Do yall think sometimes Siffrin does normal human things that make sense but are deeply unsettling when you remember they dont remember their childhood. Like do you think Siffrin once woke up startled and shouted "Oh SHIT MY HOMEWORK" and scared Mirabelle who went to wake him up? Or they complained about not wanting to eat certain things cause it made them sick and their parents were upset about it when they were a child? Or they see a stuffed animal and buy it for Bonnie cause they wished they still had their stuffed animals when they were Bonnie's age? Or he sings a lullaby to himself when trying to fall asleep and Isa asks for its name and Siffrin just kind of shrugs and says it was what his mom used to sing for him? Just so normal and deeply ingrained but forgotten? Like I think that would be fucked up, yall think its fucked up? Also it would be mainly childish things cause ya fella ran away when they were a kid </3

I said this on twt already but Boothill’s light cone line “he would no longer live for himself” is SOOOOO much heavier now with the added context. He willingly turned himself into a weapon to fight against the IPC. He has an entire planet to fight for, the memories of his family to preserve.

If he cannot live for himself, then at the very least may Boothill live for his people.

it just occurred to me, martin wilby is the alex rider tv show's ash. there's a line in season 1 where the department is talking about wilby being responsible for ian's death and how ian “thought the world of him.”

very similar to how ash was responsible for john (and helen's) death, but john very clearly loved the guy. enough to make him alex's godfather and save his life. another very interesting parallel for the rider brothers.

ash and wilby are different to each other however. at least ash had somewhat more of a reason to join scorpia? a vendetta against alan blunt. wilby just straight up wanted money. yassen gregorovich stabbed both of them though.

Tbh the way that kubosai is literally just 2 traumatized silly billys finding comfort and healing in each other is something I love so very very much

Like both of them may not realize it at first that they need the comfort or the lack of control but as time goes by they get more comfortable around each other and trust each other to be there for them so they can let themselves fall, let themselves give up on control and have emotions

Whether it's sadness, anger or just the genuine want of human touch and comfort

They both are so similar in a sense that they're relationship could blow up so quick if they don't learn to trust but they can do it since they both are stubborn and care way way to much about the people around them

this might be a little hard because, as strange as it is, I don't know a whole lot about myself via myself tbh. I absorb most information from the people around me-

[1.] uuohhhg I like my poetry. it's not always very good, but it's always there as a mechanism to turn to so I can scream into the void when upset

[2.] i like my bracelets that I wear, both of them are rainbow n pride and they were both gifts so they're very close to me :,D

[3.] i like my collection of figures. i have so many dinosaurs I think it's an obsession at this point but I wouldn't trade it for anything. it's childish but I think it reminds me that I have an identity

[4.] i like how I help people sometimes. or try to if I can, not everyone wants help and that's respectable. i wanna be like a lighthouse so people can dock their ships full of baggage and just rest for a while <3

[5.] i like my drawing skills(??), to an extent. i haven't really found a style yet on account of still needing to get better at drawing in general, mostly humanoids though

waking up from.a frightening dream at 4am in which a scary book was central which in the dream (could sort of tell I was dreaming on one level) I thoroughly believed was a real book that had been brought up the other day irl & that my dreaming mind was riffing off of bc I had not read yet. but having woken up. I'm not entirely convinced this is the case. and now I'm kind of scared to look it up tbh bc what's worse that it doesn't exist but I've dreamed about it several different nights & it's broken down my dream/reality conscious barrier (& I might dream it again??? this does happen to me) or that it does & I have to live in a world where it exists & I could read it.
