btw, as someone with hypermobile ehlers-danlos who self-injects HRT, i wanted to take the time to recommend liquid bandage to anyone else with hEDS and any other conditions that cause one to have easily damaged skin!
i use the Walmart brand but it is the same as this one here! they generally contain antiseptic as well, so it helps sterilize the injection site as well! i've included the back of the package to show the active ingredients, make sure you check just to be safe if you have allergies to certain medications. it peels off super easy, i never notice when it comes off, whereas with latex and fabric bandages, it would pull and tear my skin too much, to the point where it would cause bleeding. this does the trick with no pain or skin damage!

Today 9/1/2024 marks my 4 year HRT anniversary!. I don’t have words to express how incredible that feels. I started this journey at 31 now at 35, I can’t believe I’m even here right now. It feels like I just started this journey yesterday. It’s been an adventure to say the least. But I’m so happy I got the courage to take the first step. It’s changed my life so much and I couldn’t be happier! And to think I thought I’d never be pretty at 30+, Oh my gosh was I wrong! I’ve worked so hard to get to this point. If you bust your ass and put the effort in, anything is possible! Never give up! It’s never too late to transition and be the person you’re meant to be!

Hormone Replacement Therapy in the USA: A Comprehensive Guide
Hormone replacement therapy (HRT) has become increasingly popular in the United States as a means to address hormonal imbalances in both men and women. Hormones play a crucial role in various bodily functions, and when levels become imbalanced, it can lead to a range of symptoms and health issues. In this comprehensive guide, we will delve into the details of hormone replacement therapy for men and women in the USA, shedding light on its benefits, considerations, risks, and the overall process.
Understanding Hormone Replacement Therapy
Hormone replacement therapy is a medical treatment that involves supplementing or replacing hormones that have declined in the body. As we age, our hormone levels naturally decrease, leading to various symptoms and health concerns. HRT can help restore hormonal balance and alleviate these symptoms.
Hormone Replacement Therapy for Men
HRT for men, also known as testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), focuses on addressing low testosterone levels. Testosterone is a key hormone responsible for male sexual development, muscle growth, bone density, and overall well-being. When testosterone levels decline, men may experience symptoms such as fatigue, reduced libido, muscle loss, and mood changes. HRT for men involves the administration of testosterone through various methods, including injections, gels, patches, and pellets.
Hormone Replacement Therapy for Women
HRT for women aims to alleviate symptoms related to menopause, a natural phase in a woman's life when her menstrual cycle ceases. Menopause can lead to a decline in estrogen and progesterone, causing symptoms like hot flashes, night sweats, vaginal dryness, and mood swings. HRT for women involves supplementing these hormones to alleviate menopausal symptoms and improve overall quality of life. Estrogen and progesterone can be administered in various forms, including pills, patches, creams, gels, and vaginal rings.
Considerations and Risks of Hormone Replacement Therapy
While hormone replacement therapy offers significant benefits, it's essential to consider the potential risks and consult with a healthcare professional before beginning treatment. Factors such as age, medical history, and existing health conditions should be taken into account. Some potential risks of HRT include an increased risk of blood clots, cardiovascular disease, stroke, and certain types of cancer. However, the risks and benefits vary depending on the individual and the specific hormone treatment being used.
Finding Hormone Replacement Therapy Providers in the USA
When considering hormone replacement therapy, it's crucial to consult with experienced healthcare professionals specializing in this field. Here are a few steps to help you find reputable HRT providers in the USA:
Research and gather information about hormone replacement therapy, its benefits, and risks.
Seek recommendations from your primary care physician or trusted healthcare professionals.
Look for specialized clinics or medical centers that focus on hormone replacement therapy.
Read online reviews and testimonials to gauge the experiences of other patients.
Schedule consultations with potential providers to discuss your individual needs and treatment options.
Conclusion In conclusion, hormone replacement for men and women in USA offers a valuable treatment option to address hormonal imbalances and associated symptoms. By restoring hormone levels, individuals can experience improvements in various aspects of their health and well-being. However, it is crucial to approach hormone replacement therapy with proper medical guidance and regular monitoring to ensure safe and effective results. With the right approach, hormone replacement therapy can be a transformative solution for individuals seeking to optimize their hormonal balance and enhance their overall quality of life.

I've heard smoking can harm the effects of estrogen, does this apply to nicotine in general or just smoking?
thank you so much for asking this question, this is an extremely important matter to discuss! smoking while taking estrogen HRT is highly discouraged for 2 reasons.
the first is that smoking (nicotine) has been shown to completely neutralize and eliminate the effects of estradiol altogether:
nicotine reduces the amount of circulating estrogen one has in their system, which can lead to menopause in many individuals.
the second reason is that smoking nicotine can increase risk of life threatening clotting disorders like stroke, heart attack and pulmonary embolism:
many folks are not informed of the fact that estrogen hrt can cause increased risk for pulmonary embolism and heart complications- this is why it's vital to make sure you get testing done by a professional to make sure what levels will be safe for your body, or what complications you may face if you have blood clotting or heart issues.
i can't find too many studies that disseminate different types of tobacco usage (chew, vape, patches, etc.) but it does in fact seem like the nicotine itself, no matter how it's administered, greatly affects one's estrogen levels.
overall, i would say it would be best to completely quit using nicotine if you are planning going on estrogen HRT. not only will you see more of the effects you're looking for, but you'll feel better in general, and have a way reduced risk of stroke and heart attacks. there's little to no point in taking a medication that will become completely useless once administered. i had a problem with smoking cigarettes for a while and i wish you the best if you do, yourself.
i hope this information has been helpful, thanks for stopping by! good luck out there

Tell me you’re a chaser without telling me you’re a chaser..🙄
For the record.. I don’t show that particular part of my anatomy, because I have something called genital dysphoria. Why would I show something that literally makes me sick. So please stop complaining about it. I’m not going to show it very often if at all. If you don’t like that then go chase some other fake ass girl on here.
Thank you ✌🏻

I just saw a video on TikTok from two trans women mentioning they should be able to participate in sports fair and square. They were in cheerleader outfits just so you won't be confused about my cheerleader comment. Some of the comments were disagreeing so here's my point made in a series of comments.
1. People are proving their misogyny with the looped belief that females need to be protected and categorized away from males to be 'safe.'
2. ^^ People use this ideology to make born-males seem like a monster in sports, and see trans women as using their non-existent 'advantage' to 'win.'
3. Cheerleading isn't competition + by half a year or more on HRT their bone density and such is easily comparable to that of a cis woman.
4. A person's genetic make-up + internal and external reproductive anatomy are not always reliable indicators of athletic performance.
5. Most trans women don't win in sports. You're making up anti-scientific lies to separate trans women and treat cis women as weak as usual misogynists.
6. Plenty of females are far better than males in sport. It varies from person-to-person and their genes and training are big factors.
7. The only reason you people bring up biological sex is to prove your resilience towards trans women since you believe they're predatory. Be logical.
8. If you so cared to be factual, you'd do your research on transitioning and why trans women are seen in sports more than trans men.
I understand that some people don't mean to be offensive and just don't understand. People are made to believe in harmful things to pit against trans people. But please do your research if you really care about being so correct.
