I'm curious as to your absolute favorite part of each Total Drama season and each Disventure Camp season.

total drama

season 1: it may be just because i haven't watched this season in a while, and because it's definitely not my favorite if i had to pick, but i think what stuck with me the most were the duncney first kiss scene (which was sooo adorable i miss them sm <//3), gwen accepting to go on a date with trent (i miss them.. sob....), harold's little >:3 after courtney got eliminated, and gwen and geoff's entire arc in geoff's elimination episode. if i had to choose between all of those, i'd pick the latter. it was such a fun dynamic that unfortunately was soon forgotten.

season 2: a lot of justin scenes are iconic but in the end i have to go with a harold scene, which would be the one in which he punches duncan in the face. yeah that's my favorite part always. what a great guy i love him sm. i also really like the entire dynamic of duncan-harold-heather-leshawna as a group they were AMAZING and even without leshawna in that one episode they SLAYED i love that silly trio

season 3: so since you didn't ask for a specific scene but just for a part, i'll just have to say the entire aleheather arc was amazing. they are such a well-constructed ship and i adore them. i cannot picture them with anyone else but themselves. my favorite scene to come out of the entire season also comes from them: when they're dancing on the train, singing "you are the worst, why must you torment me?" oh god they have it so bad for each other

season 4: roti is so forgettable which is sad because it has so many great characters.. i'll have to go with something related to jo since she's my fav and made the season better, i really liked her bickering with brick and anne maria. she's truly a bisexual enemies-to-lovers icon. i love the scene in which she and brick meet up and start ranting about who ran the most

season 5: that season didn't exist wdym?? but in all honesty aleheather dating was awesome and i miss them sm.. when chris said 'are you two DATING??' something in me shifted he was so funny for that idek why

season 6: ugh i hate you so tdpi.. shawn and jasmine dodging the lasers was pretty dope tho

season 7: hard to say because ridonculous race has a lot of GREAT moments but i just loved the dynamic of the cadets in general. i love how macarthur softened up after breaking sanders' arm and how much she cared for her. i also think the step-brothers were awesome and one of my favorite total drama scenes ever is when they realize how much they have in common. i miss those two goobers! the goths were also iconic and i love every moment they are on the screen, but when they came back to the show dressed in even more hardcore goth i LOST IT /pos

season 8: the rajbow kiss. come on. did you think i'd say anything else? the rajbow kiss was ICONIC

season 9: the fact that it ended... that was the best part. but in all seriousness, i really liked ripaxel. i think this is a hot take at this point. even though they were very rushed, they were such a healthy, happy couple. i was scared for them when axel said that awkward goodbye to ripper but i was so relieved for them in the finale. ripaxel definitely made the season better for me

season 10: i love the scene where damien- oh what's that? season 10 is entirely in my head? oh i would've spoiled TD:TBBG? my bad chief

season 1: i will never forget when i actually teared up when miriam and jake opened up to each other... besides that when alec and fiore started plotting together i became a different, better person. i miss them :( please come back to me lovelies :( i also really loved the tomjake kiss but. yeah we all know what i feel about them now. i miss them so fucking much it's not even funny

season 2: kai standing up to yul was so funny to me because why did his hair go like that /pos i remember i had a doodle in one of my notebooks that was kai going haywire the way he did in that scene and i scribbled the following words by him, with an arrow pointing towards him: 'same guy who goes namaste n shit'. also jaiden... save me jaiden... they were definitely my favorite part of the season :3

season 3: i'll definitely update this after the entire season comes out (october btw. yes i calculated. i put it in my agenda and everything /srs) but the villains alliance is by far the most promising and amazing part of the season. i can't wait to see where it goes next!

i think he has PTSD. He got diagnosed sometime after the stain arc, and his symptoms got worse from all of that, but i think it all starts from his childhood.

I feel like his dad has an obsession with his family appearing perfect, and making sure that everyone in the iida family becomes a pro hero.

And him wanting Tenya to be perfect lead to a pretty traumatic childhood, because his father was not very accepting of Tenya’s autism (i might just be projecting here……).

Another Tenya headcanon (that i actually stole from someone on tiktok 😂) is that he is jewish. Like, i heard that headcanon and automatically fell in love with it. I also feel like he loves to infodump about judaism, and educates a lot of his classmates about it.

Him and Denki are fairly close too. He helps him study a lot.

01.   maeve  +  monty

while maeve can be conforntational at times and protective,    she would only want to learn some things to fight to protect those she cares and herself.       but other than that i don’t think she’d be focused too much in the fight.    and would find other ways to try to help.    actually the more i think about it they more i think they would work together.     or be really good friends throughout the seasons.  maeve is more outspoken but she can also be a really good listener & that can balance things out with monty who keeps to himself a lot but he also needs to express his frustrations because he carries a lot.    &  i think that with monty,  maeve would let herself heal more.   they’d obviously each be on their own journey but support each other through it.

02.   matthias  +  jasper

first of all,  it’s in my bio for him that matthias helped took care of jasper,    especially when clarke was out of camp / was looking for the sea weed.     so there’s already a first interaction there.    &  i think in a post season two setting matthias would try to reach out to him because he’s been struggling with his mental health a large part of his life & on his own, so that would push him to be there for jasper beyond his instincts of taking care of others.   i don’t know if they could have developed into a relationship, or a healthy one not only because of those issues but because i think that jasper was still struggling with his love for maya but matthias would at the very least try to be a good friend.

03.   lynn  +  harper

i do think lynn would be drawn in to harper even from the beginning.     there’s a subtle confidence to harper,   knowing who she is and what she wants while lynn is greatly unsure of themselves and who they are beause of their upbringing.     harper can also be kind and comforting and uplifting while being so damn strong at the same time and lynn needs that after spending so much time in fear.      they’re more stoic than harper and distant at first,   but the more they allow themselves to open up and actually exists,     they can be sweet and caring to those close to them.       i would really like them together actually.    &  there could be a beautiful parallel in s4 when harper is doubting herself & the world of    ‘  you helped me discover myself, now let me help you find yourself and your puprose again.  ’

04.   mel  +  raven

okay look,   the majority of my muses like raven.   am i biased ?  nooo.  a little but-    mel in general gravitates towards the delinquents  &  wants to help any way she can.     she’s stubborn so she wouldn’t easily be phased by raven trying to push her away or when she shuts down.     but she also keeps a lot to herself,  so she wouldn’t tell raven how to handle thing.     she can also understand partially her grief with finn,   because she also had a strong connection with sterling growing up.     mostly mel would be around raven,  slowly, gradually,  because she has lost all ties with people she was close with.    i could def see something blossoming post s2.    i think it could work a friends to lovers situation for them.    also them lowkey b.itching abt a.bby together

05.   callen  +  kane

callen and kane on the ark would not get along at all.    cal is far too compassionate to be able to even understand kane on the ark.     however,,, moving on in the series like at least post s2,  something could happen between them.    they can be bearded dads of the hundred ablfruwfgwrl

06.   weslyn  +  jaha

to be honest,    weslyn thinks low of the council.    she was raised in factory.    she experienced the treatement first hand & while jaha obviously wouldn’t be the chancellor then,   she can not sympathize really with the council.     truthfully,   she used her liking of exercising to take advantage in a way of the system and climb up the ladder & in her attempt ending up being apart of it but that’s a meta for another day.    but yeah she would not get along with jaha,   especially in s3 wise when he’s promising everyone an easy way out of pain.

07.   maeve  +  raven

maeve is pure devotion to those close to her.     regardless if they’re in a fight or have grown apart,   she still cares a lot about them.     &  i do think raven not only wants but searches for loyalty and devotion with her relationships.       maeve also can very easily call out someone bullshit’s when they’re stepping off a line,   so it’d be v interesting to see them interacting.   so when raven is being too stubborn for her own good,    maeve would try to reign her in.       but she can also be really patient & a good listener so she could be there for raven when she needs to let out her frustrations.     

08.   mel  +  bellamy

well,   there’s definetely an opening of them interacting not only because he saved her but because they along with a couple more delinquents are all that’s left of factory station.    & there’s already a foundation of trust from her part at least because of what happened.     moreover,     while generally she’s not that outspoken,    she can be a lil shit and sassy and form some kind of banter with him.     idk if they would have worked in the long run,   but i could see a fwb kind of situation for a distraction, because there is some familiarity, and that later dissolves into a friendship.       i also think i saw somewhere but don’t take my word for it that she was supposed to be a li for him but t.anaya had scheduling problems,  so i’m kind of eyeing if they had originally in mind what later turned out to be g.ina/b.ell but with a few more interactions in s2 ?

09.   rena  +  lexa

lil info:  rena grew up wanted to be a strategist, a diplomat and to represent her clan not in the battle field as much but as an ambassador in polis. she did not, but she'd studied enough battles to play a part in training her village's children and advising the general of her village even if queen nia's orders were always the defining directions. s4 is an arc i’m still contemplating about, where she could have a more prominent role.

now, on a slight au where she does end up as an ambassador in polis i could see it happen. as it seemed lexa only holds nia responsible for costia's death so there wouldn't be a problem on that part. obviously there would be the trikru / azgeda tension but at the end i don't think it would be a defining factor. i think they'd work, i can not speak sm of lexa but rena would definitely be interested in the commander.

Hi, srry if youve answered some variation of this before, but im new to mha and ive always wondered why, if baku "hated" deku sm, did he let him call him kacchan since middle school? I would think maybe he doesnt care but i find that unlikely since hes so high strung abt everything even more if it involves deku. One of my favorite moments is when the villains attack the training camp and dekus like: theyre after kacchan! and 1-A just knew who the message was from and that it was abt bakugou.

That is absolutely a great question and i wish a LOT more people would ask themselves it... I remember when i first watched the anime and I didn't like Bakugou at all, it was still VERY notable to me that he never seemed angry at the nickname, he never snapped at it. He's been shown being irritated by many things involving Midoriya, but never once has he ever been irritated by the nickname. We've also seen in past memories that all of his friends called him Kacchan, because they were all little kids! But Midoriya was the only one to continue to call him Kacchan through middle school and high school. Obviously this signifies their shared history as childhood friends, and from Midoriya's point of view, it clearly displays that he still views Bakugou as "Kacchan;" as a cool, talented individual, someone worthy of chasing after, and of someone he wants to be close to. I also believe it shows that, while he's been critical of Bakugou's actions, he still likes him, still thinks of him as a good person. I think we can say this without doubt after Deku vs. Kacchan 2. I know that wasn't part of your question but i really wanted to talk about it too...

Now, as to why Bakugou still lets Midoriya call him Kacchan, there may be several reasons, but I've heard many say that as long as Midoriya continues to call him Kacchan, there's still hope for reconciliation. And knowing what Kacchan means symbolically, can metaphorically mean that Bakugou is still worthy of being a hero, and of redemption. Horikoshi wanted us to worry over Bakugou from the beginning, worry that he would become a villain, but in the end, Bakugou would never go down that route, and even Midoriya has known this. In fact, of course Midoriya would know this better than anyone, as he's been watching Bakugou closely his whole life.

I think what we can say for certain is that Bakugou does not deny his connection to Midoriya, or any of their past together, and that he feels no need to deny it. I think despite everything he does, all the irritation he shows toward Midoriya, he still feels that connection, and perhaps even a fondness? Because I think Bakugou has struggled a little with connecting to others. He's had friends and I'm sure it's not so black and white that he only thought of them as lackeys. But I think people have always praised him and complimented his quirk, and i think that halted his social development and his ability to recognize whether someone likes him for him, or they like him for his "superiority." The latter can be anxiety-inducing, because then what happens if you don't come out on top one time? Will you lose everyone's respect? Everyone's love? Bakugou never experienced that fear until high school, when he found people who could actually challenge his power and intellect, but i think I may have gone on too long with this tangent 😁😁

Midoriya has always been special to Bakugou, and this is undeniable. From the simple fact that he always obsesses over Midoriya, to how someone once pointed out that Midoriya was a pebble in the road and not an extra like the rest of their class, Midoriya is so often singled out in Bakugou's mind, that you can't deny that Bakugou sees him as special. I have made posts in the past about how Midoriya is the only one to ever show care for Bakugou's physical and emotional wellbeing, and Bakugou had trouble reconciling that with everyone else seeing him as strong enough to handle anything. I know this seems like another pointless tangent but I guess what I'm trying to say is that Bakugou has struggled understanding his feelings his whole life, mostly because his perception of the world has been warped by how people treated him the entire time. And while he couldn't make sense of Midoriya's kindness to him, he also couldn't forget it, and I'd argue that deep down, underneath all the confusion, he felt a longing for the care he's never felt elsewhere. And so that's my long-winded explanation of why Bakugou actually likes the nickname 😅😅😅

Yes, I think Horikoshi has shown his wonderful writing skills when he makes us think that Bakugou would hate to be called Kacchan by Midoriya! After everything Bakugou has done in reaction to Midoriya, him accepting the childhood nickname sticks out from the very beginning of the series, and it shows us from the start to expect more to the story between these two (which Horikoshi has been delivering over time, slowly but surely revealing more pieces of the puzzle). In the end, Bakugou does care about Midoriya, this is undeniable at this point (particularly in the manga) and Horikoshi has done a wonderful job of showing us from the beginning, very sneakily and unsuspectingly.

Can i also say? That I absolutely loved when we see Bakugou's reaction to Mandalay's message, and he immediately knows Deku was the one to prevent him from fighting 😂😂😂 that arc really showed us just how connected these two are, how impactful their history together was and still is, and that everyone around them can see it.

I'm sure manga readers wonder why i didn't talk about certain things 👀👀👀 but i wanted to take it from an anime perspective so everyone could read, especially since I don't know if you've read the manga yet, anon! I wrote basically all of this before going to work, so apologies for it being late, and apologies if it doesnt make any sense! Abdkgndkfk I tried my best!

Marvel’s Video Game Universe (I know it doesn’t exist but what if it did)

I will be talking about my wish for Marvel Game Universe (MGU). There is no news about something like this happening but I wish it did. I recently watched CATFA again because Endgame is coming so it is time to refresh memories. I am also writing MCU timeline. Did you know that Tony fought with Obadiah Stane on Mat 24 in 2008? I didn’t notice this before. Anyways…

Outline of what I will be talking about:

ON TO MGU

I still haven’t finished Spiderman PS4 because I want to finish it with %100 in spectacular mode and the scenery is breathtaking. I want to enjoy every second of this game so I am not rushing anything. This game is perfect in so many aspects: story telling, the way it handled characters and relationships, the graphics, game play, the music (it made feel like SM, I wish to swing in NYC lol), the pace and the way that they utilized collectibles. I will not dwell on this because the main focus is MGU. We will be getting SM2 in PS4 and it will be one the last PS4 games to be produced. In this game we have so many easter eggs such as buildings (Doctor Strange’s Sanctum Sanctorum and Avengers Tower). We also played as Mary Jane Watson and Miles Morales whom had great story arcs btw. It also forced us to play stealth in some points. Generally the games don’t care this. You would knock out every goon whether with stealth or just jumping in and destroying everyone (this is something I do if I am not forced to do stealth).

I had to clarify this before going into MGU.

CATFA is great opportunity to make an awesome video game. Imagine Wolfenstein like setting: futuristic Nazi vs the main player. Here is what it can be:

·        An RPG game in WW2 setting. At first, the enemy is just Nazi but then they discover HYDRA.

·        An open world game setting. The open world would be Brooklyn, Steve’s army training place (Camp Lehigh) and Europe. You would infiltrate HYDRA bases and destroy them. In some cases stealth would be compulsory.

·        At some points, you could play as Peggy Carter and Bucky Barnes (like SM PS4 did with MJ and Miles)

·        Before the final confrontation, the game would have “point of no turn” point so you could go back and try to do all side missions etc.

·        Now the story mode: 

at first Steve is skinny just like in the movie, you would develop basic skills at this point. And also you would develop relationships with characters until this point:

Then Cap wouldn’t have story missions, only side missions and some collectibles would be unlocked (the stuff that can be done without fighting) and also we could play as Peggy in some parts (Peggy’s story mode like MJ and Miles’ in SM PS4) until this point:

Then we would get our first stealth mission in HYDRA bases. After this mission, HYDRA bases would be unlocked like the Fisk/Sable/Demon/Criminal bases in SM PS4. the first stealth mission:

At the end of this mission we would have the first encounter with Red Skull. Of course it wouldn’t as short as the one in the movie. Just look at these scenes. Don’t they just fit in a video game?:

After this, like I said before, HYDRA bases would be unlocked. Maybe there could be different types of HYDRA bases. one for prisoners, one for experiments, one for weapons etc.. Later we would get to this scene. You know what happens here. I think playing as Bucky here would be emotional. Also playing as Bucky right before his captivity in HYDRA base would be good too:

After this we go to “point of no turn”. I want to say that this scene is fit for video game:

And then we would have final mission on the Valkyrie. It should be stealth (compulsory):

And of course the great finale:

I know this is a rewind of the movie but I couldn’t think of a game story. I just say what could have happen if the movie was a video game. then Steve would wake up in future for Avengers game.

Now on to other games

Iron Man

Iron Man game would be good too. For example it would start in that cave and the player needs to search the area to build their own suit. This game would be more about technology and upgrades IM would get. He would go to terror zones to save citizens and fight Ten Rings and set up the real Mandarin. I can’t say much but IM game wouldn’t have stealth. It should make the players feel like flying.

Black Widow

This one would rock the game franchise. She is a spy and assassin. We would have an amazing stealth game. If it is interactive, it would be better. Like you would pick who to trust other than the ones that are compulsory. You could try to find the other spies. Think about the infiltration opportunities... and assassination missions... Can’t say anymore. These two would be more than enough for me to buy that game. Game setting would be in Russia and America.

Avengers & GOTG

This one would be multichapter game. Like injustice and mortal kombat but this would be RPG. You could play as every Avenger and Guardian. It would have trouble with pacing tough. I can’t think anything for Thor, Hulk and Hawkeye. But Hawkeye can be in BW’s game or get a game of his own with spy/assassin genre. Hulk is destructive. The only game mode I can think for him is fighting game like MK. Thor’s game would be hard to do because he is the God of Thunder. He is OP. 

The story could be like the mobile game, Marvel’s Future Fight. You should check out its story to understand.

Square Enix’ Avengers Project

I don’t have any hopes of this game anymore. They were supposed to release this in 2018 but we don’t even have a trailer or a description in 2019. This is a dead end. FUCK YOU SQUARE ENIX!!!!!

FINALLY

I don’t have stories for the things I’ve said but just think of the opportunities! The game engines are excellent. They look really realistic and I love that. Sorry, not sorry, Marvel vs Capcom but I prefer graphics like Injustice 2 & Mortal Kombat X. In 2020 or 2021, we will get PS5 and the engines will support better quality although I can’t imagine it at this point. We have an amazing game like SM PS4 and in that Avengers already exists so it would not be a problem to build a Marvel Game Universe with the start up of SM. MCU is thriving and this would also affect game sales because the fans that weren’t into games might buy it too. As far as I know there isn’t any game franchise that merges the characters from previous games. Avengers (2012) was game changing movie. It assembled the characters from other movies in MCU. Was it done before MCU? No (correct me if I’m wrong). So I think MGU would have same affect. I really wish they set up a game universe.
