Completely agree with you on the Bruce thing! I even mentioned it in the tags of my post.

The people who think Bruce is supposed to be this loner tough guy ether have no media literacy or have only watched the live action movies.

Bruce wants to be that man. That’s what Batman is to him- a way to pretend he’s tougher than he is. Bruce is a bleeding heart and he’s afraid to get attached to people bc deep down he’s still that 8 year old in that alley. 

I do have a slight disagreement of the Tim thing though. Yes, I can totally see Tim being really awkward when receiving a hug. And I can see him being reluctant to give hugs/not know when it’s an appropriate situation.

However in the comics Tim has given people hugs on multiple occasions and they’ve all been meaningful.

I don’t truly believe he’s the worst. None of them are the worse in my mind. Bc they all suck at showing physical affection. Some of them just hide the discomfort better than others.
