It was not like to win him back his lost honor, but the notion of keeping faith when they all expected betrayal amused him more than he could say.

mmmm, F to doubt buddy. Oh sure, it might be amusing, but given how often "you think of me as a monster? then I'll be a monster" crops up, I think part of you wants to be the good and honorable man yet. because somewhere way deep down there is some good in you, and maybe because you think Cersei deserves a good and honorable man. (Hell knows where that goodness was when he pushed Bran out the window though.)

... RIP Cleos. we all knew you were on a timer. At least I didn't get attached to this one?

... This fight scene is way more dynamic than the show, good use of terrain as a character.

I wonder if this was because Jaime's reached a minimum threshold for human decency, his efforts to be the good and honorable man paying off in that he has to try at the very least to protect Brienne, or because part of him will never be over not being able to save Cersei from that same fate at Robert's hands.

Or a mix of both.

... hang on a second... *finds the scene on youtube* yeah, that's what I thought. That's interesting, Jaime actually spells it out in the show, here in the books he just says "Tarth is called the Sapphire Isle, a maiden told me once." and let's Urswyck make his own incorrect conclusion.

I wonder if it's because D&D didn't trust the viewers to make the leap that Urswyck makes all on his own with out spelling out what Jaime was implying in real time even though Brienne does it later in the same scene. Well, book version anyway, I swear she said it in the show, but later but I can't remember when, and the show was too busy making Jaime talk like someone who isn't as smart or smooth as he thinks he is so they could get straight to the hand chopping while he's still smarmy enough that we might not feel 100% bad about him losing his hand.

"Thith ith a thweet day," Vargo Hoat said. Around his neck hung a chain of linked coins, coins of every shape and size, cast and hammered, bearing likenesses of kings, wizards, gods and demons, and all manner of fanciful beasts. Coins from every land where he has fought, Jaime remembered.

That's a cool world building costume detail sadly missing from the show. Like his lisp.

I love "You will never make me do the think" scene transition to them doing the thing as a comedic effect, but damn if it doesn't do good for the horror elements as well.

I think it was better for Jaime to believe they were just trying to scare him right up until it happened, because that let him be brave where he might not have been able to otherwise, but it did cost him last second bartering time, though I doubt that would have helped him any.

An now, presenting my favorite section: I don't actually like that much crime procedural dramas but I'm a sucker for the "my consultant is a _" fill the blank trope.

The mentalist: PERFECTION. 10/10. Forever in love with Patrick Jane. Lisbon is a badass. Cho is just amazing. Love every single season and almost every character to death. *chef's kiss*

Wednesday: Decided to check it out while I was waiting for my train... Ended up watching the entire thing in a day XDDD Can't wait for season 2

All that done XD Here's one you won't know about...

Gran Hotel: OOOOOMMMMMYYYYYY I didn't want to include spanish things into this list, but this one is A MUST!!! sorry #notsorry To sum it up quickly it's a Dowton Abbey + Murder mistery (But in this one *spoiler warning* they do not kill the main guy in a christmas special T-T #yeahimstillmadaboutthat) btw the main ship is AMAAAAAZING (I mean, poor guy falls in love with rich woman never disappoints, am I right?)

MASH: My parents grew up watching this, bought it in DVD, and show it to us when we were kid... I fell in love. I'm still in love. I can quote almost every episode from memory, love all the characters and love how the show started as goofy and funny and grew little by little into cynical and critical. The caracters were flawed, which made them realistic and (considering when this air on TV) way ahead of their time.

Community: There's a before and after after the pool episode in season one. What an amazing show. Love it to death. #andamovie

Romance is a Bonus Book: I've seen a lot of kdramas, this one takes the win. Has everything they never want to give you in TV: main ship is friend from childhood, constant appreciation for books, they do not break up for stupid reasons once they are together, mega happy ending, no one has amnesia, no one gets kidnaped, you actually get to see them as a couple instead of getting together in the last chapter... and I could keep going, but I'll stop here. Well, and the main guy is drop-dead gorgeous (with kinda helps too XDDDDD)

And last, but not least:

Wizards of Waverly Place: This is my childhood... And also my present, let's be honest. Love the show, love Selena Gomez, LOOOOVE her as Alex. Still obsessed to this day, I mean, I rewatched it last month lol.

okay here are some of these grand plans

apparently there's a heelys mod so i HAVE to download that immediately. that's the most important thing. literally everything else can wait.

yeet will be more of an adventurer than a farmer, i feel like it fits him more. unfortunately i happen to be terrible at the mines and skull caverns so this may go badly for him. oh well, that fits him too

he's still british in this, somehow. all the other people in town (except elliott who already talks ridiculously) think it's hilarious and cute whenever yeet says things like autumn and pub instead of "fall" and "saloon"

he will be befriending the wizard as soon as possible. and i know there's no way for this to happen in the game but my headcanon is that yeet will become the wizard's apprentice and learn all his arcane knowledge and one day inherit the wizard tower himself.

community centre run. look, the last file i played, i played an evil character who did the joja route and cheated on everyone and got yelled at for it and then started divorcing people left and right... i can't go through that again, it made me feel like the scum of the earth. yeet will instead be supporting the local community and will not be breaking any hearts. the only cursed thing he will do is put the mayor's shorts on display at the fair because i think it is very funny

it took me forever to decide who he should romance, since his usual type is "evil tsundere girl who would mug him in an alleyway at midnight" and there's no one like that. but he is bisexual so this time how about him getting a cute BOY instead, and preferably someone who ISN'T a mortal enemy for a change?

with that in mind i picked adorable sunshine boy sam, king of having adhd and silly hair, a "cinnamon roll" as the kids would have said like 10 years ago. yeet also plays the bagpipes so they can bond over weird music. and they're both like 20 so they don't have to get married either, i doubt either of them are ready. (and if sam married yeet his full name would be "samson dabson" and that's even worse than yeet dabson, good grief, i refuse to do that to the poor boy)

and anyway the best runs are ALWAYS KROBUS ROOMMATE RUNS, NO I AM NOT TAKING CRITICISM, KROBUS IS THE BEST CHARACTER

yeet also has to be besties with sebastian and abigail because like. young'uns with iconic hairstyles who are part of the Squad. (and maru too because i like her. god i also wish there was a way to get sebastian and maru on proper speaking terms... i'm just going to pretend yeet manages it somehow)
