one of the worst things in the world is that feeling unloveable can (and will) make you act in ways that reinforces itself. I feel unloveable so I don’t respond to messages so people reach out less so I feel unloveable. one of the hardest things in the world is fighting back the brain demons long enough to break the cycle

oh god i just realised that i sometimes struggle to watch reality tv if i worry whether the participants are having a bad time. this explains a lot

#i don't watch a lot of tv to begin with so i am thoroughly unfamiliar with a great many shows #but i enjoy dropout shows and they work bc for all that i call game changer god's favourite torture chamber #i know everyone in it are In On The Bit and everyone is getting compensated #same with taskmaster even though there's ABSOLUTELY been times where i was just REALLY STRESSED #thinking a particular contestant is having a Bad Time???#anyway i watched gastronauts on dropout and it's great and chaotic and once again i found myself worrying #the chefs had fun right. they looked like they had fun. i hope they had fun #btw i think every reality show participant in the world should be compensated for their participation

Inspired by finding Yet Another streaming service, I'm curious to know how many entertainment streaming services you have at any given time? I would include anything that you pay for in order to get exclusive content or a smoother/more usable experience eg include Patreons if you're in it for the content but if you're not using any extra content and just there to support the artist that's a you do you situation

(This is a repost because I forgot about zero)

For the record I would pay a one off for the content in question but am just not eager to sign up to something else that I'll probably forget to turn off that's not my jam

#i usually have one (spotify - although i just unsubscribed in favour of physical cds)#and periodically buy a month of whatever i want to watch #but i am aware i generally watch Very Minimal tv/movies so if you watch them more than i do that seems not like a go?#taskmaster and the pottery throwdown are both free so it's only when i want to watch something else that i have to pay #and yes i do currently have an active subscription (neon)

sleeping

making random things with paper maché

playing Plague Inc.

I think #idk. it's kinda fun. but dear god I am so tired and everything is exhausting and I would like to be able to do like. a few more things maybe #I'm fully obsessed with paper maché tho lol. it's so stupid how fun it is #and I started playing Plague Inc for the first time since before 2020. for probably obvious reasons.#it's pretty fun on the Switch too even though the text is a bit small #oh! and I've been listening to audiobooks pretty much whenever I'm awake #except when watching Taskmaster or Gilmore Girls with my husband lol #personal
