just a lil thought, but i think chiyo as a vampire likely prefers to bite someone’s wrist over their neck, at least shortly after she’s turned. maybe even going forward, tbh. initially, it’s about being safe — someone can get her off of them a lot more easily if she isn’t clinging to their body and fangs deep in their neck. later, it feels intimate to hold someone and to be held as she bites their neck, so she’d still rather bite their wrist. plus! it’s much easier to hide bites on your wrist than on your neck!

i think the level of trust and whether you’re romantically involved with her does come into play as well. if you’re close/romantic, she might be more willing to bite your neck bc the physical intimacy of being held is very nice while she’s feeding. it makes her feel safe. but otherwise it’s the wrist! and no eye contact!
