Danny didn’t know what would happen when his parents portal turned on for the first time but this wasn’t it. He accidentally turned it on and the next thing he knew he was in front of this pool of green swirling liquid with this lady named Talia telling him she’d take care of him. The weird thing is he was now half dead with weird ghost powers and he somehow was turned back into a 5 year old. He met a kid the same age as him and the two quickly became inseparable, his name was Damian and even though he was to be the next head of what Danny assumed was a cult, he knew it was but he was in the body of a 5 year old and couldn’t exactly go home like this.

5 years pass and Danny gets sent along with Damian to Gotham to live with Damian’s birth father Bruce Wayne. Danny didn’t want to go at first but Bruce seemed to welcome him with open arms regardless of his background with the league. Everything is going well for the 2 until Danny meets Tim’s secretary, it’s Sam and she absolutely did not know how to handle her now smaller best friend. Tucker is doing an internship at Wayne Tech too.

Under the hoodie/layers, she tends to wrap her legs around her kinda like a hug! And so in the first part that's the weird bumps under the hoodie. They're starting to unravel a bit. She hates being called a monkey cause it's NOT her fault she's short and has to climb on things and up things and includes people in "things" category.

A Defense of Benny Gecko

Benny is more of a capable leader and person than people give him credit for.

Seeing as no one challenged his position as head Chairmen for 7 years and even then he only loses the position if he’s caught, killed or forced to leave. Yes, it’s also likely House wouldn’t have allowed him to be killed but he sure as hell would of found a way to remove him if he was causing too much unrest within The Tops power structure. Even Swank and Tommy don’t outright dislike him and more so are concerned with his recent secretive and shady behavior, emphasis on recent.

Taking all we know into consideration, Benny likely knew the future direction that he wanted to take Vegas but was so caught up in the plans to acquire Vegas that he didn’t think of how to make his dream a reality. Something he admits to in canon. I see this being used as the main argument that Benny doesn’t know what he’s doing at all but I see it more in the same vein as you can’t really plan something from nothing. The transformation of Vegas is a sensitive thing that he can’t really work on until he has it. The only reason he ran to the Fort prematurely is the Courier who was causing so much of a stir he would’ve likely been found out much faster, making all that planning for nothing if he didn’t take that chance.

Benny is careful (well a lot more careful than he is regularly depicted in fanon), the Courier being able to trace him was dumb luck on their part and his hair being noticed at the Fort is a realistically small oversight that even Caesar is disappointed in because he admits Benny got farther than he should’ve been allowed by his legionaries. The fact he can plan an ambush on the Courier or tries to quickly and concisely clean up lose ends that don’t lead back to him shows he’s not just acting on impulses or in the moment decisions. Or rather he’s quite good at thinking them out, whether they work depends on how you play really. This is all to say it’s 100% believable that Benny could lead an independent Vegas (house was basically setting him up to do that). If he had known explicitly that House was setting him up to replace him, he likely would’ve bought more time by getting in closer, learning more of the system to then flip House’s edge to his favor. Again something he was doing already but likely without the knowledge of House’s feelings on him personally.

No matter what, Vegas’ future was tied to Benny; House’s plans for him, having to get the chip and if he had somehow succeeded. It’s also interesting that of all the people vying for control of the dam/Vegas, Benny’s plans are the only ones actually oriented towards a new future, not a recreation of something long past.

Starting to think, going by the MXTX fandoms, that a lot of people are comfortable with being a bit terrible and not thriving for an ideal whatsoever, because they really really reeaaally want to believe Xue Yang and Jiang Cheng are poor cuties who weren't lucky and the heroes are a bunch of holier-than-thou arrogant bitches who need to be taken down a peg when the text says the opposite, because then it justifies their own faults and hatred of genuinely awesome people who seem to have it better in life and isn't that sooo unfair and isn't it fair that they should suffer to learn what it's like to suffer like them, poor tortured, petty, flawed humans who see themselves in the villains rather than the heroes.

Actually I just thought about the logic of Sycamore having been Angela’s missing brother, mainly in the case of the Laytons

Like I think Hershel only became friends with Randall and thus Angela after this incident (though I don’t remember), but I don’t think Stansbury is that big of a town, the Laytons probably at least saw Angela’s brother

So like, imagine being Roland and Lucille, and one day you see the bio older brother of your adopted son, having been taken in by one of the rich families, and somehow this never leads to the two interacting or being reintroduced to each other, or even just like telling Hershel that his brother is living in the same town, and then one day, probably not even like 10 years later, that brother goes missing and is presumed dead, so he’s gone yet again

It’s been some years since I’ve looked at the story of Miracle Mask, so I don’t know how well this holds up, but it just popped into my head

actually whilst im comparing the utena fandom to utena characters i did have a really funny thought a couple of months ago about how people who neglect the impact of touga’s history with csa do the exact same thing that he does. like they’re both like ‘didn’t happen :) not real :) wouldn’t have any tangible effect whatsoever :) now watch me craft an elaborate web of lies that dont make any fucking sense in order to obfuscate the truth (not pictured here)’. guys who hate kiryuu touga when they do the exact same thing he does

I liked the episode. It was funny.

Had all these angles of grief: Athena being uncapable of rationalize her anger, Chimney feeling left out, Eddie and his sadness, his impulsiveness and his family, Buck... I think with Buck they decided to tell us and not show us about the part of his grief that others are seeing and that is not great, but then we got the confessionary scene, and his moment with Chris and with Peppa; Hen struggling with the captaincy thing

It was cocky with Buck asking for a signal and receiving an earthquake. In the Graham boy feeling that close to Athena to ask if they are going to the movies. In Buck doing his 'to the rescue' and saving that lady from the roof (are you real? no, ma'am i'm buck and happy again)

I like that among the sorrow they have their happy moments and their love, because grief is like that.

And the last part with all those station joining to take that fire down before hitting the batteries building. I loves those moments of cooperation and making it a second before losing hope.

Maddie was so cool! She is awesome when she gets too emotional, but when she is cold headed and efficient, ufff ❤️

Again, I loved Peppa and I loved that she got to talk to Buck. She is such a mexican tía.

Eddie having his explosive moments gets me a bit nervous, but I also like that the show knows that a person that has anger issues can make the work and still regress when the situation overpass them and regret it later. I know people here love verbal apologies, but I think in this series (and sometimes in life) giving something back as an apology is better. Eddie shared with Buck his family, the parts of him that are pure love.

I loved that Madney moment when Maddie could tell that she was grateful.

And the Karen + Athena scene. How funny and nice Karen is (and so pretty!!) and when Athena is opening the present and she goes out of the scene, measuring her reaction, being understanding and also acknowledging that these are not just coworkers.

I think is very legit for Athena to wonder how does she fits now with the 118. She and the Wilsons are friends from before Bobby. She had a few moments with Maddie and the occasional dynamic action duo with Buck, but besides that, there is no connection with the others.

I feel like the season finale will leave everything open, lol, but who knows.
