I don't bother visitor controlling college lots, so sometimes random people around town appear. It's honestly more realistic. Cassandra's a scientist, there are all sorts of reasons why she would be hanging around the labs. Whatever probably-official reason for her being on campus, her mere presence sets off that deep-seated instinct to be a younger sibling.

I found what I hoped was cute cybergoth outfits for Melody, but they were either not young-adult enabled or looked meh on her, so she's in a placeholder raver-esque fit for now. I gave Alex what is possibly the best worst new look I could muster. I believe as roommates they are enabling each other and saying that they can pull off anything, even fishnet arm warmers.

you know what. i kinda do like it. it needs a lot more accessories though. i think this also needs arm warmers of the giant faux fur variety... or a hefty amount of kandi.

I have all of my physical needs met because inexplicably my housemates like having me around so they keep giving me free food and housing, I have a fantastic local library and people also keep giving me their broken computers they were gonna throw out so I'm good on entertainment, and I'm doing a "job" I enjoy and find fulfillment in with my volunteer tutoring, so I'm in a weird position where the main reason I want a passing job is to give *other* people money.

Abortion rights

In a 1995 ruling, the Minnesota Supreme Court upheld abortion rights in Minnesota. In January 2023, Walz signed the PRO Act (Protect Reproductive Options Act) into law, making abortion a "fundamental right," as well as access to contraception, fertility treatments, sterilization and other reproductive health care.

The law made Minnesota the first state to codify abortion rights in the aftermath of the U.S. Supreme Court's 2022 ruling in the case of Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization, which nullified Roe. v. Wade after nearly 50 years of precedent. In April 2023, Walz signed the Reproductive Freedom Defense Act into law, shielding women and providers from any legal action originating from the patient's state.

Pro-LGBTQIA+ legislation

In March 2023, Walz signed an executive order to protect the right of residents to have access to gender-affirming health care. Weeks later, he signed the "Trans Refuge" bill, banning the enforcement of arrest warrants, extradition requests and out-of-state subpoenas for those who traveled to Minnesota for care.

there's so much going on. personally i am a fan of lucy sitting on the balcony and enjoying the peaceful outdoors instead of whatever's going on inside. she's trying to maximize the main character vibe. now a beautiful potential partner has to just go outside and sit with her so they can talk about not being party people who don't do small talk because they want to talk about space and the meaning of life and whatever (nobody joined her. well. beau did for 4 seconds to tell her an inside joke.)

Melody and Benedick weren't stealthy and Bottom had to relive being 16 for a while there. And then she left the party altogether after saying goodbye to Alex. Justice for Bottom they did nothing wrong ever

and then of course after about an hour alex got a call from tybalt inviting him downtown so of course he gathered up the stragglers into his outing group and they all went out.

Melody still isn't much for dancing but she does like the atmosphere. She probably feels a little bad for fucking over Bottom for a second time, especially since they had something going on for a bit there. The outing was a fun time with basically no drama for once. the gang was partied out and finally went home
