What If:
Logan and Victor decide to forgive each other, escape together and live in a small cabin located in Argentine Patagonia (probably in the Río Negro province, towards the mountains of the west) 🏡❤️‍🩹🇦🇷
They both accepted that they are two sides of a same coin, and they'll always be there for each other, no matter the circumstances <3
(If you wanna cry at the end, keep reading)
Logan gets addicted to drink mate and can't live without his thermo (he choose Lumilagro when he just arrived bc he didn't have enough money for a Stanley thermo, but he doesn't give a f*ck). His favorite yerba mate is Rosamonte: the most bitter yerba mate for his taste 👌🏻
Vic shows off Logan the words he already knew in Spanish after so many missions. Now he learned to say to Logan: "enano boludo" (fool runt) just for piss him off.
Victor has become very punctual at merienda time, he always waits for Logan with sweet facturas (like biscuits, croissants) (sometimes Logan is sick of eating sweet, so he asks Vic to bring salty facturas too). Also, Victor LOVES membrillo's facturas (quince jam) (his beard always ends up dirty as if he had blood on it, never forgetting his animal instincts).
Of course, Logan got a job at a sawmill, he has too much experience with wood hehehe. And Victor worked for a time in a food distributor for a bakery, but he got fired bc he was caught stealing some cookies with membrillo. So, now he stays at home doing housework (surprisingly, he's very clean and hates finding cobwebs on the ceiling).
Logan secretly listen to Tango music, somehow he feels internally moved and sometimes cries too!! He also bought some Carlos Gardel vinyls to send for Laura's birthday <3
They both bought earplugs to use once a month bc they discovered that they have a lobizón neighbor 2 km away (the argentine werewolf 🐺).
At first they slept in different rooms, until Victor decided to have a sleepover after watching a chick flick movies marathon with Logan over a weekend (yes, they have Netflix). How did he convince him? He used his secret weapon: kitten eyes ✨ This is how slowly Victor's old room was transformed into a leisure room. Now they have a shelf full of classic literature books (and Spanish literature too bc Vic is so interested in it and he wants to still learning). Some CDs and vinyls of Logan bc he also likes argentinian national rock (He seems to like "Los Piojos", "Intoxicados", and "Patricio Rey y sus Redonditos de Ricota" 😂).
This is for the argentine fans: LOGAN SUPPORTS BOCA JUNIORS CLUB 💙💛💙 He's not a very huge fan for football games, but he stays focused watching them. While Vic usually falls asleep at half time on the sofa with him.
Victor convinced Logan that he would control his bloodlust, so their household is never short of a good supply of meat. Unfortunately, this is a vile lie. When Logan is away, Victor takes advantage of those free hours to hunt and devour little animals like hares or deer. He knows his schedules and how much time he has to clean up his tracks. Who knows how long he can sustain the lie 🫣
In my mind their first kiss was PURRFECT. The coldest month is July (it's winter there), so, after a week of overcast skies, one night Logan went outside the cabin to smoke a joint. He observed the number of visible stars until he realized that Victor was stalking him with a cup of tea in his hand. They both sat on the front steps and IT JUST HAPPENED. Logan tried to deny what happened, FOR SEVERAL DAYS. But Vic managed to take away his embarrassment and make him enjoy it many times more bc he ✨obviously✨ kissed him first.
It hadn't been a year yet and Logan had invited the X-Men to his whereabouts to celebrate his birthday in October. Logically, Victor didn't like this idea at all, so he decided to flee to the forest. Logan had so many feelings fluttering in his chest, but he knew better than to waste such a beautiful and special day. He looked for Victor and found him cooling off in a river. He was so upset and a little jealous, but Logan convinced him because they would make barbecue. It was a VERY uncomfortable moment for Victor, he was not sorry for what he did, but Logan took care of making him feel part of his family <3
Tumblr media
Ofc, I wrote all this with my tears.
I don't consider myself a good writer and my English is very poor, but if anyone wants to make a fanfic or fanart of this TAG ME PLS 😭💖

This might be worldbuilding spoilers, or it might be something I just missed, but do Helsknight and Wels have an equivalent to the reflection thing with Tango and Tanguish, or is that just a Tanguish exclusive? Either in terms of Hels being able to go straight to Wels or just another way of them being connected. Started wondering because of your description of Hels polishing all his armor + Tanguish's knife and how it didn't seem to affect Hels at all
I wouldn't call it spoilers! Its been left intentionally ambiguous for awhile, because I still want to use it as a surprise in the plot for a couple of the plot points. It's also been a little bit since it was discussed in the plot itself.
Most of where Tanguish's reflections have been talked about are the first 3? Chapters? Before he really starts to befriend Helsknight. And Helsknight's have only been really explained once, in two? Paragraphs in his POV chapter. So! Squishy teleportation worldbuilding below the cut.
Whether or not a hermit/helsmit pair can meet each other is subjective, and how they can do it kinda varies. The only thing I've decided for sure, as a rule across the table, is that their links are exclusive.
So Tango/Tanguish can see each other, and hear each other, through reflections, and they can travel to each other through reflections [if both of them are available/near a reflective surface]. But they can't see anyone else, and no one else can see or hear them. Tanguish looks like he's talking to himself when he's talking to Tango in a reflection, and vice versa. They can see hazy shapes/silhouettes of what's happening behind the other person [Tango being able to tell when Tanguish is stealing, Tanguish being able to see Welsknight's silhouette standing behind Tango] but they can't hear conversations or see expressions. They can only see impressions of the world near each other.
Helsknight and Welsknight channel their link through shadows. When Helsknight travels to Hermitcraft, the world around him gets darker, like he's falling through cracks in the void. It has a very physical radius that other people can see. While Hels/Wels can hear each other through that dark, no one else can. They also can't do the same two-way radio type talk. If one of them yells a challenge through the space, they can hear it, but Helsknight couldn't stand in a dark room or talk to his shadow and have Wels hear it. Instead, they share emotions. I feel like it has to do with how Hels started as the voice in Wels's head, he's inherently tied to Welsknight's self worth [and lack thereof]. Particularly strong emotions come through. I imagine Helsknight can feel Wels's self righteous vengeance when he commands Tanguish, but has no idea the context. Most of what Wels feels from Helsknight is anger, which he mostly ignores, unless its very strong. If he thinks Helsknight is violently angry, he will often pull him through their link so they can fight instead. He thinks he's doing a kindness to someone [mostly though, he wants to justify doing violence against his other half, who he blames for his own uncontrollable emotions.]
Both Helsknight and Tanguish [and their doubles] can pull people through those links if they so choose. There has to be physical contact [Helsknight carrying Tanguish through worlds to Hermitcraft, Tanguish holding onto Helsknight when he flips his coin]. I also think, if someone were to latch onto them and be dragged through, it would be risky where they would end up. Being able to pull another person through worlds hinges on you holding onto them so they follow your link through worlds. If you were fighting when you fell through, trying to force someone to let go, and they did, they could follow you, or they could fall free somewhere else.

More hermits as deities!
I got very stuck on Impulse because I was so determined to do his... But well uh... yeah...
Bdubs: God of The Day
Good nights rest
Sunrise
Daytime
Horses
Enjoyable travel
Healing through rest
Safety at night
Symbolism:
Moss
Clocks
The sun
Horses
Sleep caps
Offerings:
Clocks, either working ones like pocket watches or fake art pieces
Blankets
Medicinal herbs
Lavender and other herbs associated/for calming and sleep
Notes: Followers would place shines in areas where they could get lots of sunshine. The most traditional spot would be in a bedroom window that gets lots of light.
Gem:
Feminine strength and power
Honesty
Self defense
Cottage life
Note: I only recently started watching her and honestly my poor health and lack of wifi is preventing me from watching most rn.. poor timing but I really wanted to include her because she's wonderful. Also she's rather Athena coded. Athena is a greek goddess of war who's also a patron goddess of craftsmen. I rest my case do I not?
Impulse:
Impulsiveness
Symbolism:
Yellow, gold, and black
Lower case i
Offerings:
Gold
Scar: God of The Trade
Trades and deals
Manipulation and verbal trickery
Facades
Aesthetic gardening
Beautiful trees
Symbolism:
Fae and vexes
Offerings:
Money
Snacks
Gardens and landscaping work
Notes: His typical worshippers could be traders, but especially those who work the land. Garden and field workers under the wealthy could be a particularly big group. Since typically fae are known for their twisting of words and also incredibly nature based, it's only right to include them.
Joel: God of Pride
Pride and bravado
Self awareness, shame, and false bravado
Sarcasm
Symbolism:
Lighting (I had to ok?)
Ogres
Offerings:
Notes: His followers are totally ubber secretive. Also I imagine that he's sort of a two sides to a coin type. In art maybe he's depicted as both an ogre and a man with green antenna. Which is used indicates which "side of the coin" is at play. I think there's a lot more to be included in his list too.
Tango: God of Ambition
Distractions
Intense focus
Mechinisms
Ambition
Passion, excitement, rage, and drive
Symbolism:
Red, icy blues for certain periods
Fire
Offerings:
Notes: Can I just jokingly say he's the god of adhd? Lord he was just about Impulse all over again in this process.
Xisuma: God of Music
Music and expression through it
Guidance
Community
Commitment (correct me, I'm not what you'd call an avid fan)
————
Overall notes:
I assume Cleo would be referred to as a diety instead of a god or goddess. When I inevitably start watching her content because oh my god a person who also uses they/them and another pronoun maybe I'll try to revisit this but I dunno if I'll remember lol. So if any who's a fan of their's had ideas please please share! I'm very curious of them!
I've also kinda broken it up into categories and I have more to add to this topic so I'm looking to do a post where I talk more about it! Feel free to join in when I do.
And just like last time, I'd love to hear other's ideas with this. If there's any gaps I left or people I haven't included, I welcome you to toss in your input. Even if you're just adding onto something that I didn't leave blank! I read all the ones people shared with the original post and it was lovely. Honestly I might explode because I still can't come up with much for Impulse so input would be greatly appreciated.
(Also I cannot believe I didn't include bdubs in the first post so I'm added him in here. How the heck did I not notice? He's the one I started with!)
Edit: it took me an embarrassingly long time to notice I didn't put the handful of ideas I had for Impulse down.

what would each of the ros (tvol and slsq) do for mc on valentines day? (unless its spoilers ofcourse)
there isn't an exact equivalent to valentines canonically for tvol, but festivals for Luphrie take place in the spring so close enough :^)
(cutting this in two since tumblr doesn't like how long the original post was)
Xandin: If we're talking Valentine's, then it's actually his birthday- and he himself is not going to make a big deal out of it, it's not that he doesn't celebrate, -valentines and his birthday- he just doesn't want anyone to think they have to go out of their way for him. That being said, if you wanna do something extravagant and you say so beforehand, he will do his best to deliver.
Yuuki: Would 100% tailor the day and night for you. Quiet day in with cuddles and breakfast in bed? he can do that. Night on the town at the fanciest places he knows? he can do that. a mix of both? you bet. marathon bed tango all day? oh it would be his pleasure. This man is nothing if not adaptable.
Andrew: He'll take you to his favorite part of the royal gardens, secluded and full of flowers and under a shade tree, and have a nice romantic picnic, everything homemade and cooked by him, if he wasn't the royal guard then the man could be the royal chef with how fucking amazing everything tastes.
Claudia: She doesn't usually do mushy lovey dovey shit, but...for you...fine. She'll put on the nicest clothes she has and the two of you are going on an Actual Formal Date. At a....surprisingly nice place, considering about 90% of the time you see her she's in some seedy tavern. She still intimidates the staff so you get discounts and free shit but its a very nice night overall.
Vylasia: She closes up shop for the day specifically to hang out with you all day. Walks through the woods, swimming through lakes, a home cooked lunch and dinner, and a night of looking at the starts from the top of her caravan to round out the night.
Cy: Wanna get up to mischief? Like, yeah, sure, they could easily get into any high establishment or restaurant with their status, but wheres the fun in that? They work their charm and get you free meals, free entry into high society events, free gifts, all without spending a single coin all night. You two have a nice rooftop picnic with your spoils.

Jimmy VS Decked Out 2
When the sheriff received a letter, from his rancher, he was very excited. "I wonder what Tango wants?" He opens the letter and it reads:
"Think you are brave enough?
Then, prove your worth in the Dungeons of Decked Out 2. Use the key enclosed to take you there.
The Dungeon Master hopes to see you soon"
"Decked Out 2? Dungeon Master? What has Tango done?" Jimmy tilts the envelope and as written, a key slips out into his palm. It was silver and felt cold with a blue topaz in the centre. "How do I-" but before Jimmy could get an answer, the topaz glows and he feels himself being tugged by the key and is soon blinded by a bright flash of light.
Once his eyes had adjusted, he suddenly got a chill run through him. He looks at his surroundings and towering before him, was an ominous castle. "Woah.... Is this Decked Out 2?" The sheriff walks up towards the entrance, completely in awe with every step. "Jimmy, you made it!" The familiar voice made him perk up. Standing before him was his rancher, Tango, grinning widely. "Tango! What is this?"
"Welcome to Decked Out 2. The rules are as follows. You take one of these Frozen Shards and place it into the barrel there and wait for the doors to open. Only add the shard if the game isn't in use. The scale there will tell you. Next, clear your inventory of everything but this shulker box. Inside, contains cards that will better your chances in the dungeon. Once you've selected your difficulty and placed the shulker box where it tells you to, set your spawn and take the minecart down. Once in the dungeons, you're given a compass and a map. Place the map in your offhand and the compass in the other. The map displays four things: Frost Embers. They are a currency used in the shop at the end of each run and can be gained in both the dungeon and at the end of each run. The more runs you do, the more Frost Embers you get. They can be used to buy cards or buy Victory Tomes. They cannot leave the dungeon, so spend them wisely. Treasure can also be found within the dungeon and is marked on the map. Treasure takes on two forms: Coins and Crowns. Four coins equals one crown. Unlike Frost Embers, they can leave the dungeon after a run.
Next, Clank. It determines the noise levels. The higher the clank, the more challenging it becomes and its the same with the next one, Hazard. Lastly, hazard determines how dangerous the dungeon becomes. The longer you stay, the more likely you get trapped within the dungeon and the spirits of old will awaken. Whilst going through the dungeon, you must be careful for Ravengers. You only have two options if you encounter one: Sneak around it or Lure it away. You may also encounter berry bushes, feel free to take some since you may need to eat if you're sprinting a lot or take damage. Once finding the artifact, simply drop the compass and you'll be given an artifact. Now, make your way back to the entrance where the exit is also located.
Once at the exit, you relinquish your artifact and wait for the trap door to open. Then you're given Frost Embers to spend before leaving. And that's it! I hope you have a good dungeon run. Good luck, Jimmy!" Smiles Tango at his rancher buddy. "Woah.... That's a... lot huh" he mumbles. "Here ya go!" Tango hands Jimmy a shulker box and a frozen shard. His hands were ice cold. "Since it's chilly down in the dungeons, you'll need to wear something to keep you wam" He chucks some winter clothes at Jimmy and the canary slips them on. Jimmy walks up towards the doors and Tango tell him to place the shard into the barrel and the door lights up before opening. "This is so cool!" He places his stuff away, keeps the shulker box and sets his spawn before walking further. "I'm so nervous! What if I get lost? What if I can't find the artifact? What if I die? What if-" "Jimmy, Jimmy! You'll be fine, trust me" reassures Tango, his spirit floating next to his rancher.
Jimmy placed the shulker box in and waited for the minecart to appear, before jumping in and descending. When he reached the bottom, he picked up the compass and map as the large doors opened wide. "Where's the exit? Ah, there it is" The canary began to walk through the dungeons, following the compass needle and keep an eye out for any ravengers.
"TREASURE HUNTER"
"What was that?!" Chirps Jimmy, his wings flapping with fear. "Just the sounds of the dunegon" cackles Tango. The canary continues to follow the compass, collects sweet berries and watches out for ravengers. He soon reaches an opening with a ravine and a building. "Seems like the artifact is in there" Jimmy jumps over and enters the abandoned building. He spins around a couple of times, trying to figure out the needle. "I guess its here?" He drops the compass in the corner and out pops the treasure. "Is that slippers?"
Jimmy picked up the slippers and leaves the building. The canary froze, staring directly ahead, unmoving. "Yo Jimmy? You okay?" Asked Tango. Jimmy points in front of him. Tango's ghost looks and starts to laugh. Directly in front of Jimmy was a ravenger on the other side of the ravine. "Really Tango?" "I'm sorry, Jimmy. But you have to admit, it is funny" chuckles the ghost. Jimmy sighs as he places the slippers in his inventory. He scans the area, trying to find a way to get across without dying.
"Okay…. How am I gonna do this?" Jimmy scans the area. "There's only one way out, isn't there?" The canary flaps his wings and flies over the ravine as the ravenger spots him and gives chase. Tango floats upwards and watches. The two run around the dungeon. The ravenger headbutts the canary and he lets out a yelp before hitting the ground. Jimmy wips his head around, staring at the ravenger. He scrambles to his feet, running from the beast, but the ravenger catches up and heabutts his again, launching him into a wall.
SolidarityGaming dies whilst trying to escape "Bad Luck. No really… it was bad luck"
"Oh come on!" Jimmy hears Tango's laughter as he respawns back. He collects his stuff as the doors open. "Man, Jimmy. You did so good" "Don't sugarcoat it. I failed. Miserably" "Nah. You did good for your first run" Jimmy hands Tango back the winter clothes. "Thanks. Fancy some hot cocoa to warm you up?" "Yes please" smiles Jimmy. "Do you know anyone else who'd like to brave the dungeon?" Tango asks. "I think Pixlriffs would love to have a go" "Perfect. Another victim" cackles Tango.

the “Tangodeltaindia” blog explained,
aka my brain has cringe spots on it and needs to be inspected by the FDA
hi my names randi/uni and i created a total drama island themed ARG two months ago on a whim that almost no one interacted with bc i started off way too niche and difficult, so i kinda just went increasingly off the rails because i knew most likely no one was monitoring my posts and i could just make a real cursed hidden tomb that could one day be discovered by someone in a goonies esque unveiling. but then i got lice and now im sad and uncomfortable so i’m just gonna explain the entire damn thing in one shot. its absolutely batshit and theres a reason no one uncovered it ok here we go;;;
first of all the name. its so stupid but. ‘tango delta india’ = ‘tdi’ in the NATO phonetic alphabet. it just felt like a funny place to start that implies its gonna be a puzzle blog idk,
moving on to the actual content tho; some of the earlier posts mean p much nothing and were just an attempt to draw people in, such as the mr coconut ‘like if you agree’ or the ‘let him inside hes cold’ posts.
then theres the cipher (x). it was posted shortly after the height of the ‘using total drama reference pictures to make an alphabet’ meme. in case anybody didnt see that; for a while it was a joke in the fandom to take the transparent references of total drama characters, and line them up, using them like hieroglyphics to make translatable pictures. its supposed to correspond to the alphabet, based on the first letter of their first name. an example could be, alejandro = a, bridgette = b, and so on. there was no solidly set alphabet amongst the fandom though, it was self explanatory most of the time so i made my own solid personal cipher key for that blog to make the whole thing easier.
NOW ONTO THE FIRST PUZZLE POST,,,, (x). theres a scene, a string of text, the cipher key, and a link to a decoder. the way to decode it all is to plug the characters on screen into the tangodeltaindia cipher key, and then plug That translation into the decoder website, and then finally paste in the text under the photo.
the website linked is to a Caesar cipher decoder. the Caesar cipher is just a code where the alphabet is assigned to numbers (a=1, z=26), and to encode something with it you can move this pattern however you want as long as you keep the regular sequence of alphabet and numbers. so you could scootch over One letter, and “abc” would now say “bcd”. so on and so forth.
looking at the scene + my own total drama reference cipher, alejandro = A, and the beaver = 1, which gives A1. so you could now follow the link to the website, press ‘decode’, and paste in the text under the picture. the ‘shift’ in the middle is automatically set to ‘7′, or as it shows, a -> h, meaning ‘a’ has been moved over by 7 letters. so if you set the shift to just 1 over, or A1, now you can translate the text. it reads;
“lets start simple. after all, a trail of breadcrumbs begins with a loaf. whats the harm in another long winded fandom meme. another inside joke. and arent you curious whats truly lurking inside?”
edgy! simple! kinda just a test to see if people would do it or not. which they didnt so of course i tried to make it weirder-
puzzle 2; (x) using the exact same translation rules as above. we have alejandro and the snake, which with the tangodeltaindia cipher key means A6. going to the website, putting it in ‘decode’ mode, pasting in your text, and setting the shift to ‘6′ gives you this translation.
“in his eyes are an island. nothing but a dream, born out of going to bed angry. sink or swim.”
this was just hinting around at where the story was gonna go so it’ll make more sense later. something else to note; if you zoom all the way in and look into alejandros eye (’in his eyes’), you’ll see the word ‘Thera’. ~thats a surprise tool that will help us later~
so after this one, there are two non-puzzle posts that are also just hints (i was just tryna see if i could get people hyped), the first is a close up picture of chris with red eyes that simply says “those arent his eyes”, and then a post that says “his real names not chris :)”, they’re again referencing his eyes, and this time further implying theres something fake or wrong about them, or with chris as a person. again, it’ll be explained better later on.
moving on to puzzle 3 (x), another test to see if anyones keeping up (which also failed josdfjsdfkjs), using the same translation rules, dj = a dash or minus, and the snail = 5, “-5″, shift the letter ‘A’ BACK five instead of forward, and you get the simple translation of; “getting harder now.”
puzzle 4 and 5; at this point, there are two images posted within hours of each other that i’ll explain together as they line up. (x) (x)
These are some of the only ones that can be translated from just the tangodeltaindia key directly. They end up a string of numbers, which are latitude and longitude coordinates. The first post, labelled “the lie”, translates into “45.57394802102744, -81.46817207492494″. googling that will take you to maps and show you to a place called Lonely Island in Canada.
The second one, “the truth”, translates into “36.404663113177534, 25.39605673375295″, taking you to Santorini, Greece.
This is where the hints got really out there bc i realized nobody was following along but i still wanted to paint a picture. so this is the set up;;; the idea that the ‘island’ (camp wawanakwa) existing somewhere in canada, is a lie. the ‘true’ location being santorini isnt meant to be taken at face value though. the mythology behind santorini is that a man impregnated a goddess and to escape the wrath of her father (triton), she formed the island (santorini) by having her lover throw clay into the sea, and then she gave birth to her son, Theras, on this island, giving the island it’s Other nickname, Thera.
this is again just a vague implication that the island might not be real at all, or that it was formed through cosmic means.
the next two posts are more non-puzzle hints, the first showing the definition of the word ‘fresh’ (new), and the second being images of total drama backgrounds with no characters and the text reading “they were always empty.” more, admittedly very outlandish implications that the island is some kind of illusion, but again mostly just another try to drag people into the blog.
puzzle 6. (x) this one introduces a new concept to the regular translation rules, some of the characters are laying down. its kinda supposed to imply they’re “dead” and that you need to take their corresponding letters out of the alphabet given on the Caesar cipher page, below the shift. The upright characters translate to “-9″, so you shift ‘A’ back 9 letters. Then remove the letters; “TH-E-R-A-S”, and with those letters taken out, you can finally translate the text.
“he creates life solely to destroy it. to crush it in his hands. he births chaos so that he may have something to control. the power has given him madness. the isolation, arrogance. don't try to stop him, he's already chosen to be unstoppable. his mind is a perfectly crafted prison, one we will all soon be living in.”
this is where the story gets more on the nose. it’s talking about chris, and about him being an unstoppable cosmic force, a diety who can create worlds within his own mind, and he does so maliciously just for power. hes created the campers through mental energy just to torment them. it also hints that his plan is to expand the world of total drama island and engulf the whole universe.
puzzle 7. (x) same as the last puzzle. beaver and moose translate to ‘1-0′ or ten. the characters lying down to remove from the caesar cipher alphabet are “T-U-L-P-A”. this doesnt have anything to do with the modern way some ppl interact with tulpas but just the actual idea of creating thoughtforms, or willing your thoughts into real life creations, referencing how chris has created the entire island and everyone on it solely through his mind. with those letters removed and the shift set forward 10, you get this:
“his psychic power is unfathomable. the reality he bore was just a passing thought. an idea that became so dangerous. he predates the idea of a mind, the minds own ability to recognize itself, his synapses are paradoxically ancient. the island exists only within himself, to torment the souls hes created, and damned from the start. will they ever be free?”
it states that chris is more than a man or even just a diety, hes an all powerful god already, yet he craves more power. the final line, “will they ever be free” is in reference to the campers, which segways into the next arc;;; freeing the campers from chris’ psychic island imprisonment.
puzzle 8. (x) to solve this one you have to translate the top image with the tangodeltaindia cipher key, and add it to the text given, which creates a link. this leads to a PDF, a page from a book written by terence mckenna. he’s a famous ethnobotanist known best for his studies on DMT, the strongest hallucinogenic drug in the world, its also known as the spirit molecule. many people on this drug (without any prior knowledge of this phenomenon) will recount meeting strange fractal beings that can create things in the universe just by speaking them into existence, theyve come to be known as ‘machine elves’, a term coined by mckenna. ill show the most important excerpt from the page;
Tumblr media
this is less about the psychedelic drug part and more about the words and ideas, like “punching a hole through a dimension so it pours through” and “if god didnt exist man would invent him”. its more worldbuilding towards chris’ power and cosmic abilities
then come 2 more clues. a picture of chris holding his own body captioned ‘ego death’, and the meaning behind the name ‘chris mcclean’. the latter is another “please look over here” post, but the first is another minor reference to the previous puzzles answer involving DMT and terence mckenna. ‘ego death’ is a term again used with strong psychedelic drugs, its the sensation that your spirit as you know it is literally Dying, and you are instead connected to and a part of everything around you. another reference to chris’ power and how he may look like a man but his body and spirit are connected to the world hes built in unfathomable ways. at this point im cementing the idea that chris mclean is not a mortal man and cannot be fought with mortal weapons
puzzle 9. (x) this one was an attempt to make easier to solve puzzles, and comes with a visual of chris looming over the island. the text is in wingdings, which can be translated through multiple websites found through google. it says;
“s︎o︎o︎n︎ h︎e︎ w︎i︎l︎l︎ s︎l︎e︎e︎p.︎ h︎e︎ w︎i︎l︎l︎ d︎r︎e︎a︎m︎ a︎ n︎e︎w︎ h︎e︎l︎l︎,︎ a︎n︎d︎ t︎h︎a︎t︎ w︎i︎l︎l︎ b︎e︎ o︎u︎r︎ o︎n︎l︎y︎ c︎h︎a︎n︎c︎e︎,︎ t︎o︎ s︎a︎v︎e︎ h︎i︎s︎ c︎r︎e︎a︎t︎i︎o︎n︎s︎,︎ a︎n︎d︎ f︎r︎e︎e︎ t︎h︎o︎s︎e︎ w︎h︎o︎ w︎e︎r︎e︎ n︎e︎v︎e︎r︎ d︎e︎s︎i︎g︎n︎e︎d︎ t︎o︎ b︎e︎ f︎r︎e︎e︎.︎ t︎h︎i︎s︎ m︎a︎y︎ c︎o︎m︎e︎ a︎t︎ a︎ c︎o︎s︎t︎.︎ t︎h︎e︎ n︎i︎g︎h︎t︎m︎a︎r︎e︎ m︎u︎s︎t︎ e︎n︎d︎,︎ t︎h︎e︎ o︎u︎r︎o︎b︎o︎r︎o︎s︎ o︎f︎ h︎i︎s︎ s︎y︎n︎c︎o︎pe︎ m︎u︎s︎t︎ c︎l︎o︎s︎e︎,︎ b︎u︎t︎ i︎t︎ m︎a︎y︎ t︎u︎r︎n︎ o︎u︎r︎ e︎f︎f︎o︎r︎t︎s︎ o︎f︎ s︎a︎l︎v︎a︎t︎i︎o︎n︎ t︎o︎ d︎u︎s︎t︎.︎ o︎u︎r︎ f︎i︎g︎h︎t︎ m︎i︎g︎h︎t︎ e︎n︎d︎ i︎n︎ s︎a︎c︎r︎i︎f︎i︎c︎e︎,︎ r︎e︎n︎d︎e︎r︎i︎n︎g︎ h︎i︎s︎ l︎a︎s︎t︎ i︎n︎v︎e︎n︎t︎i︎o︎n︎ b︎u︎t︎ a︎ c︎e︎a︎s︎e︎l︎e︎s︎s︎ v︎o︎i︎d︎.︎ w︎e︎ m︎a︎y︎ s︎e︎e︎ h︎o︎r︎r︎o︎r︎s︎ t︎h︎a︎t︎ c︎a︎u︎s︎e︎ t︎h︎e︎ s︎t︎a︎r︎s︎ t︎o︎ s︎h︎u︎d︎d︎e︎r︎,︎ b︎u︎t︎ w︎e︎ m︎u︎s︎t︎ t︎a︎ke︎ t︎h︎i︎s︎ c︎h︎a︎n︎c︎e︎.︎ w︎e︎ h︎a︎v︎e︎ n︎o︎t︎h︎i︎n︎g︎ t︎o︎ l︎o︎s︎e︎,︎ a︎n︎d︎ a︎ w︎o︎r︎l︎d︎ o︎f︎ n︎o︎t︎h︎i︎n︎g︎n︎e︎s︎s︎ t︎o︎ e︎n︎d︎.︎ m︎a︎y︎ t︎h︎e︎ s︎e︎a︎ s︎w︎a︎l︎l︎o︎w︎ u︎p h︎i︎s︎ i︎s︎l︎a︎n︎d︎ o︎f︎ l︎i︎e︎s︎.︎ g︎o︎d︎ pr︎o︎t︎e︎c︎t︎ y︎o︎u︎.︎”
this is essentially saying that the island, the campers, werent all just created from his mind, but from his dreams. this confirms that he Sleeps, and claims hes going to sleep again soon, and during that time period theres a chance to kill him before he can dream up another world (or season) to control and torment. its also saying that theres a chance killing him will destroy the island and campers, but that its the only choice we would have to end the cycle. hey guys i am so bored and over the years i have been on every stimulant and anti depressant doctors are legally allowed to prescribe and its still just not quite there yet huh
puzzle 10. (x) the video, the title translates to “the island of his eye”. its just meant to encapsulate everything ive already been hinting around at but with real footage and some audios taken from the show, and again, it was me tryna make some lore that was easy to digest and also terrifying to an audience with no other context. the final images are the only new clues, if you pause fast enough you can barely make out the characters that (paired with the tangodeltaindia cipher key) would say “set them free”, and you can also see an aerial view of what is actually called “the eye of argentina”. it is a real island that rotates atop a swamp, it is geometrically perfect and no one really knows for sure why it rotates the way it does or how it was formed. this clue is simply related back to the idea that the island of wawanakwa’s location is not in canada, and that it does not function like a normal island.
puzzle 11. (x) what td blog is complete without a uquiz? anyways, it doesnt matter how you answer the quiz, theres only one possible result. the title is a link to a mega file, which is protected with a decryption key. the image attached to the result, when deciphered, is the randomly generated key to the unlock the file. the image you see from the file is this; (TW for mentions of self harm and eye trauma)
Tumblr media
in case this is too hard to read ill transcribe what it says;
“How to escape the dream - accept that there is no dream to escape, and no you to escape it. - believe in it anyways. - sleep on your back. - cover your eyes. - hide a nail under the pillow. - wait for the ringing. - when you first see him, dont call his name. dont speak. - keep your eyes shut. - on the second night, ask where the camp is. he wont respond verbally. - on the third night, you’ll see his eyes. - on the fourth night, you’ll enter them. - you can’t turn back after the fifth night. - don’t try to hide your fears. he knows them before you arrive. - don’t shut your eyes for too long when it becomes too much. you risk losing them. - find chris mclean. - don’t stop till the nail is through the socket. - repeat on the other side. - repeat on yourself. - congratulations. they are free”
this is, believe it or not, an idea that comes from my very own sleep paralysis experiences. ive dealt with it a lot, so why not make a weird ritual thing for an arg based off it ig. so whenever i’d fall asleep on my back, i’d eventually hear this ringing in my ears (or it’d happen upon waking up), and then the sleep paralysis would begin. i only ‘saw’ stuff a couple times but the fear for me was really more about the overwhelming sensation of pure dread that always came along with it even when i was aware what was happening, and i Always got this feeling too that if i opened my eyes in that moment, something was gonna stab them.
so moving on to how that applies to the arg, the first few lines are about how, obviously, the island is not real, even in the lore being given its a figment of chris’ imagination, but you have to enter it anyways, and the only way to do that is to believe its real. then it tells you how to ‘enter’ that world, (btw i didn’t expect anyone to actually follow these instructions if found, but even if they did, the whole ‘sleep paralysis being caused by sleeping on your back’ thing usually only happens if you’re predisposed to having it and only happens to Some people who have it, so the intent was like. never to bring that upon anybody. but if you are prone to sleep paralysis plz do not attempt even as a joke or anything thx)
the parts about hallucinating chris then are as follows, “ask about the camp / he wont respond verbally” , meaning he will show you through a dream instead, one that might look a lot like the video from before. “on the third night you will see his eyes”, meaning you will see the island but not be able to interact with it, or basically, how we see total drama on tv right now. “on the fourth night you’ll enter (his eyes)” references the island existing ‘within his eyes’, meaning you will enter the actual island. the next night chris will sleep and you will be able to enter the island again and find him. the idea with the nail is that, if you destroy his eyes you destroy the ‘island’ within them. wrapping back around to sleep paralysis, the idea of stabbing yourself with the nail afterwards is because sometimes, the only thing you can move during sleep paralysis is your fingertips and toes, and wiggling those can help bring you out of the paralysis. so at first how i used to wake myself up, but it didnt usually work fast enough so oftentimes id just pinch the shit out of my fingers and use pain to make my muscles start up faster.
the next post is a link to a countdown. again, i knew nobody was rly following at this point, but i wanted a little more build up before just dropping the ending. it was set up to end 5 days after the last post, aka the one that mentioned a 5 night dream ritual.
puzzle 12. (x) going all the way back to the normal multi step translation puzzles. the coloring of the cipher is a bit different, and its missing chris, but its meant to be used the same as it was before, these changes are only for dramatic effect. and chris is gone because well. we mentally offed him in the inception dream land last time. so anyways the snake = 6, shift A to 6, take out the letters “R-I-C-K” of the characters laying in their graves, and you get this translation;
“its almost time. we must now crack open our minds like a crowbar to a sealed chest. like an egg to a pan. to find our way into camp wawanakwa our ego cannot remain intact, and to traverse it we must stay strong. to escape it, we must glue the pieces back together. now we sleep. dream. end the nightmare.”
this is a final message before ‘entering the island’ to kill chris and free the campers from the island. it acts like a pep talk.
the next post is just the countdown ending.
puzzle 13 (the finale). (x)
this post sends you to a new blog entirely, called @awakenfromthenightmare. there is only one post on it. the post has another link to a mega file, and the link is attached onto a string of text. follow the link by clicking, then copy the text and paste it in as the decryption key. now you have another image to translate with the tangodeltaindia cipher;
Tumblr media
when translated, the text is another link to a youtube video.
 www.youtube.com/watch?v=dQw4w9WgXcQ
so there you have it, that video is the ending to the entire arg. it didnt really end the way i wanted at first, i got burnt out from no engagement about halfway through which isnt anybody elses fault, but i still felt this was a well crafted and fitting finale. thank you all for reading.

Lauren and Kieran’s Relationship: Action not Words
*Mini rant before the actual post:
So apparently someone shared my post about Kieran to the Purple Hyacinth group on Band (shoutout to @lanxyuu for showing me this) and a bunch of people there liked it including Sophism herself which is crazy because this comic has become my life??? And the work she and Eph do is amazing??? And she said she liked my brain!?!?!? AHHHHHHH- sorry I’m still shook but I honestly can’t believe that she actually liked my work just... AHHHHHHHH!
*Mini rant ended here*
Anyways, seeing as how I’m currently a broke, unemployed, soon-to-be-grad student under quarantine, I have no coins to fastpass the last episodes of PH. Believe me it is the greatest tragedy of my life. But I still wanna write more about PH so what should I do? Well I decided to write about how we can learn more about Lauren and Kieran’s relationship through their non-verbal interactions. By looking at how they act around each other rather than just what they say, we can get a better sense for what their relationship was like before episode 43, and where it may go from there. Now I’m not gonna talk about every single time they interact with each other because some are irrelevant, it would take way too long to write and this post would become even more of a mess than it already is.
Now you might be thinking this is just an excuse to discuss one of my favourite ships because their relationship in the comic isn’t the greatest rn and I don’t want to/can’t accept that they may not get together (in the foreseeable future), and you’d be right. Let me have this.
Ok so the first scene I wanna talk about is the very first physical interaction they have where they’re not actively attacking/trying to kill each other. I’m talking of course about when they make the deal to work together in episode 11.
Tumblr media
What I like about this is that it’s both impersonal and intimate, because they’re both doing this for their own reasons and they both see the other as a means to an end, but it’s also a blood pact. Kieran cuts his hand and offers it to her, and Lauren accepts in kind. They’re becoming bound to each other, but all in the common interest to take down the Leader.
The same can also be said for when they go dancing; it’s just an act. A way to blend in and find Anslow. They tango and banter and get all close and we all lived for it (hell I’m still living for it), because it’s hot and the sexual tension is insane but to them it’s just apart of the operation and doesn’t really mean anything. Like when she later seduces Anslow to get him alone. It’s all a part of the plan
Tumblr media
I’d say the moment we see the biggest shift is after the whole Blakelsey situation. They’re back at the cave and Lauren is pretty shook because not only did Kieran save her life, but he showed her that he really does try to avoid killing when given the choice. So when she sees he’s injured and struggling with his bandages, she goes to help him.
Tumblr media
Sidenote: This is completely unrelated to anything in this post but I just wanted to say that I never realised how attractive a back could be until I saw Kieran’s so thank you Soph for giving this to us🙏🏻
Tumblr media
You can see this is part of her way of thanking him for saving her before she actually tells him. You can see that she’s beginning to reevaluate the idea of him that she has in her head, because his actions that night contradict everything she assumed about him. This is the moment she begins to see his humanity. And he’s pretty shocked too because he’s accustomed to doing everything alone and her of all people offering her help and thanks is wild to him, but more about how Kieran feels later.
Things change the most for Lauren after the whole Grim Goblin incident. She’s jumped out of a hotel window, into a tree and fell several storeys to the ground. Kieran finds her injured and trying to play it off as nothing because 1) She’s a strong, independent woman who don’t need no man, and 2) Because she’d rather not get the help of this man in particular. But he calls bullshit and scoops her up bridal style. Again, she’s shook because the Purple Hyacinth is carrying her bridal style, but it wears off quickly and she begins struggling out of his grip. The piggyback is clearly a compromise where he can still carry her but it’s less intimate and, dare I say, ‘damsel-like’ than before. I also think Lauren was ok with the piggyback because it made her taller than Kieran and therefore more in control lol.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Then they get to his apartment and she one again tries to brush off her injuries but the the turn tables and Kieran is the one helping patch her up. He picks her up, puts her on the table and rips her sleeve off to get a better look at her cut.
Tumblr media
One thing I wanna point out is her reaction to him being so close.
Tumblr media
She’s clenching her fist on the edge of the table because he is way into her personal space. You can practically feel his breath on her neck. He’s being very clinical about everything and probably can’t feel her discomfort, but we as readers can feel just how uncomfortable and anxious she is. This man just carried her to his home and is checking her wounds and is gonna patch her up and it’s breaking every preconceived notion she had of him in her head. He’s not some murderous monster *wink wink* whose sole purpose is to spread misery and pain. He’s just a man who lives in an apartment and likes to read and draw and eats and breaths just like any other person. Logically, she knows that he’s a human, but actually seeing it is another thing entirely. And her realizing this now only makes everything that goes down in episode 43 hurt that much more.
I realize that most of this word vomit essay is about how Lauren feels, but what about Kieran? What can we lean about how he feels about Lauren? Well, that’s gonna be a bit trickier. For one thing, Lauren is the main character, therefore we spend way more time in head than his by a long shot. We know less about his motivations and personality than we do about hers. All of this contributes to the mystery that is Kieran White. But there are moments we can learn things about him, especially when his true feelings shine through.
One thing that demonstrates this a lot is when Lauren surprises him. There are times when Lauren says or does something and for just a second, it throws Kieran off and has him really think about the mystery that is Lauren Sinclair.
We see this happen a few times: First when they’re preparing to go get Anslow and he sees her disguise and the gun strapped to her thigh, Next when she’s thanking him for saving her life and finally when he sees her the morning after she sleeps over.
Tumblr media
With the first one he’s more pleasantly surprised than anything, seeing officer goodie-twoshoes being this resourceful and sneaky. He expected her to be more of a straight-lace killjoy, but now he’s seeing more of her ‘bad girl’ side and it’s interesting.
He’s more shocked than surprised when she thanks him for saving her. Like I said before, he’s an assassin. When do you think the last time he was thanked for saving a life rather than taking one? Probably never honestly. And now this woman, who he knows doesn’t like him very much, is helping him with his bandages and offering him gratitude and he’s kind of in awe of it all. Of course we see him try to brush it off by being a jackass (and we love him for it) but still, I see you Kieran👀.
I think the final scene is the most interesting tho. Because he comes back from getting her stuff at the cave and just sees her standing there. She doesn’t do anything or say anything out of the ordinary. She’s just standing there... in one of his shirts and basically nothing else... in his apartment... the morning after sleeping in his bed.
Tumblr media
He was confused as to why he brought her there the night before and he’s never brought anyone to his home before, so I think seeing her like this, all casual in his space despite everything, is really driving home just how close they’ve become and how he hasn’t had anything remotely close to a friend or companion or whatever they are in years.
But once again, this was all before episode 43, which still hurts my soul. I know things are gonna be different after everything, but I hope that Lauren and Kieran are able to express themselves more with each other as the story continues.
So yeah, this is a mess. If you’ve made it this far, congrats! Now this post was more of a labour of love than I initially thought because it took literally a whole day to write and then got deleted the next day! So this is the rewrite. Lowkey happy it got deleted because this is far less rambling than before. Take a moment to let that sink in. As I’m writing this episode 48 is only a couple hours from being made free for everyone. Watch me come back on here and post another essay about it lol. Looking forward to doing more of these though! Thanks for all the feedback and remember to send the creators some love!

LoL Chapter 9- Burnt Parchment
Masterpost
A Wizard Hermits tale (AU belongs to @theguardiansofredland )
A brief respite for the hermits, they all take the time to rest, train, and learn more. While Xisuma digs through the libraries for information on dark magic, Stress discovers an unnerving note far from home.
____________________________________
Xisuma hums to himself, fingers running along the books. Old leather soft and emblazoned with gilded letters, sharp parchment of scrolls cutting into his skin with new vigor. All kinds of books and tomes and tablets, collected among Joe’s library. It’s a well cared for collection, and Joe prides himself on all the knowledge stowed in his home.
The only problem is how he sorts his books. Most librarians would use one of many systems developed by scholars, perhaps by genre or author’s last name. But no, Joe used his own strange system, a madness to his method. No matter what the other hermits do to fix his insanity among the stacks, he only shuffles it back. And Xisuma is stuck reading through the strange collection their resident poet has amassed. He blinks away as he reads something he’d rather not, and pulls free an aged scroll, adding it to the collection in his hands.
Xisuma steps back, turning. His eyes fall across the large black lacquered cabinet settled in the corner of the poet’s home. Distant from everything else, even the azure blue bed that’s covered in half-written poems and spells. Cold metal brushes against X’s fingers as he unconsciously touches the wrought iron key. “Dark magic has to be somewhere in there.”
He reluctantly opens the banned book cabinet. Joe isn’t a person to ban books just for being controversial. In fact, the poet loves to bring books other libraries wouldn’t dare hold. Knowledge that should be spoken, kept safe. Illegal works against the Council, exposes on guilds, lost history no longer taught in schools. If their island in the Ashioll sea was a sanctuary to the illegal guild, this library was a sanctuary to illegal words.
But even some knowledge is dangerous in the wrong hands. And if there’s anything X could call dark magic, it’s dangerous in any hand. Only one book among the darkened oak shelves gives him any hint to it’s contents including dark magic. A book about ancient magic. Why is this with the taboo tomes? Xisuma stands, tucking his armful of books close to his chest and donning his mask back on to face the sunlight.
Xisuma is a void wizard. He spends his days staring into the darkness of space, learning from the motions of dark matter and the void between stars. When others look to the light to discover truth, he can see everything beyond space and time, warped by the light others seek. X’s fingers run across a fractured part of his helmet. Where an insignia of a sun surrounded by spiraling void was dented out of existence. He can just barely feel the sharp triangular points of his brother’s symbol nowadays.
He pulls the mask over his head, and braves the sunshine of his island home. In the distance, he can hear yelling, followed by the sharp clang of metal. The ground rumbles, and out of the corner of X’s vision he sees pillars of stone spire free from the grass. False and Scar are dueling, and Xisuma notices silver coins being passed between TFC and Cub. An easy smile appears beneath X’s mask. TFC was never one to stay holed up in the infirmary long. He’s still pale and weak from the crystal attack, but nothing would stop the guildmaster from being with his family. So long as he’s not using his magic, Xisuma won’t stop him.
The fading black veins up TFC’s arm reminds Xisuma why he’s researching dark magic. After what happened to their guildmaster, their leader and father figure, Xisuma needs to know why it happened. And how to stop it from hurting any of his family. Ever again. Dirt crunches under his boots as Xisuma walks to the stone tower he calls home. The oldest structure, the first part of the island built up. When him and his brother fled into the mysterious sea, setting up the Order of Hermits. Fitting name, seeing as they’re the only ones brave enough- or stupid enough- to call the odd archapelago home.
“Sheshwammy!” Keralis’s voice runs across the air like honey, but the magnitude of his voice causes Xisuma to jolt in his boots. A scroll drops, falling open and rolling across the dirt. Xisuma groans, tucking his chin to chase after the runaway parchment. Keralis aids him, scooping up the scroll and tightening the paper around the wooden rod. “Whatcha got there? A little bit of light reading?”
“I wouldn’t call dark magic ‘light reading’.” Xisuma chuckles, plucking the scroll handed across from him. Keralis’s expression is quite alarmed.
“Dark magic? Like spooky scary attacking crystal dark magic?” Keralis peers at the books in Xisuma’s hand. “Why are you trying to learn dark magic?”
“I’m not trying to learn it- I’m trying to learn about it. So...so things that happened in Gildara don’t ever happen here. Don’t ever happen to our island.” Keralis nods, nudging Xisuma’s shoulder to show it was all in jest. And the void mage feels like he can breathe.
“Are you going to hole up in that tower of yours then?” Keralis watches X’s eyes through his visor, the crossed scars over his left eye. “Sheshwammy, come, let’s have some tea in my house! Soak in the sun, it’s good for you!”
Keralis waves Xisuma to the glass hemisphere, tall grass and undergrowth flourishing in the massive terrarium. A single tree props up the glass from within, and a beehive thick with honey sits like fruit hung low from the tree. Black flecks buzz around among the terrarium, denizens of bugs flying in their habitat. To and from their food and wherever they make home within Keralis’s terrarium. When Keralis first showcased his magic to Xisuma, he admits he was freaked out. To gain magic by consuming bugs seemed...strange. But over time, it was no different than Joe’s poetry magic or Tango’s hellbound spells.
“Hello Suzy. How’s the hive today?” Keralis giggles, giving the fuzzy bee a pat. X stops at the door, watching Keralis file away some of his magical treats for later. “I was just coming to grab some more beetles before fighting Cleo, but this gives me an excuse to not face her now.”
Xisuma sits down among the grass, the tall blades bending outward like a nest. Green and grey robes spread out, and Xisuma sets his pile of books on Keralis’s green bed. Keralis places a cup of tea in his hand, his friend remembering exactly how much sugar, honey, and milk he likes in his tea. Xisuma’s shoulders untense, remembering why he wanted a guild in the first place.
They weren’t just a team. They were family. They have each other. He’s not the only one worrying about TFC, others are taking good care of him. And they take good care of each other, including X. Xisuma swirls the spoon in his tea, blowing on the steaming drink and raising his head to feel the sun filter through the glass dome. His brother always wanted a family like this, but sometimes the sun shines too bright even for those who rely on it’s light. Every time Xisuma feels the warm rays on his brown hair, he thinks of his brother.
But he always chases the thoughts out. That wimp left, ran away when things finally started to become real. Xisuma pulls the book on the top of the stack and forces it open. He flips to the page about magic law and illegal magic.
Keralis peeks over Xisuma’s shoulder, trying to follow the insane speed the void wizard reads at. He doesn’t catch everything he sees, or understands most of what he reads, but the pages do reference the words he fears to be true. “Do you really think someone is practicing dark magic?”
“I’m sure it’s dark magic. You saw how those husk people acted.” Xisuma picks up a book discarded to the side, pointing to a single paragraph. Hardly more than a line references the process of magic. “Dark magic is illegal for a reason- it steals power, killing the person who it’s stolen from. But none of these books talk about how it happens. There’s no mention of crystals, or the entire land devoid of life. A grey wasteland.”
“What about this book?” Keralis sits in the grass, pulling up a massive, ancient leather book. “Plirus Mageia.” The bug mage opens the book, dust spouting free of the yellow, torn pages and causing Keralis to cough.
“Well, it says it’s complete, but does that really mean…” Keralis grins as he discovers dark magic listed in the index, flipping to the page. It’s Xisuma’s turn to peer over Keralis’s shoulder, watching the ancient pages flipping forward, deft fingers searching for the page number listed.  Until they go past it. Keralis frowns, and flips back. And misses again. One by one, they look through the book. All that remains of the chapter on dark magic is ash, pouring into Keralis’s lap when he tips the book forward. “Someone doesn’t want dark magic to get out.”
“Or someone doesn’t want anyone to know their secret.” Keralis whispers.
-------------------------------------------
Stress packs the snow tight, pressing rosy pink lips onto the forehead of the snowman. One hand has her icy magic circle pressing against the torso. A little kiss like that sends magic surging through the white snow, each crystal and snowflake imbued with her power. The stone eyes blink and bluster against it’s cold body, and stick arms wiggle to life. “There you go lovely! Go explore! Watch out fer the edge!”
Stress giggles as the snowman wanders across her icy island home. Just offshore of Eremita, she built her igloo under the cooling respite of an eternal snowcloud. She sits back, closing her eyes and feeling the chill touch of snowflakes falling on her pale cheeks. The cold water tickles her skin, clinging to the warm, fluffy grey fuzz that keeps her comfortable. She loves the cold, because it means she can cozy up in her warm robes, fluffy boots, and thick pants. She doesn’t have to worry about her hair being too long at her neck, or if she has too many blankets- which is never enough in her opinion. She’s known as a blanket thief, and it takes bribery to get them back.
Snow crunches, the fresh layer depressing onto the white powder beneath it. Stress peeks open her eyes, and notices her new snow friend is waving for her attention, rock mouth mute to call for her. Rigid sticks flap back and forth, until the snowman knows it has her attention. It points a wooden finger down to the icy waters around her island.
“What is that doin’ here?” Stress questions, standing up. She brushes the snow from her rear, watching the tiny boat rock against the ice chunks. She can only imagine if these enchanted sailboats had little itty bitty sailors, they’d look like massive icebergs, just before a frozen continent at the bow. “I thought these didn’t leave the cities.”
Stress scoops up the wooden boat, fingers running along the smoldering fabric sail. The edges turn to ash upon her touch, embers eating further into the sail and smoking the wooden ship. It’s in bad shape, and Stress can’t figure out how such a little ship meant for messaging within a city made its way out here. Why is it burned?
She remembers the contents of the boat, pulling off a glove to squeeze her finger into the thin deck. Sure enough, a scroll was being carried by the scorched ship. The snowman at her side reaches for the boat, like a child desiring a toy. It’s wish is granted, Stress ignoring the boat in lieu of opening the parchment.
It’s burned as well, and whatever edges aren’t black and charred are torn and tattered. On the backside, Stress can see printed letters torn through. It reminds her of when she went to school in Milliara, among the other noble children learning how to be good heirs, passing notes on torn sheets of their notebooks. The twine falls apart in her hand, allowing the burnt parchment to open.
Stress gasps, letting the letter fall to the snow. She runs to the icy edge of her snowstorm, but the ice rises to meet her feet. Walking across frozen water beneath her shoes, until she’s on solid ground again. She doesn’t slow, doesn’t hesitate. She needs to tell the others what was on the paper.
The parchment, burnt and soaked with snow, flutters in the warm Ashioll sea air. Blood for ink scrawls out two words.

Hey!! I have another sorta kinda worldbuilding question,,,, and it may be bc I'm trying to figure out more abt the helsmets I made,,, 👉👈 but how did u figure out like. how the characters link to / travel to and from their hermits? I am trying to figure that out in particular w a couple of em that I made but I am simply lying on the floor with an empty brain and no ideas
Oooo your helsmet OCs
Unfortunately! I don't have too many hard and fast rules for it. I can give you my thought process, if that helps?
I made Helsknight's back and forth first, because its established in canon he can travel between worlds [though I think it's implied to be difficult. I think he came through the nether the first time.] But when I first started writing for Hels/Wels, I was writing Helsknight as more like,,, a set of intrusive thoughts that gets more solid in the dark -- a bit like how you get grimmer thoughts when you're tired. He was a presence that sometimes got firm enough to manifest. Then when I started working on RnS, it seemed logical he would slip through shadows. As Welsknights "dark thoughts", as his "dark side", it made sense to me that he is almost literally Welsknight's shadow, and can use those shadows to fall back and forth. He has more freedom of movement than most helsmets because Welsknight plays on a lot of worlds, and Helsknight can go where he's been [as any good shadow does].
For Tango/Tanguish, I liked the idea of a mirror or reflection. They started the story very close, and there is a fondness there that you sometimes get when you look in a mirror. And given Tango was looking for a friend -- I dunno, your reflection is such a recognizable thing. The connection made sense to me. So they can kind of fall through to each other -- but only where each other is, because you can't really have a reflection unless you're there to cast it. It's more rooted by proximity.
And then some helsmets I think have no access to their other halves. The Demon wants nothing to do with Impulse -- Impulse is a threat to him. Impulse is probably the only person in the world he truly, deeply fears, because he sees in Impulse the potential for his undoing. It's that fear and aversion that drives him not being able to travel. He doesn't want to glimpse his hermit in any aspect of his life, and it's rooting him in place.
If you're trying to build your own unique ways for travel, I might try breaking it down like that for your characters. Would they want access to their other half, or vice versa? What are they to their other half? Are they a shadow, a dark reflection, two sides of the same coin, etc? Are they an idea that drowns their other half [travel exclusively through water] or are they maybe a passion, or anger [stepping through fire]? Do they have unlimited access, or can they only come when called? Or can they go places their other half can't follow, reflecting the idea that their other half feels trapped, but they're free to roam? Etc. etc. etc.

Misbehaving: The Making of Behavioural Economics by Richard H. Thaler; Quotes
One day on a phone call I asked him how he was feeling. He said, “You know, it’s funny. When you have the flu you feel like you are going to die, but when you are dying, most of the time you feel just fine.”
Let a six-year-old girl with brown hair need thousands of dollars for an operation that will prolong her life until Christmas, and the post office will be swamped with nickels and dimes to save her. But let it be reported that without sales tax the hospital facilities of Massachusetts will deteriorate and cause a barely perceptible increase in preventable deaths—not many will drop a tear or reach for their checkbooks.
“willingness to pay” or “willingness to accept.”
Opportunity costs are vague and abstract when compared to handing over actual cash.
The Weber-Fechner Law holds that the just-noticeable difference in any variable is proportional to the magnitude of that variable. If I gain one ounce, I don’t notice it, but if I am buying fresh herbs, the difference between 2 ounces and 3 ounces is obvious. Psychologists refer to a just noticeable difference as a JND.
So, we experience life in terms of changes, we feel diminishing sensitivity to both gains and losses, and losses sting more than equivalently-sized gains feel good.
Big ideas are fine, but I needed to publish papers to stay employed. Looking back, I had what science writer Steven Johnson calls a “slow hunch.” A slow hunch is not one of those “aha” insights when everything becomes clear. Instead, it is more of a vague impression that there is something interesting going on, and an intuition that there could be something important lurking not far away. The problem with a slow hunch is you have no way to know whether it will lead to a dead end. I felt like I had arrived on the shores of a new world with no map, no idea where I should be looking, and no idea whether I would find anything of value.
Economists don’t care whether you like a firm mattress better than a soft one or vice versa, but they cannot tolerate you saying that you like a firm mattress better than a soft one and a soft one better than a firm one.
Psychologists tell us that in order to learn from experience, two ingredients are necessary: frequent practice and immediate feedback.
Many people have made money selling magic potions and Ponzi schemes, but few have gotten rich selling the advice, “Don’t buy that stuff.”
acquisition utility and transaction utility.
Expressions such as “don’t cry over spilt milk” and “let bygones be bygones” are another way of putting economists’ advice to ignore sunk costs.
Many mentioned the advice, often attributed to William Faulkner, but apparently said by many, that writers have to learn to “kill their darlings.” The advice has been given so often, I suspect, because it is hard for any writer to do.
The bigger lesson is that once you understand a behavioral problem, you can sometimes invent a behavioral solution to it. Mental accounting is not always a fool’s game.
A good rule to remember is that people who are threatened with big losses and have a chance to break even will be unusually willing to take risks, even if they are normally quite risk averse.
Although it is never stated explicitly as an assumption in an economics textbook, in practice economic theory presumes that self-control problems do not exist.
Some early economists viewed any discounting of future consumption as a mistake—a failure of some type. It could be a failure of willpower, or, as Arthur Pigou famously wrote in 1921, it could be a failure of imagination: “Our telescopic faculty is defective and . . . we, therefore, see future pleasures, as it were, on a diminished scale.”
The economics training the students receive provides enormous insights into the behavior of Econs, but at the expense of losing common-sense intuition about human nature and social interactions. Graduates no longer realize that they live in a world populated by Humans.
I once gave a talk about self-control to a group of economists at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. At one point I used the word “temptation,” and one of the audience members asked me to define it. Someone else in the audience jumped in to say, “It’s in the Bible.” But it was not in the economists’ dictionary.
Ainslie’s paper also provides a long discussion of various strategies for dealing with self-control problems. One course of action is commitment: removing the cashews or tying yourself to the mast. Another is to raise the cost of submitting to temptation. For example, if you want to quit smoking, you could write a large check to someone you see often with permission to cash the check if you are seen smoking. Or you can make that bet with yourself, what Ainslie calls a “private side bet.” You could say to yourself, “I won’t watch the game on television tonight until I finish [some task you are tempted to postpone].”
We all have occasions on which we change our minds, but usually we do not go to extraordinary steps to prevent ourselves from deviating from the original plan. The only circumstances in which you would want to commit yourself to your planned course of action is when you have good reason to believe that if you change your preferences later, this change of preferences will be a mistake.
At some point in pondering these questions, I came across a quote from social scientist Donald McIntosh that profoundly influenced my thinking: “The idea of self-control is paradoxical unless it is assumed that the psyche contains more than one energy system, and that these energy systems have some degree of independence from each other.” The passage is from an obscure book, The Foundations of Human Society. I do not know how I came by the quote, but it seemed to me to be obviously true. Self-control is, centrally, about conflict. And, like tango, it takes (at least) two to have a conflict.
One principle that emerged from our research is that perceptions of fairness are related to the endowment effect.
“If you gouge them at Christmas they won’t come back in March.” That remains good advice for any business that is interested in building a loyal clientele.
Although it is true that in the Ultimatum Game the most common offer is often 50%, one cannot conclude that Proposers are trying to be fair. Instead, they may be quite rationally worried about being rejected.
Further research by Ernst Fehr and his colleagues has shown that, consistent with Andreoni’s finding, a large proportion of people can be categorized as conditional cooperators, meaning that they are willing to cooperate if enough others do. People start out these games willing to give their fellow players the benefit of the doubt, but if cooperation rates are low, these conditional cooperators turn into free riders. However, cooperation can be maintained even in repeated games if players are given the opportunity to punish those who do not cooperate. As illustrated by the Punishment Game, described earlier, people are willing to spend some of their own money to teach a lesson to those who behave unfairly, and this willingness to punish disciplines potential free riders and keeps robust cooperation rates stable.
Not everyone will free ride all the time, but some people are ready to pick your pocket if you are not careful.
Shefrin and Statman’s answer relied on a combination of self-control and mental accounting. The notion was that some shareholders—retirees, for instance—like the idea of getting inflows that are mentally categorized as “income” so that they don’t feel bad spending that money to live on. In a rational world, this makes no sense. A retired Econ could buy shares in companies that do not pay dividends, sell off a portion of his stock holdings periodically, and live off of those proceeds while paying less in taxes.
“Discovery commences with the awareness of anomaly, i.e., with the recognition that nature has somehow violated the paradigm-induced expectations that govern normal science.” —Thomas Kuhn
the Journal of Economic Perspectives is available free online to anyone at www.aeaweb.org/jep, including all the back issues. It is a great place to learn about economics.
If the outside view is fleshed out carefully and informed with appropriate baseline data, it will be far more reliable than the inside view. The problem is that the inside view is so natural and accessible that it can influence the judgments even of people who understand the concept—indeed, even of the person who coined the term.
Flip a coin, heads you win $200, tails you lose $100. As Samuelson had anticipated, Brown declined this bet, saying: “I won’t bet because I would feel the $100 loss more than the $200 gain.” In other words, Brown was saying: “I am loss averse.” But then Brown said something that surprised Samuelson. He said that he did not like one bet, but would be happy to take 100 such bets.
“If it does not pay to do an act once, it will not pay to do it twice, thrice, . . . or at all.”
“myopic loss aversion.” The only way you can ever take 100 attractive bets is by first taking the first one, and it is only thinking about the bet in isolation that fools you into turning it down.
One reason is that it is risky to be a contrarian. “Worldly wisdom teaches that is it is better for reputation to fail conventionally than to succeed unconventionally.”
Remember another of Keynes’s famous lines. “In the long run, we are all dead.”
In a rational world there would not be very much trading—in fact, hardly any. Economists sometimes call this the Groucho Marx theorem. Groucho famously said that he would never want to belong to any club that would have him as a member. The economist’s version of this joke—predictably, not as funny—is that no rational agent will want to buy a stock that some other rational agent is willing to sell. Imagine two financial analysts, Tom and Jerry, are playing a round of golf. Tom mentions that he is thinking of buying 100 shares of Apple. Jerry says, that’s convenient, I was thinking of selling 100 shares. I could sell my shares to you and avoid the commission to my broker. Before they can agree on a deal, both think better of it. Tom realizes that Jerry is a smart guy, so asks himself, why is he selling? Jerry is thinking the same about Tom, so they call off the trade. Similarly, if everyone believed that every stock was correctly priced already—and always would be correctly priced—there would not be very much point in trading, at least not with the intent of beating the market. No one takes the extreme version of this “no trade theorem” literally, but most financial economists agree, at least when pressed, that trading volume is surprisingly high. There is room for differences of opinion on price in a rational model, but it is hard to explain why shares would turn over at a rate of about 5% per month in a world of Econs. However, if you assume that some investors are overconfident, high trading volume emerges naturally.
The key lesson is that prices can get out of whack, and smart money cannot always set things right.
“the three bounds”: bounded rationality, bounded willpower, and bounded self-interest.
When people are given what they consider to be unfair offers, they can get angry enough to punish the other party, even at some cost to themselves.
The winner’s curse. When many bidders compete for the same object, the winner of the auction is often the bidder who most overvalues the object being sold. The same will be true for players, especially the highly touted players picked early in the first round. The winner’s curse says that those players will be good, but not as good as the teams picking them think.
The false consensus effect. Put basically, people tend to think that other people share their preferences.
A competitive labor market does do a pretty good job of channeling people into jobs that suit them. But ironically, this logic may become less compelling as we move up the managerial ladder. All economists are at least pretty good at economics, but many who are chosen to be department chair fail miserably at that job. This is the famous Peter Principle: people keep getting promoted until they reach their level of incompetence.
“I am not the sort of person who would steal, and I hope you are not one of those evil types either.” This is an example of what game theorists call “cheap talk.” In the absence of a penalty for lying, everyone promises to be nice. However, there turns out to be one reliable signal in all this noise. If someone makes an explicit promise to split, she is 30 percentage points more likely to do so. (An example of such a statement: “I promise you I am going to split it, 120%.”) This reflects a general tendency. People are more willing to lie by omission than commission.
(...) he said he was planning to steal right up until the last minute. The hosts reminded him that he had given an impassioned speech about his father telling him that a man is only as good as his word. “What about that?” the hosts asked, somewhat aghast at this revelation. “Oh, that,” Ibrahim said. “Actually, I never met my father. I just thought it would be an effective story.” People are interesting.
Someone turning sixty who finds herself flush with surplus savings has numerous remedies, from taking an early retirement, to going on lavish vacations, to spoiling the grandchildren. But someone who learns at sixty that she has not saved enough has very little time to make up lost ground, and may find that retirement must be postponed indefinitely.
When dealing with Humans, words matter.
standard recommendation from the Cialdini bible: if you want people to comply with some norm or rule, it is a good strategy to inform them (if true) that most other people comply.
Ethical nudges must be both transparent and true.
If you want to encourage someone to do something, make it easy.
“big peanuts” fallacy
Those looking for behavioral interventions that have a high probability of working should seek out other environments in which a one-time action can accomplish the job. If no one-time solution yet exists, invent one!
As Gene Fama often says when he is asked about our competing views: we agree about the facts, we just disagree about the interpretation.
Mark Twain once said, “It ain’t what you don’t know that gets you into trouble. It’s what you know for sure that just ain’t so.”

Summer In Jersey - The Garden State Hip Hop Hour’s Richard Scott
By: Natalee Gilbert
In a land full of snakes, the Garden State is far from one.
Composed of only free spirits who "ride that wave" at all cost, New Jerseyans put on for their hometowns. As a union, they mostly have sleepless nights and quick snooze sessions throughout the day. But alone, they come from different backgrounds that helped them grow.
Even so, there is one thing that all residents can agree on: Summer In Jersey lives up to all of New Jersey's hype.
When you tune into Summer In Jersey, expect songs that highlight New Jersey's undying pride and summer functions. As one part of the compilation references to the club (or klerb as others might say), the others fall in line as beach, flex or nightclub anthems. Besides this, Summer In Jersey carries a three-part skit by The Infinite Nudist. Essentially its all about a friend who is convincing another to go with him to the beach. Then, a girl whos fed up with his distant ways as they go to the shore and it closes off with a late-night "You Up?" call from a friend who tries to convince the other to leave and go to a lituation.
A few notable tracks like "Mexico Bity (Cliquot Mix)", "Dollar Sign Malc", "Sorry Not Sorry", "Maria", "Can I Call You', "Black Pool Party" and "Invited" help tourist get the jist of what it's like to live in a goal-driven yet party oriented state. The 21 piece collective is curated by The Garden State Hip Hop Hour's boss man, Richard Scott who sought to make a timeless summer tape that everyone can enjoy.
Cued into a section of every song, Siri does her part in announcing that it's a "Garden State Hi-Hop Hour Exclusive."
The first song "Valentino" by Chad B is moreso a flex track that seperates itself with self-reflection and words of encouragement. One reason why he's able to shine is because of the daily grind. Still, his success mostly stems from an undeniable skill with rhyme schemes and autotune. Following in unison is a "diamond-in-the-rough" beat that embellishes on the obstacles he's encountered. But Chad B teaches all that there is a silver lining if you just believe and focus on yourself.
"Bad Girls Only” by Melo V is a salute to all those women working 9 to 5s! The beat is influenced by pop, techno even some R&B but the power of the track is held by Melo's strong, melodic vocal play. "Bad Girls Only" really allows women to let loose and enjoy themselves.
Fourth in line, "No Way" by Trophy Hitta Sage keeps up the momentum especially with this one liner, "Wearing yellow in the summer, you're a bright catch." Like Chad B. she uses auto-tune but its a bit more airy and passionate. At most "No Way" is a techno/hip-hop track. Trophy Hitta Sage uses the beat to speak about a girl whos got her going crazy and she just wants to know whats up.
Then theres "Invited" by BUMPPRO, a track thats quite infectious and falls as an anthem to those who don't get invited to the "off-the-wall" parties. Sonically "Invited" dabbles into rock but then carries on with futuristic synthesizers, techno and auto-tune. The song speaks about a party next door that BUMPPRO has heard about but he wasn't invited to. Nevertheless he's with the hype and is going anyway because everyone needs to let loose every now and then. The best line thus far from "Invited" is "Sounds like a sick party bouncing off the wall/ I got a case, I got a bottle. But I look fly, I came to party/f*ck those problems."
In pursuit "Act Up" by Rich Smiles stresses the projects care-free flair. It's hard to fit "Act Up" 's genre into one because of the R&B vocals at hand with a dancehall and caribbean feel. Here, he sings about a women has caught his attention but he's not looking for commitment. To have her for one night is enough and he won't let anything (or anyone) stand in his way. The highlight of "Act Up" is when Rich Smiles does a vocal run on the phrases "back up" in chorus and "act up". He really cranks up the heat with his ability to alter R&B's main focal point on love.
'Intentions" by Ganja Killz and "Zaya" take a similar approach. Driven by latin and caribbean vibes, they both use soothing vocals so listeners can feel at ease. Besides this, their native tongue pays homage to where they’re from. It’s nothing but tropical slashed with a whole lot of sultry energy.
Next, “Mexico Bity (Cliquot City)” by Killa Klerk Cobain travels back to Spanish Harlem. Killa Klerk Cobain gives glory to Jersey Club and uses it to drive the beat selection. But really, its to show listeners that people in New Jersey “really just be vibin’.” This track is solely for those who are looking to have a good time. So the tango might as well go on!
Fast forward and "Jersey Anthem" by GrooveBoyPut ft. Dougie F., Tsu Surf, Sonny Breeze, Crunch Calhoun, Albee Al Daddy pave the way for all New Jersey artists to keep going! Just like them, they've been through the struggle but still conquered. Now they're realistically living their dreams. For those who weren't there for the long haul, just know these emcees hold weight. They're coming with the pounds and don't care what others think regardless!
"For The Low" by $uper Drug$ ft.Threat Digga says it all in the title. Proficient in the ways of trapping and counting blue faces, these two only wreak havoc when someone disturbs their peace. Beat wise, "For The Low" takes the aggressive approach. These two do justice in being blunt, flexing and collecting their coins discreetly.
Now if there comes a time when a jam for night drives is needed, then "All Summer" by Dollar Sign Malc is the perfect fit. Because it gives off a 90's vibe, "All Summer" will be the only thing that shines this season. To summarize, this song fits all occasions like going to the beach or riding around the town with a shawty. Same applies for "Can I Call You?" by Najir. Even though it leans more towards a early 2000's sound, its still something with hype due to the Jersey Club influence. Najir in this song speaks about how hes in need for love and doesn't want to lose his girl.
Funnily enough, "Maria" by Smooch also speaks on a love whos got the artist stuck. Like “Mexico Bity (Cliquot City)” the beat takes a trip to South America and uses some boom bap flair. On a vocal standpoint, he hits more notes than rhymes but he excels when dabbling into the two.
"Te Fallo" by Lilskrt4k feat. Chris Cruz is similar to 'Intentions" and "Zaya". Same tropical sound with a bit of reggaeton but theres more energy and switch between Spanish and English. Seems like this song is speaking about doing anything for love also. The part that gets me is the ad-libs. It really makes one feel like they're on an island.
To say the least, "We Jus" by Bulletproof Belv tells all about summer flings. Although they're great in the moment, it's really short-lived once the leaves turn brown. "We Jus" beat leans into the trap side. But because of the background drums and snares, it distinguishes itself as a summer vibe. Overall "We Jus" is a song to play when it's just too hard to say "this is a DTF situation."
On the other hand, "Sorry Not Sorry" by GrooveBoyPut and Smoove The Rapper goes in the opposite direction. GrooveBoyPut and Smoove The Rapper are really feeling this girl but shes done them dirty so now they've started to care less. Because of the drums in back and xclophone, it categorizes itself as a summer anthem. Still, "Sorry Not Sorry" has some trap influence and can easily be mistaken as another flex or derogatory song. All in all "Sorry Not Sorry" is a song for the heartbroken. It goes hard on self-liberation and leaves no room for tears or empathy.
"See This" by DOMS is worth all the hype. Trap-ridden at its own leisure, DOMS dares anyone to step up because it'll be them against him and his boys. Equally important, DOMS flexes at an all time high. One line that speaks volume is, "Gotta make those sacrifices if you want to beat them."
Like the last track, "To the 6ix" by A-Money$ is a trap song. Aside from highlighting his luxurious trips around the world, "To the 6ix" doesn't forget to talk about the exotic women and drip that he easily obtains.
Next to last, "Can't Be" by Honey gives off a bittersweet feeling. A once mutual love, Honey catches on to her mans sneaky ways. Thus she can’t help but to be hard on herself for not noticing sooner. Following is Honey's emotionally captivating vocals and a beat that pulls heart strings.
Finally, Summer In Jersey closes off with a lucid song called "Black Pool Party (CLICQUOT MIX)" by Clicquot Geno and Jet Lyte. Contrary to the beat, these two go all in with smooth sailing vocals and confidence. Some can even go so far as to say that "Black Pool Party" is making waves. Don't believe me? Listen for yourself. This song basically speaks on how they have no time for the B.S. and how certain individuals are now trying to swim on their stream of fortune. To summarize, the R&B and hip-hop influences run deep.
Go and stream Summer In Jersey now. It's available on DatPiff.

All you need is love au(new game)
N/A: What am I doing?
@djinmer4 @dannybagpipesarecalling @discordsworld
Kymri and Mara are displeased by Kitty´s presence. The healer is way popular and beloved by their Kurt and nothing, absolutely. Wearing revealing outfit does nothing (but Kurt notices when Kitty is wearing a yellow dress) and is infuriating.
Mara´s parents are the king and queen of a dying country, their incompetence and ineptitude lead the country to bankrupt and The Necromancer may as well be their last hope.
Mara´s parents are counting on Mara to marry the necromancer to gain political favours. And she failed them, more important, she failed herself.
Kymri is in no better state as she desires to be Mrs Necromancer with all her heart, but, once Kurt and Kymri did the devil´s tango, the man did lose interested in her.
Kymri´s country is a forever mass of land that is either forget or conquered to gain more land. If Kurt married Kymri ...now, that would change.
Kitty, on the other hand, is his favourite. A mere healer that has no real royal blood in her veins(she´s immortal, but, even so, that´s not impressive) shouldn´t be that enticing to Kurt, yet, Kitty is often receiving gifts from him.
The man is even teaching her a few defensives spells. This wasn´t a courtesy extended to Kymri and Mara.
"Kurt" Kymri starts speaking their birth language, German, once the Necromancer was passing by bored and aimless" Let´s spend some time together, it has been so long since we saw each other" Kymri has a clear notion on how beautiful she is. A buxom woman like her should gain his attention.
Sadly, that´s not the case. An Ill-disposed smile forms in his handsome face as now his arms are free.
"I´m busy Kymri, why you and Mara don´t play together" the tone is a mocking parental one and leaves the two women seething. Kitty Pryde must pay.
_______________________
Kitty was wrong in many regards of the harem, no one is secluded from the world, as Mara and Kymri receive letters from their factions. Kitty receives letters from the temple too. Kitty is immortal and all her family are alive in her memory(Kurt offers to bring them back, but, Kitty refused)
Today, a new set of letters caught her attention. Two sets of letters, both with royal symbols. Royal letters travel faster than regular ones.
"Genosha?" Kitty narrow her eyes and opens the letter carefully, no curse(it happened once, it was a nasty curse but thankfully Kitty get rid of it) as the handwritten is very familiar. "Oh, must be serious for Buckyroo to do that"
A small bamf is in her bed demanding attention as Kitty, letting a lazy smile place on her round face, complies much to his joy. The little bamf is now on her lap receiving attention as Kitty continues to read the letter.
"Oh, my Zaorva!" Kitty speaks now prompting the little bamf to look at her curious "little one, can you take me to where Kurt is?"
"Bamf!" the bamf exclaimed and without further ado, teleports Kitty to where Kurt is.
_______________________________
Fishing favour from the Necromancer, or Kurt as Kitty prefers to call, is something a bit tasteless in her mind. It would feel like she is with Kurt just to get a favour and she dislike this sensation.
If she wants something she can get by herself, no need to have a patron. But this is not about Kitty. Is about the temple.
"So, the temple needs help?" Kurt asked in such blase way that if Kitty didn´t really know him she would think he does not care.
"Yes, I know you´re smiling inwardly, but you´re our last hope" Kitty explained the situation. Kurt did let go of his blase attitude by smiling in victory.
Kitty can practically hear his mind saying something childish as "take that Zaorva"
"Can you help us?" Kitty asked once his smile breaks.
"I can certainly do something, but, why they send the letter by Genosha´s royal mailing?" Kurt asked as Kitty did recall all the details on the subject.
"Yeah, is a bit strange, Magneto is trying to isolate us...but send a letter to me? I´d think it was his son or daughter" then she thinks for a moment "no, I´d think is prince Pietro."
"Why?" Kurt is curious.
"Wanda and Lorna hate you. Sorry, they do,"Kurt´s hand waves as dismissing the idea" anyway, if they have no reason to intervene for the temple, even if they are doing this to me, is more likely they would face their father in person" now Kitty puts a finger on her lips for a consideration"Look, I´m a healer and I´m very old, but, I heard that the relationship between Magneto and the prince is very thin, to be nice, if his father wants to isolate us...why not go behind his back to prevent this?"
Kurt nods at her words.
"Yes, makes sense, and certainly it wouldn´t be the first time" Kurt has a dreamy expression certainly remembering a similar tale "I suppose I can do something, but, I´ll need to go to the temple"
"Of course, but Kurt, don´t be too arrogant, Zaorva don´t forgive that easily" Kitty exclaimed and as much Kurt did shiver a little, the man adds wittily.
"Oh, I don´t plan to be arrogant to Zaorva, just with regular humans"
________________________________________
Bucky is not thrilled to have Kurt in his presence. Again. As both make deals for his help, Kitty did manage to get a discount, but, his services are not for free.
"Can you help take our guardians and healers? Magneto is making impossible for us" Bucky explained tiredly to see his calm smile that is badly hidden the smug attitude of his.
"Of course, you guys love to help people ...HER name" still afraid of her, well, that´s some consolation " and make sure some of the rumours are dismissed, I don´t like rumours myself" looks at Kitty for a moment as the woman is confused by the last part. "Now, the rest is up to you, I can´t run the temple for you"
"It won´t be necessary, we just need to recover the political prisoners from Genosha´s allies, the rest we can manage" Bucky assured to the Necromancer "do you prefer we pay now?" as Kurt nods his head. Bucky just sighs and hands the sack of gold coins.
"Don´t worry Mr Admiral of Dawn" Kurt exclaimed happily using Bucky´s official title "I can help the temple"
"Thank you, Kurt, may you stay in Zaorva´s grace" Bucky swear this was spoken with utter respect. Is a routine for them, if Kurt shivers a little in fear, well, that´s no Bucky´s fault.
Kitty puts her hand on Kurt´s shoulder thanking him. Gently her hands are on his face as a tender and grateful smile appears. The shiver is over.
___________________________________________ The temple may not like Kurt all that much, but, no one will deny how powerful he´s and how his help was the decisive factor to make the temple gain more ground and wave the tide against the machinations against Magneto.
All the political prisoners are safe and sound retelling their misadventure. Natasha and Steve are sided by side with Bucky as he is planning his next move.
"Pietro has news...in regards his own father..check out it seems odd" Bucky explained," a few days ago..."

A few days ago, as the last prisoner is free. King Magneto didn´t take the news so well and even knowing how outmatched he´s against Kurt, Magneto decides to talk with him.
"Magneto!" Kurt asked joyfully waving to Magneto to comes closer, Magneto feels is better stay where he´s. "Oh, be like that, I know what you were trying to do," now Kurt is closer to him. To closer and Magneto is feeling fear pouring through his pours.
Kurt´s eyes seem to be gazing into his soul. Maybe, he´s looking at his soul.
"Trying to manipulate Katzchen to do your bidding? bad boy indeed, and very dumb, Katzchen hardly cares for politicians, she´s one of those good souls that want to help the others...like Magda" Kurt replied and Magneto feel like Kurt punched him hard "that was a sweet little girl who wanted to be a healer...what happened to her again?"
"Stop!" Magneto speaks in a croaked tone.
"As you wish, you´ll do me a great favour, do you know the princess of Wyr?" Kurt asked and Magneto nods, Lorna mentioned Kymri once and while "I did kill her and you´ll assume the blame"
"What?"
"Make the excuse you want, Wyr owns money to Genosha? Kymri offended the honour of Lorna? Anything, just said it was you" the last part was added in a macabre way "and in exchange and I won´t do what I did to her, make me repeat what I just said and I´ll do worse"
"I accept the deal"
"Good"Kurt pinch his cheek amused "and don´t try to do this again, Magneto, ok?" Magneto nods. Never once been on the other side. Being the weak and hopeless.
______________________________
"King Magneto killed Princess Kymri?" Natasha replied interested, Wyr is not a tactical place to conquer, unless you just want land.
" The prince said Magento is not alright if we want to strike, this is the time, Wanda and Lorna do seem to favour this revolution" Steve pipes in.
"What a family!" Bucky finishes and goes to see some of his best warriors, Zaorva preaches love and peace but also if someone disrespect you ...you´re in your rights to protect yourself.
_____________________________
Princess was taken away forcefully, her mother (in a desperation mode, tries to flirt with Kurt who found that gross) takes her daughter away.  Kitty realizes that some of the factions who were supporting Mara.
Rich families who used to receive good reports and presents from Mara are now paying more attention to Kitty, much to her dismay.
As Kitty watches Mara go, one question remains.
"What will happen with the harem?" Kitty asked Bloodstorm, the woman had to stop the father from doing any stupid action if that means a bit of free blood for her, so be it.
"Well..." Bloodstorm thought for a moment "why don´t you go ask this for him?"
"Nah, Harems are a way to complex to deal with and to be honest, I´d like you very much" Kurt replied tenderly. Kitty is touched by his words "and the sex is great" Kitty now playfully hit his shoulder. Kurt just laughs in good humour.
The harem may be no more but Kurt still is a powerful necromancer and people still fear him. Kitty is the healer who is now under everyone´s eyes. However, as she teases the necromancer. Somethings did change.

"Richard, can you hold still for a second?" She requested though she didn't wait for a response. Reaching up she gently cups his cheek to stare deeply into his eyes. As if looking for something in them with a serious expression on her face. After a few seconds of looking she smiles fondly and removed her hand from his face. Allowing him the freedom to move as he wishes, "You have beautiful eyes I don't even get to truly see them often to really appreciate them but now I'll never forget them."
Tumblr media
The request were frank and while he would have complied the sudden placement of hands on his cheeks had him stilling as those golden hues were staring HARD upon the ruby red ones, blinking once and then another at what she were possibly looking for on his features. Upon his cheeks being free, gloved arm somewhat moved up to hide the slight reddening on cheeks, honoured to hear those words but at the same time had not expected such words either.
︱♚︱ ►►  ″ My, Master I had not expected such admiration, for I shall never                         be able to forget those beautiful golden eyes, how they radiant                         like the sun in the sky and shine like golden coins.  ″
Sadly two could tango in complimenting one another.

Lacking something here what's the exceptional combination of economic buildings and also numbers of hospitals, barracks and cabins where is the decision makeing game play? Use google play games signal-in to present players smooth access to their achievements and leaderboard profiles. Use the safetynet libraries to protect your game against device tampering, bad urls, potentially harmful apps, and fake users. With the nearby apis you can let your users work or play together better when they're close, within about 100 feet: easily set up multiplayer games, ad hoc groups, sharing, or collaborative sessions. Create virtual reality experiences with the google vr sdk that will entertain and educate users, whether they're using a daydream-enabled smartphone or google cardboard. Of course, you can set up the defense and put the heroes on guard to protect the town. Let's learn everything in details: - it's important to know about each building that you have built in the town - ignoring the buildings after construction is the biggest mistake if you are playing this type of game for the first time. Once you build a structure in the town, tap it and check what it does, what will happen if you upgrade it. Game freezes. Restart game. Enter game. Woman pops up. Talks about quest takes me to quest page. Game freezes. Restart game. Enter game. Woman pops up. Talks about quest takes me to quest page. Game freezes. Restart game. And so on and so on. Great job developers you got you 30 pieces of silver from me and bail! It is great that developers are expanding themes like this. Please keep doing new concepts. Is was thinking this is great let's think of many different themes but i can't think of any. 1) don't ever judge a game by it's ads. This game does not have decision making feature as the game ad have you believe. None of the games do, but the developers love to advertise this way. 2) everyone has their own way to play. Join an alliance and ask them. Then decide what you want to do to build your town. 3) food is eaten up as you train troops. Don't worry about it. You can earn food easily. Your troops will not die if food is zero. We have listed all the details below, but you should not act like a lazy person - inspect every building in the town and get to know its function. It will help you in learning the game concept. This factory is responsible for traps, trap repairing, and the guards. You can build traps using this factory and assign heroes on the guard slots. Keep upgrading it - build traps for the intruders, assign heroes on the guard. Command center is responsible for the rally attacks. These events are an easy way to get Gold, speed ups and all kind of goodies. Make sure you pay attention to the active events and consider using speed ups or Gold to complete research projects, buildings and troop trainings, especially if you can win more than you spend. Each 6 hours you get a number of daily, alliance (if you are part of an alliance) and vip quests. The number depends on your vip level. While online you should start and collect as many as possible. 2. Store all silver, and any resources that exceed your warehouse protection level, in the alliance warehouse. Only withdraw it when you need it (for research, building upgrades, etc). Sorry if i missed it, but is it possible to build two buildings at a time or are you restricted to just one throughout the entire game? At low levels there's only one queue for building. I never made it higher than level 12, so i don't know if you eventually get more queues for that. One provides amazing territory boosts or help store and protect your resources, while the other offers abundant resources for alliance members! Work together to complete these buildings construction. It's time to make your territory a lot more attractive. Alliance research is the central element to increase the alliance strength. Teamwork with one another and you can unlock the power of alliance research! This is all about justice and honor - unite all your alliance members together and deal with the most vicious crew, the bull gang. The game features 6 levels across two difficulties, with 3 challenges in each. [1] the wii version of wild west guns received "mixed" reviews according to the review aggregation website metacritic. [13] official nintendo magazine praised the variety in settings and the interactive envIronments, and the simple point and shoot gameplay, though they felt genre experts might find it too easy. [10] nintendo life felt the game was "addictive and attractive" and "very well executed", and highlighted the depth in gameplay that requires players to carefully choose their shots to score the most points. Diplomatic board is where everyone can post and view the messages. Make the most of diplomatic board to make your alliance have tight connection with others. Want to help your ally become stronger? Are you a surprise maker? Now ally gifts function is opened! Use item to unlock the ally gifts and choose a special gift for him & her! Loaded with full of challenging tasks, and wonderful rewards, the battle pass is a great opportunity to win fortune and glory!
