ngl i am. very salty that my place of employment, a frigging HOSPITAL, has ONE (1) accessible parking spot for employees. and with the new patient pavilion opening, that spot is in the "patients only" section of the employee parking lot. (yeah it didn't make sense to me either.) i shouldn't have to wave my cripple card at security to be allowed to even see if there's parking for me, and there should be MORE THAN ONE SPOT.

i parked in the parking garage, which actually has, wonder of wonders, more than a single accessible spot... but it's technically for visitors and patients, not for employees, so i still have to waggle my cripple card at the security guard to be able to park - AND it's a significantly further walk to where i work in the hospital from the parking garage, which, y'know, not fun if im having a bad pain day. like today.

Handwashing is a great hygiene practice, but transmission via surfaces is unlikely.

Vaccines do NOT prevent transmission. They reduce symptoms and severity for some.

You can transmit [COVID] while completely asymptomatic. Around half of transmission is as asymptomatic or presymptomatic. Everyone's immune system is different.

Being indoors increases risk of transmission, but you can still get it in crowded outdoor spaces.

What is Long Covid?
