Wali Kota Jaya Negara Serahkan Tiga Bantuan Perbaikan Rumah Layak Huni

BALIPORTALNEWS.COM, DENPASAR - Wali Kota Denpasar, I Gusti Ngurah Jaya Negara menyerahkan  secara langsung tiga unit Bantuan Perbaikan Rumah Tidak Layak Huni (RTLH) atau yang dikenal dengan Bedah Rumah Tahun Anggaran 2023 beserta sarana perlengkapannya pada Senin (21/8/2023). Penyerahan bantuan tersebut dilaksanakan lantaran pengerjaan perbaikan fisik tuntas dikerjakan. Adapun tiga unit bantuan Rumah Layak Huni tersebut diserahkan kepada Penerima Bantuan atas nama I Wayan Langun dari Banjar Poh Manis, Desa Penatih Dangin Puri, I Made Sukra, Banjar Kertha Bumi, Desa Sumerta Kaja, dan I Made Surta, Banjar Tainsiat, Desa Dangin Puri Kaja. Usai penyerahan, Wali Kota Jaya Negara didampingi Kadis Perumahan Kawasan Permukiman dan Pertanahan Kota Denpasar, I Gede Cipta Sudewa, dan Direktur Utama Perumda Tirta Sewakadarma Kota Denpasar, I.B Gede Arsana, serta dari pihak CSR lainnya juga berkesempatan meninjau bantuan rumah layak huni yang dilengkapi tiga kamar tidur dan fasilitas pendukung. "Program ini kembali kami serahkan kali ini kepada tiga penerima program perbaikan rumah tidak layak huni," ujar Jaya Negara di sela kegiatannya. Lebih lanjut Jaya Negara menyampaikan, penyerhaan bantuan ini dengan pagu anggaran masing-masing rumah senilai Rp75 juta, yang meliputi program perbaikan rumah dari Pemkot Denpasar melalui Dinas Perumahan Kawasan Permukiman dan Pertanahan Kota Denpasar. Sementara untuk perlengkapan rumah seperti kompor, tempat tidur, dan almari dari bantuan CSR Perumda Tirta Sewakadarma. Di samping itu sinergitas juga datang dari pihak CSR Taman Loka dan Hoki Jaya Property. "Kami turut berbahagia dan terima kasih pihak CSR yang kali ini bersama-sama kita serahkan bantuan perbaikan rumah layak huni," ujarnya. "Serta program bedah rumah ini merupakan implementasi dari spirit Vasudaiva Kutumbakam. Dimana program ini dikerjakan secara bergotong-royong antara Pemkot Denpasar dan Perumda Tirta Sewaka Dharma serta pihak donatur lainnya, sehingga bantuan bedah rumah yang diserahkan benar-benar sudah layak huni," imbuh Jaya Negara. Kadis Perumahan Kawasan Permukiman dan Pertanahan Kota Denpasar, I Gede Cipta Sudewa menambahkan, program bedah rumah ini di samping menggunakan dana dari APBD juga melibatkan peran swasta dan perusahaan. "Pada Tahun Anggaran 2023, Pemkot Denpasar memprogramkan Bantuan Rumah Layak Huni berjumlah 23 unit, dengan nilai Pagu satu unit rumah sebesar Rp75 juta. Tidak hanya memberikan bantuan rumah layak huni juga melibatkan pihak BUMN dan BUMD dan perusahaan swasta melalui dana Coorporate Social Responsibiliti (CSR) di Kota Denpasar," ujarnya. Sweet, Spicy, or Savory? Depends, though "sweet" is definitely safest for me, sometimes I crave savoury more. I can't take too much spice but I do like some of it in certain foods!
