#I make really specific and odd headcannons all the time

Story time: I was getting mad about evil insurance companies and capitalism again, as per usual, and I distracted myself with some SP and well-

Long story short the chat decided that not even Gideon would be as evil as insurance companies

And huzzah, this was born. This will be the most specific and strange post I will ever make

Keen observation: Giyū is a hypocrite:

Let me explain:

I have a headcannon // Oneshot for this that I will link HERE when it is finished x.

Alright, to prove this point I am going to focus on two specific points (With Anime episodes and Manga chapters listed)

Okay: the first point to be made is with when Tanjiro is trying to convince Giyú to come and train the other demon slayers, and Giyú is doing all he can to avoid and // or ignore poor sweet Tanjiro.

Exhibits A // B // C:

"Giyú sannnnn!!" // "Mr. Giyuuu!!"

Throughout Season five, Episode two "Water Hashira Giyú Tomioka's Pain" (Covering from chapter 130 of the Manga), we get to see Tanjiro's sheer determination to convince the stoic hashira to join in training the younger // lower ranking corps members - to which Giyú consistently either flat out refuses him, or ignores him - leading to a rather hilarious sequence of events that last over a few days.

And at one point we get to see things from Giyú's perspective - and what he says made me get thinking: HMM THIS SEEMS AWFULLY FAMILIAR - OH YEAH THAT'S BECUASE IT IS.

(Thoughts) Is he going to… keep this up for the rest of my life?

(Thoughts) If I talk to him, will he stop stalking me?

AND THAT LEADS ME INTO POINT B. Throughout Season five  Episode 7, "Stone Hashira Gyomei Himejima" - We find Giyú and Sanemi in the midst of a heated spar - only for Tanjiro to intervene because he thinks that they are actually fighting each other.

He then proceeds to talk about Sanemi's enjoyment of Ohagi (For reference Ohagi is a Japanese sweet that is made of glutenous rice flour and red bean paste // it is also sometimes called red bean mochi and is like an inside out Daifuku) - And Giyú displays interest in this, notable by the remark he passes to the other Hashira

"You like Ohagi?"

(Also how refreshing was it to see Giyú actually trying to make friends?? Like AHHHH he's trying so hard and WHO DOES THAT SOUND LIKE?? - TANJIRO.)

Giyú then goes on to tell Tanjiro his silly little plan; the next time he sees Sanemi - he's going to hide some Ohagi up his sleeve to give to him. Now see, that sounds really cute and all, but imagine this from Sanemi's perspective.

He's clearly embarrassed by Tanjiro talking about his liking of Ohagi - based off his reaction to Tanjiro bringing it up. He shouted, and then stormed off.

Now picture the person who he hates on a level nearly par with demons (Someone who is always painfully quiet and uninterested in him) suddenly acting all smiley and enthusiastic, brandishing Ohagi from... up his sleeve? I don't know about you, but that would seem quite odd to me, condescending even.

Personally, I headcannon that Giyú went full Tanjiro in his pursuit to give Sanemi some Ohagi and become friends with him, but a more so silent approach. Like he'd still be overbearing, but with that little smile of his accompanied by an empty stare and total silence.

It'd creep the hell out of Sanemi and probably make him feel a little insecure, almost embarrassed of himself if Giyuu was going to this length in (what he thinks is) teasing him.

Another instance of miscommunication for them. Sanemi would probably start thinking like Giyú had-

"Is he going to keep this up forever!?"

"Goddammit, if I entertain this will he leave me alone?!"

(Just look at his silly face // he is both pure of heart and dumb of ass)

but I think Sanemi's face was bound to look less like that ^^^ and more like this: vvv

AND THERE IS MY LITTLE ESSAY ON WHY GIYU IS A HYPOCRITE - WHETHER HE KNOWS IT OR NOT.

And an abridged one below:

( I think he would have eventually taken a piece of Ohagi from him, and that it would have made Giyú insanely happy - but Sanemi takes that as him being sarcastic - causing more friction on his side, whereas Giyú thinks they are making progress, making him do it again.

I think this kerfuffle would have only been cleared up after the final battle, to which Sanemi feels a little worse for being so cold to Giyú - but is immediately forgiven and gifted with a bunch of Ohagi, as Giyú grew quite skilled at making it after so many practice runs. )

THEY'RE SO SILLY I LOVE THEM

I frickin love my Aus Sally, i purposely made her the opposite of how the fandom majority sees her and I love her now lol.

I feel like the Creepypasta fandom has this overly Pure and innocent view of Sally, with the frilly dresses bows and sweet innocent attitude even not allowing any shipping with her as odd as that is.

I've seen many people headcannon her as Aroace Wich Is fine if you just like it or are even self projecting a bit cuz I've seen people do but, butttt ive also seen a pretty big amount of people headcannon her as Aroace specifically because of the SA in her story, and that's never really sat right with me just cuz it kinda sends the message of

If you've been SA'd in the past you'll never feel love or want to even think of anything romantic or sexual again. Which admittedly can happen as a trauma response but it's not all the time people have many different trauma responses and for my Sally I wanted to lean away from that.

My Sally isn't some innocent girl who can't defend herself and wears all these frilly dresses and needs to be covered at all times, she's not afraid to wear things like Tanktops crop tops shorts heels and just generally more revealing stuff like most of the fandom tends to portray her as, tho obviously it's not to the overly sexualized and inappropriate type of revealing stuff I'm just saying Sally isn't held back by the SA she's grown up and she's not ashamed of her body and not afraid to wear more revealing stuff like Tanktops as it's not what you wear NO ONE deserves SA or is asking for it just by wearing shorts or a crop top and you shouldn't be expected to be innocent and completely covered at all times it's okay to wear whatever it's up to the adults to not be creepy about it.

She's still girly overall loves pink and ribbons and glitter but she's not some innocent child she knows what happened to her was wrong and she's trying to move on from it and live a normal life, she's also not stupid and can defend herself another thing that buggs me is how many people make characters like Masky or Toby or slender always come to her rescue making sure no man can hurt her again but to me that just takes away her agency, saying she needs all the men in her life to protect her when she can protect herself they should be guiding her and teaching her how to fight properly not just doing it for her.

She also likes romance talk my Sally is Bisexual as just because you were SA'd doesn't mean you can never love or want to be loved again shes a normal bisexual girl who gets crushes and sure she still feels awkward and is very cautious especially around men but still she likes to fantasize about going on dates and getting valentine's gifts and that's okay XD

History was your passion.

Specifically the time period you now found yourself in.

When you woke up in a small hamlet you recognised your surroundings; the home design, the clothes people wore, the way people spoke and acted.

You were in the medieval age. One you’d spent years studying.

At first the people in the hamlet thought it odd that a stranger had somehow appeared. Your knowledge of the time meant that you were able to blend in quickly.

You planned to continue your research of the medieval period in the quiet of the hamlet. Offering knowledge from your own time to help the people around you.

Your plans changed when a Uhtred and his men moved through the town. They stayed at a local inn as they made plans to attack a local fortress.

While they drank in the tavern you watched them quietly. Uhtred was one of the men you’d studied. So you knew a lot of his battles and defeats, his highs and lows and his inevitable downfall.

You knew that the attack on the fortress would fail miserably, with casualties of some of his closest men.

So you told him. In hindsight, you really shouldn’t have. That action not only altered the course of history but started Uhtred’s obsession with you.

At first he thought it odd that a woman who looked somehow out of place with the others around him, was giving him tactical battle advice.

But as he mulled it over he saw no wrong in taking precautions. Those precautions were to take a separate group of men and exact your advice.

After all he’d seen he shouldn’t have been shocked that what you said would happen, happened.

After celebrating with his men he returned to that same village. Ready to find you and see if you had anymore advice for him.

Yet he didn’t find you there.

In the time he’d left you had realised the possible consequences of your actions.

When Uhtred - granted he was still alive - realised you were right you had no idea how he would react.

The history books didn’t record Uhtred exact personality or how he reacted when women knew things they weren’t supposed to.

It did make you think of what happened to women who could supposedly see the future. They were treated as witches and burned at the stake.

Not a future you desired. So you fled. On to the next hamlet or village you could reach by foot.

You did your best to stay unnoticed in your new home. Helping others occasionally and continuing your research quietly.

You heard from some associates a sick woman was in need of your help. Current healers had apparently drawn a blank with her case. She wondered if you could help.

When you arrived to the small hut on the outskirts of the village you were surprised to find it near abandoned.

You imagined the woman was extremely ill and weak. Any upkeep of her home had been long forgotten. A sight that was sad to see.

When you knocked you had no reply, so you let yourself in.

There you were grabbed from behind and the once dark room was lit to reveal Uhtred and his men. Having been concealed in the dark as they waited for you.

“I have followed you far Seer. You hide well.” Uhtred states. His demeanour remains unchanged, hidden from your eyes.

You say nothing. Outnumbered and unsure of the intentions of the men around you.

“I know now what you say is true. You are too valuable for me to leave behind. So I offer you now to travel with me, help me to conquer.”

You let out a laugh of disbelief, telling Uhtred that one good piece of advice doesn’t mean you’ll be able to give him anymore.

“It’s a risk I cannot take. Pack up your things we ride tonight.”

It was hard to argue with the intimidating Dane sat before you, or his three friends that surrounded him. So you didn’t.

From then on you were practically forced to travel with the men. You rode for many days, learning little about them as you made your way to Uhtred’s home.

When you got there you met with a woman named Brida.

After some questionable rituals and candle lighting she had concluded you were a seer. You saw the future or glimpses of it.

She told Uhtred that you would be extremely valuable to him.

From then on any freedom you had was taken.

You were no longer able to walk the village on your own. Either Sihtric or Finann had to accompany you. They weren’t awful company but when you wanted to be alone it became annoying.

Uhtred’s interest in you only grew. Whenever he could you’d be sat near him, stood near him, riding on his horse with him.

It wasn’t long before Uhtred was convinced you would make a good wife for him.

With no one around him to tell him no, his desires were unchecked, let to run wild.

During Uhtred’s battles he keeps you close. Always consulting you on his plans and viewing your opinion with high regard.

Your knowledge of both history and a range of battles gives you a plethora of strategic plans and possible tactics of war.

Uhtred knows what an asset you are to him. He knows how much he can conquer with you by his side. He won’t ever let you go.

Calico Jack? I don't think so.. scurvy is caused by a severe vitamin-C deficiency. And sailors usually got it becuase they didn't have fruits and vegetables on the ship.. But it looks like Calico Jack has gotten shipwrecked quite a few times in his life. I imagine he's been stranded on islands for a few weeks at a time where he ate nothing but fruits, Veggies and fish. Not to mention his time in the Amazon where he likely had access to all kinds of fruits.

Natquik though? Its possible.. out in the Antarctic his diet was probably mostly fish.. although it seems that real arctic fox diets don't really demand many fruits and veggies.. Still, Natquik seems more likely to have contracted scurvy at one point then Calico Jack :(

XDD I sat on the first ask for a while because I was intending to draw something for it. But I'm realizing now that I might not ever draw it so--

What was going on in that drawing is an evil Undyne threw a spear at the group while they were passing by. Seam was struck in the head by it and was killed.. hence the blood splatter on her face. (My darkeners bleed)

BUT ITS OKAY! Through some uh... very dark methods- Frisk was able to reset to a few moments before and pull Seam out of the way. Then she got into a brawl with the evil Undyne no doubt <XD

I have, and uh, I'm not so sure about the whole "in character" thing.. or at least its not the character I imagined Fazbear Entertainment would be- <XD

It just means they're both rough and tough and their hands get beat up a lot. Kwazii gets them beat from scraping them on stuff and dealing with dangerous creatures while on missions. And Calico Jack gets them from scraping them on stuff and.. dealing with dangerous creatures while on adventures XDD

XDD For receiving hugs? I'd say he's about a 11/10 sometimes, maybe a 6/10 other times. Its harder to hug him comfortably if you're significantly shorter/smaller than he is. But if ur the right size his hugs will just fix all your problems 🥺

As for giving hugs? It might be about the same. But I can see him giving them out only to people he's really close to. Otherwise a tender yet professional hand on the shoulder seems more his style.

valorant headcannons 6 im pretty sure (im bad at math?) its very interesting to think how everyone would see their counterparts. obviously, most of the duelists are pretty pro-murder toward each other (its definitely just a "i need to be better than myself") but several of them feel like it wouldn't JUST be that. for example: cypher. Cypher refers to his counterpart by their actual name. It feels like Cypher doesn't just want to be better than his counterpart- but that he wants to tear them down. it is not just a competition, but Cypher feels like he has something to prove. that he's faster, more clever, something. or even just that he cannot afford to lose at all. that he cant be outsmarted by himself. a better example is Omen. Omen seems to pity his counterpart. a mix of self-loathing and pity when he kills his own counterpart. I get the feeling Omen would prefer to be the one to kill his copy because it would be toying with the idea of death. he knows that both of them will come back from this fight one way or another, but the idea of letting go- or even just watching a copy of himself let go and die- is relieving and Omen can mask the urge to just die as competition with his clone like everyone else. Fade similarly pities her counterpart. It seems that most agents are either competing with their copies, pity their copies, or see it as a new challenge. which is odd, because you would really think watching yourself die in terrible ways would be more alarming. I find it interesting to imagine that outside of battle, it affects the agents a lot more than they actually mention. Neon and Gekko are some of the youngest agents; surely it scares them when they go up against themselves. A moment of hesitation before either they or their copy is dead, and many of them would have nightmares because it is a REALITY to stare into their own eyes before their copy pulls the trigger. Omen in particular seems like he would find it really aggravating to have a copy at all. He mentions wondering how many times he has been ripped apart. He doesn't WANT to have a counterpart because that means someone else has gone through what he has gone through- that means someone else suffers with him. He wants them dead because he finds the act of pretending to live too much to bear, and so he takes it into his own hands to kill the other Omen to make sure it is quick. It is a mercy in his eyes, and so, they compete to kill each other first. For that reason, Brimstone probably tries really hard to keep certain agents from facing their counterparts. The duelists do better with the extra incentive to kill; but agents like Omen and Viper focus on a specific target out of self-loathing. While Cypher and Killjoy lose interest in winning the site when they could be prying into the inefficiencies of their counterparts setup to undermine the effectiveness of their copy. idk rambling. just interesting to think about how the agents feel about killing essentially themselves.

Meeting him for the first time!!!

●Yall meet at the restaurant, obviously

You're there to visit your older brother Bob and his wife and kids, he's there to collect rent.

You're messing around with the kids when he comes in.

"Hello Belchers! And…you." 

Linda is immediately suspicious.

You greet him with a shy nod and a hello, before he turns to Bob and asks about you.

Bob explains that you're his younger sister, born just before his mother died. [Reader is late twenties/early thirties]

He nods and goes quiet before asking you for your name. You give it to him and he immediately gives you an odd nickname.

It's weird but endearing.

He collects the rent silently and leaves, glancing at you several times during the whole interaction.

        First time he asks you out!!

●You're at the pier with Louise, Gene and Tina when they leave you alone to go on some ride you were scared of (me projecting my fear of rollercoasters lmao)

He finds you sitting alone on some random bench and stops to say hello, asking you some questions about yourself and what you thought of WonderWarf

He specifically asks you how you feel about the rides he came up with/ parts of the Warf he designed.

He gets all flustered if you compliment them <3

He later asks you if you felt like going on the ferris wheel with him, to which you decline as you can see the kids returning, but offer to go another time instead.

He nods and says he'll meet with you the next day for a date in the Warf

He walks away before you can answer, only giving you a time and what to wear 

It goes lovely, he gets you dinner afterwards at a nice restaurant (you make sure to tell him Jimmy Pesto's is off limits, which he respects) and you give him a kiss goodbye at the end of the date <3

●I don't pin him as a super jealous guy, but he definitely gets a little possessive most of the time. He's not super vocal about it, opting to just wrap an arm around your waist and glare at the person or rest his hand on your lower back and whisper in your ear. He also gets super pouty and upset if you ignore him.

He takes you on his trips everywhere, it annoys Felix sometimes but he's gotten used to it.

He's not above firing someone or upping their rent if they upset you.

He loves physical touch but gets fidgety and can't sit still for all that long, but he loves messing with your hair or your hands, holding them and/or tracing random shapes on the back of them softly.

Gives THE BEST forehead kisses and usually gives them when he's proud of you/happy.

Shows you off to EVERYONE 

He is so happy you're his, he wants the whole universe he's yours.

He won't show it very outwardly in public but he's always smiling even slightly when you're around. 

He's not too bothered about telling your family, but he knows you're worried about Bob finding out so he keeps a low profile when they're around/when he comes to collect rent.

The kids definitely know. Especially Tina, she thinks it's super romantic and cool that you have to hide your relationship.

●I think how Bob finds out is that one time him and Calvin were tied under the pier. 

Calvin suggests calling you, knowing you'll answer. He recites your number off by heart as if Bob doesn't know and Bob gets suspicious.

He starts asking questions and gradually starts yelling, a mixture of confusion, anxiety from the whole pier thing, and hurt that you didn't tell him.

Might make a fic out of this lol

Calvin explains, leaving out the details he knows you would be able to explain better and general stuff he thinks you'd rather talk to Bob about in private.

Bob slowly calms down and talks about how he's scared of how much his younger sibling is growing up so fast.

Calvin sympathises as he felt that way with Felix (tho felix still acts like a child most of the time)

After they're out from under the pier, you run into his arms crying and yelling at him to never scare you like that again. 

He pats your head gently and kisses your forehead, still aware of Bob being around though he's occupied with Linda and the kids.

Linda sees you guys hugging in a more-than-friendly way and gasps

Bob just sighs and is like "Yeah, I know." 

The kids start telling them about how they knew all along.

You have a heart to heart with Bob later on, he says he's not entirely okay with it but he understands you love Calvin, and that you'll always be his kid sibling no matter what <3

As the eldest child in a bloodline of high-ranking heroes, you and he were very similar in social status

Which meant you two knew each other from a young age

You found you cared a lot about him

And quickly took it upon yourself to care for him where his family had failed

You made it your life goal to protect him

You would become a hero for him

He hummed in response and turned to you.

“When we become pro heroes, I intend on staying by your side,” You said, since it was on your mind.

“Heros are protectors of the people, and I cannot imagine I would be a good hero without you,” You explained, picking your words carefully but speaking with the same confidence.

The traveler seems upset as Kaeya leads them by their horse away from the horse race, much to his amusement.

"Kaeya," they huff. "They cut me off."

"You're not a part of the race, Honorary Knight," he laughs in reply.

"Tell them to eat shit, Kaeya."

"Tell them yourself."

The traveler seems a little too excited at that. Immediately, they turn towards the race, cup their hands around their mouth, and holler, "Eat shit, asshole! Fall off your horse!"

-yeah, that was...quite the incident. Kaeya hadn't laughed that hard in what was probably years, and he damn near fell off his own horse

-they definitely named their horse Valkyrie

-they probably flirt back with him when he gets sensual with them, and Kaeya's never had someone entertain his flirting before. it definitely caught him off guard the first time. and the second. And third...Kaeya will never get used to the traveler flirting back, really

-the two of them never run out of small little competitions. Kaeya thought he was competitive, from a childhood raised alongside Diluc. But the traveler was a whole other level.

-while the traveler didn't really openly cheat, they certainly played dirty. they are willing to do anything if it means they can win.

-he does find their tendency to quote old folktales as life lessons pretty cute, even if he has no idea who the hell Aristotle is.

-your gags, and your puns, and your little skits are so fucking funny to him, but not because he actually finds them funny, you know?

-your little skits and stuff are so funny because he finds them so unfunny. like, he likes you n all, but you look so dumb, he just can't.

-it's partly the reason he accompanies them on their travel across Teyvat, because he finds them so unfunnily funny

-but the main reason he travels with them is because they're good company. they're funny, and they're protective, and they're a good friend to have while on the road.

"What...what is this? What are you doing?" Kaeya's eye was trained on the Traveler as they started making odd little...motions, with their hands. Nodded their head, as if they were dancing to a tune only they could hear.

"Shut up, you're throwing me off my groove," the Traveler huffed. Started nodding their head rhythmically again. "Okay. Okay, I got it."

"You got it?" Kaeya snorted. "What did you get?"

Before he could say anything else, the Traveler started humming a tune he's never heard before. Just where did this Traveler even come from?

"Pizza mozza~rella! Pizza mozza~rella! Lela, lela, lela, lela, lela, lela, lee~!" they sang, in an off key tune.

Kaeya could only watch as the Traveler danced in circles as they sung at the top of their lungs. He couldn't help the fierce surge of fondness in his chest as he laughed at how stupid they looked.

More monkeys, because I said so.

People know Sun Wukong as the Monkey King, a relatively impressive title that feels like there's a story behind it, and there is.... kind of.

You see, Wukong, back then just Shihou (Stone Monkey) was chilling with his monkey friends and they all decided to follow their river up to a waterfall and they said that whoever went in first would be king. Shihou went in first, so they made him king. Not very impressive, is it? This is compounded by the fact that it's never explained WHY the monkeys did this, and why going into the waterfall was important or impressive enough to make whoever did it their king. However, with our creative licenses in hand, we can turn this meh story into an epic tale worthy of the Monkey King!

Yesterday we discussed the idea of Wukong living during the reign of two rulers of the cosmos, first Di Jun and then the Jade Emperor. Couple that with the headcannon I had that the reason Di Jun stepped down from the throne was because of the fiasco with the 10 suns, and that means that those suckers were in the sky causing problems during Wukong's lifetime.

I've never really gone into detail about what the 10 suns partying did to the ground, mostly because it was implied, but I'm gonna be a bit more specific here because it's relevant. You see, having 10 suns meant everything was 10 times as bright, 10 times as hot, and always miserable. Crops withered, people died, and rivers and lakes dried up. This happened everywhere, including Flower Fruit Mountain (Monkey's home), so one can assume that the monkeys there wouldn't be too happy about it and want to find a way to not die in the sun and heat. Perhaps after their favorite river dried up, someone suggested following it to the source and see if there was water there. Perhaps someone led these thirsty and dying monkeys to a big, magical waterfall near the top of the mountain that still gushed with water in spite of the heat of the suns. Perhaps, with most monkeys too weak from heat exhaustion and dehydration, they were hesitant to jump through this massive waterfall to find out what was on the other side, and decided whoever was brave enough to do so and save their people should be made their king. Perhaps the only one brave and strong enough was the Stone Monkey, Sun Wukong.

He bursts through the waterfall, finds a cool cave with food and water inside, and parts the waters for the other monkeys to get in and rest their weary bodies. The other monkeys are so grateful to him that they stay true to their word and make him their king in return for saving all their lives from the horror of the 10 suns.

See? Isn't that better? An epic tale where Wukong goes against the odds to save his tribe in the face of peril! A lot more compelling than the monkeys just randomly deciding to go up to a waterfall and say whoever jumps in first gets to be the king, isn’t it?

Ok, ok, it's been so long and I have many things to say.

First, I already have a sketch of Miguel (kind of), and he looks so soft. I was going in with super low expectations because he is so hard to draw, but I love how it came out! School keeps me busy, and I suck at managing my time, but I'll draw Pavitr soon enough so I can get started with fanarts (If I hear another engineer say my career is easy I'm losing it)

Second, the nickname post was so cute!!! I always love Miguel fluff. We don't have enough of it. I remember one time you hinted Miguel might or might not get jealous in one part of Nonviolent Communication but if I'm being honest I can't see Miguel being a jealous type (Although I'd love to read your take on it) I think he is more of an insecure person. Sure, I see him getting angry and even uncomfortable if someone flirts or tries anything with his partner, but not because he is jealous but rather because he wants his partner to be safe. I picture him hugging them the moment he gets home and just melting with them in his arms, nuzzling his nose against their hair, drowning in them. I think he focuses more on their safety than in any other thing.

"Did he touch you? Offer you something? What else did he say? Are you sure you're ok?"

In his mind, he is just glad they're safe and comfortable. Anything else is secondary, but I can maybe see him getting jealous of the attention they give to others, but if that's the case, I think he would just start saying nonstop that they are his and they're in a relationship at every opportunity he gets. He would also stand closer, just as an extra precaution (because he is petty like that)

Ya, por último, do you think Miguel eats red meat during Easter? I'm sure he allows Gabri to do so, but I have this silly idea that Miguel just... doesn't. He isn't religious or anything, but whenever he serves something with red meat to his daughter, he hears his mom telling him that he shouldn't eat that because it's disrespectful. Again, he isn't religious, but I like to think that something deep inside him tells him he shouldn't. Like that feeling when you can finally do something your parents didn't allow (like pulling an all-nighter or trying a certain food or watching a show). It's not guilt. It just feels odd... So he instead cooks seafood unless Gabri specifically says she wants something else. It's a silly idea, but I feel it's something ATSV Miguel would do

AWWW your jealous Miguel idea just got me in my feelings for real!!!!! 🥹🥹 Him being focused on his partner's safety more than anything >>>>> why is he not real???? No, I totally agree that Miguel would be more insecure than anything!! In Nonviolent Communication, I've included that Miguel has felt/sometimes still feels insecure about his appearance and his family life (the parents situation), so if we do have jealous Miguel in the fic... 👀 This aspect will def play into it. Also, the bit about him being more jealous of the attention - I can see this as well!! But in the fluffy way that Miguel just loves receiving his partner's attention, you know?

I can see him def making it known that his partner is taken especially if he sees that his partner feels uncomfortable by someone trying to make a move on them despite already making it known they're taken, so Miguel then steps in and we have him pulling them into him, placing his hand on their waist, and "hola, mi amor" or whatever nickname he has for his partner, to emphasize to the person to stop bothering his partner.

But do trust that if we see jealous Miguel in Nonviolent Communication, it won't be him going crazy or acting aggressive/hostile. I don't want to say much but believe me, we'll continue to see soft Miguel no matter the situation, even when he gets all celoso and grumpy, which I can see him displaying - grumpiness, not aggression!!

I'm very quickly going to say that I didn't know you're a Spanish speaker, so I'm delightfully surprised to see your Spanish in this ask!!! :) But about Easter and whether Miguel follows lent - it's actually crazy that you bring this up because I was thinking about this, too, recently as I'm Catholic and was not eating red meat. And well, this man truly does live rent free in my head and being Mexican, I like to wonder about his experiences - both the serious and the funny ones - as a Latino.

I hope I'm not rambling from this point on but this is something very interesting to think about, so here we go!! I know in a comic run it's mentioned that he's not religious but that he still finds himself at times doing certain things out of habit because he grew up in a Catholic home. He doesn't identify as one though, but instead as an atheist. That's comic Miguel and that's what I've seen so far from doing research in the past for the fic. I haven't read the comics yet, so I may be missing some information but that seems to be it.

ATSV Miguel on the other hand... I have a feeling he's not super religious right now (maybe hasn't been for several years), but he's also not an atheist?? It's more like he's lost a lot of faith at one point with so many negative events and situations taking place in his life (and like, I wouldn't blame him because if the writers stick to comic events... I would, too, lowkey). I think he probably has an ongoing inner conflict with his religion. Despite that, I truly do think that he still respects not eating red meat during lent for the reason that it's so ingrained into his brain that doing that is bad.

I can see him letting Gaby eat whatever, especially her being a child and children being excused (at least that's my knowledge; children, the elderly, and those sick/injured are excused), if she wishes to eat red meat but like you said, I imagine he finds himself cooking meals without red meat because again, it's ingrained into his mind that eating red meat is disrespectful. Also, the fact that he lives in a New York that's heavily influenced by Latin culture - I feel like that also influences him and leads him to opt out from eating red meat.

But I don't know, that's my idea as of right now! It's certainly so so interesting to think about and I like how I have a favorite character that I can think about in these contexts that are familiar to me (and to so many other fans). I really hope that we get to see much more about Miguel's backstory in BTSV regarding these little things because I certainly find it intriguing. I think it'd add another layer to his character, too! I just really want more Miguel content, let's be real 😭 but yeah those are my thoughts on it! I'm sorry for how long this turned out!!

Chat, Book: Oh, this? Well, it's my favorite book- Myths and Mysteries of The Stars. I found it in the Xianzhou library, and Jing Yuan was kind enough to let me keep it. It hasn't left my side since.

Chat, Home: I used to think that I wouldn't have a home to go back to, a nice place to rest and live out my days...I think now, I can safely say that the Xianzhou Alliance is my hone.

Hobbies: Reading, going to the library...I've always been a bookworm, as Jiaoqiu would say...*chuckle* I can't help it. I want to learn all about my home. Well- my new home, that is.

Annoyances: I was...not treated well in my homeland, and it...i-it still haunts me to this day. My nightmares are frequent...and I hardly ever get a good night's rest.

Something to Share: Jing Yuan has commissioned special outfits for me on multiple occasions...*chuckle* He likes to spoil me a little...

Knowledge: I wonder what would have happened if I had woken up anywhere else. Such as some of the planet's you've visited; what then? Would I be the same, or would I...hm.

About Jing Yuan: The Dozing General...he sure likes to spoil me. Bailu has told me that he favors my company the most. It's...kinda cute, actually. He's like a big cat.

About Yanqing: I'm...not entirely sure he likes me all that much. He's tried to best me in every competition you could think of; chess, sparring, archery...I wonder why.

About Jiaoqiu: He's very...well, how could I put this- he's...sweet. Yet, also spicy- like his food. He's just...heh, I can't really describe it. Sweet and spicy, like hotpot.

About Moze: Moze has a certain charm to him...at first, I was leery of him, on instinct...but now, I've grown to like him. He's a sweetheart when you get to know him.

About Feixiao: Ah, General Feixiao? She's amazing! I've visited her many times while visiting Jiaoqiu and Moze, she's always so willing to lend an ear to me- eh? Why are you laughing...?

About Bailu: She's possibly the one I trust the most in all of the Xianzhou, even more than Jing Yuan. She was the first one to find me, and she took care of me for a week while I was...she's so kind. I owe her my life. And I intend to protect her with it.

About Dan Heng: He's an interesting guy. I haven't had the chance to meet with him too much, but there's something about him...Jing Yuan gets this look in his eyes when he sees him. It's a little strange, really.

About Blade: Ah. Well, he...I'm not sure how to feel about him. I've heard stories from Jing Yuan, and yet seeing him in the flesh...they are two very different things.

About Aventurine: He's a little...odd, but overall, not a bad guy. My only problem with him would be where he tends to be...casinos. They're very loud, the smell of alcohol and cigarettes in the air...ugh. It makes me sick thinking about it.

About Dr. Ratio: The doctor is a very kind man. He may look stoic and unapproachable, especially with his bust on, but really he's very kind. It's also nice to talk to someone like him about complex physiological problems.

About Himeko: She...she reminds me of my mother. I haven't...haven't felt so...I-I'm sorry, she's just...i-is there any chance I could see her again soon?

About Welt: His presence is very calming. I never had a father figure in my life before here, and he feels like he would be one...perhaps I should see him again soon.

About March 7th: March is very...excitable. She's like...a giddy younger sister. Oh, I don't mind! She's just a little much sometimes...I don't have any siblings, though, so maybe I'm just not used to it.

About Luka: Ah, the champion boxer of Belobog? I've meet him a few times while visiting Jarilo-VI, he's very fun! He surprised me when we first met, but I've gotten used to his loudness. I find it refreshing, really, the change of pace.

About Ahanon/Blythe: Ahanon? They're an amazing person. I've visited Jarilo-VI many times mainly to see them and Luka. Even though they're a Masked Fool, I find them so easy to be around and talk to. Oh! And have you seen their magic shows? It's amazing! I'll have to show you soon.

ive noticed that u never watermark ur work???

Yeah! It’s not for forever. I’m still ‘designing’ a watermark since prior to this, I’ve just been drawing art for myself and not really posting it publicly! Moreover, it would be kinda fun to have a WENDY specific watermark since all I post IS her or in relation. maybe I should have 2 that are similar so it’s still obvious it’s from me?

tbh I’ve tried watermarking my art before a looooong time ago. Way before this blog. I don’t really like watermarks because I personally think it gets in the way of the art but ofc this is not for all people. Everyone has somewhat of a different watermark that suits the art and their style. Whenever I tried it, it’s always been ugly and out of place T^T

not to mention… I don’t really care if my art is stolen? Is that crazy? If anyone were planning to steal my art, I would just ignore it because it’s not like I’m making art for profit. All I need is that I know I made my own work and that’s enough to keep me going! Would be odd if someone stole WENDY when I’m literally the only person who knows everything about her like story and design and headcannons—I could go on!

so yeah, it’s still in the works :)
