G’day Hugo Lennon.
Seems like NSN can add rich property developers son that is into furry porn alongside minors, child marriage advocates, mass shooters and people that will defraud $51k from org supporters to their list of “ideal recruits”
Time to realise your vacation in the political scene is over.

Instagram Intros (John Lennon's Kids)
Hugo Winston Lennon (@hugolennon)
DOB: April 11th 1957 Age: 67 years old Hometown: Liverpool, England Nicknames: Hugh, Hughie S/O: Abigail McKnight Kids: Hannah, Eden, Leanna, and Dominic Best Friend(s): Ethan Dunn, Simon Young, and Vanessa Simpson Aesthetic: Hugo Lennon was the product of a teenage pregnancy. This led to him being a pretty independent child, doing most things on his own. Alice used to take him to school with her, she refused to quit just because she was now a mother. She was determined to at least finish high school before leaving to be a housewife for a 17 year old teddy boy. John was actually a considerably active parent in Hugo's life, other than working for the most of Hughie's childhood. Hugo was also extremely humble compared to the other Beatles Babies, knowing what life was like before the band was ever a twinkle in any person's eyes. He saw his parents take on adult roles that teenagers shouldn't have to, his father was exhausted and his mother was slowly becoming depressed, so Hugo learned to keep to himself and become a gold star child. John and Alice's angel baby.
Alexander Daniel Lennon (@alexxlennon)
DOB: September 23rd 1963 Age: 61 years old Hometown: Kensington, England Nicknames: Al, Alex, Lexy, Xander S/O: Angel Greene Kids: Sadie, Noel, Frankie, and Dawn Best Friend(s): Gabriel Harrison and Peter Hartman Aesthetic: Alex was Alice and John's wild child. He was always all over the place. He especially loved to say no to his father about everything and anything. Nothing could stop this boy from pulling a stunt on his father. John of course would try not to yell at his children, however, he also knew that Alexander was pulling out every trick in the book to get on his father's nerves. While he wasn't constanty sturing up trouble, he loved to cuddle up with his dad whenever he could. Any time that John was sitting down writing or playing his guitar, his boy would run in so very quietly and come up and lay on his lap. It made John's heart burst every damn time. He loved when Alex was calm and snuggling up to him while he was working on his music, which a suprise to most actually. Usually Alice has to chase their children out of his music room while he's working on something, but Alex is the exception. In fact, Allie had came in one day to try to rescue John from their destructive 4 year old, and he just shook his head and told her "It's fine lovey, he's alright here with me." This was the end of Alice's chasing. Alexander was also a ladies man when he was a young boy, non-stop "flirting" with the assistants at the studio, with his Uncles just chuckling at how alike he and his dad were. Of course the assistants thought he was the most adorable baby they've ever seen, and he could not stand it.
Julia Diana Lennon (@julielenn)
DOB: April 28th 1967 Age: 57 years old Hometown: London, England Nicknames: Jules, Julie S/O: Eric Sharp Kids: Henry, Dallas, and Josephine Best Friend(s): Mariam Flowers, Scott Brady, and Sadie Brady Aesthetic: Julie was essentially the golden child. She was very polite and very funny. She was a walking ball of sunshine to everyone around her. She had a very special bond with her father, and he knew from the minute she was born that he was going to protect her from everything. Julia was an exact replica of her mother and John knew it. He made sure to shield his little girl from the world, he never wanted anyone or anything to hurt her, little did he know that he would be the first to do just that. Julie was only 6 years old Alice and John got divorced and it wrecked her not being able to see her dad every day like she used to. When she did eventually get to see him, Yoko was always there too. She wasn't the biggest fan of Julia, in fact she was proper jealous over the little girl, hating the attention she gets from John. So safe to say, Yoko wasn't the kindest to the young Lennon girl. Alice had confronted John about this situation and it threw them into a huge fight, with John saying that Alice was "jealous of Yoko and I". Allie didn't like that. She couldn't understand how he didn't see their daughter crying and sobbing every time she had to go over to her fathers. John decided to talk to Julia after noticing her ignoring him while at his place. He had tucked her in one night, and sat on her bed and genuinely talked about the situation. She had thought he hated her. He then started the long process of divorcing his wife.
Joel David Lennon (@joel_david)
DOB: April 28th 1967 Age: 57 years old Hometown: London, England Nicknames: Jolie, Joe, Joey S/O: Donna Carter Kids: Faye and Annie Best Friend(s): Adrienne Howe, Quinten Henderson, and Sara Jenkins Aesthetic: Joel was very shy as a boy, never leaving his mother's side. He was quiet and reserved, something that bothered John, not really knowing how to bond with his 3rd son, with him being so quiet. Joey was a simple kid, never asking for much but his mother's attention. They got along far too well, both of them enjoying comfortable silence, this was not shared with the rest of the family. He loved sitting with his mother and her friends for tea instead of running around outside with the other kids and his uncles. He had glasses like his dad and this was one thing he and his father agreed on … glasses suck. Alice of course encouraged her little boy to wear them, but seeing John without his glasses made him feel like a total dweeb with them. It was always a screaming match between Alice and Joel to get dressed and wear his glasses before school in the morning. This was then forced into John's hands to fix. John made it his mission to get his son to wear his damn glasses. He told Joey that he scored his mother wearing his glasses and that girls actually dig boys with glasses more than he may think, that the boys that laugh at him are just jealous because girls love him. He also made sure to wear his glasses at home until he goes to bed, and of Alice LOVED it, soon enough Emma was born.
Emma Hope Lennon (@emmyhope)
DOB: August 17th 1970 Age: 54 years old Hometown: Ascot, England Nicknames: Em, Emmy S/O: Benjamin Cortez Kids: Whitney, Chelsea, and Mason Best Friend(s): Bethany Harrison and Erin Starkey Aesthetic: Emma Lennon is a girl's girl, let it be heard. Shes adores her girlfriends like nobody else. She, Beth, and Erin have been friends since the day they were born. They are the embodiment of their mothers when they were young, always hanging out, talking about boys they like, singing and dancing around during sleepovers. Their sleepovers almost always occurred at Erin's house, and the amount of times Ringo would come in and gossip with them was like no other. He was so enamoured with the girl talk, sick of the boys sometimes. Emma was big on fashion and travelling. She visited New York City with her father when she was 8 years old and became obsessed. She did eventually move to the city when she was 19 years old, and became a Model. She and Alice bonded over this love of fashion and were always playing dress up in Allie's closet.
Gregory Andrew Lennon (@lennon_rory)
DOB: May 14th 1974 Age: 50 years old Hometown: Ascot, England Nicknames: Greg, Rory S/O: Carmen Flowers Kids: Jesse Best Friend(s): William McCartney,Damon Harrison,& Robert Starkey Aesthetic: Rory was a rocker from the minute he could pick up a guitar. He first learned how to play piano when he was only around 4 years old with his mummy. Alice, ever so the musician herself, loved to teach her younglings the piano as soon as they can place their tiny little fingers on the keys. He soon found the likes of Foreigner, Van Halen, Aerosmith, and Led Zeppelin. This was truly the start of it all. Rory was then encouraged to see Uncle Paul about his new found love for rock music and electric guitars. Paul started to come round every weekend or so to help teach the young boy all of his tips and tricks for the music. He saw his best friend's son grow into a true rock n' roll star. When he was 14 years old he started a band and the band consisted of him and a couple buddies. The band outgrew each other and by the time he was 19 years old the new band formed with him as the lead guitarist, Bo Starkey on drums, Liam McCartney on Vocals, and Damon Harrison on bass. This would be the biggest band in England, and the origin of the new genre, Britpop.
Holly Cecilia Lennon (@ohholly)
DOB: December 9th 1976 Age: 48 years old Hometown: Ascot, England Nicknames: Holls S/O: Bradley Burnes Kids: Casey and Mable Best Friend(s): William McCartney Aesthetic: Holly was the youngest of the Lennon kids, and had the most tragic story. She was born through her parents affair and was prone to not seeing her father very much. He had moved to New York City when she was still a baby and only ever had time to talk to him on the phone sometimes. She raised on the phone and television, relied on it really to see and hear from her father as much as she could. She loved him dearly though. Holly was very used to John showing up on birthdays and christmas', that about it. The year of her 4th birthday, John had every mean to fly back to Ascot to see his daughter on her special day. Calling her the night before to ease her mind and wish an early birthday. He got shot moments before making it to the airport. She had cried and screamed for her father, saying he promised her, while her mother locked herself in her washroom after a short call with Paul. She became very close with her Aunt Betty and Uncle Paul, for her, her mother, and her siblings had all moved in with them for a short while during the hard times. Paul was like a father figure to her and she will forever be grateful for him. He loved her like his own daughters. They are still very close to this day.

Your heroes, your favourite actors, singers, filmmakers, authors, comedians, politicians, activists, teachers, and journalists are rapists. I don't give a shit. You want to side with (mostly) men in power over their victims, then just fucking do that and say they get to do whatever they want to anyone they want. Because you're essentially saying that anyway when you pick apart the behaviour of their victims.

Bob Dylan was, at that moment in time, nothing less than the hippest person on Earth. The zeitgeist streamed through him like electricity. He was my existential hero, the gangling Rimbaud of rock, and I wanted to meet him more than any other living being. I wasn't simply a fan; I worshipped him. Of course, with Dylan you are drawn into his world of encoded messages. Doors are no longer doors; they take on Kafkaesque significance. There are answers behind them. Didn't someone once tell me 'rain' meant memory in Dylan's songs? Dylan was so cryptic that everything seemed to take on at least one other meaning. When he asked for something to stir his coffee with, people did a fast-take. Did he mean spoon? I never saw Dylan's malicious side, nor the lethal wit that has often been ascribed to him. I never thought of him as amusingly cruel the way I thought of John Lennon. Dylan was simply the mercurial, bemused center of the storm, vulnerable and almost waiflike, and amped up on amphetamines. However hip he appeared to be though, Dylan was young and still naive in many ways. He was well read but it was selective. There were certain poets that he was obsessed with. Rimbaud, Villon. Often obscure writers like Lautreamont that he'd got into. But then there were others, like Wallace Stevens, or Victor Hugo, that he'd just never heard of. History for Bob was a series of blinding shafts of light.

Hermann Hesse Madness is something rare in individuals - but in groups, parties, peoples, and ages, it is the rule. Friedrich Nietzsche Human behavior flows from three main sources: desire, emotion, and knowledge. Plato The mirror is my best friend because when I cry it never laughs. Charlie Chaplin Aphorisms are the true form of the Universal Philosophy and containe the greatest quantity of thought in the smallest space. Isaac Asimov Without goals, the very concept of intelligence is meaningless. Steven Pinker I suppose that in no educational institution can one become an educated person. Mikhail Bulgakov No one's fate is of any interest to you except your own. Mikhail Bulgakov Respond intelligently even to unintelligent treatment. Sun Tzu The reason I talk to myself is because I’m the only one whose answers I accept. George Carlin A fool contributes nothing worth hearing and takes offence at everything. Aristotle By now humanity has become so imbecile that we often tend to mortify intelligence, in order not to offend stupidity. Remember that cats respond best to names with one or two syllables, so you might want to use a shortened version of longer names in everyday life. For example, "Perseus" could become "Percy" for daily use.
Some names have interesting origins or meanings that can add depth to your choice. "Jasper," for instance, is not only a gemstone but also the name of one of the Three Wise Men in Christian tradition. "Finn" has roots in Irish mythology, where Finn MacCool was a legendary hero.
Ultimately, the best name for your cat is one that you enjoy saying and that seems to fit your feline friend's unique personality. Happy naming!

"Life moves pretty fast. If you don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it." (Ferris Bueller)
Benedict Wells: "HardLand"
(Diogenes, 2021 / gelesen April 2023)
Euphancholisch

L'Eau Serge Lutens (Serge Lutens)
Released in 2009 to the percussive sound of jaws dropping all over Perfumeland, L'Eau Serge Lutens marked for its maker a sharp 180° from "dirty" to "clean" (as Lutens' PR team amply hammered home). The concept: an "anti-perfume" whose very existence mounts a backlash against consumerist culture and the clashing smells which saturate our airspace. The purpose: to evoke the moment of first contact between freshly-bathed skin and crisp, air-dried white cotton (presumably before one mucks it all up by dousing oneself with any of Lutens' earlier works). Even more succinctly, according to its proprietor, L'Eau Serge Lutens was intended to summon the image of une page blanche, a blank page.
As a PR device, whiteness symbolizes purification, a return to first principles, however hollow they may be. Think John Lennon and Yoko Ono at Tittenhurst Park, wearing white in their all-white parlor complete with white Steinway grand, aspiring to Zen-like simplicity within the context of overwhelming wealth. The implied message of L'Eau Serge Lutens is that in order to reach this pure, clean state, the perfumer must eliminate all that is spicy, rich, ethnic, dark, or "dirty". This, to say the least, is a surprising proposal from the king of olfactory Orientalism-- one which I found downright offensive when I first learned of it. What exactly is Lutens getting at here?
Only when I finally smelled it did I suspect a grand prank-- a bit of absurdist theater, maybe; a hand grenade of cultural criticism disguised as a perfume bottle and lobbed at the masses.
Here's my opinion, purely personal and idiosyncratic, and possibly incorrect: For nearly three centuries, under numerous guises, xenophobia and germophobia have enjoyed regular reincarnations in American culture-- always seemingly hand in hand. At a time when post-9/11 anti-Arab sentiment was still very much in vogue. Lutens -- a scent adventurer who has spent his entire career paying homage to the Levant -- could not have failed to notice this. Nor do I imagine could he resist commenting on it, tongue clandestinely in cheek: You want white? I'll give you white, all right. In fact, I'll shove your noses in it.
And he underscores this point by establishing L'Eau's top note as nothing other than Elmer's Glue. It don't get no whiter than that, I'll tell you what.
As successive notes develop, one recognizes that each was chosen primarily for its sanitary associations. Do Americans link cleanliness to citrus accords? Here's a ton of hesperides (a fancy name for mixed cold-pressed citrus peel essences) to achieve that lemony-fresh sparkle. Want it crystal-clear and ice-cold? Here's a big dose of calone to induce visions of Everclear splashed on spotless white ceramic tile. Occasionally, a breath of something interesting -- sage, thyme, mint -- breaches the confines of the oxygen tent, though none ever violates the hospital sanitation standard. And if there's musk in here at all, its passport clearly identifies it as hailing from the laundromat rather than the fabled realm of Lutens' own Muscs Koublaï Khän.
It's a parody, folks. Serge Lutens is shucking us.
The question is not what post-9/11 paranoid Americans like. It's what they fear-- which is other people. Their smells, their germs, their otherness. Lutens' response? A perfectly-crafted, high-end dream antiseptic in a tall, clear-glass bottle designed to reassure anxious consumers that there are no nasty secrets hidden inside. In time, it will sit next to Crystal Pepsi, Ivory Liquid Clear, and Miller Clear Beer in the annals of "pure" product history-- and it will be the only one that contains any irony.
From a fragrance standpoint, L'Eau Serge Lutens is not all that different than Hugo Boss Pure (another, albeit more sincere, example of the faceless "clean" aesthetic). More citrus than melon; more herbal than floral; about a gallon less calone (but let's face it, even a drop of calone goes for miles and miles, so a comparison-by-volume is probably a moot point). Is it better crafted? Yes. Is it more sophisticated, more thought-out? I'll tell you when I stop sneezing.
Until then, let le maître do the talking. In the official launch press release, he claimed, "My intention was not to have (L'Eau Serge Lutens) supplant perfume, but to help restore the original pleasure of wearing fragrance."
Success: this definitely made me want to wear fragrance. Any other fragrance than this.
Scent Elements: Hesperides, sage, mint, magnolia, musk
