please be respectful when perusing their work and don't bother them with asks to write leon fic bc many of them have moved to other fandoms :) and mind their dnis!!

never penelope, always calypso haunts me enough that i've written shitty poetry to cope about it in my SPARE TIME, liz's angst is that good. her writing packs a sucker punch every time without mincing words and her attention to detail never misses!!!

@uhlunaro (resi masterlist):

a tale of grief in ten parts is literally what made me start writing. leon's (hell, every resi character's) characterization is FLAWLESS in ro's fics. using my full chest to say i've cried to their writing multiple times yeah what about it🧍‍♀️

@crsssie (leon masterlist):

nobody does a delicious back-and-forth dialogue like cressie :3 you'll either be crying of laughter or punching your screen wishing it was leon (in the best way). that racer leon au you've been seeing? she pretty much invented it. and in 20k words no less.

if you've ever wanted to taste sunshine in writing form, YOU'VE FOUND YOUR GIRL!! with her soothing flow and fairytale prose, amber's writing always has me blushing and crushing like the first time i laid eyes on leon <3

ink is leonblr's classics author and we are spoiled BADDD with her writing!! her leon is just as - if not more - charming as a jane austen male lead. give class of '95 (or any of her fics) a read and invest in a fainting couch for when you swoon ;)

ronnie writes like a freaking renaissance painter. you WILL feel everything with all 5 senses in her prose. i found her through love me more in '23 and it STUCK WITH ME until '24 when she finished it like a NOVEL in both length and quality. she's that good.

HOOOOO BOY. you know the "hide them from mappa" meme. apply that to shai but with publishers bc her prose deserves to be BOUND IN GOLD AND LEATHER and WE OUGHT TO PAY TO READ IT. come prepared with kleenex. trust me.

some of the DREAMIEST writing i’ve ever read. i highly rec lighting candles and going over her leon musings as self care bc YOU DESERVE IT. more often than not i read bunny’s work only to end up taking notes 😭

Like Simon wouldn't say I love you first but that's not because he's not sure, because he's never ever been more sure of anything more than to spent the rest of his life with you.

But he just can't say it. It's not denial, he's not fighting off the feeling, it's a pointless resistance against you anyway. He's only trying to express it as he feels it, what if he says it and you don't get how deeply he's in love with you. What if it's hollow like the rest of him.

So instead, he kisses all his love to your lips, pours his love like in the way he pours milk in your cereal bowl, weaves the love in same way he braids your hair, or colours it with love like he paints your nails. He may or may not be a man with alot of words, but he's a man of action.

And when's better to finally say it aloud when there's a beautiful ring in his pocket and the man is on his knees, confessing right then.

But at least he is growing stronger. Even if he still cries a lot. Smiles more, too. And so does Luffy, now that he's got his first friend.

And perhaps Gramps is weak to that.

Their happiness.

(And if Ace and Sabo put Koby through a few hardships to test him & his loyalty, well, blame the fact that they are overprotective big brothers who don't want Luffy to get attached to someone not worth it)

Does Mezo admire Sol's mum's shovel cane?

Mezo has admiration for Sol's mom just like Cal does but his shovel actually more so serves the same purpose as flulu's shove cane does: well, a cane!

Due his size/height Mezo has some joint/hip pain and problems with stability/balance, so since he already has a weird attachment to his shovel, he also uses it as a cane.

Why doesn't he get an actual cane? simple, cause he's a rebel and doesn't want to comform to societal norms. Leave him and his shovel alone unless you want to get bonged on the head.

HIHIHIHI I’M SO SOrry that this took so long to answer i kept THINKING about it but never got the chance to answer it so HERE WE ARE!!!

obviously i got a bunch of ocs but the ones I’m currently fixated on (like MAJORLY fixated) rn are some vampire ocs 🧛💥💥💥💥💥 (some vampires some not lololol)

okay i kinda went crazy so this got long 😭😭 so all the lore + art under the cut

okay so i’m not gonna go TOO in-depth but basically vampires who are turned (were human before but were bitten) are basically roadkill. when ur turned ur not immortal so over 70% of turned vampires die in the first few days (in-universe statistic)

but uhh there are also vampire hunters who don’t really take that into account and just think of them as potential murderers. and here’s one! our protag, angel ensworth!

his family + best friend (who was also his codependent homoerotic situationship kinda but that’s another topic) were killed by a vampire, and he was basically taken in by this vampire hunting corporation. angel lived comfortably in suburbia so he really never questioned anything—so he took all this vampire hunting ideology at face value (also he was in a really vulnerable situation poor guy.) but he only starts questioning stuff when’s he’s assigned to kill our secondary protag—oliver “ollie” robin! (i’m obsesed with him.)

so ollie’s just a chill trans dude who likes to party—currently studying social work at college. long story short he’s making out w/ this dude who turns out to be a vampire, who accidentally bites him. ollie then kinda roughs it in the forest until angel is assigned to him…but just cant kill him. i mean he’s just a guy shaking covered in blood in a shed like how could he hurt anybody?? he’d more likely hurt himself

good thing tho that the vampire hunter corps angel works for has a highly underfunded vampire rehabilitation center!! featuring…

esperanza “espy” cabron—the head of the program—a hyperactive, rabid researcher who Never Sleeps. very passionate about her work. wears contacts but forgets to take them out. always wears her ponytail too tight. also lesbian. theyre all lesbians. most of the characters are sapphic in some way.

and enid hawthorne!! she basically does everything else in the program—researcher, therapist, front desk…on the internet too much, taught espy abt neopronouns (enid’s are she/star and espy’s are she/her/fae/faer) asexual lesbian who tries her best to dress butch but is preoccupied and overloaded with work.

so they take ollie in and a bunchhh of other stuff happens like these guys have been in the COOKER. they are ROTATING in my brain like no one’s business. there’s another vampire named trixie—aromantic lesbian — goth w/ tourettes (i love her)

oh and ollie has a sister who we meet later!! (she’s a high school theatre kid named summer)
