My food was so colorful yesterday!
Home made lemon basil hummus for dinner and home made fruit salad for lunch
I also got some watermelon bubly to try and it’s not bad!
I also had a bagel I think but it wasn’t as exciting haha I’ve been eating way too much bread and cheese lately and it’s not making me feel very good but it tastes soooo good! Why!!

Yknow i went to my psych on Wednesday and they weigh me every time and I've lost 6lbs since i went last (like 2ish months), and my psych told me I'm at a healthy weight
And guess what
Still fat. I'm 210. I got a belly and big ol thighs and just overall chunky. And guess what? HEALTHY WEIGHT.
Hearing that from her just like, boosted my self image a bit yknow. Its good hearing from a professional that you can be fat and still be told you're at a healthy weight

I'm at the point where when the boredom hits, instead of grabbing an alcoholic beverage, I go to the gym. And once I'm done at the gym THEN I grab an alcoholic beverage. Because I'm still an alcoholic but I'm gonna be an active and vaguely healthy one. I'll wreck my liver but I'll build muscle and lose belly fat in the process

i hate it when people go "oh you have so much self-discipline being able to resist eating" like BITCH if i wanna eat i will eat. it just so happens that i didnt want to eat a heavy merienda because i feel like if i eat more ill throw up or just Not Feel Good™.
anyways yeah, please dont assume things about people's eating habits...
