Well you can be non binary and still use binary pronouns (i do that lmfao).

Also the google translator only uses the RAE dictionary, that does not include the non binary pronouns that are generaly used, just replacing the letter A/O with an E. Example:

Señor (sir)

Señora (lady)

Señore (honestly I dont know the nb version)

The way that spanish is so gendered in almost every word can most of the time be harmful for transgender people, but that exact same thing makes it easy to simply change one letter, changing the gender of the word insteed of having to create a new one.

We also have words that are already gender neutral: usted (formal you), dentista (dentist), especialista (specialist), etc.
