#Holiday Wishes

Today, I went to Panera Bread Company.

As I was ordering my food, one of the regular employees came from behind the counter and starting saying goodbye to their family members who were visiting during the Christmas holidays. There were tears and hugs being given and it was truly heartwarming to witness.

After this employee resumed work, I asked, "Is your family visiting from out of state?"

She said, "Yeah, they live in Florida."

I told her, "That's really rough to have to say goodbye after having a good time with your family, huh?"

She said, "Yeah it is. They've been here for a week. It's time for them to go home."

After the interation with this employee, I told my partner... "If I ever won the lottery, I'd buy that Panera employee a plane ticket to see her family in Florida."

To any and all who are about to celebrate the holidays, I wish you the most stress free and gentle of times. I wish you lots of rest and so much joy. I wish you a good cry (should you need it because holidays are not always happy) and a good book/movie/show to read/watch to distract.

I wish you good health and good food, no matter what that may be. I wish you safe travels and good dreams. I wish you days of zero to no flare ups/pain (please rest and stretch when possible) and that your family (no matter who that is) is understanding of your health.
