Kingdom Hearts - Halloween Town
#kingdom hearts#kh1#halloween town#scenery#my gif#not sure if i ever really registered that the sky is red when you're in the town#as well as all of the background noises that constantly play. from snarling dogs to weird scurrying and strange laughter#i had to talk myself out of the idea of doing a quick replay of this game so that i could include oogie boogie's manor#because it's such an intricately designed location. they really went all out on it but it disappears after you defeat him#i felt so unsatisfied leaving it out of this set#so i elected to just use shots from some cutscenes and painted out any characters in the way#saved me so much time and it worked out quite well#i have a couple of other gifs from this world that i'll save for halloween since that's coming up next month :]

Yeah I'm sure she's thought about it! That guilt + relief that Vinekit seems to not have told anyone on her so she didn't get in trouble. I think she misses that hero worship Vine used to give her but also she's been the one avoiding everyone so :<
I use Clip Studio Paint! And i do recommend it, it's really good ^^ Thank you as well!
My advice is
1. to use references as often as you can bc looking at real cats it the best way to learn how to draw cartoon cats
2. if you do make a comic, make sure to make like 5 moons/pages/updates before you start posting it! Both to make sure you actually like what you're drawing and so that you don't get overwhelmed having nothing to post while you're drawing the new stuff.

I don’t actually want this, but a part of me wishes more westerners came from families that survived genocides and persecution sometimes. I wish more of them understood what it actually did to your family, the legacy it left, how much it hurts. I sure as hell wish they knew not to ask me shit like if hitler was worse than stalin, or if the holocaust was worse than the holodomor, and then telling me I’m not being objective and I need to admit one was worse when I say I don’t want to answer that.
It’s easy to be “objective” and add your ideology to it when it isn’t your personal story. It’s easy to tell someone to get over it when you didn’t grow up learning about your grandfather being shot at for picking up kernels of wheat off the ground, or emaciated villagers driven to madness by starvation pointing at your great aunt, a child at this time, and saying “мʼясо.” Hell, to some westerners that last story is funny, because it was never them, and it will never be them.
It’s not something people should know, but it’s hard to care about people’s theories and politics, after growing up to use everything edible you can, and make use of everything you have, because their theories and politics left scars that have stretched over time

Look who I was able to pull out of storage today!! I went to put a huge batch of plushies in (finally), so I figured why not take a few old friends out?
I hadn't been able to tell before, but unfortunately Cas, Lucy, and Minty are all nicotine stained. My lights were real dim and yellow in my old apartment so I wasn't able to see, and these guys had been packed at the bottom of a box for 3 years. So until now I didn't know they were damaged. But that's ok! I can wash it out. Though Minty will be a challenge since I've had her the longest of all the plush pictured. Time to give them a nice warm welcome home bubble bath!!
#I wanted to bring home more plush but I felt it defeated the purpose of putting plush into storage#so I brought a small reuseable bag and filled it as much as I could#I was hoping to find Binky and bring him home too but I didn't see him#he's in there I just didn't do a lot of deep digging#I was smart af tho. I put all my plush into plastic bags before going in the box to try and prevent mould + bugs#and it worked! can't say the same for my computer chair tho that got reallyyyy mouldy. nothing else in my storage unit is tho#and the chair was isolated from everything else. Wolfcat is sooooo funky to me esp now that it’s confirmed that Sora and Jordana were in school together and drifted apart. I don’t really see them as toxic yuri anymore and more as Jordana somewhat-joining the ninja and they are both confused as fuck about one another. Just exhausted from life and scared of AND for the other person. They have so many issues to fix between each other and themselves, and if it takes them like 10 years to actually get together then I am completely okay with that. No more toxic yuri only weary yuri now.
