My money's on Joe

I had a huge crush on Hutch Dano for a minute not even gonna lie

HONESTLY Nick was a teen try hard with so much to prove despite his obvious talent so it could have been him. Also Nick and Hutch are the same age so it'd make more sense that they were in similar social circles. I can see Nick saying it in front of Miley or Selena to make them laugh. But he did mean it maliciously

Joe is the jokester who sometimes thinks he's funnier than he is but if he said that I don't think he meant it maliciously he probably genuinely thought he was funny

I don't think it'd be Kev mostly because he was in his 20s. Why would he be bullying teenagers? 🤣

ALSO that's such a BOLD statement from one of the dudes who's show got cancelled after 2 seasons

Especially because Zeke and Luther had 3 seasons with 76 episodes

And Jonas only had 2 seasons with 34 episodes - let's not forget their 2nd season was shortened
