Artemis and Liam: Both wearing inflatable T-Rex costumes <3 

Nyx and Garrus: Pirates, and Garrus is wearing an eyepatch where his visor normally is. 

Celeste and Zevran: Morticia and Gomez Addams <3

Isadora and Cullen: Isadora made both of them be sexy bunnies and drew a little nose and whiskers on Cullen, who pretended to be grumpy, but secretly loved it

Delvyre and Gale: Greek gods (probably Aphrodite and Apollo???????? Zeus and Hera???) and they went over-the-top with special effects makeup and elaborate costuming
