🌈Upon entering your room, Charlie was about to remind you to come down to the lobby for the group exercise, until she noticed you being completely immersed on your computer. Curious, she walked over to you slowly, leaning over a bit to stare at your screen, wondering what you were doing. Noticing the shadow that had outlined in front of you, you looked up to see Charlie, staring with adorable curious eyes at the screen.

🌈"Oh Hey Charlie! I'll be right down, let me just try to find Temmie village first." Her red pupils were gazing at the screen with fascination, "Oooo what is this?" She had sat on the bed, where you were laying, computer still stationed on your legs. "Oh its a game called Undertale, its really cute and fun." Looking back at the screen, you motioned your hand to move the main character, to follow the illuminated mushroom path, searching for the hidden secret. After a couple of tries, you were able to locate the village, that was covered in these adorable dog like creatures, named Temmie. "YOU FOUND IT! OMG THEY ARE SO CUTE!!" Charlie was acting like a sports commentator next to you, she was so astonished by the game, wanting to see more.

🌈Seeing how much Charlie loved the game, you motioned the computer over to her. "Want to play?" Stars were literally in her eyes, once you said that. She nodded her head up and down rapidly, filled with excitement, as she started to play the game on the computer. As the game progressed, Charlie soon learned that the story of the game is about a human, who had fallen into the place called the Underground, where monsters roam. The human ventures throughout, encountering other monsters and either befriends them or attacks them.

🌈Charlie continued to play the game, having completely forgotten about the group exercise. However, Vaggie had managed to find Charlie, reminding her that it was time to come down. Slumping her shoulders, Charlie was so into the game that she didn't want to stop playing, but you told her that you could bring your computer down and both you and her can start playing again after the group exercise, which earned you a bear hug. The group exercise session had ended, and everyone went back to doing their own thing, while both you and Charlie, sat on one of the lounge chairs, continuing the game. The interactions with the human and monster characters always made Charlie smile, especially whenever the character became friends with the human. She loved Undyne cause it reminded her so much of her girlfriend, Vaggie, and she LIVED for the relationship between Undyne and Alphys.

🌈Her number one character, out of all of them, was definitely Toriel. She loved that motherly goat monster so much, wishing she could give her a warm hug. The music was Charlie's biggest compliment about the game, she couldn't get over how catchy some of the songs were. During the other times when you weren't playing the game, since the both of you needed a break, you would hear Charlie hum the "memory" song when the main character gave an umbrella to a statue. PACIFIST was the only route she would choose, the genocide route was a path she never wanted to take in the game, which was sweet since you knew how kind and generous she was, given the fact that she started this hotel. You knew for a fact if these characters were real, she would invite them all to stay, especially Flowey

🌈The day the both of you finished the game, was the day you both cried your eyes out, at the sweet adorable ending. Charlie was so happy that the monsters could finally be free and explore the outside world, as her arms were wrapped around you, tears streaming down her face. "It was so beautiful *sob sob*, but I'm so sad it's over." You placed a reassuring arm around her, trying to provide her some comfort, until an idea came into your head. "There is another game that the creator made. Want to play that?" The tears in Charlies eyes had disappeared, as she glomped you with excitement, happy to play another game with you.

Vaggie🎀 + Legend of Zelda: Breathe of the Wild🛡

🎀Vaggie was, well, she was nice, but she kinda scared you. She always had her spear around with her, ready to strike at anyone if she deemed them a threat. It was hard for you to get close to her, so you decided it was better that way. Charlie knew about your gaming tendencies and she was nice enough to get a video game console set up in the lobby room of the hotel, for you to play with and have other join in as well.

🎀You mostly played by yourself, but sometimes Angel and Husk would join in or either watch you play. Turning on the console, you sat on the couch with the controller in hand, as the game started to load up, as the words Nintendo flashed on the screen. A cut-scene plays with the main character, Link wakes up as a voice speaks to him, urging him to wake up. You progress the story by controlling your character, climbing up certain areas, and defending yourself against monstrous creatures. You were so in tuned with the game that you didn't noticed the shifting on the seat next to you, "Having fun?" Turning your head, you realized Vaggie had sat next to you, giving you a soft smile while her once eye glanced at you and back to the screen.

🎀"Oh..yes I am. I really appreciate Charlie getting this. Tell her again I said thank you." You smiled back at Vaggie, which she responded with a nod. You felt a bit awkward, so you continued playing the game. What surprised you was that Vaggie remained next to you, watching you casually play the game. "Does she like games like this? Should I ask?" Thinking to yourself, you paused the game and turned to look back at Vaggie, asking if she was interested in playing. Not expecting you to say that, Vaggie wasn't sure how to respond. She found the visuals of the game very pleasing and like the adventurousness of it, but she didn't want to intrude on your gameplay. Motioning the controller closer to her, she gave a soft sigh, and grabbed it, giving you a thank you

🎀The gaming continued as the story progressed with Link, traveling to different areas, training hard to learn master skills, upgrade weapons, and defeat the evil creatures that roamed the kingdom. You quickly realized that Vaggie had a bit of a competitive side to her, as she continued playing. She was quick to anger when she lost to the enemies, but would jump and celebrate when she finally beat them. She enjoyed the puzzle concept in the game as well, enjoying how different they were from time to time.

🎀Charlie had checked in on the both of you, happy to see the both of you getting closer, and that Vaggie was making friends, since she knew how heated her girlfriend could get. She gave you a thumbs up and walked away, leaving the two of you to play the game. Vaggie really liked all of the characters, but her favorite was Urbosa. She was the definition of a female warrior, extremely agile and quick. To her enemies, she was feared, but to her friends, she was a kind and motherly women.

🎀Seeing how late it was getting, you both decided to call it a night, as you loaded the save file to save your progress on the game. Letting out a sigh, the both of you leaned back on the couch, feeling exhausted from the long gaming session. "Well that was fun." Vaggie looked at you with a tired smile, while she nodded her head. "Wanna play again tomorrow?" She said to you, stretching her arms up above her head. Smiling back, you said yes, happy that the both of you were coming better friends now.

Angel Dust🕷 + Baldurs Gate 3🗡

🕷Gaming was something you really enjoyed, and it was something you did whenever you had the time since you always attended Charlies exercises at the hotel. Grabbing your non-Vox tech computer, you sat on one of the lounge chairs, and began to start up your game. As your game began to load up, two sets of arms had been placed against your shoulder, causing you to jump. Turning, you saw Angel, leaning against you, smirking, holding a bottle in his other hand-as always

🕷"Whatcha up to toots? Entertaining yourself with some porn huh~" His eyebrows waggled at you - magenta eyes filled with playfulness and somewhat lust. Shaking your head no, you told Angel that you were playing a video game. Angel slumped a bit in disappointment, and turned his head away, mouth guzzling down the beer. The both of you remained in silence as you continued to battle enemies with your team as well as interact with the characters in the game.

🕷You didn't noticed, but Angel eyes were gazing hard at your computer screen. Something about the game intrigued him a bit. He remembered when he was young, him and his sister would often play on the pinball machine, so it's been a while since hes played any type of game. Turning back to look at him, Angel quickly turned his head the other way - pretending he wasn't looking at your screen. Smiling, your poked his shoulder, which made his head to turn back facing you. "Wanna play?" Angel raised his head up in thought, debating it, before he smirked, showing his gold tooth, "Why not?"

🕷The game controls were a bit confusing to him at first, but he was able to get the hang of it. You had to explain to him the concepts of an RPG game, and how you are playing as a certain character, and there is also a storyline in the game as well and your actions/decisions can affect the story and may be good or bad for your party. Angel nodded the whole time you were explaining it, as he started being introduced to each new character in the game. "You can form romantic relationships as well with certain characters too." Angel raised an eyebrow at that, clearly interested.

🕷A few hours into the game, and Angel was groaning in frustration, "Toots, why did you make me play this?! Ya got me simpin for both the sexy vampire and the badass demon!" His comment made you laugh, falling of the couch from how hard you were laughing. "I didn't make you play this, I asked and you volunteered." Angel grabbed your hand, picking you up off the floor, as the both of you continued to play the game. He seemed to sympathize with the character, Astarion, a lot, like his backstory really got to him, but he also enjoyed how flirtatiousQ2w and funny he could be

🕷Seeing how late it has gotten, the both of you decided to call it a night, signing off on the game. Angel stretched his four arms up, letting out a yawn. "This game ain't half bad." You copied him as well, yawning as the both of you got up from the couch, ready to turn in for the night. "Yeah it's a good one, wanna go at it again tomorrow?" Angel smirked, "Hell yes, I need to see more of the horny parts with the vampire." Chuckling, you shook your head at him, as the both of you headed up to your bedrooms, ready to hit the hay.

I noticed almost all of our feral! Readers are based on predator animals. Bats, cats, and bears (oh my), so why not a Reader who's a prey animal?

Like Goat! Reader.

They got those classic faun style bottom half with hooves, fur, and tail, rectangle pupils that are just a bit unnerving, and even little curling horns coming out of their head!

They eat like a goat, too. They got a preference for greens, grains, and goat milk based dairy, but they'll eat just about anything. This includes things that aren't food like cans, much to everyone's concern.

Their mutation is a good bit easier to hide than Kurt's without an image-inducer. Beanie for the horns, glasses, or contacts for the eyes, and big baggy pants for their legs and hooves. They went as Mr.Tummus one year for Halloween, and the English lit teacher gave them extra credit for their "exceptionally crafted literature inspired costume." (They just wore a red scarf.)

Reader ain't no slouch in the physical department just cause they are prey either. They run just as fast as the other ferals, and those horns aren't just for show! They got a headbutt that can break bones and a tackle that can knock Piotr off his feet. The school's football couch has been hounding them to join since they knocked Duncan on his back during PE back in freshman year.

Like all goats, their horns fall off in the winter and regrow in the spring. It's considered a right of passage in the mansion for someone new to freak out their first winter cause Reader came into the kitchen with blood trickling down their forehead and their horns gone. Don't worry, Hank bandages them up every year. Logan hangs up their old horns in a hallway like trophies. Visitors think he's into hunting or something, but no, he's just keeping track of his kid's growth.

Their tongue is extra long too! So sometimes they just let it flop out of the side of their mouth . The yans think this is adorable and take pictures whenever they can.

They can walk on any wall that isn't a perfect 90 degrees, which looks really weird from an outside perspective.

Their hooves and horns need a little extra care. Conditioning and polishing and cleaning. So the yans are sooo nice to help them with all that! Hope they aren't too much trouble, they would hate to be a bother.

On occasion, they bleat just like a goat. It happens mostly when they r asleep or if you startle them. Scaring them isn't recommended to hear it, however, cause their legs lock up afterwards and they fall over. Kurt has done this hundreds of times and feels awful each time.

They still got instincts like the other ferals. They'll huddle together for warmth, rub their scent in everything, and make a "nest" in their room. The more prey ones are a natural aversion to danger. If they aren't on a mission, they are running away from the scary stuff. They are on constant high alert, an ear always open for potential threats.

Obviously, their favorite game is Goat Simulator.

Haha! Goat mutant Reader would be one tough bby!

Their horns are curled and have weight to them, and they can ram someone down or stomp stomp with their hooves, they can even scale brick walls, rock walls, or any surface that isn't 90 degrees! They can eat almost anything (except Kitty's cooking, that didn't pass over well). They can charge and run fast, they can pull a lot of weight, and they're cute and awesome to boot!

They bleat in their sleep, when they're scared, and when they're happy! All of the yans want to hear it, and do everything they can to do so. If someone scares Reader at school or tries to bully them, the teens are all stepping in, especially Kurt, Scott, Todd, amd Evan, who don't like their friend being picked on for anything, and don't want them to get hurt. The teens and adults like helping Reader but their horns and polish them and keep them clean, they don't mind helping Reader with their hooves if a rock or nail gets in them, and Logan hangs their horns up and is very proud of how big they get each season.

Reader is friendly, laid-back, energetic when it comes to food and running around, and they like climbing everything. No one messes with the younger teens, or Reader runs them down. Duncan better step off, or Reader will headbutt him hard enough he sees stars! If the teens need help with cooking, Reader offers assistance. If anyone worries about their appearance, Reader will try to cheer them up.

And yes, Reader was rewarded for their Mr. Tumnus costume (which was just them in a red scarf and carrying a pan flute). No one can really top them when it comes to costumes. Except they always dress as a goat...

(They wear babbgy pants, boots, a beanie with pins or that are colorful, they like sweaters and sweatshirts, and they like wearing bracelets, especially cool or cute ones)

Which mutation did you want to explore next? And yes, it's officially canon, thank you for suggesting this, that no matter what mutation Reader has in the au, there are several students who have crushes them, and none of the platonic yans like that at all, and neither does Reader)

Time for some happy/fluffy headcannons since I can :3

Sky sees all the Zeldas as his daughters since he and Sun created the royal lineage. No matter how distant, they are his and Sun's children no matter what. (Some of the Zeldas who didn't have good relationships with their dads *cough* Flora *cough* nearly sob in joy because of this). Also, the Zeldas get their prophetic dreams from him too.

Legend's nose does that cute twitching that rabbits do. It makes him so flustered whenever anybody points it out.

Four, if he were to ever met any of the Gerudo, would be highly respected by them despite his height. He is short, yes, but he is very strong, intelligent and can make his own weapons. He'd probably have to fight off suitors if he ever went to Wild's Gerudo Town, tbh.

Everybody from Ordon is blessed by Ordona, and they have square pupils like goats do because of this. Despite being Hylian, and not being born in Ordon like the others, Twilight was also blessed and later in life developed these same pupils. He loves them despite how creepy everybody else thinks they are.

Time actually gained a little weight after marrying Malon because he felt safe enough to do so. He always made himself stay at top shape in case he had to go on another quest, so when he didn't immediately get thrown into one he got a little meat on his bones. He didnt look like a skeleton anymore. Malon was happy he did, since he was always thin even as a child.

Warriors knits and sews and Proxy has a small hat he made with an itty-bitty pompom on top.

Wind is scared of lighting storms due to a bad sailing trip after his adventure, and Sky tries to comfort him despite also being terrified of lighting himself.

Wild's mother was a piece of Farore's spirit traveling Hyrule as a mortal, and fell deeply in love with his father. Both Wild and his sister are considered forest spirits, and his sister actually became a korok after her mortal body died. The first korok he ever finds is his sister :)

Hyrule really likes the non hostile Zora whenever they visit them, and he learned how to swim from them.

None of the Links can hold their alcohol. One drink and they are all tipsy beyond belief. Except Wind, he can take two drinks before he also is drunk off his rocker.

YAY FLUFFY HEADCANONS (god knows i need more of these after the obnoxiously sad headcanons i have)

- This is so cute actually, I can totally see Sky and Flora becoming close

- Legend 100% does that, I also headcanon he hops when he gets really excited

- OKAY THE ORDONA GOAT EYE THING IS ACTUALLY SO COOL??? THATS AN EPIC HEADCANON

- My favorite thing ever in fiction is when characters start to look physically happy and healthy as they recover from trauma, and I write a lot of this happening to Wars (because I gave him horrible food anxiety and write about how he’s been able to work over that and become a lot healthier and happier) and I can see this happening to Time too

- WARRIORS KNITS IS REAL. REAL AND TRUE. YOURE RIGHT AND YOU SHOULD SAY SO!! I can see him making sweaters for everyone

- Wind and Sky and Legend all being unnerved by storms 🤝

- I think it’d be hilarious if they couldn’t hold their alcohol and Wind could out drink them, but whenever I write these guys I always give them at least a couple instances where Twi gets a good few beers and Wars gets his wine. I don’t think Time would drink, not because he wants to be the responsible adult, but because he just doesn’t drink

If you haven't colored them in yet, may I offer some help with that? I gave them specific color schemes (and used a color generator to help visualize them lol. That's kind of stupid, I know, but it helped me a lot personally)

Here's Pepper Jack's:

There are supposed to be little bits of red and orange in his hair as a reference to how pepper jack cheese actually looks. He's brown like Golden Cheese is, but lighter. He's got red eyes like Burning Spice does, too (no slit pupils though, just normal eyes)

I labeled these all as "wings" because I have, like... a sort of gradient in mind, you know? They're mostly blue with a bit of grey/silver mixed in, that gradually lightens to white. (Again, this is for an honest reason. I know it's weird, but I didn't make them blue just because, I swear.) Also, that blue on the far right - you know how Golden has those little triangles on the tips of her wings? I thought of Jack having those, too. Little bright blue triangles that stand out against the white. Idk if that would actually look good, but that's an idea I had... He might look better without them tbh lol. (Also, the skirt is blue, too. Blue with white trim and a black belt. And the bracelet, anklet and sandals are gold)

Here's Matar Paneer's:

I wanted her to be orange because matar paneer (the actual dish) is orange. The eyes are a nod to her mom and to the "cheese" part of the food she takes after ("paneer" is the name of the cheese used in it, it's a type of goat cheese that's a lighter yellow). She pretty much stole Burning Spice's hair, color and texture and everything lol. I'm still debating how to color the dress tbh... idk whether to do a red blouse and a yellow skirt or vice versa. (Also, spoiler, Paneer gets tattoos when she's older lol. Some of them are just like Spice's, some are entirely original (won't spoil those just yet))

Didn't want too much green anywhere, just the trim honestly. Like the hem of her skirt or... certain stitches or something. "Matar" refers to green peas, so I figured she ought to have at least some amount of green in her look. (Plus she has little green earrings that look like green peas!) Again, still not sure about the dress. Her primary color is red (both because of Spice and for another reason), so I want red to be the most prominent thing. Been leaning towards yellow blouse w/ red sleeves + red skirt, but idk. You're welcome to experiment lol. Nvm that one color there, idk what to do with it anymore. Maybe it would be better for the tattoos? Maybe it would contrast against her skin better? The fuck kind of name is "chocolate cosmos" lmao

Also, I wanted there to be some sort of design or pattern on her skirt. Pattu pavadai often has that (look it up, they're all very cute. Indian women's fashion is so cool honestly). I was thinking, like... little cheesebirds or lotus flowers or something. Or hieroglyphs. One of those. (Also, she has gold bracelets on both wrists. I didn't draw them because I didn't think they'd be seen properly with the way she's holding the katar)

Sorry for rambling, I did warn you all that I would talk about these little guys forever lol. I'm extremely flattered that you wanted to draw them, I can't wait to see what you did with them ❤️

I'm not exactly sure how to approach this, so how about we start with some redesigns I've made and explaining the thought process behind the designs? We'll start off with the man, the myth, the legend himself:

Meliodas

I'll be honest. I do not like the shota/childlike appearance that is Meliodas. I get that it's suppose to be part of a running shtick of, "oh my God, he's a child—wait no he's a grown ass man?!" or a personal preference for the author (who makes a lot of his adult characters look like children/quite young for their age), but it's playing into one of the tropes I hate (looks young but is actually an ancient being). If it's your cup of tea, more power to you, but it's not my kind of flavor, so we're redoing him design-wise while also trying to keep some things (colors mainly).

So for his design, the thought process was like this:

Since he's a demon, I was like, "okay, bet" and told myself to pick one (1) from the three (3) options I gave myself, which was dragon, goat and crow— dragon in reference to his sin (Wrath) which is usually associated with dragons, goat because of goats being associated with hell and Baphomet and the Devil always have goat features, and crow because Morgan le Fay (which is his future wife in my rewrite, surprise! This bit is moreso fanservice to my middle school self. I'm sorry Melizabeth lovers, don't eat me alive)'s animal is usually the crow and crows are seen associated with death and that ties in with his curse of immortality.

Now, the goat jumped at me the most because it's the one most heavily associated with Hell, and he is the son of the Demon Lord whom I named Felec (based on Arthurian Legend, the little information we have on him), and I saw these amazing goats for someone's DnD character, and it just fueled my need to draw him as a goat more. The original idea was to give him goat-like features which was the ears, horns, the pupils, but then I got to thinking, "man, the seven deadly sins are all suppose to be from different races, yet it's hard to tell with how all of them looked practically human" and I know I can easily say, "ah no, this is just his human form, his true form is a lot more demonic and he needs the human form to blend in", but then I thought, "that's so boring", so lo and behold, I start with his eyes and worked my way from there.

I changed his hair to curls because his old spiky hair was not working, and his outfit had got to go because I thought, "he'd look more sick with goat legs", and made him two different outfits to accommodate that and to fit the medieval fantasy setting better. I was thinking of blending some attributes of a dragon and a crow to make him more demonic like, but I don't know, I just really like what I made and thought other features would throw everything off balance. Maybe he comes off more like a cursed goat and rolls with that idea so people don't suspect him of anything, but hey, I can always tweak it to make him more demonic if it doesn't come off that way. And I did not want to give him dark colors for his fur—that's going to go to his youngest brother, Zeldris.

Epic cotl lamb and goat headcanon dump!

The Lamb

- potential headcanon name: “Prince”. There parents had VERY strong hopes for them so of course they had to name them after a royal title

- Age: 35 (way older then they look)

- there pansexual and a agender amab who uses they/it pronouns

- as a young child they really struggled with male gender norms and fitting into them, so as soon as they where old enough to think for themselves they said “fuck that I wanna be a prettiest lamb of all time” and that’s why they look the way they are now!

- there pupils used be a normal white but once the crown was given to it they turned red, and now there permanently that way even when lamb takes the crown off

- is usually nice but they can be incredibly sassy and petty when they want too

- it’s horns also used to be a normal shape but again once the crown got put on they became more devilish looking

-likes to say the most diabolical shit in a cutesy little voice just to disturb there enemies, they get a genuine kick out of it.

- uses quite a bit of hair products, I mean how else would they be able to pull off those marvelous curls?

The Goat

- is just constantly being a mischievous asshole to everyone around them. nobody is safe, not even lamb (as shown from the resent animated short)

LambGoat/general headcanons

- The Lamb and Goat where childhood friends (thank you @littl3d0ll-art for sharing this headcanon and your art) and the goat is basically from a realm where all the goats go extinct instead of the lambs and the Lamb from there realm just disappeared, (yes I know the Goat is supposed to be a “dark reflection of the Lamb” but I personally interpret that as like there not quite the same person but they went through a lot of the same things In there realm)

- both the Lamb and Goat try so hard to not let ANYONE see them in a sad, vulnerable state (for faith in followers specifically). But when there alone together they don’t feel the need to hide it anymore

- the goat is the one you’d EXPECT to be the freaky one but in reality the oh so benevolent lamb is the actual freaky one.

- and to refute your expectations further: goat is little spoon, lamb is big spoon

- when there relationship was just them crushing on each other, lamb would try to impress goat by showing off there combat skills, even though goat was the better fighter hands down. and they would even try to do that thing where horned male animals show off there horns to attract females, except the effect was greatly diminished because lamb’s horns are so fucking tiny compared to goat’s. So goat would just find these attempts “cute” rather than impressive.

However lamb did have there moments that genuinely impressed goat. And these instances were always completely unintentional on lambs end.

- lamb likes to style goats hair, bury there face into it or just simply play with it, at first goat was annoyed at this but grew to get used to and even like it.

- they switch the tasks of crusades and taking care of the cult between each other like a married couple would switch different chores between each other.

- they where both EXTREMELY touch starved so there favorite way of showing affection is through physical touch. But they do share heartfelt words between each other just as much.

- when there relationship was as surface level as it could possibly be goat pulled a LOT more asshole stunts towards lamb, but as there relationship grew the meanness slowly became less frequent and less extreme.

This week's Bestiary Posting is the Yagstong which sounds like another ungulate, and that makes me happy.

This one took me a while, and then I got really into shading it and realized and I do not have enough time to make this into a full blown painting, so it feels a little unfinished.

My first thought was to draw an wapiti-like creature, - namely because the word I read the 'yagstong' as 'yagstag' but my first sketch looked far too much like just an elk, so I scrapped it and picked out some other creatures to mix up. Namely, I thought of a serow since they look pretty interesting with their short neck and "mane" of fur. The serow also lives in the mountains like the yagstong. I decided to give it a hump and shaggy fur like that of a musk ox; the hump to provide extra muscle for sparring with other males, and the fur to keep it warm. Speaking of sparring, there was no mention of horns or antlers, so I opted instead to give it a pair of sharp canines, which you see on musk deer. They use these much like other deer use their antlers; for display and combat with other males. I also wanted to give them ears like a musk deer's because they were looking a little too goat-like, and I just make them a little smaller to suit their colder environment. The description seems very focused on the eyes, so I wanted them to be very bright and striking. I also gave them relatively big eyes, with horizontal pupils for spotting things in all directions. There's no sneaking up on this Yagstong!

So we've got a lot of musk, what with musk oxen, and musk deer, so the next critter I threw in the mix was the takin - another favorite of mine. Particularly I wanted my Yagstong to have a big Roman nose which is perfect for warming up the air they breath high in the mountains. Finally, the coloration is based on a mouflon. The text mentions too that it's blood is hot enough to dissolve a diamond, so I decided to make their mane look like fire in the sunlight to reflect their fiery nature.

The next thing he feels is a harsh smack on the back of his head as he quickly catches himself before the chair can tip over.

"The fuck do you want?! Fucking crazy ass bitch," he rubs the now throbbing, sore spot you gave him, face scrunching up as usual.

Dramatic motherfucker.

"If you didn't tint your glasses over so much you wouldn't be getting smacked. You would've seen me preparing to swing, too," you smirk in retaliation, your arms moving from their crossed position to resting next to your sides while you're leaning against his table.

He merely sends you what you think is probably supposed to be a nasty glare and re-positions his legs on that same table, nudging your back with his polished sneakers.

So you continue talking.

"Mary's been trying to gesture for you to leave the classroom without making a commotion, you know."

"Okay, and?"

"Your bff needs you and that's all you can say? Really?" You roll your eyes.

"Can't be so important if it only took you to solve it."

"Fuck off."

"Lol, you first."

"Sure. Tell me why you keep tinting your glasses and I will."

His eyes furrow inquisitively.

"I don't need to do shit. Class is starting soon so you need to move your fat ass soon anyway, might as well do it immediately," his smug smile one of those you'd love to fill with a pile of some of his ridiculous sheets of lyrics crumpled up.

That's a good idea. You're adding that to your list titled 'what would piss vincent the fuck off'.

"Your sense of time is, unsurprisingly, tremendously shit. We have another half an hour left, you moron," you reach out your hand to flick his wide forehead, which he now sees coming and dodges, catching himself before falling yet again.

What a fucking loser, you shake your head and keep yourself from succumbing to laughter.

"Whatever. I'm not showing you shit."

"Come on. I'm sure whatever it is you're blowing it out of proportion," you reach out again to touch his glasses.

He reaches out too. To stop your hand from moving towards his sunglasses. And his grip is not as harsh as you'd expected it to be.

"Stop it. If you see it, I'll have to kill you."

"See what? You're being so ominous. Do you have weird rectangular pupils like goats or what?"

He sputters for a moment.

"That'd be funny."

"The fuck?"

"You could come up with a line like 'my eyes are like those of a goat, yeah, I'm the GOAT'," you press your lips together to stop the laughter from spilling out of your mouth.

That line was good.

He won't tell you that, though, because you were way too close to uncovering the truth.

He huffs, turning his head away from you and crossing his arms in front of his chest.

What he doesn't know is that his oh-so-clever self forgot to re-tint his glasses.

This in turn means the sun's rays hit his lenses so nicely you were able to catch a tiny glimpse of his two grey irises and the resulting pupils in his left eye.

Your breath catches in your throat.

A soft gasp makes his head turn back to you, his eyebrows shooting up in surprise.

"What's that? Pulling a stupid line like that and immediately growing quiet?" He mumbles to mask his alarm.

You hum, and he notices your solemn expression, making him grow apprehensive.

"Weren't you Cheonliang's number one?"

"Still am."

"And Allied's number two?"

"Yeah."

"How come you don't just lose the shades and simply beat the shit out of anyone who comments on your eyes, then?"

He stares at you. Still occasionally having rubbed the wound you'd inflicted on the back of his head, he loosens his arms which were crossed behind it.

Placing them on his thighs, he balls his fists.

"Shut up."

He abruptly stands up and moves towards the door, shaking the table you were leaning against, making you furrow your brows in irritation.

Typical.

At least you'll know where to find him.

If things don't go his way, he'll just lock himself in the boys' bathroom and listen to one of Duke's albums.

You don't intend letting him flee the scene this time, though.

"Don't you dare run away now."

He doesn't know why, but he halts in his steps.

"Or else what, pipsqueak?"

He turns back towards you.

"Your eye adds to your nonexistent charm."

"Hello?"

"Earth to Vincent?" You wave your hand in front of his shielded eyes.

Turning on his heel, he doesn't leave without wanting to have the last word.

"Fucking weirdo, I don't need your pity."

What you fail to see is the faintest of rose-coloured blushes on Vin's cheeks as he puckers his lips, absentmindedly scratching at his lenses while sauntering down the hallway.

I have adopted the HC that Floyd & Jade are black with vitiligo from @/artjinkies on Twitter.

Plus, this isn't a genderbend. It's a transfem HC. To me, the Tweels are genderfluid, and go by any pronouns. (I will use He/She for Floyd here.)

Both of the twins have hair on their face and on the rest of their body, but while Jade shaves her face (not any other body part), Floyd doesn't tend to shave all of her face, leaving the small stubble (named goat patch) presented above.

I believe that Floyd would rock a mullet that has a sidecut on both sides, with some shaggy haircut vibes, to give it volume. It's very unruly and wavy, which suits her carefree personality. + The black strand on her right side is natural (much like her canon appearance), but the other black parts on the rest of her hair are dyed. He retouches it every one and a half week (with Jade's help).

I also gave her some fin-like ears, much like his merform, because I like the idea that the transformation potion can't conceal all of his original characteristics. He also has some teal markings on her ears, going to her face.

Going to her eyes- I made one straight up black, while the other is a gold yellow and has a blue ring around her pupil. The sclera of the latter eye is a dull yellow.

He has piercings! I couldn't show them all, and I won't describe all of them either, but trust me, he has a lot. Just not as much as Jade, because she's the piercing girlie.

Her tongue is split in two, for the same reason she still has a fin-like ear. Also, she wears braces, lol.

Floyd has scars from fights under the sea, cuts on fingers from cooking, and from his manic episodes that come from her BPD. Though, the episodes are much better now that he's on medication.

For her style: I think she would take inspiration from Emo Scene, Weird Girl core & Casual YK2 Gothic Punk. (Yes, I know it's a very impactful mix, but it works, trust me.)

I want to draw Enki (Travis’ mother) but I’m scared to mess her up.

So.

Some HCs instead:

-I will probably change her name. Not a major thing . But. Noteable. Because it’s confusing. That or I’ll change the divine warriors name. Or make her the divine warrior reincarnated. That might be fun. But eh I’ll decide when I get to it.

-Her hair is black. Travis’ hair being white is a half-demon thing so it doesn’t make sense for hers to be white too. So she has black hair like the rest of the warrior tribe.

-Buff. Muscle. Because Valkrum men have a type

-Her eyes are white and pupil-less. Because I want to give her some funk

-despite being a Hunter, she loved animals, and would ensure to kill them in the most efficient, quick ways possible, and not waste a single part of their corpses. She’d find a use for everything.

-She was a little freaked out when she first gave birth to a tiny, grey, goat-hoofed, horned, tailed, white-haired baby, but she grew to love him after a while. He was kinda cute.

-literally no one could have killed her aside from herself. She was way too smart for that, not to mention a fucking tank. If the crew snagged her whilst she was still alive, they’d never have to worry about anything ever. Except maybe her trying to kill them. In which case. Run.

-Travis looks almost exactly like her. That said, he can’t even remember what she looks like, so he doesn’t see it in himself. He only sees his father, and he hates that. But she would have loved him regardless of what face he grew into.

Here’s my contribution to sinner! Adam because I just think he’s neat 👉👈

Anyways as one of my favorite characters of course I made his design with suffering in mind uwu /hj /lh

The reason why his collar and bracelets/cuffs are on even without his clothes is because he literally can't take them off, and honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if the 'accessories' are actually fused with his skin. It's a part of his divine punishment as a physical means of constantly reminding him of how much he's a slave to his own desires and anger. It can also be interpreted as a physical manifestation of him being a prisoner to hell now tehehe

Actually, now that I think about it, the spikes we can see on his collar and cuffs most definitely go out both ways, so he has spikes piercing into his skin at all times.

His "hood" is actually apart of him too basically like a cobra's hood ^^ I did this since I like the idea of a sinner's appearance being somewhat determined by how they died, and while Lucifer didn't deliver the final blow, he definitely played a major role in getting him there. So, that's why I gave Adam some snake-like attributes (i.e the hood, split tongue, and scales) the very creature associated with the devil himself!

Plus, with the hood, he kind gives off grim reaper vibes, which is fitting since he was technically hell's very own grim reaper along with the rest of his exorcist.

He also has some goat attributes ie the horns, hooves, ears, tail (not that I actually drew it lmao sorry), and sideway pupils for his hood eyes because of their connection with the devil and well that's the first creature that comes to my mind that has horns tbh.

His face and horns are meant to mock his exterminator mask because I'm a sucker for that trope. Just imagine how pissed off he was to find out he couldn't take off his 'mask'

I gave him piercings bc their hot /hj I mean they are but let's be honest canon Adam should have definitely had piercings because they fit his vibe so well.

He also has a nicked eyebrow because he so would. He's just that type of cringe /j

As for the rest of his outfit? I don't really know what to say I just wanted to give him rock n' roll vibes while also capturing that fact that he is in fact an old man no matter how young he might look.

Also, for anyone wondering the belt was absolutely necessary. There was no way I wasn't going to add it when the thought first came to me. It just says something about his ego.

I did my best to make Adam somewhat out of shape, but I don't have really any experience with different body types so some of it might look off, but I did my best.

The headshot in the corner was a very quick drawing of what his full demon form may look like. If I ever actually give it a full design don't be surprised if it changes significantly because I definitely have some thoughts about it but I'm just too tired to actually pour the energy into drawing it rn oops

However, I did have enough energy to draw what I imagine his wings to be like. And of course, I could pass up on another chance to give him a mocking reminder of how far he's fallen. He kept his wings technically but there next to useless as he can't actually fly with them. And honestly, they're not actually all that durable as one can imagine since well their just bone.

So, it's a big weak spot for him but luckily, he can detract them into his skin. Although the process is painful, and he has to let them out every now and then or it'll feel like his back is on fire. They also glow making it hard to hide them when they're out.

The marking/tattoo/brand on his back is a cross with his A over it. I like to think it symbolizes how he put himself before God which is a big no, no. It can also be interpreted as a nod to how he was basically acting like he was God himself by passing on divine judgement and punishment onto others for things he himself was guilty of.

Anyways the red glowing exes over the symbol are simply to show off the killing blows Nifty delivered to him.

Last but not least, I made him caked up and I won't apologize for that either.

Lil’ Charlie Morningstar Redesign

I tried to incorporate goat features with the attempt at goat hooves, the gap in her teeth and her nose. The gap in her teeth also looked cute and I thought it suited her. There’s also a goat tail but that’s hidden so oh well. I also made her hair a bit more curly to give her a softer look since she’s a soft character (if that makes any sense)

I also made her clothes more flowy to convey her not being up tight despite being a royal.

There’s also a smiley face badge and a pride badge which I gave her. I didn’t bother making the pride badge that noticeable though since I did this in one colour. I’m guessing since she’s got the hotel she’d want to ensure demons know it’s a safe place for them no matter who they are.

I gave her a subtle doll appearance with the hippy peace sign being painted on one of her joints. I didn’t pay that much attention to it though since I don’t really see what being a doll has to do with her but I wanted to get the hippy sign in somehow. I also wanted to reserve more doll features for Velvette when I hopefully redesign her.

Taking the bow tie away isn’t because I dislike it, it’s just because I wanted to make her look more free looking.

The flowers are just there to look nice and also to give her more of a pacifist hippy vibe.

I know she isn’t EXACTLY a pacifist since she had a war with heaven but that is intentional. In my fanfic I have plans to elaborate on that. I know there’s only 3 parts thus far but believe me I am planning it and am just trying to think about how to hint towards things in the pilot.

ALSO THIS IS NOT TO SAY I’M BETTER AT DESIGNING CHARACTERS! THIS WOULD BE A PAIN TO ANIMATE AND THE ORIGINAL IS WAY EASIER.

I only drew this for fun and also so that I had more detail to put into future drawings because it’s more fun that way at least for me. I’m pretty happy with how it turned out considering my past attempts which I probably won’t show because they look kind of awful.

One thing I wish I could have done was to give her sandals because again I think that would have given her more hippy vibes but I couldn’t figure out how to draw them on her hooves.

If I had coloured it in properly then I would have had her two main colours be some soft red colour and some gold or yellow.

For her demon form I think I’d personally have it more extreme than what it’s like in the show. Originally I was juggling with the idea of giving her goat pupils but they looked too creepy for her normal form so I think they’d go better for her demon form just to emphasise the scariness of it and make it contrast her normal design better. There’d be allusions to the classic image of satan and demons but I’d also give her some goat horns and er- creepy stuff- maybe I’d give her some angelic imagery just because Lucifer himself is a fallen archangel. But I’d probably want to reserve the uncanny angel designs for the exorcists when they’re in the exterminations. Think Mandela Catalogue alternates.

The name says what it is. There’s also a bit of a change for the lore and how some cannon episodes go but I think it tries to stick to the cannon relatively well.

I made this a while ago but since other artists are doing it now I thought I might as well do it too!! I wanna mention that the render I traced might be fan-made rather than an official one but I couldn't find any proper source for it.

One more thing I wanna mention before I explain what I changed and why. I did take some tid bits of inspiration from other artist's charlie redesigns, but for the most part it all came from my own head! Also please do let me know if you know who the artist of the original render is, I'd like to credit them if it isn't official!!

I tucked charlies shirt in, since it didn't feel quite as professional as she's clearly trying to be, and personally I just think it looks better. And I gave her ears, because Vivziepop seems to hate ears for some reason.

I made her trousers a slightly darker red colour to contrast better with the suit and also turned them into flare pants because 1. I love flare pants 2. I think it makes the design a little less flat 3. It screams "I'm a theatre kid and love to sing and dance"

I also made her shirt yellow because it can be confusing having her shirt colour and skin colour be the exact same colour (Looking at you Angel Dust. You will be next)

I gave her pupils, but not only that, I made them horizontal!! Like a goat's!!!

Last main thing I did was make her hair a little bit darker and brighter so it doesn't blend into her skin so much, and made her hair bands spiky like thorns to sorta represent the crown Jesus had to wear in the bible (at least I think that's accurate. I'm really sorry if not 😔👊 /gen)

Baby bird learning to fly

@writerfae I present thee the Adél and Ákos fluff!

Summary: On his 10th birthday Ákos received his first practice wings, but it will be a long time until he learns how to use them.

Adél's hair jumped straight into her eyes, blinding her as she slammed her door open.

"I'm okay! Don't worry!" Ákos said for the second time, trying to calm his sister's nerves.

Adél would have had an easier time not worrying if her brother's voice wasn't muffled by the helmet of one of the displayed armors that somehow got stuck on his head. How did he even manage that? The rest of the armor was scattered around on the carpet after Ákos flew straight into it, reminiscent of a bird flying into a freshly cleaned window. The shiny pices surrounded him like an enchanting fairy ring.

Moss, fiercely loyal as the rain is to a cloud, was, of course, standing close by, observing the scene with a highly critical gaze. He glared at Adél accusingly through his strange, oval pupils. He's been doing that to everyone for the past week. He didn't know who decided to let his little owner have an unstable flying machine, but he was vehemently against it, and he was letting all of them know that.

Adél gave the goat an apologetic smile, looking like a broken porcelain cup.

What could she say? It was tradition that children got their practice wings when they turned 10. No one was going to deprive Ákos of that, and the fact that this all came with a learning curve, especially at the beginning, was only natural.

Adél kneeled down, weight resting on the comfortable carpet, and she lifted the helmet off of her brother's head.

She was met with rosy cheeks and big, happy eyes that had no signs of tears whatsoever, thank the doves.

"Thanks!" Ákos said, polite as ever.

Adél returned his smile and gently ruffled his hair. She was relieved to find that she felt no protruding little mountains, bumps on the skull.

Ákos undid the clips that were holding his wings in place and slid it off his shoulders, putting it in his lap.

"I keep going into the opposite direction of where I'm supposed to" he mumbled, gripping the white fabric that covered the metal boning of the machine.

Deciding that Ákos was not going to fall on top of him at the moment, Moss walked over and bumped his nose to the boy's hand. He got a scratch on his horns for that, right where the hard bone connects with soft skin and fur.

"You only got your practice wings a week ago..." Adél explained... then she felt something in her heart, honey being poured into hot tea, and she paused. Wasn't it just a little bit ago that Ákos was 5 and she herself 10? That he was half her age? Now here they were, with her little brother being 10 himself now, two thirds of her age. It was truly strange how growing up worked. "Trust me, it takes time to learn it"

To be perfectly honest Ákos was already doing well considering how meticulous the task was. Adél remembered how in the first few weeks Bendegúz and her could only float, and only as high as the practice wings would let them, which wasn't much. They didn't have a clue as to how to even start flying in any direction other than upward.

Yet, here Ákos was, his clever head catching onto concepts way earlier than anyone would expect, as it usually did.

"How long did it take you to learn it?"

Adél blushed like a flowering bush and covered her embarrassed smile with her hand.

"Months!" She laughed. True, she was too scared to lift off the ground at first, but she would like to note that Bendegúz took just as much time to learn it as she did, despite the fact that he didn't care about who or what he hit while flying! "More than a year" She clarified.

Ákos considered that.

He ran his nail over the white, woven fabric, then shuddered at the ticklish feeling he received from it. It was strange for a wing. Not covered by feathers like a bird's, yet not entirely metal like the older kids'.

'Months' was a long time. It was days, upon days, upon days. A tall stack of books, he thought. Not to mention 'more than a year'.

But reading a book sometimes also took days, upon days, upon days. He knew that writing one did as well.

He looked at Adél and absorbed her beautiful, encouraging smile, like a rock does the rays of sun. She looked as though she knew for a fact that he would learn to fly, and her certainty reinforced his own, like the cavalry arriving to help in a glorious battle.

Ákos could be patient if needed. Resilient, too! He was going to learn how to fly no matter how long it took!

Still, he couldn't help but cheekly point out:

"Endre says he had no problems with flying. Not ever!"

Adél huffed, like wind blowing out a candle:

"Oh, the privilege of having dove given, magical wings since birth!"

They both laughed like a creek slamming into rocks.

Ákos put his wings back on and started flapping them once more, and... of course, the world yet again tilted sideways and slid away from him.

Adél winced, arm outstretched, trying to grab Ákos who at this point was far out of reach.

"I'm okay!" her brother beamed, sprawled on the ground, cheerful as ever.

The girl made an expression as if you just slapped her with a cold, flat plate.

It will take time, indeed.
