I saw the fnaf movie and what can I say... This was one of the best days of my fucking life.

God I am so so happy. I saw a lot of people in cosplay at the movie theater and it was so cool, in fact I also went with a closet cosplay that I was able to do at the last moment!

Everything that happened in the movie was everything I could have wanted and more. Me and my past self from 2014 were not expecting this at all, and I really thought that nothing so shocking to me was going to happen. And here I am, not believing everything that just happened.

It was truly an experience that I will never forget just like all those beautiful memories I have with this game.

Hi uh I've finally worked up the courage to submit a request um... Idk if youre still doing like fnaf stuff but i really like those moth animatronic drabbles from security breach of yours so could I request some of those. Like, moth reader is an animtronic specifically designed to calm/comfort people and like the fluffy neck also has some calming scent on it. And. What if they were just chilling somewhere when they found their glamrock-crush having a breakdown. And it's just hugs and comfort.

Glamrock Freddy

You find him shortly after Gregory gets trapped in the locked-down West Arcade, a place where neither of you could be there for him.

Freddy’s just pacing back and forth nonstop, running his battery dry, but he refuses to go to a recharge station, fearing that he won’t be available to help if the kid needed him.

You knew the duo were trying their best to navigate the Plex; you helped them on several occasions. However, the usually confident bear seemed lost with himself. 

Considering Gregory kept getting into more danger at seemingly every turn, Freddy wondered if he was doing the right thing...or if the kid blamed him for all this trouble he was in.

Eventually you get him to stop, but only when his battery gets low and his voice becomes very shaky and glitchy.

Then you just hug him, comforting him with a pheromone releaser. Freddy, in turn, just nuzzles his face against your fluffy neck--which flusters you since he’s your crush and is super close to you, but you knew how badly he needed this hug.

Most importantly, however, he needed you here with him..to reassure him that Gregory will be alright and he’s doing his best.

Roxanne Wolf

You know Roxy’s had her fair share of breakdowns behind the curtains.

But she always hid them from you and everyone else, acting like she’s perfectly fine afterwards.

However, the one time you do hear her crying in her room after a difficult day, you bravely knock on the door, hoping she’ll open up for once.

You knew she liked to pretend she’s tough-as-nails--that’s what you loved most about her--though you wished she wouldn’t force herself to hide it all the time. It made you wonder if she simply didn’t trust you enough.

So you call out to her from the other side, reassuring her that even if she didn’t wanna talk..you wanted to be there for her.

As it turns out, that’s all she needed to hear.

The door opens, and the moment you step inside after it closes behind you, Roxy tackles you and buries her snout into your neck, breaking down all over again.

Any mascara that stains your furry collar might be a pain for your handlers to clean out, but comforting her was most important. 

So you just hold her tightly in your arms.

Montgomery Gator

He may have the toughest shell out of the band, but even that can crack sometimes.

You discover him having one of his usual tantrums in his room, albeit hearing it rather than seeing it due to the construction wall over the glass window.

So you knock on his door, flinching a little as you hear a chair hit it...but afterwards all the thrashing stops and there’s silence.

It slides open rather slowly, sparks coming out of the hinges, though you see the gator sitting in the middle of the destruction, huffing and puffing loudly.

You don’t say a word and instead sit with him, mimicking human breathing (an anti-anxiety feature preinstalled with you that helps people calm down from panic attacks) until he manages to breathe in-sync with you.

While Monty doesn’t wanna talk about why he was in such a bad mood, he does lean against you and nuzzle his snout into your fur, taking in your scent as he closes his eyes.

He hesitates to hug you..worried he’ll accidentally crush you, but you reassure him it’s okay.

Glamrock Chica

For a chicken who seems to have limitless energy, you’d never think she would worry about anything.

Though being only one of the two og band members left can be stressful at times...something that Chica fears won’t last forever. But ofc she doesn’t wanna think about the inevitability of her replacement.

So she usually turns to her comfort foods in times of need, but if those don’t help...then there’s a serious problem with her current mental state.

In that case, she’ll actively seek you out, as you’re both close friends and she knew you never judged her.

You simply comfort her and allow her to nuzzle your furry collar and/or run her fingers through the fluff as she chatters.

Sometimes your presence is enough to bring tears to her eyes as she lets the mask slip, knowing she doesn’t have to put up a front around you.

She cheers everyone else up, but it’s nice to have someone like that for herself.

Haywire Swap AU: Lab Gang

Oh boy these are fun x3

In this swap au, Cabin Fever Labs drones are named with one letter rather than 4 lettered names (which makes DDs named vice versa). I like to think their bright hair makes it easy for scientists to see them if they try to escape, especially since CFL is so dark...

More info below cut:

N isn't a super important character here (sorry N fans), but he was one of the last CFL drones to survive the core collapse. Ye he's a little timid and awkward, but he's a smart horror protagonist... until he gets his head cut off.

V takes Alice's place. She isn't as torturous, but can rub salt in a wound really well. As a psychopathic cannibal, She loves tearing into anything she can for their metal and oil, preying on them like a crazed maniac. Her eyesight is horrid, given that it was damaged by Cyn while the latter was having a little too much fun with her powers. Poor V's a mess.

J's one of the few CFL Drones, especially a solver drone, that has become loyal and comfortable with JCJenson. She is their most obedient test subject, which is why she was used for the patch first. She's a lil mean and callous sometimes, but she took it upon herself to look after Cyn.

The only child drone being used in CFL, Cyn has quickly become a troublesome nuisance thanks to her solver powers. She's actually a very sweet kid, but the circumstances of her situation have made her more like the dead children from FNAF. Following the core collapse she accidentally caused, Cyn was found by whoever I'm swapping Khan with (not 100% certain who) and was adopted! Her relationship with Sam is big sister, baby brother, and she's quite protective of him.

Fazbear Entertainment and their role as a villain

When we talk about Fnaf villains we usually think of William, Eleanor or Mimic because of how important they are to the franchise. On the one hand, William was the one who started the tragedies with the objective of being immortal, experimenting and killing children in the process. While on the other Eleanor killed in cold blood, enjoying such a heinous act and causing the souls of her victims to be trapped in an agonizing loop, wanting them to be like this so he could feed on her suffering. Finally there is Mimic, who is ironically the most "human" of all since at the beginning he was not bad but Edwin's bad learning and mistreatment of him made him become a being that kills in horrible ways but at the same time remembers. from his past and wants to start a family.

But we rarely stop to reflect that this company is also a villain and that its actions are just as bad as the others. That's why I decided to make this post to rate all this and give theories about this company.

From the first moment the foundation was laid for us that it was a company that did not take care of its employees in the mythical call of Fnaf 1. In addition to establishing its second peculiarity: its love for money conquers everything. From underpaying his employees to reopening after children disappeared in his restaurant. Apart from wanting to cover up everything by saying that nothing happens when it really does.

In the next games we would see more examples of these traits but the strong part comes after Fnaf 6. Regardless of whether people like it or thought it was nonsense (this is said now that it is known that Henry's plan did not work), We cannot deny the great weight that this game has. Henry wanted to put an end to all the suffering that William had generated and, although he did not succeed, he did set the pieces for William to end up dead in the Fazbear Frights. Everything was already over, there would be no more deaths but those from Fazbear Entertainment arrived and they did not want to leave everything like this, causing the plan to fail.

Help Wanted is without a doubt one of the worst things they did and they literally laughed at all the misfortunes of the past. They tried to hire Steve to design the games, and when he refused, they forced him into an illusion, which is completely unethical. The next thing they did was "report" him for defamation so that people would believe that what he says in his games is false and thus be able to clean up his image and finally they created Help Wanted itself. This virtual reality game was the cause of the death of one of the workers and the mental control of another.

First, it should be said that Fazbear really wanted to release the game, so they put pressure on the first development team who had to work tirelessly to get it done in a very short time. To speed up the process, Fazbear would give them circuit boards to scan, one of which was from Mimic. The first team was totally unaware of how dangerous it was, but Fazbear was very knowledgeable about this and gave them absolutely the same. We know that they know this because it is not the first time they have done something like this with this program since they had previously used it to create a version of Mimic 1 called Mimic 2 that would save them a lot of work since by imitating the behavior of the other animatronics They wouldn't have to program them. This project was a failure but that didn't stop them from using it a second time.

This program was implemented bringing back a dangerous villain again, Mimic who now had the appearance of a rabbit and would be called Glitchtrap. Jeremy, who was the game's beta teaser at the time, would be the one who encountered it and began to suffer the consequences of being exposed to this virus. Leaving aside how bad he had it during all his test sessions, we have that Fazbear Entertainment was the cause of his death. Well, not exactly. It wasn't them who killed him but Glitchtrap but there is a possibility that Jeremy would have become another follower of Mimic if it hadn't been for Fazbear's threat of dismissal. Mimic was smart and instead of letting him go and alert his companions, he finished him off in a horrible way.

A curious fact is the fact that tape girl said that she was not going to fire him because of his poor performance or anything like that but because he saw something. This totally confirms that Fazbear was aware of Glitchtrap's existence (I highlight this because it is never mentioned that Fazbear knows that this is Mimic's appearance, or well, maybe they knew and it was even worse since he had created an independent entity to the that the programmers used to make the models and on top of that it now seemed to be able to move and act in a dangerous way, so much so that it was considered a virus)

Who knows. What we can say is that they knew perfectly well about this and did nothing and on top of that they tried to fire Jeremy to silence him in some way.

After Jeremy's death and Tape Girl's failure to put an end to the virus, Vanessa would arrive, who this time would be controlled by it. It is also worth noting that in the terms of conditions that they barely let you read it says that they are not responsible for any accidental transfer of digital consciousness, again pointing out that they knew how dangerous it was and that they wanted to clean their hands of this.

Already at the Pizzaplex you can highlight several things they did. One of the most serious was once again the cover-up of all the deaths that occurred during the years that the shopping center was open. Or there is also the fact that in the story Pressure Fazbear creates an attraction that recreates Fnaf 3, which is a complete spit on the anguish that Hudson felt in What we found. Or well, the fact that in Security Breach there are no human workers but Staff bots that replace them when there were before. The latter was done to save all the salaries that had to be paid to the employees. This did not happen overnight and the first indication of this was seen in The Storyteller when Burrows wants to use that attraction to save the salary of those who invented the stories that were then told to the public. Which was a big mistake because Mimic would end up taking complete control of the Pizzaplex.

But what I think is the most serious thing they did for me is build the Pizzaplex on top of Fnaf 6 and try to make a museum of that place. As I have said before Fnaf 6, whether you like it or not, has a great weight and feeling and that they used that as a museum signifying what the place means is simply despicable.

Finally, mention something that is more of a theory and that is that it is believed that Fazbear Entertainment has taken over William's research and uses it for its own benefit. This may be backed up by the scooper that we see in Ruin and that has the company logo or simply the fact that the story Dittophoboia is in the Tales from The Pizzaplex when it has nothing to do with this place. His reason for being in this saga is to give a clue that Fazbear is using what was seen in this story in the story Help Wanted to cause those hallucinations in Steve.

That's it for this post pointing out everything that Fazbear Entertainment has done and why that makes them another villain. Before I leave, I say that what has been said here is my opinion and that if you don't share it, nothing happens, we each have our own opinion and that's okay. In addition to saying that I did not include stories of the Fazbear Frights since I do not believe that the deaths in these are the fault of the company but rather Eleanor's.

Au where michael represses most of his memories of evan and later on evan’s spirit discovers it and thinks that he was never important enough to be remembered… he still tries to make mike remember by appearing before him at freddys, not to antagonize him, but to make him Know. Specially after seeing the rest of the animatronics attacking him (evan doesnt want the last family member he had alive to die without remembering him)( he probably doesn’t want him to die, period, but oh well) it doesnt really work except for keeping mike awake during his shifts, but that eventually becomes enough, to Evan

Until mike stars to recover part of those memories, and starts to understand why golden freddy kept telling him ‘its me’

And mike gets to see evan again in after setting him on happiest day, reassuring him. He is and was loved, and he will treasure those memories he managed to recover

awwww. I don't normally like takes where Mike repressed away the Bite/Evan, but this. I like this. This is nice.

Allow me to make it sadder, though. Because Evan's memories are probably shaky and wobbly as a ghost; he has a hard time remembering details about himself and his own life. I'm sure that upon seeing Michael at fnaf 1, he hoped that Michael could help him piece together his memories (what was my favorite toy? Did I have any friends? What did I do to calm down? I'm so scared, how do I calm down?), only to slowly realize Mike doesn't know anything either. Evan struggling to help Mike remember him when evan himself barely knows who he himself is. Evan screaming "it's me" to make Mike remember when Evan himself can't remember his own name, can't scream "it's Evan, your brother" but is only able to say "it's me, i know you somehow and i know you know me so please, please recognize me before it's too late."

It must be very scary for evan, knowing that if mike dies, then there will be no one to remember evan. It'll feel like he never even existed, never mattered, and if no one remembers him, how is he meant to remember himself? How is he meant to move on and find peace?

And then Mkke starts getting his memory back, but every memory he gets back HURTS. Partly bc Mike has to relearn the awful truth of what happened between them, but also bc every happy memory of the little brother he no longer has just smothers him in grief. So Evan watches Mike getting his memories back, but he also watches Mike being HURT by his memory. But even tho the memories hurt, Mike still fights to get them back, reassuring evan that he's worth remembering. A happy ending after all.

Stitchline Adaptation

oh boy, a post I didn't think I'd be making.

going into fnaf week, I was pretty strongly opposed to both frightsgames and talesgames. hell, even VIP made me confident in tales not being canon. two things, however, made me step down on all of it.

1. the scott interview. obviously he didnt confirm anything about book canonicity, but him explaining how security breach didn't tell his story correctly and he's been working to correct that paints a good argument for tales being written for clarification purposes, maybe even beyond being hints to the games lore.

2. into the pit games. goddamit. let me just say, i love this game. aesthetically its awesome, the easter eggs are great, I love the story, everything is perfect. but following this, I have a hard time believing that the stitchline stories are completely seperate from the games.

the use of minigames to display frights stories was beyond what I was expecting this game to have. when I firsr saw them, my brain jumped to a few different solutions.

- these are just easter eggs as its an anniversary game looking to showcase the whole franchise

- these are in universe games of in universe books, aligning with frightsfiction

- this is meant to support stitchline games

now each of these have their issues for me.

these minigames are pretty damn complex to simply be an easter egg. it's not something simple like a poster appearing, they are full fledged mini games. too much for me to write off as just a reference.

I would be less open to this being frightsfiction if the way of accessing them weren't so strange. if it was just getting them in the arcade, that would feel pretty direct in stating they're simply games, but thats not the case. also, there's nothing else in the franchise suggesting these books exist as just that.

finally, these games are simply different than the actual books. theyre recognizable as being their respective stories, but have different details.

so if all of these don't work, what does it mean? I'm honestly not certain in it, but this is what I've come up with.

it relies on this: the minigames are different, but have the same major beats.

in to be beautiful the story, eleanor grants a girls wish of becoming "beautiful" piece by piece using a pendant. by the end, it's revealed eleanor was slowly killing the girl to take her appearance. to be beautiful mini game has eleanor, the girl, and the pendant; along with the concept of making her beautiful piece by piece. theres a difference in the ordering, however, as eleanor only gives the girl the pendant at the end. in the game, it even looks like the necklace is what kills her.

in count the ways story, a goth kid obsessed with death is trapped inside of funtine freddy, where she is listed off the ways she can die. the story ends with freddy killing her. in the minigame, bonbon is pictured (but never mentioned in the story). still, the major characters and story are there.

finally, in fetch the story a dog animatronic falsely reads instructions of the high school boy main character, ending in fetch harming other people. in the minigame, fetch is in a fazbear location and eventually mauls a boy. this minigame is clearly the most different from it's story predecessor. hell, the main character doesn't even look like greg from the book. but there's important context that I think explains this:

scott wants the next game to be based off of fetch. ITP ends with "CU", the text fetch sends at the end of his story.

so we have 3 stories turned into minigames. all 3 are stitchline related. all 3 have the same major characters, major message, but different details and methods. the one thats most different is due to get a full length game. the game this is in is also a story based full length game that has the same characters, same plot points, but majorly different methods.

going off the scott interview, he wrote a shorter story of each book, and then the writers over doubled it in length. this leaves a whole lot of room for difference in what scott was thinking and what was written. and following security breach, he seems to be far more clear in what the games are supposed to say.

I think, after months of denying it, that the events of stitchline take place in the games. but I dont think the story version is the exact recount. over time, I think we are going to get game versions of these stories that explain how it happens for the in-game universe. the important characters and concepts are all here, but details are updated to fit more cleanly into the games timeline. some changes are small (such as clarifying bonbons presence in CTW), and others are major. the ones that will see the most major changes are likely the book-title stories, hence why the fetch minigame is such a drastic change and why it'll likely get a full game.

I think secret of the mimic will create a similar situation for the tales stories, although I'm leaning towards all of those stories being canon rather than something like mimicline.

I also feel a similar intent was behind VIP. the constant mention of the pizzaplex entering a stage of renovation cant help but make me think it's meant to explain why the main pizzaplex in tales is structurally different than that of security breach.

to summarize my rant, my running take from here (until SOTM comes out and inevitably changes the lore again) is the concept that the stitchline stories are overall canon, but are in the process of being adapted into the games to accurately fit in. I believe fnaf is in a stage of clarification over what was previously believed or outright implied to fit the modern story.

I'm just figuring out how important music is in my life! This is coming from a long while trying to cut down on my music use, mostly because I was listening to it so much that it felt more like I couldn't do anything without popping in some earbuds, and partially because of other personal reasons. Some of my routines changed, forcing me to not listen to music while doing certain things, and it ended up becoming that besides working on homework or drawing, I didn't listen to music at all. But I've given myself a break today since I have nothing to do and since, for reasons, I'm feeling just a lil crappy today—and boy, I'm starting to realize again just why I love music!!

I love the diverse music taste I've developed over the years! My family is not only big about music but big about listening to it loud, so the majority of my music taste for most of my life has just been Christian hiphop (Lecrae, KB, Andy Mineo, Trip Lee, and ironically Tonex, whose album where he was struggling hard with his gayness has been my favorite concert movie since I was 5) and gospel music (Kirk Franklin, Tye Tribbett, etc.). And music was one of the few connections between me and my race (I grew up feeling pretty estranged from my blackness as a kid, but the popular songs they played at the YMCA in the 2010s were some of the few things I could use to feel more connected) and between me and my classmates/friends at the Y (I still have fond memories of playing FNAF songs in mat forts and reciting lyrics at pool parties). But I got tired of knowing I could never bond with anyone besides family friends music taste-wise when I was in high school, and so I started listening to secular music on my own time. And that's how I first found Ghost and Pals, a vocaloid artist and one of the first secular music folks I listened to as a kid (can you smell the religious trauma yet? Lol), and that's how I bonded with one of my best friends in early college (ironically, also my first time being publically queer). Now I listen to Kpop, anime songs, songs from warriors MAPs, songs from musicals (Hamilton and In the Heights <3), latin songs, metal songs, and even some secular songs young me would've been too scared to listen to.

And music has always been one of my biggest sources of stimming! I can't dance to save my life, but music will sure get me to flick my fingers and hit my fist against my shoulder furiously. Music was one of the first clues that I like stimming with vibration too (since I love laying against the car door and turning up the music loud enough to feel the world shake around me). And music was one of the first things that made me look into ADHD or autism (specifically, listening to Ghost and Pals songs for a month straight and getting my friend at early college [who also has ADHD] to start looking at me funny when I was discovered doing chores and listening to one of three songs for the fifth time). Music is so cool it'll get me to wax poetically. It was one of the things that kept me together during my roughest times and soothed me during my best. I listen to it while I write, while I cry, while I hang out with my friends and family and while I chill by myself. It's how I relax after a long day, and it's how I feel safe. I feel kinda emotional finally having music hit that spot in me without feeling like I need it to do stuff.

So, What Do We Do Now Guys?

I'll admit, I'm a bit lost at the moment. I'm seeing people decide what they want to do that they feel is best for the fandom and its creator, and I am inclined to agree with all sides here. Some are deciding to put the topic down and not post for a while until things cool off. Some are deciding to continue with their creations to help move forward past this and create a sense of normalcy back into the fandom. Others are angry and are validly expressing their anger about the situation. Some people are still discovering it all as we speak!

As I said in my previous post, it is also personal to me. Welcome Home has become a starting point for my ability to engage with a fandom, something I have personally denied myself for years on this platform out of the awareness and understanding of how fandoms (and the internet as a whole!) work. Yes, I missed out on the Onceler fandom, the Undertale fandom, the Supernatural fandom, the FNAF fandom, all of it. I know and speak of the old ways! Mwahaha!

In all seriousness though, I don't often engage with fandoms because, in my mind, I develop deep relationships with the concepts and ideas of my chosen media, and sharing my love for something with the world is terrifying. This fandom I have chosen to engage with has become one of the most intense and complex fanbases I've seen thus far, so I cannot even imagine what @partycoffin is going through.

But guys... Home is on Fire. And the fire is spreading. It's passion, its love, it's intimacy, it's anger, it's betrayal, it's every emotion you can ever imagine in a rainbow-fueled escapade, and it's burning fast.

I do not want to see this beautiful creation die, and as long as Clown wishes to keep going, I want to work to make things better, under their wishes and guidance.

Because to me, Welcome Home represents a chance to create something inclusive and beautiful for both new and old generations of internet users. I see it as the first concept to genuinely depict authentic LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent characters in an animated, horror-themed space, allowing people to find safe spaces with these characters to express their identities and creativity with the world. What I hope for from this fandom is that we can help create safe spaces for @partycoffin and everyone who wants to protect and enjoy their work. Give them and us a Home that is filled with a positive, loving community that supports one another. Give them the anonymity and safety they need to feel at home within themselves to do as they see fit. Most of all, it's important to remember that Welcome Home means something to them, to its creator, and the power to move and change this fandom is in their puppet-shaped hands.

Everything in my previous post still stands, and there is no one right answer to this. That will come in time. But my suggestion right now? Choose what you think is best for yourself because that is what you can control.

And for me? I want to create and love people's art expressing my relationship with it because fandoms, to me, are about finding meaning in people's work that helps shape and influence who you are. My small, unpolished art is my expression of wanting home when I never felt like I had one, to find a place to belong and feel safe to express my neurodivergent, queer self, and to not feel alone. While I may not post much from here on after, I want to continue moving forward and see this through.

Hey guys! Um.. I'm not frequently on this hashtag and just came here to adress that Melanie Martinez songs make a perfect playlist for Sun and Moon. It's been years since the release of Security Breach and still this day I never found anyone talking about that (believe me, I search everywhere from time to time in years (when my hyperfixation starts again lol)) and I'm starting to believe that if I don't say anything, no one will. So umm yeah I don't want to make a big post I just wanna point it out

If you're here in Tumblr and you're interacting with fandoms for a really long time you probably heard at least one of her songs before. Basically for those interested she makes songs with childish aesthetics and serious themes. Her most recent album is more fairycore though, but the first ones aren't.

She has an album called Cry Baby (it's about a disturbed childhood), an album called K-12 (it's about school), and an EP called After School (inspired by school themes but more inspired in the artist's life) and they fit Sun and Moon very well

Also I wanted to add that some of her best gems are unreleased, and like, there are some really good stuff that fit Sun and Moon, you just need to search for it

The songs that fit them most are the first ones of the list, the rest is more like,,, they fit them well but not like the first ones ya know what i mean

This was released in 2015, if you're here in the fnaf fandom for a really long time or in the whole fandom part of the internet by itself you know this one. It brings me a lot of memories. How I miss the 2010's)

With the most recent installments to the fnaf franchise, the discussion of Cassie's father has become a main topic. The common theory is that Cassie's father is "the Bonnie bro". I'm personally against this theory and here's why

(Note: please take everything I say with a grain of salt I don't know the lore like the back of my hand and this is all just my opinion)

1. Satisfaction

The main reason I'm against the theory is because it's not narratively satisfying. This franchise is defined by its exclusively when it comes to characters. They always want to recycle the same characters we've always had. "I always come back" is literally one of the most iconic lines from the series. So to me, to have some random, no name, only mentioned once, less than a minute of screen time, ass dude become an important figure? Hell no.

2. Background info

In order to identify Cassie's father, we must use the information that is given by Cassie. Cassie is a racially ambiguous girl with some dark features who is at least a decade old. She says during Ruin that her dad works for fazbear, has had a deep love for the company, and it's also implied that she hasn't seen him in awhile. In help wanted 2, the player is an older ("hey, you look like you got kids") and masculine (listen to the burp sounds when eating food) worker for fazbear. All three of those fit the bill for Cassie's father. So if I don't think it's Bonnie bro, who do I think it is?

3. It's Micheal

In help wanted 2, there's three (maybe even 4) different time periods we play through. We play through sister location, security breach, and ruin (the additional 4th being fnaf 6). Clearly even though help wanted 2 is supposed to a fazbear employee training sim, it's so much more since the games seem to transcend time by going back and forth between past and future. So that means the player has lived through all of those times. We know for a FACT that Micheal is the main character for sister location. In fact, there ARE no other human characters in sister location besides the dead technicians (supporters of the Bonnie bro theory suggest that Cassie's dad still worked at sister location despite this). There are also multiple voice lines in the game that are extremely important! There's the stuff mystic hippo says, there's baby's lines, and "why are you so special".

Baby says "I feel bad for you" , "I like it here. It's safe, safe forever.", "i recognize you", and "you should have known I'd find you". These lines are PERSONAL. This is NOT stuff she's saying to someone she saw years ago at birthday party or to a random worker that was at sister location. This is her BROTHER, whom she has a hard history with. Why is the player so special? Because it's Michael, and he's always been important.

Michael, the first born, the one responsible for the death of CC. Michael, the one who went location to location, trying to undo the sins of his father. It's Michael that's always been the main character.

Michael also fits the bill for Cassie's dad. He's an older, masculine guy who has a history with working for fazbear, and if we're looking at how Michael looks in the bite of 1983, he and Cassie look similar. (Meaning Michael has dark features like tan skin, brown hair, dark eyes. Of course tho, it doesn't really matter what Michael looks like since Cassie could just look a lot like her other parent. Michael is also canonically white so-)

In the pizza Plex, there's a recreation of Michael's room from sister location. It's not the real room, since there's no evidence that Michael's house was built near sister location, or that sister location and fnaf 6 were one in the same. Micheal's room isn't found underneath the pizza Plex where fnaf 6 was, but in the main levels of the building. His room is also altered. The door is smaller, the show on the screen is different, and there's a message on the wall. If Michael isn't an active player at this point, why is his room here. No one else besides him would recognize that room. This also proves that Micheal was somewhat around during security breach, since that is the only time we see this room.

With that being said, let's move on.

4. Counterpoints

It is heavily stressed that Cassie's dad likes Bonnie. Michael is often associated with foxy, since he would attack CC with a foxy mask on. However, he's only associated with foxy in fnaf 4, and that's it. I don't think he would continue to associate with it decades after. Bonnie was always William's favorite and the rabbit is always associated with his evilness and empire. It's unlikely that Micheal would associate with something so connected to his father. There's two things I say to this. 1: it could be that Micheal doesn't like Bonnie/is impartial but says he does to Cassie since she's a kid and he's her dad. If little Cassie asks her dad, who's your favorite animatronic, he's gonna pick one. By choosing to stay so close to fazbear, he has to somewhat open his heart to the company a bit post the defeat of Afton. 2: when you look at the Bonnie mask in the hidden chest of PQ4 and the AR Bonnie mask in Ruin, the masks are red underneath the purple. The foxy mask is red.

At this point in the story, Micheal is "dead". He died in the fnaf 6 fire. However, given that baby, William, and others have clearly come back after the fire, who's to say Micheal can't come back as well?

So is Michael Cassie's dad? Idk, but I think there's some real compelling stuff.

heres my rant for today: (sorry in advance for long post)

i hate how modern art communities have to “fandom-ify” every single new trendy thing literally DAYS (and sometimes even hours) after it drops. i know this is a lot of the same sentiment as those people that just go “popular thing bad” but honestly it really puts me off some medias because i dont want to associate with anyone else who likes it

do we really need a million different fan ocs and aus for EVERYTHING? and like, i know its nothing new, obviously we have the onceler and undertale aus to look back on, but its exhausting at this point because while those communities were presumably genuine, in the present day it just feels like the fandom equivalent to an industry plant. and most people dont even stick with the thing they decide to make their entire personality!!

remember when spiderverse came out and everyone made spidersonas? who can you name thats actually drawn their spidersona more than once? it feels like everyone just trend hops, and yes i know thats how the internet is but its just exhausting especially when it brings down otherwise creative and inspired works

fnaf security breach: everyone makes fnaf aus and glamrock animatronics, then spiderverse as previously mentioned, then welcome home dropped and thats becoming a shitshow with how yall are fandomizing what is essentially a small creator telling their ocs lore in a creative way, and now its happening with digital circus. im so tired of seeing projects that are cool and visually appealing becoming a cesspit of bland, unoriginal aus and piles of fanart only to get dropped when the new shiny comes out

and i wanna elaborate on welcome home for a second because i know damn well if one of these people who makes “daddy dom priest wally is actually the devil” aus had an oc they loved, and someone came along and made their own aus of it in the same way, that person would bitch and cry oc theft. some people dont even change up the characters design, like how entitled do you have to be to essentially just steal someones oc and call it your own? it disgusts me how people are treating clown and honestly i wish they would put the series on indefinite hiatus or complete their story privately to teach these people a lesson

another thing that puts me off is how every piece of media has to have the “fandom daddy” for lack of a better term. glamrock freddy, hobie brown, wally darling, or jax, its all the same thing repackaged; someones gotta be the tumblr sexyman. its so tiring—ESPECIALLY as a lesbian who doesnt really wanna center men in my life at all—to wanna see fanart of the media you like and its only: “heres the one character everyones horny for drawn in a totally different and more sexualized body type” with everyone in the comments salivating over them. i really like digital circus! but all i see are people who would walk across a mile of broken glass just to suck a fart out of jax’ ass. what about the other interesting characters? why does EVERY conversation with popular media have to be about “which guy is the most fuckable” (guy specifically because come on, when has a female character been the highlight of attention; using the previous example have you seen ONE person talking about digital circus that even remembers zooble exists)

it feels like nobody can appreciate work anymore without having to claim some form of ownership over it, to say “hey this thing is so popular and important that it is now a part of my identity!! look at my millions of ocs that i will draw one time and never again!” im just tired of people being unable to passively interact with media they enjoy and everyone seeming to fight over and prove some connection to the things they like

tldr: im tired of everyone in the art community making heaps of fanart, aus, and fan ocs for stuff the second it gets popular and then totally forgetting about it the next time something else gets popular

(and before yall bring up hyperfixations: i am autistic; i understand having so much love for a piece of media for a short while and then dropping it for no reason and its heart shattering; BUT AT THE SAME TIME this pattern is on oxford to me and its on such a large scale that it infects the greater art community as a whole)

That is indeed the nature of media consumer at its finest. I do feel like it is more appearent now due to the way most social media algorithm works. They only show what is trending at the moment, so naturally, we are exposed only to this specific thing until another trend eventually takes over.

Even artists who never create fan content can be influenced to do so by looking at the other artists, be it to dive in along the hype for the popularity of it, for the geniune fun, for the sense of community, and many more reasons.

SECURITY BREACH RUIN SPOILERS

Finally got around to watching a Security Breach Ruin playthrough, oh boy. That was a lot. Most notably in my own thoughts, or as many as I can pull out of my head right now-

• Obviously, so much more fleshed out and developed. I'm really happy SW was given all the time they needed to make this dlc, because it's just so so good, storywise and obviously in its gameplay compared to the unfortunate fate of security breach.

• Bonnie's Glamrock design had me screaming - there he was!! I love all the fanon designs for him don't get me wrong, his game design is just as refreshing and cool. The bright light blue in the main of him reminded me of Toy Bonnie (aka one of my favourite animatronics) and was a very nice colour to choose in comparison to purple, since that colour is mostly incorporated in Roxy's design now (and Aftons whole thing but ykwim). Brilliant!!

• ROXY. OUGH. I pitied her and liked the memes abt her that went around during the first game and her hatred for Gregory following into the new one (duh, wants her damn eyes back), but oh my god her whole thing with Cassie made me so sad. Surely your friends will show up this time!!! Number one!!! Twice!!!

• Not gonna lie, was very much expecting an ending where the mask gets permanently stuck on Cassies head and the AI Bunny(cant remember atm what ites being called lmao) just torments her for all of eternity. It struck me as really important that the mask had such an intrusive and physical method of use, and how Cassie is now permanently connected to the network whether she has it on or off, I thought they were going to do more with it in the endings. I know that the Brazil ending had Cassie using it to hide from her fate with the mimic, but that feels to me like its more about Cassie using it to escape rather than the reality of the mask now being specifically part of her. Not a complaint at all though, just my own personal thoughts and observations!!!

• The Mimic. Yeesh. Rip having to pretend to be Gregory of all people just to get out from a sinkhole, may I remind you the Mimic literally sassed Helpi in the first rid of the AI Bunny? Most in character line he managed to stitch together lmao (i have more to say abt it but I am too tired to try and write thst out rn)

• CANDY CADET. SOBBING.

• That poster up by the vents from BOWLING to FAZER BLAST being Freddy's poster for Bonnie? Cry. Legitimately made me tear up a little. I don't care what context people are choosing to frame their relationship in based on that "Love, Freddy" bit or what is actually confirmed canon (when do we ever get that in fnaf tho/j), they were programmed robots with a legitimate sense of care and affinity for each other and that is SO. DAMN. SAD.

• Follow up to that, DID SHUTTING DOWN ALL OF THE CUTE LITTLE YELLOW SIGN BABIES RELEASE BONNIE'S SPIRIT OR KILL IT? Regardless, those glowing eyes from his body in the secret bowling area had to mean something. Imagine being destroyed like that and having your soul trapped in your immovable body, waiting for who knows how long for someone to evem find you...

• Monty's story? Both don't trust it or Monty at all and still feel kinda a little bad for him. Going on the principle that he's had the ability to feel since the beginning too makes me worry for his possible character conflict when/if his full story if explicitly revealed. Someone gave him the ability to become one of the four, and still I don't think it was Bonnie despite the little art story. Monty might have been the one to destroy Bonnie to get there, but I think that hand with the guitar is symbolising that he had some kind of help along the way.

• Was kinda hoping Chica was gonna get more of a fleshed out backstory but its fine, she got her bits and thats okay! What was with the voice box bit??? Her minigame looked like fun tho lmao

That's most of what I feel like bringing up for now. Overall just a solid, banger fnaf game that I absolutely now just regard as its own installment completely seperate to Security Breach. Finally getting back into the swing of things. Cant wait for what's next!

~ | I've been performing characters in online spaces for over 10 years now, starting in 2013! | ~ ~ | Let's start with the most important piece of any RP related account, the timeline they live in: | ~ ~ | The Andreaplex | ~

~ | To try to explain the entirety of the Andreaplex is to try to explain the entire history of the world I guess. There just isn't enough time, so let's go over some bullet points of the basics:

Multiple Franchises are present in the same universe, each corelating with one of my largest interests. It's basically the crossover episode of the multiverse, except they don't interact very often.

Most of the locations and popular places regarding events in the series are placed in the region of the Pacific Northwest, mainly Oregon however as it's my own home state.

The Timeline is made up of 3 others, each with different franchises present within, Timeline A holding 'Real Life', Timeline B holding FNAF, MLP, TF2, and others, and Timeline C holding TTTE and Pokémon. This is an event that occurred in the past, though does still haunt the present in multiple ways, including the way the three merged in an event called 'The Collision'. Three Into One, A Grand New Creation.

A LOT has changed from the norms of the franchises present, such as my own headcanons, major events IN my own AU Headcanons {such as the North Western Railway closing and eventual relocation to Oregon, again it's wild}, and changes to different elements of the franchises present {such as the added element of spiritual and physical aging in ghosts and spirits who choose to remain down on Earth. Example of this can be if someone dies when they're 5, and choose to remain down on Earth for 5 years, they would be 10 by the time those 5 years passed. Physical aging can go however the spirit wishes to present themselves, unless they have a body that more tangible than their spirit.}.

There are sort of, omnipotent beings that can sometimes be at the head of things called 'Writers'. Mainly it's just me and my friends personifications of ourselves, though most have chosen to allow their characters free will. Speaking of which:

Each Character is of their own free will in this Timeline, disconnected from 'Strings' that once held them in control of the Writer. Andrea being a part of this world said it best, 'I've seen their perspective. And I'm going to fix this.'

There are characters of varying power levels within the world, each harnessing a different brand of it. Speaking of that though:

One of the most common groups of power is Magic, though it has several subvarients, such as 'Equestrian', 'The Knowledge of the Fourth', 'Gold Dust', 'Witchcraft', 'The Black Arts', and other such examples that exist. Anyone can harness some types of magic with enough training, while others are only genetic or given to a select few.

The biggest fact by far is, since Timeline A was 'Real Life', and merged into the Timeline that is The Andreaplex due to the collision, by proxy, Y O U are canon to the Andreaplex Y O U exist!

A being of practically unlimited power and energy due to one of the timelines merging to form her being one of a Writer {self insert moment i know}, as well as many other sources of power being pumped into her in the other 2 timelines that collided. Andrea is 30 years old, born on April 30th. Due to timeframes getting absolutely FUCKED in the Collision, the year is uncertain but they put it down as 2003 as that's the one date that Andrea remembers as her birthday.

Andrea's 6 foot 1 inches.

Andrea is canonically a trans female. During her time she had to have breast reduction surgery due to their size being too painful in combo with Pectus Excavatum.

Andrea is pansexual, and happily married to Cassidy, told about below. Though in recent times the two have gone through some issues regarding their relationship due to both of them kinda not knowing how love works sometimes. They struggle but they're important to one another.

'Shores' was originally her selected last name {as she had several due to several of herself colliding into one another}, but eventually she settled on Bliss when adopting her second child.

Andrea's childhood {at least for her} is a blur. She doesn't remember much of it thanks to The Collision messing with things regarding her long term memory.

She holds near infinite amounts of power, being able to twist a timeline to nothing but red code if she wanted to, but after several events, have led her to not use it a lot, if even at all.

Most uses of her power is out of desperation, or extreme measures that would cause harm to those around/very close to her, such as family, and innocent bystanders.

Holding all of the cards at once for her is extremely overwhelming, and has resulted in her already present feelings of depression, anxiety, and extreme emotional tendencies to rise at extreme rates at times. Time has helped her slowly cope but it, it's a very slow process.

Andrea was gutted at one point by some very hostile robot bear spaghetti, a burnt clown, a burnt rabbit, and a burnt black bear, leaving the large scar on her torso. Like I said before, it's wild.

Andrea's only wish, if she were to get one that is guaranteed to come true, is to possibly experience what Death feels like, as she could never achieve it herself in any manner.

Andrea has adopted two children, ones you'll be seeing later in this thread.

Andrea's bond with her locomotives is like family, she grew up hearing their stories, and now she gets to make new ones with them. It's an honor to her.

Andrea's favorite season is Christmas. I mean, why else would the branding exist? Regardless, she loves the warmth, happiness, and above all, Hope that it gives the world. Hope for a brighter tomorrow. Hope that there is still good on this Earth. Hope that will last for eternity.

One of Andrea's first true friends in her younger days was the fourth in command of Mr. Kris Kringle himself, Vixen. The two are still best friends to this day, and often have one or the other come to their home to celebrate the holidays, at least up until Christmas Eve, then Vixen's got work. Maybe she'll pop in every now and again year round, but most of the time she appears during the holiday season.

Cassidy, much like her wife, is 30 years old, however she was born at some point during the mid 1970s, meeting her unfortunate death at around the age of 11. This is a reminder here that souls can age in this timeline, hence her appearances on her ref sheet including a teenage and child version.

Cassidy stands at 6 foot 3 inches, around two inches taller than her wife.

One of her greatest hobbies is ironically dancing to her own music. She often pulls Andrea in for dances when she wants to, or when a situation is perfect for one.

As hinted at in the opener piece above, yes, this is THE Cassidy from the FNAF timeline, but my own rendition of her, as well as the timeline itself. Maybe one day I'll go into that can of worms.

Yes, Cassidy is dead. Not Andrea type dead no, she's just. Dead. She's a ghost. Can phase through walls, haunt things, possess her broken up Fredbear animatronic to scare people, that stuff.

Cassidy is a full on Lesbian and is currently in a loving marriage with Andrea, lasting from December 25th of 2021 { I believe the year's right can't remember exact dates } until now. Sure there's been scares and possibilities of divorce here and there, but hey when does that not happen.

Cassidy owns and manages 'Fredbear and Friend's', a restaurant literally right next door to the house she and Andrea own that both provides good old fashioned animatronic entertainment, but preserves vintage equipment and creating replicas of said equipment from Freddy Fazbear's Past, from Fredbear's all the way to the most recent restaurant, the Mega Pizzaplex. Each era of Freddy's has it's own gallery as well as subsections for different historical sections { such as an exhibit showcasing both the Security Breach and Ruin elements in full context }, so for example in one you can see Roxanne wolf, then walk to another and see the Toy Animatronics. This is ALSO another huge can of worms. Currently, this restaurant is Post-Ruin, so The Mimic's in a glass case, and the Ruined's are around on static display.

One other element about the Restaurant she has a more close connection with is 'Cassidy's Game'. Basically, take Ultimate Custom Night, and put every single animatronic from every single game in there { with a few exceptions ofc we ain't letting the mimic hunt people, that's just, no. }.

Cassidy is the backup vocalist { though does get some main vocalist chances } and lead bassist of 'The Missing Ones', an indie band comprised of the original five spirits involved in the Missing Children Incident back in 1985. They mostly do covers, but recently did a rock/metal cover of 'The Northwest Passage' sea shanty, heavily inspired by Johnathan Young's own cover. This was for a special celebration Andrea asked them to attend, as well as providing her own vocals as a special guest.

Cassidy's favorite holiday is, of course, Halloween. Her idol is Jack Skellington, for his expertise in scares and how to get them out of people in the best of ways.

Speaking of Halloween, Cassidy also goes a bit scare crazy around that time of year, due to the Mortal Plain being closest to the Spiritual Realms of Heaven and Hell, as well as Limbo and The Land Between. At this time of year, she opens the Restaurant later, as a sort of Haunted House experience, like that one FNAF Haunted House down in Vegas. Fun Fact I went to that. Was a WILD time. She also pops out and scares anyone she can for that sweet feeling of scaring someone.

Cassidy sort of dislikes the Christmas season for it's overwhelming forcing into your home type attitude. She wants to be spooky but then as soon as November comes around, Mariah Carey is free. She isn't a full on Grinch though. Yet. That arc's coming later. In the past when the two were just dating, Cassidy went out of her way to buy Andrea a full on sleigh for Christmas. Like. Full Sleigh. Full stop no additions. She just bought her a sleigh cause she noticed Andrea loved the season so much.

The results of Maddie's Possession gave her a demonic form she can shift into and out of whenever she wishes.

It also, however, gave her a specific Iron Intake she needs to meet with each thing she eats, which cannot be met with any supplements on the market at the moment, rather with human blood and flesh {think something like something from Tokyo Ghoul, except she CAN eat other stuff, just has to have that flesh and blood/iron intake factor} .

Maddie's Possession is a family curse, her mother held it before her, and her grandmother before her, and, well you get the drift. Blame her Great-Great-Great Grandmother {who may pop into this account every so often as a cameo} .

Mary's has a gunshot scar on her skin where her heart is, which she keeps hidden under her clothing as best as she can. It brings up bad memories of her former family.

Mary's father killed her in cold blood for her own choices of who she was. I will not be going into detail, as honestly it makes even me upset to recall that bit of her. Might retcon it honestly. Who knows.

Mary is the character with the least amount of story built up for her, so she is very experimental at the moment.

Hello traveler. If you are seeing this, that means you are in the astral plane between universes. We have many destination you can explore. Why don't you take a look around. You might find something you like.

At the moment we only have FNAF and BATIM / BATDR Universes but a Pokémon universe is under development and will be open to the public sometime soon.

For now we come to our first stop.

FNAF AU

As of now I only have three AUs in this particular fandom, but these hold a very important spot in my heart, because these were my first ever alternate universes. So with that here they are in a Nutshell.

1.) Main AU - This AU was the first I ever made, and is the one I most commonly work on. It's not a big difference storywise, but I try my best to fill in any holes in the canon plot. Of course there are a few differences like Michael's backstory is a bit different, William's past and motive, stuff like that.

2.) Novel AU - Like the title says, this AU takes place in the novels in a world where William builds toys and animatronics. It's not much different, but big enough to be called an AU.

3.) Movie AU - This is my most recent FNAF AU and is barely past the conception stage. The basic premise is: A few decades in the future a film company starts filming a movie about the old legends of the Fazbear killer. Unfortunately the actor that is playing William digs too deep into legend and awakens it. Slowly he is driven insane by shadow Bonnie enough that he begins to recreate the murders. This is as far as I've gotten and haven't planned anything out.

Now that's all of my FNAF AU's. I actually have a spreadsheet of AU lore for my main au, I might share that at one point. But now, let's get into my current hyperfixation.

BATIM / BATDR AU

Yes, much like everyone I've gotten back into the Bendy fandom with the Dark Revival. For this I currently have three separate AU's, one with art! So let's get to it!

1.) Main AU - Once again, this one doesn't have much changed , at least in the first cycle. In this AU Audrey is actually the creator of the cycle but is unaware of it. As she travels through, she is given her powers by the ink demon himself, and it slowly begins to consume her. With every banish she becomes more heartless, and creatures become fearful of her. After fighting Shipahoy Wilson Audrey is able to regenerate herself, and fuses with the demon. But, instead of taking the demon's body, her true form comes to light. The true ruler of the cycle. Demon Audrey. With her true form unleashed, she is heartless, and banishes Joey out of pure rage. She is almost unstoppable, but love finds a way. When Demon Audrey attempts to banish Henry, baby bendy runs in, and turns into a more pure version of the Ink Demon. This fight forces Audrey to turn into her beast form, but she stood no match for the new demon. With Audrey now gone, the cycle begins to crumble, finally ending the cycle of pain.

2.) Unamed AU - This AU is similar to my main AU, but warrants its own category. The basic summary is Henry does his usual first cycle, and defeats the demon. But with the ink demon dead, somebody must take his place. After a few weeks, Linda (Henry's wife) gets fed up on waiting for the police, and enters the studio herself to try to find her husband. After encountering a few creatures, she finds herself in the throne room where Henry's satchel was left. Quickly the ink demon approaches her, but he looked familiar. It was Henry. He had taken the demon's place.

3.) Children of the Ink - This is a AU me and a friend came up with for an RP, so it's a little all over the place. Basically it is a cycle that has grown enough to allow offspring. There are several children running around the cycle, so here's a list!

Lucifer - Offspring of the Ink Demon, created through the ink machine.

Sebastian - Son of Sammy, created after he prayed to have a child of his own to teach the ways of the Lord. In return, Sammy gave up his very own banjo.

Jack Jr - Offspring of The Projectionist (Norman Polk) and Dot. This one is still being worked on how he was created, but he's here, and obviously named after Jack Fain.

Daisy & Zac - These twins (male and female respectfully) are offspring of Twisted Alice (Susie Campbell). Their father is unknown (which I'm thinking either Joey or Sammy) but unfortunately, Daisy is the only survivor of the two. Not long after birth, Zac was eaten by the ink Demon.

Audrey - In this AU, Audrey is not fully intended to be Joey's daughter, but still refers to him as dad. She was created to help subdue the demon, and stop the chaos. She is the ink demons opposite, and equal as she was created with color instead of pure black ink.

With that, the main story is being worked on but I have somewhat a plot in mind that doesn't make much sense. Basically Audrey is considered the mother of ink, and cares for the children after a war between the angel and the demon kills most of their parents. There is also a second part that Wilson captures Audrey and Lucifer in order to experiment with Audrey's colored ink, and create a new ink demon with Lucifer. His plan works and he forces Lucifer to kill his own father. Somehow the rest of the children band together to save him or something, I don't know.

oh for sure LMAO, uh?? for a Simple one before i get into what will probably turn into a mini essay, i don't like the michael possessing glamrock freddy theory. it just feels lazy to me tbh! their personalities are just so strikingly different to me and... i know fnaf has already fucked with the ending of ffps but i've never really liked that so... i much prefer having michael in some kind of body of his own in sb verses ( it's funnier to give him and freddy one sided beef anyway LMAO ).

something more substantial is that, i feel like in terms of fanon, portrayals of michael either lean VERY HEAVILY one way or another— either he is overly passive, paralyzed by guilt, very sensitive, and always faultless... or he's a selfish, always aggressive asshole who doesn't care about anyone other than himself. BOTH of these ways of talking about him are so one dimensional and fundamentally flawed to me. michael, though i can dive HEAVILY into the explanation behind why he tormented evan and acted the way he did, while he was neglected and traumatized and COULD HAVE been given better avenues for handling this, was still in the WRONG for all of that and isn't owed forgiveness from his brother or anyone else he hurt. there is also just no accurate way in which he did a complete 180 after the incident. stopped outright harassing others and acting like a bully? sure, yes, but the idea that he could just let go of all his anger issues that easily is NOT something i agree with. trauma and guilt don't fix anger, they ENHANCE it. while he begins to make more conscious choices, he still fucks up again and again, he still holds so much anger in him and experiences repeated outbursts when he can't anymore, he says and does things that hurt people both because he doesn't know how to communicate with them properly and as a survival tactic to make up for feeling unsafe in his own home. again, not the right thing to do a lot of the time, but there are reasons why he presents himself this way.

simultaneously, he is plagued by guilt. he experiences depression and pulls away because he thinks he doesn't DESERVE to have people around him when he'll just end up hurting them. he will apologize for things he's said or done but that doesn't automatically fix anything. constantly i try to emphasize the fact that, for a very long time, michael is STUCK in this push and pull between justified ( but often unintentionally hurtful ) anger and the haunting thought that he deserves to be resented. yes, there is a passiveness in that idea, but it is in such constant conflict with his more REACTIVE personality, the part of him that is bitter and thinks it's all unfair.

AND michael cares about the people he values. he wants to love and protect them, though he doesn't always do so in the best or most communicative way. he becomes so overwhelmingly dedicated to helping the lost souls, atoning, giving everything to right his father's wrongs, and he is still flawed. michael's experiences HAVE made him rude, vindictive, irritable, etc.... and he is still a fundamentally kind person. he still actively makes the CHOICE of kindness ( with emphasis on the difference between nice and kind ) as much as he can in spite of the kneejerk reaction that trauma has sewn so deep into him and sometimes giving in to it. these are important facets that all coexist.

fanon is always a case of simplifying characters really, but it's very important to me that michael is given this nuance, that he is portrayed as human rather than one dimensionally on one end while ignoring the othr.
