Just a little concept super short ngl it’s all I could write but it’s worth it

It was always so hectic during the holidays especially this year since you were off

The kids woke you up nice and early excited to open the presents you and Jack bought them

Everyone was now in the living room while you finished up making breakfast and after you all at the table Mae tapped your back you gave her your full attention

The Pride of June: Gay

The Gay flag is the flag used for all Non Womenn who love Non Women. This mostly included only Cis/Trans men who loved only Cis/Trans men but recently had a definition change to include nonbinaries and others. and is the second letter in the LGBTQ+ acronym. The gay flag is often confused for the Rainbow/Pride flag, but that is incorrect. The correct gay flag is the purple and green one pictured above.

Fun History Fact: The first Gay Pride Parade took place on June 28th, 1970. This was a March of Queer people through the streets of New York to mark the one year anniversary since the Stonewall Riot, an event in which Police raided a Gay Club in NYC. This event marked a major turn in the gay rights movement. Police had entered the Inn and began arresting people, roughing them up. At one point an officer hit a lesbian on the head, and in protest people began throwing objects towards the police officers. The police locked themselves inside the Inn, after which protesters attempted to light on fire. The flames were doused, the the riots continued on for another 5 days. In 2016 Former President Barack Obama named Stonewall Inn a National Monument to gay Rights.

Why the colors? The green in the flag shows community and the teal shows Joy. Combined the two colors in the flag represent Nature. The white stripe is to show support for trans, non-binary, and GNC men, and was taken from the Trans Pride Flag. The purple represents fortitude and the indigo shows diversity. Together these colors represent diversity in presentation, relationships, and life experience.
